thinking it's no big deal you're missing something you're missing something in

that conversation that would explain why it's a mountain to them why is it a

mountain to them that is the question that you need to be asking yourself not

criticizing them for making it into a mountain but investigating and as to why

whatever the situation is that's no big deal to you why I said a big deal to

them that is when you begin to do the kind of communication that's gonna lead

you and your relationship to a growth potential you're gonna grow towards one

another when you start figuring out why whatever that thing is is a mountain to

that person and you don't think it's a big deal now what are some of the

options one is they're just messed up and they're making a mountain out of a

molehill for no good reason the other option is there's a good reason that

that's a mountain to them what whatever it is if you're a good friend

you're a good communicator if you're a good listener a manager talking to an

employee an employee talking to a manager a teacher and student counsellor

or whatever whatever whatever if communication is the goal you're

Differences Between Christmas in Brazil and the USA - Duration: 6:12.

We are an American family of seven, living working and loving Brazil.

Welcome to the adventures of Our Brazilian Life.

Bom dia. It's Christmas morning and we

had some fun experiences this is our second Christmas here in Brazil and our

first Christmas we just celebrated the way we normally do and then this

Christmas we were invited with some Brazilians to spend it at a resort and

so we got the true experience of what Brazilians do Christmas eve and on so

here are some fun differences that we noticed between Brazilian Christmas and

American Christmas.

So last night we went to bed at about 10:00 on Christmas

Eve and we were expecting to wake up when the sun came up for Christmas

Day but we had a surprise because Santa Claus came into our bedroom last night

and he woke us up at about midnight and took us down to a Christmas feast. He got

us up. He got us dressed or he told us to get dressed and said come on down

there's a Christmas feast so we came down into the dining hall and there

was a huge banquet table filled with lots of food so that we could celebrate

Christmas right at midnight.

Yep and there was amazing good food

but everyone was totally dressed up they turned on the music and people were

dancing until the wee hours of the morning and I was asking like is this

how you guys celebrate Christmas and they were like yeah of course like

what do you do and it was funny because normally for our Christmas Eve in the

United States we spend it with family and you usually have a dinner then

earlier in the evening even like 2 or 3 o'clock and then huge family has their

own tradition sometimes they go caroling and sing Christmas songs and in Chris's

family we have breakfast for dinner so we have waffles and crepes and we read

the Christmas story out of the Bible and then we all go to bed nice and early and

Santa comes at some point in the night we wake up in the morning and open gifts

and then also been that day with family so to be woken

up at midnight by Santa Claus yeah we're like whoa what is this to then

start a huge party all night long with tons of food and dancing we were like

wow this is the way to party I mean it was great

Brazilians know how to party for sure so we had a great time we really did. We love having

these opportunities to experience culture and to take part in these events

it really is just like fun and and it's even more fun that it's a big surprise

and were like cool we'll do it we're in and so we stayed up we danced and had a

good time we laughed and I was of course practicing Portuguese so that was

awesome too.

We really enjoyed the difference and a new experience for Christmas. The kids

really had a great time. We all enjoyed it and we are looking forward to adding

this to our Brazilian, well, our Christmas traditions.

Yeah, we'll be ready next year to party at midnight. We'll be anticipating it and

we won't go to bed expecting to sleep peacefully. So have a great Christmas

Marine Doom: o WAD usado para treinar Marines - Duration: 10:49.

Originally, my plan was to play the map on Chocolate Doom, but due to the low resolution, the recording got

kinda ugly. Then, I decided to use Crispy Doom for this first part of the video, where I wanted to show

Marine Doom as vanilla as possible, including playing with the keyboard only.

Comparing to our current standards, the map may seem too simple, but the way you get nerfed, the

buffed Chaingunner and the fact of playing with the keyboard only make it an interesting challenge.

Added to that, there is the story behind the PWAD, which was created with the goal of developing "

decision making skills, particularly when live training time and opportunities were limited."

It's also said that Marine Doom was eventually made obsolete by the America's Army game creation.

I had an modified version of this map made by Mr. Pink for years now, but the DeHackEd patch didn't come

with it. I tried to play it in Doom 2's executable a few times, but I found it too messy and ended up

forgetting about it. Recently, this subject was brought on our Discord channel and I decided to give the

map a try again and see if it's good for something. The patch makes it gets a lot better. It also can be

combined with other mods, be these gameplay, monsters or weapons ones, as you will see later.

These soldiers replace the Shotgun Guys and drop clips instead of shotguns.

Note that that the patch is bugged. The version available for download on our website is already

fixed. It also has instructions for you to fix the original file if you prefer.

I'll leave the bunker's Chaingunners alone. I only have 5% health and there aren't any medikits here.

Now, I decided to load Advanced Super Sergeant Shooter with Marine Doom. I'm actually thinking

about adding it to the Super Sergeant Shooter's WAD I made as an episode, by the way.

I thought this map combines with the arsenal and the enemies very well.

The BGM from now on is from Doom Metal Pack vol. 4.

I forgot to show in the first video's part, but the rocket launcher turns into a hand grenade. It has

short range and a greater damage area, but the interesting thing is its graphics: at first, it seems that

What are 1099 and W9 Tax Forms? | Track1099 - Duration: 8:32.

