It's very interesting because that video,
it's a long story but you know how technology is sometimes,
a lot of times it works, sometimes it sort of screws things up.
Well, that's actually what happened,
there was actually a different ending to that video.
When it went to editing,
I like to say editing like I have a whole suite of editing professionals
at my beck and call, yeah, let's just say that.
Okay, maybe I'll ask for that for 2019.
When it went editing there was a different end that got put on it,
that end was actually for the BYCF's, the Being You Certified Facilitators.
I was making a video for them and excuse me,
and I wanted to wake them up because we have a call
and I wanted to prepare them for that call and I'm like,
"Guys we need to start creating in a far greater way than we ever have before!"
So, that was actually for them.

The message I wanted to say today is just to express my immense gratitude
for you for being in this world and the gift that having you is.

or a moment of your time or a moment of your thought.
We keep thinking, "oh, you know if I don't take care of people,
if I make them feel bad that I'm a bad person."
But people who are doing judgment, they're not going to change anyway
you change the thing they're judging you for, they're just judge you for something else.
We've all bought the lie that somehow we can make judgmental people
stop judging us by being more perfect or being more something.
So, whatever it is you've decided that you need to be more perfect or better at,
all the reference points you have,
all the objectives for what you've been trying to achieve with them.

My YouTube channel is still young. At the moment I'm shooting this video
is three months old but even if I'm not that experienced I want to talk with you
about what I learned so far about getting my first 100 subscribers.
So let's get into it! Welcome to the Growth Academy!
The first thing that I want to highlight in this list is about making requests.
Never assume your viewers will take an action that could be liking the video,
subscribing to the channel, sharing the video... Never assume that those people
will take an action without asking them to take that action.
I my videos I usually make requests to my viewers.
Sometimes I ask to like my video, some time I ask
to subscribe to the channel and I realized that there are two parts
Two moments where these requests get better results
and it's at the center of the video and at the end of the video.
There is a reason for that!
The center of the video is the peak of attention of my viewers
so if I ask them to take an action
they will probably do it because they're really engaged in that moment.
The end of the video instead, well, if someone arrives till the end of the video
is because he really liked the video.
That's the reason why he reached the end
he watched the entire video and he reached the end.
If this person liked the video that much
it's the time to ask this person to take an action that could be subscribing or liking the video.

I know that there are many YouTubers out there
saying that you can start a YouTube channel just with your phone
you don't have to spend that much but actually it's not true.
Quality on YouTube is really, really important!
So if the quality of your video is shitty
if the audio is really bad or even if the editing of your video is pretty messy and
not professional, well, you won't grow that much.
That doesn't mean that you need to buy state-of-the-art tools.
What I needed to start my channel was an average camera
then I bought two studio lights from Amazon and I bought a Yeti microphone.
The entire investment was around $500.
I know it's not cheap but if you want to start being an entrepreneur
you have to know that every project that you start, has a price.

