[Balearic Vocal Trance] Binz - Equilibrium - Duration: 6:09.yet again, she's been deceived
humiliated and lied to again
they're all the same, birds of a feather
this time, she's so done with this
enough now, it's about time
she will no longer let him run off with her heart
she flips the switch and stops caring
and suddenly, her sky opens up
she's back on solid ground, she's been broken often enough
the world is turning, and it suddenly looks complete again
time smiles her way, she's her own master
she won't wear herself out any longer and will take matters into her own hands
yet she's burning with desire
and it burns deep inside her heart
she doesn't want to get caught anymore
until he smiles at her
and it's back to square one
and that's how the world keeps turning
endlessly, she finds herself trapped
between reason and desire
but as soon as she gets hold of herself
she dreams about dancing on the wind
she cannot take this, but she cannot resist
she falls prey to her own emotions
and yearns for a time where she's free from regret
and where she's been freed from all of this commotion
her mind goes crazy
it's destroying her
she cannot endure this
she is drowning in a goblet of chaos
and she begs to God
Lord, won't you let me go
but regardless of how much she pleads, it's a matter of time
and she's burning with desire
and it burns deep inside her heart
she doesn't want to get caught anymore
until he smiles at her
and it's back to square one
and that's how the world keeps turning

Nightcore - Period (Full Metal Alchemist) [ENGLISH Cover] | Lyrics - Duration: 3:05.When we, were ready to just give in
Staring down at a seemingly endless path
When we stopped, all we could do was
Take a deep breath
The victory was within our reach when
It suddenly slipped away
Now there's nothing, that's left for us to lose
And nothing can stand in our way!
These strong bonds that tie our hearts
They will never break apart
With our bonds we'll make it through
Right from the start
And together we will fight
With victory not far from sight
I won't stop or hide, where the period lies
The warmth, coursing within my being
Is a memory that I will keep seeing
I'll hold onto these memories
They won't leave me
The promise that I made
I'll fulfill, bring you with me
One day we'll be whole, once again
All our dreams
Are embraced
I will write a song someday!
Don't avert your eyes from me
Keep your eyes on reality
With the courage and the strength to succeed
With the strength that you give me
My tired lungs can finally breath
Running side by side, hand in hand with destiny
Look at the path that lies ahead
It's a big sparkling world
This great roar that shakes in me
Breaks the silence of my dreams
I will not betray the cheers that I forsee
Through the pain we will survive
Gain the strength to stay alive
Fighting for the day, in this period
At our fingertips, the truth that lies ahead!

North Korea's special train leaves Beijing, arrives in border city of Dandong - Duration: 2:27.Our top story this morning...
Multiple media outlets are reporting that a special train believed to be carrying a
high-ranking North Korean official left the Chinese capital on Tuesday,... to return to
Pyongyang.
For more,... we connect to our Kim Hyo-sun.
Hyo-sun, fill us in with the latest.
Hi, Semin.
The specially-built green train,... similar to the one former North Korean leader Kim
Jong-il used when he visited China back in 2011,... departed Beijing and is heading back
to Pyongyang.
It's believed the train is currently passing the China-North Korea border city of Dandong
en route to Pyongyang,... as heavy security was witnessed in parts of the city late Tuesday.
While some reports say it was North Korean leader Kim Jong-un who used the train to visit
Beijing ahead of his scheduled summits with South Korean President Moon Jae-in and U.S.
President Donald Trump,... nothing has been verified as of now.
Sources in Beijing say the train,... believed to be carrying a senior North Korean delegation,...
was spotted at Dandong on Sunday and arrived at Beijing Station on Monday afternoon.
The Hong Kong-based South China Morning Post reports Kim Jong-un was on the train that
left Beijing,... and that he met with Chinese President Xi Jinping for approximately three
hours.
Japan's Sankei Shimbun also reported that it was indeed the North Korean leader,...
quoting an unnamed Chinese Communist party official,... while Bloomberg also reported
that Kim was in Beijing.
Also,... given the fact there was ultra-tight security in the Chinese capital,.. while a
North Korean Embassy vehicle was spotted in front of the Great Hall of the People,...
media outlets say it's highly likely Kim Jong-un was there rather than other senior officials,...
including his younger sister Kim Yo-jong.
Amid such speculation, however,... both Pyongyang and Beijing are staying tightlipped about
the visit.
China's Foreign Ministry is refusing to comment,... adding that if it has anything to announce,...
it will happen at an appropriate time.
Meanwhile, U.S. Defense Secretary James Mattis has told reporters at the Pentagon that it
looks like Kim Jong-un went to Beijing,... but he didn't elaborate on why he assumed
that.
According to Reuters,... a senior U.S. official who follows North Korea closely said the available
evidence suggests Kim went to meet Xi,... but stressed that the U.S. doesn't know for
sure.
Back to you, Se-min.

Backdrop to the scheduled inter-Korean and U.S.-N. Korea summits - Duration: 3:28.In about a month from now,... the world will see two summits like no other.
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, who's never met publicly with another sitting world leader,
will hold face-to-face talks... first with South Korean President Moon Jae-in... and
a few weeks later with U.S. President Donald Trump.
