I do not know if you already know, or if this is something new to you, but ... What you believe in
conditions the results you get in life. It's a fact, and you can check it
by yourself. I'm Sandra Burgos and today I'm going to share with you the 7 beliefs of the
most successful people. If you decide to create them also, the impact on your life will be drastic.
"The ancestor of every act is a thought", said Ralph Waldo Emerson. What does it mean
this? That before carrying out any action, we need a series of processes
mental that direct us to her.
The intention is, perhaps, the transitive step from thought to act, but to get to
have intention, first we must have a series of beliefs that lead us to desire
carry out that determined task.
Our beliefs condition all of our acts For them we will stop doing many
things and, instead, we will take the momentum of do many others. Our beliefs determine
to a large extent our results in life, because they are the ones that encourage us to fly
or they cut our wings.
There is a powerful book that I have already recommended on several occasions It's called "Power Without
Limits, "and the great Anthony has written it Robbins. I'll leave the link in the box
information for you to read, if you feel like it. It is among the 5 books that I recommend most
for a radical transformation of life.
According to A. Robbins, there are 7 beliefs that are present in virtually all
successful People. This means that if we get integrate each of them in our system
of beliefs, the odds that this new mental scheme leads us to execute
Successful actions increase exponentially. We go with them ...
1. All things happen for a reason, and everything has a utility for us / os.
Each of the things that happen to us is a result of something previous. In this way, the main
utility of everything that happens to us will be learning what actions produce what results. Having
Of course we can extract all this valuable lesson, we will become little by little more
and more efficient in our decisions.
2. Failures do not exist; they only exist the results.
Successful people know they have the control over the results, if you know how
unleash them Therefore, each result that comes to their lives is perceived as the product
of an own action. If the result is satisfactory, we will take note of what actions
they took us to that result to be able to reproduce them when we need it If the result does not
is the expected, we will learn that the actions carried out produce a certain result,
that is not the one we are looking for, therefore we will have to try with actions
different until we find the ones that take us to the desired result.
3. We must assume our responsibility, whatever happens.
Successful people assume as own responsibility everything that happens to them.
This way of thinking makes them people incredibly empowered that consciously decide
at all times. If something does not go as we expect, we should try to find out which of our
actions was the one that led to that result and devise a new action that with greater
probabilities take us to the right product on this occasion
4. It is not necessary to master a discipline to use it.
We do not need to specialize in everything that let's do, because we will often need knowledge
of very diverse areas and we can not afford the investment of time it would take to become
experts in each of them. We must learn to acquire the practical knowledge that
we need each time to carry do the task in question, without wasting
our time.
5. Human resources are the greatest wealth. Successful people understand that people
with which they work are the most important when it comes to reaching objectives. For them, the
respect for people is above of everything and know that the essentials in a team
is to compose it from the most suitable profiles and, from there, assess them as they deserve:
to 100%.
6. Work is exciting. Not everyone works on something that they are passionate about,
and sometimes self-generate passion for our work is complicated. This is not the case for
the successful people. They usually have a extraordinary self-motivation capacity ...
and when the task turns passionate in something difficult, they dedicate themselves to something that
I love them more! These people work many hours, and enjoy each and every one
of them. They sleep little, they wake up with enthusiasm to dedicate their time to what they do ...
what they love.
7. Lasting success requires true delivery. The last of the beliefs of the people
successfully is that the effort, the dedication, commitment are essential in each
day. Who leaves the road to the minimum demotivation will not get anywhere
for many times he rejoins the route. The success requires perseverance, both in the
good days like on bad days. The only one way to reach the goal is to walk towards
in front whatever happens, without hesitation or insecurities ... and not stop until you reach it.
Do you see how easy it is to become a successful person? You just need to believe The
rest comes only.
Now spend a moment in the section of comments and tell me which of these 7 beliefs
It will cost you more to integrate into your mental scheme. Which is further away than you think in these
moments? And do you think you'll get there to think in this way?

