but I'm trying not to get tattoos because of acting

because it can restrict your roles and stuff

I have two tattoos

I kind of looked away like I had to think about it

Which is the title of one of my favourite

Which means the beautiful lady without mercy

I have one tattoo and it's on my right bicep

That there and yeah so the meaning behind that

I got that on my 18th

I don't have any tattoos

I was considering getting one

and upon reflection I'm super glad that I didn't

I got this little bitten peach on my ankle because

of the movie The Labyrinth

I don't think I'm going to get one

I find the idea a little bit daunting for me

just because it's there forever

I do have pretty good pain tolerance but it just freaks me out

If I was to get a tattoo would have to be firstly something that really

meant a lot to me in order to put it on my body

It's very embarrassing I wanted to get okay on this area of my wrist

because I needed something to reassure me that everything was going to be okay

It's just to remind me every day, why I do what I do

and why I love it

I'd like to have a lot of tattoos but I

can't have a lot of tattoos being an actress

 Paul Pogba continued his renaissance under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to make it three wins out of three for Manchester United's P boss

 Pogba only managed one double in the Premier League in two-and-a-half seasons under the Forgotten One Jose Mourinho, yet he has achieved that feat twice under Solskjaer

 He opened the scoring with a close-range effort after a superb, mazy run by Marcus Rashford before heading home the second to take his haul under the Norwegian to four goals and two assists

 Rashford scored the third his efforts deserved before Nathan Ake headed home on the stroke of half-time to deny United a rare clean sheet

 Romeu Lukaku scored the fourth within two minutes of coming on when he assistant referee failed to spot he was offside

 Eric Bailly was the only blot on United's copybook when he was sent off for a late challenge on Ryan Fraser

 Here are five talking points from Old Trafford. 1. The real Pogba stands up again  Paul Pogba can be the new Captain Marvel

Bryan Robson was here in his role as a United ambassador and he would have recognised much of Pogba's excellent play

 Robson was the archetypal box-to-box midfielder and Pogba, liberated since Jose Mourinho's sacking, is playing that way

Not only did he pop up in the Bournemouth box to score his two goals, he got back make a fine challenge on Jordon Ibe in his own penalty area to win possession

 Pogba is finally looking like the huge talent he undoubtedly is and he has scored four goals and made two assists in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's three matches in charge

2. Bournemouth's dodgy defending  Bournemouth need to be more resolute. This loss was Bournemouth's eighth in 10 Premier League games and their sixth in succession on the road

 As laudable as Eddie Howe's open style is, they are just too easy to play against and United simply gobbled them up

 OK, they are not in danger of being sucked into the relegation fight, but they are not going to finish in the top half of the table as they deserve if they carry on like this

 The Cherries have now been battered by Liverpool, Tottenham and United and they must have a bit more steel

United sliced through them with ease at the back and they need to be stronger defensively

3. No more Fellaini?  Marouane Fellaini has been demoted by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

 Fellaini perhaps unfairly came to symbolise what United fans did not like about the team's style under Jose Mourinho

 Too often Mourinho would turn to the tall Belgian in a sign that he intended to be physical and direct

 Solskjaer doesn't do physical or direct and instead has left Fellaini on the bench for his first three games in charge as he instead goes with more technical, ball-playing midfielders

 He only used him for three minutes of his first two games and the Norwegian clearly wants to go in a different direction to Mourinho

4. Top four out of sight?  A top-four finish still looks tough for United. Mourinho contributed to his sacking by predicting last month that United would end the year in the top four

 He never got close and despite Solskjaer winning his first three games in charge, United finished 2018 eight points outside the Champions League places

 Although United are playing better and have closed in on Arsenal, the likes of Chelsea and Tottenham are still picking enough points to maintain a healthy advantage over them

 United still have the second half of the campaign to catch them, but it is going to take some doing

5. Not all roses for Ole  United have work to do defensively. As breathtaking as United were at times going forward, they still look dodgy at the back

 Ole Gunnar Solskjaer did not look happy walking off at half-time after Nathan Ake pulled one back for Bournemouth because United had blown their chance of a rare clean sheet

 They have managed just two in their 20 Premier League games and for all their dominance, Bournemouth had too many threatening moments

 Solskjaer knows he has work to do yet and making United better defensively will be next on his to-do list now that he has got them playing fluently

What I'll Do Differently in 2019 - Duration: 3:48.

Hi guys! So it's almost 2019.

And I wanted to talk about what I want to do differently in the New Year

or I guess

for the rest of my life.

And it sounds really cheesy, but I want to be a person who

gives and loves more.

And when I say this

people usually think I have to be some sort of saint or

sacrifice everything of myself.

But I don't think that's true.

Because love is not sacrifice, but mercy.

And mercy is not being everybody's doormat,

but more like letting go of something from your mind

because it does not do you any good living out your truest self.

So in a way, mercy does mean

your innate ability to tell apart

what it is that you really like to do

because it brings you the most joy and happiness,

and what is not.

And there was a phase in my life when

I was a really good lover.

And I remember back then,

I didn't give that much thought about what I love

because I was very in tune with

my inner voice.

So a lot of spiritualists and even psychologists say

that there is a power in your very first thought.

The thought that comes before any other thoughts that grow like weed

such as worry,

what if I do this and it doesn't work, judgments and all those thoughts.

There's also a book called "The 5 Second Rule" by Mel Robbins.

And she talks about the same thing:

How taking immediate action can make massive change in your life.

