So to improve the performance and make the game smoother – we'll need some help.
It's a very simple optimization process, just follow the guide carefully and pay attention
to what I'm doing and saying throughout the guide section.
So, before you do anything else – head over to my website and download this little software

After you download it, simply install it, and you will get these shortcuts on your Desktop.
Start it and then go to the optimization catalog section.
From this drop-down menu select For Honor and then press load the optimization package.
Now select the destination folder where your game has been installed.
Simply select the destination folder of your game and then press OK and this window will
pop-up.
When the optimization control panel loads, simply select the method of optimization and
resolution you would like to run your game on.
After you did that simply press the execute optimization button and then start your game.
Feel free to experiment with resolutions and optimization methods to find what suits your

How To Deal With Entitlement Mentality - Duration: 17:13.
Hey! Welcome back friend. Listen, Kris Krohn here and on today's show, I got my
buddy Randy Soderquist. He's got his own YouTube channel. And I wanted him to come
on today who is an expert at truly understanding how to help you live the
most fulfilling life possible. Especially here Randy, we always talking about wealth
we are always talking about real estate. And people can start to mistake that in
their life, it's all about, "I'm going to define my life by what I have. My car
that I Drive, the house, the travel. Heck, I see Kris with it. So, that must be what
fulfillment is." And today, we're going to be correcting that.
Okay. So listen, today is a super important episode because listen, if I
keep getting you on track for creating all this wealth and making all this
money but if you're not totally clear on the why behind it, you can get yourself
real screwed up real fast. In fact, my buddy Randy here, that's what he does.
He's got treatment centers everywhere helping young kids that suffer from some
super big problems and what he does is he helps get them back on track. And his
whole YouTube channel is all about Principle-Based Living so Randy dude,
super excited to have you here. It's been awesome.
-It's good to be here. -We know each other for how long? -About a year now. -Yeah. -And
for me, it's been life-changing. Our channel, Principle-Based Living is all
about that there are laws that govern the world in which we live. It's not a
world of chance. There are laws that govern the physical world like gravity.
But there are also laws that govern success, relationships and happiness. -Do
you guys hear that right now? Wait. That governs what? -Success, relationships and
happiness. -Success, relationships happiness, right? I mean, if we're creating
all of this wealth, if we're creating this wealth through real estate. Why? To
what end? And to what purpose? And that's what I really want to do. I hope
you can just feel Randy's presence. Because I'm just sitting here when he
speaks like... It just it speaks right to my soul. So, I'm super excited for this
conversation. Randy, before we get into it, help me
understand and help reviewers just understand a little bit more about your
treatment centers and your background. -So, we work with youth. Primarily, teen girls
right now. And what we see, we've been doing this for about 10 years. And what
we see is that young women come in unhappy. many of them self harming.
Attempting suicide and really at a place in their life where they're out of
control. And it's because or a big part of it is
because we live in a society that is so focused on external value. Social media.
And that's one of the things that I really appreciate
about you Kris is what you're doing with YouTube and social media of using
it in an educational way as a tool to benefit and create value. So, we have
young women coming in that they get their value from their appearance, their
clothes, their stuff, from other people. And so, it's all about impressing or
trying to make other people see them not for who they are but whose society says
they should be. -Yeah. And so just check this out for a moment, right? Reality
check. It doesn't mean that these things are bad. But if you define
yourself by them or you identify with them as, "This is who I am, this is my
identity", that can be... That can be damaging, right? It's amazing. -A
never-ending cycle of continually chasing the next thing that I get my
value from. -Yeah and it's like keeping up with the Jonases. You know, it's
interesting I do all of my market research. And people watching my channel
when they go to my website, when they see me driving a fancy car versus just a
picture of Kris, you know, the car draws more attention and the house draws more
attention. And you know, at some point, I don't always understand if people
watching this channel. They're just like, "Dude Kris, I want to see you in your
private jet. And then I want to see you you know traveling a hundred countries
and I want to see with all this stuff." I don't know if that... I don't know if that
is either inspiring to them and says, "I'm watching this channel because I want to learn
how to actually create more or if it's dude, I just want the nice stuff of life,
show me how to get it dude." -Because then my life will be great and I'll be happy.
-And that's problematic because then the moment something gets taken away or
you're on the downward trend then all the sudden, got problems, right? Because
like, "Oh, my gosh. I built my... I built my value around vanity or I built my value
around my pride or my accomplishments. And yet, I'm none of those things." You
know, those are just things I've done. It's not actually Who I am. -Right. -So, can
I just ask you, what do you really believe a person's intrinsic value is
then? If it's not the things that they have, right? I mean what's a person's
value? -So, it's interesting when you ask that because all of us have intrinsic
value. Were born with it. And the true entitlement is that every one of us are
capable of doing whatever we believe we can do.
We truly are a new teachers. Word limitless. And yet the faults or the
counterfeit part of that is that our value comes from our stuff not from who
we are. -So, did you guys just get that? I mean, this is... If you understand, this like
I hope that you're like glued to the screen for this conversation because I
hope that you're understanding this idea that we're precious, we're priceless. That
is the true title but that's who we are. That's what I hear you saying. And then
it's this that don't get confused them with thinking that your latest
achievement, accomplishment, toy, boy toy, girl toy that that... When you identify
with that's who I am, then when those things get taken away, you've lost sight
of the true value. By the way Randy, I've been there before. I mean what kind of
lie. I mean, I thought at one point that I was... If I was a multi-millionaire and
didn't have a job anymore then that's who I was. And the reality is that didn't
necessarily bring me joy. That didn't actually bring me happiness. That was
just an achievement or something that I did but not necessarily Who I am.
-Which is something I think every one of us experienced as we go through this
journey of life trying to find happiness. Society conditions us to believe that
happiness comes from external things. And as we go on that search or that journey,
we find out that that isn't true. Which gives us the opportunity to learn
what the truth is. And that's what Principle-based Living is about, is
identifying those truths or those principles those laws to govern this
world in which we live. So in our treatment centers, we work
primarily with youth. But this isn't just a youth issue. So what is it in your life?
You know, what is it what are those external things that you get caught up
in that you think are going to bring you the happiness and as you're chasing that
in your life, you're finding out that you're coming up empty? -That's a good
question. Because it could be your relationships the girl or the guy that
you're with or it could be the car that you drive. Some of us are keeping score
with you know whether we've done a deal, whether we've made money. Some of us are
confused and we're feeling crappy about ourselves. Because we don't have anything
to claim. We're like, I haven't done anything with my life yet. So I feel
crappy. That it's the same problem. It's like, "Now I feel I feel crappy because
I haven't done anything." So, it's not even those that define themselves by what
they have. We're also doing the opposite. We're also defining ourselves by the
things that we don't have. -And here the thing is if you're a parent and you
don't have this figured out for yourself, how are you going to teach it to your
child? And if you're successful in your own life, it's even more difficult to
teach it to your child because you have the ability to give your son or daughter
everything that they want. And if they don't understand that their value comes
from inside, they're going to get caught up in this cycle as well. -So this is really
the whole conversation is really entitlement, right? I mean, it's amazing
how so many of us walk, right? Especially in today's day and age, I mean every day
I open up my phone and there's a new app and someone invented a way to get to the
moon and I could take it all for granted and it's almost like I feel entitled to
everything. And yet... -And I want it now. -Yeah. -And I shouldn't have to do anything
to get it. -Yeah. -It should just be given to me. The
truth is we do deserve it but we need to be willing to go out and
work for it. And we need to understand what those foundational principles are
underneath the reasons we do what we do. If we're really going to get what we
want. -So Randy you have... You have like... You have a really unique experience
because when you have one of these girls get helicopter into your treatment
center and gets dropped off on the doorstep after considering suicide or
just being obnoxious or out of control, what do you really think is that the
root cause? Because you guys do amazing things to get people's lives on track.
How do you do that? It comes down to self-worth ultimately. Most of us
struggle with self-worth, with value. And until we understand who we
truly are and begin to love ourself, we're not going to expect or understand
that we truly do deserve it. So, it's kind of a dichotomy, right? We
want it, we think we should have it but underneath we don't feel like we deserve
it. So, we do things to self-sabotage all the time. So the first thing we have to
correct is under and the we're okay. That we have value.
And then we have to begin to believe again. To believe that we are limitless.
That we can go out and create whatever life we want for herself but then we got
to have the belief in ourselves and the willingness and the tools. The knowledge,
the tools to go out and create it. -Guys, I got a couple of questions for
Randy. But I just got to say this conversation is fundamental to your
well-being and your happiness. And if you want to create in your external world
success, real estate, wealth, a nice house or all these nice things, you have to
build it on a foundation and Principle-based Living, Randy's channel that he has

