and stabbed me with something please say prayers for us prayers go out to Corey
Feldman we all hope that you're okay and before we get any further into this some
of you might be thinking who is Corey Feldman and if you don't know well then
we just can't not be friends have you ever seen the Goonies clearly you have
not but Goonies was the 1985 action romance that lasted 154 minutes it was a
very very good movie a cult classic here in the USA
I didn't like this movie when two brothers found out that they might lose
their house they are desperate to find a way to keep their home they find a
treasure map and bring some friends along to find it they are all out
looking for the ex and trying to get away from a group of old bad guys who
also want the treasure this movie was absolutely amazing and if you haven't
seen I highly suggest that movie now going back to the pointed story now
you guys might be saying okay the guy was stabbed but what's this got to do
with anything listen to me this is not the first attempt this is not the first
weird thing to happen to Corey Feldman it has been going on in Hollywood for
years and I'm not the only one noticed Paul Joseph Watson says Corey Feldman
has lived in the fear of his life for a while now last night he was stabbed
while sitting in his car just a coincidence I presume it is strange a
lot of these things seem to be happening him but it does seem like somebody's
Africa who is after Corey Feldman could it be the Illuminati now it very well
could be and a lot of people are saying that this is a false accusation but it
they say claims he was suggested multiple times

now it's very difficult for me even to ask my fans for donations it just feels

Feldman has been involved in quite a few of these things it could be a
coincidence it could be a conspiracy let's read on Corey Haims mother says
he's been talking about revealing the names of his and other abusers for seven
years since this since my son died Judy helm said now he wants 10 million
to do it come on it's a long con he's a scam artist if he was serious about this
he'd share the information he has with the police I could see how she feels
this way I mean he has this information about you know they could potentially
help a lot of people and instead of just giving it over to the police he does
want 10 million dollars it's not the way that I would go about it but hey we
don't know my own personal opinion on this is yes this is a new headset and I
know it is pretty cool thank you for acknowledging that my mom and a personal
opinion on this is he was stabbed in an attempted homicide he said and he was
tweeting from the hospital I hate that he got stabbed I hate that you know if
he really was hurt that that happened to him the thing is is that you know he's
hollering homicide and I feel like if it to be a homicide there has to be a known
conspiracy and people out to get him the Illuminati do come after people it
is a thing but the thing is that he could have been a victim of a random
stabbing maybe it wasn't a conspiracy maybe it who really knows so after he
started making these accusations and saying that he was gonna expose anything
along with all the stabbings and weird things
he was arrested days after making the claim of sexual abuse allegations
which which seems to be is strange to me former Hollywood actor Corey Feldman has
been wrested on a marijuana charge of Louisiana after his tour bus was pulled
over for speeding days after he made the headlines for speaking about the
allegations of pedophilia in Hollywood I'm that there's one - I think that's
three coincidences how many coincidences do you need before you kind of realize
that there's something going on craziest thing is after he was pulled over and
arrested for this no illegal or street drugs were found on the bus at all which
was why nobody had to spend the night in jail hmm it's the same like that there
is more to this than we know maybe it's an Illuminati conspiracy maybe
somebody's out to get him maybe Hollywood's trying to shake now maybe
they're trying to make him quiet on the other end of the spectrum maybe he's a
liar maybe he's money hungry and he's not that much of a good person I really
can't I can't say we can only speculate at this point but as interesting as this
is I am interested in what do you think about this do you think that Corey
Feldman is lying about being stabbed do you think that he is making stories up
and lying or is the truth much greater than that is Hollywood trying to shut
him up is this a conspiracy is Illuminati having another attempt at

My Heart - Duration: 4:06.
My daughter has this mobile in her room that she has had ever since she was a
baby. It's simple but very beautiful. The reason it looks like this right now is
because a few days ago she took it down so her and a friend wouldn't knock it
down when they were playing but in doing so it became a tangled mess.
It was an honest mistake so I took it upon myself to do my best to fix it.
While in a meditative state of slowly but surely working through each individual knot and
twist it came to me that this mobile was a metaphor for my heart.
It's no secret that my life kind of fell apart last year
between losing my job, my father's sudden and unexpected passing
in the same month,
followed by difficult choice to step down from a successful project I started
and loved with all of my heart
for reasons I cannot yet explain and finally having someone that
I care for deeply decided that they were better off no longer having me in their life
as well as dealing with my overall depression, anxiety and low self-esteem
(they seemed to be a package deal) I have done a great deal of working through each
individual knot and twist in my heart. On the outside it might not look like I'm
accomplishing much of anything because the results of my work are neither
speedy nor obvious. But there's a lot of minute, detailed work that goes into
repairing one's heart. Each individual strand is connected and bound to so many
others that it can be a dizzying and oft times frustrating task to work
through because just when I think I have one issue all sorted out I realize that
it is connected to another issue and I have to untangle that issue before I can
go back and finish the one I was dealing with initially. It does me no good to get
frustrated or overly angry because then I might break the whole thing.
And while some issues may be easier to work on than others each time I work through
something it only comes into focus how much more work there is to be done.
But I cannot afford to focus on the bigger picture. I must remain focused on the
issue I am currently working through. I have to sort
through how each issue is intertwined with all of the others and how it came
to be such a tangled mess. Because it is only when I find out how it all started
and how it's connected that I am able to work through it. As I go through each
issue I try to make improvements where I can, while not losing focus on the end goal.
But to be honest there may be some strands that are just too entangled for
me to even begin to deal with right now. So instead, I choose to celebrate the
victories as they come no matter how few or how small. Because this is how I move on.
This is how I fix my broken and tangled heart.
This is how I fix ME.
It is not up to anyone else. I have to do this on my own. I am grateful for all of the
help and advice I have gotten from others. But the real difficult work is mine to do.
It may not look like much but I am making great strides every day.
It will take time and lots of work, so I ask for patience and understanding in the meantime.
But I promise you all I have no plans on stopping until my work here is done!
Also, I plan on fixing my daughter's mobile because she really loves it.

Texas VS California - How Do They Compare? - Duration: 5:36.
Both large in terms of population and size, Texas and California have not only driven
the US economy since records began, they are both also among the largest states in term
of population and land mass.
But when you put these two giants head to head, and with all else being equal, just
which state edges it as the most super powerful awesome American State.
In the red corner, we have the lone star state, famous for its once independence, as well
as its massive land mass and oil producing mega power.
And in the blue corner, we have California, land of movies, magic, technological giants,
and fine wines.
What happens when we match up these two powerhouses?
That's what we'll find out, in this episode of The Infographics Show - Texas vs California.
California, the Golden State, with a population 34.9 million, is the most populous state in
America and, to put that population into perspective, almost 1 in every 8 Americans is Californian.
Texas, on the other hand, is the second biggest state geographically with a 268,601 square
miles land mass, and if it were a country, Texas would be the 40th largest in the world,
just after Chile and Zambia.
Texas has the second highest population after California and was its own independent nation
from 1836 to 1845.
The Texas Lone Star Flag has three colors.
Red to represent courage, white for liberty, blue for loyalty, and the white star added
during the battles between Texas and Mexico during the 1830s, for purity.
After Texas was annexed as an independent nation in 1845, Texans retained the right
to fly their Lone Star flags at the same height as the national stars and stripes.
California has more national parks than any other state, with 9 of the total 59 national
parks falling within the state's borders.
It is also home to the world's tallest trees, the Hyperion, an 800 year old redwood that
is an impressive 380 feet tall (115.54 meters) and is estimated to contain 530 cubic meters
of wood.
Austin, Texas, meanwhile, is home to North America's largest urban bat colony with
over 1.5 million of the creatures roosting under Congress Avenue Bridge, and eating around
20,000lbs of insects every night.
And if that's a lot of bats flapping around in the city, check out Bracken Cave, also
in Texas, where over 20 million bats live, which is about the same number of bats as
people living in Bangkok, Thailand, one of the most densely populated cities in the world.
California became home to the world's first McDonald's restaurant in 1940, after brothers
Richard and Maurice McDonald opened the first branch in San Bernardino.
Now McDonalds has over 36 thousand restaurants in 120 different countries serving 68 million
customers each and every day.
Not to be outdone on the world mega-corp stakes, Texas's Exxon Mobil is the world's largest
publicly traded oil and gas company and the world's 10th largest company by revenue.
In 2014 Exxon was the Fortune 500's 2nd most profitable company with a daily production
of almost 4 million barrels of oil.
And as we all probably know, the world's largest movie industry (by revenue) is based
in California.
How much revenue?
Well, with a global box office forecast to increase from 38 billion dollars to nearly
50 billion dollars in 2020, Hollywood is set to see a healthy future indeed.
Hollywood is home to the Oscars, however the award statuette was actually named after the
Texan Oscar Pierce, whose niece worked for the award committee, and when seeing the award
for the first time said, "That looks just like my uncle Oscar," and so the statuette
was named.
California is the world's fifth-largest supplier of food, with over 90% of the USA's
supply of raisins, pomegranates, rice, peaches, plums and pistachios coming from there.
It also exports tons fruit juices and wines.
Texas is all about petroleum, and if it were an independent nation, it would be the 5th
largest oil-producing nation worldwide.
Just 34 of Texas's 254 counties are without natural gas, and the Gulf of Mexico is one
of the largest offshore drilling regions producing 463 million barrels of crude oil in 2012 alone.
California has the fourth-highest cost of living at 132 percent of the national average,
while Texas has the second lowest cost of living at 90 percent.
California has a minimum wage of $8 while Texas has a $7.25 minimum wage.
California was the first state to become a trillion dollar economy, and if it was a country,
it would be the sixth largest in the world, surpassing France.
Texas is home to the bowie knife named after Jim Bowie and designed by his brother Rezin.
On the subject of self-protection, in 2015, the Texas legislature passed a bill to allow
concealed handgun permit holders to begin to carry handguns openly, and in Gun Barrel
City, Texas, whose motto is "We shoot straight with you," citizens are encouraged by legislation
to carry a firearm.
By comparison, in California, the gun laws are among the most restrictive in the United
States.
The gun death rate for California in 2013 was 7.89 per 100,000 citizens, compared with
Texas at 10.5.
It is still a hanging offense in Texas to steal or put any kind of markings on another
person's cattle.
It's also illegal to strip naked in front of a dead body, or to let a camel run loose
on the beach.
And in Los Angeles, where sunshine is guaranteed to the masses, it is illegal to throw a Frisbee
on the beach without first having sought permission from an official lifeguard.

