Jurassic World Lego Game Indoraptor Hybrid Indominus Rex Custom Dino Creator WD Toys Fallen Kingdom

okay guys welcome back to Lego Jurassic world the game today I am going to

create three different size in the Raptors to celebrate Jurassic world 2 or

Jurassic world fallen Kingdom I have the Mattel Toys are gonna be coming out soon

I will be reviewing all of those guys so make sure you stay tuned and I need a

human to take this over so go into the customizer okay first thing we're gonna

start with is a velociraptor okay so the first thing I'm gonna start like I said

I'll make three of them the first one I'm gonna start the Velociraptor let's

try to get him as close as possible so here with this customizer you could pick

the head we've got Dilophosaurus indominus rex spinosaurus triceratops

t-rex and velociraptor but if you ask me that the pictures I've seen indominus

rex head looks a lot more like the Raptor and then the body we have

ankylosaurus

we have Spinosaurus Stegosaurus or just velociraptor

so I will stick with just Velociraptor for the body and then the tail our

choices are ankylosaurus dimorphodon Stegosaurus or just Velociraptor which

I'm gonna stick was just Velociraptor color-wise the main color we're gonna do

is black because he is black here I'm gonna change this to black and the third

one I'm gonna change it to black so that is pretty close there but let's also see

if we could get a little closer so second color I noticed on some of the

pictures he's got sort of a green almost like that there or if we want well let's

go ahead leave that green and then you could change the pattern of the green

too so a cow print pattern default default looks pretty close to me so

default would give you that right there

or we could go in here and change that to green so we could bring this one back

to black and go over here and change this one to dark green but that's too

much green so I think if we go back to the second one drop in that dark green

blue no drop in that dark green there I mean that's pretty close so I'm gonna

leave that one over there and then let's go and I'm gonna create a large one in a

medium one but the thing is they're not gonna have the sickle claw so it's not

gonna be exactly the Velociraptor but it'll give us a different idea of like

what he would look like so let's go ahead take indominus rex here

and then for the indominus rex i'm gonna stick with his head like I said that's

the closest for the body okay they're not giving you Raptor choice so I will

stick with the dumbness rex or the body and then the tail indominus rex

okay then color wise this guy I'm gonna make all black so like I said you don't

have the sickle claw that's the one thing it don't like okay so that one's

all bat black so that would be like the indominus there that looks pretty close

I mean if you added a sickle claw to that the third claw you would get him

and then I'm gonna go with let's go with like a Baryonyx here and what do we got

for a head we got Baryonyx head Dale office Oris head indominus rex

triceratops t-rex velociraptor

let's go Velociraptor for the body our choices are ankylosaurus Baryonyx or

Stegosaurus I will stick with Baryonyx for the tail we've got ankylosaurus

Baryonyx die more photons dig asaurus I'm gonna stick with the Baryonyx tail

so yeah it's a little boring but okay so I will go with black there here I'm

gonna go with the green again and here I will stick with the black this should be

black sea green here okay green here might work is giving us a bit of green

ah let's get a pattern here

cow print default is giving us just a little bit I think I'm gonna stick with

the default okay so we got our three dinos let's go ahead and bring these

guys to life cool okay time to bring our creation to life so a small dining out

we have our custom velociraptor okay that green is a little bit more

pronounced than I wanted well like I said and some of the pictures if you see

green well let's check it out saw the tap

- okay so those are the attack moves let's go ahead and bring our other ones

here large dinosaur custom indominus

all right there got him insurance you know how to use this it's the automatic

- ORS if you looked at this guy and pretended he had sick of flaafy true I

would say this guy's like the closest to him right here so let's see let's go

down here and then here is our third one which would be the custom so okay that's

not quite him but you know if you mixed like indominus rex and raptor Baryonyx

it'd be something similar to this guy okay they took the other one away so

what I could do with this guy is I could bring another beat

in and I could have them battle it out

let's first of all take a better look at this guy okay so here you can see I've

got both of them here and they can go ahead and battle it out

yeah

or I could switch to the indominus and attack the Baryonyx

so that was pretty cool what do you guys think

about we bring back the Velociraptor and have them fight the indominus okay so

let's go ahead and bring the Raptor in and have him fight the indominus so this

one would probably be closer it's just I wish you could make we took him down

nice well he respawned my doesn't want to

respawn okay let's bring in let's bring the Baryonyx back

and have him fight the Velociraptor okay so we're gonna have the Baryonyx or you

could switch back to the Velociraptor here and have him fight and take down

the fair

oh the fairy onyx is down cool okay well I did try to bring in three dinos and

you can't do it so you could only bring in two the Velociraptor here is a bit

small for an interrupter so we have to use our imagination I mean that

indominus room looks like an interrupter they're missing the sick of hell

so I mean that's the closest I could come so I do apologize for he will

automatically attack well chase me though

I stomp the existence bigger and faster oh no don't eat me I'm your friend we

are genetically similar Dominus is down okay so if you guys enjoyed this episode

and you could think of what I could have done different you've seen the

modifications give me some ideas if you think I could have gone better for the

indirect you you guys are totally awesome

and I will see you tomorrow also I do have over a thousand videos guys the

majority are Jurassic world Jurassic Park Godzilla

Is milk bad? Do dairy products hurt us? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Duration: 6:07.

Hi, I'm Raquel Domínguez from www.operacionbikini.es and today I'm here to talk to you about a topic

a bit controversial. What happens with the dairy products? Are they good, are they bad? What

happen with them? Because there are people who say that are a perfect food, almost the best

that we could take and for others it is a poison from which we have to flee, so sure

that your head is a real mess. Let's start at the beginning, what are the

dairy products? Well, dairy products are those derived that comes from the milk produced by a

mammal. Normally cow's milk, goat's milk or of sheep. These are the most common types.

To the question Can I drink milk and its derivatives or is it better to eliminate them from my diet? The

answer is very simple. If you like and you feel good, take them. Why do not you go to

Take dairy if you like them and they feel good? But on the contrary, if that is not your case

and some of these assumptions occur, that you do not like, that goes against your ideology

because they come from animals, if you are allergic or you just feel bad, do not take it,

They are not necessary. Although it is true that milk is one of the most

complete that exists. It is composed in its Most of it is water, but it is also rich

in minerals such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, vitamins of type b2, a, d, eyk

and it is also a good source of hydrates of carbon and proteins. In fact, milk

is, together with the egg, the food with proteins of better quality. Surely you have ever

heard that dairy products are responsible of many cardiovascular problems, but ...

