The First Time We Met | ERASED Fanfiction | Fanfiction Audio Production - Duration: 18:52.
"Can I take shelter from
the snow with you?"
It took him a moment to catch his breath.
She was here.
"Y-yes, of course," Satoru choked and smiled a little bit, hoping he wouldn't scare her
off.
She smiled in return, "My name's Airi Katagiri."
She put out her hand to him.
He stared at it.
Idiot, she hasn't met you before.
"Satoru Fujinuma."
He said taking it.
They released their grip and shared a strange silence, her, staring at the falling snow
and him, staring at her.
Was it a miracle or fate or mere coincidence?
How is she here?
Airi is here! but... she doesn't even know who I am...
He had considered many times in the last eight years if he should find her but decided it
wasn't right for him to look for a girl so much younger than him.
Fate seemed to think it was time.
She looked much older than he remembered her.
If only he could talk.
"D-did the snow cancel school?"
He asked as he finally unscrewed his tongue.
"I mean, if you go to school that is…"
She turned back to him with her usual grin, "Yes, I go to school.
I study at University.
It's the perfect kind of day off, don't you think?
I'd be out in this weather even if I was missing class.
It's too beautiful for me not to be out here."
She looked back at the falling snow and sighed in happiness.
She's exactly like she was before.
It was a lifetime ago, but he clearly remembered that smile and the innocent wonder in her
eyes and he couldn't help but speculate.
"Have you ever been to Oasi Pizza?"
She turned back to him sending her hair flying and her smile wavered.
"Yes…
I have..."
You idiot.
Now you've scared her off.
You're a strange man under a bridge for goodness sake, show some tact.
Luckily she interrupted his thoughts.
"I interviewed for a job there once, but that was in high school.
I actually ended up working at Ginko's general store across the street until I graduated
high school."
She finished as she resumed her usual demeanor.
She sure is a talker isn't she?
Satoru hoped he didn't say that out loud.
He gulped and stared at her in fear.
She laughed, "You didn't mean to say that out loud did you?"
He only put his face in his hands and smiled slightly as he shook his head.
She giggled, "Do you have a job?
Or do you just sit under bridges all day?"
"I do, have a job that is," He answered almost defensively, "Let me show you I can be a little
normal."
He sat down again and leaned against the wall as he opened his sketch book.
"I'm a manga artist.
I was out for a little break and decided to sketch a little."
He flipped through the pages and the path he took reversed inside the pages, the underside
of the bridge, the river, the street, and came to sketches of the characters from his
current manga.
"It's called Galactica Sword; Seven Heroes."
He explained as he flipped through the pages.
"Wow."
She sat down beside him, "Wait, Seven heroes…
I've read that before."
"Really?"
He looked sideways at her, "Well, what did you think?"
"I thought it was boring, it was hard for me to pay attention."
That means she must have only read the first issue.
"B-but, the exposition is supposed to be informative…
That manga is critically acclaimed, it's being adapted into an anime."
She giggled again this time at his exasperation, "You really are a manga artist; you can't
take any criticism."
He chuckled slightly and put his face in his hands.
This isn't going very well.
"What's this?
A new manga idea?"
She grabbed a rather old looking note book from the ground on the other side of him despite
his objections.
"'My Hero', hmm?"
He wasn't able to even try to explain before she had it open and was reading the first
page recognizing the handwriting as a child's.
He let her read it silently and sketched out her silhouette.
She seemed so much more grown than before.
Probably because she is, you idiot.
She was awfully pretty.
She closed the book and stared at the cover, "Wow, is this your son's?
He has the mind of a manga artist."
He stifled a laugh, "No, I'm not even married, it's mine, actually, from elementary.
I visited my home town a while back and found it in my mother's house.
I don't really know why I kept it."
"I think it's important to remember who you were."
She replied, distantly.
He just wanted to finish the drawing before she ran away.
She put the book on the ground in front of her and hugged her knees to her chest, "Fujinuma…
Satoru Fujinuma…"
She glanced sideways at him.
"Are you from Hokkaido?"
Satoru's pencil stopped and he met Airi's eyes, "Yeah...
How'd you know?"
Her brows furrowed and she looked back to the book, "I read a story once... about a
Satoru Fujinuma from Hokkaido who was in a coma for more than ten years, he woke up and
exposed the man who put him in the coma when he was eleven."
"It was fifteen years."
He smiled at her kindly and stroked his chin, "Fifteen years in a coma, I woke up when I
was twenty-five with no memory of who anyone was or even who I was."
She stared at him and wondered if she dared ask him, but her curiosity outweighed her
shyness, "Why did that man put you into a coma?"
