Welcome back to AppleFrendly.
This is video #32 and today I'm going to show you how to play YouTube video in background
using Opera browser.
This is very helpful in multitasking while listening to your favorite music
or any of your favourite YouTube videos.
This trick was suggested by one my subscriber and I'm thankful to him for this.
I've made a video on playing YouTube video in background earlier as well
and that too works with your iPhone screen off

So, with that being said, let's get started!
So firstly, go to your App Store and download this free app.
The name of the app is 'Opera Mini web browser'
Just type in 'Opera Mini' in your App Store search field and you should easily find this app.
And to make it more easier, I have given the app download link in the description.
You can click on it to download this app directly.
Since I have already downloaded this app,
I'll just open it.
And now, let's head over to 'youtube.com'
And, there we go.
Now, let me go to my channel to play any random video.
You can search for your favorite music video or any other the video that you want to play in background.
So, let me just type in 'applefrendly' here.
And now, let me tap my channel.
So now, let me select this video 'Make ringtone using iTunes' and tap it to start playing.
As soon as you tap it, it starts playing in the full screen mode.
Now here, the tricky part starts.
Without minimizing the video, you should press the Home Button.
That means press the Home Button when video is playing in the full screen mode.
So, let me press the Home Button here.
And now, as we are on the Home Screen, you have to swipe the Control Center up.
Swipe right.
And tap this 'Play' button here.
And as you can see, the video starts playing.
And now, swipe the Control Center down and continue with your work.
You can chat, play game, write notes, surf internet and do anything that you want to do
while listening to your YouTube video in the background.
Your YouTube video will keep playing in the background until you stop it.
It's very very cool and helps a lot in multitasking.
And, If you want me to show you an example,
if I start creating my note,
and now if I swipe the Control Center up,
as you can see, YouTube video is still playing in the background.
So, you can do your task and listen to your favorite YouTube video in the background simultaneously.
And when you want to pause the video, just swipe the Control Center up
and tap this pause button.
You can control your background YouTube video using this Control Center.
And one more thing.
When you pause the video, the scrubber will appear.
Just hold it and use it to scroll through the video.
Pretty handy.
And now, if you're wondering whether this trick works with your iPhone screen off?
Well, the answer is 'Yes'
Let me show you how.
So, let me press the Power Button to lock the screen.
And let me press it again to wake the screen up.
And as you can see, the background YouTube video is still playing.
And all the controls work flawlessly.
Just awesome!

Now, let's get into the bottom line today. I lose 50kg from 100kg, so what diet I did.
I think a lot of people are curious about.
Oh, I hope it isn't my only thought.
It seems that the content related to this will be released for a while. Content related to the diet, and exercise.
And what kind of mentality has I been able to maintain my exercise and diet consistently. And tips to help you.
And the words I wanna give to you. I'm going to make content based on such things.
So today is the first time, how I did exercise at the time of extremely obese,
(How) was able to lose 50kg from extremely obese. The first time,
I got a diet. Diet. If a losing-weight is 10, you usually say 8 is a diet and 2 is a exercise.
I think 8 is diet, 2 is exercise, and 10 is mental.
First of all, I will let you share information about the diet, which is 8 of them today.
First of all, before I talk about the diet, you have to remind this!
it's, 'I want to lose weight at once. I'm in a hurry. I wanna get it now." The point is to abandon this idea!
Of course, you may see the effect in the short term, but I'm going to let you know how to diet that can last a long time.
If you are curious about what a healthy and happy diet is, put a lil impatience down and hope you will join my video til the end.
Now, I would like to introduce a diet that I lost 24 kg in 100 days of extremely obese.
First, I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at home as korean-meal (your own country-homemeal).
Second, the rice was reduced half from originally eaten.
Third, I use the vegetable, to make me feel full and eat the dietary fiber.
Fourth, the side dishes were not salty, tried to reduce the salt,
I tried to reduce the salty side dish. I didn't cut it from the beginning!
Fifth, I had one protein dish for every meal.
And sixth, the snack was as lil as possible. I knew then that I can't stop once I ate it.
So, I tried to reduce snacks, and even though I ate it, I ate some bell tomatoes, americano, and cafe latte.
The seventh .. is done!
Yes, I told you how I lost weight and how I ate my diet at that time.
Now, what is the most important x2 here? First, eat moderately.
Second, even if you eat it, don't feel depressed with guilt.
Third, hurting is your biggest enemy!
So it is really important to organize a diet that can be done with you for a long time together.
Now, let me tell you the detaill bout the diet when I was in extremely obese.
First, extremely obese, you're probably has big stomach.
I used to do that a long time ago. When I was 100kg, I usually had 2 chickens.
Appetite was on top. Even if I was full, I ate it until my stomach tears.
Is there something like that? If you get into a sweet-salty-spicy loop, that colabo is fantastic.
my appetite is ring again, anyway!
If you fall into that loop, you will continue to eat even if you full. So overeating.
I remember that my stomach increased so I ate more than adult men.
So I have a big stomachs, and guess I eat suddenly only salads, sweet potatoes, and chicken breast? for diet?
No, I didn't. there's so many favorite foods, and if I quit it all at once I knew I certainly couldn't have a diet.
I didn't want to lose 50kg at the beginning, I just like to live only in good health, I don't want to die,
I wonder if I should wear the pretty clothes that I want at least once in my 20s?
That's why I started my exercise and diet.
So I thought I wanted to do a diet that I could do for a long time, rather than just wanting to get results quickly.
So, for the first time, I ate breakfast at lunch and dinner at home. I ate a Korean meal.
Second, rice is half. I ate brown rice.
Because, GI index, I didn't know this at the time, but brown rice has low GI index.
So it slowly raises the glucose, That's why it's such a long-lasting satiety carbohydrate. Good carbohydrate.
Because of this, I reduced to half of rice I originally eaten, to brown rice.
And the third, the third, really, this is honey-tip. It is a vegetable use.
Ssam(korean wrapped veggies) veggies are real good fullness cheats.
I ate half of the original and ate a little less of the side dishes, and I was not satisfied with the fullness.
But when I started to eat ssam vegetable, I felt the feeling of full in my mouth was so good,
Oh, my appetite ringing again?
And the feeling of fullness due to ssam goes really long.
The SSAM! Because it's vegetable, has lots of dietary fiber.
You, suddenly reducing the amount of food makes one of the most annoying diets, constipation.
it will gone. I can't conclude that it will gone, but because it is rich in dietary fiber, which makes digestion a little easier. There is such an advantage.
For those who say 'it is too hard to eat vegetables', I really recommend x2 ssam vegetables.
Lettuce and these things have incense and texture that aren't hard to eat.
If you good on it, you can try using sesame leaves, and you can even try to chew the bok choy.