From today,... we are going to bring you twice-weekly special reports on the buildup to the historic
summits,... to give you the inside track on the rapidly-unfolding developments on the
Korean Peninsula.
First up,... our Cha Sang-mi has more on the backdrop to these back-to-back summits.
"Hopes for an inter-Korean summit took off on January first 2018, when North Korean leader
Kim Jong-un, during his New Year's address, suggested sending a delegation to the Winter
Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea.
But in the same speech, Kim Jong-un also reminded the U.S. that he has a nuclear button on his
desk."
Just a month later, on February 9th, the leader's younger sister Kim Yo-jong came to the South
Korean capital, Seoul, the first member of North Korea's ruling family to do so.
Kim Yo-jong wasn't sent just for the Olympics; she also brought a message from Kim Jong-un
saying he's willing to meet with South Korean President Moon Jae-in in Pyongyang -- a call
for the first inter-Korean summit to be held in ten years, and only the third in history.
"The 2018 PyeongChang Olympics definitely played a big strategic role in setting up
the summit talks between South and North Korea.
It would have been a bit more difficult without the Olympics.
The 2018 Games, in fact, might go down as the most political to date."
And early this month, South Korea's national security adviser, Chung Eui-yong, brought
back some even more surprising news from a visit to Pyongyang.
Kim Jong-un (quote) "expressed his eagerness to meet President Trump as soon as possible,"
and a willingness even to halt his regime's nuclear programs.
It was an invitation Trump promptly accepted for some time by May.
But why did Kim, who last year was threatening Trump with war, suddenly suggest a meeting
with him?
Experts say the U.S.-led sanctions on the regime have seriously begun to bite.
Exports of refined petroleum products to North Korea have been cut by nearly 90 percent,...
putting a major strain on its economy.
"The U.S. felt threatened by North Korea's acceleration of its nuclear programs.
And the sanctions on the regime were intense enough that the North couldn't endure them
any longer.
That's became the main cause of the proposed U.S.-North Korea negotiations."
Experts also credit the emergence of the liberal Moon Jae-in administration in Seoul.
But although the world ultimately wants Pyongyang to give up its nuclear programs, it's unlikely
that complete denuclearization won't come so quickly.
"So the one in 300 ratio of success to failure that's fairly common in these kinds of situations.
It's not to suggest that the current process is doomed to failure, but it certainly will
face a lot of challenges.
Denuclearization would be a very substatial breakthrough if that were possible."
Whether it was the unbearable pressure from the international community or Moon's Olympic
diplomacy, experts say now is time to focus on what's been achieved -- two imminent summit
meetings.

How Do Cults Trap People? - Duration: 5:06.It's hard to know how many cults exist out there right
now, but Margaret Singer, she
estimated about 5,000 in the United States alone.
A big misconception is that you'll be able to
spot a cult and you'll be like, "I'm not going to fall for
that," but what's surprising about
cults is that they can actually come in many forms.
It could be a religion.
It could be a business, a motivational seminar.
No one's going to walk up to you and be like, "Hey, you
want to join my cult?"
It's something I think we're still figuring out as a society.
FarCry5 takes place in the fictional town of Hope County,
Montana.
It's about a cult leader, Joseph Seed, who calls himself
The Father.
He starts a doomsday cult.
They're basically taking over the town and forcing people
to convert.
While this seems like an extreme scenario, this kind of
thing has happened before.
Dave Koresh convinced his members to form an army of
god at the Mt. Carmel compound.
He gained a huge arsenal.
The ATF was just supposed to go in and put them all
under arrest, but Koresh was tipped off.
So, it turned into a 51 day standoff.
A fire started and then that just burned down the whole
compound.
It resulted in the deaths of 76 people.
People think that only dumb or gullible people fall for a
cult, but if it's the right time
and place, a charismatic figure can walk into anyone's
life.
If the world is in a state of instability, people are looking
for assurance.
Like, in the '60s, it was a time of new age movements,
deconstructing of the nuclear family,
and that was just fertile ground for someone to rise up, a
charismatic leader – CharlesManson.
The type of people he looked for were hitchhikers and
people who were part of the "free love" movement.
He was definitely not a hippie.
He just found what was working at the time and used it
to his advantage.
Him giving his followers LSD was just a way to
perpetuate that otherworldliness.
As he built this delusional world, he interpreted The
Beatles as singing songs about a certain
race war that was about to happen.
In order to ignite that race war, he murdered Sharon Tate
and her friends in her home.
There's also the case of Jim Jones.
Someone's financially unstable and let's say a wealthy
cult leader comes around.
He actually attracted a lot of working class people.
He was very much about socialism.
He gave everyone that chance to feel equal.
He moved his group to Jonestown in South America and
he told everyone to give up all their
assets to the group.
Being poor and being isolated in Jonestown, it made the
members vulnerable because, really,
they didn't have any other option.
If they had their doubts about their beliefs, he would
publicly humiliate, sometimes physically
beat them, hold a gun to someone's head.
It brought about criticism and then, eventually, it turned
into tragedy.
When he told everyone to kill themselves by drinking a
mix of cyanide and Kool-Aid, really
they didn't have any other option.
So, that's where we get the phrase "drinking the Kool-
Aid."