And I guess also from a spiritual point of view,

usually that first thought is the most love-based and

the wisest thought.

And it's not limited to how you deal with other people or your social life,

but most importantly, how you deal with yourself

because how you communicate with your Self

decides how and how much love you're going to manifest

because your truest self is love.

So all this spiritual theory aside,

I want to be a person who is good at

choosing love over fear.

Hemingway once said this:

So as we grow older,

understandably our fear grows as well

because the more we live,

the more we experience craps,

and our memory of craps

kind of forms our view of the world

and sadly also ourselves.

So it takes more courage and energy to

be able to live out my truest self

and do what I truly, truly want to do

and distinguish what is my true inner voice amongst all the other voices.

It's not going to be easy but

it's going to be worth it

because that's the only thing that we're born to do.

There's nothing else that truly matters

than figuring out what is my truest self trying to do every moment.

So that was it for this video

and one more difference that will take place in 2019

is that I'll be moving out from this place.

And move into my own,

different, smaller place.

It's not going to be as nice looking as this place

but it's my own private place and

that's what makes me feel really good about it.

I Rejected Jonathan's $5m Offer In 2015 -Hamzat

The All Progressives Congress Deputy Governorship candidate in Lagos State, Dr Obafemi Hamzat, has disclosed that he rejected $5million alleged bribe from former President Goodluck Jonathan during the electioneering campaign in 2015.

He made the disclosure at the launch of Sanwo-Olu and Hamzat Advocates held on Friday at Fidimaye Hall, Oko-Oba, Abule-Egba, Lagos.

The event had over 1000 APC members and party chieftains who came him in from around Alimosho, Agege, Agbado-Ijaye, and its environs.

He said that in 2014, "I contested with the current Governor, Akinwumi Ambode for the Governorship ticket of the party and as we all know how it went, the then President Goodluck Jonathan offered me bribe of $5miillion and I refused it.

Some of you here are my witness, I mean some of you that were sent, are here to testify. I refused because I was thinking about the future and I don't want to spoil my name.

Let us remain calm, our turn will come.". Hamzat appealed to party faithful who are aggrieved to work for the interest of the party because their time will come.

"Our work as Nigerians is simple and our campaign will be very easy because PDP destroyed this country for 16 years. They spent N1.7trillion on power for 16 years and they were unable to give the country just 2,950 megawatts.".

Hamzat, a former Commissioner for Works, Lagos State, added, "In the last three years, I worked as a Special Adviser Technical to the Minister for Works, Power and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, we travelled round the 36 states by road, the opposition party has spoiled this country because since 1999 to 2015, federal government did not finish any road project except the Lagos- Abeokuta road.

He posited that the present administration inherited 206 road projects that were incomplete, whereas the present administration has completed 84 in three years.

He said that between 1999 to 2015, the country spent N1. 7, trillion on power sector which is the budget of 11 states and imported 900 containers which were abandoned at the port for three years.

He lauded the Asiwaju Bola Tinubu for his foresight saying, "In 1999, when Asiwaju became Governor, Lagos State was a pariah state, it could only generate N600million monthly and the salary of civil servants was N1.

2billion and they have to borrow to pay salaries but today the state is generating close to N35billion monthly.

He said some people worked to make this possible, adding that successive administrations in the state have worked to improve the state's internally generated revenue.

According to him, "Our party (APC) will make Nigeria great, the party is making Lagos a better place and is poised to do more to make Lagos progress to the next level.

I do not have any tattoos I would like tattoos

but I'm trying not to get tattoos because of acting

because it can restrict your roles and stuff

I have two tattoos

I don't have to think about that

I kind of looked away like I had to think about it

I've got two

The tattoo on my back says 'La Belle Dame Sans Merci'

Which is the title of one of my favourite

John Keats poems

Which means the beautiful lady without mercy

I have one tattoo and it's on my right bicep

That there and yeah so the meaning behind that

I got that on my 18th

I don't have any tattoos

I have no tattoos

I was considering getting one

and upon reflection I'm super glad that I didn't

I got this little bitten peach on my ankle because

of the movie The Labyrinth

I don't think I'm going to get one

I find the idea a little bit daunting for me

just because it's there forever

I do have pretty good pain tolerance but it just freaks me out

If I was to get a tattoo would have to be firstly something that really

meant a lot to me in order to put it on my body

It's very embarrassing I wanted to get okay on this area of my wrist

because I needed something to reassure me that everything was going to be okay

It's just to remind me every day, why I do what I do

and why I love it

I'd like to have a lot of tattoos but I

can't have a lot of tattoos being an actress

We are near the end of the year

and I stop to think about the promises we make

at the end of the year.

Usually we make promises without thinking about the consequences of these promises.

Solomon wrote in the book of Ecclesiastes in chapter 5 that " It is better not to make a vow than to make one and not fulfill it."

Because when you make a vow and you do not fulfill

You're not keeping your word and your vow

and if it is not paid it's a debt you should not have

In the first place it is preferable not to vow to vote and not to comply.

Secondly, when you vow it's a debt, it's a debt you make with yourself

and a debt you make to the people around you.

Jesus speaks very clearly that we should take care

to do absolutely nothing, Paul says that we should owe nothing to anyone

but love.

So this holiday season

it is better not to make vows,

make vows that we know we can not keep,

but at the same time

we must give and seek some goals in life,

that these goals lead us

to an improvement next year.

What we learned this year

we should put into practice next year.

Do not forget, it is better not to vote than to vote and not to comply