HI everybody, time for a quick
look inside vancouver public schools.
If
you're of a certain age, you
probably remember shop class.
Well.. a
new program at hudson's bay high
school is bringing it back ,
but with a modern twist.
To
observe students in the building trades
program at hudson's bay high school,
is to observe a classroom of
students in deep focus.
"This class
is intro to construction, so they
have 10 days to kind of
get a taste of ten different
parts of the construction field""wire electrical
units, read blueprints, and put drywall
on" this is a new option
at bay, like a traditional shop
class, with an eye on career
paths for students.
"The big part
of high school now is kind
of shifting back to just making
sure you have a plan after
high school, and that plan doesn't
have to be college, it could
be going to an apprenticeship" that's
possible through this program, thanks to
a partnership with the local carpenters'
union.
Students can work their way
toward eligibility for apprenticeships by the
time they graduate.
"Industries are running
out of qualified workers.
the boomer
generation is retiring, which means there
will be a lot of openings
in trades.
but we don't have
people to fill those jobs" students
can try out different areas of
industry to see which they prefer,
and get a head start on
their futures.
"Well, just in general,
it's good to know how to
do certain things, so if you
ever apply for a job you'll
have a one up on someone
who doesn't know how to do
those things" and students are discovering
the joy of building something with
their own two hands.

always sitting down, i'm having to
read something.

for several of them.
That includes

allow for as many students as
possible to apply.
That includes programs

skyview.

Texas VS California - How Do They Compare? - Duration: 5:36.Both large in terms of population and size, Texas and California have not only driven
the US economy since records began, they are both also among the largest states in term
of population and land mass.
But when you put these two giants head to head, and with all else being equal, just
which state edges it as the most super powerful awesome American State.
In the red corner, we have the lone star state, famous for its once independence, as well
as its massive land mass and oil producing mega power.
And in the blue corner, we have California, land of movies, magic, technological giants,
and fine wines.
What happens when we match up these two powerhouses?
That's what we'll find out, in this episode of The Infographics Show - Texas vs California.
California, the Golden State, with a population 34.9 million, is the most populous state in
America and, to put that population into perspective, almost 1 in every 8 Americans is Californian.
Texas, on the other hand, is the second biggest state geographically with a 268,601 square
miles land mass, and if it were a country, Texas would be the 40th largest in the world,
just after Chile and Zambia.
Texas has the second highest population after California and was its own independent nation
from 1836 to 1845.
The Texas Lone Star Flag has three colors.
Red to represent courage, white for liberty, blue for loyalty, and the white star added
during the battles between Texas and Mexico during the 1830s, for purity.
After Texas was annexed as an independent nation in 1845, Texans retained the right
to fly their Lone Star flags at the same height as the national stars and stripes.
California has more national parks than any other state, with 9 of the total 59 national
parks falling within the state's borders.
It is also home to the world's tallest trees, the Hyperion, an 800 year old redwood that
is an impressive 380 feet tall (115.54 meters) and is estimated to contain 530 cubic meters
of wood.
Austin, Texas, meanwhile, is home to North America's largest urban bat colony with
over 1.5 million of the creatures roosting under Congress Avenue Bridge, and eating around
20,000lbs of insects every night.
And if that's a lot of bats flapping around in the city, check out Bracken Cave, also
in Texas, where over 20 million bats live, which is about the same number of bats as
people living in Bangkok, Thailand, one of the most densely populated cities in the world.
California became home to the world's first McDonald's restaurant in 1940, after brothers
Richard and Maurice McDonald opened the first branch in San Bernardino.
Now McDonalds has over 36 thousand restaurants in 120 different countries serving 68 million
customers each and every day.
Not to be outdone on the world mega-corp stakes, Texas's Exxon Mobil is the world's largest
publicly traded oil and gas company and the world's 10th largest company by revenue.
In 2014 Exxon was the Fortune 500's 2nd most profitable company with a daily production
of almost 4 million barrels of oil.
And as we all probably know, the world's largest movie industry (by revenue) is based
in California.
How much revenue?
Well, with a global box office forecast to increase from 38 billion dollars to nearly
50 billion dollars in 2020, Hollywood is set to see a healthy future indeed.
Hollywood is home to the Oscars, however the award statuette was actually named after the
Texan Oscar Pierce, whose niece worked for the award committee, and when seeing the award
for the first time said, "That looks just like my uncle Oscar," and so the statuette
was named.
California is the world's fifth-largest supplier of food, with over 90% of the USA's
supply of raisins, pomegranates, rice, peaches, plums and pistachios coming from there.
It also exports tons fruit juices and wines.
Texas is all about petroleum, and if it were an independent nation, it would be the 5th
largest oil-producing nation worldwide.
Just 34 of Texas's 254 counties are without natural gas, and the Gulf of Mexico is one
of the largest offshore drilling regions producing 463 million barrels of crude oil in 2012 alone.
California has the fourth-highest cost of living at 132 percent of the national average,
while Texas has the second lowest cost of living at 90 percent.
California has a minimum wage of $8 while Texas has a $7.25 minimum wage.
California was the first state to become a trillion dollar economy, and if it was a country,
it would be the sixth largest in the world, surpassing France.
Texas is home to the bowie knife named after Jim Bowie and designed by his brother Rezin.
On the subject of self-protection, in 2015, the Texas legislature passed a bill to allow
concealed handgun permit holders to begin to carry handguns openly, and in Gun Barrel
City, Texas, whose motto is "We shoot straight with you," citizens are encouraged by legislation
to carry a firearm.
By comparison, in California, the gun laws are among the most restrictive in the United
States.
The gun death rate for California in 2013 was 7.89 per 100,000 citizens, compared with
Texas at 10.5.
It is still a hanging offense in Texas to steal or put any kind of markings on another
person's cattle.
It's also illegal to strip naked in front of a dead body, or to let a camel run loose
on the beach.
And in Los Angeles, where sunshine is guaranteed to the masses, it is illegal to throw a Frisbee
on the beach without first having sought permission from an official lifeguard.

