The Videotape of an Interview with an Alien inside Area 51 - Duration: 3:51.Welcome to the Mundo Misterioso channel, I am Tom and today you will learn about a
videotape that was allegedly smuggled from within Area 51, where an
interview with an alleged alien is shown, watch now, in Casos Misteriosos.
In July of 1996, Tom Coleman, the then president of a television production company,
received a call from a mysterious man who only identified himself as Victor and who
would be offering a tape, which he said would have been smuggled from within the famous
American military base, known as Area 51.
Victor would have obtained a copy of the tape during a procedure in which analog military
video files were being converted to the digital format.
And the content of the tape, was this video you're watching, a supposed interview
with an alien being, that would have been recorded right there in Area 51 ...
According to Victor, the audio of the video was removed for security reasons and illumination
was weak, because apparently the being was sensitive to the light of conventional lamps ...
When the television producer agreed to pay for Victor's tape, he also agreed
to give an interview, and so he ended up giving some details about the extraterrestrial
and the interrogations that were made with him.
Victor said that the contact with the being was done through a human telepath, which served
as a channel of communication between scientists and the alien.
These interrogations took place at least twice a month and they held sessions
of three to five hours ...
The alien would have given information about the technology of their space crafts,
and according to Victor, scientists were frustrated that they felt that the extraterrestrial
omitted the most important information, but in his personal opinion, the problem was
that much information was lost during the process of communication with the telepath,
because some information are too complex to be understood by the
human mind.
But even so, the scientists insisted on getting the information, and these interrogations
were eroding the health of the extraterrestrial more and more ... At the end of the video,
what we see is the being feeling sick... You can see in his expressions that he was not
comfortable, until the doctors appeared to examine him.
Also according to Victor, he would have had contact with this being personally, but he was not
there the day this interrogation was recorded, he said that it breaks his heart
to see him being badly like that ...
He also said that the alien had been in Area 51 since 1989 but did not
know exactly where it came from ... One speculation made by ufologists is that this could be
one of two beings that were supposedly captured in the year 1989, when an African jet
shot an alleged UFO in the Kalahari desert in Africa ... On this day, one of the
two beings would have been taken to Area 51 and the date of this incident coincides
with the arrival of the alien at the base ... So, it is possible that this being in the video,
is the same captured in Africa.
When asked if the being shown on the video had died, Victor said he did not know, but
he said that these beings do not care about death, perhaps because they know what
comes after it.
So this is a case that divides opinions to this day, there are those who believe that everything
was a hoax, performed with some kind of puppet and also some believe this tape is a
legitimate evidence of extraterrestrial life under military control here on our planet.
So leave your comments on the case, subscribe to the channel and

Stay well and until the next mystery.

Best and Worst Drugstore Foundations | Roxette Arisa Drugstore Series - Duration: 13:17.hi guys today I'm SuperDuper excited
because I've been wanting to do this
city forever
best and worst drugstore foundations I
have a lot to talk about because I you
guys know this I love trying new
foundations so I'm always you know over
at Target over at CVS trying to look at
new foundations at the drugstore and I
feel like I've really narrowed it down
and found the best foundations that I've
ever tried at the drugstore but also
some really bad ones unfortunately but I
thought I would just tell you guys I've
really been wanting to do this video for
a long time so I'm super excited and
let's just go ahead and get started I
don't know what I should start off with
this or worse that's worse that's worth
I'm super excited as you can tell very
hyper today which I don't know why
because I haven't even had that much
sugar so I'm gonna start off with this
guy be it Maybelline fit me matte and
poreless foundation this foundation if
you watch my videos you probably already
know because I've talked about it a
million on one times I always revise but
it is the best foundation I've ever used
from the drugstore but also like in
content in contending in contingents in
running for all-time favorite foundation
I just love the coverage I think it's
very buildable it blends out easily it
has a beautiful color match for me I
wear the shade 230 natural buff this is
my tan shade and then when I'm at my
fairest and I'll usually use 228 so
that's kind of like my shade range if
you're a similar shade to me if you have
a similar skin tone and that's probably
going to be a good match for you but I
really like the actual match to my skin
I feel like it matches me really well
and looks very natural it has like
almost on all of the undertone which you
really don't find very often at the
drugstore so I really appreciate that
and it has the most amazing staying
power I don't know what they put in it
it's like iron or concrete or something
because it will literally stay on my
face all day all night I can wake up the
next morning which I do way too often
but I can literally wake up the next
morning and it will still be on like
pretty good pretty darn good so yeah I
love this foundation so much as you can
tell also I want to mention it doesn't
have flash back and the thing about this
foundation I know it's called the matte
and poreless and they do have like a
dewy skin one this is one that I always
reach for and the one