foundation that you can build wealth on. And don't make the mistake of defining

know. The the man that you're going to accentuate, the woman that you're going
to accentuate, the person that you magnify. It all comes down to your
character. And I really feel like that's what you're hitting home on is you have
to really strong connection to your self-worth. So make sure you're doing

where do they go from here? How does a person actually create that value for
themselves? What nugget of wisdom can you give these amazing wonderful people that
I love. That can help them identify with that real intrinsic value? -First of all,
understand that in life, everything happens for a reason. There are no
accidents. So, we don't live in a world that is based on chance or a world of
chaos. We live in a world that is based on laws or principles. So, the cool thing
is if we're not experiencing what we want in life, it just means that there's
something that we don't understand. And if we can get past that idea of luck
and chance and realize that, "No, there there's a reason here. And if there's
something I don't like, I can figure out what it is and change it. But underneath
that, I got to realize that I'm okay. That I'm amazing.
And that I do deserve a wonderful limitless life." And then just be willing
to go out and get it. -You know, it's amazing. I love that because really what
you're talking about here one of these laws is the law of choice. It's
this it's this idea that says, "Hey, listen. Think about it. No one's really telling
you what to think or how to think." I mean, you might think that your parents are
doing that or that church is doing that. But the reality is no one can choose for
you. You can only choose for yourself and so this idea that you're an amazing
limitless person... first of all, I believe that as well. I think that's what kind of
unites us together. And I want to invite you to believe that. And secondary, I love
this idea that at choice means that we can evaluate the thoughts that we've
trade in the past that may not be serving us. That well, if I'm not my car
and I'm not my awesome high paying job or if I'm not you know... Then I can really
start rethinking myself. You're also not your depression, you're not your mistakes.
Yhese are things that you've done but it's not necessarily intrinsically who
you are. Which means that you can move past that and take this day to say, "Well,
who is it that I really want to become?" You know... -And begin to be that person
today. Regardless of whatever path. -Regardless of your past. Shutting the
door on your past. You know Randy, I... Some people on this channel that have this
notion that... But rich people are greedy or selfish or bad or rotten, the reality
is I can also find... For every bad person you can find with wealth, I can
find you a good person. Both exist. And people are defining themselves
differently. Some people have moved past wealth as something that defines me and
they use it as a tool to magnify and bless humanity. And there's this
transition they've walked through that I think comes down to this this notion,
this entitlement of understanding that who I am. I'm an amazing, good, beautiful
divine soul. And how do I use the resources the world, not to define myself
with pride or vanity. How to actually use these resources to be a benefit. Yes to
my life but to the people around me too. -Right on. And and so we're about helping
adults. But we're also concerned about the youth growing up. So we just opened

in the world. Dude, that's amazing so you're saying you've got one treatment center
for you know, for struggling youth. Predominantly girls that are just
they're really struggling with their self-worth and value. But on the other
hand, you're just opening a school which is a boarding school, right? A Leadership
Academy for those that they say, "Hey, I'm actually ready to contribute. I'm ready
to create value for the world." -Right on. -Dude, those freaking awesome.
Now that is incredible. I love that. -We're excited about that. And as you know,
YouTube is in its infancy. And we want to have youth out there that are changing
YouTube and social media in a positive direction. -That is absolute incredible.

