Model Rocket Engine In A Vacuum Chamber - 4K Slow Motion - will it burn? - Duration: 5:31.I was scrolling through the comments section.
Of our see-through model rocket engine video.
That we uploaded the other day.
And a few comments there caught my attention.
Apparently.
The same people that think the Earth is flat.
And Rockets cant fly in space.
Also think.
That a rocket can't burn in a vacuum.
The words hoax.
Space flight.
Moon landing.
The Earth is flat.
And stupid.
Were few of the words being thrown around in there.
So.
I'm going to run this model rocket engine.
In this giant vacuum chamber.
And let you be the judge.
Alright yeah.
Look at this baby this looks great.
The scroll is done.
This is my idea.
to mount the rocket engine inside the tube.
And what this is going to do.
I got this idea.
From the inside of a scroll compressor.
And what this is going to do.
Is not only hold the rocket in the center of the tube.
It's also going to allow us.
To see how much force the rocket is producing.
I like the fact that it's kind of like a scale.
That looks pretty sinister.
Alright that looks just about good there.
That looks nice.
We got our cameras all set up.
Our Chamber is in a vacuum.
And we are ready to roll it.
Godspeed.
Model rocket engine in a vacuum.
It was a success.
It burned.
The whole rocket engine burned like in one second.
boom gone.
It was crazy.
Anyway.
So yeah. it looks like that was a success.
It was amazing because the entire rocket engine.
Which usually last about 8 Seconds.
Burned up and about.
Literally one second In a vacuum.
It was gone.
So I found that amazing.
It was the exact opposite of what everybody thought it was going to do.
Which was not burn at all.
And let's take a look inside there.
Look at that a lot of debris.
All kinds of stuff in there.
And oh yeah.
Our GoPro survived.
A little bit chart up but it survived.
Okay open it up there.
I'm going to have you give it a little blow.
Look at all the smoke that's in there.
And ready go.
Wow that smells good.
Thanks to all the viewers.
For asking for this particular episode.
Because this one was really good.
This one was a lot of fun.
Surprisingly.
After this entire engine burned.
We still have vacuum left.
In our vacuum chamber.
Which was impressive.
So I hope you like this video.
This was a great subject.
Keep the ideas coming.
A lot of these ideas.
If you haven't figured out already.
We do listen to our audience.
We integrate a lot of those ideas into these episodes.
Which in my opinion makes them more organic.
And gives me a lot of ideas.
That I wouldn't think of on my own otherwise.
So keep the ideas coming.
Keep telling us what you think.
And keep watching.
So that's about it for this one.
See you in the next episode.

deleted and I'll put a hash
for every number I have then I give alt gr + 3 and put 3
pads the first three numbers now a space
2 pad space, space pad 2 and pad 2
and so
in the sample and see how we have by blocks like us
we wanted to give to accept and that so we can continue to have the

Illinois / Bruce Rauner / Springfield / Illinois House of Representatives - Duration: 2:56.Illinois budget deadline looms, lawmakers did not work overnight
Illinois lawmakers went home Tuesday night,
as Wednesday night's deadline to reach a budget deal loomed
and protesters camped out in the chambers.
The state is set to start its third fiscal year without a budget,
on July 1. If there's no deal by midnight,
lawmakers will face a much higher bar to pass any budget legislation.
They will need a two-thirds majority instead of a simple majority.
Protesters were vocal Tuesday about the fact
that the state hasn't had a budget for the last two years.
They stood in front of Governor Bruce Rauner's office in Springfield,
with police serving as a barrier.
Overnight, officers started removing the demonstrators.
Police have not confirmed any arrests.
The protesters were furious about how
the state's budget crisis has affected social service agencies and created cuts and layoffs.
It looks like the midnight deadline for this year's budget will be missed.
Members of the general assembly called
it a night Tuesday without discussing one budget item.
"I think we are moving forward on ideas about putting
a budget together and how to find revenue to pay for it,"
Majority Leader State Rep. Barbara Flynn Currie (D) said.
Last year, Democrats in the Illinois House and Senate could not come up with
a budget proposal to send to the governor.
Lawmakers missed the deadline and each side had to create a short term spending deal,
which Rauner signed off on, to keep schools open.

REEL MAGIK 5" UNCUT PACKER REVIEW [CC] - Duration: 12:06.[Intro music]
Chase: Hey guys! It's Chasey-poo and today I'm going to
be doing another review for you. Today...