He smiled sadly at the ground, "That man was my fifth grade teacher, Gaku Yashiro.
He was going to kidnap my classmates.
I kept foiling his plans until he finally tried to get rid of me."
She murmured slowly to the ground, "How long has it been since you woke up?"
"Well today it's been about four hours."
He tried to laugh at the bad joke before clearing his throat and amending it, "Eight.
Nearly eight years since the coma."
She stared at him, "What was it like?
Waking up and having no memory of who you were?"
He looked up at the support beams and hmm-ed as he thought back, "I don't know how to describe
it..."
He closed his eyes and rested his head against the wall, "I felt like an empty shell…
My body hadn't moved on its own in fifteen years, so I felt weak.
A woman that I didn't know kept taking care of me, so I felt awkward.
And old friends who I couldn't recognize kept visiting, so I felt confused."
He opened his eyes and looked at her.
She was hugging her legs and rested her cheek on her knees.
She was watching him sadly.
"Those feelings only lasted a week at most.
One of my friends, an old target of Yashiro, came to visit and it was like someone turned
on a light switch in my mind.
I remembered everything."
They sat in silence a moment longer, she was trying to absorb all he was telling her.
He took the book from where it sat in front of her and pulled out the picture that she
had ignored before.
"This is Hiromi and this is Kayo."
He explained pointing them out.
"They were both targeted by Yashiro when we were young.
I was put in a coma because I tried to protect them.
Don't worry, I'm not bitter toward them."
He added.
He reached into his pocket and pulled out his wallet.
Finding a picture inside he held it up for her to see.
"I woke up to find them married and the new parents of this little boy.
Mirai."
She took the photograph, and saw a little boy grinning wide at the camera, showing his
missing front teeth.
Beside the boy was a smiling Satoru.
"He calls me uncle."
Satoru grinned and admired his adopted nephew, "I missed part of my life, but I gained much
more and I was able to put the man who would have prevented Mirai from ever being born
to justice.
I find myself at peace for that."
She stared at the photograph and found herself looking at the man more than the boy.
No one could tell from this picture what he had been through.
Her eyes found their way back to the boy, the boy that may not be there except for the
actions of the man that could have died before he even became a man.
"That's incredible…"
She sniffed and shut her eyes.
He gulped, finding himself at a loss for what to do.
What did I do?
"H-here, take my scarf I don't mind."
He said fumbling to take it from his neck.
She took it and put her face into it.
I made her cry.
What am I supposed to do?
He sighed, "I said that out loud didn't I?"
She chuckled through her sobs, "It's okay, I'm fine I just...
I'm really glad I met you today."
Satoru looked at her inquiringly.
"I just…
I need to know there's hope today.
I actually came out here to cheer myself up."
"No one should be alone."
He smiled.
He took the picture from her and returned it to its rightful place.
Her breath became more regular and she closed her eyes as she rested her head on his arm.
He would have sat there for hours if she wanted, but he quickly realized how cold he really
was.
"Let's go somewhere warmer."
He said trying to wake her up, "I know a pretty good pizza place."
She opened her eyes and smiled shyly, "You aren't talking about Oasi Pizza are you?"
"Yes?"
He said standing and offering his hand to her.
"Do you know why I didn't work there?"
She asked as she took his hand and jumped to her feet.
He shook his head as he put his scarf around his neck again.
She sighed, "There was nothing interesting there for me.
The only employees were creepy guys and the manager was a bit of a creep himself, as I
was walking out the old man who owned the general store and must have noticed I was
distressed.
He offered me a job right there."
She looked at him.
He looked at the floor.
You knew it wouldn't be the same, so why did you even suggest it?
"I know someplace better."
She smiled as she put on her hat and walked into the falling snow.
It was nearly ten years ago to him, but he tried to remember what happened the day she
first came to Oasi Pizza.
The day they first met.
Her smile.
Think of her smile.
He heard the echo of a joke, a joke she repeated multiple times, almost the only thing she
ever said to him before his mother's death.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Don't eat all the pizza on the way."
A voice said behind him.
He turned around from packing the delivery scooter and looked at the owner of the voice.
She looked like a high school student.
"Are you here for the interview?"
He asked.
"Yup," She nodded, "Do you have any advice?"
Why would a high school student want to work here?
He looked her up and down, she was pretty, not a good type to work under Takahashi, and
she was showing just a little too much skin.
"Put on a jacket, it's cold in there."
"How old are you?"
She asked without leaving a single beat after his answer.
He sighed, "Twenty-nine."
"So why do you work here?"
"It pays the rent."