My Heart - Duration: 4:06.My daughter has this mobile in her room that she has had ever since she was a
baby. It's simple but very beautiful. The reason it looks like this right now is
because a few days ago she took it down so her and a friend wouldn't knock it
down when they were playing but in doing so it became a tangled mess.
It was an honest mistake so I took it upon myself to do my best to fix it.
While in a meditative state of slowly but surely working through each individual knot and
twist it came to me that this mobile was a metaphor for my heart.
It's no secret that my life kind of fell apart last year
between losing my job, my father's sudden and unexpected passing
in the same month,
followed by difficult choice to step down from a successful project I started
and loved with all of my heart
for reasons I cannot yet explain and finally having someone that
I care for deeply decided that they were better off no longer having me in their life
as well as dealing with my overall depression, anxiety and low self-esteem
(they seemed to be a package deal) I have done a great deal of working through each
individual knot and twist in my heart. On the outside it might not look like I'm
accomplishing much of anything because the results of my work are neither
speedy nor obvious. But there's a lot of minute, detailed work that goes into
repairing one's heart. Each individual strand is connected and bound to so many
others that it can be a dizzying and oft times frustrating task to work
through because just when I think I have one issue all sorted out I realize that
it is connected to another issue and I have to untangle that issue before I can
go back and finish the one I was dealing with initially. It does me no good to get
frustrated or overly angry because then I might break the whole thing.
And while some issues may be easier to work on than others each time I work through
something it only comes into focus how much more work there is to be done.
But I cannot afford to focus on the bigger picture. I must remain focused on the
issue I am currently working through. I have to sort
through how each issue is intertwined with all of the others and how it came
to be such a tangled mess. Because it is only when I find out how it all started
and how it's connected that I am able to work through it. As I go through each
issue I try to make improvements where I can, while not losing focus on the end goal.
But to be honest there may be some strands that are just too entangled for
me to even begin to deal with right now. So instead, I choose to celebrate the
victories as they come no matter how few or how small. Because this is how I move on.
This is how I fix my broken and tangled heart.
This is how I fix ME.
It is not up to anyone else. I have to do this on my own. I am grateful for all of the
help and advice I have gotten from others. But the real difficult work is mine to do.
It may not look like much but I am making great strides every day.
It will take time and lots of work, so I ask for patience and understanding in the meantime.
But I promise you all I have no plans on stopping until my work here is done!
Also, I plan on fixing my daughter's mobile because she really loves it.

They just said, "You're out of business."
Well, the group is saying, "No, we're not out of business because we're a church.

We have an association of faith and we have the right to protection as a church."
It's really no different.
It's no different from the Rastafarians.
The Rastafarians say, "We have a right to use marijuana."
These people are saying the same thing.
They're saying, "Look."
This isn't ... Yeah.
Yeah.
This hasn't been tested.
Here's the problem they have with this.
Okay, so get ready if you're part of the Cannabis Church.
Dude.
It's clever.
It's clever.
It is clever.
You've got to give it to them.
But the dude abides and all that, I don't think the dude's going to abide here because
what you're going to find is that there are statutes in place.
There's state statute.
The statute says that you have to comply with certain registration, certain tax requirements,
certain health requirements.
There's all these things you have to do before you can call yourself a church.
It's a pretty lengthy process.
And in addition to that, you have to do those things in order to sell cannabis.
So it's kind of a loser, I think.
I don't think they're going to prevail on the first ... On this idea of religion.
But I wonder.
As I looked at this story, I kind of wondered.
Is this Sessions overreacting?
Is this part of Sessions saying, "We're going to clamp down on marijuana out in California
because they're ignoring us"?

set up as a church and we have to say that maybe cannabis was part of sacrament, like
the Catholic Church may say wine is part of the sacrament.

This Is What Happened To The Man Who Played Roy On The Office - Duration: 5:37.
It seems like only yesterday that The Office — the American take on the BBC's original
workplace comedy — closed its doors.
And while many members of its memorable cast have moved on to other projects or pursuits,
we can't help but wonder: Whatever happened to David Denman, the actor who played Pam's
ex-fiancé, Roy Anderson?
We know Roy struck it rich with his own gravel company, married a restaurant owner, and even
learned how to play piano …
[Playing piano and singing] "She's got a way about her/I don't know what it is"
… but that all took place in the fantasy land of Scranton, Pennsylvania.
What did Denman really do after The Office?
Let's take a closer look at what he's been up to since viewers said goodbye to Dunder
Mifflin.
He bossed around Steve Jobs
Well, he bossed around the Ashton Kutcher version of Steve Jobs.
"Listen, Steve.
You're good.
You're damn good.
But you're an a--hole."
Denman played the small but important role of programming pioneer and Pong creator Al
Alcorn in the 2013 biographical drama Jobs.
Though it's not the most memorable part in the critically panned film, not everyone can
claim that they hurled a profane insult at the late co-founder and former CEO of Apple.
That's a long way from stacking boxes for Dunder Mifflin.
But that wasn't Denmen's only 2013 gig.
He also stepped into the shoes of Private McQuarrie in the post-apocalyptic sci-fi action
flick After Earth — the second movie to star father-and-son duo Will and Jaden Smith.
"Might wanna go easy on him, Sarge.
That's the Prime Commander's son right there."
The film was widely panned by critics and viewers alike, and it has gone down as one
of both Smith's and director M. Night Shyamalan's least memorable projects.
Fortunately for those involved, it didn't turn out to be quite the career-demolishing
disaster it may have seemed — Shyamalan rebounded with Split in 2017, while both Smiths
always have plenty of projects in the pipeline.
As for Denman?
After Earth's failure definitely didn't stop him from landing more roles.
He went to boot camp
"You know, I do have a gun in my cubby, and I will use it."
In order to prepare for his role as Boon in the biographical war thriller 13 Hours: The
Secret Soldiers of Benghazi, Denman put himself through boot camp — but not just to learn
how to shoot guns.
The actor, who starred in the flick alongside fellow Office alum John Krasinski, wanted
to really get into the mind of elite operatives.
He told Backstage,
"They're of a different ilk.
They do stuff that I don't necessarily understand and put themselves in harm's way without batting
an eye."
Denman was also surprised to learn about the positive impact The Office had on the actual
secret soldiers of Benghazi, saying,
"One of these guys came up after a screening and said, 'We watched The Office like crazy.
It got us through so much.'
[...] I sat there in awe that some guy overseas, trying to protect our interests, was using
a silly comedy as a survival tool.
My brain had an explosion.
I was really moved by that."
All we wanna know is: How many times did those badass soldiers force The Office's Jim and
Roy to reenact their on-screen rivalry?
"I'm gonna kill Jim Halpert."
He put a ring on it
Though Denman hasn't spent much time in the spotlight for his various supporting roles,
his marriage to Swedish-American actress and former Fear the Walking Dead star Mercedes
Mason has garnered the attention of celebrity-adoring media.
The couple tied the knot in 2014, and Denman celebrated their one-year anniversary on Instagram.
It really does look like everyday is getting better for the two — or should we say three.
Denman and Mason took to Instagram to announce that they were expecting their first child.
And in January 2018, Mason gave birth to a baby boy.
As usual, Denman headed over to Instagram to share the news — and compliment his wife
for being such "a champ."
No stranger to the small screen
Though Denman hasn't really been a leading man yet, you've definitely seen him on some
of your favorite shows.
He's made supporting appearances on Person of Interest, Vegas, How to Get Away with Murder,
Two and a Half Men, Impress Me, Mad Men, and True Detective.
Come to think of it, he's actually been pretty hard to miss.
He's also been featured as a prominent recurring cast member in Parenthood and Outcast.
With an ever-growing resumé, expect to keep seeing Denman pop up on your favorite series
for years to come.
That is, if he isn't busy landing larger roles on the big screen.
He rubs elbows with the Hollywood elite
In 2017, Denman appeared alongside some big-name talent in director Steven Soderbergh's heist
comedy Logan Lucky, as car dealer Moody Chapman.
"I love stick!
I'm a big fan of stick!"
The film boasts a cavalcade of household names including the likes of Channing Tatum, Adam
Driver, Katie Holmes, and Daniel Craig.
Certainly not bad company for Denman — especially considering how successful the kooky caper
turned out.
Logan Lucky gained critical praise for its goofball humor and pitch-perfect ensemble
cast, and it stands out as a recent highlight on Denman's CV.
A bright future in film
We certainly haven't seen the last of Denman, who's come a long way since playing Roy.
In 2018, the versatile actor starred alongside Kelly Macdonald in the Marc Turtletaub-directed
movie Puzzle.
The film centers around a suburban mother who discovers her penchant for puzzles — changing
both her and her family's lives.
It's also an adaptation of the 2010 Argentine film Rompecabezas, which was nominated for
the Golden Bear at the Berlin International Film Festival.
For Denman though, it's another step in the right direction toward an increasingly impressive
filmography.