Hello Parlons-En | Face à l'incertitude, est-ce que j'y arriverais - Duration: 12:45.
Today on Hello Parlons En (Hello Let's talk about it)
- Good morning everyone
you're with Geovanie
Welcome to the stage of Hello Parlons En
I'm not standing here on my own
but honored to be sharing the stage
with Mama Nana and Ricky
how y'all doing
how you doing Ricky
- I'm great and you Geovanie
don't give me that eye, I was asking for both in general
- Alright, I thought something was different
- How are you Mama Nana
- Yes I'm good
- And you
- Yes I'm good too
well winter just landed
but still trying, still trying
Before we start
I want to remind you that you can relisten
to the show on our podcast app
you can also leave your comments on social media
that includes our facebook page
Starting with the topic of the day
Facing uncertainty, will I make it one day?
- wow
- You have to, you have to
- this is THE question
Ricky I'm going to start with you
- Alright
- Why do we get uncertain
- It all comes from fear
- It really comes from not being sure of something
that you get afraid of something not working your way or
or that something occurs that you won't be able to control
that's why you see people not taking risk
because in their own mind they see the risks
and tell themselves what if I fail in the end
but what you have to know is that
Yes! by trying, you are at risk
but by not trying too you are taking a risk anyway
that's how I look at things
what do you think Mama Nana
- it's very true, both ways are risky
In my opinion, uncertainty by definition
it's when you're not sure of doing something
it's when you hesitate between 2 things
- True
- You ask yourself if I need to this or the other
you're really in a situation where you hesitate on choices to make
you're in fear of your tomorrows, you're future
- Well
- Concerning fear of the future
How am I supposed to behave in fear of what you mentioned, Ricky
- Prepare yourself mentally
Mentally, because everything you see today
all came from a vision in your mind
so mentally, if I'm not getting my mind ready
but instead mentally, you're telling yourself that I'm gonna fail
that am I really going to make it
Of course, you won't have a visible end result
everything really starts mentally
and when you get those feelings
of not being sure of something or an outcome
For the mind, I watch motivational videos
that helps my mind
you need your feed you mental
prepare your mental before starting anything
- So it's really about feeding your mind
what about you Mama Nana, do you want to add something from what he said
- Yes, surround yourself with good people
that can be a help to you
get away from negative thoughts
You need to know that you're allowed to fail in life
but don't stay in that position
it's only there of certain period
you can fail once, you can fail twice, etc
but don't stay in this position
look for people
get around good people
that will you pull you back up
- Alright, to be honest with you
this kind of fear can be a giant to us
this kind of doubt that we face
at time you see as a big giant
so can you tell me more about how can I deal with that
- hum, you do it like David in the Bible and throw a rock
- I'm asking you seriously, Ricky
- Sorry, You said 'giant' and it click on me David with Goliath
- 'Giant' David and Goliath
[laughter]
- Seriously now
I really was joking when mentioning David with Goliath
if I need to say so, it's really when David throw the rock
and the giant felt
he was so determin and had a solid faith
and that's what I want to come to
Faith
First and far most, what is it I believe
do I believe in me
because truly when I get those thoughts
yes, I can have a feeling of being weak
in ignorance of knowing that
true strength is within us
we need to make that effort
to know what you say you are
of course if you call yourself a looser you won't make it
I can't count how many times I doubted myself
but everyday I will face battle and new challenges and I have to be ready for that
so I tell myself that I'm expected to get up
and act
and not just standing there doing nothing in response
that's why it's so crucial to have faith
on a personal level now
when I'm uncertain I'm forced to take it as a good challenges
I love a verse in the bible that says
'by the sweat of your brow you will eat'
so when hear 'sweat'
you already can tell that you will sweat!
it all come to say
it's normal to be face with difficulties
with challenges
but I need to be an overcomer
I need to overcome this
- Alright Mama Nana, from what Ricky is saying
let me be real with you
what's the point of trying especially when I already know that I can fail
- That's why I truly have to believe in myself
- alright but I I know there's a possibility that I fail, why do it
what am I gonna earn from failing
- You get nothing not trying
believing in yourself is the best thing to do
and believe in God's goodness, really
only God ca give you enough strength to move forward
that's why it's so crucial to be surrounded by good people
- what she's saying is very true
I can name many life stories about this
like the founder of Dyson, a vacuum cleaning company
I'm sure you heard of him
the time period between when he thought about this to the selling part
is approximatively 5 years
in 5 years you question yourself
- 5 years it's too much, common!
- it's too much
it's way too much
- yes, you can say it's too much but
know that to create the first vacuum cleaner he had 5127 prototypes done
check on their website you will see what I'm telling you
- 5000 what you just said
- 5127 prototypes
- this is patients and not anymore about prototypes, wow
- it's really matter of being patient
- perseverance too
- what you need to remember in these situations
you're always having people saying look at your results
the first prototype didn't work why are you still persistent
- yes the wrong crew, the doubtful crew
- why was he still persistent in his doing
only because his vision was clear to him
he believed in himself and in his project
he wanted this so bad
to pay the price for it
You also have to know that after a failure
you can reevaluate where I got it wrong
so that on the next one, you don't get the same failure you had previously
just to say that you truly learn from your past failures
and so, simply trying teaches something there too
- Great! Our time for today is up
here is the time to our 10 second chronic challenge
this challenge is very simple
you basically have 10 seconds
to tell us your last words for the theme of the day
for us today is face with uncertainty, will I make it one day
Some tells it in one word and we say it in 10 seconds chronic
yes I know it's quite challenging
but that's the way is going to be, there you have it
- you don't even wanna give us 15 seconds instead
- Ricky it's 10 seconds and that's it
- see!
so we are going to start with Ricky
you insisted much so it's for you
[laughter]
- there's too much love here
here we go, Ricky 10 seconds, go
- Believe in yourself because you'll never have people believing for you
yes it's hard, it can be hard
so it's something you must deal with from the start in your mind
- stop [laughter]
- Wanted to say more
I knew it you was gonna say it that I just stop there
Mama Nana, here's you turn, 10 seconds
- Truth is not reality
doubts is the opposite of success
so my advice doubt you doubts!
- did you heard her
doubt your doubts
- yes as soon as you start doubting, doubt about your doubts
- I record
I'm thanking both of you for the message of today
The advice of the day
Maybe at this very present time
you're watching us and going through a difficult time
you're in a place of uncertainty and doubts
or you just fail at something
it's really normal to feel like this
but know one thing you are not alone
and that God is with you
don't choose to live in fear
but be of great courageous
and have faith
Jeremiah 29:11 says: 'For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future'.
I have come to tell you
that you may be facing difficulties
but know that it's only temporary it's not always going be like this
things will change
and one last thing
surround yourself with positivity!
stay with positive people and everything will be ok
The show is coming to an end
let me just remind you that Hello Parlons-En
is a Christian show
therefore we can't close the show
without giving you a great opportunity
to you that is watching me or backsliding
to receive Jesus as The Lord and Savior of your life
Matthew 11:28 says:
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart'
I'm inviting you today !
no more time to hesitate !
it's very simple
I am talking about A God that make the impossible possible
He changes life
We call Him the God of Second chance
it's very simple
repeat after us this simple prayer
Lord Jesus I repent of sins, Come in to my heart, and from today I will make you my Lord and Savior forever. Amen!
We congrats you
welcome in the family
welcome among us
Know that at this very moment
there's a big family, angels up there celebrating you in Heaven
let's celebrate them
- Congratulations
Thanks for tuning in and see you very soon

