Hey everyone, I'm Lauren Elloise (in case you forgot, I hope you didn't) but I really
missed you guys. I hope you're all well. It's summer in Australia right now and
it's like 30-something degrees in this shed so it's really hot. Oh yeah, new
background. I'm in a new– I'm in my granny flat! I wanted to do like a little
catch-up video for you today. I know it's not like required for me to make an
explanation of where I've been but I think you guys would appreciate that
just so like we know. There are some things I need to address. Before we start
I want to let you know that I am so grateful for 10,000. Oh my god, thank you
so much. If you don't watch to the end I'll just say what the main thing that has
happened is: I'm grieving. I look happy when I say that. I'm going through some
shit man. It's really hard but we're getting there. So... all of my rats have
passed away. Two of them I lost earlier this year and I spent a good amount of
time grieving. At the same time I was doing a lot of extra stuff outside of
work (like an idiot). I didn't realise at the time that I was burning out. I was
doing umpiring, I was freelancing, I was just doing way too much. And Natalie had
to say like "Lauren you got to stop doing something. This is just– it's not
acceptable to be doing this much stuff." So I burnt out. I was feeling a lot of
pressure to not only do these things outside of work but also to create
videos. You would have seen I did a Rat Care 101 series. I was really pushing
myself to make that so good, and it worked because a lot of people found me through
those, but um it just wasn't making me happy and I needed to take a step back.
At the same time I wasn't seeing Natalie very often because she was studying and
I was doing all of the outside of work stuff and that made me sad as well. But
then I was ready to come back. Around August, I filmed like a video where I was
like "Yeah guys, I missed you, I'm ready to come back, let's do this!" and then two or
three more shit things happened. Basically I lost clove. She
passed away I had to take her to the vet to say goodbye because I knew it was her
time. I'm still grieving that honestly. I've also been grieving the loss of my
relationship. I'm not in a relationship anymore and I don't really want to share
in depth why. That's between me and Natalie but um we're on good terms. I
still respect her. I expect you guys to respect her and me. I know a lot of you
won't say any crap stuff but I just want to make sure you don't do that. I'm
trying to keep it light but it hurts and anyone who's gone through a breakup
would know how much it hurts. It just hurts a lot more because she wasn't just
my partner, she was also my best friend. I am trying so hard to heal. I've
actually been reading– My good friend Phoebe recommended me this book. It
explains the each stage of being abandoned. It also explains like
biologically what's going on in your head with like hormones and chemicals.
Read it. Whilst I was suffering the loss of my rat and loss of my partner, my
parents went on holidays for two weeks and I was left in the house completely
alone and I hit rock bottom, to be honest. That's the worst I've ever felt in my
life. That's the worst I'm probably ever gonna feel in my life. I had to say to my
friends like "Hey, please can I come over and have dinner with you guys and can
you come here to have dinner with me because I can't be left alone." And that
was really hard to reach out to people to tell them that I was struggling. But
if you're my friend and you're watching this, please message
me, let's hang out. I really need to get out. I'm just trying to keep myself busy.
Slowly but surely we're getting out of that real bottom and I don't know. I just
got to keep pushing forward. Just keep going. I really wanted to say thank you
to everyone who messaged me during that time because it means so much to me like–
To have people who care about me that deeply, I can't, I can't explain it. I also
moved out into my granny flat so now I'm here alone. That was really, really hard
to adjust to at first but I'm actually loving it. It's so good. I'm gonna do a
like room tour for sure. Okay? So watching out for that.
So with the remainder of this video I wanted to it like address a few things
that I think you will ask. And also kind of set some boundaries. But I think you guys
want to know if like I'm back. Like back-back. I'm gonna take it really
slow because I am still depressed but um she back! I also think you're gonna ask
what's gonna happen with my old videos because I'm not in a relationship
anymore and I put it online (and I know that was dumb)
but we both are still comfortable with the ones that we have online so. It just
shows the journey of my life, I think. I've been seeing my therapist. I wanted
to include that in there. It's so important, if you ever go through
something like this you've got to talk to a professional.
It helps so much. I think you'll also ask will I be posting any more rat videos.
I won't be posting ones with rats in them because I don't have rats anymore
but there is a video I did make for Clove's second birthday. I want to edit
that and post that so I will. So you will definitely see that. I just want to wait
a little bit longer because it hurts to watch film back. I think there might be
some comments like "What happened between you and Nat, who did what, what happened etc"
and that's got to be a boundary. I'm not sharing that online, okay? I'm
heartbroken, that's all you need to know. As always if you do have any questions,