How Do YouTubers Edit Videos? - Duration: 10:01.
Let's talk a little bit today about how to edit your YouTube videos. Is it easy?
Is it hard? Where do you go? What can you do? Is it free? Is it expensive? Nate will
probably talk about some of those things right now. -Yeah, we mentioned YouTube
specifically because a lot of people are asking how do YouTubers edit their
videos? And in this video we're going to look at it in a complete different way
than you've seen anywhere else. Alright so you probably think that we're going to
be talking about software here and maybe we'll just mention it at the very
beginning. Get it out of the way because we're not...
This video we're not going to talk about software. We're going to go a little bit
more into editing technique that YouTubers use. -Okay. -So, how to actually...
How to edit. How to make a good video. So software, let's just mention it. On if
you're using a Mac, you can start using iMovie or upgrade to the Final Cut Pro.
-Adobe Premiere. -Adobde premiere. -Basics elements they call it yet. And
even use that. -So Adobe's got their Creative Cloud which has the Adobe
Premiere. That's what you use. That's what YouTubers use. They either use Final Cut
Pro or they use Adobe Premiere. Okay? Now, that we got that out of the way, let's
jump into some specifics. And what I recommend... You've heard me give this
recommendation before. Kind of do your research. Find what other people are
doing. Study other examples. So, we're going to dive in and study some examples
right here. I've got YouTube up, obviously. One of my favorite blogs is called less
junk, more journey. They live in an RV. They travel around to national parks and
they vlog about it. It's a lot of fun. They have... They've gotten a really good
editing style. And I wrote down a specific video what makes a perfect or
what makes a boondocking spot perfect. So, let's see. Yeah, I picked this one right
here. What we're going to do is we're just gonna watch this video and I'm going to
point out different things that they do. Different things that they edit.
Okay. So, now we're watching slow motion. We went to a different clip. We hear some
music in the background, different clip slow motion. Different clip. It
jumped. -This their kids? -Zoom, zoom did more the girl in with the pink boots.
That' their daughter. The other kids must be fellow travelers.
It shows an airplane in the sky another airplane, another airplane. Notice how it
on the beat is when it changes, the beat of the music. It's again, it's slow-motion.
-Setting the mood. -Now, we've got a time-lapse. So not like a time-lapse In
that that's actually a moving time-lapse. It's penning. So, how much time has gone by
we're about. 55 seconds. So, in his style, if you wanted to vlog and you could
study. Okay he went a whole minute of an intro that was kind of like it showed
planes, it showed a truck jumping through the you know. -Yeah, just like establishing
shots the whole thing, yeah. -It was just really creating the emotional fill.
So, what I do when I watch episodes like I can't I can't turn this off. I think,
"How did they do this? Oh, they had a camera here oh they moved a different
camera here. Oh, they did a they did a... Time-lapse. They did a slow-motion." And so
that's what I recommend that you do is what you watch YouTubers that you
like. Study how are they editing this and think about how did they actually do
this. Oh, they used a drone to film this shot. Or if you're watching... Let's
actually... I'm going to go to another example. Let's go to Casey Neistat. -Now while
you're going there, let me just ask about these people. Are they at a point now
where they are using for a professional editing team somewhere offshore? Do they
bring along professional photogs with them? -They've thought about it but they
do all the filming, they do all the editing. -So they do it all right
there in their RV whatever. -They are friends of mine. I've met them there... -Right. No, I
know and I mean it's so that's part of their... That's just part of their
day is they shoot their stuff, they create their story and then they post it
all themselves? Okay. -Yeah and this has become
their full-time career, their full-time living is blogging about their
adventures. And that's why I use them as an example because they've really
refined. I followed them for a while and they're their style has just gotten
better and better. -They must be sort of young because he still has very dark
eyelashes. That's very admirable. So, the older you get they fade away. -Is...
that...? Is that true? I don't know. -Of course they do.
Oh yeah, yours will be invisible soon. -Alright. I'm going to show you another example
from Casey Neistat. And while I'm talking about Casey, he does a lot of
shots where it will show him walking into the room. But as you're watching
videos like that, you think, "You know what? He had to go and hit record, leave
the room and then walk back in and then come and grab the camera." -Right.
And so, just study. You know, when you see people. When you... When you see videos like
this on YouTube, think about how they filmed it and how they edited it. Okay,
the video that I put down here was the very best SmartWatch. Right here. So, let's
just watch the the first bit of this and we'll comment along the way.
Okay, he's got kind of a new longer video logo. So, sniff ahead. Okay so just one
comment. Obviously the video is about a SmartWatch. So he made sure to put a clip
at the beginning kind of an epic thing. He's going to hit something with the hammer.
But then we didn't get to see what happened. So that kind of hooks us in. He
put in as his video logo and now it's just him playing around in his studio.
He got some music. He obviously had this setup and the lighting is meant for
where he's at right now. But then he went, "Okay, I'm going to set it up get it all
lined up where I'm at. And then I'm going to back up and play on my whatever board."
You obviously put all four of those on in advance.
Okay, now we're seeing a time-lapse of the New York City skyline with the
Smart Watch. Oh another skyline. Empire State Building with the blurry. So, he
jumped in a little bit. Another time lapse.
And now he's back in here. So, he took some other shots that he edited in
between to kind of cut this one. You know, apart pieced on the other elements. So
all I'm trying to say. These aren't not that these are the perfect examples of
how to how to edit videos. But that's my recommendation is to learn how to edit
videos and how do YouTubers edit their videos. Well just study them. I think,
"Okay, how did they film this shot?" He had to you know, set up his camera outside
and film a time lapse. Time lapses take a long time to get clouds moving that fast.
-Right yeah. -So, he probably had to film 30 minutes aiming this way, 30 minutes
aiming this way, 30 minutes aiming this way at the Empire State Building. And
then get your watch in there at the end. And you had to plan all that. You know,
and so, if there's a style of video that you want to create, you've really got to
take it apart piece by piece and study how they did it and then just practice
doing it yourself. -And you know, the one thing that strikes me every time we
watch these is that, this is... If you're serious about being a YouTuber
professionally, full time. It really is a full-time job. I mean if you do it right.
Like you say, the time that's needed to set up different shots. And and to you
know, kind of script it all out sort of in your mind. You know the shooting of it.
The post-production, all of that. Especially most people are doing it
themselves. It takes time. A half hour per time-lapse
shot. I mean there's 2 hours out there for for watches that he's doing that for.
You know? What I mean, it's a... It's a time -Maybe he took four cameras?
-That's possible. -That would speed up. -Probably can afford it. -Another thing I
want to point out on the screen here. You notice that right here, the background is
very, very blurry. So, in that, tells me, "Okay, he's..." And you can actually
see in the reflection here. He's using a DSLR camera with a shotgun mic on top.
And he's using a at least a decent quality lens that can focus on headlands
and blur that and blur the background. Whereas if we go back you know earlier,
the backgrounds in focus and so it had an auto... You know you just kind of study
stuff like that. Right here, it's not... It's not as blurred but when we went to that
shot where he was closer to the camera, wherever that was. Anyway, you can see
that he jumps back and forth from his overhead camera and then he comes back.
Okay, here's where it's blurred. He's just, he's obviously a lot closer to the
camera and he's intentionally blurring that background out. -That's really cool.
-Som we didn't even crack open any editing software in this video which is maybe
what you're looking for. We'll do that in other episodes but for this one, before
you even open up that editing software, study technique. -Styles, yeah. -Then
you can go into you know Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere and figure out. Okay,
how do you do that transition. Let's... "Oh, there was a time lapse there but it
jumped in the middle. And I really liked how that look." You can incorporate that
technique and figure out how to use the software to create the same effect. So,

Hello everyone! I'm George Mallioras.
Together with my brother, Andreas, we construct grills and ovens.