Do you know something? Well yes that is true that dairy products are an important source

of saturated fatty acids. That's true, but the saturated fats present in the

natural milk products without sweetening or sweetening they do not influence, or can even improve the risk

cardiovascular. Another thing that is attributed to them is that they fatten a lot, but there's nothing

really in that The truth is that dairy products can help us improve our composition

because they cause satiety and it's over consuming little amount. And remember,

It is a very complete food, full of nutrients and with very good quality proteins. A) Yes

that if the goal is to lose weight you can include in your diet. One of the things that

worries people who do not take dairy is if they are going to have a lack of calcium and if that

will end up causing, among other things, bone problems. Well, the truth is that if

Do not drink dairy you do not have to worry. The daily calcium needs of an adult

They range between 1000 and 1300 mg of calcium. And there are several ways to achieve it. There are sources

of animal and also vegetable origin. But let's start by looking at calcium sources

of animal origin. Where can we find large amounts of calcium? Well first

place in milk. The milk besides being a great source of calcium, it has a calcium

very easily assimilated by humans. And in a 250 ml glass you will find 300

mg of calcium. In Swiss cheese, for just 40 grams you will find 300 mg of calcium, a

yogurt will give you 225 mg and only 85 grams of sardines with thorns, will provide you

325 mg of calcium. But if you do not take food of animal origin do not worry, because also

There are many sources of calcium of plant origin. Among them we can find almonds.

100 gr of almonds will carry 252 mg of calcium. Chickpeas are also a

good source of calcium, per 100 gr you'll have 143 mg. Cabbage, kale or kale,

as you want to call it, it gives us 270 mg for 200 gr. Broccoli gives us 117.5 mg

for 250 gr. And 250 gr of figs give us 100 mg of calcium. These are just some examples.

But you have to keep in mind that you have to Be careful, because there are calcium thieves.

Yes, yes, the antinutrients, I've already spoken to you of them here. And now, the moment arrives

to ask us another important question. They are all the dairy products equally good? Or maybe

do not? Let's see. Well, how are you imagining No, they are not all equally good. At the time

to choose your best whole dairy, instead of skimmed Whenever you can be

natural, without sweetening or sweetening. What if you can choose, ideally, is that they are grass

ecological. At the time of the ingredients It is very important that they do not have ingredients

the rest. In this less is more. If of the cheese the ingredients should be simply

milk, rennet, salt and lactic ferments. In the case of yogurt, the ingredients should

to be simply milk and lactic ferments. And milk ... Milk is only milk. Does not have

to wear nothing more. Well as you see, the theme of dairy products in the diet is much more

simple of what it seems. If you like them and you feel good take them and if not, no. I hope

that you liked my video if you liked it please give it a like and share it, that

I find that very helpful and I wait for you in the next video. Bye Bye

Should You Perform Food Allergy Testing - Duration: 10:03.

Hey, everyone.

This is Dr. Ruscio.

Let's discuss if food allergy testing is worthwhile.

In case you're new to the issue, food allergy testing is typically done via blood.

And it can help you determine if there are foods that you should be avoiding in your

diet.

And so of course, this theoretically has a lot of appeal.

And I'd like to play you an audience question that wants essentially to know more information

about this.

So let me play this question really quickly.

"Hi, Dr. Ruscio.

I've been a big fan of your podcast for awhile and really like your monthly clinician

emails and your overall perspective on functional medicine.

I've been listening for awhile.

And I can't remember hearing you talk about food sensitivity testing.

Do you think that there is any testing out there that is reliable or has valuable clinical

use?

I prefer my patients to do more of an elimination-style diet like paleo, low FODMAP, AIP.

But I'll occasionally use a Cyrex array 3 for those that are unwilling to try giving

up gluten for a few weeks to see if it would benefit them.

Say I get a patient that has an array 3 come back positive.

They give up gluten for a month and don't notice a change in their symptoms.

Now, what do I tell them?

Could it be impacting them even though they aren't showing it through their symptoms?

Do they need to give it up for a longer timeframe?

Should they feel free to add it back in?

Have you done a review of the literature on this or found food sensitivity testing to

be clinically useful at all?

I would love to hear your thoughts on the matter.

Thanks so much!"

Okay.

So great question.

And that is admittedly an old question, meaning that it's been sitting in our queue for

a little while.

So I apologize that it took me this long to get to this question.

And I have spoken about this quite a bit between then and now.

But there are a few important things for us all to be aware of in regards to food sensitivity

or food allergy testing.

And I'm using the term loosely.

But there are technically differences between labeling something as a food allergy, a food

intolerance, or a food sensitivity.

I'm just going to use it as a broad term, meaning that you should not eat a given food.

And I think it's important to approach this question and ask, "What is the purpose of

the testing?"

And the purpose of the testing is to feel better.

And by helping you to determine what foods to eat and not eat, you can potentially use

the tool of food allergy testing to feel better.

Does the food allergy testing deliver in this regard?

In my opinion, it does not.

And I'm going to outline that here with a couple comments and a couple thoughts.

Now, to the question of, "Have I done a comprehensive review of the literature on

this?"

I have not done a comprehensive review of the literature on this.

But I do follow this literature.

And there have been a handful of studies done.

And we do have data showing.

And the best data that looks at this would take two groups of patients and would compare

your traditional elimination/reintroduction diet where you cut out suspect foods and then

bring them in one by one to determine what foods work for you and what foods don't

work for you.

If you have a negative reaction proximal to a reintroduction of a food, that indicates

that it doesn't work well for you.

So in this case, gluten.

Let's say you take out gluten.

Your joint pain goes away.

In this case, she mentions someone with RA or rheumatoid arthritis.

Joint pain goes away upon gluten withdrawal.

Someone brings gluten back in.

And their joint pain comes back.

That would tell you that gluten is a problem for you.

So these studies have looked at this type of approach—elimination/reintroduction diet—against

a food-allergy-testing-guided diet.

And what you see is that, yes, the data does show that you may be able to more quickly

determine what foods are problematic for you if you use food allergy testing.

There is some data that does show that.

However, the most commonly found foods on these food allergy tests are ones that are

outlined and covered in your food elimination diets.

So there is some evidence suggestive that the testing may help you get there more quickly.