In Pennsylvania's special election, Democrat Connor Lamb "flipped" a traditionally
red district and won by regularly attacking Nancy Pelosi.
In turn, many Democrat candidates in red districts are also criticizing Pelosi.
This also opens the door for Republicans to do the same thing.
They can flip traditionally blue districts with seats held by unpopular Democrats.
The results of Pennsylvania's special election should make the Democrat establishment anxious
more than anything else.
According to Politico, Lamb spent $10 million on advertisements that attacked other Democrats
in the race who supported Pelosi.
He labeled them as part of her "flock."
In the end, he was elected as a Democrat in a district that voted for President Donald
Trump by over 20 percent.
Flip it Red Going from one coast to another, Rep. Maxine
Waters, D-Calif., is facing multiple Republican opponents in the southern Los Angeles 43rd
District.
In a hypothetical one-on-one race, a November 2017 UnCut Report Facebook poll among registered
voters shows the GOP's Edwin Duterte within only a 6 percent margin of Waters.
"Maxine Waters has been in office for over 27 years.
She sponsored more than 400 bills, but only got 3 passed.
That's a 1% success rate."
Duterte told UCR in an interview.
"If you (worked for) any company and (had) a 99% failure rate, do you think you should
keep your job?
I don't think so."
The Democrat establishment is very unpopular, especially when it comes to notorious politicians
like Maxine Waters.
The Republicans can flip districts like that to red.
"I know my race is very challenging.
There is a path though," Duterte told UCR.
Minority Voters A big boost for Duterte is Trump's growing
approval rating among minorities.
Nearly half of the 43rd District's population is Hispanic and another quarter is African-American.
Duterte can connect with the district's minority voters, who according to nationwide
surveys, are increasingly approving of Trump's performance.
Duterte's parents immigrated from the Philippines several decades ago.
Through hard work, education, and a respect for the legal process, they became citizens
and achieved the American Dream.
After growing up near Silicon Valley, Duterte himself went on to become a tech entrepreneur.
A recent Breitbart article shows Trump's approval rating among African Americans in
2017.
SurveyMonkey rated it at 17 percent and CBS at 14 percent.
This is double the 8 percent of black voters who supported Trump in 2016.
The Breitbart article also explores how many people may have denied their support for Trump,
mainly due to peer pressure.
Support for the president among African Americans could actually be even higher.
Furthermore, a Washington Examiner article, citing a Zogby Analytics poll, pointed out
that the 45th president's approval rating was at 45 percent among Hispanics.
"From day one … (since Trump) was inaugurated, she has called him a racist and continues
to call everybody that she doesn't agree with a racist," Duterte said.
Waters "is all about divisiveness.
And she has done little to help out the community."
Duterte stated in the interview that "the African-American community … the Hispanic/Latino
community, and the Asian community, we all understand that there are challenges in our
societies.
And we need better breaks."
It's the Economy, Stupid Duterte wants to create a business friendly
environment.
"The left usually says government knows best," he explained.
But "if we run our economy like the way they run the DMV, then we're … in trouble."
Duterte's policy approach will build on Trump's overall growing popularity, which
is mainly due to lower unemployment rates and friendlier business environment.
He believes refining the education system is one way to support business.
His plan could allow communities in the district to benefit from free markets.
"We all know that the new blue collar is coding," he said.
Duterte believes that the current education system needs more input from the private sector.
He uses the example of Silicon Valley, where universities and tech companies worked together
to modify educational curricula.
The private sector was motivated to invest in students' education because it made them
more valuable employees.
Duterte wants to offer tax incentives for businesses to work with universities on curricula
and invest in tech education.
"They formed incubator spaces for small business to thrive … With that competition,
(the Bay Area attracted) startups like Twitter and Facebook … who now dominate."
He also criticized his opponent's approach to economic issues.
"Once you concentrate on the minimum wage, like my opponent Maxine Waters, you're going
to get minimum standards," Duterte said.
"If we … put together these little types of (business-friendly) environments … then
we can have a better paying workforce."
Nothing to See Here Rep. Waters is one of the most senior Democrats
in Congress.
In light of their recent loses, the left-wing media and establishment are desperate to keep
their top players in the game.
Enter Omar Navarro, another Republican trying to unseat Waters.
When dismissed White House National Security Advisor Michael Flynn endorsed Navarro, the
media quickly pointed out the Republican candidate's notorious past.
Last September the LAPD arrested the GOP hopeful for placing an illegal tracking device in
his ex's car.
In 2016 Navarro ran for the seat, before any of the above revelations came out.
He lost by a larger margin than any Republican since the year 2000, the last time the GOP
won the district.
The media is trying to tell you that there is nothing to see here.
The race is over and Waters will safely stay in office.
Having him as a perennial candidate — one who runs over and over without actually winning
— is ideal for the Democrats and Waters.
It's a career politician and career candidate match made in swamp heaven.
However, the GOP has an excellent chance of unseating a clingy, annoying and very unproductive
Democrat.
If they pick the right candidate in Duterte, they can also flip a longtime blue area and
send waves across the country.
Maybe its time for another red wave …