Number 3. Something that I realized that is working pretty well for my channel
is showing up consistently. If I show up every single week with a new video on Youtube
I realized that YouTube rewards me with the organic traffic.
And that's the reason why I decided to raise the bar. I decided to show up on YouTube
every week with two videos. And you know, when you want to do something like this
you're afraid that you're gonna run out of content or you're gonna run out of time.
Here's my solution to dodge these pitfalls.
I produce my videos in batch.
It means that at the end of this video after I've been shooting this video
I will shoot out their two videos with other two topics and you won't realize that
because I will change my t-shirt. Yeah, that's everything I do. Special effects!
But the thing is that every single time I shoot a video, it takes a long time
to set the lights to set the camera, the preparation...
So I shoot more than one video, multiple videos, in a single shot.
And the second thing that I used to show up consistently is using YouTube live
If you are a subscriber of this channel you know that I show up every single week
with a new video like this and then at the same time at the end of the week
I use a Facebook live to do something that is more relaxed
to reply to the questions of my subscribers, to do some Q&A
And I don't need to create all the animations that I created on this video
or the editing... I just shoot the video and I post it on Youtube
The number four is the fact that the first five or ten seconds of each video I have
are vital! If you're already running a YouTube Channel
you know that in the first seconds of each video there is a huge drop of attention.
In that little interval you have to summarize
everything about your video. You have to explain again the topic even if you have
the big titles on the top of the video you have to summarize what you're gonna talk about
and a technique that I personally use is to bring up a problem
that my audience may have. if you go at the beginning of this video
you have an example of what I'm talking about.
Number five. This was a big a huge aha moment for me
is the fact that long videos on YouTube they work!
I'm sure that everyone who ever started a YouTube Channel
Have doubts about the length of their videos.
Well, there is no perfect length there is no perfect measure for a YouTube Video.
But when I started this channel I was sure that nobody, no one
would ever watch a video of ten minutes of me talking in front of the camera
and it came up that my long videos are the ones that work best!
With this I'm not saying that you have to do long videos and nothing else
matter of facts, there are a lot of YouTube channel that working pretty well
just with short videos. But I can give you some advice about to creating long videos.
One thing that I suggest you to do is that when you when you're creating
a long video you have to be really careful about your energy!
The camera reduces your energy at least 10 times so you have to fill this gap.
You can't talk in front of the camera like you're talking with your friends.
If I talk like right now like this with my friends they will think I'm nuts!
But being in front of the lens means that you need to act like you are
on the stage of the theatre. You have to emphasize the way you talk
You have to emphasize the way you use your gestures so you need to act this is a big deal.
Otherwise people will get totally bored.
Number 6 at the end is that you need a lot of patience.
And this was a big thing for me because right now
I understand when they say that
YouTube is not a sprint but it's a marathon.
To reach my first 100 subscribers I have to work massively, a lot!
Just for 100 subscribers. And this could be frustrating. Could be frustrating to see
that just 100 people will watch your video or even less than that.
It could be frustrating when you see other channels that have lots and lots of viewers
But with YouTube is like this
You need to appreciate every single, little achievement
that you get along the way. But I assure you that you will
get pretty motivated to see how much you will improve.
I'm excited about the fact that in from the camera I'm getting better
I'm more natural more confident
when before I needed two hours to make a 10-minute video right now I need one hour, or even less
I totally suggest you to start a YouTube Channel
It's an incredible process, it's an enjoyable journey.. You will like this, you should do it!

The use of the term became so widespread
that everybody started calling everything fake news.

"Referring to everything as fake news began to make the categorization of information more difficult.
Yes, we label everything as fake news,
but one piece of news might emerge as a result of misinformation, another as a result of disinformation.
If we're calling something fake news, then we need to make sure that it is fake news indeed.
Is it misinformation?
Is it disinformation?
Is it fake news?
Is it a parody?
Or is there any other term we should use for this piece of information that's false?
We need to make sure of that.
Hence, calling or tagging everything fake news isn't right.
According to a Reuters Institute survey conducted in 2018,
Turkey ranks 1st out of 37 countries in terms of people complaining about fake stories.
One out of every two Internet users in Turkey say
they come across fake news at least once every week.
So why are we exposed to so many fake news stories?
"If the information ecosystem, in other words - the news media, is not free in a country,
then this country is very open to disinformation.
Thus, there is a direct correlation between the freedom of the media in a country
and how much that country can be polarized on digital media.
One can understand the picture better by looking at these two statistics together;
the press freedom barometer and the level of disinformation."
So Turkey is the country most exposed to fake news
and also, according to the Open Society Institute 2018 Media Literacy Index,
our country is the second only to Macedonia in terms of media illiteracy in a survey of 35 European countries.
In both reports, it is emphasized that the high level of polarization in Turkey
might have caused these results.
"It has to do with the definition of polarization.
What is the definition of polarization?
As opposed to judging a problem with its own actors and dynamics rationally,
it's to take a categorical position based on a view you're siding with.
In essence, this is the definition of polarization.
According to our research, in Turkey, nearly 64% of the population
think and act through the lens of these polarized sides while discussing a political or social issue.
There are prejudices everybody has against religious people,
Kurds, leftists, Alevis, or LGBTI people.
This set of prejudices marginalizes and alienates, and
- along with lumpenization - it also demonizes "the other".
It means everyone stays in their own pool
and therefore becomes vulnerable to all kinds of news
and manipulations about "the other side"."
Actors who produce and spread fake news for their own
economic, political or social gains benefit from this very weakness of society.
"Persons producing disinformation need to
know political culture, social and religious fault lines of a country very well.
Effective disinformation campaigns are usually conducted by internal actors.
In politics, we are discussing external actors,
Russian disinformation and so on.
But why Russia was able to do it in the US is because it was able to solve
the sociology of the rural people there and work along the fault lines very effectively.
Turkey's fault lines are a little bit more complicated and it takes more time to grasp them.
Yes, external disinformation exists, but it is not as effective as the internal one in Turkey.
Turkey is a different case compared to other countries in this sense."
Research also shows that we are more inclined to
believe fake news that support our worldview.
We choose to believe fake news without questioning whether
they're accurate so long as they justify our beliefs.
"Humans constantly invest in their ideas.
In other words, when you begin to show support for an idea you believe in,
work and spend energy to disseminate it, you invest in this idea.
If an idea that's contradicting yours turn out to be true, then that means that
all the investment you made in your idea was in vain.
This is where the cognitive dissonance lies.
In other words, we come across an idea that doesn't fit
our existing thoughts, attitudes and behaviours.
If it's true all our investments will be wasted.
Even worse, if we have expressed this thought in front of people, then we risk being seen as a fool.
In a way, news that validate me and my opinion show that
I have been making the right investments,
I have been consistent in my opinions and behaviours.
This is the state of comfort everyone wants to be in."
We are living in a world where
populist politicians are gaining ground across the world.
Where social polarization over religion, language, race,
body colour and sexual orientation is deepening.
Where conflicts are persisting and new ones are emerging.
Let's remember that the fake news that we prefer to believe
because it fits our views can lead to painful and
embarrassing traumas in our collective memory.