But when you factor in that oftentimes this testing is not covered by insurance and you're

looking at least a few hundred dollars, in some cases, several hundred, even to $1000

of cost, I certainly don't think that it's worth it.

So that's one.

Now, there's more behind why I advise against food allergy testing.

And that's because food allergy testing only tells you a small fraction of the reasons

behind why a food may or may not be a good idea for you.

And when we look at other things like your carbohydrate tolerance, some people are carb

sensitive, meaning they can't eat a moderate to high amount of carbs.

So they may not do well with more than about 150 to 175 grams of carbohydrate per day for

metabolic reasons.

So we don't get an assessment of that on food allergy testing.

We also don't get an assessment of how certain foods jive with your gut bacteria.

And this is where someone would not have any inkling, any information as to whether or

not they should eat a low FODMAP diet or not.

And FODMAPs, for people who have digestive issues, can be very problematic.

And this is not assessed at all on a food allergy test.

Things like histamine can also be problematic for some people.

Not assessed on the food allergy test.

So because of all this, I don't look at testing as a helpful tool.

Now, there were a couple other questions within that question.

And those were, essentially, if someone has been off gluten for three weeks and their

joint pain hasn't improved or they just haven't improved at all, should they stay

off gluten?

And in my opinion, no.

Someone should have at least an initial sense of a response after a few weeks on a given

diet.

Now, there is some evidence that suggests that if someone has true, diagnosed celiac

disease, it may take them longer to realize the full improvement.

But it's my strong suspicion that, even someone with celiac—and celiac is known

to have, again, this longer time to realize the full improvement—even someone with celiac

should be able to notice an improvement within a few weeks.

So if you're at the three-week mark and you've noticed nothing, then gluten is likely

not the problem.

Or there may be another problem occurring in conjunction with gluten.

And so the way I would navigate this is have someone try a diet for about a two to three

week period.

And then move them to the next diet.

And this is something that I outline in my book, Healthy Gut, Healthy You—how to go

through a number of different diets in a stepwise fashion so that you can determine what foods

you should eat and what foods you shouldn't eat.

And essentially, the general principle here is we can start with something like a paleo

diet.

And then you may want to go to a more restrictive diet that also excludes gluten, like an autoimmune

paleo diet or something like a low FODMAP diet which also excludes gluten.

So gluten will probably be kept out of the equation for a number of weeks, maybe six

to nine weeks total as you try to run these number of dietary experiments to determine

what a person's dietary tolerance is.

But it's important to note that if someone does not notice any kind of improvement after

cutting something like gluten out of their diet and after going through other dietary

trials that may suss out foods co-occurring along with a gluten intolerance which was

masking their ability to improve from a gluten elimination—if someone hasn't improved

after all of this, then either the foods are not a problem.

Or there's something else occurring, like potentially a bacterial overgrowth or a fungal

overgrowth in the gut that is causing a problem with their symptoms.

And so what you have to do is drive toward helping someone get to a point where they

have an improvement in their symptoms.

And then you reintroduce foods.

And whatever foods are problematic, they don't eat them.

And whatever foods are causing reactions, they avoid those.

Gluten is definitely one of the more problematic foods.

But it's not an issue for everyone.

And it's not something that has to be avoided strictly by all people, in my opinion.

And remember, we talked about a study recently that looked at over 12,000 patients and found

that over 90% of patients had a discernible reaction to gluten within 24 hours after ingestion.

So I don't necessarily buy the party opinion that you need to be off gluten for months.

And you may be eating it.

And it may be fueling damage that you won't feel for months or years.

I'm open if the right data is presented.

But I don't think it's that hard to figure this out fortunately, thankfully!

Thankfully, you don't have to go on this restrictive diet for months and months and

months and months to determine if a diet is working for you.

If you're practical and pragmatic, you can figure this stuff out in a fairly short period

of time.

But remember, there is also more to the equation sometimes than diet.

And again, my book, Healthy Gut, Healthy You, I think is a fantastic resource for this—I

am biased—because it walks you through different diets quickly and then onto other therapies

if diet doesn't help you.

It tries to get the person healthy and then moves them swiftly to a reintroduction so

as to have the broadest diet possible in the long term.

So food allergy testing, there is some evidence to show benefit.

The benefit is slight when compared to using a traditional elimination diet.

And it does not really help you determine other factors that are important when trying

to determine what someone's best diet is.

And so for all those reasons, I do not recommend food allergy testing.

I recommend these practical, mini experiments that can be done in two to three week increments

to help someone determine what they should and should not eat.

And if that does not work, look to a deeper root problem occurring in the gut.

Jurassic World Lego Game Indoraptor Hybrid Indominus Rex Custom Dino Creator WD Toys Fallen Kingdom - Duration: 17:15.

Space Guns Don't Work (But We Built One Anyway) - Duration: 5:55.

[♪ INTRO]

A lot of our ideas about the future come from popular works of science fiction,

like how the Star Trek communicators of the 1960s became the cell phones of the '90s.

But go back to the 1800s and some of the most important stories about space travel

had nothing to do with rockets, like you'd think they should.

Instead, authors like Jules Verne and H. G. Wells

thought we'd get things into space with… guns. Really big guns.

If you think about it, it makes a lot of sense.

Things need to go very fast to reach space, and bullets are very fast. So, voila!

Unfortunately... the physics don't really work that way.

But that definitely hasn't stopped us from trying to build space guns of our own.

Obviously, guns differ from rockets in a bunch of important ways.

They're an example of what's called ballistic flight, which means that, once a projectile's launched,

only external forces like gravity and drag can affect its trajectory.

Guns are an advanced form of creating ballistic flight, but the basic idea goes back to the days

of things like trebuchets and, you know, just, like, throwing rocks.

All of that is different than something like a rocket, which can be steered in flight.

What guns have going for them, though, is simplicity.

We've been using the same basic design for hundreds of years and,

by now, we understand pretty well how to build something efficient and reliable.

They're also pretty cheap, since you get to reuse the barrel and just replace the propellant,

like gunpowder, after each shot.

Still, guns do have some major downsides as a launch tool.

To get to space, you need to go really, really fast,

and the payload in a gun just gets one shove to get it going that quickly.

So the acceleration experienced is incredible.

We're talking about thousands of times more g forces,

or thousands of times the regular force of Earth's gravity, than when riding on a rocket.

Which is not great if you're an astronaut who suddenly doesn't have a skeleton.