A heartbroken single mother says her life has never been the same after she was wrongfully convicted of stabbing her 10-year-old son to death, despite being later exonerated. October 13, 1997 was the worst day of Illinois mother Julie Rea's life.
She was awoken in the dead of the night by her young son Joel Kirkpatrick's screams. She bolted out of bed and found an intruder wearing a ski mask in her Lawrenceville home, but no sign of her son.
She told cops that she was a black belt and struggled with the man. Eventually the intruder fled the home, leaving her with a bruised eye and gash on her arm.
Then she discovered her son stabbed to death. Cops found the child suffering from 12 stab wounds to the chest and his T-shirt bloodied.
Despite her account of fighting with an intruder, in 2000 Rea, now 50, was charged with killing Joel and sentenced to 65 years in prison.
'Surviving your child's murder, only to find out that you're being accused of murdering your child, is a kind of trauma that I wouldn't wish on any living being.
I wouldn't wish it on a snake,' Rea said to the New York Times Magazine. Prosecutors said a forensic practice called bloodstain-pattern analysis linked her to the crime and led them to believe no intruder even entered the home.
The practice analyzes drops and trails of blood found at crime scenes that detectives use to reconstruct how murders and assaults unfolded.
Her case was based on a small amount of blood that stained her T-shirt that she wore the night of the crime. Most of it was hers, but a tiny smear belonged to her son.
In 2002 she was convicted of first-degree murder, largely based on the testimony of two bloodstain-pattern analysts.
However, she was exonerated in 2006 and acquitted at a retrial thanks to the work of a legal team from the Center on Wrongful Convictions at Northwestern University's Pritzker School of Law in Chicago.
They challenged the state's forensic evidence. They also presented new evidence that a serial killer who targeted children across the country had committed a nearly identical slaughter two years later on New Year's Eve in 1999.
That man, Tommy Lynn Sells, was a drifter who was on Texas death row for 13-year-old Kaylene Harris' slaughter after he broke into the house while her family was asleep and stabbed her.
In 2004 he told Illinois investigators he had broken into a house in 1997 and stabbed a boy using a knife he got from a butcher block in the kitchen. He said he fought with a woman in the house and left.
An Illinois appellate court then overturned Rea's conviction due to a legal error and ordered a new trial. Prosecutors and bloodstain-pattern analysts argued she did kill her son but failed to determine a motive.
The defense said that the injuries Rea sustained could not have been self-inflicted and that investigators missed clues about an intruder. They even played Sells' confession for the jury.
Investigators found the murder weapon, a steak knife, in the butcher block in Rea's kitchen but no prints.
Investigators never dusted Joel's home or preserve trace evidence from Joel's bedding. Instead they looked for remnants of Rea's and Joel's blood in her septic tank and sink and shower drains, where she could have potentially washed it away.
They also sprayed luminol which is a chemical that detects the presence of blood, but it yielded no results.
Rhea had no criminal record nor history of mental illness. Her behavior the day of the murder did not suggest anything unordinary or bizarre. She had divorced her ex-husband Leonard Kirkpatrick three years prior and lived alone with the boy.