hey it's patti scharf CPA and co-founder of catching clouds the leader in

e-commerce accounting today I want to talk about w9s and 1099s because those

1099s are coming up do like the end of next month and I don't want you guys to

be scrambling so I want you to get started now

all right so what is a 1099 a 1099 is kind of like a w-2 for your independent

contractors so you know how like when you're an employee for somebody else and

your employer pays you to do work and at the end of the year you get a w-2 and

you use that to prepare your income tax return same deal for independent

contractors independent contractors they're providing services to lots of

different people and they need to get 1099s from all those different companies

so that they can put it all together and report it to the IRS now the IRS

actually is using it just to make sure that the service providers are reporting

all of their income that's kind of what's going on here so but you have an

obligation as the one who is hiring somebody to provide these services you

have the obligation to report their earnings to the IRS so you need to know

how this works so who gets a 1099 so generally it's going to be service

providers so people who are providing you a service it may be your landlord

it may be your janitor it may be your graphic design person it may be your

attorney there are all kinds of different things but in general if

they're providing a service to you you should be including them on your list

but that's just one parameter the next threshold is did you pay them more than

$600 yes they're probably going to get a 1099 unless are they incorporated if

they are a corporation so like typically in their company's name it'll end

corporation or Corp or Inc that means there are corporation and they are

exempt from having to get one of these things now if they are a limited

liability company they may or may not we'll talk about that in a second and if

their sole proprietor they probably will the next parameter is did you pay them

through cash check ACH venmo if you've paid them wires if you've paid them in

one of these different methods you're going to have to send them a 10-9

if you pay them with a credit card or you pay them with PayPal

then PayPal and the credit card processor those guys are going to be

sending out the 1099s so you don't have to okay so how do you know if you're

paying somebody who is a corporation so you know whether or not you need to send

them a 1099 and the answer is you use a form called w9 all right so you need

about five different pieces of information from your service providers

to know whether or not you're gonna send them a 1099 and then if you are going to

send them one you need this form so that you know what information to include on

the 1099 and those items are named name of the person and their business if they

have a DBA you need their either social security number or their employer

identification number you need their address their email address and what

type of business they are so their entity type and now I'm gonna give you a

bonus tip you should ask for your service providers to provide you the w9

before you ever pay them because they are super excited to give you that w9 so

that they can get a check versus waiting until tax time when it occurs to them oh

wait I don't want to include this on my tax return and they want to like kind of

trick the system so if you want to make it easier on yourself remember this is

your legal responsibility to be getting this information and sending out these

forms if you want to take care of what you need to take care of do yourself a

favor and get the w9s before you pay them alright so now I'm going to talk

about the process a little bit and what we use we use a tool called track 1099

this is not a paid advertisement no affiliate fees with this or anything

like that we've been using it for I want to say six years give or take a really

long time we've been really happy the great thing about this system is you

don't really pay for the service you pay by the forum so if you file one forum

you pay for one forum filing which is amazing if you file 50 forums you pay

for 50 forms but they have a pricing scale so like the more forms you file

that it becomes perform and if you're an

accountant then like you can count up all of your different clients and total

all those forms together and it just gets cheaper and cheaper perform

okay so here's roughly how it works you set up an account on track 1099 you go

into their w9 module and you send out an email through their system to your

service provider your service provider will get an email they will fill out the

w9 so they'll include their name and address and taxpayer ID number and yada

yada they will electronically sign the form

and it'll get sent back to you when it comes back to you you will have

a list of all the people you have invited whether they need to get it to

99 or not and basically all the information you're going to need to send

out a 1099 pretty awesome instead of sending out one by one you can also

upload a list or you can actually it connects to zero it connects to

quickbooks online it connects to basically anything because you can

import a CSV into the system if you want to go that way if somebody gives you a

paper w-9 you can also go in and just like type it up and include that

information that way so you can have all of your w9s no matter how you're getting

them loaded up into your system then when it's time to file your 1099s in

january you just click transfer to the 1099 module and it will take all the

information that you have from the w-9 system move it over to the 1099 system

with all the addresses and taxpayer ID numbers and all that different stuff so

you know that if there's a typo it came from the person that you sent it to and

not from yourself which is really awesome and then you can just look in

your accounting system and you can type in the different amounts that is due to

them the other option is if you have this information loaded it like the

address and taxpayer ID number and all that stuff loaded into like zero then

you can export it from zero in to track 1099 and you can send the 1099 s that

way with all the numbers like the the amounts are already pre-populated

then once everything's in there and ready to go you just schedule them for

delivery they can be electronically sent to all the independent contractors then

you can also queue them up for a filing with the IRS after you schedule

everything with the IRS and you've sent them off to the independent contractors

the system will actually track when things have been viewed and accepted and

everything else if there are any errors then it'll get kicked back to you and

you can fix them it's just it's such a great process for keeping track of all

this stuff which it previously has always been just a nightmare to try and

keep track of all right so I've got a few links for you down below for more

so you can look that up and that's pretty much it I hope you try it out if

out of the mole no that's actually the right question to ask if you think

someone is making a mountain out of a molehill you're you're not really

listening the way you should be that sound like a contradiction to everything

you've ever heard before think about it if this is a mountain to them and you're

thinking it's no big deal you're missing something you're missing something in

that conversation that would explain why it's a mountain to them why is it a

mountain to them that is the question that you need to be asking yourself not

criticizing them for making it into a mountain but investigating and as to why

whatever the situation is that's no big deal to you why I said a big deal to

them that is when you begin to do the kind of communication that's gonna lead

you and your relationship to a growth potential you're gonna grow towards one

another when you start figuring out why whatever that thing is is a mountain to

that person and you don't think it's a big deal now what are some of the

options one is they're just messed up and they're making a mountain out of a

molehill for no good reason the other option is there's a good reason that

that's a mountain to them what whatever it is if you're a good friend

you're a good communicator if you're a good listener a manager talking to an

employee an employee talking to a manager a teacher and student counsellor

or whatever whatever whatever if communication is the goal you're

Trump Violating Court Orders By Pushing Abstinence-Only Education - Duration: 3:50.

Senate Democrats have sent a letter to Alex Azar with the health and Human Services, uh,

alleging that the Trump administration is breaking the law by not following five different

court orders that said that the administration cannot reallocate money from the teen pregnancy

prevention program that Obama set up in 2010.

Now this is a program funded by several hundred million dollars that is meant again established

by Obama in 2010 to help educate high schoolers and other American teens on pregnancy prevention

methods, you know, safe sex, condoms, things like that, you know, informing them and helping

them to get these things they need.

And as a result, teen pregnancy rates in the United States have plummeted faster than they

ever have in our nation's history.

And this program is a big part of the reason why.

But here's what's happened with the Trump administration.

This is why five different, uh, uh, court rulings have said you have to stop doing this.

The Trump administration took all that money for this program and instead used it to hire

private organizations to go out in this country and teach abstinence only policies.

Now, for a second, I want you to think about the hypocrisy of that.

The Trump administration led by Donald Trump himself is out there telling kids, don't have

sex ever.

Donald Trump has the audacity to go out there and tell American citizens that they shouldn't

be having sex.

