the deeper moral behind it.
Once I uncover the deeper morals, I'll be able to apply the relevant learnings to my
own life.
Because of my Analytical theme, my friends sometimes approach me for help when they face a problem,
but are unsure of the root cause behind it.
After I ask different questions, analyse the situation, I often discover the root causes.
For example, when a friend is often too physically tired, the root cause was that he was exhausting
himself by saying yes to every demand he faced.
I am able to see these patterns clearly as a result of my Analytical theme and I find
great joy in helping my loved ones discover what is truly bothering them.
One of the challenges I face when I have decisions to make is that my Analytical theme makes
me overanalyse myself to the point of indecisiveness.
As a result, I can't make a good decision.
It could be about an event I don't want to go for but I feel pressured to go.
So I'm learning to define my priorities clearly in order to not overanalyse the demands and
distractions that will inevitably come.

An arborist is someone that can train on the job
or can train at a polytechnic or a university.
Arborist qualifications:
we get up to a level 4 qualification in arboriculture
which you do on job with a company like Treetech
or you can go to a polytechnic or university.
You can become an ISA certified arborist
which is a multi choice question
and you have to have three or four years of experience
in arboriculture doing that.
I'm Sam and im a contract supervisor here at Treetech.
I began my on the on the job training
with the company about 4 and a half years ago
and since then I'm a qualified arborist.
It took just over 3 years to complete my apprenticeship
and as I said I'm now a qualified arborist
and I look forward to the progression
that we have here in the company.
I just like the physical aspects of the work we do,
particularly climbing trees.

and an interest for the natural environment
and a bit of love and passion
to care for what we have existing here