Cult leaders definitely twist religious beliefs to make it
about them.
A lot of them claim to be the second coming of Christ.
It's harder to disobey the leader because their sense of
identity comes directly from
the leader.
"I'll tell you who I am.
As to whether or not you believe who I am or not is up to
you."
Marshall Applewhite, he was actually a very charismatic
figure.
He just seems like a very warm and knowledgeable
person.
He started Heaven's Gate.
He believe that their destiny was to transcend into
space.
So, they all took this poisonous cocktail in bunk beds
and killed themselves.
One of the saddest things about cults is that I don't think
people fall prey to a cult because
they're suckers, as much as they're human.
People want to trust people.
We're social beings and in a social climate of confusion
and divisiveness, people are
looking for assurance.
When someone comes and pitches this better life, who's
going to say no unless you already
have it pretty well.
I think it's important to take a hard look at yourself; am I
easily trusting of new friends,
am I in a financially unstable or vulnerable position?
Could you fall prey to a cult?
"Well, give me that old time religion, give me that old
time religion, give me that old
time religion.
It's good enough for me."

DISGUSTING: BARACK OBAMA JUST INSULTED THE MEMORY OF BILLY GRAHAM - Duration: 4:00.Former President Barack Obama has shown his true colors with his response on the passing
of Rev. Billy Graham.
Graham, widely known as "America's Pastor," died last week at the age of 99.
Tributes poured in from around the world, regardless of religious or political stance.
The man who counseled Presidents dating back to Harry Truman was honored by every living
President – but Barack Obama's actions are being seen as a slap in the face.
As Rev. Graham lies in repose in his library in North Carolina, he has been visited by
former Presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton.
Both say Graham was a close spiritual adviser and a friend.
Bush credits Graham with helping him beat alcoholism, and Graham even provided counseling
to the Clintons in the wake of the Monica Lewinsky scandal.
Both plan to attend Graham's funeral.
Presidents George H.W. Bush and Jimmy Carter were not able to visit Graham's viewing
in North Carolina, as both are battling health issues with travel.
They both, however, issued statements on his passing, citing his great faith.
President Donald Trump ordered flags to be flown at half staff in the capitol on the
day of his funeral, and Graham will be the first private citizen since Rosa Parks to
lie in state in the Capitol Rotunda, which will happen this week.
Despite the outpouring of respect for Graham, the Associated Press is reporting that President
Obama will not attend Graham's funeral.
It makes him the only living able-bodied former President that has not visited Graham, or
who plans to attend his funeral.
Even President Trump has announced plans to attend.
The best Obama could muster was a tweet acknowledging his passing.
While every other President cited Graham's Christian faith, Obama was the only one who
did not explicitly mention it, only making a passing reference to prayer.
"Billy Graham was a humble servant who prayed for so many – and who, with wisdom and grace,
gave hope and guidance to generations of Americans," Obama tweeted.
President Trump said this about Graham after earning of his passing last week.
"The GREAT Billy Graham is dead.
There was nobody like him!
He will be missed by Christians and all religions.
A very special man."
"Billy Graham was a consequential leader," George W. Bush said.
"He had a powerful, captivating presence and a keen mind.
He was full of kindness and grace.
His love for Christ and his gentle soul helped open hearts to the Word, including mine."
"Billy Graham was America's pastor … I think Billy touched the hearts of not only
Christians, but people of all faiths, because he was such a good man," President George
H.W. Bush in a statement.
Bill Clinton said "His powerful words and the conviction they carried touched countless
hearts and minds … I saw him live that faith fully in the constant kindness, encouragement,
and counsel he extended to Hillary and me."
"He shaped the spiritual lives of tens of millions of people worldwide," Jimmy Carter
said.
"Broad-minded, forgiving and humble in his treatment of others, he exemplified the life
of Jesus Christ by constantly reaching out for opportunities to serve.
He had an enormous influence on my own spiritual life, and I was pleased to count Reverend
Graham among my advisers and friends."
"Billy Graham's ministry for the gospel of Jesus Christ and his matchless voice changed
the lives of millions.
We mourn his passing but I know with absolute certainty that today he heard those words,
'Well done good and faithful servant.'
Thank you Billy Graham.
God bless you," Vice President Mike Pence said on Twitter.
President Obama has not said why he will not attend the Billy Graham funeral.
Post your thoughts in the comments section below on Barack Obama's disrespect for Billy
Graham.

Top 5 Truck Wheels UNDER $1000 - Duration: 5:01.- What's going on guys, Fuller here with Custom Offsets,
Custom Offsets TV on the YouTube, and today,
we're bringing you the top five wheels under $1,000.
(epic electric music)
So I know right off the bat you guys are probably wondering,
"What wheels could we possibly
"be showing you that are less than $1,000?"
And I know you guys aren't here to look at 16 by eights.
Believe it or not, you can actually get some 20 by 10s
and 20 by 12s under that $1000 price point,
and that's including free mounting
and bouncing as well as free shipping
in the lower 48 states.
Let's get into it.
The first wheel on this list is also the fifth,
sixth, seventh, and eighth wheel as well.
The Moto Metal 970 takes up a good chunk
of the top 10 wheels in all
it's varying finishes and bolt patterns.