Reaching those speeds so quickly also really heats things up,

meaning your payload needs to be basically fireproof.

The real kicker, though, is all the pesky physics.

At the end of the day, it's actually impossible to fire something from the surface

directly into orbit around the Earth.

See, you can think of an orbit like a closed loop around the planet.

If you fire a projectile from the surface, that loop is guaranteed to intersect the Earth,

meaning your projectile will crash into the ground.

Meanwhile, after a rocket launches, it fires its engines to creates a new loop,

and an orbit, that doesn't intersect with the surface.

Because they don't have a propulsion system of their own,

ballistic projectiles just can't do that.

Of course, none of this has actually stopped us from building enormous guns to try it out.

Because, pff, who needs science?

In the 1960s, Project Harp, or the High Altitude Research Program,

was our first attempt to reach space with a gun.

The U.S. military was racing to improve early intercontinental ballistic missiles,

and they needed a cost-effective way to test how designs reentered the atmosphere.

With Project HARP, they aimed to reuse the leftover barrels of battleship cannons

to launch payloads high into the sky.

These massive guns were eventually built in Arizona and Barbados,

and they were used to fire more than 200 payloads, each weighing about 180 kilograms.

At peak efficiency, a HARP gun launched one of these objects at more than 2100 meters per second,

fast enough to reach an altitude of about 180 kilometers.

That's about the same height as Alan Shepard's historic Mercury mission

and is definitely into space.

But that gun also had a heck of a kick.

The payload experienced around 25,000 g's at launch,

so its electronics had to be encased in solid plastic blocks to avoid breaking apart.

Unsurprisingly, it wasn't a sustainable idea,

but these guns did help us study the Earth's upper atmosphere, so it wasn't a complete waste.

Some tests released objects that left smoke trails and

that helped scientists track the movement of high-altitude air currents.

After that, the space gun idea was continued in California in the '80s

with Project SHARP, or Super HARP.

The regular HARP guns used gunpowder, but Project SHARP was a light gas gun,

meaning it propelled objects using hydrogen compressed by a piston.

Its goal was to launch small projectiles into space, for real this time,

but the projectiles only got about a quarter of the velocity they needed.

Still, that was good enough for them to plan the final version,

which would've had a barrel about 3.5 kilometers long.

Unfortunately, the planned gun cost more than a billion dollars and was never approved.

And, although some companies have tried to resurrect the idea over the years,

we never really got serious about trying again.

With enough money, determination, and propulsion systems,

maybe someday we could build a functioning space gun.

But all told, ballistic flight just hasn't proven to be an effective way to get to space,

and its opportunity might be gone forever.

The great promise of a space gun has always been that it launches things cheaply,

but with the advent of reusable rockets like SpaceX's Falcon 9, even that advantage is disappearing.

Modern rockets can carry more stuff, do more kinds of missions,

and offer a gentle ride to space, all without breaking the bank.

So space guns might be out. But hey, we'll never stop shooting for the stars.

Thanks for watching this episode of SciShow Space!

Over the years, people have thought up all kinds of wacky ways to get to outer space,

including space guns and even giant elevators.

And believe it or not, we've looked at the science behind that one, too.

You can learn all about space elevators, and whether they'd work,

over at the main SciShow channel.

Trump Can't Find Any Lawyers To Represent Him Against Mueller - Duration: 3:59.

On Sunday morning, Donald Trump tweeted out the following: "Many lawyers and top law firms

want to represent me in the Russia case ... don't believe the Fake News narrative that it is

hard to find a lawyer who wants to take this on.

Fame & fortune will NEVER be turned down by a lawyer, though some are conflicted."

What's interesting about this tweet is that about 24 hours after Donald Trump sent it,

a report came out showing that two more lawyers have declined to take positions on Donald

Trump's legal team for the Mueller probe.

So right now, Donald Trump basically has one main lawyer left on his legal team, and in

spite of what he tells us on Twitter, that people are just lining up out the door wanting

to join his team, nobody actually wants to join his team.

And what's funny about this is that this is not the first time this has happened.

As recently as last summer, in 2017, reports came out showing that top law firms throughout

the country, several in New York City alone, declined to take on Donald Trump as a client

when he was looking for lawyers to represent him in this probe when it was first beginning.

So this is not new.

We have known for probably nine months now, I guess, that no reputable, credible and talented

lawyer in this country wants to go work with Donald Trump, and there's several reasons

for that.

First and foremost, Donald Trump does not take the advice of the lawyers that he hires.

John Dowd, the lawyer who just quit, was very clear about that fact.

The second is that Donald Trump can't be trusted.

He lies all the time.

They're worried he's going to lie under oath, which is why they were trying to tell him,

"Do not go and interview with Robert Mueller," but he wants to do what he wants to do, again,

because he's not going to take their advice.

And number three, and this may play a smaller part in it, is the fact that a lot of these

lawyers, very high-priced lawyers, understand that Donald Trump has a sordid history of

not paying his bills, including at times his own legal bills.

So it seems unlikely that you're going to find a good lawyer willing to take on a client

who's not going to listen to you, who you have to worry about constantly lying, and

then, when it's all over, you're not even sure if you're going to end up getting paid

for saving his butt from Robert Mueller.

So no surprises here.

Donald Trump's brash, arrogant personality is turning away the most talented lawyers

in this country, and my hope is that the rest of his legal team also leaves, so that Donald

Trump is left with the same kind of justice system that the rest of this country has to

operate on, where he has to get a public defender.

You know, maybe some young man or woman who just got out of law school, taking on 20,

30 different cases a week, so they don't have enough time to fully study everything in there.

Maybe then we can get some changes and possibly more funding for the public defender system

here in the United States.

But that is my hope for the President, and not because I think it's going to end badly

for him that way.

I do, but that's not why I want to see that.

I want to see it because there's millions of people in this country who have to face

that kind of justice every day, working with an attorney who doesn't have enough time to

devote to their case, so they strike plea deals, and we end up with innocent people

going to prison, all because they're reliant on this public defender system that we have,

that the federal government, at every opportunity, is attempting to cripple.

Maybe if Donald Trump has to use that justice system, maybe we can make some real changes

to it for the better.

Games That Will Blow Everyone Away In 2019 - Duration: 5:02.

No doubt about it: Video games are bigger than ever.

And thanks to popular consoles like the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One — not

to mention pretty much every smartphone on the planet — things aren't going to slow

down any time soon.