He shrugged, "Why do you want to work here?"
She only shrugged, "I'll see you around."
And she was in the door.
Strange girl.
When he made it back to Oasi he decided to fold up new boxes until his next delivery.
He found his co-worker Kouta hiding behind the counter playing on his gameboy.
"Kouta, aren't you supposed to be working?"
"There's no work to do."
Kouta shrugged.
Of course there's work to do.
Satoru took the gameboy and put it in his pocket causing his immature co-worker to cross
his arms and pout.
"Hey, Satoru," Kouta jumped to his feet completely forgetting his anger towards Satoru and looked
at him excitedly.
"You just missed this really hot girl coming in for an interview.
I'm talking H-O-T.
Her legs…
"
Satoru simply quit listening.
Idiot.
He heard voices coming from the back and turned to meet them.
He looked at Takahishi and the girl emerged from the hallway leading to the office and
break room.
She had taken his advice and was now wearing a thin jacket that he assumed she must have
taken with her in her bag.
Takahishi rubbed his hands and grinned, his eyes almost closed, "I eagerly await the day
you start here, Miss Katagiri."
You would.
"I'm looking forward to it."
She replied.
"What did I tell you, Satoru?"
Satoru could almost see Kouta salivating and the idiot was talking much too loudly, "The
things I would do if I-" Satoru broke the box over his head.
A single beat of silence followed.
"Satoru!"
Takahishi yelled, "You just cost the company money, that will come out of your pay."
"Yes, sir,"
Kouta whined as he rubbed his utterly uninjured head.
The girl looked at him.
When he met her eyes she smiled and said, "I'll see you next week, Satoru!"
And she was out the door.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Could that day have been why he always seemed to share a work shift with her?
That day must have turned out much differently for her in this timeline.
It's better that she was away from both those creeps.
"Here it is, Satoru."
She smiled and gestured grandly to the sign of the café, "This is my favorite place to
go on cold days and it's almost always open because the owners live upstairs."
Café Piasu, sounds really hip.
She opened the door and walked in ahead of him.
His face warmed immediately and his nose became overwhelmed with the scents inside.
"Do you like coffee?"
She asked as she approached the counter.
"Yes, of course.
I often need it when a deadline gets too close or-"
"Hi, Miki!
How are you doing today?"
She interrupted.
The girl behind the counter looked up from her phone and grinned at Airi, "I'm doing
well except for the cold, I need to move somewhere warmer, Osaka is really nice even in the winter,
I heard that this is the most Kanto has had in ten years!
Anyway, what do you want to drink?"
The girl must have still been in high school; she couldn't have been any older than Airi
was when he first met her.
He looked around at the small shop.
It had tables and chairs everywhere and big leather chairs all along the inner wall.
When their coffee was in hand they found a table by the small fireplace and sat down.
"This place is really hip, I almost wonder if I'm too old to be here."
She chuckled, "Elderly people come here all the time."
He shook his head and smiled despite her words, "I'm only thirty-two, I'm not elderly."
"Only thirty-two, huh?"
The curve of her lips was hidden behind the cup as she took another sip.
He took a sip of his own as he looked out the window.
The snow was coming down much harder now than it was before.
Could we get stuck here?
He looked at her again and realized he didn't care.
"Tell me, Katagiri, are you happy?"
He leaned towards her and couldn't help but cringe a little bit at how strange this seemed;
a thirty-two year old man asking a twenty-one year old college student whom he just met
if… she… was happy.
She stared at him in shock for a few seconds before recovering and reassuring him with
another smile, "I think so.
I have friends, I work hard and I'm completing my goals little by little.
And I met you.
Yeah, I'm happy."
She gave him another close-mouthed smile and brought her cup to her mouth with both hands.
He smiled in return, "So, you said you were in university, what are you studying for?"
"I want to be a teacher actually…
" She stared down at her mitted hands wrapped around the coffee cup and sitting in her lap,
"I know you may not have the best opinion of teachers considering…
"
"Don't talk nonsense," He interrupted, "I only have a bad opinion of the bad ones."
She smiled slightly at him and took another sip.
In reality Yashiro was my hero.
Satoru took a long gulp of the hot liquid and looked at his hands.
In reality he tried to kill me.
She looked at him, her eyes wide.
He looked at her, "I did it again didn't I?"
She nodded slightly, put her hand on the table between them and seemed to stare into his
soul.
I've distressed her again.
He wasn't sure why, maybe it was to comfort her, but he felt the bold desire to take her
hand.
He didn't regret it.
He squeezed it reassuringly and took another drink.
They sat in companionable silence as the minutes stretched on.