find works best for me I have oily skin
by the way but I don't find that this is
like super matte you know I mean it does
definitely smooth over my skin I will
say that but I don't think that it's
like dry and like has that tendency to
tendency to get cakey like a lot of
matte foundation so I think they did
such a good job
creating this foundation and that is why
I love it by number one 1.1 hundo peas
um yeah I love it so we're off to a bang
right now I think I'll just go ahead and
continue on with drugstore saves or like
the best of the drugstore foundation so
the next one is L'Oreal True Match Lumi
now this foundation is bomb.com if again
if you watched my videos a lot you'll
know that I do like a luminous finish
which is why are like a lot of people
are surprised that I love this
foundation so much but really I don't
feel like this is like dry or cakey or
anything like that I feel like it is
amazing but I'm sorry back to this guy
this is what I will reach for if I am
going for a very glowy very luminous
finish because it is exactly what it
says it does have that very healthy
luminous glow to it it doesn't make me
look greasy at all which is very
important especially because I do have
oily skin and especially down the t-zone
and I find that this doesn't you know
doesn't do that for me it doesn't make
me look sweaty or anything like that it
really does just give you like almost
like a lit from within kind of looks
cool it's lit no it really does have a
very you know flawless glowing finish I
will say that this foundation has a bit
more coverage than this one this one is
a little bit more sheer but if you have
dry skin this is going to be your best
friend I can tell you that right now
because it really does just like glide
on it stays on really nicely it doesn't
patch off anywhere it doesn't get cakey
anywhere it has that beautiful glowy
finish and this one does have sunscreen
it has SPF 20 so it is pretty good for
the summer time although I do find that
this one does get a little bit flash
back II just because it does have that
sunscreen I don't think this one has
sunscreen in it which I mean is good for
me because I wear this every single
in my life so and I wear I wear
sunscreen underneath my foundations
anyways but if you're the type of person
that likes to have a sunscreen inside of
a foundation and you like a glowy finish
and this will definitely be your guy and
overall I just think it has good
coverage I feel like I already said that
but I'm getting excited y'all last
foundation really going back and forth
with my matte and glowy matte and glowy
natural finish radiant finish what do I
want
I don't know it changes up for me every
single day to be honest but this
foundation I have to talk about this is
the L'Oreal infallible Pro matte now
they do have like a couple other types
of foundations from the infallible line
now but this is by far my favorite and
the one that I reach for the most so
this one obviously has a matte finish
this one is definitely true this one is
definitely much more mattes than the
Maybelline fit me in my opinion so if
you want to go from like glowy to Matt
this is like DM this is the kind of like
you know do you know what I'm trying to
say this is the order glowy
natural matte so this one it says that
it has a demi matte finish I think it
has a very matte finish when I wear it
at least and the thing that I love about
this guy is actually the power of it as
well the staying power should say
because this one on it it says that it's
going to stay on 24 hours I actually do
believe that I've never really tried it
with this foundation I don't think but I
do think that it really does stay on a
long time and this one it does have I
would say it has full coverage in my
opinion and it is very lightweight on
the skin so it doesn't feel like it's
very matte and dry and cakey and like a
lot of matte foundations tend to get so
if you're looking for a matte foundation
by far this is one hundo the one that I
would recommend to you from the
drugstore and another thing that I like
to do with this because it does have the
best staying power I like to actually
kind of like mix this with another
foundation so a lot of times I'll mix
these two guys or sometimes I'll even
mix this with like a higher-end
foundation like Giorgio Armani luminous
silk and I just creates such a beautiful
little foundation cocktail for me
because it then has the state
power it has the mattifying effect it
has that lightweight finish but I'm
still getting like a healthy luminous
glow from the other foundation so that
is my top three best foundations from
the dresser
now I do have to talk about a couple
that done dimma dirty okay so the first
foundation that I find just like really
really really really didn't work for me
and I hate to say this because like I
honestly do love this brand but this
foundation was it's like a no-go for me
so this is the NYX HD studio photogenic
foundation now this foundation I don't
know if they even have it anymore
because they've come out with
foundations since I've tried this one
that are a lot better so they have
definitely improved you know what
they've been doing with their
foundations but this one for sure
was not good for me so the thing that I
really didn't like about it oh my god I
haven't even been swatching these but I
don't know two foundations require
swatches I'm not sure but all starts
watching from here on out so this one is
the thing that I didn't like about it is
that when I blend it out first of all it
has like a creamy consistency but it
does feel safe for some reason for me at
least and I don't know why that was but
when I blended it out it oxidized on me
really badly so you can see it actually
does like match my skin tone pretty well
here but as soon as I had it on for a
bit it just got OH
so not the right shade for me and then
it started to get really streaky like
after the fact like I had already
blended in
I had already set it with powder and it
started to get streaky on me so I'm not
really sure why that happened I was
pretty excited about this foundation to
be honest back when I first tried it so