Let's prepare now a succulent feast of the Renaissance nobles
while listening to the music of the lute.
This instrument has arabian origins, and it was already documented in the VII century
but it became hugely popular in Europe from the late Middle Ages.
Etymologically, the word lute comes from the Arabic word "al-ud" which means wood,
alluding to the wood with which it is built.
As you can see, it was very represented in the paintings of the time
as it occupied a central place in the musical life of the European courts.
Let's get started!
We're going to prepare a "rotten pot",
one of the dishes that Don Quixote and Sancho Panza ate at Camacho's wedding.
It consists of an exuberance of meats combined with red beans and optional vegetables.
Start by placing all the meats in the pot with hot water,
except chorizo and blood sausage.
The list of meats in the Renaissance was very long!
Here we have used a chicken thigh, pig's ear, pig's trotter,
and marinated rib and bacon.
After a while add the blood sausage and the chorizo.
Do not add salt because the marinated meats bring a lot of flavor.
And at this point let it cook for hours and hours ...
Don't worry about this stew being rotten! Actually it is not.
Formerly the term had a broader meaning.
Thus, Covarrubias wrote: "It is said rotten in terms of cooking so slowly
that everything inside ends up falling apart. "
That's why Sancho Panza would say: "This Rotten Pot the more rotten the better it smells!"
Leave the beans to soak overnight.
Put them to the fire in the same soaking water
and when breaking to boil, keep adding broth of the meat
as many times as needed, and a little salt.
The foam was not removed because it was consumed and appreciated,
it showed if a stew had a lot of meat and so, if it was important.
Thus, Sancho Panza after the banquet said:
"I will never get such elegant foam as this one that I have taken from Camacho's wedding!"
Let's enrich the banquet with very appreciated tomatoes and peppers recently arrived from America,
and fruits coming from far away with the best american ingredient: chocolate!
Just for the chocolate I would say, "how lucky we are to be nobles"!
Bon appetit!

the sesame it comes in 3 types, brown,
black and white but the nutritional differences between them are minimal, so
whatever you choose, will be well served with nutrients that are great for
the health of our body. Sesame still little consumed here in the
west being restricted only in the top of breads and biscuits.
but the sesame is very beneficial especially for vegans and
vegetarians because it is a good source of proteins that aid in physical activities, it is
very rich in calcium, even a portion of sesame seeds has more calcium than
1 cup of cow's milk, also helps prevent anemia, because containing iron
and it also has a large amount of b vitamins
which leaves skin, eyes, and hair more beautiful and if was not enough, the sesame
protect our body, our DNA of radiation, thus contributing to
also to prevent cancer, but then as everything in life does not eat
too much sesame because it can irritate the stomach
and may appear in anti-drug tests due to the small amount of THC

FA make decision over Unai Emery water bottle incident - Duration: 1:57.
Arsenal manager Unai Emery has been charged with improper conduct after kicking a water bottle during Wednesday's game with Brighton
The FA announced on Thursday afternoon that the 47-year-old had been charged over the incident
"Arsenal manager Unai Emery has been charged following the game against Brighton yesterday [26 December 2018]," a statement read
"It is alleged his action of kicking a water bottle during the fixture amounts to improper conduct
He has until 6pm on 2 January 2019 to respond to the charge." Speaking on Thursday to preview Arsenal's weekend trip to Liverpool before the announcement, Emery said he hoped his apology would be the end of the matter
"I say yesterday my apologies, I kicked the bottle in frustration but not for the supporter, I kicked for me and it went near to the supporter and I said to them my apologies
There is not another communication. "I repeat today my apologies for my individual action but I kick the bottle because it is near me, but not because it is my intention
"I have to respect the decision because it is a circumstance of my action but not another intention from me with the supporter
I say to them my apology."