Let's take a closer look at some of the most hotly anticipated titles coming in 2019.

Prepare your mind for Psychonauts 2

It's hard to pinpoint exactly what makes Psychonauts so special.

It's not just the premise, which throws a bunch of psychic-powered kids into an otherwise

normal summer camp, mixing up superpowered shenanigans with all kinds of cartoony teen

angst.

It's not just the inventive levels, which use the environment itself to explore the

psyches of Psychonauts' quirky characters.

It's not just Psychonauts' weird sense of humor …

"I wish my loved one had remembered to indicate me as the beneficiary of his 401(k) plan."

… and it's certainly not the game's mass appeal — these days, Psychonauts is considered

a cult classic, but it absolutely bombed at release.

The truth is: Psychonauts is greater than the sum of its parts.

So it's no wonder that fans have been clamoring for a sequel for a decade and a half.

In 2019, they're finally getting one.

Back in 2015, players hungry for more Psychonauts contributed almost four million dollars to

help fund the long-awaited sequel.

And if developer Double Fine follows through on its promise, it looks like Psychonauts

2 will be well worth the wait.

Venture into the Valley of Gods

In 2016, the newly founded development studio Campo Santo released Firewatch, a murder mystery

adventure game set in the Wyoming wilderness.

The title was met with critical acclaim, and reviewers praised its voice acting, art style,

and engrossing story.

"Uhh, there are, uhh… panties."

"There are WHAT?"

"I don't wanna say that word again."

"Why, 'cuz you're twelve?"

Well, in 2019, we'll find out if Campo Santo can strike gold twice when they release their

latest project, In the Valley of Gods.

The game's action unfolds in Egypt in the 1920s and includes tomb-raiding Indiana Jones-style

in search of hidden treasures — and seeking out the perfect shot with your 35mm camera.

Like Firewatch, In the Valley of Gods really hinges on the relationship between its two

filmmaker protagonists.

The dynamic relationship between Henry and his boss, Delilah, was the heart of Firewatch.

"I'm glad you're here."

"Me too."

"Good."

That said, Valley main characters Rashida and Zora look like they might give Campo Santo's

debut duo a run for their money.

Look to the future in Cyberpunk 2077

CD Projekt Red has yet to announce a release date for its sci-fi RPG Cyberpunk 2077, but

it's speculated to be coming sometime in 2019.

In fact, the Polish developer hasn't said a whole lot about the game, period.

We know that it's been in development since at least 2012 and that it's a spin-off of

Cyberpunk 2020, a pen-and-paper role-playing game.

And we know that players will be able to experience other characters' memories using something

called a "Braindance" — and that the game will feature a multiplayer mode in addition

to its single-player campaign.

Cyberpunk 2077 is supposed to be considerably larger than the developer's last game, The

Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

Hopefully though, Cyberpunk's just as densely packed with stories to experience, characters

to meet, and things to do.

That's a big undertaking, but if any studio can do it, it's CD Projekt Red.

Don't worry.

They're professionals.

"This world doesn't need a hero — it needs a professional."

Tweak your tricks in Session

Developer Crea-ture Studios hopes to revitalize the skateboarding sim genre in 2019, when

Session is scheduled to hit Windows PCs and the Xbox One.

Taking its inspiration from Skate, Session uses motion-captured tricks and real-life

physics to capture skateboarding in all its glory.

Crea-ture also promises that Session will change over time as its team gathers analytics

data and adjusts levels accordingly.

They also claim the whole thing will be dripping with a heavy '90s vibe, honoring what the

devs call "the golden era of skateboarding."

Awesome.

Jet through the jungle in Anthem

When it comes to Anthem, there's some good news, and there's some bad news.

On the plus side, after Mass Effect: Andromeda failed to wow critics or players, BioWare

is going all in on its upcoming Destiny-like shooter.

On the other, that means the game has been delayed until 2019, and BioWare's got a lot

riding on it.

Rumors suggest that if Anthem doesn't deliver, BioWare as we know it may cease to exist.

That's a lot of pressure, especially for a studio best known for role-playing games,

not loot-based shooters.

Still, there are reasons to be cautiously optimistic.

Anthem will pit players, known as Freelancers, against both giant monsters and natural threats

like so-called "Shaper Storms."

Players' super-suits, or Javelins, will be upgradable, and come in a number of different

styles dependent on a character's class.

Anthem is far from a sure-fire hit, but BioWare is committed to the franchise long-term.

The best we can do is cross our fingers and take the leap when the game drops in 2019.

Looking For Love in All The Wrong Places | Sit Down, Stand Up - mitú - Duration: 3:03.

- Middle school, those were the years, man.

I had my first growth-spurt ever.

I went from being the shortest kid in elementary school,

to like one of the shortest kids in middle school.

So things weren't looking up for me.

I had all the confidence in the world,

so I decided to fall in love with one

of the tallest girls in the entire school, Anette.

Now Anette, she was just tall as hell.

That was the only thing I could remember about her.

I had to look up at her like this

when I talked to her, just like

"Hey! Hey Anette! Hey girl, how you doin'?

Good to see ya! Bye now!"

I just thought like this would be really funny

for me, one of the short guys,

to date her, the tallest human-being alive.

So I thought to myself, on Valentine's Day,

I'm gonna show up with the teddy bear,

and chocolates, and she's just gonna

fall head-over-heels for me.

I should've done my research because when

I showed up with chocolate and the teddy bear,

Anette already had a boyfriend.

I didn't know what to do with myself.

I moped around school all day,

teddy bear in one hand, chocolates in the other,

half-way crying, half-way like,

"No, I'm fine. Everything's okay."

(pretend crying)

Thanks, thank you, I appreciate that.

Mopin', man. Just mopin'!

Until about the seventh or eighth period, almost

at the end of the day, this one girl asked me,

"Hey, who's that teddy bear for?"

I looked at the teddy bear, I looked at her,

I looked back at the teddy bear, and I said,

"It's, it's for you,

Theresa."

She was like "Oh my God! Oh, thank you, oh my God!"

She took it, and um, we went steady

for like a week after that.

Couple hours after I gave her the teddy bear,

we're already making out, and then she asks,

"How about the chocolates?"

And I was like "Oh, no, mm-mm, that's for my mom.

I ate those chocolates a couple hours later.

You know, Anette and I didn't end up going-steady.

She didn't even end up being my valentine,

but, at prom the next year, I at least

got to dance with her, and it was crazy.

