LeBron James Injury Update: Can Lakers Win Without Their Star? | Heavy.com
The outlook for Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James following a groin injury on Christmas isn't nearly as bad as it could have been.
While he walked gingerly off the floor shortly after it occurred, the concern level was understandably high.
In the end, it proved to be a left groin strain and is expected to cost James a few games.
As Chris B.
Haynes of Yahoo Sports revealed Wednesday, LeBron will miss "at minimum, a few games." Lakers coach Luke Walton also didn't sound interested in rushing back the four-time NBA Most Valuable Player either.
"Obviously, we want him back soon as possible," coach Luke Walton said, "but we also will be very cautious when we bring him back.
The positive news on James' MRI came with a positive update, per The Athletic's Shams Charania, who also revealed the forward is day-to-day.
But even still, groin injuries can be tricky.
MRI returned clean on the four-time NBA MVP LeBron James, league sources said.
https://t.co/yphdr6toV3 — Shams Charania (@ShamsCharania) December 26, 2018 .
With all things being taken into account and after evaluating the Lakers' schedule, expecting James to sit out at least the remainder of this week would make sense.
The team plays three games in four days from Thursday to Sunday, two against the Sacramento Kings (one on the road) and then against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Assuming James does miss just those three games, as the Lakers get two days off after that, how do you think their record will look without him?.
Update: ESPN's Brian Windhorst and Adrian Wojnarowski revealed that James' timeline may be tougher to gauge than originally expected.
A timeline for James' return is further complicated by the fact that he has never had to navigate this severe of a groin injury and still needs to gain an understanding of how his body will respond to treatment.
James has displayed a tremendous capacity throughout his career to avoid extended absences with injury, but sources expected the Lakers and James will be careful not to risk further aggravation of the groin by returning too quickly.
Lakers' Performance in Win Over Warriors.
When James went down in the third quarter on Christmas against the Golden State Warriors, the rest of the Lakers stepped up in a big way.
When the third quarter wrapped up, it was just a nine-point lead for Los Angeles.
But thanks to a superb fourth quarter from the rest of the group, the Lakers rolled to a dominant 127-101 win.
Stephen Curry and the Warriors were outscored 36-19 in the fourth quarter, led by a well-rounded effort from the Lakers.
Rajon Rondo scored 16 points with 10 assists while Josh Hart and Lance Stephenson tacked on 12 and 11 points off the bench, respectively.
As for the starters, Kyle Kuzma scored 19 points and center Ivica Zubac had yet another strong game, finishing with 18 points and 11 rebounds on 9-10 shooting from the field.
The Lakers rallied around the absence of James and left plenty of reason for optimism when it comes to the outlook over the next few games.

I think, "fail", is a very dangerous word.
Everything that is a failure is always a victory.
Unlike the other writers who've come here, I've not traveled very much.
This is my first time in a foreign country where I speak none of the language.
And where, I so don't understand the language, that it sounds like music to me.
I can't tell where one word...
And it doesn't stick in my brain very well.
In many ways - I've been here a week - I'm a failure at Italian.
It's very difficult and it's very, in many ways, humiliating to be in a country that
isn't mine and to be reduced, really, to the status of a baby.
People all around me are talking with great animation about things that I - it's not like
I don't totally understand - I don't understand at all what they're talking about.
In order to have the simplest interaction, I'm like, 'Hello!'
'Three agua.'
I mean, it's very humbling.
One feels like a failure.
Yes?
On the other hand, what I've noticed is it's also good in a very profound way.
What I've noticed here is how very kind and patient the Italians here are when someone...
I'm very conscious of the image of The Ugly American who comes in and, 'Where's the McDonald's
and why don't you all speak English?'
And all that kind of, right?
So I'm very...
I've got none of those feelings from the Italians and I've also noticed that I pay much more
attention to people's faces and emotional cues.
And that, much like a child, I am sensitive and attuned to things that, when I'm home
and immersed in English, I'm living only linguistically: 'Oh yeah, three waters.
Hey.'.
And it's all so fast.
So it's painful to be here, but it's also good.
In some ways, what I try to do with myself is just avoid the success or failure thing.
Because it really is much more...
There's so much about writing that is out of the writer's control.
Not the action of doing it, but whether it comes alive or not.
That if I begin thinking in terms of failure, what happens is I get really depressed and
the game is over, because I've already decided.
So, that's all I meant.