The preparation
Best is, when the company consists of more than 4 persons
to avoid grilling on the grilling grate.
And to choose spit-roasting instead.
The grilling grate for a large group
is hardship for the griller
and he can never enjoy his company.
And the important thing is the company.
So, today that we are 8 persons
we will be spit-roasting.
It's preferred if it's available on your grill for the spits to be close to each other
to have a shared pile of charcoals and skewer in two spits.
Otherwise, if this isn't availble, we will skewer the kontosouvli in one spit
and we will of course have a longer pile of charcoals.
The kontosouvli will be out in 1.5-2 hours, depending on the meat pieces size.
In the meantime, though, there must be something to nibble.
We can grill sausages, like us here today,
since the season has it, it's winter.
Grilled potatoes
and various other vegetables will be the appetizers
because no one can wait 2 hours for the kontosouvli.
Now, the amount that I've used for that many persons
is 3 kg (6.6 lbs) of meat.
That will do since there're also complements.
If it will be this roast only, then we would need 4 kg (8.8 lbs) of meat at least.
And of course, if the company eats a lot
we may grill even more.
And here today I'm talking about a preparation that is scheduled.
So, when we know that our company is coming over
we have the time to marinade our meat
and present to them something exceptional.
In situations that the get togethers are spontaneous
I'm going to show you a different approach and another grilling way
for something quick, easy and tasty.
So, let's light the charcoals
and see more things as we go.

which was a recipe I had tried with wild boar.
So, I also used this one for the black pork.
It is exceptional, I really liked it