I'm reviewing something that so many people have been
asking for me to actually review since i posted the
unboxing video.
Umm, a couple of months ago, which I'll put in the
description below.
Umm before I start this video. Disclaimer: This is
literally an educational video. I'm showing a prosthetic
that is made for transgender men to help
alleviate bottom dysphoria.
Please do not flag this video.
Anyways!
A lot of people have been saying that my reviews lately
I seem like a little out of touch, just cause I feel so
defeated because my videos keep getting age-restricted.
I'm trying to be okay. I have a little bit of a cold so
I sound so masc4masc right now.
But I'm really excited to talk to you about this
next packer because...
it is...the
packer.
So people have been asking me: "Chase. What's the
packer that you use everyday. What's the number one
packer that you recommend to everyone?"
Well, for the longest time, it was the Mr. Limpy.
Which is here- yes it's seen better days. Deal with it.
Eh- I- Whatever.
This was it.
This is the packer that I used forever because
it's, umm, it's small, it shrinks in time because
the silicone, (mumbling) it's a little bit bigger
when you get it in the mail.
But it does shrink with time.
And it was just nice and discreet, and
this is the packer that I used.
Now! I have found a new packer and I know that the
size difference is gonna be a little bit crazy, but just
you just gotta follow me on here. Okay. Don't click away
just yet. Until you hear what I have to say.
Yes! It's a huge size difference, but just wait.
So!
This is the Reel Magik
packer. The uncut packer that is 5 inches.
(deep sigh)
I don't know how to express to you,
the amount of, like forever
Mr. Limpy is going to be my number one packer.
I'm never going to find anything better.
It's super cheap, it's like $12. $14.
Which is great.
And then Reel Magik sends me this.
and I'm like...this is way too big.
And then I put it in my pants, and I'm like
Oh my goodness.
I... can't believe this is happening.
I've worn this every single day now for a month,
and I am not taking it off.
This has become my new packer.
And I'm going to give you like a close description of
what it looks like, and how it feels inside my pants,
so you can make the decision on your own, if you want
to purchase this packer or not.
So Reel Magik's packers come in 3 different types of
"squishiness" I guess, the soft.
then they come in, this one is the Classic.
And then there's the lightweight. The lightweight one
isn't out yet.
I'm like literally waiting at the tip of my
...toes.
At the edge of the toes...I'm
I'm waiting
I'm waiting for the lightweight version because
apparently it's like the same size, it's just
a lot lighter, which is great. Cause this one is a little bit
heavy. Compared to my Mr. Limpy. Oh my god.
This packer also is the 4 1/2 inch, uh
um uh, cut version.
This is also going to be reviewed, just watch for the
video that will come out eventually.
But the density of this one is, is just a little bit harder.
than the squishiness, this is like a stress ball.
and this is like
like, just a little bit harder.
Um, and the silicone that they use is a little bit
different. This one you do need to powder.
Which means that when you wash this, um you need to
add some powder to it.
Ahh you can put some baby powder, or you can put
some, um, cornstarch if you want.
I use both of them.
I mean, it just, especially the baby powder it kinda
leaves it nice and smooth.
Um, okay so let's talk more about this peen.
So I've been wearing it non-stop for a month, so I'm
going to show you a close up of it, and I did clean it as
much as I could. But I think it's good that I'm going to
show you exactly what happens after you wear it for
a month. So that you can expect it.
Okay so this is it, over here on the sides. So you can see
on the sides over here that there's like these little bumps.
It's like these little fuzzies from your underwear.
And then this is..
right over here. I just wanna make sure that it
still stays in focus.
And there's over there, and a little bit on the side.
And this is what it looks like from the front. Over here.
So it is pretty squishy.
And it does lift up, but you have to be careful, and
you can't put this in a harness that has an "o-ring."
Because this will damage the prosthetic, and
you don't want to do that.
But in terms of it looking super realistic, like I mean
c'mon look at this foreskin. It doesn't retract or anything,
but it does, you can move it like that.
And you can squish it, and honestly this thing just feels
so good in your hand.
So it's normal for packers, for after a while to get these
like weird linty things that are hard to take off, especially
if the packer itself is pretty sticky.
Um so I really like here that the base is really really
flat. That's a problem with the Mr. Limpy that I have,
the base isn't flat, especially where the balls and the
shaft meet.