Top 10 Winter Wonderland Skins - Overwatch - Duration: 6:23.
What's up guys, this is Hepodix and welcome to the Top 10 Winter Wonderland Skins for Overwatch.
It's time to countdown the best skins from the Winter Wonderland event in my opinion so without further ado, let's get started.
Hope you guys enjoy the video.
Starting off the list we have the Mei-rry skin for Mei.
This skin from 2016 has a festive vibe to it as Mei is dressed in all Christmas outfit which suits her really well
and all in all looks really gorgeous. Very simple concept but works quite nicely for Mei.
Next we have a skin from 2018 as we take a look at Winter Ashe.
Despite being an Epic skin only, the chilly blue and white tones on both Ashe and Bob looks really nice and is
also quite suitable for the Winter Wonderland event, even if it's not directly a Christmas -themed skin per se.
Casual Hanzo is another really cool skin that got introduced in the 2017 Winter Wonderland skins -lineup.
As the skin name implies, Hanzo is dressed on a very casual manner which is kind of out of the ordinary for
a character like Hanzo and that's why the complete overhaul works nicely for him.
Moving on to another skin from 2017, we have the Alpine: 76 skin for Soldier: 76.
From the outfit you can tell that Soldier is dressed like some sort of artic soldier with that all-white getup
which looks really simple-like but still very cool nevertheless.
Similar deal here as with Nihon Genji that sometimes a simple design can look really good for a certain hero.
It seems that Blizzard really nailed the cool skins in 2017 as we have another skin from that year, Ice Fisherman Roadhog.
So Roadhog has transformed into a Walrus and that combined with the gear he wears and that hook just looks super awesome
and I think Roadhog in general is a good character to transform into these cool mashups. Great job Blizzard!
Next we have the Santaclad skin for Torbjörn that takes the same style as Mei-rry and was also released back in 2016.
What makes this skin better however, is that he wears and actually resembles Santa Claus despite being a dwarf and those epic Christmas
tree shoulders are the cherry on top of the cake. Really good skin all-in-all and fits for the Winter theme very nicely.
Moving on to number 4 spot we have Shiver Reaper skin from 2016.
This skin might not be the most Christmas-inspired but the color combination of different bluetones and the chill vibes around Reaper
makes it a really nice skin overall and the fact that it's a Epic skin makes it also cheaper, that adds to the overall value as well.
The third spot in this list goes to Krampus Junkrat which debuted in 2018.
The name Krampus implies that Junkrat is a "half-goat, half-demon" and as you can tell by the appearance he really looks intimidating
as well as pretty cool at the same time which makes this skin one of the best from the whole Winter Wonderland event.
In the second spot we have the Yeti skin for Winston that came out back in 2016.
The design here is very simple as the monkey has transformed into a yeti, the color palette is mostly white
but still it looks really good and fits for the character design as well.
In the first spot we have no other than Snow Owl Ana that just looks really amazing overall.
This skin from 2017 is just filled with rich details as Ana's outfit resembles an owl and the skin
just looks really great altogether. Well done Blizzard, I mean when you guys get really inspired, you can do some awesome skins too!
Alright so that's it for the Top 10 Winter Wonderland skins for Overwatch, Hope you guys enjoyed!

Review - Impulse (Knoebels, Elysburg PA) - Duration: 3:50.
this year I was able to return to Knoebels and check out their 2015
edition impulse it looks like a girl our Eurofighter but in fact it's actually
built by zero or I think that's how you pronounce it alright well let's get into
the review presentation since this coaster is relatively new the paint job
looks great and even the seats in the trains look to be in good condition
there is no theming which I wouldn't expect anything as this is an amusement
park I'll give a score of 7 for presentation intensity I was actually
surprised with how much of a punch this ride delivers I mean it's not
over-the-top or anything but for its size it delivers on some good solid
thrills the first drop has some good airtime the inversions are fun the loop
and barrel have some good hang time especially the barrel roll the helix at
the end of the ride has some strong forces which I would somewhat expect but
overall the ride has some strong moments something I wasn't expecting
the general public really seemed to love this thing
as it clearly had the longest wait in the park and I can see why too if you
don't visit many amusement parks this ride is going to be the most
intimidating in the park especially with the vertical lift
I think impulse earns a score of 7 for intensity fun factor since the park was
pretty busy when I was at Knoebels I wasn't able to ride this coaster as much
as I would have liked to which is a shame because it is a fun ride vertical
lifts are always intimidating and somewhat unnerving the drop as already
mentioned is where you experience the best airtime on the ride which honestly
was more intense than what I was expecting
since this coaster features a lap bar it really allows you to enjoy the whole
experience the hang time moment simply wouldn't be the same if the ride use the
over-the-shoulder restraints oh and speaking of the restraints a nice
feature of this ride is that they have the ability to insert boosters for
shorter riders which lowers the ride height requirement I thought this was
actually a pretty neat feature and I wonder if other coaster manufacturers
are able to incorporate this into their rides as well I'm giving impulse a score
of seven for the fun factor originality impulse isn't anything new or original
it's basically a copycat of other Gerst Laur euro fighters in fact some
enthusiasts could be fooled into thinking this is a girl hour ride where
the ride excels from other girl our Euro fighters is the restraints until very
recent they used shoulder restraints which this coaster only uses a lap bar
overall it's basically the same thing so I'm giving impulse a score of 4 for
originality smoothness I have no complaints in this area in fact I'd say
the ride is butter smooth there's no head banging during the inversions
thanks to no shoulder restraints and I didn't notice any rattle so I'm giving
impulse a score of 10 for smoothness the final score comes to 7 which is a decent
rating this isn't a top 2 your roller coaster but that's not a bad thing
either the ride is a good palate cleanser from the other wooden coasters
in the park the general public seemed to love it which is a good thing so yeah if
you make your way over to Knoebels give this one a go don't overlook it and
simply head on over to the other world-class wooden coasters in the park