The standard black finish on the Moto Metal 970 right now
is actually coming at under $900
for a 20 by 10 negative 24 offset wheel.
You've seen this wheel or a variation of it
in a ton of our videos, this is super popular,
it's featured in a lot of our spotlights.
You've seen it in the Hot n News,
you've seen it in the Match ups, extremely common wheel.
For as much hate as the Moto Metal 970 gets,
you're gonna have a hard time finding this simple
and clean of a design in any other wheel that comes
in at this price point, especially
in a 20 by 10 negative 24 that actually
has a pretty decent sized lip on it too.
The second wheel on our list
is a 20 by 12 negative 51 Vision Prowler.
Yes, you can get a 12 wide negative 51
for under $1000 shipped to your door.
If you want to go wide on a budget, this wheel is ideal.
We've seen this wheel pulled off on OBS trucks,
on new body sale trucks, we've seen it with street tires,
we've seen it with mud tires,
people do a ton of crazy stuff with this wheel
and it works in a lot of different applications.
Personally, I've seen Vision wheels
take a beating first hand, so,
I know that they're not skimping on the quality,
but we get it, most of these trucks
are just gonna be driven to the Walmart meets anyways.
Number three is another 12 wide with an absolutely huge lip.
The red dirt road RDL one or commonly known as
Dirt Wheel can be had for less than $900
in a 20 by 12 negative 44.
Again, with this wheel there's multiple finish options
but black and machine is definitely the most popular.
To get such a huge lip, the wheel actually
has tip back spokes, which gives the lip
a larger appearance than what you might think.
RDR has been a quieter name in the truck market,
but they're definitely gaining in popularity.
They continue to deliver extremely wide wheels
at a really affordable price point,
and that's why so many people are turning to RDR.
I can guarantee you you'll be seeing more
of these at your local truck meets.
I don't have the cameraman, filming by myself.
Just strange talking to nobody.
- Maybe I'll make the video.
- Yeah you might make it in there now,
yup, thank you, good job.
Number four on our list
is the Gear Alloy Big Block the 726MB.
This is another wheel that we've seen
on a ton of trucks in various sizes and finishes.
Like I've mentioned before, super popular wheel,
very clean, very simple style,
and that's why it's becoming so popular.
With shipping you can actually get a set
of 20 by 12 negative 44 Big Blocks for under $1000.

BuzzFeed How To Cook Every Indian Dish Ever - Health Food Doesn't Suck Episode 44 - Duration: 10:17.why am i wet I can't handle anything right now this is gonna dance move hi
everybody my name's Alex Napoli welcome to health by Napoli where we only cook
healthy food that doesn't suck what I am working with today is cauliflower parsnips
carrots potatoes garlic onion ginger jalapeno celery cilantro tomato turmeric cumin
coriander garam masala so naturally I'm gonna be making a veg currie I saw this
really funny video on BuzzFeed India today saying how to cook all Indian food
and so I took exactly her directions and I'm gonna try to make it at home
take that BuzzFeed I need that so I'm gonna pick it up the magical twist in my
recipe is that I'm using my brand new Cosori pressure cooker to make this all
come together I have not read the instructions and am unfamiliar with
technology so we'll see how this goes Oh bad so far okay so the first thing
that we need to do is chop we're gonna take the onion take off the tip and take
off the tail take off the skin get this onion nice and naked take off all it's clothes
The Naked onion dance alright so let's
turn our pressure cooker on I need it to saute which I hope is a setting saute
on well if that works that was very easy
next up we're gonna cut up our green chili this is a jalapeno she just said
green chili and I just own a jalapeno so that's where the world comes together
I'm only gonna woo that's strong so I'm only gonna use half of it and I'm also
gonna take out as many seeds as I can without actually touching the inside
because I am afraid so what I like to do when I don't want to touch something but
I want it to get nice and small is I just put my hand on the flat side of my
knife and just kind of like rock it like the ocean you just go back and forth
through the pepper and then you don't actually have to put your fingers in it
not touching you I don't trust you two tablespoons of any type of oil so I'm
gonna be using grapeseed oil so first we need cumin seeds I don't have cumin
seeds so I'm just gonna use cumin 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds or powder mix it
around why is it so hot already it's like it is on fire steaming that sautee is
powerful stuff now we add our green chili we need to get our garlic and
ginger ready she had some kind of garlic ginger paste because she's a magical
magician okay the power of this is making me feel like I need to rush so she has some kind
of magical garlic ginger powder or paste that was already a thing I don't
have that I just have some garlic and I have some ginger so I'm gonna put it in
make a paste myself why do I feel so frazzled so for fresh ginger you really
just want to cut out the outside you do not want the skin of the ginger it's
kind of bitter and a crush in my garlic and then I'm gonna try to crush in some
ginger optimum word try no no it's not gonna work we're kind of like juicing
the ginger get outta here in lieu of fresh ginger I'm gonna be adding powdered ginger maybe one
teaspoon alright let's add the onion alright let's keep this chopping going
I've got my celery wow I'm really bad at this right now oh yeah alright so like
super unevenly chop your celery I can't handle anything right now just need to chop
alright let's do these carrots I'm not gonna feel them because they're little babies Wow wow
okay okay guys I feel like I'm off my game tonight
I have never chopped so poorly in my life this is get kitchen nightmares but not