So, there have been a bunch of topics and questions that I've gotten recently that I've
wanted to talk about, but never really had enough to say to make a full video about them,
in today's little thoughts medley, we're gonna go over a bunch of said hot topics.
First up is the 1000 Voices nerf on PC.
In the latest patch, Bungie nerfed the damage of 1000 Voices on PC because the game acts
weird at higher frame rates and 1000 Voices doing more damage was one of them.
Now, I'm fine with them fixing issues that cause PC and console not to be the same and
I'm fine with them fixing bugs.
But, I think the better idea would've been to buff 1k on console if that were possible.
1000 Voices in the state that it was in wasn't really gamebreaking at all.
It was not the best raid damage weapon by far.
It is a pretty good weapon on PC, serviceable, you could use it and no one would question
it, good for add clear and certain activities, but it's not Whisper, it's not Thunderlord.
I think console should've been brought up because it's a bit more difficult to use the
function of spraying the gun everywhere on a controller than it is on a mouse, potentially
resulting in lower damage on the console side anyway.
Now, this nerf is noticeable, but the gun is still really good, I just think they should've
adjusted the damage accordingly to approximately what it was.
Plus, it's the raid exotic, even if it is an RNG drop, it is a coveted reward and one
that should be strong, which brings us to the next question of seals and titles being
linked to RNG.
Right now, most of the titles available in the game have some sort of RNG element to
them.
The biggest offender is the Rivensbane title, the one from doing all of the raid stuff.
It took me until very recently to get Rivensbane because I needed the Glittering Key, which
is used to get the ship from the raid.
For about 5-6 weeks, the thing that was blocking me from Rivensbane was not challenges, not
flawless, but a rare drop that only comes from the final chest.
That is pretty obnoxious.
I get sob stories all the time about how people still haven't gotten 1000 voices after this
long of clearing the raid 3 times a week every week and t hus are locked out of Rivensbane.
Or the Dreaming City ones, like the Shattered Throne cosmetic which you can only attempt
to get once every 3 weeks per character.
There is a large part of me that would like to see RNG drops like 1k or cosmetics removed
from the requirement of getting titles.
That, or there needs to be better bad luck protection in getting said drops.
I understand that they're linked to the badges and everything and the badges show everything
that an activity has to offer and that if you have everything, you've beaten everything,
and yada yada, but... it's feels bad to have done a flawless raid run, arguably the hardest
part of Rivensbane and still need to wait on a Glittering Key before the game declares
you worthy.
Speaking of Rivensbane and the raid, the next topic is about being able to grind the raid
after the first time in order to get soft-capped, non-powerful, non-curated drops to continue
to try to farm for god roll armor pieces.
For the most part, I'm pretty fine with this idea, maybe even if it's just a chance to
get an item per boss after the first, maybe it's not a guaranteed thing.
Starting with Black Armory people can farm for god roll weapons in a much more constructive
way, no more just grinding Lost Sectors for a Dust Rock Blues, and can get arguably better
weapons than the raid can offer in terms of efficiency or killing power.
I don't see why people couldn't try to farm the raid for god roll armor, although I do
see people potentially abusing being able to reset the raid to kill the first boss over
and over to try to farm, which is less than ideal.
Maybe you can pick up a bounty with unlimited charges that makes a checklist of all the
bosses in the raid and then when you turn it in, you get the drops that way, something
like that.
As for why it might not be like that right now, I imagine Bungie wants to keep some level
of esteem to the raid gear and being able to farm it constantly might remove some of
that esteem, especially given the direction the game has been going with making things
more prestigious and hardcore.
However, if you're the kind of person or team that can farm the raid a lot, you're probably
more than qualified to receive said esteem from getting gear from the raid.
Speaking of farming gear, man Datto, these segues are fantastic, year 1 gear.
A lot of people had requested Bungie bring back year 1 Destiny 2 gear with random rolls
to the loot pool.
At the launch of Forsaken, I personally was not for this because I think the fun of the
expansion is ditching those older armor sets in favor of newer things.
I think a bigger issue with the fashion based end-game are the enhanced armor perks on the
raid and Dreaming City armor.
If you're trying to min-max, then you want those enhanced perks.
But, that severely limits your fashion options to about 3 sets of armor.
That is not very fun.
Now, I've done comparisons on the enhanced vs. non-enhanced versions of perks and the
difference is pretty slim, at least with regards to reload speed bonuses, so you can rest somewhat
easily that if you wanted to fashion yourself in another armor set, you could.
All that being said, at this point, I think bringing back some year 1 items or armor sets
certainly wouldn't be a bad thing at all.
A lot of people are clamouring for it, I don't really see what harm it would do to the game
at all.
My guess as to why it hasn't happened could be some engineering issues, where they need
to reimplement the armor because their initial release into the game probably didn't have
random rolls in mind and I'd imagine reintegrating all those armor sets with random rolls is
probably more complicated or time consuming than we all think.
I'm just gonna read this next one verbatim here: "opinion on updates & refreshes to EP
to bring it to relevance again, potentially adding gear to blind well, and whether activities
like those and the forges should remain relevant in future content drops?"
Bungie really likes doing this thing where they introduce a new activity and then don't