It's a very long criticism of a very innocuous question.
That the language of images, maybe not threatens, but completely changes actual lived life.
Consider that my grandparents, by the time they got married and kissed, I think they
had probably seen one hundred kisses.
They'd seen people kiss one hundred times.
My parents, who grew up with mainstream Hollywood cinema, had seen thousands of kisses by the
time they ever kissed.
Before I kissed anyone, I had seen tens of thousands of kisses, of people kissing.
I think, I know that the first time I kissed, much of my thought was, 'Am I doing it right?
Am I doing it according to how I'd seen it?'
It's beyond winning.
I don't believe it any longer really makes sense to talk about a battle.
The language in which we describe the battle will already be the language of images.
Yes?
I have started things for so many different reasons.
Images.
Characters.
A snatch of something I overheard somebody in a restaurant say.
Very few of the things I start, I finish.
And fewer still, of the things I finish, anyone else ever sees.
The things that other people see, that I feel are alive, almost always change sometime in
the doing of it.
They're never faithful to whatever the thing, that opening thing is, that gets you to go,
'Ah!
I'm going to write about it.'
At least for me.
I have no good answers.
What I have noticed, and this is really going to look like kissing ass, but I am now such
a fan of Italy in the World Cup.
Here's why, it's that, these phenomena feed on themselves.
I had watched soccer matches a couple times and I just don't understand.
But watching them?
I got to watch, I guess it wasn't even a very good game.
Italy versus Australia with Antonio and David.
And some of their relatives.
And David is throwing bottle caps and they're talking to each other.
And the energy in the room was such that, by the end, with the penalty kick, I still
don't understand.
Only the tiniest fragments.
I understand that not everybody can be as hurt - agh! - as they seem to be.
That some of that is so that the referees will call.
Little bit.
But watching it with people who care about it, it's like watching the Super Bowl in America
even if you don't care about football.
What I will say to you is that children now, in America, because mothers don't want their
children hurt, are playing much more World football than American football, that in a
generation, you wait.
Maybe not in my generation, but in the one following, World football, America will be
more into it than you wish they were.
Because they will cheat and pour all this money into it.
It's a prediction.
First thing I think of, as an American, is individual identity.
David.
What makes David, David?
What makes David different from all the other people as an individual?
I think the struggle for those of us in America, is to conceive of our identity as part of
something larger, something more meaningful than ourselves.
There's very little support for that in our culture, in our economy, in our politics.
But without it, the country splits apart, fragments, atomizes.
So this is, in America, a very loaded word.
One symptom of what you could call the American disease is that I don't know any writers who
think of themselves as like other writers.
Critics often group writers together more than writers do.
I would say that there's a group of American writers who tend to use more of the techniques
of the post-modernists and experimentation.
And then there's a group of traditional, sort of more "realistic" writers.
And that many of the writers I admire, I don't know whether I'm one of them, are interested
in using post-modern techniques, post-modern aesthetic.
But using that to discuss or represent very old, traditional, human verities that have
to do with spirituality and emotion and community and ideas that the avant-garde would consider
very old-fashion.
So that there's a kind of melding.
It's using post-modern formal techniques for very traditional ends.
If there's a group - and some of whom I think are here this week with me - if there is such
a group, that's the group I would want to belong to.

Low Potassium + Sodium = WATER RETENTION- Water Weight..... - Duration: 4:10.