The higher frequency range is covered by eight Pride H1.

By now, the sub set and the arrangement have been altered.
The Patriots have been replaced with two 18" S-series Pride subs

In the new year, there will be some armoured glass for the port.
And the result will go up to 157+ dB.
The fun part here is that Mike was assisted all the way by his kid Nastya.

This season's sub set was pretty modes for a show car, tho.
One 15" FX.
But the objectives were different, too
Those were to get the indicator to show big figures in the frontal part.
Which it did.
Multiple prizes and a spot in the top-3 of the BTL format.
In the new season, Arty promises to upgrade his system completely.
The front will now comprise 12 pairs of Solo v.2.
There will be a wall for four 15" FX subwoofers.
And there'll be a Pioneer-monobrand rear.

Second, there's the unique scheme of the future arrangement.
It will ba able to perform five hair tricks at once.
Two in the front and three in the back.
This will be reached due to two ports lead to opposite sides.
The project itself will be marketed as a Ural Team show car
that will house over ten pcs of

...-inch Ulimatum subwoofers.
And over 50 pairs of Patriot speakers.
At the moment, the limo interior is completely taken down.
The cage's been already welded and they're starting to cover it with plywood.

"I'll tell you I get to make a lot of personnel decisions as the chief staff
the Air Force but the most important personnel decision I made was picking
this guy as Chief Master Sergeant Air Force." Chief of staff of the Air Force
General Dave Goldfein and Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force Kaleth Wright,
made a special holiday visit to the airmen at Incirlik Air base to express
their gratitude for all the hard work Team Titan has accomplished. "Thank you.
Thank you not only for the amazing work that you do for our United States Air
Force and we got to see just a couple of snippets of what you guys do earlier
today and in some of the various units so thank you for what you do for our Air
Force thank you to the leadership for for the invite and for hosting us and
the camaraderie that you showed us." The airmen at Incirlik appreciated the
face time with the top leadership team. "It's nice to see that the upper
leadership and the United States Air Force is taking their time to come down
and tell us about how the Air Force is adapting to modern times." The top two
Airmen let Incirlik know that the mission here is of vital importance to
the homeland. "Never underestimate the importance of your service in uniform
deployed here right now because America sleeps well at night because Incirlik
doesn't and we can't say thank you enough for your service for your family
and for what you're doing here when your nation needs you most." Reporting from
Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, I'm Air Force Staff Sergeant Chandler Baker.