I tried this a couple times just because
maybe I thought it was like user error
but really like genuinely every single
time I tried it it just like didn't work
out for me and I don't know I mean have
you guys tried this one I really do love
NYX so it's hard for me to say that I
hate a product from them but you know
full transparency this one didn't work
out for me but I'd be interested to know
if if it did work out for you guys or
you know what your thoughts are if
you've tried it
and that was like the biggest problem
that I had was that it really did have
like that streakiness and the oxidation
so I don't know I'm sorry next I love I
still love a lot of the NYX products
I've tried this is another brand I just
I you guys know me um if you watch my
videos like I actually don't do like the
negatives that much because I don't like
today you know I don't like to put that
much negative content out there but
sometimes it has to be said and
obviously these are only my opinions
like if something that I say doesn't
work for me works for you then like
power to you you know like you're doing
something right and just for some reason
it didn't work out for me but this
foundation again it's just like it
really really really did not work out
for me
and again another drugstore brand that I
really love and I love how affordable
this particular brand is so this is elf
else oil free SPF sunscreen 15 that's
not the name of the foundation for sure
but I don't actually know what the name
of this foundation is because on the
back it just says oil-free SPF 15
sunscreen but I believe it's just their
foundation I don't know we'll go with
that and so who let me gather my sauce
this one what I didn't like was first of
all the covers which is very personal I
like full coverage that's just my
preference so because this one had you
know a light to medium coverage right
away I knew that it like wasn't really
something that I would be wearing on an
everyday basis if you do like lighter
covers then you might like this
but even further than that I felt well
you know I picked up the wrong shade
that's totally my fault but I really
yeah I done goofed on that one but when
I was using this one I felt that as I
was blending it out and I was trying to
build up the coverage because it was so
light that's when it started to get
almost like patchy as I was blending you
know what I mean so like I would be
blending it out and you can see almost
like when I'm doing on my hand here it's
like you're not seeing the coverage but
then once I started layering it and
layering it and layering it it just got
worse and worse and worse it was almost
like the product was sticking to it
salt and not to my skin and not really
like laying flat if that makes sense
other than that like this one I did wear
for that day that I tried it on and I
did take some photos like in flash
photography I really didn't find that it
had like horrible flash back even though
it does have SPF 15 so my main problem
with this guy was the texture I guess
when I was blending it in because it was
not buildable and because it wasn't full
covers to begin with I had you know
trouble wearing it myself
but again these are all like just my
personal opinions and you know if I say
something that I didn't like that
doesn't mean that it's the worst thing
in the world obviously not that just
means that you know like I don't see
myself wearing it and I'm just putting
that out there putting out my you know
my honest feedback on these products so
I never want you guys to think that like
you know I'm just you know I don't know
being super negative or anything like
that because that's not really who I am
you guys I just noticed that my liar was
messed up this whole time I'm so sad
right now
oh that's life my friends sometimes a
whiner you test up and you have to do
what you got to do you know what I mean
but that is actually it for this video I
hope you guys enjoyed and I hope you
guys are looking forward to the little
drugstore series that I'm going to be
doing on my channel definitely let me
know down below if you love any of these
foundations if you hit any of these
foundations if um you know if you have
other foundations that you think are the
best or the worst alternatively and
comment down below because you know

spread the word about our favorite and
least favorite drugstore foundations so
yeah that's gonna be it from me remember
you orbital inside out I will list the

Lucie Fink Eats Pizza For 5 Whole Days! | Try Living With Lucie | Refinery29 - Duration: 11:12.I'm Lucie Fink and this week is
5 Days Of Eating Only Pizza.
Hey guys!
It's Lucie, your favorite pizza lover.
For anyone who follows me on social media,
you already know how deep my love for pizza runs.
I have pizza t-shirts, pizza stop motion videos.
I even made an entire YouTube video
about my pizza addiction.
So it's safe to say that I'm obsessed.
This week is about thinking outside of the box.
The first thing that we have to do is
define what is pizza?
It's not about bread and tomatoes and cheese.
But to me, it's more so the idea of pizza.
It's the crust on the bottom
with some sort of toppings on it.
It can be round.
It can be square.
It can be a triangle.
Earlier this morning I sat down with a nutritionist
named Keri Glassman and her excitement about
this experiment made me even more excited.
I'm not one of those nutritionists, by the way,
that never indulges and never enjoys
pizza and does not like food.
—Right. —I love food!
I love to eat. I love pizza.
I like to indulge from time to time.
We have to make sure you stay as healthy
as possible while still enjoying this super
fun, five day challenge.
And also don't get completely sick of pizza
so you never want to look at it again.
Eat responsibly.
Good job.
So today you're going and touring Manhattan.
I say today, enjoy.
Just drink a lot of water throughout this challenge.
That'll help, obviously keep you hydrated,
but it also will help you eat a little bit less pizza.
I started out day one of my pizza challenge
with a New York City pizza walking tour.
Starting early this morning in Lower Manhattan.