because Gordon Ramsay is terrifying but because I am going to probably hurt
myself done now we got a parsnip is not
a thing that I have ever seen on an Indian menu not that I've seen that many
Indian menus but enough to say that it's not a common ingredient parsnip always
get the peel I don't know why I've never tried to eat the skin to be honest
just do what I'm told our BuzzFeed friend said to cooked the onions until they
are brown so I'm not quite there yet the last piece of chopping the potatoes I'm
gonna leave the skin on because I can't handle anything else right now okay
don't push me cause I'm close to the edge the chopping portion of our evening is finally
finished and we still have all our fingers thank you thank you all right we're starting to get some
brown bits on the bottom so now we add the tomato
she had fresh tomato I do not that's how we do it in this our like this oh my god
my fingers common you little alright we got some tomatoes going in here right she'd only
used one tomato so I used about a third of the can now 1 tablespoon each of
cumin turmeric garam masala which I believe is a combination of spices
garam masala is where the like curry flavor that you would know comes from
and coriander now they also has something called red chili powder I do not have
red chili powder red pepper flakes is that the same thing let's go
with yes and then it very cruel twist of fate I realized I forgot to chop the
cauliflower you've broken me cauliflower not going to be able to go on
see if I can just rip it apart oh I'm so strong and powerful
add your spice mix now you want to get that nice and well combined and like
wet so you want it to be all over the place wow I don't think I've ever used this many spices in
one dish before like the volume of spice all right now we get to try to put all
this into there I wish I had bigger mitts there must be a fill line here
somewhere oh yeah there's a max line for sure we are
not there yet all right let's see if we can get this
all mixed together I am making a very large volume of food here now because
this is a pressure cooker you do need a certain amount of liquid in it and we
only have that small amount of tomato so I'm gonna add a little bit of stock I'm
gonna do a quarter cup of chicken stock because that's what I have opened you
could use vegetable you could use beef oh I forgot the salt too healthy pinch
of salt okay now how do we get the lid on I feel like nope nope ohhh and then we lock it
ouuu did you hear that magical sound of domination I did
alright so we've got a couple of lots of settings here so what are we making tonight meat stew poultry soup
beans and chili slow-cook yogurt pasta hotpot YUM
okay I'm gonna go meat stew 30 minutes that's a long time you only get three options okay
I don't like that 30 minutes feels like a long time for stew
I'm gonna go with 25 minutes because the chili only takes 25 minutes and we don't
have any meat in here so I think that that seems reasonable so
let it happen all right guys moment of truth the timer
went on it automatically goes to keep warm mode I should have read
instructions oh this is how you release the pressure oh it unlocks itself when it
depressurizes duh ok smells good let's check if it's cooked oh yeah nice and soft
so got a little bit of just plain basmati rice which is now all over my
counter so win and then this beautiful curry and of course I can add a little
bit of fresh cilantro so here we go we've got our beautiful curry simple
curry I don't know what kind of curry I would call this this is our BuzzFeed
India curry alright let's taste hoo hoo that was was a really
bad idea it's so hot yeah alright so what have we learned today
number one BuzzFeed India's simple home cooked curry recipe was is in fact
very simple except for the mild panic attack number two the Cosori
pressure cooker does what it says it's gonna do I thought it took a little bit
longer than the stove top option but super easy very much safety controlled
so that you can't blow your home up and sautés steams rice whatever this is a
great machine I'll put a link to it down below and when this cools down I'm
gonna have a delicious dinner thank you guys so much for watching tonight I hope
you enjoyed cooking with me if you did be sure to LIKE comment and subscribe
until next time I hope this has broaden your horizons into some indian cooking
see you guys next time bye yum

Make them Mainstream, Being an Entrepreneur, Females in STEM - Duration: 11:50.Hi! My name is Danielle and I am the founder of Make them Mainstream
supporting and celebrating females in stem through tutoring and STEM education.
I've been reading a lot of business stuff, because I'm not a business person,
and it's all been telling me "document your story document where you've come from so,
when you make it, whenever your time is when you make it, and you become
successful, whatever your definition of successful, is people can look back at where
you started and follow your journey and learn a lot from that," and I love that
shit! I love watching where people started, and being like okay like they
weren't always put together. I love watching the origin stories. I mean, don't
we all the underdog who actually makes it. So I'm taking that advice and now I'm
gonna do that. So I wanted to tell you a little bit about my story and where I
came from, and then what this is gonna be so you know what to expect. I love
performing I've always been a performer from the age of five I've been a dancer
and I was in a semi-professional dance company called Santa Clarita Ballet. I
performed in productions like the Nutcracker, and Mid-... no I didn't do that
one, Coppelia, uh excuse, me a bunch of stuff like that. I was on pointe and uh no
my feet are fine. Um, I've always been a performer; I love being on camera I took
acting classes when I was little and it's just always been who I am. I'm a Leo,
I am the center of attention notice, me love me... love me, like those are
those are the goals. Right? Especially as a Leo.