So we're dancing, it's great, she flattens

me out on the ground somehow, there's an actual

photo of us where like it's just her

on top of me, and like literally only the

top of my head is sticking out.

You can't even see my face.

That's how tall she was.

So I guess the moral of the story

is, you know, you can re-gift a Valentine's

Day gift, and still have a happy ending,

'cause the tall girls, they're tall,

HAILEY LEBLANC| Draw My Life - Duration: 3:47.

Hayley Noelle LeBlanc, better known as Hayley LeBlanc or Hay Hay, is an actress, youtuber

and level 3 gymnast from the US.

She was born on September 2nd 2008, in Katy, Texas, United States, but home for her is

in Maryland.

She is the daugther of Billy Joseph LeBlanc and Katelyn (kéitlan) Delise (delís) LeBlanc,

creators of the famous family channel in Youtube "Bratayley"(bratéili), where they upload

vlogs about their daily life.

Hayley was the protagonist of the first Bratayley video, published in 2010, kind of a promo.

In fact, the channel was thought to be for her - the name is a mixture of the words "Brat"

and her name "Hayley".

When they started uploading videos to Bratayley, Hayley was only 2 years old.

We've witnessed a lot of the things she did for the first time in her life in different

episodes, and we can say we've been by her side during almost her whole life!

Hayley is the youngest star in the family, tho her older siblings Annie and Caleb LeBlanc

also appeared in the channel, entertaining thousands of people with their spontaneity

Sadly, Caleb passed away when was only 13 due to a heart illness.

It was a tragedy for the LeBlanc family, friends and followers.

Time has helped them overcome Caleb's loss, and keep a positive attitude.

They loved him so much and will never forget him.

Hayley used to practise gymnastics, just as her mother and sister Annie.

When she was only 2 years old, we were already aware of her talent, with all the tricks she

showed us along with her sister Annie on the Bratayley channel.

But Hayley, same as her sister, quit training in 2017 to dedicate more time to dancing and

other passions.

Apart from the Bratayley channel, Hayley collaborated with her siblings in other family channels

on Youtube, such as The Arrow Faction, TruthPlusDare and OMMyGoshTV.

In December 2015, she started her own channel, Hayley LeBlanc, which used to have a different

name, where she uploads videos about her daily life, challenges,, unboxing and gymnastics

trainings.

In August 2017, she participated in "Mani", a webseries for the Youtube channel Brat,

with the actress and singer Piper Rockelle (rokél).

Hayley also appears in the first season of "Chicken Girls", along with her sister

Annie and other artists such as Hayden Summerall.

In 2018, she participated in the webseries "Afterschooled", released in January on

the channel Brat.

She also appears in the second season of the series "Mani" and "Chicken Girls",

where she still plays the role of Harmony.

Hayley loves bunnies, she has one called Frizbee and 3 adorable dogs: Piper, Winnie and GG.

One of her favorite channels is Rosanna Pansino's, the baker and youtuber she actually had the

chance to meet in person.

Hayley has millions of followers in social networks.

She has accounts on Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and Musically, and she still participates

in Bratayley with her family.

Hayley LeBlanc is a sweet and fun girl who always thanks all the support and affection

from her fans.

She loves her older sister Annie and takes her as a role model.

We are sure her career as an artist has just started!

We wish her the best of luck in all the projects she still has ahead of her.

alter-NATIVE Ep. 5 "Standing with Standing Rock" - Duration: 9:03.

(upbeat music)

- I like what Aju said about having those benches.

- Yes.

- And then we can turn those into shelving

- Mm-hmm. for the pop-up store.

- [Woman] Today we're gonna go to the gallery space

where our Rise Collection pop-up shop

and fashion show will be held.

- [Woman] And there will be our imagery.

- It's perfect. - Yeah, this is such

a prime spot for advertising.

- We're at the corner of Cherokee

and Hollywood Boulevard (laughs).

The irony.

We gotta reclaim what that means.

- [Woman] Blank one ready for you guys.

- Blank one.

- Oh my gosh, too funny.

- So this is gonna be our space.

(bright pop music)

- Here to here is gonna be a step and repeat.

- Runway's gonna come to like here.

- Yeah.

- We're gonna have a fashion show.

I really wanted it to be a celebration.

I want it to be a space where people can come

and bask in indigenous excellence (laughs loudly).

- The speakers are already confirmed.

- Yes, the speakers are confirmed.

- Weren't you saying possibly have a dancer come?

- Yeah, but then I was thinking maybe not.

- No, okay. - No.

- Do we really wanna celebrate like the different layers

and complexity of what we're capable of doing?

- Yeah. - Right, right.

- I think maybe we should offer other native artists

to be a part of it.

- [Kim] Okay, do that.

- Yeah, that sounds good.

- Because our business has been booming,

I got to hire Kiela Bird.

She definitely will be a huge asset.

- Before LA, I lived in Bozeman, Montana.

For me, it's important to support my fellow

native artists.

It was kind of a perfect situation for me

and for her because her vision is also my vision

and so I ended up moving out to LA, to work with her.

- So here's the email from Tony, his ideas for the layout.

- [Bethany] I like that it's kind of emulating

our new photo shoot, too.

- [Kim] Yeah.

- It could even be just like plywood benches, you know?

- [Kim] Uh huh, yeah.

- And then like wildflower greenery.

- Right. - Mm-hmm, okay.

- [Kim] Should I grab my laptop, so it's bigger?

- Yeah, maybe we should have a laptop.

I don't want to do like a

- I don't want to do that. - obvious teepee.

- It's cute, but.

(all laugh)

- [Kim] It's not the right space.

- Nope.

- Right, and we don't want to use it as a prop.

- [Kim] Yeah.

(phone ringing)

- [Tony] Hello?

- Hi Tony, it's Bethany.

So, we have your email up right now

and we love the concept, we just have a few alterations.

- [Tony] There was one thing that I did want

to address and that was right now,

the models will just come straight down and go back.

We might be able to create more of a round runway.

- I really love that, and speaking of circle,

the teepee, I think that that's probably something

people would be expecting to see coming into this space

and I'd really like it to be beyond that.

- [Tony] I can understand wanting to get away from those.

- Yeah, I do think there should be something in the center,

and we can kind of brainstorm about more what that looks like.

I guess we'll just be in touch, coordinating

and start figuring out how we get this

- [Tony] All right. - all built.