I'm on my way to Grotto Pizzeria to get
a bacon, egg, and cheese slice.
They don't sell individual slices
so I got an entire pie and after I ate one slice,
I saved the rest for later in the week.
Oh.
Ah!
Mmhm.
When I told my friends I was doing this experiment,
I got at least three people telling me that
I needed to go to Prince Street Pizza,
a little family-owned pizza joint in Soho.
Pizza tour!
Pizza tour!
Listen to me and listen closely.
If you are ever in New York,
go to Prince Street Pizza.
I just ordered a pepperoni square slice at
Prince Street Pizza.
I got my order number two.
It's so fitting because it's pizza number two.
Our beautiful baby.
It's so good!
Between slices today, I took Keri's suggestion
and made sure to drink tons of water to stay hydrated.
Next up for dinner, I was taking a casual
stroll through the Union Square area and
I stumbled upon Joe's Pizza.
I got a stunning, stunning, Caprese pizza.
Got it!
With fresh tomato, fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil.
I took a photo of it and I put it on my Instagram
and I think my entire Instagram community
unanimously agreed that it was the most photogenic
slice of pizza we had ever seen in our lives.
That's good.
And of course, no day–not even a pizza day–
is complete without dessert.
So I went to Max Brenner for a s'mores pizza.
I love this place so much.
And oh my gosh.
They served it alongside a chocolate martini.
The perfect end to the perfect pizza day.
Day two.
I woke up this morning and I had the cooking bug.
So today I'm #workingfromhome and I'm
going to make all four pizza meals: breakfast,
lunch, dinner, and dessert,
into homemade pies.
If you're going to break it out like that by meal,
I would kind of think of each meal
like you would think of the meal without the pizza.
For example, breakfast, what do you think
of as traditional breakfast foods?
But I always like to tell people to get in vegetables, if they can;
to absolutely get in protein and also to get in some fiber.
First up: breakfast.
I loved my bacon, egg, and cheese pizza from
yesterday and I wanted to replicate that at home.
So I decided to make it again with a few tweaks.
Say hello to the Pillsbury crescent roll pizza.
I rolled out my dough from two cans of crescent rolls,
cracked on my eggs, sprinkled cheese
on top, and laid down some cooked bacon.
And once it came out of the oven,
I enjoyed my amazing breakfast pizza right here in bed.
You know what makes a good lunch?
Salad.
So for this meal, I decided to eat a Greek salad.
Just, you know, on top of a pizza crust.
I rolled out some store bought pizza dough
using my Swell water bottle.
Always getting crafty over here.
I added a garlic and olive oil base.
Put some mozzarella and feta on it.
And then I baked it on my pizza stone
before adding some fresh vegetables and more feta.
Guys, I think I might have figured out the
new way to eat salad.
Just turn it into a pizza!
And for dinner, I wanted a margherita pizza
completely from scratch.
Meaning I had to first make the dough and
wait for it to rise and rest.
Once it was ready to go, I added tomato sauce,
parmesan, fresh mozzarella, garlic,
and basil.
And I waited for my masterpiece to bake.
It was a beautiful success.
100% perfect in every sense of the word.
On the one hand, I really wanted fruit for dessert
but I also wanted a cookie.
So I decided to make both!
I baked a sugar cookie base, spread on Nutella,
and topped it with a beautiful rainbow of
fresh fruits.
If it looks like a pizza, it probably is one.
Right?
At this point in our internet relationship,
you probably know Michael.
Michael is my boyfriend of eight years.
I think he might be tied with pizza in my book.
But Michael is gluten intolerant which makes
going out for date nights to get my favorite
food a little bit tricky.
I want today to be all about dietary choices
because I want to show that being gluten-free
or being vegan does not have to bar you
from eating pizza.
I think gluten-free, for breakfast, you could use
either sweet potatoes or regular potatoes
and make a hash.
You could top it with some vegetables.
You could top it with a little cheese so then
you've got potatoes and cheese which actually
sounds really delicious.
For breakfast, I went full gluten-free.
I took Keri's advice and used potato hash browns
as the base.
I baked them in the oven and then added scrambled
eggs, bacon bits, and cheese.
Now, this was definitely way out of the box
for a pizza because it tasted more like a
breakfast scramble.
But for someone who's gluten intolerant,
a hash brown crust is a great alternative.
I have to back-track and be honest here.
When I woke up this morning,
my stomach did not feel the best that it's ever felt.
It's been two days now of eating nothing but pizza
and I've had a lot of cheese.
Oh no!
Today's vegan lunch pizza stripped out all
of that dairy.
I made vegan buffalo cauliflower pizza
on a vegan and yeast-free crust.
The crust was simple to make because there's
no yeast in it so you don't have to wait
for it to rise.
The buffalo cauliflower was unbelievable.
So spicy, so crunchy and then I topped it
off with a vegan ranch dressing.