really expand on it in a huge way.
We started with Court of Oryx in Taken King, dropping in tier 1/2/3 charges to start up
an encounter, Archon's Forge was pretty similar to that, then Escalation Protocol came by
and sort of stepped it up by introducing rare weapons and an armor set, but it was still
pretty much kill the boss, and then Blind Well is essentially a spin off of Court of
Oryx, where you put in a tier 1/2/3 charge and fight waves of dudes, only it lasts WAY
longer than Archon's Forge and Court of Oryx, but you get to spam your supers which is pretty
fun.
I'd really like to see Bungie expand on these activities more, the forges are kind of a
spin off of these activities, where you have a relatively easy objective and then fight
a boss.
Now that we know that the forges have the goal of being able to farm god roll weapons
in a more constructive way, I don't think there's any issue with keeping them relevant.
They can't make these objectives too hard because then you'd just have people running
around not knowing what to do.
I can't tell you how many times I've seen people say "people still don't know how to
do The Corrupted strike," and if people can't handle that, there's no way you're going to
see Bungie introduce even more complex objectives in a matchmade activity.
They COULD update EP, they COULD update Blind Well, but likely not to the extent that more
veteran players want, unless they made them non-matchmade activities so that they could
have more complex mechanics.
I'd really like to see Bungie try to do a horde mode akin to a Call of Duty zombies
kinda deal, or just more competitive PvE stuff, stuff where getting higher scores and more
rounds actually matters, a more in depth Prison of Elders.
Not to mention that I think most people would prefer new content as opposed to updated old
content.
I know if all Bungie did was add a new armor set to EP, or some new weapons to Blind Well
that I wouldn't get too excited about that.
If it was something that happened in the background, then sure, but having it as a main selling
point would not fly.
Escalation Protocol has remained relevant solely due to Bungie implementing things that
keep it relevant, through quests that require Hive kills or the Ikelos shotgun still being
one of the best shotguns in the game or clan bounties requiring some wave clears.
As for it staying relevant for longer than an expansion cycle or the cycle it was in,
not sure how I feel about it.
On one hand, it's a waste to not keep it functional and relevant, on the other hand, introducing
new armor and weapons to an activity that probably wouldn't get any changes or updates
feels unsatisfying.
They've kept stuff like Blind Well and Last Wish relevant by having them continue to reward
powerful items, but as far as Bungie creating brand new armor and weapons for those activities,
I don't see that happening.
Titan skating was the next thing brought up, asking "would you prefer they get rid of Titan
skating or give every class a way to go that fast?"
For those not familiar with Titan skating in Destiny in general, it started in Destiny
1 with an exotic called Twilight Garrison, which got you an in air dodge that you could
do.
When chained together in a certain way with the Titan secondary jump, you could get huge
bursts of speed and go much faster than probably what was originally intended, but controlling
it was very difficult.
In Destiny 2, on PC, you can perform this same function by using a macro or by an even
easier method, allowing you to get up to speeds much faster than intended.
In PvP, this creates very annoying situations where Titans are able to escape, close gaps
or get to certain positions much faster than everyone else.
I hope Bungie figures out a way to get rid of Titan skating on PC because I think it's
obnoxious.
It allows for things that you normally wouldn't be able to do at the proper speeds.
As the question says, a common suggestion has been letting other classes also move that
fast.
2 things: 1) Bungie would have to be OK with Titan skating to the point where they would
need to rework how the other classes move and jump to enable them to do such a thing
and 2) I think that would just be a nightmare.
Basically, just imagine everyone moving around at 2 to 3 times the speed we do now.
If you think shotguns are annoying right now, wait until you play against someone who can
close the gap before you're able to kill them with a hand cannon.
I don't think Destiny was ever intended to be THAT fast of a game, I like the speeds
we move at now and I think letting everyone move that fast would just demolish PvP.
Finally, enhancement cores, Bungie is considering removing enhancement cores from infusion completely
in an effort to allow players more flexibility in how they look.
Originally, I was ok with masterwork cores being a part of infusion because it made leveling
up and infusion actually matter and having perfect gear sets much more prestigious knowing
you had to use rare materials to get there.
The problem was that there weren't really any ways to GET Masterwork Cores consistently
and while Bungie has added a couple of things, I imagine Black Armory leveling has been rapidly
depleting stockpiles of cores.
At this point, I've come around a lot more on them, I've been slowly drifting towards
indifference towards this topic.
The prestige of hitting max power has kind of worn off in general and I think having
people be happy with how they look is a bit more important than being max power.
I'd say full Masterwork armor is the new prestige, although masterworking armor right now hardly
feels worth it because of the costs being so high and the PvE applications being so
unimportant.
Much like resilience in PvE, it is REALLY hard to feel damage reduction in moment to
moment gameplay.
Not to mention that Masterworking weapons and armor is really expensive now, so being
able to use all of those cores to masterwork more stuff would be fine with me.
I've sort of casualed up a bit with regards to people hitting max power due to how difficult
it can be for the average player to level, the process is already difficult enough for
people with only 1 character and so removing that barrier to leveling I think would be
fine.

