This plastic is very very resistant it is not easy to cut manually
and with the dremel we will avoid having any type of accident

well, first of all let's draw each of the cuts
what are we going to do in the syringe
to turn it into the front loader
the first cut that I want to draw is this spiral cut
the cut that serves to insert and remove the pins
and I've been giving a lot of thought to what would be the easiest method to explain, and to perform
to simplify the tutorial
I have to say it can be done simply by free hand, it's a straight line
that can be done by show of hands and it would come out relatively well
a way to do it, that I thought, was with a template,
it is at a 60 degrees angle
a strip is drawn that has three centimeters
It is about three centimeters long
and approximately 3 or 4 millimeters wide
I found it a bit difficult to manage
and it was also going to take a long time to explain how to draw this template
the last option that I thought and that I think is the simplest
but you can use whatever they all work
is to cut a piece of tape
adhesive tape, electrical tape
you cut a piece about three centimeters long
about two and a half or three centimeters in length,
and about two or three millimeters wide
and paste it as a template on the syringe
I noticed that it is totally straight, you do not have to draw any strange drawings

without complicating our lives

this would be what I thought was the simplest way to do it
but you can do it in any other way, even by freehand
It seems difficult, but it has no difficulty
that would be the first cut that we're going to do
we will do it in the first place because now is when the syringe has more consistency is easier to hold it
if we make that cut, which is more complicated in the end
when we have already cut the syringe, it is more difficult to hold it and it is easier to bend
the next cut would be this frontal cut
we are going to do it here
as you can see the total length can be about three and a half centimeters
we will go approximately until here
the spiral cut does not have to reach either this end or this other
you have to save a margin without cutting here and here
the longitudinal cut no, this will be from side to side
we will come up here
and the cut I'm going to take advantage of the existing lines
then we will adjust it in width but it can be about five or six millimeters

when making this cut we take advantage of how resistant this plastic is, it is very resistant, very flexible

I'm going to use a cutting disc, it's one of the cheapest discs, we're going to cut plastic, it can be cut with anything
you could try also with bits of different types, of this type, of this, of milling
actually plastic works with anything, it's very soft for this tool
but I, from what I have been able to verify, it is very difficult to control, it is necessary to have a very good pulse
to control this type of drill, and get to make the straight cuts
in the tests that I have done, it has been much easier for me with a cutting disc
with which we make sure that the cut is perfectly straight
but that is left to the choice of each one