For dinner I decided to get a little fancy
because pizza doesn't have to be a sit-down
in your sweatpants and watch TV type of food.
So I ordered a gluten-free pizza on Seamless,
popped on this fancy gold dress, and surprised
Michael with a romantic, gluten-free pizza
dinner for two complete with a candle and red wine.
The two loves of my life at the same table.
Cheers Michael.
Cheers.
Day four of eating just pizza and I realized
that I've done a ton of home cooking this
week so I reheated some leftovers from yesterday
and Tuesday for breakfast and lunch today.
And then for dinner I took Keri's advice.
Find somewhere great that you can actually
go into the kitchen, go behind the scenes
a little bit and learn what goes into making a pizza.
Find some fun pizza places that you can get
involved and learn a little bit there.
I discovered Custom Fuel Pizza,
a place that calls itself "The Louis Vuitton of Pizza"
because their pizza is personalized.
It's not your average $1 slice pizza.
They use all high-end meats and cheeses,
fresh ingredients, and 100% homemade pizza dough.
I made an all veggie pizza.
Added sauce first then put on mushrooms,
onions, red peppers, and artichoke.
Followed by fresh goat cheese.
And then you come on this side.
And while the pizza cooked in the oven
for only three minutes,
we did the pizza dance while we waited.
Waiting for a pizza!
Shake it off, shake it off.
I made it up. It's not a real dance.
Cut it down the middle and then…
And then we added scallions, arugula, basil,
and olive oil.
And it was epic.
So if you happen to be the owner of or if you know
someone who is the owner of one of
these out-of-the-box, different, cool pizza places,
please call me.
Cheers!
Bye!
It's my last day and I've never had so much fun
doing a Try Living With Lucie 5 Day Challenge before.
Throughout the course of this whole week,
my coworkers have been so intrigued by this challenge.
Everyone's asking me if I saved any pizza for them.
And you know what?
They deserve it.
So today I surprised my office by ordering
a whole bunch of pies to Refinery29 and
I fed my friends.
And for dinner tonight, I couldn't believe
that I had gone this entire five day challenge
without stopping for one classic New York City $1 slice.
It never disappoints.
Final takeaways.
Aside from a slight stomach ache on Wednesday,
I feel completely normal and just like always,
which I really do attribute to the fact that I diversified
my pizza so much this week.
I understand that not everything I ate this week is
100% considered to be technically
pizza, as defined by the pizza gods above.
But I think that pizza is really less about
the individual ingredients and pieces that
make it up and it's more about the whole
overarching feeling.
And this week definitely captured that feeling
for me and brought me so much joy.
Thanks so much for watching
and let me know if you have any fun recipe ideas
or any out-of-the-box pizzas I should try.
And if you don't have any suggestions,
you know what to do.
See ya next time!
Pizza!
Do you love pizza?

How To Get Rid Of Negative Thoughts - Duration: 10:07.Hello this is Gerald Rogers. Welcome to
Hero TV. Today, we're going to be talking
about how to get rid of
negative thoughts.
So I've got a question for you, do you
ever experience negative thoughts?
Do you ever experience these negative voices
inside your mind? Let's say, you're not
good enough, you're stupid, you can't do
it, you'll never be successful, you are
fat, you're ugly, whatever it is right? you
ever have these voices inside your mind
that try to take you down?
Now,
let's be real, we all do.
And,
so much of our life
experiences is based on how much energy
we put into those negative thoughts and
how much we allow them to overpower us.
Now, in order to share with you how to
replace and destroy these negative
thoughts release them from, from your
life so you can step into being more
powerful more productive and more
passionate. It's important that we
understand how the mind works.
Understand where these thoughts come
from in the first place.
And, the analogy
I love to use is this idea that, our life
is like a garden. Our mind is like a
garden. And this garden has infinite
potential. Anything's possible within
this garden. I remember back years ago I
lived in Minnesota. And in Minnesota, we
had this like thick, rich, dark soil. And
one summer,
my parents
put us boys in
charge of taking care of this garden and
I don't know if that was a good idea. I'm
not sure what they were thinking at that
time. I think I was probably 13 or 14. But
sure enough, we were excited about it
because we started to dream of all of
the things we wanted. We dreamed of
having, you know, corn and pumpkins and
peas and fresh tomatoes and all of these
things, we, we created a dream in our mind
of what we wanted. And we knew that this
garden had the ability to create that.
Now we went out and the garden of course
needed to be prepared so we got a
rototiller and we we worked and we
started cleaning out the garden and
preparing it and then we got the seeds.
Everything that we dreamed about, we
started planting. Now we were really
really good about taking care of this
garden for about two weeks.
And then, summer came and us boys were very
distracted and I completely forgot about
the card. Me and my brothers, we got
busy with other things. And we
neglected the garden. And I remember
about a month or two later, I was out, I
was responsible for mowing this section
of lawn that was by the gardening at a
big yard. And as I went out there, as I
was mowing the lawn, I looked over the garden
and when I looked at it I was kind of
shocked in where this beautiful fruit
should have been. All of the corn and
cucumbers and squash and all of the
things we had planted where that should
have been instead it was nothing but
weeds.