In this way, I reduced the percentage of salty food.
I tried to reduce the side dish amap, and if you don't seasoned on veggies, it can really be a good side dish.
stired mushrooms, stired pumpkin, stired vegetables, I think I ate a lot as a side dish.

if you eat a lot of chicken or pizza or something like that? Then your aspirations for snacks are a little reduced.
I don't know why, but if I eat a lot of things, I have no desire for sweets.
Once upon a time I liked chicken and pizza and these things, but I didn't like breads.
So when I was extreme obese, I didn't have to eat snacks.
And even if I ate snacks, I ate tomatoes, I even don't know the soy milk at that time.

HOW TO MAKE A CUBAN SANDWICH - With Homemade Cuban Bread - Duration: 3:22.
Hi welcome to Steve's Kitchen we're
going to construct that cuban sandwich
now. Got that beautiful fresh Cuban bread
that I made in the previous video if you haven't
seen that click this link now and
go back and see it if you want to
otherwise stick with me we'll put the Cuban
sandwich together right this minute.
So I've got that beautiful homemade Cuban
bread here which is almost a sin to
toast it so fresh and I'm just going to
cut that open. The other ingredients I'm
going to be using I've got some
wonderful cold roasted pork I've got a delicious off the bone ham here as
well and I've got some fantastic Swiss
cheese.So first of all I'm just going to
butter both sides of my bread, then I'm
putting on some beautiful hot mustard
put it on, I like it pretty strong so I'm
putting quite a bit of mustard on mine.
So on top of the mustard I'm going to
lay that ham but I put it pretty thick
because this sandwich is for me and then
on the ham I'm going to be popping my
favourite dill pickles. Now if you don't
like pickles you can leave them out but
I love them so I'm popping them in there.
Then I'm going to cover that over with
our roast pork, cold roasted pork and at
this point I'm going to add a little
seasoning. A little bit of salt, little
bit of black pepper and over the top of
that I'm going to put a lovely slice or
two of a Swiss cheese and then the
lid goes on. Then I'm going to pop that
down on the panini press, lower down the
lid and we're going to let that cook and
that will probably take about five
minutes to toast through beautifully. Now
if you haven't got a panini press put
your sandwich into a solid based frying
pan like this one and then pop another
frying pan on top and just press down
while that toasts off and after a minute
or so you can just lift that off, flip
the sandwich over and do the other side.
Okay let's take this beauty out of here
now,
it's piping hot will you look at that
I'm going to cut this one through okay
let's cut this through now and take a
look at that sandwich and there you have
it guys, there is my delicious Cuban
sandwich. So there is my Cuban sandwich
with fresh Cuban bread which I just
baked in the last video if you want to
go back and look at that please do. Let's
give this a try that Cuban sandwich is
just delicious
the Cuban bread I think is what makes it
so good. The lard in there gives it such a