I was in the comedy improv team in high school, I was on the school newspaper and
was the editor-in-chief in high school. I've done a lot of performing stuff, but
I'm also a huge nerd! I love science, well I didn't always have science. I love math
and I didn't always love math. My senior year of high school I decided that I
loved math because I took calculus and everything clicked into place. So then I
went to college to be a mathematician. About half way into my freshman year, I have this
existential crisis because I can't be a mathematician. I don't want to be stuck
in a room all day. I don't want to be in a think-tank all day (that will come in
later). So finally I switched to mechanical engineering because my family told me
you should be a mechanical engineer. They've been telling me that forever
because they knew who I was. I love to make things, I love to use my hands, I'm
not afraid of getting dirty. I love to tinker and I did that a lot as a kid
with my grandpa. But, at 18 you don't listen to your family so that's another
reason why I went into math. I knew I liked it, I knew I loved it,
and so I went into school to be a mathematician and then I realized "shit
they're right, I should be an engineer" So for the next four and a half years I
went to... where is it?... UC Riverside to be a mechanical engineer
and I had a great ass time. I met amazing, amazing people and I even met my
boyfriend there. Fast forward, we are now living in Oceanside, so after five years
of going to school and we both get corporate jobs... wait wait sorry,
pause, rewind... Back in school I decide there's not a lot of females here, like
"where are all my girls at?" So I started writing a book in order to get more
girls interested in STEM. And it was gonna be about all these different
conversations with women and interviews that I was going to have, and advice so
girls when they're entering college could read and digest
and be like okay cool like "she did it so so can I." Then that morphed into I kind
of want to do a YouTube channel and so me and my friend Cara decided that we
were gonna create a YouTube channel together. She knew a lot about editing
and we just decided let's do it 'cause she always wanted to as well so he started a
YouTube channel called Cadella where we did a whole bunch of random shenanigans
that didn't really make sense but we were having a lot of fun doing it. She
ended up quitting that and not wanting to do it for her own personal reasons,
and so I took it over by myself and I ended up having a lot of fun doing it
and Make them Mainstream was kind of born out of that. I did a lot of segments
for women in stem and histories about women in STEM in that. But then I started
working full-time so now we're back to where I wanted to be, I started working
full-time for the Navy and it was cool and all, um I'm happy I did it because it got me
to this place where I was like "oh I don't want to be here. I don't want to be
in the corporate world. I don't want to be in a cubicle." Remember how I said I
didn't want to be a mathematician cuz I thought I was gonna be inside all day
and in a think-tank. The same thing happened when I was an engineer, I was in
a cubicle I felt like a caged animal and there are also a whole bunch of other
reasons why I left that job. Which we're not really gonna get into because
they're important but they just, they don't, I don't have time, there's just not
enough time in this space right now so maybe we'll talk about them later. So
then I decided, "screw it I'm gonna do Make the Mainstream full time." I had
launched, when I was still working there at the Navy, as a civilian by the way
don't thank me for any service because I did none. I launched the Make the
Mainstream website and I started posting articles and I started being a writer
again which was really exciting because I missed a lot of that. Being in college
you're focusing on what you're doing, getting your education, and that's about
it. I mean you can't have a life right? And it was I was learning about all
these awesome women, I still am learning about all these awesome women and
telling their stories. And it was really inspiring me to be an engineer, continue
to be an engineer and continue to be
involved in education. I also forgot to mention I have been a tutor for
basically my whole life. Not really, but I've been tutored for my
whole education. I have a whole article on makethemainstream.com called "I
Wasn't Smart, I Just Worked Hard." So I highly recommend you go look at that so
you can see more of my story there, my tutoring story at least. So I decided that
this, like I want to marry those two. Like women in stem and tutoring, so Make them
Mainstream: supporting and celebrating females in STEM through tutoring and
STEM education. Teach females how to be the best female in STEM they can be and
how to be the best tutor than that they can be because developing the next
generation of STEM is also just so, so important. And if you're a female, being
able to represent STEM, like that's so cool because then we can change the
demographic of STEM in the next generation. So now I'm a businesswoman
and I'm an entrepreneur and I don't know what I'm doing. Um, so I'm reading a lot of
books. I read all the time. I love reading! I'm like I said I'm a huge nerd, okay, and
everything, everything that I've read has said document your story. Like tell
people what you're doing. How did you get there? When I become successful, whatever
my definition of success it's like what's my origin story? I want people to
to be able to look back at this and be like "wow she really sucked at the
beginning, like, she didn't know what she was doing." But I also want to tell that
23 year old, cuz I'm 23, who's trying to do something with their life to be like
"it's okay I didn't know what I was doing either, but it's kind of winging it and I
was reading a lot and I was learning a lot." I want you to know that you have a
community. You have me as a support. I'm gonna test out a bunch of stuff
and just to share my story with you all my successes, all my failures even the
little ones. Even the many mental breakdowns because I've already had a
few. But even the awesome little successes because I've had a few of
those too and I just wanted a space to talk about
them to share with them to tell you guys about it and because I wish that as I'm
going through this journey that I had this stuff to look at. That I could be
like "okay, on day 16 of her company she freaked the fuck out, but on day 16 and a
half, she was also very very excited." Because it's just it's crazy, it's crazy,
and being an entrepreneur is so accessible now to everyone and I want to
make it accessible to you. I also want to make it accessible to you as a female in
STEM, to know that you can be whatever you want to be and that's awesome!