Um, I, I hope everybody sees the irony.

I hope everybody sees the hypocrisy as this, as a man who struggles daily to keep it in

his pants anytime he's around, a woman who he finds attractive, but nonetheless, we also

have a very real problem to deal with.

Now, with the money going to these abstinence only programs, what's going to happen, which

is the, what's happened in the past, teen pregnancy rates are going to continue to go

up after falling to record lows faster than ever.

Those numbers are going to once again rise because we're not going to tell people about

how to have safe sex.

We're not going to teach them about prophylactics.

We're just going to tell them that the only way to not get pregnant is to not have sex

that has never worked in this country's history.

That's not how it works.

States that have implemented abstinence only sex education have seen higher rates of teen

pregnancy then states where they're taught safe sex procedures, but this administration,

I'm assuming Mike Pence had to have a hand in this.

This has Pence, his name written all over it, decided that the best way to do this is

to just go out there and teach kids that sex is evil, sex is bad, and if you have sex,

you will immediately become pregnant and ruin your entire life.

Well, that's not what happens.

Be Smart, be responsible and be safe.

That's the message that was coming out of DC from this federally funded program for

eight years and then the Trump administration came along and again, I'm willing to bet this

is Mike Pence is doing.

And they said, nope, we don't care that teen pregnancies falling.

We don't care that this program is a huge success.

We want to defunded and send that money to abstinence only programs because we have to

continue to pander to the religious right.

Even though if you look at our own personal lives, we're a bunch of liars and hypocrites,

but don't worry, the religious right doesn't seem to care about that.

All they care about is making sure that teenagers aren't.

They're having sex of any kind at all.

How to Trick your Kids into Thinking They Stayed Up 'til Midnight | NYE | Parenting Hacks - Duration: 2:07.

Remember the days when you eagerly awaited New Year's Eve and couldn't wait

to stay up way past midnight to ring in the New Year?

Well once you have kids

those days are gone baby gone!

Once you're a parent and massive sleep deprivation sets in,

You would give anything for an extra hour in bed.

So the idea of staying up to midnight on any day is insane!

But what if your kids want to stay up and ring in the New Year? And you want to

give them everything because you're a wonderful wonderful parent but you

really don't want to stay up till midnight.

Don't worry I have a hack for that!

First invest in some New Year's Eve hats and noisemakers because they aren't annoying!

Then go around your house and push all the clocks forward three hours.

So 4:00pm becomes 7:00pm, 5:00pm becomes 8:00pm, you see where I'm going with this?

9:00pm magically becomes midnight!

Then head to YouTube and find an old video

from a previous New Year's Eve of the ball dropping in Time Square.

Turn the video on when it's almost midnight

and pretend that it's happening live.

If the camera flashes to something with a

previous year's year and your kid is savvy enough to catch it just distract them!

Once the camera pans to the crowd of everybody kissing and hugging

your kids will be so grossed out they'll be dying to go to bed!

Okay bedtime!

With this hack your kids

will think they actually stayed up till midnight and you'll get to be in bed

long before the year is over!

Rainbow Six Siege Wind Bastion New Operators - Duration: 3:49.

Hi Guys, how you doing? I'm Ben, ThatBeardedGuy and this week I've been

playing Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege with a newly released Operation Wind

Bastion expansion.

For those who are unfamiliar with Rainbow Six Siege this

first-person tactical shooter game was first released in December 2015 and

since that time game developers Ubisoft have been consistently released in

expansion packs as they moved to a Games as a Service (GaaS) model. Don't get this one

confused though with other first-person shooter games such as Call of Duty and

Battlefield because this one is all about tactics. You must move dynamically

using any cover available, methodically clearing rooms and deploying equipment.

Whether you're defending or attacking you must work together as a team using

the operators specialist weapons and equipment in order to complete the

objective and there are a range of different tactical scenarios available.

This final release of the Year 3 pass introduces two new GIGR operators;

defender Kaid and attacker Nomad, as well as a new map called Fortress.

Sanaa El Maktoub nicknamed Nomad is a Moroccan adventurer and Special Forces

operator. She's armed with a rifle attachment called an air jab launcher

affixed to her primary weapon capable of using kinetic energy to temporarily

disorientate the enemy. Although it doesn't cause any damage, it can be used

both offensively knocking the enemy out of cover and defensively as a proximity

activated area weapon available weapons include the AK-74M and the ARX200

assault rifle as well as her 44 magnum sidearm.

Jalal Al Fassi more commonly known as Kaid which is commander in Moroccan Arabic, is equipped

with the Rtila Electroclaw, his custom-made defense device attaches two

surfaces to electrify metal defensive measures within a 75 centimeter radius

He is also equipped with the 44 Magnum pistol but also has the Steyr Aug A3

assault rifle and TCSG12 semi-automatic shotgun to choose from as his primary weapon.

The new map fortress is Kaid's Moroccan

casbah which doubles as a military training center. Featuring classic

Moroccan architecture and decor, the map adds deep context to Kaid's roots and

there's evidence of which can be found throughout the building

The two-story construct features multiple points of access for tactical

breach and flat roof access to both rappel and access via external

staircases. With multiple rooms, halls, corridors and stairwells the location

has a variety of benefits for both attackers and defenders. The usual

breathtaking architecture and attention to detail are evident throughout the

stage and the seamless construct only complements the game further.

Year 4 passes are available to purchase now promising an additional eight operators,

uniform, headgear and weapon skins with some early purchase bonuses also on offer.