okay guys make sure you leave a like on this video also share this video and if
you're not subscribed to the channel please do so
alright I'm Cindy eating my candy again
anyways low potassium is sodium retention equals water weight what does
that mean when your potassium is low which a lot of people don't know that
the potassium is low that equals water retention and that's
why when you eat solid foods when you're on a diet or regiment people some people
don't like on the diet you swell up because you don't have a significant
amount of potassium in the body to regulate the water in the body so what
the water does is the water isn't the survival mode and it cold on so
everything that you drink and it doesn't let it go and that's how you start to
get water retention and bloating in the stomach area your ankles your hands your
face cuz I get my swelling in my face the only way to regulate water retention
is to add a potassium supplement or the something that you can get that's even
cheaper in the supermarket it's called no salt excuse me and that no salt is a
hundred percent potassium you can put 1/4 of a teaspoon into 32 16 to 32
ounces of water and drink on that slowly throughout the day if you feel you need
more water just keep continue to add at least 1/4 of a teaspoon of the no salt
into your water and it will help balance your body of electrolytes and fluids
that need to be in the bottom without potassium a lot of things are gonna go
wrong beside even bloating you're going to have problems going to the bathroom
doing it number two because you're gonna be so dehydrated it's going to be
impossible to have a bowel movement so potassium is very key in the role of
regulating the fluids in the body I don't want to just say water because
it's other fluids in the body beside water and it's something that is missing
out of a lot of people's diet and the cause of constipation and what of
attention in a lot of frustrating things that people are going through
while in a weight loss journey because simply when you're going through water
retention in the body you don't know actually how much your
weight so you don't know if you're losing or your way because of the simple
fact that you are holding on to a lot of water because of the simple fact that
you need to incorporate potassium in your diet so look into a potassium
supplement I don't really have one to recommend you I do use no salt which can
be found in the seasoning salt aisle of the grocery store you can get that and
use that 1/4 of a teaspoon in that's potassium and you cannot level out your
water retention excusing a couple of days - maybe just a day you can
eliminate water retention without having to take a water pill or diuretic because
those things are not healthy so with all that being said please subscribe to the
channel like and share this video and make it a favor and I'll see you guys in
the next video bye for now

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres All-Inclusive Dining - Restaurants, Buffet, 24 Hour Room Service, Poolside - Duration: 11:20.
What are we looking for right now, Donna? Lunch!
And I think a restaurant that's called, "Tastes".
And that's a buffet.
This is "Spaces".
And over here is the one they call, "Tastes".
We're gonna see what they have for breakfast.
Pancakes, chocolate pancakes,

lots of juices, lots of fresh fruit.
beef fajitas, chicken fajitas,
plantain,
mashed potatoes, some beef,
and some yogurt and cereals, toppings, more fruit.
jello, nonfat milk, soy milk, beet root shake,
lots of different drinks.
I like the way they carved the watermelon!
Turkey, tuna
There's so much to choose from!
Lots of good pastries and bread over here,
several different kinds of cereals, even what looks like Froot Loops.
And toppings.
Egg white scrambles, scrambled eggs, fried eggs,
all kinds of eggs. And they'll make you an omelet back there.
That's sausage and bacon,

A station where you can make quesadillas,
frijoles or refritos, tacos al pastor, chips,
and salsa.
Pizzas over here. Seafood.
Tomato and Basil Bruschetta. Ham and cheese Bruschetta.
Pesto sauce. Bolognese sauce. Salsa Alfredo.
There's all kinds of stuff here.
Ravioli.
Lots of fruit over here. And cheese.
I am so hungry.
And then we get into some desserts. And that looks really good too.
Kinds makes you want to skip the main course and go right to dessert.
Over here is where they have their bread servings.
Meatballs and sausage. Hamburgers.
Chicken thighs.
And barbecue pork ribs.
Just a ton of stuff here.
And roast beef,
cold turkey breast, fish carpaccio, white asparagus with vinaigrette.
And pasta salads over here.
Over there, you can get onion rings and
french fries, and grouper, tilapia,
mussels, so there's some seafood there.
So I'm gonna stop filming and go eat something.
They've got sushi,
rice,
spring rolls,
Stir fry, tomato and basil.
Of course, the great ice cream, desserts,
white chocolate and a regular chocolate fountain.
A lot of desserts over here.
Salsa barbecue, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob,
ribeye steak.
You can still get hamburgers, hotdogs, and french fries.
Smoked salmon, baked potato,
grilled potatoes, mashed potatoes.
red snapper,
lobster.
He's carving meat there. Right off the leg!
That's pretty! The fruit looks really good.
They've carved the watermelon.
A couple of them.
Mantequilla,
Raviolis.
Forchetta,
tuna,
Asopao De Langosta,
Lots of pizzas.
That looks like a chocolate reindeer.
And they have black beans,
Chicken Flautas, beef meatballs, queso.
So Donna came back with a big smile on her face! What did you get?
Raspberry swirl, chocolate,
I'm not sure,
coconut, I'm not sure.
And flakes of coconut on top. And that's gelato? That's ice cream.
Even the ones you don't know what they are, they look good!
What kind was that?
This is coconut. This is amazing!
I'm gonna have to get some of that.
Oh, that's really good too!
This is the raspberry.
Ooooo! I've never had that - that's coffee!
There's coffee in that one.
There's eight different kinds of ice cream, and we both decided that we have to try them all!