US Big Banks Are Laundering Money For Terrorist Organizations - Duration: 7:35.
If we want to get tough on terrorism as a country, then we have to start by going after
the big banks. The big banks are laundering money for terrorist organizations and they've
been doing it for a very long time. Congress knows it's going on. The media knows it's
going on. The Department of Justice knows it's going on. You know this story you UBS.
I mean, well actually they're there. They're about four banks that were caught red handed
doing that. HSBC, HSBC. Now I love this story because this is where all these hanger ons
about, you know, there's only one party that can save America. All these hangers on that
really have never taken the time to really look behind the story. HSBC is a good one,
isn't it? Because HSBC was caught. It admitted that yes, we are laundering money for terrorism.
They even signed a two page document, item by item.
We washed, we watched the money, we knew we were washing the money. We knew where they
were Terrorists. We knew that human life was at risk and people were killed. We did all
these things. Oh yeah, we'll pay a billion dollars and everybody goes home. Nobody worries
about it. Take it from there. It was a great moment for Eric Holder to be able to stand
up there as our attorney general at the time and say, look, we're stamping down on terrorism.
We just busted this bank. They're going to pay us a billion. So it was somewhere between
1 and 2 Billion, you know, for, for laundering much more than that, for these terrorists
and the bank goes about their business. We don't know that they've stopped it by all
accounts. They likely haven't. We Got Credit Suisse, a Bank of America, HSBC, UBS are the
four big ones.
They have all been popped for this and all, at least in some way of kind of paid a fine
for it. But right now, you know when we see a a Monday morning president tweeting out
in all caps or or about Iran, threatening Iran, and then we have everybody saying, well
what about this Russian woman? Hey, listen to this though. CNN last week declared that
Russia was committing acts of war. Okay, acts of war. So all these people trying to say
we've got to protect American security. Right? Okay. Go to the banks because they are the
ones who are helping fund the actual terrorism, killing people in the US, their killing people
in Europe and in Africa and the Middle East. All over the place. Farron you saw. You and
I've done a story with HSBC. One of the programs we did. You actually had the release that
they signed a.
We seemed like we were talking about every item on the release. Here's what's incredible
about it. They admit A, as I said, we are. Yes, we are washing money for terrorists.
B, Yes. We know they are terrorists. C, we know the money's being used to kill Americans
and D we were. We have a process that basically were simply has been going on for for for
15 years and we do it because we can. That's if you read that document, basically that's
what it says. And we do it because we can. What that means is the Department of Justice,
Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, the people that caught them doing it, said, oh, we're going
to let you get away with paying a fine, and any one of those things would have put those
people in prison the rest of their lives. Let me tie one of the thing up. One of the
thing that we're seeing the same thing on opioids.
I took a deposition, uh, last Thursday. I knew this. If this is not, this is not confidential
information. Every, all the depositions that I'm having to take in the opiod case against
Mckesson and these various people I have to hold confidential, till we go to trial, which
is absurd, but at any rate, we, we now know this. Covington & Burling, who Eric Holder
works for today, works for, worked for Covington & Burling before today, work for Covington
& Burling before he went to work with, with, uh, as attorney general. His specialty was
white collar crime. Okay. He works for the lawyer that represents Mckesson right now.
Okay. That same lawyer is the lawyer who negotiated the deal with Mckesson, and this is in the
newspaper. This is. There's nothing confidential about this. So this same lawyer negotiates
with the Attorney General. They're from the same law firm. They worked together before
Eric Holder went to work as the AG.
They work together now, after Eric Holder moves from the AG in this. In this situation,
the DEA said we caught Mckesson breaking the law very clearly. They say that there should
be a. the, the, the, the, the fines should begin somewhere at a billion dollars and we
need a perp walk. Okay? It goes from that. That's the recommendation of the DEA. It goes
to from that to where the Covington & B urling attorney general that the lawyers this inside
job with the lawyers, they say the Mckesson, well, we only want you to pay $150, million
dollars and nobody goes to jail. That's this story. That's just another iteration of this
story right here with HSBC and the banks that are killing Americans daily. And now what's
happening is that we've got these lawsuits that are popping up of people actually holding
these banks accountable for their role in these terrorist attack there.
They're not easy cases to prove. And, and you know, I, I know you've worked on these
and, and we, we've met with attorneys, I've been there just to be able to listen and understand
this better, but these are tough. Listen, you got to know 100% that the money came from
a terrorist organization. Two, That the bank then gave this money to other terrorists to
carry out a specific attack. Three, that the money that was given to them was what was
spent on that attack. And four, that any injuries from any party trying to sue came from that
attack from the things that were purchased with that money. I, we're looking at incredibly
difficult cases, but they're winning. We're gonna win this. Yeah, exactly. We have, we
have one of the biggest cases, uh, you know, pending in the country against these banks.
And that is where we've caught them.
We've caught them. And actually it's not just that they admitted to everything you just
said, but we are catching. We got witnesses, we got whistleblowers, we got documents that
are coming in every day showing us that the banks to this day, as you and I are talking,
are still doing this. Why are they still doing it? They're still doing it because nobody
went to prison. They're still doing it because Eric Holder with Covington & Burling, you
know, let them go again and then we find out, oh by the way, isn't it a coincidence. Covington
& Burling now represents these people and oh, by the way, Covington & Burling in Washington
DC, Eric Holder's law firm represented him before we let him go for a billion dollars
when any one of the things that they admitted to should have landed them in prison. That's
the state of our justice department where it comes to terrorism in the United States.
And now we've got Jeff Sessions, attorney general, who's been an obscenely quiet almost
the last few months, but the few times he comes out and says something he's telling
us about. We got tamp down on marijuana. Marijuana is the greatest threat to the world as a whole,
and if Jeff Sessions doesn't come in as our savior, we're all dead from marijuana overdoses,
ignoring all of the evidence on opioids, on terrorism, on bank fraud, that piling up on
his desk every day. We could have a perp walk on Wall Street.