Because all of this like hokey stuff, I'll try not to cuss as much, about like you
can do it, just believe, just dream like it's true. Happiness is way more
important to me than anything in life and that's including money. So I just
wanted to share with you guys my journey. My journey through my entrepreneurial
self, words... sentences are hard, a journey through discovering like who I am as an
adult. A journey through figuring out my place in STEM and through figuring out
my place in education and just my place in this world in general
I guess. So these videos they're probably gonna suck and I'm sorry because they're
on my iPhone. I'm not gonna edit them, I'm just gonna upload them. They're just
gonna be vlogs, I guess, but uncut and raw like the Snapchat kind of stuff but I
loved editing videos, no I didn't I didn't really like that part, but I love
performing and I want to do that here and I want to be on camera and I want to
perform I want to show you guys who I am. But I
don't really want to do any of the other stuff and so I'm being authentic to
myself. I don't want to "waste" the time to edit my videos and make them
look super pretty so yeah, I'm sorry about that. They'll get
better, we'll see. When I have, you know people working for me, they can they can
do this stuff but for now this is what its gonna be and I hope that you like it.
I hope you get some kind of inspiration or I don't know, any little nuggets of
goodness out of this. I hope that they're helpful and if they're a piece of crap
please tell me and I will try to get better. But this is a learning process
and we're gonna grow together and it's gonna be awesome! So that's that. I hope
you guys have an excellent day, bye friends!

The Shady Side Of Ariana Grande - Duration: 5:58.Ariana Grande is a pint-sized vocal powerhouse.
But she's almost as well-known for her alleged diva antics as she is for her pipes.
The onetime Nickelodeon starlet's difficult reputation as being rude to fans and impossible
to work with has started to precede her.
Here are some of her shadiest moments to date.
Break Free
Grande's been known to engage in some serious co-star conflict.
Sam & Cat ended after just one season in 2013 — and Grande's friendship with co-star Jennette
McCurdy was reportedly a casualty of the show's end, too.
McCurdy skipped out on the Kids' Choice Awards in March 2014, citing alleged "mistreatment"
from Nickelodeon and hinting that Grande was to blame for not standing up for McCurdy in
contract negotiations.
This led to some seriously shady subtweeting between the stars.
Grande pointedly omitted McCurdy from a long list of thank yous she posted once the end
of Sam & Cat officially came.
Meanwhile, McCurdy wrote a post of her own all about how she had "cut out a friend" — and
many fans believed that unnamed friend to be Grande.
She wrote, "We aren't better friends because being friends with you takes the 'better'
out of me.
In fact, I might possibly be the worst version of myself when I'm around you … Where did
I go?
As far away from you as I can get.
You won't be hearing from me anymore because sweetheart, being a friend to you was doing
so much more for you than it was doing for me.
You sucked the life right out of me, and I want my life back."
She'd later be a bit more diplomatic about the rift in an interview, saying:
"We butted heads at times but in a very sisterly well.
She knows me so well and I know her so well."
But it's not just people that know her who complain about Ariana Grande's attitude.
Problem
In 2011, Alexander DeLeon, lead singer of The Cab, tweeted, "Hope none of my fans ever
have the displeasure of meeting @ArianaGrande.
Most stuck up, disrespectful person I've ever met in this industry."
And it wasn't the last time Grande would be publicly blasted for making a bad impression.
In August 2014, one fan's father posted a blog about how rude Grande was to his daughters
at a meet and greet.
After his daughter won a contest by drawing a picture of Grande, the singer allegedly
made no secret about the fact that she wasn't impressed.
The furious father wrote, "[Grande] approached her fans without a smile — just an icy look
as she toyed with her hair.
She was surrounded by 8 to 10 assistants.
Ariana stood by, with a blank stare … She spent perhaps 15 seconds with each [of the
prize winners].
That is not an exaggeration.
They took an approved photo with her and that was it.
No small talk.
No banter … She never bothered to even ask anyone their name … Then Jen took out one
of the drawings that won the contest for her.
Kelly snapped a photo of her smiling little sister giving Ariana the drawing … 'Delete
those pictures, please,' was all Ariana said … Ariana turned to her security and ordered,
'Make sure she deleted those.'
Then, Ariana Grande walked away from her prize-winning fans without even saying goodbye."
Side to Side
When Ariana Grande shows up to a photo shoot, she's notoriously got a laundry list of demands
— chief among them, being photographed in non-natural light and only on her good side.
E! News correspondent Giuliana Rancic confirmed the horror stories about her, saying that
Grande's team shoved and bullied anyone in their way of getting Grande from her "good"
side.
She said, "I feel like where there is smoke, there is fire.
It was like you either get on the other side or we don't do an interview … It's one thing
if it's Mariah [Carey] … But when you're new on the block, trying to earn your stripes..."
Maybe next time she should focus on showing off the good side of her personality instead
of her face.
Over and Over Again
Her recent relationships have been brimming with drama, too.