We still have to fit into our swimsuits though, so we're gonna have to do some walking.
Tastes turned out to be a very good buffet. Lots of variety, plenty of seating,
and the food was really good.
There's the Italian restaurant, "Roma".
You can order off the menu, or they have a buffet also. You can have both.
There's a lot over here on the buffet.
There's soup.
And pizza.
They have pepperoni pizza, Pizza Marguerita, and ham and cheese pizza.
Bruschetta with tuna.
Mussels, pasta with pesto sauce,
fish fingers. And some breads here.
Lasagna bolognese.
Lots of good stuff over here.
Salads over here.
What did you get, Donna?
Pasta, pepperoni pizza, and some bread.
I got some pizza with ham and cheese on it, and a couple types of bread.
I got a lasagna with portobello mushrooms, and a few other things, with a sauce on it.
Donna, you got what? Filet of cod. With roasted potatoes.
Looks good, so we're gonna try it out.
Mine was very good. It has a good flavor to it. So I'd recommend that.
Donna's still trying out her fish.
Just above the quiet pool area on the second floor is the Zarape restaurant,
the Mexican restaurant. And you just need to make
note of the actual times that they're open. That one's like 6:30 to 9:30, and
it's closed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
All the restaurants here are very nicely
decorated. It's very clean, it's very good looking, it's very nice.
This looks very nice. Part of it is a
buffet. And you can also order from a menu.
There's the buffet.
Just to the left
of Zarape, is the Japan restaurant, Japanese food.
And it's open Sunday,
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30 to 9:30. So, open three hours.
And then to
the left of the Japan restaurant is Krystal. It's a Fusion restaurant. Tapas.
Right now, it's open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 6:30 to 9:30.
"Krystal" is a gourmet restaurant. They've got beef tenderloin, Tapas to Share, scallops.
We're eating at the "SteakHouse" tonight. It's located down in the end where "Tastes"
is the buffet during the day. But on certain nights of the week, it
transforms into the "SteakHouse". At least this time of year, it's not every night.
It may be every night during the busy season, or other times of the year. But it's
Friday night, and it's "SteakHouse" night!
And the menu includes appetizers like Caesar salad
with grilled chicken parmesan cheese, seafood trio to share.
From the grill, where they're cooking it over there, you can get grilled salmon
fillet, Caribbean lobster with citrus butter,
New York Steak Certified Angus, Angus beef burger, grilled beef fillet,
and shrimp and cajun chicken skewers, with mushrooms sauteed in beer.
A big giant steak knife. Aahhhh!
Yeah, you're ready!
Those are really big plates, Donna.
They hide your whole head! Maybe that means we'll get a really big steak, right!
I got a 12-ounce steak, medium well, that was really good. It comes with vegetables and fries.
Donna got a filet mignon. Yeah, it's really good.
And we've got great music here to serenade us.
They came to our table and
asked if we wanted happy or romantic music, and we asked for romantic.
How's the bread?
It's really good, it's like a honey wheat.
With like oatmeal on top.
I really like it too.
I'd give him the "SteakHouse" an A+, and we haven't even had the dessert yet!
There's our desert plate.
And I guess that's what we ate tonight.
In the lobby area, at the opposite end of it from the check-in desk, is Lounge 24. Lounge 24 is
open 24 hours a day. There's a lot of seating.
TVs. There's computers and a printer.
There's fruit and there's meats, and
cheeses. Bread, muffins.
Some pico de gallo.
Garnishes, guacamole.
And over here, you can make tamales.
That is this? This is hamburgers.
And hot dogs.
So you can come in here any time of the day and relax, and get on the computer, or eat.
There's alcohol. You can get water, juices, and soft drinks.
There's even a machine to make coffee.
It's all kinds of stuff that you can just serve
yourself and get whenever you want to, 24 hours a day. Pretty cool.
You can get room
service 24 hours a day. You can get breakfast, snacks, salads, desserts.
If you want breakfast, you can use a cardboard sign and place it outside your door
before midnight.
And of course room service is included -it's free.
There's "Pepe's Food". And that's by this Tequila Bar pool.
At "Pepe's Food", you can get a
salad, with some toppings for it.
And they also
have hot dogs, and grilled steak, and chicken legs. Barbecued ribs.
Grilled chicken.
And looks like they're cooking some hamburgers back there.
There's some buns and some hot dog buns. You can get some quick food
here out at "Pepe's Food".