Ready Player One SPOILERS Review - Duration: 16:51.
hello and welcome to my spoiler review for ready player one a film that is both
loving and insulting at the same time yeah I don't think gamers or non gamers
will be particularly happy with how they're depicted in this movie but
thankfully it has some really inventive sequences and great characters so it's
still a pretty good time at the movies as long as you can take the hits okay
so first I'm gonna break down my favorite sequences in the movie there's
so much to cover and then I will break down my favorite characters and as
always there are chapter x down below in the video description if there's a
particular element you just can't wait to talk about but I'm sure I'm like
pretty darn sure that you want to talk about what I want to talk about and
that's the shining sequence in the movie it was amazing oh lordy Lord what a
fantastic piece of filmmaking to be able to enter your favorite movies with a
group of friends is genius I see a real opportunity here for just an overall
game outside of this movie it was so good like when it started like first
they were like oh what movie did they go on for their date you know Halladay and
his one date that he ever went on and they're like oh it's the shining and
like the audience kind of like laughed a little Amer like oh I like the shining
too I love the shining so but then when they they actually went into the movie
and they walked down the stairs into that famous room where of course Jack is
working on his novel or is he there was like nervous laughter erupting from the
audience because everyone was like are we really gonna do this and we did we
ran through like we did a whole sequence running through the movie it was so
fantastic I mean it was shockingly authentic in many places but when it
deviated it did so in a really clever and heightened way like for instance
when they entered the movie theater that was playing The Shining I don't know if
you caught this but the doors had a perspiration on them from the
air-conditioning inside the theater and just that little touch I was like this
is great and then like the when the woman's in the bathtub and she comes out
and you know she's it's revealed that she's a decomposing body and then she
takes out a knife and that was a a knife attack like an actual knife
attack like in a video game and that was really cool and the way it like kept
leveling up like that you you know H found him herself in hedge maze and then
you could just see Jax likes like you kept wondering if they were gonna show
Jack Nicholson but I think they handled it very tastefully and then those Amba
lady comes back but she's huge and she's swinging an axe down you know over the
over the hedge maze I just thought it worked really well and speaking of H the
the I hate horror movies and have never seen this one interaction with the
shining was really really added to the to the sequence I thought it was the
best sequence in the entire film and probably one of the best film sequences
I've ever seen it was movie magic for sure Spielberg can be mighty proud of
that one this whole movie can exist just so that does as far as I'm concerned
right so next I kind of liked unlocking the keys next I was I'm surprised to put
this second but I thought that the sequences really worked they had a nice
magical quality to them from the way the setting would change I thought that was
really great you know it would kind of like morph into the stage for the
ceremony and also holidays a wizard avatar both how he came into into sight
and then also Mark Rylance a subtle unassuming performance as the wizard
which I thought contrasted nicely like he wasn't a Gandalf he was you know so
much timid but very you know deep down grounded guy I will talk about Halladay
oh but I thought it was a great touch you know the first time in the Central
Park finish line when the instruments showed up it was instruments only band -
you know congratulate Wade for winning I thought that was a really nice touch I
thought they liked the test of whether or not he'd signed the contract was
great I just I liked those sequence and also the hilariousness have been trying
to put the keys Wade trying to put the keys into the into the lock but you know
in real life that he was in that car chase so that was that was great and I
loved when Holliday said do you want this key or don't you because he
couldn't quite grab it I thought that was great so those were very nice
sequences then only take a slight detour just right here to talk about the ending
I really liked that in the end speaking of signing contracts that's why
I put this year when he was asked to sign one for reels for the company with
all those lawyers I like that way too that his whole group the high-five
although I thought they never did a good job of establishing that's they were
called in the movie I was like that's what you're calling yourselves I like it
why did you wait until now to tell me but but all five of them would run the
Oasis together I thought that was a nice touch because and highlighted how in a
lot in games in real life people play they go on raids and a group you know
online and you know they get the bounty together and they all share it so having
that reflected in the movie I thought was nice I liked that but what was not
nice about the end and was turning off the Oasis I think it was like Tuesdays
and Wednesdays right or Tuesdays and Thursdays or something but forcing
people that was their idea we're gonna force you to be in the real world and I
had a problem with that and I'm seeing that some of you do as well I thought it
just left a bad taste in my mouth and especially because they're like here's
an example what you can do on your days off enjoy your amazing romantic
relationship and it's like it's hard to meet somebody or else everyone would be
in a loving romantic relationship it's like when someone says oh you want to
meet someone go outside that's where you'll find them you're like no you know
I've been outside you know it's it's uh it's it's I think it's a very personal
touchy thing and I think that the movie I I don't think that they should have
you know waded into that pool you know what I would have done I would have
limited the hours of gameplay that's what I would have done I'd be like you
can only play X numbers of hours a week it's up to you when to use them you
think of it as a challenge right I wouldn't close the Oasis as a way to
force people to do to make life choices that you think they should make I was
not keen on that and I'm curious to have some cuz I'm seeing some of you who
weren't happy with it either I'm curious what you thought of that development in
yourselves alright so then next back to sequences I liked I liked the dance
party I didn't think I would like the dance party but I did I thought it was
fun for instance who's into club tonight you know Harley Quinn we saw her there
for a minute sitting in the VIP room before she got kicked out that was my
favorite seeing someone else have an avatar that wasn't made up specifically
for the movie the other one though the close second was someone who was Hello
Kitty in the archives I thought that was hilarious that someone would choose to
leave their life as Hello Kitty I mean talk about the lack of articulation it
was hilarious but anyway I thought the dance part was fun and flirty they
actually had some literal heavy petting with Wayans
sensory suit I was like you should put that in the ad for the suit that will
sell a lot of suits although I'm sure it was in the end they just didn't I light
it in the movie and then I also when that when the fight broke out I love
this amicus cube I was like I didn't know what those amicus cube was and then
I wasn't supposed to obviously but when they revealed that it turned time back
for 60 seconds for everyone else but those who were like from where that was
thrown I thought that was a great idea I loved expanding the mythology of back to
the future I'm huge Back to the Future fan they had some goods like sound cues
with it it's just that's the moment for me where I was hooked emotionally from a
fan perspective into the film every every other time before that I was like
you're trying too hard ready player one but that one felt authentic to me and
earned I loved it now the other sequences I just want to
touch on them I couldn't get into the race the very first challenge maybe
because we had a 2d press screening but I felt I was not in the race it happened
too fast and there's too much going on I was like oh cool it she wrecks
oh cool King Kong but you know it was over almost immediately and again I
didn't feel like I was a part of that that interaction maybe for those of you
who seen it in 3d does it feel different there I mean I wasn't getting the
impression that I needed to see this in 3d like I just don't think it was filmed
in the way that it should have been and as for the very final challenge that was
multi-layered multiple locations and that really worked through the character
interactions and how the story progressed I thought that visually and
action wise though it left a lot to be desired
alright so let's talk about the characters now I'm doing the order of my
favorites and my favorite was I'm sure you can guess this Ben Mendelsohn as
Nolan Sorento so fabulous I liked seeing him when he was an intern
getting coffee for holiday I thought those were some really good interactions
than in the in and of himself and I love that he evolved to being the CEO of
competitor ioio I think that nothing that's what it was
called right kept throwing me off I was like I said 1 0 1 or ioio but I thought
he was a their branding their branding was good if sometimes a little
ridiculous I was like the shape the building is in the shape of I oh I oh I
that seems a bit much but I thought overall he was a very realistic villain
and I thought so his lines were just sensational my friends since he said
we've determined that we can take up a tee
and if someone's visual field before they before we induce a seizure I got
such a big laugh from the audience as it deserved to I thought that his avatar
was a great choice this muscle had like kind of like distorted leading man from
like the 50's or 60's right with these piercing glowing blue eyes I thought it
was great really showing what he was truly how he saw how he hoped to see
himself I thought that was great and then the fact that he wrote his password
down and taped it to his console you know who's you know his chair that he
how he experienced the Oasis I thought that was creative so it was not only a
great story story element you know they used that in the story but it was just
such a great way to see who he was as a person and then when he had to negotiate
with Wade and someone from his team of pop culture nerds was cyrano de bergerac
agam I went to say to Wade that was great the way it was revealed and the
way it was done and the way Ben Mendelsohn played it he was just a
really fabulous character that the only false moment was that he didn't shoot
weight at the end of the movie he was like oh he's crying it's so beautiful
did I make a life mistake I was like no way this character it's gonna do a 180
now he's too far he's already gonna get arrested I mean I just
that felt false to me and rushed and it was I think the one actually the one
false moment the movie and I'm curious how you felt about that then second what
can I say I love villains TJ Miller as mercenary I rock you know TJ Miller
who's doing his usual stick but he's so good at it and he was perfectly cast
here I loved him like alternating between talking about his real-world
neck problems and how he might have to see physical therapists from being in
the game so much to him being like oh this is a level 9 artifact for use in
the game you can't just like to open it you have to cast an actual magic spell
his interactions with Ben Mendelsohn were quite good I really like them a lot
then next Lina wait as H R wait I thought she was great now this was
supposed to be a surprise that H this male character was actually you know
well I don't really think he had an ethnicity in the game but was this you
know I believe she was supposed to be as Leena waithe's in real life an
african-american lesbian lesbian woman but that was supposed to be like this
big reveal like you don't know who you're actually interacting with
etc etc but the thing is is that not only I know she was in this movie but I
recognized her speech pattern her and her comedic delivery from seeing her on
master of none where by the way she doesn't get a lot of screen time or a
chance to shine well that's not the case here this is another perfect casting and
she really runs with this opportunity I mean this is a role that we usually go
to like Eddie Murphy or Kevin Hart and she did it perfectly and on par with
them it wasn't like the female version of what they would do she did what they
would do and just as well I'm so impressed I hope she gets another
opportunity to play this sort of role but where she delivers all of her jokes
in person on screen I couldn't be happier for her she really was fantastic
here then next time share Dan is wade AKA pars of all a little bland but his
voice work was very rich I thought he thought he did a nice job and he had an
earnestness to him as a hero that made him very likable but you know sometimes
he tried too hard for I understand was part of his character and again he was a
bit bland and he didn't seem very much like a leader to me I mean the rest of
the high five easily pulled focus from him everyone could pull focus from him
throughout the movie it's just the reason you kept going back to him is
because the story did he's no Michael J Fox let's put it that way
now next mark Rylance is James Halliday I have very mixed feelings about this
character in performance I felt that overall this was a very dated portrayal
of who a gamer is and the strokes were just too broad I mean you took they took
what was a very complex life including emotionally and just broke it down to be
way too simplified and I thought they stripped it of all of its nuance I had a
problem with that it was just it was a very negative again a very negative
depiction of a gamer and one that I think is based on assumptions that are I
think unfairly applied by non gamer so I didn't like that at all
but Rylance adds as much nuance as he can to the role which I appreciated and
I think he made the character very compelling nevertheless however just
like ty Sheridan was no Michael J Fox Mark Rylance was no Gene Wilder all
right so other cast members let's touch on them quickly
Olivia Cooke is Samantha aka Artemis literally the female version of Wade
terms of both positive and that positives and negatives and in terms of
the performance and the characterization they were just really were you know the
pink literally the pink and blue versions of the exact same character
then simon pegg such a tiny role not sure why he bothered or why they you
know I guess cuz they're like hey look at Simon Pegg I mean he both he and Nick
Frost always plus the material just like Nick Frost had a very small role in Tomb
Raider but I still it was happy he was there here though Pegg and I think the
real path obviously was realized realizing he was the robot in charge of
the archives that was nice and I didn't see it coming but by the way I loved
with the one speaking of the robot in the archives we'll take another little
sign detour here I love the extra life save I knew that that bet was important
when it happened but I thought he was gonna get like a ton of credits or
something I never saw that that would be the twist and it was I think really
worked well and it was definitely earned I loved it but I didn't like the
archives I'm curious to how you guys felt about this it just didn't work for
me I mean to search an entire person's life for clues every single conversation
and every single interaction it would take decades to sift through all that
not just a few years like with Wade I mean how he could find the exact
conversation that would give him a clue it was truly a needle in the biggest
haystack conceivable and it was inconceivable to me in terms of how it
could work all right not a fan I'm curious now that I think
about it there are a lot of Warner Brothers references in this movie just
as you're there gonna be a lot of Disney references and Rec and Ralph breaks the
internet which is cut is the same thing - and I didn't it didn't distract me
here like it's so overtly Disney and wreck-it Ralph but we'll see how it
works out but it's weird to see this story you know told us it twice in the
same year in such a different way no that's and I said as I said in my
non-spoiler review I thought the first record Ralph's captured gaming a little
bit better than this movie did so we'll see who does a better job with the
Internet alright so then I'm speaking of Tomb Raider Hannah John came and had a
blink and you'll miss it roll there and hear her role was slightly bigger as Ben
Mendelsohn's henchwoman she had a great look I mean I loved her bangs I thought
she did a nice job at the role but again she wasn't given much to do I'm just
excited about seeing her get more and more screen time as we ramped up to her
playing ghost the main or one of the main bags and ant-man and the wasp I
hope I hope she gets some more screen time there then when morisaki and Philip
Dow as brothers show and die toe this is from the book so you know they didn't do
this just for the Chinese aunt and they you know the Asian audience and I did
think that the big save with the Gundam at the end was nice although of course
the Iron Giant was the one who had to go in for the final kill and also I didn't
appreciate the the Terminator 2 reference when the Iron Giant went out
in the lava but you know I have to say it really just seems such an obvious
overture to the Asian audience to Asian audiences but I felt it was a little
hollow you know and I don't know how much longer Hollywood can get away with
just giving Asian audiences a nod rather than genuine roles that are thought out
and are a part of the storyline but they were both very likeable for the very
small amount of screen time that they had but really it was just almost they
should just turn to the audience and wink and be like I know Asian you're in
part of this too that's how I think obvious it was so ready player one is a
very interesting film indeed and since I'm sure it touches a nerve both good
and bad for a lot of you you know as gamers and his fans of pop culture or
you know either/or I'm very curious to hear your own thoughts your spoiler