Rea took the stand at her retrial and said she had 'absolutely not' killed her son. The jury deemed her not guilty on July 26, 2006, leading Rea to release a scream and drop to the floor.
'I thought everything would be better. I thought I might go to law school, or finish my doctoral degree.
I thought I'd be strong and able to help other people and give back to my family and friends who had given so much to me. I just had no idea what it would be like,' she said.
Rea was finally officially exonerated in 2010. Rea's shocking case isn't unique. A total of 362 people have been exonerated based on DNA tests in the U.S. after they were wrongfully convicted based on flawed forensics.
For the people wrongly convicted at the hands of shoddy science, the damage to their lives is irreparable. Rea received $87,057 from the state of Illinois after she was exonerated.
But that hasn't been able to help her overcome the PTSD and trauma from abuse she endured during her nearly four year in prison, where she was vilified by inmates and guards.
'What I had supposedly done was considered to be the one unforgivable sin,' she said. She couldn't sleep and eventually moved to Bloomington, Indiana to continue her students at Indiana University's PhD program.
'To fall asleep, I had to have someone on either side of me and the lights on,' she said adding that friends stayed with her around the clock. She also struggled to find a job as her conviction always came up.
'After the person interviewing me picked their jaw up off the floor the job would be offered to someone else,' she said.
She got a German shepherd service dog to guard her and after landing a teaching position at the university, she suffered panic attacks and anxiety. Rea says told the Magazine was branded a child killer and it 'separated me from society'.
'I'll always have a scarlet letter. Nothing will ever make that go away,' she said. In 2011 Rea moved to Tennessee where her parents live hoping to start again.
However, none of her various jobs have been successful. Today Rea is unemployed and is still reeling from the wrongful convictions that continues to haunt her everyday life. 'I have no income right now. I don't know what to do,' she said.
Some experts are demanding reform in forensic sciences used in criminal cases as prosecutors continue to use bloodstain-pattern analysis in cases and judges keeping allowing it to be used in the courtroom.
The accuracy of bloodstain-pattern analysis was questioned in a report published by the National Academy of Sciences in 2009, just a year before Rea was exonerated. It said that analyst's conclusions were often 'more subjective than scientific' and 'open to context bias'.
The report also criticized the reliability the analysis of hairs, fibers, bite marks, and shoe and tire impressions.
However, little has changed. In 2016 the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology declared that bite-mark analysis had no scientific validity yet it's still used in criminal prosecutions.
Microscopic hair comparison also has a questionable reputation as it's led to a whopping 74 wrongful convictions. Today a group of forensic scientists and bloodstain-pattern practitioners are calling for stronger standards and are creating new guidelines for bloodstain-pattern analysts.
The Texas Forensic Science Commission is leading the front. 'Joel still needs justice. He's never seen a day of it.
My acquittal just got us back to level ground,' Rea said, touching on the fact that Sells, who she believes killed her son, was never charged with his murder. Sells was executed in Texas in 2014.
She told the magazine that she regrets not waking up earlier to be able to help her son. She says she wishes she could have either saved him or died trying to.