Um so this is easy cause it just really lays on your
skin like that and then it just kind of
goes normally. And now something that I've had to
get use to, is having balls.
All these prosthetics that I've had the balls are like
not really that big or they're like kind of everywhere.
This is like
really really anatomically correct, in to what it would be
to have a wiener.
And I'm going to put this on in my underwear that I wear
everyday and I'm going to it in a packing underwear that
I have from FTM Downunder.
Just to show you the difference
Now this is going to be part of a different video, but
I do want to say, okay, if you're looking to get
phalloplasty in the future,
I go to a lot of phalloplasty workshops at the conferences,
and they always say if you're going to have phalloplasty
start to pack big. Because you don't how
ah- it's going to feel to have a wiener
that is always going to be
big. Because it doesn't get bigger. It's always the same size.
Um this packer over here is probably the packer
that I'm going to say...
Umm
replicates the image I have in my head.
So I have a friend, a good friend of mine, who had
phalloplasty. And he sends me pictures
sometimes of him in his underwear.
After putting on this prosthetic and taking pictures of me
in my underwear, I realized that it looks the same.
I feel like I have had phalloplasty when I wear this.
And that makes me feel so good, I don't have any
bottom dysphoria related to my junk anymore,
because of this packer.
The one thing,
The one thing that I don't like about this thing is that
sometimes it does get really sticky over here,
and it does
get stuck to your junk,
which means that when you kind of peel it off,
it like peels with you
I mean it feels like it's your skin so that's great!
But also is really not fun, so you really need to
to- to put some powder on here,
it's really not fun.
Kay, let me show you what it looks like in the panties.
Kay, so this is me.
I'm going to be putting it in my underwear right now.
I have to place it lower than I'm use to but that's okay.
So this is what it looks like in shorts, that I'm wearing.
(laughs) It matches my hair.
And then if I take off my pants...
Don't flag this video. Don't flag this video.
This is a prosthetic, it helps trans men.
Okay?
This is what it looks like in underwear.
Okay so,
You can see that, it is a significant bulge.
And it might be uncomfortable for some people at first
And at first I was like "there's no way, that just looks
so big." I can't really see it on camera right now,
but hopefully you can.
And this is what it looks like from the front. I don't really
like what it looks like from the front, honestly so I'm just
gonna go back to the side view, and show you like that.
Because that's what I'm way more comfortable with.
The ball are like really, they're like
they're like low, so sometimes I'm wearing jeans and I'm
like doing that, but I need to let you know that I do wear
skinny jeans, okay. And when I wear skinny jeans, most
prosthetics are way too big for me.
And I, they just squish too much, and it just doesn't
feel good, or, umm
It just looks like I have the biggest wiener in the world.
Let me put on my pants so you can see what I mean.
(sings) Things that I do for you...
(still singing) la da dee, la da doo
Alrighty.
Alright, so this is what it looks like in pants.
So the bulge is like,
it's it's it's just like a regular bulge. So it's not like it's
huge or anything like that.
Um in the summer I don't know if I'm going to be able to
wear this packer, because it's going to get really hot
I'm just going to get undressed for you right now...
(sings) la da deee
But um...
I am going to say that
so far it looks good in shorts and it looks good in pants
and it's something that I'm very comfortable with.
Which is really great, even though it is a lot bigger
than some things I am normally use to.
Okay now FTM Downunder has these packing
boxers that are really awesome,
and I'm going to show you what it looks like.
Now, in these boxers there is an "O-ring" okay.
(sigh) I don't recommend putting your prosthetic
through this.
Especially this one over here.
But because this one doesn't actually hang, you could
technically do it, but it can damage it.
I'm just letting you know that it can damage it,
So
umm
the only thing that it would help, is that it would help
that that the wiener is just a little bit higher, than it
than it's suppose to be but this does look
like you have a significant
a significantly bigger bulge than you did before.
But I promise you, in pants it does feel really good.
Also these underwear are really great, I'm going to
review them, don't worry, the link will be in the
description, eventually.
Damn! That looks like a big wiener, damn!
Alright, so how do you clean this thing?
Well you can buy a cleansing spray, that Reel Magik has,
Um, to me it just smells like alcohol, like alcohol swab
type of...whatever.
Um, and it just it really cleans, so it disinfects it.
