Returning to the classic PoS
That we all like and love its back!
this is an album that to us is looks very interesting
because...in first place
addresses pretty existentialist issues
that can even be depressing, yeah a lot!
and the band suprises with new line up
with the guitarist Ragnar as the highlight
Ragnar Zolberg
That comes from a finnish band
called "SIGN", and we will talk about the relation between this band and PoS album
I don't think they are from Finland dude
Iceland??
From a nordic country ...
What can you tell about the album?
They are back, yeah the band made a comeback
To the real style they used to have in the 90's
Albums like "Entropia".... or 2002 "Remedy Lane"
or "One Hour by the concrete lake" in 98'
are albums that...
have characteristic songs that...
and make you remember this band
that have their unique style
And since those albums they had the topics like
self awareness, love...
loss, existencialism
and that is reflected in the intensity of the music of PoS
along the direction given by the vocalist
which is Daniel Gildenlöw
They are Swedish
To me they are a huge band!
they have a progressive influence
what sort of influence do you think they have?
Yeah, you can sense an influcence like...
other 90´s classic bands
with a more grunge-ish sound
with riffs like Alice in Chains
If you have heard..
the albums like One hour by the concrete lake
Entropia or even fragments from BE with classic PoS sound
All of that can be heard in the new album
they released 2 singles..... like mastodon just did
and they are..

with amazing riffs!
that make you headbang!
and the other is "Meaningless"

and ends up being depressing

and the vocalist appears as a dead body in morge
the video thematic is a funeral, lowering a corpse
and they show you the morge flashbacks
with the girl riding the corpse
with the vocalist corpse...and this goes hand in hand with...
the line that this guy had layout
in 20 years
with reflexive topics "why am i here?"
"why this life?"...suicide, love
passion, so you can see...
he pours himself out in the band and his music and you can tell
as to "reasons" video...
the song
it´s the catchy one of the album
and that i have ever heard before in recent times...
you will stuck that melody in your head for hours
we heard it a month ago and it still prevails

see they are good and the song is cool!
it´s been superb PoS comeback
it´s not Dream Theater but in my opinion they are pretty influential
for example
I know that Sonata Arctica guitarist
jani liimatainen... dont know how to pronunciate it...
was super fan of PoS
so if bands like Sonata
were influenced by pain of salvation
has a lot of recognition and prestige
besides they do make the honor to...prog metal
if you like to listen well thought music
contretemps, polyrithms...
drumming stuff we dont get...
I mean when you listen to it adequately this is the music you have to...
you know ,for the good music you need to be a good listener
if you listen to it once
you forget it....
you oughta give it a great listen to them , for you to understand the quality in this band

Beard Growth Day 7 - ITCHINESS | #babytobeard - Duration: 6:20.
Hey guys, this is Bruno Nascimento for another #babytobeard, where I'm showing you in real
time my beard growth process.
It's been 7 days since I shaved to start these #babytobeard series.
If you've been following along, and if you've been hydrating your beard daily, and you've
exfoliated a couple of times, you're probably having an easy time with your beard growth.
But even then, at this point you can start to feel a bit of itchiness.
Don't worry, it's all normal and a part of the process.
Your beard gets itchy for two main motives.
First, because you shaved, your hairs are now sharp as needles, and are irritating your
skin as they grow.
Luckily, this is only temporary, and the itch will drop down abruptly in another week or
two.
Second, because your beard and skin are more dry than usual.
That beard is soaking up all it can in order to keep growing, and you need to provide it
with extra care.
Now, whatever you do, don't scratch it.
I said don't scratch it!

At this point, a week into growing my beard, I start having a more intricate beard routine
that really brings the itch down to a minimum.
There are several things you can do to ease your beard itch.
Number 1: Washing your beard.
Every day your face sheds dead skin cells.
That's the way things are.
But now that you have a beard, they get stuck more easily.
And because they don't fall off, they're going to cause irritation and itch.
How to do it?
I always always always recommend you wash your beard with a proper natural beard wash.
DO NOT use a hair shampoo because it contains too many harsh chemicals that will only cause
further irritation and itch.
You only need to wash it every other day.
If you wash it too frequently, you will be stripping it of the natural oils it produces.
Of course, you can always just clean it with water, and adjust as necessary.
After all, you know your beard better than I do!
Be careful with water that's too hot, as it can also dry your skin.
How do I do it?
I put a dime sized amount of our Barba Brada Conditioning Beard Wash on my hands, rub them
together to lather, and then apply it to my beard.
I then use our shampoo brush to massage the beard and skin and to more easily spread the wash
in circular motions, and you don't really need to apply pressure.
This also acts like a brush so at the same time you're training your beard hair.
I let it sit for some minutes, and then, I rinse it out, first with hot water, and then
with cold.
Lastly, I pat dry my face with a towel.
Leaving any water behind can contribute to irritation, so be thorough.
Number 2: Hydrating your beard.
I apply 4 drops of our Barba Brada Beard Serum to my beard, both after I shower, and before
I go to bed.
This is the step that I have found to be the most helpful in ending the beard itch.
Our beard serums are made exclusively of natural ingredients and really soften your beard.
They also keep it hydrated throughout the day while supplying it with all the nutrients
it needs.
If you're afraid to leave stains on your pillow at night, worry not.
If you're using a light oil like ours, applying it 10 minutes before going to bed should be
enough to let it be absorbed by the beard and skin.
Number 3: Brush your beard.
Not only brushing helps increase the circulation to your skin and pores, but also helps spread
the oil better.
Use a 100% boar hair brush, since they're soft and won't damage the beard.
Plastic or mixed alternatives might contribute to more split ends.
A cool benefit of brushing your beard is that you're training it to go in a certain direction,
and might achieve a tidier beard over time.
I definitely noticed a big difference between when I first let it grow with no brushing
and the second time I let it grow while brushing.
Just keep in mind to not overbrush.
I do it once per day after I apply my beard oil in the morning.
Number 4: Get a silk pillowcase!
Sleeping is a beard's best friend, but regular pillowcases are its worst.
During the night you move and rub your face against the pillow, which contributes a lot
for the beard irritation and itch.
Regular pillowcases also pull your hair and beard, damage it, and leave it dry.
Silk pillow cases are softer and the way their fibers are put together, they won't pull the
hair or leave it dry.
I kid you not, silk pillow cases have been life changing.
Or should I say, beard changing?
And they don't need to cost an arm and a leg!
I'm leaving my favorites in the description, but whichever you get, make sure it's made
of high-grade silk.
That's pretty much it for today!
Remember that this is just a phase, and it will be over soon.
And if you follow all the previous steps, you'll definitely make it easier.
It's all about patience, at the end of the day!