Sokuatsu Style Foot Massage - Massage Monday #427 - Duration: 6:57.
Hi everyone.
I am Yasuko and it's time for Massage Monday.
I was in Japan recently and while I was there, I got certified as a Sokuatsu Therapist at
Asian Therapy School.
Here's the certificate although it's all in Japanese.
Sokuatsu literally means foot pressure.
It's a way to massage someone using your foot in various ways.
Meet my new massage tools.
My feet and five finger socks or toe socks.
You don't have to have this kind of socks but it helps.
This week I'll show you how to massage someone's sole with your sole Sokuatsu style.
Before I get started, in case you have heard of Ashiatsu, here's the difference between
Ashiatsu and Sokuatsu.
The kanji or Chinese characters are the same but it's read differently.
Often Ashiatsu is done with a client on a massage table and the therapist holds onto
the 2 bars installed on the ceiling and massages with their feet on bare skin or over a sheet.
Sokuatsu is done on the floor with a client lying on a futon mattress with clothes on.
You don't need any setup like a massage table or bar installation or having to remove your
clothes to receive it.
I have received Sokuatsu and Ashiatsu several
times over the years and they both feel amazing.
But I wanted to learn Sokuatsu more because of the simpler setup and I get to share with
you this unique way to give massage at home or outside on the beach where there is no
ceiling.
I actually took their introductory class 2 years ago which I will include the link for.
I looked very different back then.
I was thrilled to finally take the full certification course this year.
I'm going to use this black and gray striped toe socks because I'm wearing black and gray
today.
I am clueless about fashion but this is as much coordination I can do.
And having a good balance is a big help in Sokuatsu.
Have the receiver lie face down.
Starting from the side opposite from the receiver's head is facing, so if the receiver's head
is turned to the left, start from the right foot and is the receiver's head is turned
to the right, start from the left foot.
Stand at the extension of the subject foot.
Press the sole between the heel and toes with the pinky side of your foot in 5-7 sections
gradually without bouncing.
Repeat this 10 times.
Your foot should be perpendicular to the receiver's foot.
Start light and gradually increase the pressure by leaning in more.
When you use your foot, you can fully utilize your body weight and you'll be surprised how
much pressure you can give even if you think you aren't putting that much weight.
The side of the foot is like a blade.
It's effective but can be sharp and too much.
So always start light and check in with the receiver if the pressure is ok.
If it's still too much, use your arch to press which is much softer than the blade.
Around the ball of the foot, make three sections.
They can overlap with each other.
Then for the last press, aim at the base of the toes and firmly dig in a little.
You are not stepping on the toes directly with the blade.
Sometimes the receiver has tight ankle joints as in this case.
There's a big space under the ankle.
Use caution of course instead of forcefully try to flatten the foot.
You may have to reposition yourself so that you don't have to twist your body to achieve
the 90 degree angle.
When you do it right you shouldn't have any strain on your body.
Just natural, smooth body weight transfer.
Have the receiver turn their head to the other side and repeat on the other foot.
The benefit of massaging with your foot is that you can cover more surface than your
hand or fingers and the receiver has less soreness even if you go deep and the effects
last longer.
And it also saves the practitioner's body.
In fact, the giver will develop more balance and solid base as you practice more.
In the beginning, you will tend to look down to see what you are doing, but once you get
it you need to stand up straight because your neck and back will be sore if you keep looking
down.
Your arms should be crossed behind you.
If you put your hands on your waist while stepping on the receiver, you look too superior
or too much power like Superman.
By crossing your arms behind you, you preserve your humbleness according to the teacher.
It also helps to stretch and open up your chest and shoulders.
As you can see this is the ultimate arm and hand and finger saver because you don't use
them at all.
Yes, you will be stepping on someone but sensibly.
Some people have their kids walk on their back to massage their back.
This is the enhanced way and kids can do it too.