Rapper Snoop Dogg's hate for President Donald Trump is no secret as he simulated assassinating
him in one of his music videos and is constantly outspoken about him.
Like many liberal celebrities, he threatened to leave the U.S. if Trump became president
and now one year after his inauguration, Dogg is packing up his belongings and leaving the
country.
However, he's not going to like it where he's heading and will soon be begging to
return back home to where Trump has made it great.
Aging rapper Snoop Dogg was feeling pretty confident about inciting violence on our president
in his recent music video, which depicted a clown character dressed up as Donald Trump,
who the music thug ceremoniously assassinated at the end of the rap.
Perhaps he was hoping that someone would take what he depicted in the video and actually
assassinate the president for real or at least impeach him, but since he's still in office
and not going anywhere anytime soon, the aging rapper is giving up and getting out.
America Now reports:
Cordozar Calvin Broadus, Jr., better known by his rap moniker Snoop Dogg, took to Instagram
to announce that he will be moving to Toronto, BuzzFeed News reported.
He even reached out to Toronto native Drake for help finding a new home.
Snoop Dogg has also expressed his disappointment with the presidential election results with
the use of Bitmojis, an app that allows users to make cartoon avatars of themselves.
Several Instagram users commented on Snoop Dogg's post.
"Snoopdogg you can't leave people like you helped make America what it is today,"
wrote one user, Djdarienzo.
"TRUMP did his part good or bad and you need to do your part and help to shape the
country."
"I know you could get a meeting with TRUMP if you wanted to," Djdarienzo continued.
"Don't runaway stay and help to shape our country.
America is the greatest country in the history of the world because people like you were
willing to work hard."
Others were less friendly.
"bye !!! take all of the other rybabies with you !" wrote user lularoemikeandebbie.
"if republicians didn't leave when obama was elected, because we are tough and had
hope for the future.
don't comeback when you need the US."
Snoop Dogg has a line of exclusive marijuana strains in Canada and a dispensary in Smith
Falls, Ontario.
Among the strains are sunset, ocean view and palm tree CBD, CBC News reported.
Snoop should do us all a favor and go to the socialist paradise of Canada.
He thinks he has it bad here, he can see what real government control looks like that he
seems to want so bad here.
Apparently to him, all white people middle-class people are "clowns" to Snoop Doggy Dogg
because the most powerful nation ever known to man was all founded, and made successful
by pot smoking black men who can't sing so they speak songs.

What does make this story even better is what the Secret service had to say.
They put out a press release earlier this week stating they are aware of the video and
that an investigation of Snoop Doggy Dog was imminent.
Of course in Snoop Doggy Dog defended the video in an interview:
"The ban that this motherfucker tried to put up; him winning the presidency; police
being able to kill motherfuckers and get away with it; people being in jail for weed for
20, 30 years and motherfuckers that's not black on the streets making money off of it
— but if you got color or ethnicity connected to your name, you've been wrongfully accused
or locked up for it, and then you watching people not of color position themselves to
get millions and billions off of it," Snoop Dogg whined.
"It's a lot of clown shit going on.
That we could just sit and talk on the phone all day about, but it's a few issues that
we really wanted to lock into like police, the president and just life in general."
"When I be putting shit out, I don't ever expect or look for a reaction," Snoop Dogg
said of the video, directed by YouTube star Jesse Wellens.
"I just put it out because I feel like it's something that's missing.
Any time I drop something, I'm trying to fill in a void.
I feel like it's a lot of people making cool records, having fun, partying, but nobody's
dealing with the real issue with this fucking clown as president, and the shit that we dealing
with out here, so I wanted to take time out to push pause on a party record and make one
of these records for the time being."

I didn't even know Snoop Doggy Dog was still around since I can't recall anything he
has done since his first CD "Doggystyle" in 1994, and a brief guest spot he had on
one of Katy Perry's hits, "California Gurls" from 2010.
I hope he is doing this for some publicity after being a nobody for so long, and all
that pot smoking really hasn't affected his cognitive thinking skills badly enough
to the point that this video seemed like a good idea to him.

Steps:
1 Stand straight with arms stretched out parallel to the earth.
2 Starting turning your body clockwise, with your left foot leading as you pivot on your
right.
3 To avoid dizziness, find two focus points or Dristhi � one in front the other behind
you.
Spin your head quickly to focus on these points as your body moves.
4 Take deep breaths and enjoy the movement.
5 Rest in mountain pose, samasthiti or Tadasana, with your eyes closed.
RITE 2
This site is designed to stimulate the solar plexus chakra, heal the digestive system and
tone the abdominal muscles and core.
Steps:
1 Lie down on your back with arms stretched out beside you and your legs out in front
of you
2 As you exhale, bring your legs up and towards your core, making sure to keep them straight.
3 Bring your head towards your chest as you do so.
4 Make sure to take deep breaths throughout the exercise.
5 Rest when you need, hugging your legs into the chest and rocking side to side to soothe
the back and pelvis.
6 In preparation for the next Rite, relax in savasana pose
RITE 3
This rite is good for the throat chakra to stimulate the pituitary and thyroid glands.
It boosts positive mood and increases spine strength and flexibility.
Steps:
1 Close your eyes
2 Rest on your knees, standing tall.
Your knees should be at hip�s width apart.
3 Rest your hands on your lower back or just below your buttocks for support
4 Bring your hips forward as you lift your chest upwards, tilting you head back int he
process.
5 Release and stand upright.
6 Rest in child�s pose.
RITE 4
The fourth rite works on the sacral chakra to awaken sexual energy and strengthen clarity.
It also tones the arms, legs and gluteus.
Steps:
1 Sit with both feet firmly on the floor at hip�s width apart.
2 Bring your hands just behind you, with your palms firmly ont he ground and in line with
your shoulders.
and finger tips faced forwards.
3 Inhale and bring your hips up as high as possible, tilting your head back int he process.
4 Exhale and come back down.
5 Rest in savasana.
RITE 5
This final rite is designed to stimulate all chakras and tone the entire body.
It also relieves fatigue and increases blood flow.
Steps:
1 Start in a plank position with your hands and feet shoulder and hip-width apart.
2 Keep your elbows and knees loose and flexible.
3 Slowly move into a downward facing dog or adho-mukha svanasana.
4 Return to your plank and bring your hips towards the ground to ease into an upward
facing dog or Urdhvamukhasvanasana.
5 Rest in savasana for as long as you need to recover.
As you get better, begin repeating each rite 21 times.
As it becomes a daily ritual, you will feel more and more connected with your body and
relaxed.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Gosselaar spoke about his bushy beard, which
he was asked to grow in preparation for his starring role in the since-canceled Fox series,
Pitch.