It's Jon back in New York City

And it is a depressingly rainy day, so i'm filming this video inside

Yes I am that lazy

And I wasn't even planning on making this vlog

But I received so many questions over social media

About the upcoming holiday

So today i'm going to be sharing 5 Free Things That you can do in New York City

On New Years Eve

Now before going forward I have to admit, I've traveled the last 3 or 4 years during New Years

It is a great time to escape New York

But that being said I am here this year as well

So i'm in the same boat as a lot of you watching this video

Before moving forward

Two quick things

One is that most of these suggestions involve being outdoors

So you better check the weather forecast if it's going to be rainy, if it's going to be cold

Dress appropriately

Number two, for my viewers who are 21 years of age or older

That is the legal drinking age in the United States

If you're caught outside with an open container of alcohol

Let's say you bring a bottle of champagne and a police officer sees it

You will get a ticket for it

Don't say I didn't warn you

If you're going to bring it, be very discreet

Let's get to that list

Number 5, Prospect Park in Brooklyn

And this is one of the most popular gathering spots in the entire city

For New Years Eve, you need to go to the Grand Army Plaza

Which is right next to the park

And there's going to be live entertainment there

At the stroke of midnight there is going to be a nice fireworks show

This is definitely a far chiller alternative

To heading to Times Square

And I think it's also a very family friendly event

Especially if you're going to be in the Brooklyn area

It's definitley an option to consider

You can also see the fireworks from some different points

In Prospect Park

If you don't want to be where all the big crowds are

So.. use your discretion

On that

Number 4, Cenntral Park

In Manhattan

And they're having their famous midnight run

But if your idea of a good time isn't a 4 mile run it's not my idea of a good time

You can view fireworks just about anywhere in the park

South of 72nd street

Because they're going to be shooting it up into the air

From the middle of the park

This is a very laid back alternative in Manhattan

Might not be the most festive thing

But if you just want to see Fireworks

Could be a good option for you

Number 3

Go to a dive bar

And this is my personal choice

This is actually something that I may even end up doing this year

I highly recommend the East Village of Manhattan

Because it tends to have the highest concentration of dive bars anywhere

In New York

And a lot of bars use New Years eve as an excuse to get you to buy an all you can drink ticket

If that's your thing

There are a lot of websites you can look this up

Just google it

But in my opinion.. just find some friends or family

If you're the type of person who wants to go out a drink

There are so many bars that are not going to be charging admission

In the East Village and 9 or 10 o'clock

Just roam around and try to find a spot that your into

Make some new friends

Go find your new girlfriend /boyfriend

Get creative out there

Because in my opinion

Just spending New Years in a relaxed environment with some good friends

And some alcohol

Is the way to go

At least that's my local pick

Number 2

The Brooklyn Bridge

I actually looked this up, i saw a video or two on YouTube about it

If you're standing on the Brooklyn Bridge

And you look up you can see some fireworks

I believe it can get a little bit crowded there

But.. I think the opportunity for good photos and video could be okay

This is also one of those weather dependent kind of things

If you're standing over a body of water

The East River..

Could get pretty chilly

But just an idea for you guys

Number 1

Times square

And this is something that I've never done

I have no interest in doing

But i'm sure there's tons of you out there who have a bucket list idea

Of spending New Years eve

In Times Square

And to you brave souls out there

Who are interested in doing this

I have some friends

Who documented the entire experience

Perfect Little Planet did a great video about the Times Square

New Years eve experience

And according to them you need to get there about 2 or 3 o'clock

No bathrooms available

That is kind of a problem

Because once you leave

You can't get back

So if you have a very strong bladder

And you can bring some things to entertain you

I suppose it's worth it to be there right at midnight..

But for me to sacrifice all of those hours just for a couple of cool minutes

Isn't it worth it

But heck.. it might be your thing

hi everyone its Mieka fasting weight loss and this is my third recording of this

for the same day I want to show you organic great value that's Walmart stir

peanut butter crunchy I want you to show you the cards in this sea can you see it

okay it won't focus dang it there we go it has four carbs in three grams of

fiber that is one car per two tablespoons

um that's pretty awesome so this is the third time making this video I had

technical difficulties but I recorded it completely twice and I'm going to eat

today I have my food here I was really upset that the last one didn't work

because I was ready to eat dang it don't look

okay so it's day 93 weight loss results fasting for quick weight loss results I've done 93

days of fasting routine mixing intermittent fasting different windows

Oh mad one meal a day I did a lot of that towards the beginning of my journey

if you're new here go today once you could know this was no picnic trying to

lose this weight I started at two seventy three ninety three days ago

yesterday I was to eleven that's a lot of weight but it was a struggle and I

had a binge here there and I've learned a lot

my sugar addiction has been cured I still have high blood pressure I'm

working on that and I still have that I still like to eat a lot of food at once

I'm trying to deal with that and control that um Danny Boy congratulations on

making it to day 4 you gotta be strong and keep going

your goal is seven days which you don't have to do seven days but that's a goal

you seem to really want so you could do it you're past halfway there everyone

struggle in it is a struggle every day but it's worth it I feel so small down

and I'm still not even like I still got a belly that's all I have a little back

fat but I feel way smaller and it was worth it it's really hard but a hundred

days could change your life I'm just stick to it I'm not singing fast for a

hundred days I'm saying a hundred days of really trying and having a routine

and stick it to it even no matter how hard it is is so worth it if someone's

watching this and you have not started some kind of routine start now go to my

day one and watch each day and start something okay so yesterday was pretty

easy as far as I didn't need to lay on the ground I didn't feel too bad I did

for clients I was at work all day basically um I had I wanted a Taco Bell

Taco I wanted that so bad but I didn't have

it then I wanted McDonald's french fries so weird I'm not a french fry person I

think in the 93 days I did have french fries once from Freddy's

which I like Freddy's because they have the they'll put any burger into a

lettuce wrap and they have my favorite Sundays okay sugar

I'm only doing sugar twice a month but none in December so next month it'll

probably be it's gonna be on a day off because I'm gonna join my food and I'm

gonna get whatever I want I believe you can have a cheat day I

believe cheat days are more beneficial than harmful I really believe that if I

was your coach you would have a cheat day strategically because it resets your

body especially if you're at a plateau I would give you a cheat day and then

we'll be back straight hard on it um but you would have had to do some hard work

to get to that Chi thing and it whatever you outrageous thing either okay so I

did not get any of that stuff man even my hands feel smaller but I got this

purple thing I still don't know why it could be fast in its circulation I think

but I think it looks better today but that was scary that made me want to eat

yesterday because of this purple thing it looks way better I've been massaging

it doing hand exercises there's not a lot of studies on fasting dry fasting

fasting for quick weight loss so a lot of us is kind of experimenting we know some

things that we know it works and we know it's healthy and we know it cures almost