that have their unique style
And since those albums they had the topics like
self awareness, love...
loss, existencialism
and that is reflected in the intensity of the music of PoS
along the direction given by the vocalist
which is Daniel Gildenlöw
They are Swedish
To me they are a huge band!
they have a progressive influence
what sort of influence do you think they have?
Yeah, you can sense an influcence like...
other 90´s classic bands
with a more grunge-ish sound
with riffs like Alice in Chains
If you have heard..
the albums like One hour by the concrete lake
Entropia or even fragments from BE with classic PoS sound
All of that can be heard in the new album
they released 2 singles..... like mastodon just did
and they are..
"Reasons"
with amazing riffs!
that make you headbang!
and the other is "Meaningless"
"meaningless" video has some topics...
that we want you to...
check it and make your own opinion about it
the song is also amazing
but i don't understand the meaning of the video yet
Meaningless is a song from PoS but ...
you could say is a cover
of "rockers don't bathe" song
from the band "SIGN" where Ragnar comes from
I mean the intro...
the sample of the bagpipes?
yeah bagpipes sound
all of that was part of the original song "rockers dont bathe"
lyrics changed a lot because the original one was...
about a rockstar dude that didn´t use to shower...
and he ended up smelling like sex... LOL
and PoS version that became...
"Meaningless" loses that character
and ends up being depressing
in the video we can see elements of necrophilia...
appears a girl who is a nurse
and the vocalist appears as a dead body in morge
the video thematic is a funeral, lowering a corpse
and they show you the morge flashbacks
with the girl riding the corpse
with the vocalist corpse...and this goes hand in hand with...
the line that this guy had layout
in 20 years
with reflexive topics "why am i here?"
"why this life?"...suicide, love
passion, so you can see...
he pours himself out in the band and his music and you can tell
as to "reasons" video...
the song
it´s the catchy one of the album
and that i have ever heard before in recent times...
you will stuck that melody in your head for hours
we heard it a month ago and it still prevails
super sticky
see they are good and the song is cool!
it´s been superb PoS comeback
it´s not Dream Theater but in my opinion they are pretty influential
for example
I know that Sonata Arctica guitarist
jani liimatainen... dont know how to pronunciate it...
was super fan of PoS
so if bands like Sonata
were influenced by pain of salvation
has a lot of recognition and prestige
besides they do make the honor to...prog metal
if you like to listen well thought music
contretemps, polyrithms...
drumming stuff we dont get...
I mean when you listen to it adequately this is the music you have to...
you know ,for the good music you need to be a good listener
if you listen to it once
you forget it....
you oughta give it a great listen to them , for you to understand the quality in this band

I'll try one day hair dye experience with this coloring hair wax
I saw many colors of them at the shop and
I picked up this blue and silver
OK, let's get started!
I can't say it has good smell
It's coming up

It's so sticky and strange feeling

It is white, isn't it?

I love these colors but
the hair is so sticky!
to tell the truth, it is not comfortable

Masala Papad Receipe - Indian Snacks Receipe - Duration: 5:30.
heata tawa on high flame
when tawa heated add 1 tspoon oil on tawa
place papad on tawa and roast it evenly by pressing
keep flipping and roast papad from both side properly
add some oil and roast it
if u have microwave then u can place papad on microwaveble plate and spread some oil on it and roast papad for 1 minute on full power
papad has roasted properly , take it out in a plate
in a bowl : add onion, tomato, cucumber, green coriander, green chilli and lemon juice.
mix it well
for seasoning we add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala or jeera powder
mix it well

put the prepared mixture on roasted papad evenly
masala quantity u can adjust as per your choice
garnish with chopped coriander or lemon juice