- (laughs) All right, thank you so much Tony.

Three weeks.

See ya soon.

(laughs)

- [Tony] All right, bye.

- Help.

- I'm gonna pass out.

(upbeat pop music)

- For the past two years, I had a desk

and office in my living room.

I was jam packed to the gills.

It was time to find something and this was my dream spot.

This collection is really bright,

but there's also this strength and a little bit

of tenderness about it.

The very first piece that I designed,

I called it a RISE sheathe,

but it's really a striped bodycon dress.

I remember really vividly, the colors in the morning

when I woke up at camp at Standing Rock.

That was really what I was thinking about.

(cultural music and singing)

I felt really drawn to Standing Rock.

I just knew I needed to go.

Then, one of my girlfriends had posted on Facebook

that she was out helping her friend make ribbon skirts.

That's part of their ceremonial wear.

I was like, oh, I can do that.

There's times of prayer and times of ceremony,

we're asked to dress a certain way.

Knowing that, I wanted to help clothe the people.

I guess what I saw on social media or saw coming out

of the press, it was a very male-driven perspective

out of Standing Rock and my experience,

watching that was very different.

I was talking to Wakeah Jhane about an experience I had.

One morning, they came and woke us up

and they were like, all right we're going on an action.

I was honestly a little bit scared and we started

caravanning out to a site where they were

actually putting the pipeline together.

We were all in a big circle and we're just

like standing there, praying, and there were people singing.

And then this woman came up and she was holding

a batch of willow branches and they wanted us

to plant them in the ground.

But, before we did that we prayed,

it was really the first time that I've prayed

in a way where I knew my intention

was for my grandchildren.

I think it was probably something

that my ancestors did for me.

And I had this epiphany that,

this is what I've always been meant to do.

Looking around, there were teepees and people

on horseback and people living off the land again.

And it was like we were in the old days,

and then here I was still doing the things that I do

in Los Angeles, but doing it in the way

that our people have always done it.

And, I was talking to Wakeah Jhane and I said

I wanna have seven women, grandmothers, a child,

all from different nations standing together.

And then the skirt was really the reason

why I went out to Standing Rocks.

It really made the whole collection come full circle.

- The particular piece I made is a piece entitled,

Unity, and in this piece it represents women

coming together to defend the land

and to defend our children and to defend

our rights here as indigenous women.

We speak through this art form and it empowers us

and it empowers the people who wear this skirt.

- [Bethany] Today I'm at city hall, it's going to be

a monumental vote to change Columbus Day

to Indigenous People's day in the city of Los Angeles.

Council member, Mitch O'Farrell, who is leading

the change had invited me to attend.

- Now, I would argue very strongly

that the courageous vote to take

is to replace Columbus Day with Indigenous People's Day.

(crowd clapping and cheering)

Other cities that have not done so

are in the stark minority.

This is not anti-Italian, it never has been.

- [Audience Member] Yes it is.

- [Bethany] There are people who oppose the vote,

but I think what people don't realize

is really the horrible things Columbus did.

- We are not breeding a racial conflict, we are ending one.

- [Audience Member] Yes you are.

(crowd cheering and applauding)

- [Bethany] This isn't about opposing

Italian-American people or their heritage,

it's about opposing Columbus.

(crowd cheering and applauding)

- It passed.

(crowd cheering and applauding)

- A day to remember.

History has been made.

(cultural singing)

- Oh, it's amazing, I got really emotional

because we fight for this stuff all the time.

Just to see a victory, and to see all the little guys,

like, those are the next generation.

Those are who we're doing it for, it feels good.

- Hi.

- So good to see you. - It's so good to see you.

- We did it. - Amazing.

- That's courage, right - Yes.

- This is the woman who made this happen,

she has been campaigning and heading

the like, change policy for like years.

Like, how many years in the making has it been?

- Well, I really say that it's been decades

in the making because there are so many activists

that have been fighting to replace Columbus Day

with Indigenous People's Day for so long,

so we were fortunate enough to do this last leg,

which has been two years.

There have been so many obstacles in our way,

there have been so many arguments against this

and we were doing something very difficult,

changing the way that the city understands history

and I think that we did that.

- [Bethany] I want our upcoming event to be more than

just a fashion show.

I wanna celebrate the women on the front-lines,

the resilience, the strength, on this monumental day

and empower our people for the hard work ahead.

Panama Canal Cruise - Day 8 Rainy Sea Day - Duration: 11:04.

today's vlog is brought to you by CruiseLine.com where you can find reviews

tips and photos from real everyday cruisers good morning we are having some

gnarly weather and I am gonna show you guys just how gnarly it is ready I had to

put my bag down because

it's pouring and I love a tropical storm you can hear the wind howling you guys

this is insane the ship is listing it's really dramatic

pool is closed off I don't know why but welcome to our rainy sea day yeah can

you hear the wind howling is it just me

maybe the water it's like flowing down

and as quickly as the rain came it went and everything is now just soaking wet

it's so beautiful out here right now though it smells like the sea and fresh

rain love it I'm thinking these people probably didn't know it was gonna pour

rain and they said their towels out he's freaking we're kind of disappointed

to come back to these soggy guys nobody ever said 9 a.m. is too early to go in

the hot tub after a cool storm while your son and husband are still sleeping

guilty mom pleasures right

it's crazy raining again and from where we are here on the Caribe deck you can

look up at the bridge and see the water just cascading off of it like when

you're in the shower and the water comes off your chin and like a big line it

looks like that so let's go check it out well you don't have to come out here

so now if I plan on today being a pool day I'll be super disappointed but being

a California girl who is used to the drought this is my idea of an awesome

day I love it I love that it's thundering I love that just starts

raining and stops raining constantly of no idea no way of predicting it people

keep putting their towels out by the pool and then having to like bring them

in and put them in the towel bin and then if it gets sunny they get clean towels

dry towels and put it back out it's crazy this is fun and for us California

people it's kind of thrilling honestly

kid cam is back what's up kid cam? yeah stuff are you just looking at the rain

and the thunder yep pretty cool huh I'm gonna ask you some

questions you're gonna ask me some questions okay so why do you like most

about this tropical weather what do I like most about this tropical weather I

like it it's unpredictable I like that I can hear the thunder and I like this

different because I'm not used to this tropical weather how about you I like

that it is very we don't get much of that in California it's true huh we live in the