everything maybe everything I don't know but I believe it's the best way fasting

for weight loss is the absolute best no matter which fast and plan you choose

today I'm not fasting I don't know if I already said that so in the leavened a

snake diet modified version I will have had food two days I had a refeed day

here ate too many keto cheesecake muffins but I stayed in ketosis and for

me ketosis is any level the strip saying I'm in ketosis because

your body's burning fat for fuel so I did a dry fast to drive fast then I did

modified snake juice diet fasting yesterday and today I'm gonna have a

repeater now I'm gonna show you what my first refeed is gonna be I'm eating in

the morning because when you when you're done with the fast your body is empty

not a 24-hour fast but if you're doing like 2 3 4 days or more your body is

going to take that food and it's gonna just go travel through the entire

digestive system quick do you buy a bathroom I'm not joking it can't only be

me that this happens to you're just completely empty so I'm eating now way

before work because I don't want to have to the bathroom is so far from my shop

it's like all the way at the back of the building I can't really leave my clients

every second and I'm gonna be working eight hours of non-stop on my clients so

I'm gonna eat now and then I'm gonna eat after work and I will have pictures I'm

not gonna have pictures of this cuz I'm about to show you but I'll have pictures

tomorrow of what I ain't got willing today I'm not adding pictures of the

hair core inside there because I cannot spend two to three hours uploading this

video today so what I'm having is I'm so excited I started loving celery so

there's gonna be a lot of celery in my diet from now on and I don't know the

Nutri nutritional facts for celery but I know it has health benefits so this one

is with the caramelized onion dip this is gonna be so exciting isn't it crazy

celery's gonna be excited so I have one stock that I cleaned it's gonna have no

it has caramelized onion dip which is three carbs per two tablespoons I don't

know how much chocolate here I'm not even counting carbs I just don't want to

go crazy on them then I have that peanut butter and mmm

man after fasting I'm Tanya so I gotta either peanut butter candy bar right now

just look bad mmm this spoke good oh yes oh that does give me some endorphins or

something this peanut butter I love it one gram at Walmart it has organic dry

roasted peanuts and sea salt and that's it

oh man but the calories 200 calories for two tablespoons I don't like that I

don't like oh no I don't like that but this is what I'm having first

hmm

that was a peanutbutter one hmm I'm telling you I feel like I eat a peanut

butter cup this is a caramelized one I like variety

like my plate is happy if I have a bunch of different things

it's funny I'm laughing because I don't want to talk about food isn't my mouth

but the celery is extremely chewy I got to do a lot of bytes one thing that my

mother always taught me is take 20 bytes per byte 20 choose like really process

your food in your mouth and that's something that I'm finding helps me with

wanting to get a lot of food so I will take smaller bites enjoy the moment and

chew it a lot because that lasts longer and I it'll probably help me digest it

better so used to always tell me to hold my stomach in to from I was little

probably eight um I don't know why she said that but it's

good and I automatically do that now I didn't do it growing up but

automatically now I do that for some reason and I think that's cool so this

is part of my breakfast sorry you guys I'm so excited I'm gonna go eat this and

upload this video and I will see you I did not give you the weight I did that

yesterday didn't I so my body's gonna hold on to water

after today dry fast I had I had liquids here today I'm to thirteen point two

that is plus one point four that's not bad you guys cuz I lost ten and then I

just came back water because I did not eat food yesterday okay

I am really oh my gosh you guys no joke I will not be doing crazy bad today man

I hope it's less than two point two I might even go straight from work to the

gym if I can I feel so bad because they call it a six I think I'm gonna finish

work at five which means I can't come home and get my kids and they're gonna

be in the house all day and I'm taking the internet from them because I there's

dishes in the kitchen I went to bed super early why the heck are there

dishes in the kitchen I'm upset so they will have no internet today which means

no games sorry but yeah I'll probably take them to the gym tomorrow morning

before work because I don't like them staying in the house from well staying

in the house all day so 1.4 fasting weight loss

Hey Democrats, Stop Inventing Heroes While Ignoring Ones That Already Exist - Duration: 3:33.

So the drama kind of surrounding progressive's establishment Democrats and Beto O'Rourke

right there in the middle has continued, uh, for well over a week at this point, uh, David

Serato on the progressive side actually came out with a new article in the Guardian explaining

and showing because he looked at the voting record, something the establishment decided

not to do, I guess a, any determined, found out that Beto O'Rourke actually routinely

votes with gop and Trump interests in the state of Texas.

That in spite of the fact that he represents one of the most liberal districts in the state

of Texas, he routinely leans to the right on issues.

And that is important because Beto will work right now is one of the people who was being

shoved in our faces by the Democratic Party as our new savior.

He is our hero.

And this made me think, why are Democrats the establishment types?

Why are they constantly out there trying to make someone into a hero?

That's what they're doing.

That's what they're doing with a Rourke as what they've done with Kamala Harris.

That's what they've done with Cory Booker.

They're trying to create a new hero to save the Democratic Party from Donald Trump and

the republicans.

Well, guess what?

Democratic Party.

You don't have to go out there and make a new hero and hope that it pans out because

so far it's not.

You're getting trashed on this issue because you're too stupid to see what's actually happening

or to look at somebody's voting record.

What you should be doing is looking at the heroes who already exist.

If the Democratic Party is out there hoping to find a savior or create one, they need

to just look around because there are progressive heroes in this country all over the place.

In every state you can find one.

You can find a progressive law maker.

You can find a progressive senator.

You could find a progressive activists.

Any one of them would do a better job than these heroes you are trying to force upon

us and tell us, stop looking at their record.

You're being anti Democrat by doing that because that's what they're saying.

We've got people like Nina Turner, we've got people like Bernie Sanders.

We've got Jeff Merkley.

There are plenty of progressive heroes out there, any one of whom would do a kick ass

job as president of the United States, and we wouldn't have to remake their image.

We wouldn't have to reshape their talking points.

We wouldn't have to pull them further to the left because they're already there, and the

problem is that when you look at the spectrum and you've got progressive over here, conservative

over here and centrist in the middle.

When the Democrats look for heroes, they don't turn to the left.

They don't turn and see this big group over here.

They towards the center, and that's the problem that they have.

They're trying to make a progressive out of a centrist.