This is my opinion on what it is,
you can buy that, or you can
umm
maybe use alcohol on it,
I don't know if it's only just alcohol in there though, that's
the thing. And I wouldn't want to ruin your prosthetic, but
I've been using that spray and I'm happy with it.
Because it does help to disinfect it.
I wear this all the time.
When I take a shower at night, I take it off, spray a little
bit of that, I just kind of let it go. And then I just wipe it
off.
And then I put it back in my panties.
(whispers) my panties.
After I take a shower and I am good to go.
Um I sleep with this, I do everything with it.
Now I have not tried to swim with it, but I have put it in
swim trunks, and damn!
It looks like I have a big wiener.
But here's the thing, if you're planning on having
phalloplasty, you have to deal with this bulge all the time.
So that's why I'm getting ready mentally to see a big
bulge in my pants all the time. And all the activities that
I do.
When I go biking, when I go running. I did go running
with this thing, by the way,
First time, it didn't go well.
It went everywhere, cause I wasn't wearing the right underwear.
The second time, I decided to wear a jock strap, yes!
Wear a jock strap when you are going to do any type of
sport with this packer. Because it will hold it in place like
it's glued to you.
It did not move at all, and I ran like 5k.
And it was great. I also wear this when I go biking,
a little uncomfortable cause the balls, and where do
they go, and
Whoo! But
Umm, you you need to, if you really are looking for
phalloplasty in the future. And I know this is kind of like
why would you want that if you're looking for
a prosthetic, but trust me, I don't know, this is
this is just the way that I feel.
I see it in my pants and I just feel more complete and
I feel way more happy, and more at home than I did
when I did the Mr. Limpy, and yes there is a significant
price difference, and that sucks.
This isn't super expensive though, don't worry, it's $60.
Um, compared to the $12 of Mr. Limpy.
But it's not like a $400
um, packer.
Uh, this is one of their cheapest models that they have
on the Reel Magik website, and it is worth it.
If you would like to purchase this, the first 100 people
who buy from Reel Magik using my code, will get a discount.
And because I already did an unboxing video, people
have already started buying it, so if you're thinking about
buying it, don't wait to use my discount code, use it now
because the 100
they they're only allowing 100 people to use this
discount code so,
anyway- Jesus I should not do that with this, my precious.
(inhales)
Like it feels really good.
Mmmm, ugh.
And you know what's really great,
what I really like about Reel Magik,
is that their silicone doesn't secrete oils.
The Mr. Limpy, you leave that shit on the, on the
on like a
um this,
and it just like secretes this like uh
silicone oil or something.
This doesn't do that and I think it's maybe because it's
powdered, but this one over here it either.
Like it's been in this spot and it just, it hasn't really
secreted any oil.
Umm
So yeah, so that's it. Anyways!
Umm, I hope this video, I'm so sorry it was long but I
really wanted to inform you about this packer cause it's
really great and I want a lot of people to be able to see it
and to, umm
experience it I guess, it's really squishy. This is the soft,
model. You can get this in a classy version as well, but
that is a little bit harder. I would recommend getting the
soft for both.
That's my professional opinion, as a peen connoisseur.
Ahaa, and umm,
Yeah that's it, that's all I have to say. If you have any questions let me know. The discount code is going to be
in the description in the link below. And I'll see you guys soon. Have a great day, bye!

DIY Tutorial - Handmade Bow - Duration: 6:42.This question came up on our audio podcast, the VeryPink Knits podcast.
If you wanna learn more about the audio podcast, I'll give you a link, you can click the little
"I" in the upper right-hand corner.
And someone submitted a question asking how we present knitted gifts as gifts, as presents,
and I have, like, the standard thing that I always do when I explained...I answered
the question in the podcast how I do it, but I realized and I promised listeners that I
would show it in video.
So this isn't a knitting video, but it is kind of knitting related because it's how
I present knitted gifts.
And my answer is that I always do the same thing, I keep it really simple, I buy nice
paper and I make a handmade bow, and in this video I'm gonna show you how to do the handmade
bow.
I'm actually not very great at wrapping presents, you're gonna see a closeup here in a minute,
it's a lot of tape, but if I buy a nice thick paper that's hand-printed, I happen to get
this paper at the co-op where I buy my groceries, but I know that there are a lot of Etsy sellers
who are actually printing nice paper and it's a nice heavy quality, it makes it look a lot
better.
Let's go ahead and dive in because I wanna show you all kinds of different things.
