Macron criticizes Russian media for "attempted meddling" in French election - Duration: 1:07.

French President Emmanuel Macron had a somewhat awkward first meeting with his Russian counterpart

Vladimir Putin on Monday.

During a joint press briefing after their summit in Paris, Macron criticized Russian

media for spreading misinformation to go against him during the election.

He described RT and Sputnik as organs of influence and he had banned the two outlets from his

campaign headquarters after suspicions of Kremlin interference, including a massive

cyberattack just before his election victory.

Putin, who was standing beside Macron, said the matter was not discussed during their

talks, but still denied the allegations.

Meanwhile, Macron said he wants to cooperate with Moscow over the conflict in Syria and

the eradication of terrorist groups, especially IS, adding that he hoped for a democratic

transition that would preserve the Syrian state.

However, he warned that Paris will respond immediately to any use of chemical weapons

after suspicions that the Assad regime - Moscow's ally - used toxic sarin gas against its people.

How do I evaluate my success throughout the transformation? - Duration: 4:18.

Hello and welcome to Lesson 10 of the Turbo Intensity Training Program!

In this lesson you will learn how to evaluate your success through the transformation.

Most question the idea of how to figure out if you are actually having results.

Honestly people actually google the question how to know if I am losing weight.

So in today's lesson I am going to answer that with a very basic but in depth response.

At the beginning of this course we discussed a topic that involved your before/after progress

pictures.

These pictures are not just meant to be a useful tool for the end of the transformation.

While going through this challenge that you accepted, it is important to take weekly progress

pictures.

These pictures include the same material as what was discussed in the before/after lesson.

You should take a picture of your front, side, back, and other side.

Upload those pictures to a computer and then place them in a folder called week number

-- whatever week you are on should be placed as the number.

From this perspective it allows you to see your progress as you continue along your transformation.

I usually like to compare the before picture to the current week I am on now.

This way I do not get discouraged.

It allows me to see the little changes over time rather then just 7 days.

If you are not seeing results, do not be discouraged.

If it continues for a long time, contact us through the support console and we will help

you find a resolution.

So how do you know if you are losing weight.

Let's just go through a hypothetical scenario.

One morning, after 3 weeks of going through your transformation, you decide to see if

you are having any major changes.

You have been doing very well but occasionally you sneak an extra cheat meal in throughout

the week or maybe you don't.

Honestly it doesn't matter.

It is that time of the week where you have to weigh yourself and log it.

You get up out of bed and go straight to the scale.

What do you see?

You see that you haven't gained or lost any weight.

What does that mean?

Well it means that you have plateaued.

A plateau is very common or typical in a weight loss transformation.

In fact we discuss it in more depth in the forever transformed coaching program.

Because of this plateau you are very concerned that you haven't lost any weight because

the scale says you haven't.

Is the scale wrong?

No the scale is hypothetically never wrong if it is accurate.

However, what actually could be occurring in your body is hard to explain.

Basically the muscle is making up for the lost fat, which is a great sign.

On a side note, it could also mean that you need to increase your cardio or pick up your

game at the gym because you are stuck at a plateau.

Evaluating your success is difficult but the truth is, if you keep following a path that

is showing some results.

The end results will be much more rewarding because you will see the premise of why 90

days is not enough to forever transform but it will also allow you to see some changes.

It is important to always believe that you can do better.

You can push yourself a little harder.

But when it comes down to it.

You have to be happy at the end of the day.

If you are going home miserable and unsatisfied then you are not doing yourself justice at

the gym.

The gym is not meant to be a difficult task.

It actually is meant to be relaxing and help you blow off some steam.

I know that with my membership to LA Fitness I always go in with a little something on

my chest and when I leave.

I feel much more relaxed and stress free because the gym is just what your body needs.

Success does not always reflect what we believe in.

Most of the time success comes in a form much smaller and more effective to the ego.

Which is why weight loss takes time.

It is a small package and it does take time.

But you have to understand that all the weight that you have now did not just pack on over

night.

It took weeks, months, or even years.

So when you go to the gym, go for a run, or do any type of exercise; remember put yourself

first.

Allow the stress to be released and focus on all the good vibes that life has brought

you.

Finding success is not just found in a picture or an image of yourself that is shown through

a mirror.

That mirror is no more.

Because you are in charge and success is what you make of it.

Take charge of your own life and do not let others define your definition of success.

coloured lens or putting on thick foundation

to cover your imperfections

because you'll learn that true beauty comes from within

and the confidence to wear it out

You are also braver than you think you are

you will travel to different places

all by yourself

and face all sorts of obstacles

and life challenges fearlessly

You'll go further than you expected

and you'll learn

that the world is filled with endless possibilities

Stay creative

That guitar, that painting,

that blog post that you're writing

keep doing them

They'll be the ones that keep your soul colourful

Stay emotional

that's what makes you human

One day in the future

you'll fall into darkness

and these emotions, these experiences

that you're having

they'll remind you that you're once alive

And guess what?