When Grande first broke out of her Nickelodeon bubble, she dated YouTube star Jai Brooks.
They had an ugly split in 2013, with Brooks taking to Twitter to accuse Grande of cheating
with Nathan Sykes, who was then a member of boy band The Wanted.
Grande then openly dated Sykes, with whom she duetted on "Almost Is Never Enough" and
"Over And Over Again."
"How he handled it was a bit unexpected but um.."
Their relationship conveniently lasted from just before their single debuted to just after
it flopped on the charts, at which point she reunited with Brooks.
But that didn't last long either: she and Brooks split again in 2014.
After that, she was part of another juicy celebrity love triangle when she started dating
Big Sean, with whom she collaborated on her smashes "Right There" and "Problem."
That relationship had a sketchy beginning: They allegedly first got together when Big
Sean was still engaged to Glee star Naya Rivera.
Rivera dished about finding the two together in her memoir, writing, "We'd been fighting
for five straight days while he was traveling, and then on the one day that he was back in
L.A., he said he didn't want to see me.
I walk in [to Big Sean's house], go downstairs, and guess what little girl is sitting cross-legged
on the couch listening to music?
… It rhymes with 'Smariana Schmande.'"
Time to Lick the donuts
In 2015, on the Fourth of July no less, Grande and her then-backup dancer boyfriend, Ricky
Alvarez, went to a donut shop, where she was rude to employees.
She was captured on camera saying, "I need a donut professional in here."
But then it got so...much...worse.
She was caught on camera licking a tray of donuts for which she hadn't paid, and then
she muttered:
"What the f--- is this?
… I hate Americans.
I hate America."
When she was called out on it later, she released a statement that said, "I am extremely proud
to be an American and I've always made it clear that I love my country.
What I said in a private moment with my friend, who was buying the donuts, was taken out of
context and I am sorry for not using more discretion with my choice of words....
I apologize if I have offended anyone with my poor choice of words."
The comment also lamented American obesity and demanded that the rest of the nation do
better.
Nice.
But her non-apology didn't sit well with everyone, so she tried to make it right again by saying,
"I feel like seeing a video of yourself behaving poorly that you have no idea was taken is
such a rude awakening."
Grande kept the camera rolling as her second donut apology continued over the next two-and-a-half
minutes.
"I didn't know what to do…
I was so disgusted with myself.
I shoved my face in a pillow and wanted to disappear, but instead I'm going to come forward
and own up to what I did and take responsibility."
After everything else, Ariana's bizarro donut incident may have finally left a bad taste
in some people's mouths.

🍇 My Daughter Will Be Perfect Because I'm Perfect!📡Khloe Kardashian - Duration: 3:55.Khloe Kardashian has made her pregnancy announcement official, held her beautiful baby shower , and even
done some sexy lingerie photos with her baby bump on display.
Now, she just has to wait to give birth.
In the mean time, Khloe is sharing her hopes for her unborn daughter. Specifically, what
traits she'd like for her baby to inherit from her parents.
Khloe Kardashian is so excited to become a mother, and she's writing all about it on
her app .
"I can't wait to meet my baby girl!"
Specifically, she's talking about her hopes and dreams for her unborn daughter.
"I often think about what she'll look like and what her little personality will be like."
She talks about the sorts of traits that she hopes that her little girl inherits.
"She'll be the perfect mix of me and Tristan -- which is such a crazy thought, LOL."
And she's even made lists of what she'd like to see her daughter get from her parents.
"Check out some of the traits I hope she inherits from each of us, and stay tuned for Part 2!"
First, Khloe has a laundry list of things that she wants her child to get from her.
Khloe is a celebrity and also a clothing designer, so she wants her little girl to inherit her
fashion sense.
We don't know if there's a gene for that, but certain aesthetic tastes can be acquired
through a nature-nurture combo.
Khloe also hopes that her child inherits her "street smarts."
Then Khloe says that she wants her baby to get her patience -- a very valuable trait
to have.
She also hopes that her child gets her work ethic -- something for which Khloe and many
of her family members are famous.
But Khloe hopes that Tristan can pass on plenty of good qualities, too.
For starters, she wants their daughter to have her father's good looks.
Khloe also wants Tristan to have passed on his charm, writing:
"We are both charming but TT is pretty cute!"
Their baby, she says, will hopefully inherit Tristan's dance moves.
And, she hopes, his IQ. (Keep in mind that there are many forms of intelligence -- his
dance moves may come from an aspect of kinesthetic intelligence, which is not something that's
going to show up within the very narrow scope of IQ tests)
Obviously, she also hopes that their daughter inherits Tristan's athleticism.
But Khloe, whose body transformation and dedication to fitness is well known, also thinks that
she has plenty of body hotness to pass down to their child.
"We are both beasts though," she writes.
True enough.
"She'll be the perfect mix of me and Tristan, which is such a crazy thought." Khloe concludes.
"I can't wait to meet my baby girl."
Some people are nervous about the idea of Khloe becoming a parent.
Many fans have believed that she's a little too controlling of her loved ones, and that
she can't understand when they make choices that are different from her own.
Others are worries that Khloe seems preoccupied with looking skinny and could, they fear,
terrify a child into having an eating disorder or an unhealthy view of the world.