Great food! Welcome to Mexico! Thank you! Buenos dias!
But it's been great here. The food, and the service, and the rooms, and
the resort and everything! Okay, bye! And the kisses are good!

#1 Best Reason why I like Macro Photography. 100mm 2.8L Macro Lens - Duration: 3:31.
And here is my #1 best reason why I like macro photography.
This....
That's right, a plain old backyard.
Doesn't look too picture worthy does it?
Certainly not for traveling landscape photographers.
But that's where you are wrong.
You could say my grass needs to be mowed.
I say this is a macro photography playground.
With macro photography, you don't have to travel far to capture fun photos.
You can be anywhere.
You can literally take photos of grass and get something interesting to use as a wallpaper
for your device.
Like this.
Just look at that bokeh!
Not interested in taking photos of grass?
No problemo.
There are many other small objects you can practice with.
Like these.
Let's just line up this tiger like so.
Use some flip flops to prop up the camera and......
Amazing wildlife photography without leaving your backyard.
Let's try the truck.
Set the truck on a piece of stone.
Lay the camera on the ground to get your composition and let's see how it looks.
Now that's a fun photo to hang up in the garage.
So what gear am I using for these photos?
Well, my favorite lens is the Canon 100mm 2.8L macro lens.
But you don't have to get an expensive lens to have fun with macro.
For under $100, you could get a macro lens for your phone.
The one I have is called the OlloClip but there are other brands.
This specific one has 3 macro lenses on it.
Each lens has a different magnification.
One lense screws off to show the 3rd lens underneath.
Pick the lens you want and slide it on your phone.
Now let's take a photo of the truck again.
You do have to have some steady hands for this but....
Those photos turned out great!
Fun & creative photos that you can capture anywhere.
Even in a backyard like this.
That... is my #1 best reason why I like macro photography.
I created this channel to share the fun of macro photography with you.
Giving you the opportunity to vote for your favorite photo on each video.
Like this one right here.
And with that, I will leave you with a few clips of past videos.
Enjoy!

Tracking HABITS and GOALS in 2019 using a BULLET JOURNAL | Plan With Me - Duration: 13:41.
hi guys I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year today I'm
doing something a little bit different but something that I'm hoping to
implement it's a regular thing on our Channel and that is showing you my
journal this year I opted to do a bullet journal style and so I'm going to show
you how I set it up for 2019 the first thing I like to do whenever I'm
journaling is just to set up a little meditative space so today I'm just
setting this up with a slab of oak a candle and some of my crystals
tisn't crystals vibrate at different frequencies so I like to have an
assortment citrine is great for happiness and abundance it's great for
manifestation clear quartz raises energy levels amethyst helps to bring in
positive energy a venturi it's great for prosperity and wealth and rose quartz
really helps to raise your self-esteem and confidence always great when you
they're focusing on your goals and aspirations for the new year so now I'm
just gonna show you my journal this notebook I just got off of Amazon it is
an essentials dot-matrix notebook I will leave a link it to this notebook down in
the description box below it is just a simple notebook with dotted pages I am
using this to set up my 2019 goal journal I also just have some writing
implements I have a few markers from my kids coloring boxes - black pens and I
just used a very simple mechanical pencil to draw out my rough guidelines
so that I didn't mess up so I actually planned ahead for my planner I kind of
jotted out different spreads that I wanted to use of different ideas that I
had and I've already gone ahead and traced some of those into this notebook
I also have this piece where I was tracking down some habits that I wanted
to track this year as well as some pages that I wanted to include and some quotes
I wanted to use so onto the journal this is just a simple black notebook I do
plan on recovering this just you know to make it a little more individualized so
if you want to see how I am going to recover this I don't hit that subscribe
button because they will be doing that in an upcoming video so in the back of
this notebook there is a little folder and I've just kept some cue cards these
are just notes of things that I want to track in the future spreads but I don't
have a room for at the moment they're just habits that I want to establish
over the coming year and that's what this whole journal is about is about
goals and habit tracking and making 2018 the best year it could possibly be
this is just a little doodle it says Amy's books of hopes and dreams and
wonderful things I just did some little doodles I'm not quite set on this design
yet so I'm not going to ink it yet I'll meditate on this for a little bit and
see if it's what I want and now on to the year at a glance for 2019 I don't
really use a full calendar but I like being able to see you know what is
coming up really quickly so I didn't want to be able to write
much information on this page I'll show you at the end but I just go through at
the end it'll circle some important dates and that's really all I use this
spread for
and then I'm just gonna erase all the pencil marks and unfortunately I did
crease my paper but that's okay this
last thing I'm gonna do is just go over and try and make these letters a little
more bold I guess that's the bonus of using a quality pen versus just a cheap
one that I got at Walmart isn't literally just a normal bic pen but I