Tons of weeds. Not just any weeds but
their massive, big, gnarly, nasty weeds.
Like big thistle plants where as tall as
I were with big sharp thorn. And I
remember looking at the garden I was
like, "what? like who the thistles?
who planted these weeds?"
And you know,
it's a funny question because we all
know that you don't need to plant weeds.
Weeds will just grow in your garden
naturally. And if we don't take care of
the garden, then the natural state will
be that our garden will be overrun by
weeds. I'm going to rewind and to have
you think about this conversation we're
having about negative thoughts. Negative
thoughts are the same way. You don't
intentionally plant the negative thought
that reminds us, "Wow today I'm going to think
I'm stupid. I want to think I'm stupid
today."
or "I'm going to think I'm a failure, I'm
going to think that I can't be loved, or
that I'm not worthy of good things".
Whatever it is, you don't intentionally
plant those in your minds. You don't. You
don't need to because those exist so
much are in our environment. If we don't
tend to our the garden of our mind, these
will begin to overrun it because these
thought patterns have existed since the
time we were very young. In fact, we have
traumatic experiences or perceived
traumatic experiences when were young
where these begin to begin the natural
thought patterns or neural pathways of
our brain. I just want you to imagine, you
know a little kid. Simple, simple scenario,
little kids out of store,
and wants a candy bar and says, "mom I want
to have a candy bar. Can I have this?" and
the mom says, "no we can't afford it".
Instantly, a traumatic seed, a wheat is
planted in the seed of that child, in that
mind of that child, where he starts to
believe, "wow we can't afford things, we
don't deserve to be successful, I don't
deserve to have what I want". And these
negative weeds begin to take over and
that begins to be the, you know, the
framework for how he perceives his life.
Fast-forward
that same child adopting
that belief, that I can't afford it, that
I don't deserve to have what I want,
imagine what happens with those same
thought patterns years and years and
years later as he's trying to start a
business and it can't figure out why
it's not working. You can't figure out
why he's in this relationship with money
where he never seems to have enough. Where
in relationships, he feels like he can't
have what he wants in those
relationships.
Notice how when those seeds are planted
as a child they begin to overtake
someone for their entire life and that
becomes to be the blueprint. So what do
we do with it?
how do we change it? how do we shift? how
do we let go of negative thoughts? and
how do we put our energy into what we
want? So here's how we manage the garden
of our mind. First and foremost, focus on
what you want. Anytime you create an
awareness, anytime you experience
resistance, anytime you experience anger,
anytime you experience sadness, anytime
you experience procrastination, anytime
you experience rejection and loneliness,
all of these at its core have a seed
that is a negative limiting belief. They
all have a seed of root that creates
that fruit in our lives. That
emotional experience. And so, when you
notice fruit showing up in your life and
maybe you're experiencing being
overweight, and maybe you're experiencing
having a lack of energy, maybe you're
experiencing not enough money, whatever
that fruit is in your life, it's critical
that the first step is to have awareness
and to be able to see the limiting
beliefs
for what it is. To actually verbalize or
write down or understand, what is the
belief that is creating this result in
my life? That's the first step is
creating awareness.
Once you create awareness and see, oh
this belief that I have, this negative
thought is that, I can't have what I want,
just for an example. Then the second part
of the process is to simply challenge
that. Is that true? Is it true that I can't
have what I want? It's like, no that feels
heavy. That doesn't feel right, that feels
like a negative limiting belief. Do I
want that to continue to be my reality?
If not, then stop putting energy. Stop
fertilizing, stop watering that, stop
putting energy into that which you don't
want. Instead, shift and ask, okay well
what is true? what do I want to
believe? what is the belief that actually
serves me and helps me create what I
want? And this is where we shift and
realign. And focus on the belief that
actually serves us rather than focusing
on, I can't have what I want.
Just as an example, we should we turn
that, just imagine as the coin, we turn it
on it's on the other side and say, I can
have what I want. I always have what I want.
God blesses me with everything that I
want. And the moment you shift that, the
energy automatically shifts in our body.
The moment you internalize a belief and
feel it inside of you, the energy begins
to line with that which you are choosing
and wanting to create and it's almost
like instantly we pluck that negative
thought out of our garden and replace it
with a seed that we want and we begin
fertilizing that seed. Another tool is to
to make sure that you are flushing out
all of the negative beliefs by immersing
yourself with positive beliefs. This is
why I'm an advocate of positive
affirmations and declarations and
reinforcing these beliefs in your mind.