desert basically huh yeah you we have right now

pretty awesome

today right now sounds good bye bye bye we're having a great sea day so far but

the day is going by way too fast we had another time change yesterday so after

Costa Rica and on our way to Grand Cayman they set us back to East Coast

time so when we were in Costa Rica we had fallen back to we'd fallen back one

hour and now we're one ahead so we lost that hour today which is kind of a

bummer especially on formal night but there's something I actually want to

share with you guys I was looking through the room service menu the other

day and I'm just looking at all the food la I love all the dining options and I

stumbled upon at the very end they had their prices for their for drinks and

things like that to be brought to your room and so I always assumed of course

you can have beers and sodas and stuff like that brought to your room it

bottles wine if you wanted to and that if you wanted to buy a bottle of liquor

you could but the I assume that it would be like a hundred dollar bottle right

well not on princess on princess you can actually buy small bottles and they vary

from three hundred and seventy-five down to three hundred and fifty

milliliter bottles of things so they're basically like they're not the sample

size or the single-serve kind but they're kind of middle-of-the-road and

they're really inexpensive so I'm actually going to buy a bottle of my

favorite gin I'm gonna buy a three hundred and seventy five milliliter of

Bombay Sapphire for 20 bucks so we're gonna call room service right now and

see how this works and see if it's just as easy as it seems if there's any

strings attached or whatever so let's go

perfect picture oh hi there I'd like to have a bottle of Bombay Sapphire

delivered to my room please Bombay Sapphire yes can I help a baby number

c10 seven language them Caribe that ain't one fitted them okay thank you for

gonna deliver great how long do you think that will take you know once a

minute Oh wonderful thank you so much thank you for calling okay bye-bye

okay that was so easy definitely I don't know what I expected but I kind of

thought they'd say something like they were out of it or whatever but I want to

give you guys an idea of some of the other things that are offered and then

I'll have my husband take a little picture but they do have they do have

single serving of Bloody Mary Mix and then getting into the other spirits

that they have they have bourbon they have Jim Beam Crown Royal Jack Daniels

they have two types of scotch they have one type of cognac of cognac cognac

of course it's Courvoisier and then they have two types of vodka rum and gents I

think it is really cool these very you guys from fifteen to twenty eight

dollars that is not bad as a really really good option and it's definitely a

little bit easier than smuggling your booze on let's just be honest so our

little pre formal night tip of the day for you guys come on

sorry how are you oh thank you so much that's cute here

how do you bring in this thank you so much

here you hold this for mommy good mom alert mm-hmm

Thanks have a great day bye take care here son hold my booze while I sign for

this okay no seriously why did I order this little bottle because I have

discovered some secret mixers that you can get complimentary on the ship and

that would be grapefruit juice and orange juice from breakfast in the

morning so if you just order a little glass of orange juice or grapefruit juice or

whatever kind of juice you want you could probably even ask for cranberry

you have a nice little mixer for an evening cocktail so let's go see how

this works there are new little bottle of Bombay Sapphire which is adorable by

the way high-five okay thanks for helping buddy high five!

welcome to the cruise tips TV bar this is my adorable little bottle of Bombay

Sapphire that I just ordered for $20 plus gratuity 15% gratuity which I think

it's totally fair for onboard prices because I definitely am gonna get a lot

more cocktails out of this then if I'm going to the bar so for comparison's

sake I want to show you guys what it looks like next to a 12 ounce or 500

milliliter bottle of water this gin is 375 milliliters I'm getting so

technical today what's that all about I just want to show you guys like really

what the size is because sometimes it's difficult to be able to tell so as I

mentioned I got some little juices this morning at breakfast so grapefruit and

orange so we're gonna put a little orange juice in here okay and a little

great for juice we have our trusty little ice bucket that our stateroom

stewardess refills for us and then oh no I don't know if I can get it open okay

yeah a problem and then I'm gonna pour a few capfuls

into my little juice bottle here okay this is a lot of couples it's a small

cap you guys don't judge so I think that will make a fun little makeshift

cocktail and I could save a few bucks and you guys know how I feel about gin

and grapefruit it's my favorite thing in the world so why not just make it in

your room okay it may be a little too strong Cheers lobster night lobster

night was a success it was delicious we had a great time and me me

dining room everybody who's wearing tuxedos including our waiter is very

formal cruise this time I've seen a lot of fancy and fun twists on formal wear

including a guy in a bright red jacket getting his picture taken with his wife

in front of a Christmas tree it's actually really adorable but a lot of a

lot of fun a lot of festive things going on in the ship tonight so we have been

taking full advantage of our photo package walking around looking for

different settings for family photos and we're feeling like we're getting the

most out of the package haven't mentioned this before but what we did is

we got an email about a week before our cruise for a discounted all you can I

guess all the photos you could take for 199 instead of the awkward price of 249

well in the first four days of our cruise we weren't really getting the

most of it we didn't feel like the photographer's were out but we're

feeling a little bit better now got some great Panama Canal pictures and we'll be

sure to show some of them to you guys on social media so be sure to check it out

thanks for tuning in today tomorrow's a fun one we're going to Grand Cayman so

we'll see you then

Just 2 Minutes: David 02 - Duration: 2:11.

David reaches the battlefield and he encounters his brothers and his brothers

were not very excited seeing him there accuses him that he was not a

responsible person with the sheep that was entrusted with him but David was so

concerned about the defying way that Philistine leader Philistine champion

Goliath was talking about the king of Israel the Lord of Israel David said who

is this man the uncircumcised Philistine who is defying the name of the Lord but

his brothers did not understand the fire that was burning in the heart of David

and he was asked to shut up and and and stop talking but David did something

very significant there that often saves us from many unwanted battles, Bible says

David turned away from his brothers I want to put this

thought across to you there are many people those who are causing us to fight

the battle on the top of the mountain but that real battle is down the valley

but there are people there are people talking behind

our backs who instigate us to pick fights and prove our worth on top

of the mountain but the real battle is always down to valley turn away turn away

from the unwanted fights turn away from the people that are accusing you turn

away from the people that belittles you turn away from the people those who are

saying to you that you are just an young man you are just not equipped for this

battle but turn towards the real fight the real fight is always down the valley

if you choose to fight the battle that is behind that is on top of the mountain

Goliath will stay on and Goliath will stay on to defy the name of the Lord the

Lord it will always have the real fight but remember to have selective hearing

that is a lesson for this week have selective hearing