It was shattered by his ringtone.
He let go of her hand and pulled his phone from his pocket, upon seeing the caller I.D.
he answered it.
"Satoru?
Where have you been?
You said you were only going out for a little break!
You've been gone for nearly an hour!
Come back, please?"
"Yes, I'll be there before lunch, so don't eat mine.
I'll see you in a little while, Kenji."
He hung up and leaned back into his chair as he sighed, "A fellow manga artist and friend
of mine."
He explained.
"I should be going."
He stood and looked at her hand where it sat abandoned.
"See you later."
She said interrupting yet another bold thought.
"See you later."
He smiled and he was out the door.
It wasn't until he was stepping into the door of the office building that it occurred to
him that he didn't have her phone number.
Idiot, idiot, idiot.
Instead of feeling revived after his walk he felt defeated.
Satoru Fujinuma barely listened to the evening report on the radio as he got ready to go
back home for the evening.
"2010 Olympics news tonight… heavy snow fall… advised to stay indoors…
"
And a little voice from earlier that day found its way to him from the depths of his memory.
'This is my favorite place to go on cold days.'
He smiled to himself as he put his coat over his shoulders
and grabbed his suitcase.
I guess I know where I'm going tonight.

THIS IS THE LEFT TODAY.
IMAGINE A CONSERVATIVE DOING
THIS TO OBAMA AS POTUS THAT MANY
ON THE LEFT ARE CONDEMNING IT
INCLUDING CHELSEA CLINTON HE
TWEETED THIS IS VILE AND WRONG.
IT'S NEVER FUNNY TO JOKE ABOUT
KILLING A PRESIDENT AND THE
SECRET SERVICE AGREED.
AFTER MANY TWEETED IMAGES TO THE
AGENCY THEY RESPONDED SAYING IT
MONITOR SOCIAL MEDIA AND TAKES
THREATS AGAINST ITS PROTECH
THESE AS THEIR HIGHEST PRIORITY.
I ASK YOUR FORGIVENESS.
SOON AFTER THE SECRET SERVICE
RESPONSE GRIFFIN POSTED A VIDEO
BEGGING FOR FORGIVENESS.
I ULTIMATELY DON'T THINK SHE
WILL FACE ANY CHARGES.
I THINK THEY GIVE BROAD LATITUDE
WHEN IT COMES TO THE FIRST
AMENDMENT WITH A LOT OF
DISCRETION WHEN IT COMES TO
ARTISTIC EXPRESSION.
NO WORD ON IF THE SECRET SERVICE
HAS QUESTIONED GRIFFIN.
"CNN" DID NOT IMAGES BUT BUT
SAID IT'S PLEASED BRITAIN
APOLOGIZE THE WOODEN STATUE OF
CONTINUED TO BE PART OF ITS NEW
YEAR'S EVE COVERAGE.

Has Kathy Griffin Gone Too Far? - Duration: 4:24.
COMEDIAN KATHY GRIFFIN DID SOMETHING THAT OF COURSE SHE GOT
A LOT OF HEAT FOR, BECAUSE IT INVOLVED VIOLENT IMAGERY, AND IT
ALSO INVOLVED A DECAPITATED HEAD...
OF OUR PRESIDENT.
THAT SOUNDED REALLY DIRTY.
I SAID OF OUR PRESIDENT.
I THINK THAT THE FIRST TIME I'VE SAID THAT, ANYWAY.
A LOT OF PARTS OF THIS STORY ARE UNFORTUNATE, BUT YOU ARE RIGHT,
THE MINUTE YOU SAID OUR PRESIDENT I WAS LIKE, UGH.
I ALSO SAID THAT ABOUT THE DECAPITATED HEAD, TO BE FAIR.
HERE IS THE PHOTO SHOOT THAT KATHY GRIFFIN DID, AND SHE IS
HOLDING A HEAD THAT WAS LIKE DONALD TRUMP, AND IT IS BLOOD HE
AND TERRIBLE LOOKING.
THE PHOTOGRAPHER IS DEFENDING IT, WHO SAYS, "SOME PEOPLE
LOOK AT IT AND THEY LOVE IT.
SOME PEOPLE LOOK AT IT AND THEY HATE IT.
I UNDERSTAND THERE ARE GOING TO BE PEOPLE WHO HATE THIS,
IT'S A VERY TOUCHY SUBJECT.
BUT IT IS NOT REAL.
IT IS NO DIFFERENT FROM A MOVIE, IT JUST HAPPENS TO BE A
STILL IMAGE."
I HATE THE IMAGE.
I HATE TRUMP, BUT I STILL HATE THE IMAGE.