wasn't prepared to go up and buy anything fancy so this next fred is my
goals for 2019 I just put a little quote says the future is yours dream big I
have divided this page into a bunch of different sections and after this video
I'm actually going to fill it in with some of my goals I also left some space
for the goals to grow and change as the year progresses I know that the my goals
at the beginning of the year sometimes don't line up with the middle of the
year or the end of the year so I wanted to have space to be able to adjust those
goals I am making just a few goals in a bunch of different categories a lot of
them overlap and then work together in the end but I have broken them down into
the different categories I have YouTube travel home my website body social media
mind soul and motherhood
this next page is my period and mood tracker I also put a moon phases
calendar in the middle and I put a quote just like the moon I go through phases
our monthly cycles can really sway depending on the moon and so can I
remove so I thought laying this out would really let me see how the moon and
how my hormonal cycles affected my mood and I think this is going to be a great
spread I'm sorry for the shaky camera I was testing out a new setup and I'll see
if I can find something better in the future
I also had a toddler running around who you know shakes the camera a little bit
as the year goes on I am just going to put little circles to fill in this
yearly tracker I have a key for both my menstrual cycle and my mood tracker at
different colors from my moods and just different amounts of red for my period
tracker I love how this spread turned out
and I'm going to go on to my January month page which I totally screwed up I
had to order whiteout and come back and fix it I pulled up a calendar and then I
realized I was looking at a 2018 calendar not the 2019 calendar so I just
yeah screwed it up we'll come back later I did put a little quote on this page I
put live your truth and that is my theme for January and I made this little Dutch
door that folds it has the quote from dr. Seuss you're off to great places
today is your day your mountain is waiting so get on your way
and then that will fold under and I'll be able to see my monthly to-do list
which is actually on the next page but will be visible from my calendar as well
as from this page and this page I am just dedicating to goals that are
specific for January
I also made myself a reminder for what makes a smart goal
you want your goals to be specific relevant attainable measurable and
timely so I just made that little note on this page and I'm going to make many
goals for three different categories just one big goal free to these
categories and make sure they are smart goals I also want to remember my why so
now on to my weekly spreads I wanted to track it based on the week I don't want
to do daily spreads this is too much work I don't want to commit to that so I
am labeling each page one through 52 into the week of the year and I have
decided on some habits that I want to track I broke them down into category
I've got mind-body home and work so this journal is mostly about career goals but
I am a firm believer that you need to have everything in line for things to
work out so if my body and my mind and my home are not in a state that I am
proud of then my work is going to suffer one work goal that I have is that I want
to do a Power Hour every single day whether it's blogging or creating for
YouTube or even just doing social media promotions but I feel like I can't sit
down and do that if I have a dirty home or if my mind is cluttered so I like to
take care of my mind my body and my house so that I can sit down and get my
work done I set up these pages for the first four weeks of the year it takes
you know at least 30 days to establish a habit and make it stick so a lot of the
habits on the first two weeks are ones that I've already been working on over
the past month or so in December and I just wanted to carry them into the new
year make the beginning of the are almost easy to get me off on the
right foot and then as the year progresses
I will change out habits every once in a while when I feel like I have actually
gotten the hang of it and I feel like it is a habit versus just something I am
struggling to do every day I don't know if I'm going to keep this layout I find
it a little bulky looking back on it but it's gonna work for the beginning of the
month and then maybe I'll change it up in February if you guys would like to
see a plan with me for the beginning of every month I'm gonna leave a pull up in
the upper right hand corner please answer that and let me know if you would
like to see me plan out my months this next page is my monthly review so I am
just going to mark down some of the goals that I reached thoughts how can I
improve and then just a little quote of never stop growing and some flower
doodles I don't think you can ever truly fail unless you give up so if you never
stop growing you never stop reaching for your goals you'll get there
and then the last page for this month is just a brain dump where I can just
literally scribble down any thoughts and I put different categories in the
corners just to be able to organize those thoughts slightly
and then after I finished recording I took the time to color, add a little bit
of pizzazz to these different pages and I really like how it turned out
so this is how I have started my bullet journal for 2019 I may not keep this
same spread style throughout the year but we'll just see how this one works
and you can always change it that's the wonder of a bullet journal is that you
can change it as you need to I hope you guys have a fantastic day
and we'll see you later bye

Liverpool news: Virgil van Dijk reveals the ONE thing he can improve - Duration: 3:19.