God will always be there

to hold you when you fall

Faith will be the one that keeps you going

Ten years from now

you might be still quite clueless about

what life is about

but you'll be fine

You'll be a happy person

Let's Make Churros! - Duration: 3:49.

hey guys it's Maggie J and it is very

nearly summer and my kid has already

started her school break so I'm sure

anytime now she's going to let me know

that she's bored or hungry or both and

as parents we know that's really when

summer begins so to combat some of that

boredom and hunger here is a recipe for

churros that you can spend an afternoon

on those with little hands can help with

some of these steps as well so you can

make this a whole family event here are

the ingredients that you'll need and you

should probably have all of these

already if you don't I mean what do you

even do in the kitchen

in a saucepan combine one cup of water two and a half

tablespoons of white sugar half a

teaspoon of salt and two tablespoons of

vegetable oil bring all that to a boil

then remove from heat and add one cup of

flour stirring stirring stirring until

it makes a dough I do not suggest using

a whisk here a spatula or a spoon will

work much better

once you make a dough remove from the pan and put into a

pastry bag the dough is going to be

super super hot so be careful with this

step some hangups that I had with using

the pastry bag

I don't own a tip big enough for the

dough to easily swoop out of the bag I

was able to pipe some dough strips out

of the bag using no tip at all but it

was a lot of work when the dough was

cool enough my daughter and I we just

went at it like play-doh rolling it up

hot dog style like we were in third

grade arts and crafts and we wound up

with some respectable dough logs

I haven't mentioned it yet but you're

going to need some oil for deep frying

once the oil is heated drop your dough

logs in and wait for them to get all

golden brown don't go anywhere cuz it

only takes like two three minutes

remove them from the oil set on paper towels to

drain for just a few minutes and then

very carefully because they're going to

be hot roll them in them in a mixture of

white sugar and cinnamon do not wait too

long to do this step because the

cinnamon and sugar will not stick if

these

are too cool if you use a big fat piping

tip you will get churros that look

more like authentic churros but this

whole plate of fake churros disappeared

within 40 minutes of taking them out of

the oil so I don't think anyone noticed

they were missing the wing parts

definitely a lot of fun to make this and

get your kids involved just be careful

around the oil and the dough which will

be hot as hell for a while after mixing

it I hope that your churros come out

wonderfully make sure that you post me

pictures because I want to see they're

like our little babies and if you figure

out what is a good size tip for the

pastry bags definitely let me know

because I like this recipe I just don't

necessarily like it my hands all dirty

this recipe is very simple and very easy

and very very delicious so I will be

making it again and I hope you enjoy it

As you know that it is more so these days.

And it is going to culminate in my presentation on June 4th, on the Pentecostal Day.

On the Pentecostal Day Christ announced that the Holy Spirit is coming down.

And to me, it is Christ coming down because the Holy Spirit and Christ and the God are

not different — They are one energy.

So, ultimately, what I want to do is to start a fellowship of people, not necessarily Christians,

but anyone who is interested in welcoming the original teachings of Jesus.

You know, only there's 20% of what we have in the New Testament belongs to the words

of Jesus.

The rest are people's understanding of Jesus.

Understanding changes as we go along.

And what happens to religion is, when the founder is gone, it gets misinterpreted.

And the more time elapses, the more misunderstanding comes in.

This happened to the Buddha who lived 600 years before Christ.

The Buddha taught that there was no God, there was no Soul, and no image of, no image worship

was allowed.

Now, what happened?

Today in Buddhism, everything got back.

Buddha, who said there was no God, became God, himself.

And then, he said there was no image; and then, they created an image for the Buddha.

And then, actually, it is the Greeks who first put together the image of the Buddha.

Alexander the Great came to India.

And he has a confrontation with the Buddhist monk there.

And then, Alexander was impressed about the teachings of the Buddha.

And he said, 'Why don't you create an image for this guy?'

So they created a Buddha with a Socratic robe, and a Greek headdress.

So the Buddha we know now is a Greek Buddha, okay — not the Buddha's — the Buddha

Buddha.

This happens to every religion.

It goes directly, sometimes against 100%, the teachings of the founder.

It happened to Jesus a lot.

So, my plan to create this is not my own.

I was inspired.

And it's a great, auspiscious day.

This is the Day of Ascension of Swami Ramalingam on the Pushya Star [Vedic Nakshatra].

And also, it's a Memorial Day when I am making this announcement.

So what we are going to do is just revive the original teachings of Jesus.

And he was there to bring, remember, the Golden Age.

The My Lord's Prayer says 'Thy Kingdom come to this Earth plane, as it is in Heaven.'

And we — we are not doing that, you know.

And it is getting worse every day.

So the Neo Christos is an attempt to bring the original teachings of Jesus, to bring

the Golden Age.

And not just say, "Jesus is going to come down and then, he is going to do that."

I don't think he is going to do that.

That is so far-fetched because every religion thinks that their founder is going to come

back.

So, even if he comes back, he will not be recognized.

So what does Christ's Coming really mean?

It means the Teachings will be revived, you know, — as he gave them.

The Kingdom is within.

He's not going to come and then establish a Kingdom, and everyone will become Christians.

That's absurd.

It's never going to happen.

And the Jews will not, even if Jesus comes today, it will be very difficult for the Jews

to accept him.

This is going to be a global phenomenon of understanding Jesus and accepting his energy.

His energy is to heal people.

So healing will be a part of the Christos, the Neo Christos organization.

And also, when Jesus left, he said, "I'm going to send the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is going to do things that I was not able to do."

— Which is a miracle.

What Christ promised everyone was the ability to prophecy and to get incredible power.

So, the purpose of creating this church is to make everyone powerful, to prophecy that

means the ability to know everything, to have a better brain.

So the first session will be on June 4th, the Pentecostal Day.

And you have been praying for the 50 Days, and I will do a session.

From then on there will be programs regularly until we find the necessity to start a separate