I THINK WE HAVE BECOME SO UNCIVIL AS A SOCIETY ñ
EVERYONE, EVERYTHING HAS BECOME SO TOXIC, AND WE JUST NEED
TO REEL IT BACK IN A LITTLE BIT, AND CALMED DOWN WITH THE
VIOLENT RHETORIC, VIOLENT IMAGERY, INCITING PEOPLE,
IT'S JUST NOT A GOOD IDEA.
I'M DISGUSTED BY IT, AND IT IS A SUPER OBVIOUS PLOY TO GET
ATTENTION, AND IT'S SUPER CHEAP.
COME ON, KATHY GRIFFIN, I KNOW YOU ARE DESPERATE FOR
ATTENTION, AND LIKE, YOUR WHOLE CAREER IS BASED ON THAT,
BUT DON'T DO THIS, THIS IS GROSS.
AND FOR THE ARTIST, IT IS NOT MUCH OF ART, THAT'S NOT A
STATEMENT.
AND WE'VE COVERED A LOT OF ANTI-TRUMP ART, WHICH WE THINK
IS CLEVER NUMBER WHICH WE ENJOY, LIKE WHEN THEY PUT THE
EMOLUMENTS CLAUSE ON THE WHITE HOUSE IN DC, AND THEY DID
IT IN LIGHT SO IT WASN'T PERMANENT, IT WAS REALLY
SMART AND A GOOD POINT TO MAKE.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
TAKE IT OFF, I HATE IT SO MUCH I CAN'T STAND IT.
WHENEVER I LOOK AT STUFF LIKE THIS I ALWAYS THINK, WHAT
IF THE SHOE WAS ON THE OTHER FOOT?
IF SOME RIGHT-WING ASSHOLE HAD A DECAPITATED HEAD OF OBAMA
THAT THEY HELD UP?
HOW REPULSIVE WOULD THAT BE?
IN THIS CASE, IT IS EQUALLY REPULSIVE.
DON'T DO THAT, IT MAKES YOU LOOK LIKE THE BAD GUYS, AND IF YOU
THINK THAT IS FUN OR CLEVER, YOU ARE ñ YOU ñ
THAT'S NOT HOW WE SHOULD BE PROTESTING THE PRESIDENT.
IT'S REALLY GROSS, AND THE OTHER THING THAT GETS UNDER MY SKIN
IS, IT'S LIKE A, LOOK AT ME, LOOK AT ME, EVERYBODY NOW IS
FORCED TO TALK ABOUT ME BECAUSE I'M SUCH AN ASSHOLE.
IT IS A BAD IDEA ALL AROUND, AND TO BE FAIR TO PEOPLE ON THE
LEFT, A LOT OF PEOPLE CRITICIZED HER FOR DOING THIS, NOT JUST US.
ALYSSA MILANO WAS ANOTHER PERSON WHO WAS PRETTY AGGRESSIVE
IN TWEETING ABOUT IT, ACTUALLY SHE DISAGREED WITH THIS IMAGE.
"I'M SORRY, BUT THAT IS TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE AND SO OFFENSIVE,
AND I HAVE TO THINK YOU KNOW BETTER."
AND FOR HER PART, AFTER KATHY GRIFFIN TWEETED THAT
IMAGE, SHE FOLLOWED UP BY SAYING THAT SHE WOULD NEVER CONDONE OR
SUPPORT VIOLINS, BUT STILL, THAT IS A VIOLENT IMAGE.
AND YOU ARE RIGHT, IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A LITTLE STATEMENT,
THAT IS NOT THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO GO ABOUT IT.
JUST EVERY TIME, THINK ABOUT IF THE SHOE WAS ON THE OTHER FOOT.
IMAGINE IF THEY DID THAT TO HILLARY CLINTON'S HEAD.
IT'S DISGUSTING, BUT...
YEAH.
IT'S GROSS, IT'S ABSOLUTELY GROSS.
AND IT MAKES YOU LOOK LIKE YOU ARE THE BAD GUY, AGAIN IN
THIS CASE I THINK IT IS BECAUSE YOU ARE, AND YOU LOSE THE
MORAL HIGH GROUND.
MAN, YOU HAVE TO WORK REALLY HARD TO LOSE THE MORAL HIGH
GROUND ON DONALD TRUMP, BUT THEY DID IT.

Thakkali Thokku in Tamil | Tomato Thokku Recipe | Thakkali Thokku for chapathi in Tamil - Duration: 3:41.