"[Show creator Dan Fogelman] thought I was great but was concerned about some of the
past baggage that I brought.
[...] He said, 'I don't want people to recognize you right off the bat.
Can you grow a beard?'"

Freezer Paper Stencil // Easy T-Shirt Printing Idea! - Duration: 4:43.
Hi there! Lindsay here, the Frugal Crafter. Today I'm going to show you how to do a
freezer paper t-shirt transfer. This is really handy and great anytime you
want to make like one or two t-shirts or t-shirts with all different designs. I
have a silkscreen, but I'm not gonna drag that out for just one shirt. So this is
freezer paper. You can find it at any grocery store, any department store, and
what it is is a plastic coated white paper, and actually this is good for
for making disposable palettes of, or just protecting your work
surface if your kids are painting too. So it's really a handy supply to have on
hand. Look, it even says "use for arts and crafts". There you go!
We got permission from Reynolds to use this for our arts and crafts. So
what you're going to do is, you can use any sort of knife that you have. I use my
die cutting machine and I just cut out a stencil, because my daughter has a bunch
of t-shirts that she wants to make for some friends, and so this is one of the
one of the shirts that I had to make, so I figured I'd go ahead and do a tutorial,
and you just want to gently cut it, because the paper is a little thin.
It's not as thin as like wax paper, but it's kind of delicate. Now,
this shirt is gonna say "clumsy", it's for my daughter, she asked to make this,
this is what she wanted on it, so I'm not calling her clumsy,
she's calling yourself clumsy, and if you have any letters that have like an O or
an A or something where you'd have like a middle, you just want to make sure you
save the middle piece. Now if you look at the freezer paper, you're going to see
the one side is matte and one side is shiny. Don't know if you can see that shiny or
not, but the shiny part is what is gonna fuse with your fabric, and you can use
any fabric but I've got some white t-shirts here that I'm gonna use, and
this is a one-time use only stencil, so if you wanted say, two shirts that said
"clumsy" you'd need two stencils, because they're only gonna last one application.
So I like to actually iron in the area that my decals gonna go, my
stencil rather, and that's just gonna warm up the fabric and it's gonna help
grab that stencil, and I'm just using men's t-shirts here, men's medium
t-shirts, and I'm just gonna set that, kind of center it up, put it where I want,
and I am using medium-high heat, just use that iron
setting for the fabric that you're using so you don't scorch it, but it's gonna
fuse pretty quickly. Now it's going to give you a light tack, so you will be
able to remove this pretty easily, now look at that, look how easy that was. Okay
so now that is fused and we can put a piece of cardboard into our shirt to
make it stiff so that we can paint it. You can use any old cardboard for this. I
actually keep a couple pieces that are t-shirt size in my studio for when my
kids want to make t-shirts, because it's surprising how frequently they like to
do that, and I figured, hey might as well just do this tutorial while I got a
t-shirt to do. Alright, now we'll go over to my desk it we'll paint this. I have
some fabric screen printing ink, but you can use any fabric
paint for this, and what I recommend you do is get a brush, you can get a
stencil brush or just one that's got a fairly blunt end, and what you're gonna
want to do is kind of pounce your paint on either the lid or a scrap of paper or
something just to make sure you don't have any big gobs, and then you are just
going to pounce up and down over your stencil, and just do that until you have
filled in your entire stencil, and then you're gonna let this dry. Ok, our t-shirt
is pretty well dry. I would leave it overnight it let it dry for sure, but I
just wanted to make sure that I got a chance to finish this up before my
daughter needed her shirt, but all you do is peel up the stencil, and the
reason you want it dry mostly is because you don't want to like accidentally drop
the stencil on your fabric and have it smudge, but look at the crisp,
beautiful results you get. I just, I wish my girls wanted more positive things on their
t-shirts, but they've got they've got a very twisted sense of humor, but look
at that. You get a beautiful crisp design. It looks like it's been screen printed,
it looks very professional, it's not gonna pick off or crack, because you just
have a thin layer of fabric paint there, and it's so easy to do, and you don't
need any special tools. You can cut this with scissors or an X-acto knife or with
your die-cutting machine if you have one, like my Cricut machine did great with
this, and anything like that is going to be fine. It's definitely something you
can do at home. You could even cut
shapes, like hearts and stars. Iron them down and have your kids spray
fabric paint on it, it would be a really cute idea. So all you need is freezer paper,
it's super easy, and I hope you enjoyed it. Please give me a thumbs up if you

you how to modify the banners for the league of legends the two banners we're
going to modify for today will be the rank of consultant banner and also we're
gonna modify those who are members of the 24 pack Club okay now in order to
modify the banners you need to make sure you have a gmail account these banners
were created inside of Google presentation or Google Docs which has
presentation and that is gonna be associated with your gmail account okay
so when you open up the presentation in Google Docs
you got a notice there is a red box that tells you to make a copy of this
presentation because this presentation is simply view only but when you make
the copy you're able to edit the presentation okay so the instructions
are here says simply make a copy of this presentation and it tells you what to do
it says one go to file make a copy and then two then go to file download as a
jpg image okay so we're gonna follow that instructions that numbers number
one says make a copy so we go to file and we'll make a copy okay and we'll say
okay alright so now we have a copy and this copy will allow us to edit the
banner okay so I'm going to delete this or close this original not delete it but
close it and now we're gonna find the better that we would like to modify so
I'm going to modify this banner for consultant

so click on replace upload from computer or whatever ever or what other source

or more open and voila so we basically have accomplished our goal of changing
this banner we change the name we change the month also you may want to modify
this picture in terms of resizing it because maybe it doesn't fit
in size it is framed properly so watch carefully how to resize a picture you
don't want to resize the frame you just want to resize the picture so I'm going
to show you what to do you want to double click on the picture and when
you've double clicked properly you'll notice you'll see a black outline and
you'll see the blue outline right we want to adjust the picture or resize the
picture by the corners of the blue so you the arrow was there my hand is not
on the mouse at this time the arrow will appear if it's appropriate is at the
proper position and we're gonna resize from the corners guys please don't
resize from the sides because you do he just gonna stretch the picture out it's
not gonna look proper do not resize from the side okay just don't do it don't do
it I mean if you had to do a little quick touch you can might tap it but you
know make a practice of resizing it from the corner so that it is proportionate
okay some of the resize this picture I'm gonna get it don't worry about what's on
the outside that will not show up only what's inside of this gold frame will
show up so I kind of like the picture there once you have the picture adjusted
to where you would like it you simply would click outside of that picture and

place the picture put the name here and you will have completed the modification
okay so now that we have these slides modified you need to convert them to a
picture so go to file so make sure you have on the current slide that you want

congratulations to fly to a pitcher you go to file you go to download as
and we're gonna download this as a JPEG we're gonna download it as a JPEG image
and then it tell you right here it says JPEG image of the current slide so I'm
gonna click on that okay and once again make sure you get good at naming these
these pictures so this is one to be

Here are some discoveries that changed a few things we believed!
9 - Secret void The mystery surrounding the construction of
the pyramid of Giza has marveled experts and fans alike throughout history.
Now, a new mystery has been added to the list.
According to experts, there's a secret void inside the Great Pyramid of Giza!
It's rare that Egyptology and particle physics mix, but back in November of 2017, scientists
made a truly baffling observation using cosmic particles blasting Earth from outer space.
For centuries historians have known that the inside of the pyramid is made up mainly of
halls and pathways, but never an inaccessible space.
Described as a long narrow void, the space is believed to measure at least 100 feet long,
and is located on top of the area known as "the grand gallery".
Although there's no certainty as to what was the purpose of the space, the mere existence
of this chamber has helped experts understand a little better the process that went behind
constructing the pyramids.
Experts still don't know what's inside the void, but they haven't ruled out finding
potential materials such as funerary items and treasures that are almost 5,000 years