How to track objects manually in a 360 video | Works with any 360 footage - Duration: 6:01.
Tracking objects in a 360 video is a really cool feature even in 360 or in overcapture mode.
Now I show you how to do it manually with any 360 footage.
Orientation is always an important task in 360, especially working with moving shots.
First you need to choose a starting point, but then you have to decide how to continue.
In most of the cases, after applying software stabilization,
the video follows the starting direction which is really great.
Let's see, when you are walking with a handheld camera, your place on the video might be changing a bit,
but the whole environment, the buildings and bigger objects are always on the same place.
And it helps the viewers to look around easily and they don't lose control over the video.
But in special cases we don't want to keep these main directions,
and the video is more watchable if we track certain points.
The most common situations are shooting during skateboarding, skiing, riding a bike
or taking long driving scenes.
The point is that there are some turns on the go.
And the main problem is that these scenes have dedicated directions,
while actually we are changing directions with the camera.
In these cases it would be much better if the camera could track the route.
For instance here you can see my bob shot.
In this case the camera keeps pointing to a specific direction
instead of following where we are actually going.
When we're taking this 180 degrees turn, you can see the camera is still pointing in the same direction.
I think in this case the rails and the sled should be always on the same position
to create the authentic third person impression.
Then it's a matter of choice whether we keep the footage in 360 view or create an overcapture video.
With Insta360 One X app we can select certain objects to track,
but in Premiere we don't have such a smart function.
But on the other hand we can work with any 360 footage, doesn't matter which camera we use.
And tracking manually is really easy.
First I apply a plugin called VR Projection.
Here I can correct the horizon line of the footage.

With an average 360 video I would finally set up the main direction with the "pan" function.
As you can see, I can move it between 180 and minus 180 degrees.
And this is where it's getting tricky.
The basic idea of tracking certain points of the video is adding keyframes with different panning settings.
I turn on Safe margins on the preview window and switch to 360 view
so I can check out perfectly what is in the middle.
I add a keyframe and set up the middle point,
then I go on to another frame and set up another one.
It seems fine, but depending on your footage you might come to a point where you get stuck.
As you can see, now it's at 180 degrees and I can't go further.
I only can move between 180 and minus 180.
The perfect position would be something like this,
but to get here I have to pan in the other direction, around -132 degrees.
The problem is that after 180 the image won't slide to this position the way like it did before.
It will create a fast turn on the other direction.
And obviously I don't want it this way.
I think the basic idea is fine: I add keyframes and smoothly pan around in the video
to create very nice tracking in such cases.
But we have to use another plugin, too.
So I delete the keyframes here and reset "pan" settings,
I search for a plugin called "Offset" and I apply it.
Now I pan around without any limitations.
So keeping the VR plugin untouched I only use the Offset plugin
to shift the center of the image horizontally left or right.
I just keep watching the middle point and I smoothly pan the image to the right place.

I prefer adding less keypoints, so this panning I create won't be noticeable.
Even more it will be really smooth.
And getting to point where I stuck, now I can get over it.
Here you can see this turn before tracking.
And this is how it looks without using Offset plugin.
And here is the final result setting up directions with the Offset plugin.
But be careful. If you create many keyframes very frequently
you might create weird "camera moves", which could disturb the viewers.
And another important thing is to track the straight parts, too.
I create keyframes at the end and the beginning of the linear sections;
otherwise the video would be panning around all the time until the next keyframe at the first upcoming turn.
But this way, it will be fine.
Of course later I can create an overcapture view, if I want.
And then I can turn around in the 360 space, but I'll be sure, that the objects I tracked manually
are always on the same part of the frame.
Another option is to track moving objects in the video.
I think in a 360 video this can be a little bit disturbing, but it depends on…
Anyway, we can select a moving character in the video too, and track it all over its path.
And creating an overcapture video it looks really cool.