Hello friends, welcome to Madras Samayal
Today we are going to see how to make tomato thokku
This is an excellent side dish chapati, dosa, idli
It is also goes excellently with rice
For this recipe, I have taken 1 large onion
The onion is cut into fine pieces
And 6 tomatoes which are also finely sliced
We need to use ripe tomatoes for this recipe
We also need 5-6 Tbsp of gingelly oil
After the oil heats up, add mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
and 10 cloves of garlic
and saute for 1 minute
Add the sliced onions
Let the onions get cooked
After 2-3 mins, we can start addding the masala
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
depending on the your spice preference 1-2 tsp chili powder
And curry leaves
Mix the masala well before adding tomatoes
Now add the tomatoes
Now its time to add the salt
Initially the salt level might seem less
But the thooku will reduce over time and the salt will get concentrated
So add the salt quantity corresponding to the volume of finished product
Now a lot of moisture has evaporated from the thokku
Reduce the heat level to low and continue cooking till oil oozes out
It will take some time, so keep mixing it occasionally
to prevent the thokku from burning and sticking to pan
Now oil has oozed out from the thokku (tomato paste)
Continue cooking till it reaches your desired consistency
Now we can see that all the ingredients are well cooked
And the mixture has thickened up
Now our thakkali thokku is ready
If the tomatoes you used are sour, add a bit of jaggery
jaggery will balance out the sourness
Transfer it to a container

A true spectacle, proof of nature s forces and wonders of mother nature.
A waterfall is one of the most amazing creations that nature has to offer.

effect on anyone who has witnessed the spectacle of some of the world s biggest waterfalls.

and most amazing extraordinary waterfalls around the world

is the second-highest plunge waterfall in India, Located near Sagara, Karnataka, these
segmented falls are a major tourist attraction.
They are also called Gersoppa Falls, Gersoppa Falls and Jogada Gundi.

a doubt Iceland s most popular waterfall.
Gullfoss is a magnificient 32 meter high double waterfall on the White River (Hvt).

The flow of the river from the regular rains and the glacial runoff, particularly in summer,
makes it the largest volume falls in Europe.
number,8.
Ban Gioc Detian Falls
Ban Gioc Detian Falls are 2 waterfalls on the Quy Sn River or Guichun River straddling
the Sino-Vietnamese border, located in the Karst hills of Daxin County, Guangxi and in
the district of Trung Khanh District, Cao Bng province on the Vietnamese side, 272
km (169 mi) north of Hanoi.
The Detian Falls is situated on the border between China and Vietnam.
It is, in fact, the fourth largest cross-border falls in the world after Niagara, Victoria
and Iguazu.
Due to the various border conflicts between the two countries the area has only recently
been opened to tourism.
The waterfall drops 30 m (98 ft).
It is separated into three falls by rocks and trees, and the thundering effect of the
water hitting the cliffs can be heard from afar.
number,7.
Blue Nile Falls
The Blue Nile Falls is a waterfall on the Blue Nile river in Ethiopia.
It is known as Tis Abay in Amharic, meaning smoking water . It is situated on the upper
course of the river, about 30 km downstream from the town of Bahir Dar and Lake Tana.

With a free fall height of 226 meters (741 feet) it is about five times higher than Niagara
Falls and about two times the height of the Victoria Falls.
While there are many higher falls, few have the combination of height and water volume.
number,4.
The Angel Falls
Angel Falls is the world s highest uninterrupted waterfall, with a height of 979 m (3,212 ft)
and a plunge of 807 m (2,648 ft).
It is so high that the water actually atomizes, due to the force of the strong winds in the
area and simply disappears in a fine mist before it even reaches the ground
number,3.
Niagara Falls
One of the the most famous waterfall in the world, Niagara Falls is the collective name
for three waterfalls (the American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls and Horseshoe Falls) that
straddle the international border between the Canadian province of Ontario and the U.S.
state of New York.
They form the southern end of the Niagara Gorge.
Horseshoe Falls is located on the Canadian side while the other are located in New York.
With more than 14 million visitors each year it is one of the most visited tourist attraction
in the world.
number,2.
Victoria Falls
The Victoria Falls The Smoke That Thunders is a waterfall in southern Africa on the Zambezi
River at the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Victoria Falls is often called the largest waterfall in the world, although it is neither
the highest nor the widest.
It has a width of 1.7 kilometers (1 miles) and height of 108 meters (360 ft), roughly
twice the height of North America s Niagara Falls.
In combined height and width Victoria Falls is rivaled only by South America s Iguazu
Falls.

One of the great natural wonders of the world, Iguau Falls is situated on the border between
Brazil and Argentina.
The waterfall system is not so much about height, width or volume but it consists of
275 falls along the Iguazu River.