They've done it time and time and time and time again, and it fails every time, but there

are too stupid to see their own failure.

They're too stupid to turn their head in the other direction and see all these heroes on

the left.

We have plenty of them.

If only the Democratic Party has enough sense to open their eyes and see that the heroes

we've been meeting have been here the whole time.

ensure that you are taken care of that your family is covered so you want to

appreciate the guy and support him let him know that you support his cause that you

really appreciate the fact that each day he leaves the house to go and hustle and

grind for the family and to take care of you and to ensure that you and your kids

or you or the both of you are well taken care of so when you support him it gives

him the drive to go further I can tell you that if I had not gotten the support

from my wife I wouldn't be half the man that I am today the second thing that a

guy needs is your loyalty now your love is nurturing kind compassionate and all

of that but for us as men loyalty is what we interpret as love so what do I

mean by this it means that you're going to stick with us through the thick and

the thin times right no matter what if we're laid off or if we're fired from

the job and there is no money coming in you're going to

stand by our side during those down times when things are at their worst

you're going to be there or let's say you're in a room and the guy walks in

that has bigger biceps and triceps than us he is more handsome and money is

falling off him like the leaves in autumn you're going to clutch us or hold our

hand tightly owning us that guess what this is my man here and regardless that

Denzel Washington just walked in the room I'm not going to go anywhere

because this is my man and when you are around your friends and your family

members you own him up and you show ownership that this is the man you are

in love with and you are loyal to him that's why guys join gangs you know

because in the gang they get loyalty and they get support and then there are some

women who tag along for the third thing that a man needs which is sex you have

to give guys the cookie right ladies you have to give your husband the cookie

understand that sex is not a gift that a woman gives to her husband rather you

should take care of that need because for us as men sex is not just something

we want we don't want it we need sex it's like the air that we breathe there

is nothing on the planet that we want more than sex and if you begin to ration

it if you begin to parcel it out you know and give us when you feel like

giving us I'm telling you if a man is going to be fulfilled and no matter how

you take care of him wash his clothes cook for him and do all of these things

if you're not fulfilling his sexual desires he's going to find it elsewhere

and wherever he's finding it that's where he's going to go he love you it'll

do the world for you you'll do anything and everything own you up but if you're

not taking care of him by giving him the cookie maybe he'll find it somewhere

else because it's just a need that needs to be fulfilled so if you want your man

or your husband to really go to the moon and back for you and to do any and

everything for you support him be loyal to him and give him the cookie regularly

because those three things are what every man needs in order

The Law of Infinite Earths If you've lived long enough on this planet,

you've probably asked yourself, "Are we alone in the universe?"

This is one of the biggest questions we ask as humans, but there's actually a grander

question that has been asked by scientists, "Are we the only universe out there?"

There are many theories about what lies out there, but one that is very crazy depending

on how you look at it is the Law of Infinite Earths, or the Multiverse Theory.

It's called many other names to be fair, but that's one of the most popular.

The basic principle of this theory is as such, our Earth and all that surrounds it is one

universe.

However, on another plane of existence, there is another Earth that is different from our

own, and it has its own universe.

Most supporters and believers in this theory speculate that on those "other Earths" and

planets, things are slightly different, creating a new world as a result.

For example, on another Earth, the Civil War might have been won by the South, completely

changing the course of history.

Or, a meteor might have struck the Earth in modern times instead of missing it.

And on and on it goes.

Some even say that for every single decision we make, there's another Earth where the opposite

decision was made.

Thus, the Law Of Infinite Earths.

You might feel that you've heard this before, and if you're a comic book fan, you like have.

The Multiverse Theory is a very strong part of Marvel and DC Comics, but it's not just

a comic theory, it was introduced to them because of scientific research on the subject.

And who's to say that they're wrong?

We can't exactly scan all of our own universe, so how can we know for sure that there isn't

another universe on another plane of existence?

Time Isn't Real Those three words likely caused a lot of you

to be confused.

Ironically enough though, they were uttered by a man named Julian Barbour, who is not

only a respected man, but one who is an expert in physics and quantum gravity.

As such, he wouldn't make sure a statement if he didn't have at least a way to explain

it.

According to his theory, time is something that humans and animals can "perceive", but

in fact, it doesn't actually exist.

How does that work?

Well, it's a little complex, but I'll try and word it out.

So, don't think of time in the concept of seconds or minutes or hours.

Rather, think of it like a number line, going from 1-100.

Mathematically, all the numbers are their own entities, and according to Barbour, those

numbers are the points in our lives.

Or as he calls them, the "Nows".

These "Nows" are independent of one another, and exist separately from one another in a

non-connective way.

So in math, the number 2 comes before 3, but 2 doesn't evolve or grow into 3.

Get it?

Many other people in history, including philosopher Nietzsche have said things that support this

theory, and so if it's true, our universe just got a lot more complicated.

The Doppelganger Theory Here's a popular one that a surprising amount

of people believe.

So, when you were born, you were told you were unique, that your DNA (or the god that

created you) made you like you for a specific purpose, and thus gave you your unique look.

This is true, your DNA does make you unique.

However, there are some who believe that elsewhere in the world right now, there is another you.

Not a clone, or a lost twin, but rather, someone who matches your face, your DNA even to a

certain degree.

This...is the Doppelganger Theory.

To be clear, this isn't an Earth-1/Earth-2 thing (thank you comic book fans for getting

that reference), this is on one Earth two people looking like each other without being

related to one another.

What's truly ironic is that on certain levels, we know that this is possible.

Think about it, in your life, you've likely met two people and go, "Wow, you look just

like...*insert persons name here*".

We've all done it, and some people think it's "amazing" how two people can look so close

to one another.

But in truth, it's all genetic.

Our genetic code defines who we are in height, weight, and look.

So two people looking the same is not impossible, it's actually entirely probable.

The only rub is that because of how big the world is, you'll likely never meet your doppelganger

if they're out there.

Ekpyrotic Universe The Big Bang Theory is one of the most accepted,

yet controversial, beliefs on how the universe itself was created.

But because not everyone believes it, there are those who have other ideas for how the

universe was born.

One of the more crazy ones is the idea of the Ekpyrotic Universe.