So here is the close up of the bow, and this is standard for every present that I buy,
this is how I present it.
And you'll see my wrapping job is not that great, but it serves its purpose and it does
look really pretty.
And this is the yarn that I'm...yarn, I just said yarn, it's ribbon.
I swear it's ribbon.
It's acetate satin fused edge ribbon, it's 100 yards C&G.
I will tell you I have had these two rolls of ribbon since I was in my 20s.
So we're talking, like, over 20 years, and they've lasted this long.
And I give away a lot of presents, but it just doesn't take much yarn.
I said it again.
Every time I say yarn, think ribbon because that's what I mean.
It just doesn't take very much.
But this ribbon's really good.
I'll give you a link to a place that I recently ordered more this ribbon, but it hasn't arrived
yet, they don't ship very quickly.
So I'm gonna show you how to do this little thing I just did, and we're gonna use the
same box.
So I'll take that ribbon off.
And first I'm going to get started with, excuse me, the ribbon around the box.
I need a drink of water.
I put it over the front like this, turn it over.
And I need just at at least more ribbon.
So I'm going to cross those two ends and flip it over again.
I did not leave myself very much ribbon to do that with, there we go.
Cross those...see, I'm not very good at this part, I'm good at the bow, though.
And cut this end, and this is why I like this ribbon because it...you see it holds its shape
pretty well.
Just gonna tie a single knot and set this aside because we're gonna get right into the
bow here.
Okay, so I'm going to determine how big of a bow I want, and when we start folding this
over, that's going to be the diameter of your bow.
I'm gonna fold this over.
That's six times, seven, eight, I'll do it eight times.
The more you fold it over, the bigger your bow.
And I'll cut that.
Still a tickle in my throat.
I'm sorry about the coughing.
And then I'm gonna fold this over, and on the folded edge, I'm gonna cut the corners
off.
Make a total mess.
And then once I open it back up, I have these notches, I'll put that on there and tie those
two ends around...the bow that isn't a bow yet.
Okay, you see this ribbon holds it's...I don't have to have someone's finger there, you know,
holding this for me because this ribbon holds its shape.
Okay, now is the fun part.
We're going to pull out the different kind of pedals of the bow.
So I pull one and I twist it and pull it down.
Take the second one, I twist it and pull it up.
Twist it and pull it down, twist it and pull it up.
Actually, this is gonna be kinda small though.
Twist it and pull it down, twist it and pull it up, twist it and pull it down, and this
is the bow that you get.
This is kind of a small one, smaller than the one that I cut off, you see.
I probably wrapped this more like 10 times and I think I wrapped this one 7 times.
And then the last thing I do, is I fold the ribbon over and I cut this way.
I cut a notch outta the end so I get this cute little, shape at the end of the ribbon
that's left over.
And there's my handmade bow.
And every bow ends up being a little different, you know, because it's a handmade thing and
it's not perfectly symmetrical, it's kind of adorably not symmetrical, I think, is what
you'd call it, and this is the way that I wrap every present that I have wrapped for
the last 20 or 30 years.
Anyway, I hope that helps, I hope you have fun making bows, good luck.

I am hanging out with Mike Chen.
- What's up, guys?
- He's an amazing food lover.
And we're gonna take you on a noodle tour of Bangkok.
we're gonna eat some of the best noodles
and a well-rounded variety of Thai noodles.
- Noodles are one of my favorite things
and we both love spicy food as well.
- Yes, we do.
- So, I think we're gonna get along pretty well.
- It's gonna be an awesome day.
(upbeat music)
In this video, Mike and I are taking you on an ultimate
Thai street food noodle tour of Bangkok,
where you'll discover five different Thai noodle dishes
that you don't want to miss eating when you're in Thailand.
We had to begin this tour with something big and beautiful.
And I'm talking about one of the most impressive, giant,
bubbling pans of meat you'll find in Bangkok.
The first restaurant, this place is called Wattana Panich.
And this place is legendary in Bangkok
for their beef noodles, their braised beef noodles,
Chinese-Thai style and the absolute best thing,
or the icon of this restaurant is their,
it's almost like a jacuzzi of this eternal bubbling
beef parts and juices and oils and fats.
- That was the craziest things I've seen in Bangkok so far.
And there's different parts of cow in there.
- You can see everything.