Look for the results that you want to
have as a way to reinforce the positive
beliefs. Nearly, all around you is
evidence that you're powerful, you're
inspired, that you're love, that you're
cared for. Begin focusing on that
what you want to create. And finally,
dedicate time to clear your mind, to do
meditation and do what it takes to find
stillness where you can tend to the
garden and make sure that you're sucking
those negative limiting beliefs when
they come and replacing them with
beliefs that serve and honor you in
creating the life that you want.
Hopefully this serves you in your
journey of creating a magical, amazing,
fantastic, and brilliant, and awakened
life. This is Gerald Rogers. Remember,

Fantastic First Job But... HORRIBLE BENEFITS - Duration: 6:41.Hey, what's up?
John Sonmez here from simpleprogrammer.com.
I got a question or this is somewhat of a statement but it was titled "Fantastic First
Job but Horrible Benefits."
This question is from anonymous.
Anonymous writes me a lot.
He says here, "Your videos and Soft Skills book have helped me get my first job!"
That's cool.
"Thank you so much.
In short, I have a fantastic first job!"
All right, that's good.
I'm happy about that.
"With great environment and people.
I'm being taught so much and think for my education nothing could be a better opportunity.
I did as best as I could with salary (not great but focus was getting in field first)."
Good, okay.
"The problem?"
There's always a problem, right?
"The benefits: expensive health insurance" so he has expensive health insurance, "3 PTO
days, 2 sick, 5 holidays, don't offer remote work days.
How should I plan my future there?"
Here's the thing.
Let me point you to a chapter in my new book called The Complete Software Developer's Career
Guide.
You can get it here.
Actually, you can get it free and then I'll be launching this.
By the time you're watching this maybe it will be launched already, but I do have a
chapter in there on negotiating on salary contract versus salary employment and what
the difference is.
That math in there, I'm not going to go over in this video in detail, but you want to check
that out to be able to understand what I'm about to say here to really break this down
if you want more info.
But essentially it comes down to this.
I don't care about benefits at all and neither should you, because benefits are just dollars.
When it comes down to it, if you say that the company that you're working for has an
expensive health care plan, okay, fine but you realize that the health care is just dollars.
If you had 100% coverage, if you had a great health care plan like if you work for a Google
or Microsoft where they give employees 100% coverage, that's just dollars that they're
not paying you salary.
IF I have a choice, honestly, I would rather take a job with zero benefits and just—and
I just say, "Give me the money.
Just give me the money.
I don't want your free sodas.
I don't want your—don't pay for my health care.
I'll take care of that myself.
Don't give me vacation or any of that.
Just give me the money.
I'll take days off without pay.
Give me the money."
This should be your mantra, "Give me the money."
When you go into a job interview say, "Give me the money."
I kid, but honestly that's what it can equate to is it's always going to be down to the
dollars.
A lot of times it does make sense to be a contractor because you're seeing the money
upfront, but when you compare a contract and a salary job you've got to look at benefits.
You just take those benefits and you equivalate them to dollars, to what is the money and
that's what it's actually worth.
Sometimes people put too much stock and too much value into benefits which really just
comes down to dollars.
I mean, honestly, you can translate any benefit.
There's no benefit, really, that a company can give you that you can't buy on your own.
Yet, if a company says, "Hey, one of the benefits for employees is that you can have free sodas.
Whatever you want.
Everyday we have a refrigerator and it's stocked with sodas Snicker bars and you can just take
any soda or Snicker bar that you want."
You're like, "Oh, oh, that's—gosh!
That's such a great benefit.
I'll take that job."
You take a job that pays you 10K less a year because you get free sodas.
That's just dumb.
That's stupid because you're not equating things correctly.
Why am I getting into this?
Because in your case here, in this case, in the case of Mr. Anonymous, you've got an excellent
job.
You're in a learning environment.
Maybe your pay is not as great as you'd like.
You've got great coworkers.
This is your first job.
Don't worry about the benefits right now, just worry about the pay.
Eventually you'll take another job and maybe it will have better benefits, maybe it won't.
It doesn't matter.
Ultimately though when you start looking at it in terms of pay, that's what you really
need to look at at the bottom line here, and then also the opportunity.
If you have a chance to—I say this all the time, but if you have a choice between responsibility
or pay, you could basically see this opportunity, learning environment or pay, choose responsibility,
opportunity, learning environment.
Those things are going to pay off more in the long run.
If you're going to gain valuable experience, if you're going to be in a better position,
then the money will eventually come.
Don't worry about that right away.
That makes sense to you, right?
That's why I say, "Don't worry about the benefits.
Don't stress about this."
Don't compare yourself to Jane and Joe over there who have 3 weeks of paid vacation.
You're in a good environment.
You've got a good job.
Maybe your pay isn't where it needs to be, but you can fix that later on.
Learn as much as you can.
If you feel like you're stagnating and you feel like you're not growing anymore, that's
totally different.
Then maybe get another job or get your pay bumped up and work on that, but if you're
in a good environment in all those other areas, then hey, just because you don't have the
best benefits that doesn't matter that much.