What Is A Step Parent's Role? - Duration: 10:10.
Families take on a lot of different constellations. Sometimes a stepparent
ends up wondering, "What's my role?" I'm kind of funny this way but I really like
to identify what's not my job. If I'm trying to figure out what my job is. So
let's talk about that first and then we'll get to some things that will help
you to establish yourself as a more effective step parent. What's not my job.
It's not my job to replace anyone or anything. This is where we get into
trouble sometimes. I did child custody evaluations for the court for about 13
years in my practice. I've seen a lot of situations where there's such bitterness
and anger and animosity against this step parent. Because she's trying to
replace my mom. He thinks that he's taken over the position for my dad. It's not
your job to replace anyone. Kids already have a mom, don't they? Well then, what's
your role? Don't worry, we'll get to that in just a minute.
Your role is not to replace anyone. Is that a little bit of a relief? I hope that comes
as a relief. You'll notice that in families, we take on different roles.
Different purposes and it's really normal in a normal family. Whatever that
is, for one parent to be a little more focused on discipline for the other
parent to be a little more focused on the love and the nurturing. Yeah, that's
pretty common. As a stepparent, it's not your role to take over one of those
positions. You're naturally going to create a new family dynamic. But it's not
your role to be the disciplinarian. I picked that particular role because as a
step parent, that creates some predictable difficulties. If you step in
and try to provide the discipline. Now, you can provide the discipline
appropriately. We're going to get to that. But it's not your role to become the
disciplinarian. Or the nurturer or whatever the role is. You don't have to
assume that that's already predetermined. You know, here's another one. And I know
that you've probably encountered this. Because there are some messes, aren't
there? Yeah. It's not your job to clean up the mess or to fix whatever somebody
else broke. Let that settle in for a moment. It's not your job.
You're not the mop-up person. You're not here to fix or correct or repair.
Probably your involvement will improve the situation if you do it right. We're
going to get to that. But remember your job is not to fix this and to clean up
all the messes. I don't think you possibly could clean up all the messes.
And that's okay because it's not your job. How you feeling right about now? A
little better? Hopefully that's a relief to realize, "Oh, it's not my job to do that.
It's not my job to do that." One other point that it's not your job to make
sure that anything. Alright? Connect with that. You know how
you might finish that sentence. "Oh, I need to make sure that..." Whatever. "I need to
make sure that my spouse is happy. I need to make sure that the ex doesn't
interfere with the kids. I need to make sure that I'm an effective
disciplinarian." Whatever. No. It's not your job to make sure that anything. That
should be a relief as well. Alright. Now, that we got you feeling all relieved,
what is your job as a stepparent? It's pretty simple. Your job is to love
them no matter what and even if. Big surprise if you've watched this channel
very long. Look at the positive parenting playlist. We repeat that time and time
again. This is your job. Whether you are a natural-born parent,
adoptive parent, a stepparent. Whatever. This is your job. To love them no matter
what and even if. There's some challenges when you come into this as a step parent.
Because there's already patterns established. And there are relationships
that existed before you ever got here. As a parent in this home, you get to take
part in all of the roles of parenting. Discipline? Some step parents I talked to
our way hands-off on the discipline. Understandably because if that's not
done correctly, it can cause friction and conflict in their relationships. And the
kids are already kind of struggling bringing someone else in. So, you're going
to take part in the discipline but we're going to do it in a way that we have
parental authority. This is the part that I've been promising to get to for the
whole video. This is how we're going to step into the discipline role, the
nurturer role, every role that is relevant and applicable to a parent will
be supported as you understand what gives you authority. The fact that you
carry a title as a parent even if it has the word step in front of it does not
give you any authority. Here's what gives you authority and this comes from solid
research that showed that there are 2 components to Authority. And here's
what they are. Component number 1, you have to be able to set and enforce
appropriate limits. Have to be able to set
and enforce appropriate limits. If you can't, you don't have any authority with
these kids. How do you do that? First of all, focus on what you control. You'll
feel frustrated and angry and resentful if you get yourself into areas that you
don't have any control. And watch for those 3 feelings. Frustration, anger,
and resentment. When you feel those, it's probably because you're getting into an
area where you don't have any control.Get your mind steered back to what you
do control and then you can use that appropriately in the discipline. You have
to be able to set and enforce appropriate limits. There's another
important part to authority that is probably equally powerful. Sometimes
overlooked. You have to be seen as a provider of good times and good things.
Be seen as a provider of good times and good things. We got to be having fun.
Honestly, if you come in and do discipline without being seen as a
provider of good times and good things, you don't carry any authority with these
kids. Oh they may obey you from time to time just to stay out of trouble.
But what gives you the true authority as a stepparent is if you are personally seen
as a provider of good times and good things? Notice this is not just an
extension of your spouse. Your spouse may already be seen as a provider of good
times and good things. The fact that you are now married to their parent does not
give you automatic authority. You've got to earn that. So we've got the 2
components. You have to be able to set and enforce appropriate limits. If you
need some help with that, get some help with that. The positive parenting

There's resources and there's others too besides the ones that we're providing
for you. Figure out how to set and enforce appropriate limits and then that
second part, you got to be seen as a provider of good times and good things.
Lighten it up, have some fun. Show the kids that you can be someone that is
enjoyable and fun to be around. It contributes to your authority. Your job
as a stepparent can be a whole lot of fun. You can have
authority with these kids. You can be seen as someone who is important in
their life. You're not replacing anybody. Remember what we talked about. About what
your job is not. And I think you can get there. This whole step parent thing.