Whoopi Goldberg Channels Cher in Sequin Cape at Kennedy Center Honors: 'She Wears It Better!' - News - Duration: 2:00.
Whoopi Goldberg paid a stylish tribute to music legend and fashion icon Cher at the 41st Annual Kennedy Center Honors.
During the annual national celebration of the arts, which aired Wednesday night on CBS, Goldberg honored the "Believe" pop star wearing a look that could have easily been straight out of her closet.
Goldberg stepped onto the stage smiling wide wearing a dramatic floor-length black sequin trench that channeled Cher's personal style, leaving the singer cracking up in the audience.
"I went into your closet!" Goldberg said onstage, directed at Cher. "And I am aware she wears it better."
Goldberg continued her speech saying, "Elvis. Sinatra. Cher. There have been a handful of entertainers who are instantly recognizable by just one name."
"She not only marches to the beat of her own drum honey, she is a one woman band. In a word — she's Cher," the comedian added.
Even though Cher's the proud owner of one of the most iconic wardrobes in fashion history (and fashion inspiration to many, including Kim Kardashian West!), the star's not the most high maintenance when it comes to her off-duty wardrobe. In fact, one of her all-time favorite t-shirts has been in her rotation since 1985.
"I go around at home like I'm just raggedy," she said. "Clean, but slobby. I've got shirts — my favorite shirt is 30 years old."
"As a matter of fact, people have pictures chronicling this shirt for a million years," Cher admitted, adding, "and I don't care and I don't care how many times I wear it."

UNBOXING NATALE 2018 - HERMÈS E LOUIS VUITTON (VITA DI COPPIA M&M) [SUB ENG] - Duration: 17:31.
Welcome to this video! Here Mike and Maria!
Today I'm not alone! Why?
Because I'm starting this new video series
It looks interesting to me
- please write here below if you agree with me -
to tell you more about my couple life
as it is well known by my followers and subscribers
I'm married several years now
so it's interesting to tell you what is our daily routine
Today where do we start from?
From our Christmas presents!
We would like to tell you more about this
also because it's connected to what I told to my community recently live on Facebook
here below you find the link (Italian only)
it's about generosity, how much important the presents are
Find the link here below to take a look of the live
if you didn't see yet
We have a long presents story, we learned with the time
at the beginning we didn't know each other as we do now
and we had several years
mostly on Christmas: the present which was a complete surprise
the present which wasn't absolutely expected
sometimes it was said before what it would have been liked
the present which was not actually never used
we have some presents which should still be unboxed!
anyway there are different present stories
this year we decided to buy something we both needed
you will see in a while what is it
and we decided to buy the presents choosing them together
exactly
during a weekend we spent out of town together
we went shopping in Milan
instead of choosing a present and at worst let her/him change it after
we went together in the shops
and we chose together, like you take this and I take this
simply like that
it was really nice because everyone was choosing easily what it was the best
if you want to try this kind of experience
go shopping before Christmas to avoid all the crowd in the last days
just choose what you like
do it! Go together!
Take a look and say what you like!
It is a suggestion, maybe you prefer another way
if you like more the surprise for example
we agreed in this way
as I explained in the live video I was mentioning earlier
it is important to agree about the way to do the presents
to talk about them, we decided this year to do so
now we will tell exactly what happened
We were in Milan and we went - really funny! -
in different shops to look for the perfect present
The presents are still in the boxes!
Let see
Mine is heavy! It looks small but it's heavy
We know what's inside
but I don't remember very well
What does it mean??
Don't you remember?
I don't remember how exactly it's made
It's not a surprise
but it's cool to do an unboxing
as I've written in the title with all of you
Then today, Christmas morning