What is it?

Well, to best explain, I want you to imagine a thin piece of paper, one that you are holding

in your right hand.

That paper is our universe.

Now, imagine you picked up another piece of paper with your left hand, and held these

pieces of paper as close together as you could without touching.

This is the Ekpyrotic Universe.

And by this theories notions, the way our universe was born was when these two universes

actually collided, releasing a massive amount of energy that created the universe.

But technically, it didn't just create the universe, it "reset" it.

By that token, the universe can be "reset" an infinite amount of times, all it would

take is for these two universes to collide once more.

The Big Bang Theory doesn't seem so odd, now does it?

Fermi Paradox/Rare Earth Hypothesis "Are we alone in the universe?"

This is the question that has plagued many a human mind over the generations.

For ever since we discovered that our planet was not alone in the universe, and that the

Earth wasn't the center of the universe, the idea of finding life on other planets was

infinitely appealing...and terrifying.

True, there have been "alien sightings" over the years, but this is beyond that, this is

a factual acceptance based on irrefutable evidence: Is alien life out there?

There are two scientific theories out there that say there are not, which may not sound

crazy, but when 77% of the Earth's population believes in the concept of aliens, it does

raise questions.

The first of these is the Fermi Paradox, where a scientist calculated that between the time

had in the universe, and the likelihood that there is life on other planets, that there

should have been alien contact made by now.

Yet, there hasn't, not officially anyway.

Which begs the question that Fermi asks, "Where is everybody?"

The Rare Hypothesis is the belief that though there is microscopic life on other planets,

human life is restricted to Earth.

Not because of a god, but because of evolution.

We are quite literally, one in a billion or trillion.

Our race is the only one (that we know of) to surpass the bonds of basic evolution.

And thus...we are alone.

The Universe is a Computer To be clear, this isn't a Matrix reference.

Rather, there was an Oxford professor who proposed that the universe at large actually

works on the fundamental level on a computer.

It's actually a rather intriguing notion, for on a simplistic level, he's not exactly

wrong.

For in his theory, he notes that everything we see, everything we do is a basic function,

like a bit of information.

And not unlike bits of information, we give "yes" or "no" answers that by definition affect

other "systems", which in this case would be the other people in our lives and the cities

we live in, and more.

Further adding to this, when asked what the universe is "computing", Vlatko Vedral, noted

"it's own dynamic evolution".

Which is another thing that a computer can do, it evolves, especially since there are

people now making Quantum Computers, which can do just that via its own programming and

makeup.

It may sound flawed, but that's what makes it so intriguing, because what if it's right?

But someone didn't tell that to the people who believe that time travel isn't just real,

but that it's possible.

The theories surrounding time travel is infinite.

Including one by Stephen Hawking noting that IF it was possible, why haven't time travelers

shown up already?

Another famous scientist noted that time travel might only be possible in terms of cyclical

movement.

Meaning, that you can only move through your OWN timeline, because that's the only events

you've experienced.

Then, as many writers and Time Lords have noted, time is a web that you can travel through

if you have the right technology...like a Tardis.

In some ways, time travel actually breaks numerous laws of physics, while others argue

that the concept is just a 'Loophole" in them.

The other possibility is that there may be time travelers among us, but they know the

basic rule of time travel, don't do something that'll interfere with the future.

If it is possible though, it'd change the way we look at everything.

We are Living in the Matrix The Matrix Trilogy is known to be one of the

most visually stunning film series of its time.

But more importantly than that, it posed a very dark vision of the future, where humanity

isn't bred (for the most part) but actually grown by machines.

These machines then plug the consciousness of the human mind into a computer simulation

of a world that the humans believe is real.

They live their lives, and when they die, they're discarded, simple as that.

But what's not so simple, is that there are people, very credited people, who think that

we actually live in the Matrix right now.

It's easy to dismiss such people, but they actually have some interesting "proof" of

this.

First off, if we do live in the Matrix, we wouldn't know it unless we knew what to look

for.

Not unlike how Neo thought everything was real until Trinity and Morpheus pulled him

out.

Furthermore, like a computer, the world would have limits to what it could show and do.

Such...not having aliens, or having a "finite size" for things.

Sure enough, aliens haven't officially appeared on the planet, and there is a "known" amount

of something that can exist called the Greisen-Zatsepin--Kuzmin or GZK limit.

This is the smallest a thing can be in the universe, which is based on a mathematical

principle for how small a pixel can be on a computer screen.

Are the signs all around us?

Some people think so, and if we're all plugged in, the question then becomes...how do we

get unplugged?

Stefan's Files on Bandersnatch: Read Parts & See Photos | Heavy.com

In the Black Mirror movie Bandersnatch, Stefan finds a lot of files about himself at one point.

Here are what the files say and more details about them.

This post has major Bandersnatch spoilers.

If you haven't seen the arc of the movie that shows Stefan finding files about himself, then don't read on until you've watched that part.

Spoilers begin now.

When Stefan enters the right code into his father's filing cabinet after choosing the book over the photo (the code is PAC), then the filing cabinet opens and reveals many, many files about Stefan that his father has been keeping since Stefan was a little boy.

It's all very overwhelming and terrifying for Stefan.

Interestingly, the files for Stefan Butler all have the White Bear type symbol on them.

This may indicate some connection between the company that runs White Bear Justice Park in the future and the company running the PACS program that Stefan finds in this scene.

Stefan appears to have found confidential patient files about himself.

Stefan discovers that he's part of an actual PACS program (Program and Control Study).

He sees tons of files on him that his dad has, and finds out that his dad and mom may have just been actors and he was being monitored and filmed his entire life — just like Colin said.

From the time he was a boy to even his adult counseling sessions, everything was filmed.

One file (in the photo above) reads that Stefan was given antipsychotics and seems to have resistant mania.

The parts I could catch read: "The subject who has not responded to two different … antipsychotic drugs, the chances of a response with a … clazapine drug are very low, less than one in twenty…with olzapine, it is one in two.

This is a number… an astonishingly low number for any field of…".

You can also see numerous photos taken of Stefan, showing he was always being surveilled.

He's being watched now, in July 1984.

Even when he thinks he's alone and programming, he's being watched and recorded.