If you just gaze across the surface of that pan
you see beef chunks, you see tripe, you see intestines,
you see other unknown parts.
- [Mike] And you're telling me that this thing is,
like, eternal.
- Yeah, they never turn off the fire.
Which brews beneath there.
This is called kuay teow neua tukyang.
So it's beef noodles with everything.
There's some beef balls in there.
And it also includes both braised beef and also fresh beef.
- [Mike] So I mean, do they have hot oil here?
- They don't have hot oil.
Usually the Thai seasonings is chili vinegar.
Chili flakes and fish sauce.
All right, let's go in for the broth.
You can see how thick and rich that is.
- Oh, that is fatty, that is fatty.
- [Mark And Mike] Cheers, man.
- Oh my God, that is, whoa.
- Oh, it's good.
- That thing, that thing, that broth can afford
to fly first class, that's how rich it is.
I mean, wow.
- Oh, man.
It's like, you can actually taste like the fatty collagen
thickness of that, man.
- I almost had to chew that broth.
- Soup number five.
Soup number five.
Here it is.
The soup number five.
- I don't know what that means.
But I'm a little scared.
It looks, I see Chinese herbs in there already.
But I'm excited, I'm excited.
Whatever you're bringing out, I'll eat it.
- [Mark] Okay, so should we season our noodles first?
Then we can proceed on with the other.
- [Mike] How do you typically season your noodles?
- [Mark] Normally, this is just crushed up chilis,
marinated in vinegar.
- [Mike] I see that a lot here in Thailand.
- [Mark] Normally, do you like it sour?
- [Mike] I do.
- [Mark] I love it sour, so.
- [Mike] Thank you, yeah.
Load it in, absolutely.
- [Mark] Probably like.
- [Mike] Yeah, absolutely.
- Scoops of that.
Usually this is not really spicy.
But it's just fragrant.
And the spice comes from the ground red chili.
So this is more for sourness.
- And then we got the heat coming up.
I'm like, I just shovel it in.
It's okay.
- [Mark] Usually about two scoops or so.
Two scoops should do it.
- [Mike] This is where things get beautiful.
- Oh, look at that.
You can see the color of that broth just goes from
that dark brown color to like a maroon almost.
- Oh.
Dude.
That just made it magical.
That's ridiculous.
You know, it has all the elements I like.
Flavorful, it's vinegary.
Man, that beef is flavorful.
That beef is really flavorful.
- [Mark] Did you try the braised beef?
- Yeah.
I mean, I think I had a piece with a little bit
of tendon in there.
But this piece looks really braised actually.
- Oh yeah.
Oh the braised beef is so tender.
That broth, yeah you just gotta drink it.
- I'm not even being civilized here.
- It's so good.
- [Mike] Let's move on to our second item here.
- [Mark] Okay.
- [Mike] What do we got here?
- I think this one is goat.
And then this one is bull penis.
Soup number five.
- Oh, so that's the mysterious soup.
I knew that the way you said that I was like,
number five, I think something is off with that.
- Are we going straight in here?
Or should we taste the soup first.
- Okay, let's taste the soup first.
- Let's taste the soup first.
- Ease our way in.
- Ease our way in.
- It is very thick.
- Okay.
- Okay, the soup is good.
- [Mark] Oh, it's good.
It's amazing.
- [Mike] That soup is good.
- It's so herbal.
I think we should go in for bigger and better things now.
Oh.
It's actually incredible.
- [Mike] I don't know if I would use the word incredible.
It's different.
- [Mark] Oh, I love it actually.
- [Mike] It's sort of like, it's really soft.
But not too slimy.
- [Mark] A little bit slimy.
- It's a little slimy.
It's got a little aftertaste to it.
Was there a little bitterness to it?
I think I'm good with that one bite.
I mean.
- Man, I really love it.
Almost like intestines.
- [Mike] Yeah, less chewy.
- But even less chewy.
They're softer.
Should we move into the other one?
- Yeah, let's do it.
Let's do a piece of lean meat here.
All right, cool.
Yours got bones in it, you gotta be a little careful.
- Yeah, yeah.
I'll kind of nibble around the bones here.
- [Mike] I'm just gonna one bite this thing.
- Oh.
- Oh, that's nice.
- Oh, that just melts in your mouth.
- That's great.
- After that stunning bowl of beef noodles and that soup,
we, Mike and I are just here admiring the jacuzzi of beef.