8 - Tanzania Discovery When it comes to the timing of when humans
first appeared on Earth, there's a wide disconnect, as many experts have differing
opinions.
But one discovery that was found in the northern Tanzania, has helped to understand how and
when humans first came to be.
The Olduvai Gorge, a steep-sided ravine, has become one of the most important and interesting
archaeological sites in the world, mainly because of the fossils found on the site and
the evidence it confirmed.
Stretching 30 miles across the Serengeti, Olduvai Gorge became a milestone for understanding
human development, based on the results of the excavations performed by British and Kenyan
scientists.
Research indicated that the homo habilis species first populated the area around 1.9 million
years ago, a date that preceded the presence of homo erectus, and of course, the species
everyone knows, homo sapiens.
This fact, which was widely unknown to many people, served as confirmation that the human
species first appeared on Earth at a prior date than previous reports stated.
Well.
Depending on who you ask of course!
7 - Alien Planet Amazingly, only a few decades ago, the thought
of any alien planets existing was just a completely hypothetical idea.
Nowadays, we know of thousands of such planets.
However, what's even more amazing is that scientists may have discovered the best candidate
yet for alien life!
That candidate is an exoplanet orbiting a red dwarf star 40 light-years from Earth.
The international team of astronomers who discovered it have deemed it a "super-Earth."
Although the planet orbits a faint red dwarf star ten times closer than the Earth is to
the sun, that's not an issue because red dwarfs are much smaller and cooler than our
sun is.
The super-Earth lies in the middle of the habitable zone and receives around half as
much sunlight from its star as the Earth does!
The planet is about 6.6 times as massive as Earth and is probably made of rock with a
dense iron core.
For life to exist, a planet has to have liquid surface water and retain an atmosphere.
When red dwarf stars are young, they're known to emit radiation that can be damaging
for the atmospheres of the planets that orbit them.
However, this planet's large size means that a magma ocean could have existed on its
surface for millions of years.
This seething ocean of lava could have fed steam into the atmosphere long after the star
has calmed to its current, steady glow, replenishing the planet with water!

6 - Machu Picchu Treasure The land of the Incas has been home to numerous
mysteries.
The allure of the South American jungle has prompted many explorers to try and find new
treasures and historical objects.
It all adds up to the captivating image the world has of Peru.
A recent discovery by French historian Thierry Jamin points to the existence of a hidden
treasure chamber that lays under the historical Machu Picchu.
Of course, there's no way a finding like this would go about without some controversy.
According to Jamin and his team, their electromagnetic equipment unearthed what they believe is a
secret door that, if opened, will reveal a chamber that they're certain contains treasures
in gold, silver and other precious metals.
When the Peruvian Ministry of Culture heard their intentions to excavate the historical
site, they denied all permit applications.
According to them, Jamin doesn't seem to be interested in the historical advancement the
excavation might bring to the site but was more concerned about the treasures they may
find.
They were also worried that the excavation project could jeopardize the stability of
Macchu Picchu.
Although other archaeologists have also studied the site and confirmed that they believe the
door is a passage to a burial site filled with treasure, there hasn't been any excavations
allowed by the Peruvian government.
5 - Zealandia Have you guys ever heard of a place called
Zealandia?
It's a big landmass almost entirely submerged underwater in the southwest Pacific ocean.
The highest mountains of Zealandia make up, you guessed it…...New Zealand.
Early in 2017, scientists made another push for the landmass to be recognized as a continent.
Roughly 94% of the landmass is underwater with only a few islands and three major areas
sticking out above the surface.
New Zealand's North and South Islands, and New Caledonia.
After a two-month drilling study that was performed 800 miles underwater, researchers
presented a report where they recognized the continent had a close proximity with the tectonic
plates of Australia and Antarctica.
This suggests that there were pathways or "natural bridges" in which animals and
plants could move around and populate the now submerged Zealandia.
Should textbooks start recognizing Zealandia as the 8th continent?
After all, just a few years ago, Pluto got the boot off the list of planets, changing
what had been taught in schools for decades.
There's no scientific body that formally recognises continents.
Maybe there just needs to be a push for it?

4 - Oldest Fossil Reef We've heard the stories of cities that no
longer exist.
Essentially after a couple million years, the places submerged underwater and disappear
into history.
But this is the case of something that's quite the opposite.
And it was quite the discovery!
This discovery pushed back the earliest known animals by some 90 million years.
From afar this formation looks only like simple rocks, part of the Flinders Ranges, South
Australia's largest mountain range.
But when closely inspected, it's actually a huge fossil reef that's ten times taller
than the Great Barrier Reef, the world's largest coral reef!
Princeton University geoscience professor Adam Maloof said he was looking for evidence
of early life in the Flinders Ranges when he stumbled upon the rocks.
He realized that they contained small red fossils of quote "some sort of organism".
Further analysis revealed the three-dimensional shape of a "sponge-like animal".
Multiple fossils found on the site indicated the presence of some of the oldest animals
ever found on Earth.
Previously, the oldest known fossils of hard-bodied animals were from two reef-dwelling organisms
that lived about 550 million years ago.
3 - Faster Craters A new study has found that new craters are
forming on the surface of the moon more frequently than scientists had predicted.
The discovery raises concerns about future moon missions, because I mean, it's pretty
dangerous when spacecraft and astronauts face an increased risk of getting hit by falling
space rocks!
The moon is dotted with a vast number of craters, some billions of years old.
Because the moon has no atmosphere, falling space rocks don't burn up like they do on
Earth, which leaves the moon's surface vulnerable to a constant stream of cosmic impacts.
These new findings also suggest that a number of young features on the moon's surface, such
as recent volcanic deposits, may in fact be even a bit younger than previously thought.
Although the odds of something on the lunar surface suffering a direct hit by asteroidal
or cometary debris is still very small, these new findings illustrate the potential dangers
posed by the rocks kicked up by these impacts.
2 - Antikythera Anty-kuh-ther-ah wreck Back in 1900, a crew of sponge divers discovered
what has become the most popular shipwreck in Greece: the Antikythera wreck.
Numerous objects were found on the site, including a set of statues that are believed to be dedicated
to philosophers and gods such as Ulysses, Hercules and Apollo.
For years, many researchers have studied the wreck and the area surrounding it, searching
for pieces that will help them understand ancient Greek society better.
One of the most significant findings was a piece of bronze with an interesting embedded
gear wheel.
To this date, this finding from 1902 is considered to be the most advanced artifact from the
era, as it turned out to be an ancient analog computer!
It's come to be known as the Antikythera Mechanism.
New explorations and research has uncovered new objects that indicate the intricacy of
ancient Greek engineers.
Subsequent excavations of the wreck delivered new finds from the ship.
One extraordinary find is an ancient weapon known as a dolphin, a 220 lb lead bulb tipped
with an iron spike, intended to be dropped from the ship's yardarm through the deck
and hull of an attacking vessel.
Perhaps the most intriguing artifact found since the Antikythera Mechanism was a small,
bronze disk.
Punctuated with holes and decorated with the image of a bull, it's unclear what the disk
was used for.
Who knows what they'll find in further expeditions!
1 - Armadillo Skull If you guys found a giant egg, would you almost
think that it may be a giant dinosaur egg?!
This is essentially what happened to Jose Antonio Nievas of Argentina!
He was taking a stroll outside of a farm in a town near Bueno Aires.
Much to his surprise, he saw a large shell-like object in the middle of a puddle near a riverbank.
After some preliminary examination of the object, experts believe it's the shell of
an armadillo-like prehistoric creature, the glyptodont.
A glypto-what?!
This prehistoric animal once roamed the swamps of South America, supposedly between two million
and 10,000 years ago.
Glyptodons are the ancestors of modern armadillos.
They're characterized by a large, round armored dome on its back, with squat legs
and a short head and neck.
They were herbivores that weighed up to a ton and could grow up to ten feet long!
The finding comes as no surprise to many experts, given how glyptodonts were an endemic species
of South America.
Who knew you could still find old shells from a giant armadillo back in the day!