is, what is leptin?
A lot of people have heard of it,
but they don't understand what it is.

This is why many people in the scientific and nutrition
community call leptin the master fat-burning hormone.
Now a couple of things that can kill leptin sensitivity

and by the way, I will put the research studies that
substantiate any claims that I make in this video
either below in the comments or in the description
of this video.
So I'll post the study showing that eating more protein
improves leptin sensitivity.
And you should be eating more protein anyway,
because the more protein you give your body,
the more calories you burn.
And it increases metabolic rate through the thermic effect.
You see, your body burns more calories digesting protein
than it does carbs or fat.
So therefore, it indirectly increases metabolic rate,
not to mention it helps you prevent
muscle loss as you get older.
That's a scary condition known as sarcopenia.
So eat more protein.
Try to get a protein source in every single meal.
Second strategy that can optimize leptin sensitivity
is to get seven to eight hours of sleep.
Now, I know this is obvious, kindergarten first-base stuff.
But research shows that people who don't get adequate sleep
have suppressed leptin levels.
Number three is eat anti-inflammatory foods.
Like we said, inflammation can lead
to suppressed leptin levels.
So by eating avocados, cruciferous veggies,
cacao power, fatty fish, which has
a lot of omega 3 fatty acids--
these anti-inflammatory foods can help you
optimize leptin sensitivity.
Number four is to maintain stable insulin levels.
Now remember, when you elevate insulin levels chronically
throughout the day, it keeps the body
in an environment where it can't access fat as a fuel source,
because insulin is known as a storage hormone.
So when it's elevated, it makes it impossible for the body
to access fat as a fuel source.
And it can also suppress leptin levels.
So the main way that you can stabilize insulin levels
is, number one, try to fast for 12 to 14 hours a day,
five days of the week.
So if you eat your last meal at 8:00 PM,
try to wait till 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM the next day.
If you're a guy, you can extend this out to 16 hours,
if you want.
But just trying to fast at least 12 hours a day or longer,
four or five days of the week, can
have a remarkable effect on your insulin levels and your insulin
sensitivity.
Also, balancing your meals-- so making sure
that you never eat a starchy carb or a ripe fruit
or any type of sugar by itself.
Always, always, always balance out your carbs with protein
and a cruciferous veggie.
And again, this will help stabilize insulin levels
to keep the body in a fat-burning environment
and optimize leptin sensitivity.
Number five is to eat post-workout carbs.
You see, calorie deficits are one of the main things that
can suppress leptin levels.
In fact, New York Times did an article
on a study that was published about season 16 reality TV show
that was a body transformation show.
I'm sure you're familiar with it.
I'm not going to say the name of it.
But all 16 contestants several years after the show
gained all or more of their weight back.
And when they did a study on them,
it showed they had metabolic slowdown
and their leptin levels had plummeted to nearly zero.
So extreme calorie deficits are not the way to go.
Now, if you want to keep the body in a calorie deficit
consistently and optimize leptin sensitivity,
just have some post-workout carbs
after your exercise sessions.
Or if you're not going to exercise,
have at least one high-carb cheat meal per week.
See, after just five to seven days of low carb dieting,
leptin levels can plummet dramatically.
By having a cheat meal or having carbs post-workout,
this will help reset those leptin levels.
Now, the final strategy is to use
the 12-minute metabolic protocol that you'll
find at the link somewhere around this video.
Now, this 12 minute metabolic protocol
is specifically designed for the hormonal condition of people
in their 40s, 50s, or 60s.
And it can elevate growth hormone levels
400 all the way up to 771%.
But most importantly, research shows that when you do these

or about two to four hours after a meal,
going in a fasted state--
research shows that it will reset your leptin levels.

before this high-intensity exercise burst
did not have their leptin levels reset.
So it's important that you use this 12-minute metabolic
protocol in a fasted state.
Not only does it have these amazing leptin resetting
effects, like I mentioned, it can increase growth hormone
production.
It can also increase your metabolic rate
for 38 to 48 hours afterward.

in this video i'm going to show you the making process of feng shui money bag pot for growing money plant
first i'm going to make money bag pot
to make it i just used some materials
jute/burlap bag piece , white cement,used & empty spray paint bottle and some waste polythene bags
first i just cut the jute cloth as round shape
and then
preparing the empty paint bottle to make money bag pot
i just wrap some polythene bags at the bottom of this bottle
next
mixing the white cement and water
next
soak the jute cloth in this white cement mixture
next
place the prepared paint bottle in center of the soaked jute cloth
and then
after jute cloth absorbing cement make it like a money bag
cutting and removing excess cloth
next
again completely apply the thick mixture of white cement
wait for 10 to 12 hours to dry the cement completely
after 10 hours cement completely dried
next
i'm going to takeout the bottle and polythene bags from the inside of this
next
applying very thick mixture of white cement again to make stronger
after 24 hours
now cement money bag is almost ready

painting
i just use the gold metallic plaint
after the paint is dry
i'm going to wrap a golden rope around neck
now
feng shui money bag pot is ready
next
i'm going to pot some money plant cuttings in this money bag
i just put some coco peat
and then
potting the money plants
after potting money plant
i just put some gravel stones and sand stones on the top layer
next
i just place a small lucky buddha and some marble stones for decoration
after all
pour some water every 3 days or twice a week
and
keep this feng shui money bag planter indoor or your business places or office or anywhere of your home