The files showed photos taken of him from all ages, from when he was a young kid to today.

They even had photos of him when he was a toddler.

And his file even has photos from when he was a baby in 1967.

Also in Stefan's file, we see a vial that reads "S.

Butler" and says "100th Dose." It's unclear what drug the vial contains.

We also see Stefan's bloodwork, which is pictured below.

Even his sessions with his counselor were recorded.

There's a strange file called Trauma Inception.

The file reads in part, "The EWNT is an adapted item recognition task, which has repeatedly shown interference by emotional information on working memory performance in both healthy and clinical samples.

The overall goal of this task is for the subject to memorize a list of letters and then to check in a new list of letters whether h recognize one of the previously shown letters.

The time interval between the two lists is used to present distracting information, in this case pictures of different valences.

The current paradigm consisted of 72 trials, each starting with a black fixation block for 750 ms, followed the by the presentation of three black letters below each other.

After a delay interval (1500 ms) three letters wer eagain displayed… In half of the trials, one of the three memoranda (target) was present in the probe.

The subject had to … a yes or no button indicating whether h had recognized target or not… During the delay interval, neutral, positively, or negatively using pictures from the Picture System were presented as … actors.

The positive and negative pictures mainly included scenes and human body parts, while the neutral pictures… natural scenes and objects.

The 24 positive, negative, and neutral pictures were randomly displayed.

The inter-trail…was 500 ms.

The subject was instructed to focus on the pictures during the delay.

Effects of the distraction… both speed and percentage errors were analyzed to…".

The page's section at the bottom is labeled Childhood Trauma.

"Trauma short form is a 28-item retrospective… questionnaire developed to measure five types of childhood… emotional, physical and sexual abuse and … physical neglect.

each scale of the CT Form… that are scored on the five-point Likert scale… of 25.

The scales showed good reliability…".

Here's a closeup of the beginning of the file:.

After this, Stefan appears to learn that his childhood trauma with his mom's death was faked and it all happened in a bedroom that was being filmed and was part of a set.

But is this accurate or a delusion? The "Trauma Inception" smoking gun appears to be more about just showing emotionally charged photos, but we don't get to read the entire paper.

I'm leaning toward it being accurate and a real experiment that Stefan learned about himself.

The One Food That Knocks Everyone Off Of Their New Year's Resolution Diet - Duration: 4:05.

Every January 1st, millions of people make New Year's resolutions to get their lives

in order, many starting with the food they eat… and want to eat less of.

And it may go that way, at least for a while.

But eventually, some deliciousness comes along, and we just can't help ourselves.

And there's one treat in particular that's a total resolution killer.

But before we reveal it, here are some other culinary culprits that are nearly impossible

to resist.

Chinese food typically contains high levels of salt and fat, particularly in the deep-fried

dishes, and is loaded with MSG, which is thought to make us overindulge and turn "just one

egg roll" into 25 paper cartons of food.

MSG is a way of boosting the umami factor in our foods, that same "fifth taste" that

makes meat, mushrooms, and some types of fish extra-delicious, and which makes a bag of

Nacho Cheese Doritos seem as close as man has come to developing a scientifically perfect

foodstuff.

Couple the near-irresistibility of Chinese food with the fact that we tend to order it

late at night, when we're not moving our bodies much, and the fact that we can have it delivered

right to our houses without ever leaving the couch, and it's easy to see why a few forkfuls

of sweet, crispy General Tso's chicken can be a real resolution-breaker.

Our brains are hard-wired for the occasional protein craving, and burgers satisfy that

need without requiring us to stalk and kill a gazelle with our bare hands.

Add a healthy layer of gooey, melty cheese, a squeeze of ketchup, and stack it all on

a bun, and our lizard-brains think they've found nature's perfect food source.

"This is God speaking to us through food!"

Who cares if that Monster Thickburger from Carl's Jr. weighs in at a whopping 1,340 calories?

Lizard's gotta eat!

We all crave surges of the pleasure-giving chemical dopamine, and eating chocolate produces

these feel-good neurotransmitters in spades.

While scientists originally speculated that chocolate contained compounds that stimulated

dopamine production directly, Psychology Today reports that studies have proved that eating

the chemical components of chocolate on their own didn't trigger the same satisfied response.

Test subjects actually had to eat the chocolate itself, which indicates that there also may

be an emotional component to your craving the sweet stuff.

Whether built into a perfectly balanced BLT or tucked discreetly into an already-decadent

burger, the craving for a perfect piece of bacon can be profoundly overpowering.

"Give me all the bacon and eggs you have."

In fact, the average American consumes just over 18 pounds of bacon per year, while one

study claimed that 43 percent of Canadians would choose bacon over sex.

"Bacon grease spatula hot cheek!"

"Take off, don't get that on me."

According to ASAPScience, when you cook bacon, the melting fats and sugars release around

150 "volatile organic compounds" that fill the air… and make you want bacon even more.

Whether you fry it, bake it, broil it, microwave it, or forgo sex for it, one thing is abundantly

clear: When the smell of sizzling bacon comes wafting through your kitchen, your New Year's

resolutions are history.

And finally, there's the biggest offender of all: pizza.

"Pizza pizza pizza!"

Our brains simply can't handle the serotonin-hijacking combination of full-fat dairy cheese, sweet

tomato sauce, and carbohydrates, which pizza delivers like a missile to your impulse-control

centers.

It's hot, it's melty, it's salty, it floods your brain with endorphins, and it's just

what the doctor ordered to absolutely destroy your New Year's resolutions.

"Look!

I'll eat some!"

But there's good news: If you look beyond attention-grabbing headlines like "Eating

Pizza Triggers Opioids in Your Brain," you'll discover that, well, eating just about anything

triggers opioids in your brain.

In fact, the Journal of Neuroscience reported in 2017 that drinking a bland nutritional

shake somehow releases more opioids than a slice of delicious pizza.

So while pizza is notorious for blowing diets, take comfort knowing that eating something

healthier can still make your brain just as happy, if not even happier.

Don't blame the endorphin rush for sabotaging your resolution to stop stuffing your face

with thin crust.

Your body is ready and willing to enjoy eating something that's way better for you, if you're

willing to make the commitment.