The majority of the falls are about 64 metres (210 ft) in height.
The most impressive of them all is the Devil s Throat a U-shaped, 82 meter high (269 ft),
150 meter (492 ft) wide and 700 meter (2300 ft) long waterfall.

How to get rid of streaks from glass, in difficult -to-reach places - Duration: 1:58.
I'm Lisa from Active Domestics. Now I've been cleaning this glass and
it's easy to get to these parts of course with a ladder because we can
reach all the bits and we got that all done quite quickly but we're having problems getting
these bits streak-free because we couldn't pull
this table out. So anyway here's an idea. I've got my mop pole here
and this is the microfiber glass cloth which I've just angled over (over the flat part of the squeegee which has a removable cleaning pad) so that it's
so that it's fully covered like that. This is already fairly damp with glass
spray (and what not ie general moisture) because I've already been using it. Now this comes easily in an
out. I can't screw it in or anything but it's
still effective and it's just really effective for me to be able to
carefully reach these bits and to get rid of those streaks that were left
behind from when I cleaned it with a dish-washing detergent and the flat mop.
So this is working quite well. I can carefully get right into the corners as
well and it's going to dry a lot better. It also allows me of course to get
into these bits. You can see that the cloth isn't falling off and this (the squeegee) isn't
falling off either because of the way that I'm putting my pressure while I'm
holding it. I'm just holding it fairly loosely and letting the cloth do the work.
So there you go. There's always a way if you want to look hard enough to find one
have a good day you
Please subscribe.

Coming Out: FtM [CC] - Duration: 5:18.
Hello everyone! This video is going to be addressed to everyone who is watching this video, so that includes:
complete strangers, classmates, friends, and most importantly; my family.
I'm not going to beat around the bush, because you've already seen the title of this video.
In my experience, it is better to ask for forgiveness than permission, so I'm just going to come right out and say it.
I am transgender.
I am a boy.
Some of you might have seen this coming; some of you might be in denial; some of you had no idea. I'm going to explain where I'm coming from.
By the way, I am reading a from a script I wrote because I don't trust myself to improv something as big as this.
I realized I was not cis - that is, not the same gender as my biological sex - almost exactly two years ago, in May of 2015.
At this time, I was introduced to the online transgender community - both an amazingly supportive and unbelievably hateful place.
My experiences there opened the doors to a world of terminology and people I had never known existed.
Although my parents did their best to raise me open-minded and succeeded in most ways, there are some topics that are simply avoided, either consciously or subconsciously.
When I discovered that it was possible to be "not a girl," everything sort of clicked. All these little incidents from throughout my life came rushing back to me:
the fit I had over being given a pink tooth fairy jar instead of a blue one. One of my first birthday parties, at a construction site.
My open hatred of Disney princesses because I didn't want to seem "girly." The screaming fits I would get into with my mother when it came time to wear a dress to church.
My refusal to develop strong relationships with my female peers. Etc, etc, etc.
Although these examples seem so stereotypical and sexist, we are raised in a sexist world and so that's how my mind has been programmed to function since birth, basically.
Like I said, you may have seen this coming.
Going back to two years ago, everything made sense and I started researching.
At first I toyed with identifying as non-binary and even came out to my parents as genderfluid that August.
Deep down, I knew that wasn't the right "label" for how I truly felt, but gender identity was a novel concept to me at the time and I still considered it "taboo" to completely cross the gender binary, so to speak.
That summer, I bought my first pair of boxers and literally cried when I put a pair on for the first time.
That fall, I coerced my friend into buying my first binder for me. Those of you who know me in real life have probably noticed that I bind my chest, and this is why.
That winter, I changed my name from my birthname to Ren.
The following spring, so about a year prior to the time this video is published, I began an intensive outpatient program for my eating disorder,
which began at some earlier point in time and got much worse as my gender dysphoria increased.
I was able to overcome said eating disorder, but it took some serious lows for me to reach the point where I am now.
I was discharged from the program August 2016,
and by this point I was fully aware of my gender identity and aware of the serious impact that being in the closet had on my mental health.
Still, I kept this silent from the majority of the people in my life.
I did ask a few of my friends at school to use he/him pronouns for me, and that helped.
But other than that, no one knew what a struggle it was for me to use the girls' bathroom, to be called by my birthname, to be referred to as "she."
Sorry, I'm getting out of breath 'cause I'm so anxious talking about this.
It is now late May 2017, and I'm sick of hiding.
No matter the consequences to my career, my education, and my relationships
- as well as the danger I am putting myself in as an openly trans person under Trump's America -
no matter these consequences, I have to come out.