the sesame it comes in 3 types, brown,
black and white but the nutritional differences between them are minimal, so
whatever you choose, will be well served with nutrients that are great for
the health of our body. Sesame still little consumed here in the
west being restricted only in the top of breads and biscuits.
but the sesame is very beneficial especially for vegans and
vegetarians because it is a good source of proteins that aid in physical activities, it is
very rich in calcium, even a portion of sesame seeds has more calcium than
1 cup of cow's milk, also helps prevent anemia, because containing iron
and it also has a large amount of b vitamins
which leaves skin, eyes, and hair more beautiful and if was not enough, the sesame
protect our body, our DNA of radiation, thus contributing to
also to prevent cancer, but then as everything in life does not eat
too much sesame because it can irritate the stomach
and may appear in anti-drug tests due to the small amount of THC
and germinating the sesame happens that nutrients are increased
also releases toxins and helps to improve the absorption of
nutrients so stay there and follow the process of
sesame germination

for the germination of the sesame you go need a cup of sesame can
be peeled or not, a glass sterilized with hot water and more or

the first thing is to wash the sesame anything if the sieve has a

the next day rinse the sesame again and then rinse thoroughly

put it back into a bowl so that it it is inclined so to continue the

night you can withdraw. here I chose to carry out the germination process in fewer steps
because the sesame does not hold much especially in hot weather has the
tendency to spoil
two steps
and the sesame germination process is ready
so here the sesame seed is already ready to use in other recipes like
milks, sesame cheese and others

- Duration: 6:14.
Hi! I'm João Blota and on today's video I'll talk about Alcohol!
So alcohol is a drug that's even
older than time. It's been around since the beginning of man.
Alcohol has a substance called Ethanol. This substance
is produced through yeasts during the fermentation process.
The same process we use to make bread, pizza dough etc.
It can also be obtained during the distillation of vegetables, grains, plants and fruits.
And through these two processes we obtain ethanol, which is a depressant drug.
This drug affects our central nervous system. At first, people
tend to feel relaxed, after that they feel euphoria, start
talking a lot, acting out... People may start drinking slowly but all of the sudden,
they get really talkative, become relaxed, start to loose up
and after that they become intoxicated.
They can become aggressive, "crybaby's", sleepy, and from that
they end up showing of a lot of who they really are
They might say things that they are too afraid to say without alcohol
When someone is drunk, they lose sense of what they can or what they should say
It's like all secrets are spilled and they can't really keep track of what they are doing
And from then on there's only one other thing...
The alcohol-induced coma. People sometimes drink so much that they enter
a stage of coma and have to be rushed to the hospital to be treated
The 'trip' you get from drinking alcohol is really insane
it's not easy to get drunk to the point of falling down
There are lot's of ways to consume this drug
You can drink something 'pure' like whisky or vodka
or you can mix drinks with soda, juice, water and so on...
That's pretty much it although some people use it in some different ways
that we are not really to discuss here
Alcohol will last on your bloodstream for a very long time
but it takes less than a few seconds for it to be absorbed by your body
and then start to work making you 'drunk'
It doesn't matter if you are used to drinking or not
there's no way to avoid getting intoxicated if you keep on drinking
Some people can drink tons of beer and not feel a thing
but some people can take just a sip and become really drunk. It all depends on your body
At the same time, some drinks have a lower alcohol percentage
making it harder to 'get drunk'
There are a lot of dangers when it comes to alcohol consumption
And it's "rare" to see someone that died just from drinking.
But the real problem is when we drink and start to do other things
But you can be sure that if you try to drink yourself
to death, you will be able to do so. Just imagine drinking a ton of pure vodka...
But then again, the main risks come with what we do when we drink
You might get into a fight, drink and drive because you think
you are ok and it's safe to do so
You might fall down, hurt yourself, get lost...
People suffer in different ways with this drug
Euphoria, somnolency, anger, sadness...
People get into fights, get lost, become suicidal
and all because they are drunk
How many times have you seen news about drunk drivers that
got themselves killed, or that ended up killing others?
The guy that's drunk won't notice that he is not able to drive
And then he goes on playing with his life and with other peoples lives too
Alcohol dependency is a complicated factor
because, unlike other drugs, it takes a long time to develop
a real dependency towards this drug. It's not like you will get addicted
on your first sip on a beer. No. It's a long and painful process
that might start when you are just a child
And today we have a big problem with alcohol consumption
among kids, especially
with boys, because they have that image that
if you don't drink, you will never be a 'true man'
You won't be able to talk to girls, or to be tough and so on...
And some people even think that they need to get drunk to enjoy any party
or to have fun in general. And we encourage each other to do so
on clubs, bars, parties... You can enjoy drinking, yes
but when you get to the point where you need to drink every time you
see yourself in any of those places, or when you make drinking a regular habit
You are addicted. Sometimes it takes years, sometimes it only takes days, but you
can become addicted and end your life because of a single beer.
So if you realize that you are getting into these habits, think again
Ask for help. Ok? I think that's it.
Always keep your eyes open and take care of yourself.