Van Dijk has been a revelation since joining Liverpool from Southampton for £75million last January
The Dutch defender has shone in the Liverpool back line and has helped Jurgen Klopp's side to an unbeaten Premier League season to date
That's largely down to conceding just seven goals with Van Dijk having started each of Liverpool's 19 games so far
But while he's been a rock at the back, Van Dijk doesn't net as many at the other end as you may expect for someone standing at 6ft 3in
**PREDICT FIVE RESULTS AND WIN £25,000 - FREE TO PLAY HERE** He bagged his first Premier League goal against Wolves recently and has now revealed that scoring is the main area he wants to improve on
"I was very happy to get my second goal for the club at Wolves last week, but scoring more is something I can definitely get better at," Van Dijk told Liverpool's official website
"It's not in my head, though; it's not like I am thinking 'I need to score more goals!' all the time
"I know I can improve, improve on certain things, and definitely in attacking, scoring from set-pieces, or be more dangerous
"At the end of the day, my main job in my position is to try to not concede goals – and that's been going pretty well! "Obviously when we have the chance to score from a set-piece I need to do better
"I know that and I will definitely keep working on it. It's the only way to do it
"I have had certain chances that normally should have been a goal, but I was really pleased to get that one at Wolves
" Van Dijk's Liverpool team-mate Andy Robertson agrees that the centre-back should be finding the net on a more regular occurrence
"I'm sure he will be disappointed he has not scored more goals but it was a clean sheet and his first Premier League goal - pretty much a perfect day for him," Robertson said after the recent Wolves win
"He's been brilliant [since joining Liverpool]. I've had the pleasure of working alongside him for the majority of time on the left-hand side of the defence
"He's just a great lad to have next to you - I'm not sure he will say the same about me! "I think we have had a good relationship, we work together
The whole back four does, whoever plays, his impact on the club has been good."

Iggy Azalea Begs For Help After Backup Dancer Suffers Seizure In Concert — Watch Scary Video - Daily - Duration: 3:19.
A backup dancer had a seizure in the middle of Iggy Azalea's concert in Brazil, but some fans are blasting the 'Kream' rapper for how she went about the emergency — read her defense, and find out if her dancer is okay!
An emergency just happened on stage at Iggy Azalea's concert in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Dec. 27! In the middle of the 28-year-old rapper's performance of "Black Widow," a backup dancer was having a seizure behind Iggy — watch the scary moment below. After turning around to see her dancer on the floor, Iggy broke off in the middle of a verse to announce, "Someone get a medic up here." However, she carried on with a few more verses, albeit with an apparent look of distress on her face. Other backup dancers broke off from their routine to crouch by the woman, who continued shaking on the ground, and Iggy shortly stopped her performance afterwards.
Iggy didn't leave us in the dark, giving an update on the dancer's health on her Instagram Story afterwards. "Hey guys, Just wanted to let everyone asking know my dancer is OKAY! The light and heat caused her to have a seizure," Iggy wrote. "She is backstage feeling much better." Still, Iggy's on stage protocol upset many fans.
"Sooooo….. she couldn't stop the performance? 🤨" one Instagram user asked under The Shade Room's post of the incident. Another critic commented, "So if that was her up there having a seizure would she expect her dancer to keep dancing. Smh." But Iggy defended herself against the backlash, insisting what she did was professional. The "Kream" rapper also claimed that she mistook the emergency for a minor injury!

"I thought she had just fallen/twisted her ankle," Iggy wrote on her Instagram Story, but continued, "And it may sound harsh but; you keep singing until the music stops & ask for a medic which is what I did." She then added that her crew is "all really shaken up by what happened & just thankful she is okay."
But Iggy had one request for fans. "I know it's easy to make memes of someone 'passed out' but someone having a seizure isn't funny, it's really scary!" she added. "So I hope my fans do not repost some of the memes I'm seeing about my dancer."

LeBron James Injury Update: Can Lakers Win Without Their Star? | Heavy.com - Duration: 5:40.