I refuse to internalize all this pain and fear, because so far it has been destroying me.
So. That is the condensed version of everything I wish to say in this moment, which has been building up for over 16 years.
To my trans brothers and sisters watching this:
I believe in you. No matter your situation, life will get better, and you will become who you want to be. It can happen. It will happen.
To my classmates who are watching this:
I know there are more of you like me, and I hope that me coming out will somehow make things easier for you.
If you are just going to be hateful, I neither need nor want your presence in my life.
To my friends who are watching this:
Most, if not all of you, already knew. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting me this far.
Because without you, I don't know where I would be right now.
To my family members who are watching this:
One of my biggest fears about coming out is whether or not those I love will continue to love me. I pray you do.
If you have any questions, please reach out to me because I promise you I will be more than happy to answer them.
I hope to also make a separate video addressing common questions that people might have
regarding being transgender, specifically female to male.
Thank you for watching.

Peace upon you, good day
I'm in America at the moment
so I apologize that I can't attend
Maestro TV's program
I'll just get straight into the questions sent to me, okay?
I'll read from this while I'll answer
so that I don't forget what was asked.
So first,
What was my impression of Ki Enthus Susmono
who is know for his vulgar language
when onstage?
So first, I'd like to make it clear that
there is definitely a style of humor like that
in the world of shadow puppet theater (wayang).
And it is certainly very vulgar,
especially when directed at women and women's bodies.
Almost all shadow puppet masters (dhalang) use this kind of humor.
Not only Ki Enthus, but also classic, old-style dhalang
such as Pak Purbo
Pak Anom Suroto, Pak Manteb...
All of them use this type of humor.
So if you're asking only about why Ki Enthus uses this type of humor
then obviously you don't know about the world of wayang.
In my opinion, the thing to ask is
why is there such vulgar humor
directed toward women in Indonesian culture
not just on the stage of Pak Enthus.
People should be worried, asking
"why is there this type of humor?"
and "why does this humor get such a response from the audience?"
Why do audiences seem to really enjoy
humor that lowers women in such a way?
That's what should be asked.
In the case of Ki Enthus,
he's creative, skilled and unique.
He is also a connection with the people,
and truly wants to entertain them.
When he uses this vulgar humor,
it is for the sake of
making the audience happy.
Personally, I have no problem
throwing that disgusting language
back to dhalang who
speak to me in such a manner.
Maybe this is because I'm not an Indonesian woman
so if someone speaks to me like that,
I don't just accept it.
I just give it right back to them.
Pak Enthus noticed that,
and after that,
other dhalang began
to copy the style of humor
that Pak Enthus used with me.
Maybe that is what became such a big deal
when I was still active
as a performer in Indonesia.
Now, the second question
In 2005
Ki Enthus was voted as the Best Dhalang in Indonesia.
In your opinion,
what kind of of proper example
should Ki Enthus make of his work?
So, I'd like to explain
that the position of a dhalang
cannot be judged in the typical fashion.
A figure such as a dhalang belongs to the people
So all dhalang, if they
are a good dhalang
will become a mirror for their culture.
They are skilled at distilling essences
from art,
religion, politics,
their environment, sexuality
anything at all
that surrounds them.
After that, they create performance
that can become a reflection
for the people.
The audience must be able to see themselves
and they have to see
their own culture
within the performance.
If the dhalang can do this,
they will certainly be in demand
and famous within their communities.
So everything returns to the culture,
not to the individual dhalang.
The role of the dhalang is to respond
to circumstance.
That is the life work of a dhalang.
It is their duty
to absorb,
and create a response
for the people.
So I'll say this again,
don't ask about Ki Enthus.
Ask about Indonesian culture.
Why is Pak Enthus so famous in Indonesia?
He is intelligent
he's funny
he's unique
and very virtuosic
but, he is connected
with the people
and he
cares about his environment.
This is the last question.
This one is simple.
Why did I
become interested
in becoming a singer of Javanese music (sindhen)?
So, originally,
I got my Bachelor's
in Classical Vocal Music
and Javanese music.
So after
I graduated
I felt as though I was being called
to go to Java
to enter the world of sindhen
and to learn there.
But, from the very beginning
I have always been a vocalist
and a writer
and a composer
and there are many
artists, especially musicians
in my family.
So, my life has just flowed
in this way.
I just feel as though I am following
the will of God.
I just went to Java.
But now I have returned to the US,
and I'm focusing
on my own work.
Ok, I think that's enough.
Thank you for interviewing me
and I send greetings from the US
for all my friends
Peace be upon you.