Hello all friends. How are you doing?
Today Naly stay home.
Mommy is cooking food for Naly to eat.
Mommy cooking is delicious.
Hello everyone.
Today I will be in the kitchen cooking.
A couple days ago I took out a duck to defrost.
So today I want to try making roasted duck.
We will see how it will turn out.
I am using this same pot. The same pot I used to make Hainanese Chicken Rice.
I am going to cook it in this pot briefly and then cook some more in the oven to make the skin nice and crispy.
Now I am going to prepare the marinade.
Ingredients for the marinade include today is going to be fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken powder, salt
garlic powder, onion powder and peppercorns.
These are Kampot peppercorns. This time the white ones.
I am going to open to clean and rinse it thoroughly before I marinade it.
The duck I am using today weighs 5.69 lbs. almost 6 lbs.
Which store did I buy it from? I think I got it from Walmart Supercenter.
OK, the duck has been cleaned. When you buy a duck from the store it usually comes with this sauce packet.
It's an orange sauce. I never use it because I make the duck an Asian flavor.
Also it comes with inners. The inners was placed in the belly. But I am going to take it out.
This duck is pretty big.
Now I am going to mix the ingredients for the marinade.
Starting with garlic powder.
I am not measuring yet, just going to use my judgement.
If you like a little put a little. If you like a lot, put a lot.
Next is onion powder.
White pepper.
I only have white pepper that I got from Kampot province in Cambodia. I don't have black pepper.
I am going to put a little bit of salt.
Chicken powder.
Sugar.
Oyster sauce.
I have this much left so I am going to use it all up.
And the last thing is fish sauce.
Mix it well before using the marinade.
I think I am going to marinade for 30 mins. If you are able to marinade longer it would be good.
I just started making it and want to eat it for dinner.
So I think I am going to marinade for 30 mins and steam it in the Instant Pot and roast it until it's golden
and so the skin is crispy too.
I think I am going to add a little bit more sugar because earlier I added salt and fish sauce a bit too much.
Before I marinade I want to pull back the skin just a little bit. Pull it away from the meat.
They say when you do that it makes the skin crispier and it marinade well.
You add the marinade in between the skin and meat.
This skin is pretty thick so I don't have to be as cautious.
But if the skin in thin, you must be careful not to tear the skin.
Now I am going to marinade this.
You also marinade the inners but don't have to rub it as much because the marinade from the duck will drip
This duck has been marinade for 30 mins. now I am going to steam it.
Steam it using this pot.
Use this trivet that came with the pot when you purchase it.
Don't forget the inners.
Some marinade left I will save to bast the duck when roasting.
1/2 cup of water used for steaming.
Pour it to the sides.
I think this much water is enough because when you steam there will be more liquid at the bottom of the pot.
Now let's close it.
Don't forget to tick the venting knob.
I am going to set it to 3 mins.
I am going to use low pressure. That's it.
Now it's starting to countdown from 3 mins. 3..2..1..
Notice the red dot popped up meaning you should not open it because the pressure started to cook the duck
in the quickest amount of time.
Now it's reading 0.0.0 I am going to turn it off and wait 15 mins
then release the pressure and wait until the red dot goes down and then open the lid.
15 mins has arrived and I notice that the red dot went done on it's own.
Which means that while I waited 15 mins ALL the pressure has been released.
I don't have to use this tube and place on top to release pressure like my other dishes.
Also because I only used a little bit of water when I steamed this duck so there is not a lot of steam.
Now let's open it.
Here it is, our duck that has been steamed.
I am going to remove it and place it on this oven rack and roast it in the oven.
Roast in the oven at a temperature of 375 degrees.
To prevent it from burning or black spots I am going to use this foil to cover it.
Once I see that it is evenly cooked then I will remove it.
Once the duck has been removed there is this much liquid left.
Now I am going to place it in the oven.
Take the foil and put it on top like so, cover it and roast/bake it and continue the cooking process.
In about 20 mins I will check it again.
Check and use the leftover marinade to bast it and remove the foil so the skin gets nice and crispy.
15 mins has past, lets check and see.
The skin is starting to crisp a bit. The fat is starting to come out.
It will probably take more than 30 mins.
I will check it again in another 15 mins.
It's been 30 mins, I will remove it and bast the duck with the marinade.
Here's the marinade that was left.
This time I will roast it uncover so it will turn brown.
Another 15 mins has passed. I will remove it and test the temperature.
I heard that duck should reach a temperature of 160 degrees for doneness.
My first try not sure if I get it right but when I cook turkey I poke it in this same spot too.
It's up to 150 now so just a little bit more.
I am going to bast some more. Just so happen I have a little bit more marinade left.
This time I will also change the heat using the top heat (broil). Using this setting will make the top brown.
It's starting to brown. I am going to turn it a bit so it browns evenly.
The duck is removed from the oven.
I am not going to cut yet because it is still hot. When you cut it while it's hot it will make the juices spill out.
As a result the meat will be dry.
Wait a bit then cut it.
Eating this with cucumbers and herbs.
Also with Kampot fish sauce that my husband made on the day we made Hainanese chicken rice.
I will test the temperature again just to make sure that the meat is cooked and reached the right temperature.
The temperature is where we want it.
Half of this duck will be eaten because the 2 of us cannot finish it, will save it for later.
So it took about 1.5 hrs to cook, longer than anticipated.
Next time, I will steam it longer than this. This time was 3 mins, next time will be probably be 6 mins
to cut the cooking time and then roast it.
The roasting is to get this brown and crispy skin
- Keep one half. - Yeah, just chop one half.
Good.