The Best New Tasting Menu Doesn't Break The Bank || Eat Seeker: Cadence - Duration: 6:11.
- [Samantha] So, the name Cadence is a reflection
of the sort of natural rhythm that we see
in every facet of the restaurant.
We see a sort of a natural movement of dishes,
where it flows through savory bites into dessert,
where flavors are not necessarily overwhelming others.
No matter what you're eating,
you should want to take another bite
because your palate is stimulated.
So, that's kind of always the goal.
- [Michael] We all, having been working together
for the past six years,
have kind of similar ideas about food.
And that kinda lends to the creative process
where things kind of find their way naturally.
- [Jon] We all view this as a very personal project,
so with that I think the food can lend itself
to different styles, and different cultures,
different types of cuisine.
Because it's all things that are very personal
to us as cooks.
The choose-your-own four course
was definitely like a happy medium for us.
Keeping a strong identity per category is important.
The first courses are gonna be fresh vegetable,
mainly raw or fresh preparations
of fish and seafood tartars.
- [Michael] The second course
being something a little more
on the lines of a pasta course.
Heartier, filling.
Third course, the entree course,
being more protein driven.
A lot of that is gonna be a beef dish,
fish dish, or poultry.
And then after that, dessert.
We don't wanna have somebody walking out
feeling like, bogged down.
And Sam does a really great job with that.
- [Samantha] One of the biggest crimes
that a pastry chef can do,
is to load you up with sugar and fat,
and leave the guest feeling dissatisfied.
I naturally like more savory flavors and less sweet.
It's a natural finish to what they've already
been building up to.
- While we don't have necessarily
a traditional pasta on the menu.
So we do a fried cauliflower,
but it's gonna look like
you're getting a bowl of pasta with ragu, almost.
We do a fermented pork sausage with pork
and a ragu atop this cauliflower
that we hit with lemon juice, and pickled peppers,
a lobster bottarga, which is poached lobster roe.
It looks really intense on the plate,
and we grate it to cover the whole thing.
So when you get it,
it's this big blanket of bright red lobster roe.
It looks almost like grated cheese, in a way.
But as you eat through,
it's gonna create a really interesting salinity.
A really deep flavor.
You get the familiarity of a bowl of pasta,
but as you eat through it,
it's gonna be something very different
from what your mind kind of processes.
- [Jon] We're not just looking to, you know,
put dishes on the menu
that are so out there and progressive
that someone looks at it and they just,
they don't really know what to think of it.
So, I think playing off that idea of like,
this is something that's familiar to you.
Something that people see
in their every day dining experience.
But then, we also benefit by
exposing them to a new technique.
The duck is definitely one of the dishes
that I think, kind of, represents what we do.
The duck is, it's an alina duck.
Alina ducks are really cool
because they are a cross breed of peking and muscovy.
So the peking is gonna help give it a clean,
more tender flavor.
The muscovy's gonna bring a little bit of
game to the table.
So the ducks, we age them here for about seven days.
We roast them on the bone, in our oven.
So, they're roasted in a wooden, charcoal oven to mid-rare.
They get carved off the bone.
We render the skin so it's nice and crispy.
The legs are confit and then they get fried,
so nice crispy skin, topped with a really nice streusel
of sunflower seeds, a bunch of spices.
The breast is sliced and served with a spiced duck jus.
The accompaniments along side of it change.
We're still definitely hitting off
of some really great high summer flavors.
So, we have really beautiful baby squash
from a good farmer friend of ours,
and blistered shishitos.
We're just simply charring all of that
on our French top.
Finishing it with a little bit of that streusel.
A nice chili oil inspired by like that
chili oil condiment you get on the table
at a Szechuan restaurant,
and then a bunch of fried garlic.
So, you're getting that like,
sweet, spicy, savory, really umami chili oil
over the top of everything.
- [Samantha] The rice milk shaved ice
is kind of a play on Philadelphia water ice.
But using a very practical tool
for making kakigori, which is Japanese shaved ice.
The challenge with the shaved ice
is that it has to be as complex,
impactful, and satisfying as the other desserts.
It just requires finding bold flavors
and trusting textures that work
in a vegan context.
So really, the initial inspiration
was the sake lees.
I just pureed sake lees with cooked rice grits
to make what we call rice pudding.
So, a little bit of black currant puree,
and then spoon the shaved rice milk,
which has been shaved on the kakigori machine,
and then kind of douse the ice
with the concord grape syrup,
and then sprinkle more of the streusel,
and then fresh grapes.
We've got fresh tart green grapes
from one our foraging friends.
It's kind of this, almost kind of haunting flavor
that's just very interesting.
- [Jon] Our goal is to really put the experience first.
As three chef owners, I would love to say
we don't wanna come across as incredibly chef driven.
We want it to be experience driven.
- We all sort of have the same basic vision,
which was to just source good products.
Not really like, make it too complicated.
Just execute it well through like,
really good technique.
And be really honest about what we're trying to do,
which is just really give people a very like,
true representation of who we are
and what the food is.

Créete Estas 7 Cosas Y Tendrás Éxito | Creencias Poderosas | 30K Coaching - Duration: 6:46.

Choroba Natalii z "Pierwszej miłość" zbliży ją do Artura.
I nie będzie mógł zrobić nic, by jej pomóc.
Kulczycka wybaczyła mu zdrady, a ostatnią (ustawioną) nawet zaakceptowała i

Além deles, a criadora Cris Morena confirmou a informação.