It all equivalates down to pay.
You've just got to remember that.
Otherwise you get tricked, psychological tricked.
Like I said, it can seem like such a better job because they have a cafeteria where you
can eat wherever you want and they comp it, but that's just like—what is that worth?
That's like worth $15 a day maybe or if you're really going to—or it actually might be
a bad thing because now you're going to feel like you've got all this free food so you're
going to eat a whole bunch of junk over there and you're going to gain a whole bunch of
weight so that you can use $30 a day worth of free food.
Ridiculous!
Break it down.
Look at the monetary.
Look at the opportunity.
Don't be fooled by the glitz and the glamour and all the benefits because that doesn't
really matter.
It always comes down to the buck, so give me the money.

BEACH CAMPING and ISLAND HOPPING in EL NIDO - Duration: 12:49.we are ready for
hello guys and thanks again for tuning
in today I'm in the Philippines in El Lido
and that's a beautiful view from my
hotel where I'm staying at with
Idoya my girlfriend and also my friends
from Poland which came to visit super
excited about in about half an hour
we're going to depart on a two night
three days boat trip
it's a camping vote so staying overnight
on a desert island and doing some island
hopping each day so as you probably know
or if you don't know let me just quickly
explain you during El Nido in one of the
most of your things to do is to go on on
a island hopping tour now reporters ABC
in the every tour consisted of some
different island different beaches if
you don't want to just limit yourself to
sing one to a or to see why don't you
just go on a three days boat trip I mean
actually also cheaper because we paid
for this 4310 shows which is how $84 he
gets you food alcohol drinks
accommodation I'm intense so you get
everything included and considering how
expensive the accommodation carries a
needle I think it will work out even
cheaper for you so as most of the things
I've provided on the on the boat trip
we're leaving all our possessions and
possessions and luggage just here in the
hotel and we'll pick it up in three days
in those vehicles here basically
tricycles this is the most popular way
to commute here in a legal and I think
the whole fidgeting is very cheap and
obviously you have to bargain with them
because they will rip you up if you
don't always bargain with them we're
using the Paradise and legal paradise
agency and the reason why we went to
this agency individuals apparently the
island where we're staying at overnight
is a private island so they had to
actually pay for the rental with other
places in my offer you may be cheaper or
other tours for the same price but they
actually staying on the island which are
free to say which probably makes this
place more popular among tourists and
more people are things or work depends
what you looking for if you wanna if you
want to say a little bit more remotely
then probably that agency would be the
one to go for just getting one of those
dry bags over there the green one that's
the one we're going for so 400 peso and
so effect okay 400 pesos you buried my
Spanish Spanish consultant which is
really funny this frees a lot of the
names in the Philippines
funny and Aras punished as a very big
single from
street names and city names are in
Spanish
even the the Filipino language consists
of some Spanish words especially number
starting right
we heard some numbers are very similar
to Spanish they don't really speak
Spanish and their second language is
definitely English most of the people
here speak very good English so also to
get to the boat we actually have to walk
the water level is going to be up to
here ah this is our hopping silently I
figured out the first one so fun of the
adventure guys all part of the adventure
do you think poor protect the toilet
paper
this is our clamping guy we're going to
drop of our luggage and then get on with
the rest of our trip we're gonna do four
to go on we're going to go to different
islands when it is some island hopping
and Torpy look at this perfectly so we
arrived on our first beach on the lake
just look at the color of this water
mr. beautiful girl oh how about going to
Italy welcome to the snake island
all right to the Trump phenomena stay
here for about an hour and I'm going to
fly my drone get some nice footage
hopefully
you must remember whoa now let's go get
some lunch okay all bogum
well our Boogle Island where we going
smoking
about m2k and gently very effective very
small in Idaho
Wow this hole right here on CNN
people found some gold bar or gold brick
and which were left by the Japanese some
time ago long time ago I'll give Magneto
so a nice discovery so you can imagine
just by the place has been visited by
tourists for many many years and only in
2005 somebody actually found a treasure
so now we're just going to chill here on
this beautiful beach for the ticket we
shot from that swing over there so far I
must admit that these the beach that we
have seen so far are the most beautiful
beaches so that leads for me even phu
quoc island in vietnam i think when it
comes to beach destinations philippines
should be touching on your on your list
Hey
you like that in a chance to meet those
indigenous you would say my believer a
fantastic cream like that is where we
staying overnight that tent where we
going to say tonight let's have a look
inside
dr. you now I'm going to do some
exercise go for swim come back hopefully
we'll have some dinner
yeah yeah so we decided to move it in
from here and we put it right there
reason being is because it's on the Sun
so it's going to be a little bit softer
and now we'd already about Danny Dyer I
just don't want to experience the same
as
it's on run if you think that was a good
idea give me a thumbs up sorry give me
go your thumbs up
yeah