The hands and chains disperse because Ash meeting Eiji was freeing

2018 has been filled with such amazing things!
Traveling to so many new places and doing so many amazing things while I'm there!
I traveled across the Southeast.
Ans WOW was it AMAZING!
I tried new things such as dying my hair (sort of) orange,
posting my first ukulele cover,
trying new things for beauty,
new hearing aids.
And I accomplished so many things this year, such as graduating high school back in May, and
also telling the whole world that I'm gay!
And I did it all with the people I love so much!
2018 was an AMAZING year.
Probably one of the best years I've had in a while!
And I can only hope that 2019 will be even better!
I cannot wait to see where next year takes me!

In case if someone gives you a call on your iPhone but you can not hear them unless you
put your iPhone in speaker mode then let us see some ways to fix this issue.
The first thing is to make sure that your iPhone is not stuck in headphone mode.
To make sure what you do is just press the volume up or volume down button.
Right now you can see the ringer icon here.
So, when you press the volume up or volume down button you should see the volume icon
not the headphone icon.
If your iPhone shows headphone icon then your iPhone is stuck in headset mode or headphone
mode.
So, what you do is just restart your iPhone and check if it will work.
The other thing what you need to do is at the bottom of the iPhone you have the connector
or you have the hole to put the headphone jack.
So, use a small needle and then try to clean the headphone jack and also what you do is
you put the iPhone jack 4-5 times in and out continuously and check if the iPhone goes
back to the volume mode instead of the headphone mode.
The other thing what you can do is just press on this area gently between the speaker and
the camera and check if this will work.
Some people have reported that this method works.
If none of these methods works for you then you need to take your iPhone
to the technician.