- [Mike] It's like watching a meaty sunset.
You can't look away.
- I could just stare into that all day long.
And they actually use a shovel.
To like scrape off all of that beefy fat
that's probably caramelized on the bottom of the pan.
- You can't have it burned, so.
- It's just the cycle of flavor that never ends.
(upbeat music)
We just made it to the next restaurant.
Mike, we're gonna eat here pad see ew.
Like a fried noodles with soy sauce.
Thick noodles, yup.
- Oh, I'm excited.
Is that what people call drunken noodles in the States?
- It's a little bit different, but same noodles.
Same actual like rice noodles.
Standing here at the front of the restaurant
watching them cook and assemble the noodles,
and especially watching him make that pad see ew,
it's just incredible.
He puts in the egg and the meat and then just
scratches it around on the extremely hot wok.
And the smoke just billows.
So they actually have a chimney.
And they have like fiber glass windows
so that it blocks in all the smoke.
Otherwise this entire restaurant would just
be filled with the smoke.
This place is called Nay Lao Radna Yodpak.
And this place specializes in two main noodle dishes.
One of them is called radna.
Which is, it's a noodle dish with gravy sauce.
And the other dish is called pad see ew.
Which is stir fried Thai noodles with soy sauce.
This restaurant is just buzzing right now.
And partly because we're here right at the lunch time rush.
- I can't wait.
This is my first time eating a noodle dish I love
in the country of its origin.
- And there's an egg fried within here.
There's pork, there's, I see the pork.
- Cheers, my friend.
- Cheers, man.
- [Mike] Dude.
- [Mark] Oh, the smokiness of those noodles.
- That is really good.
I'll be honest, I mean, I don't know,
it doesn't look like much.
But holy cow, that flavor.
- You can just see a cloud of smoke that's rising
from the wok as he's cooking it.
So you know it's gonna have that smoky,
that deep smoky flavor.
- That is something you never have in the U.S.
- I think what we should do though is,
we should try the other pad see ew first.
To like compare that same flavor.
Another version of pad see ew.
- [Mike] Yeah, let's do it.
- [Mark] Just with different noodles.
And with an extra omelet on top.
So it's an extra egg is always a good idea.
- And some gailan, of course.
That was, can I say it?
That was all about the egg.
The egg is fluffy.
But slightly like almost like caramelized on the edges.
I mean the noodles are great, noodles are great.
But that egg was the star.
- All right, Mike.
Third bowl of noodles, this one is the radna
which is the gravy sauce with noodles.
So this is like a different composition
of a noodle dish here.
- [Mike] Let's do it.
- [Mark] And it's a thick gravy.
But then the same ingredients.
The same rice noodles.
The gailan, the pork in here.
- [Mike] I feel like that's a common theme.
- [Mark] You just admire the stickiness of that sauce.
- Oh.
That pork is ridiculous.
I do feel like this needs some acid.
- [Mark] Yeah.
Vinegar and chilis.
Has to be done.
- [Mike] It's gonna come down to that.
- Vinegar.
- Yup.
- Maybe a few more of these chilis.
- Do it.
- And then yeah, the chili.
Hit it with the chili, man.
- [Mike] Let's make it rain.
- That's a beautiful rain.
- Oh.
I love it.
- Oh yeah.
- [Mike] Okay, so mix it up a little bit.
Mix it up a little bit.
- Get a goo going.
This is one of those noodles dishes where you almost
have to like, kind of like eat it fast
before it slides out of your spoon.
- Yeah, this is not gonna be pretty, just saying.
- [Mark] I love it with the vinegar, though.
We need them to top this with another omelet.
- I think so.
That omelet is like my favorite thing on this dish.
- Oh, oh, that's good.
- I love them both.
I feel like, I don't know.
How do you choose?
It's like if you have two kids,
who do you choose?
You wanna keep 'em both.
But I think the omelet from here to this dish right here,
that's be my perfect.
- [Mark] Cool.
- [Mike] But this place is fantastic.
- We ordered his wish.
His dream come true.
The wide rice noodles pad see ew with the omelet on top.
- [Mike] This is beautiful, thank you so much
for thinking of me while on the way.
I think this is the dream team right here.
- [Mark] That was good.
- I'm so happy.
- That pad see ew was stunning, actually.
The smokiness of that charred flavor of those noodles
was unbelievable.
- At least Thai noodles, you ruined it for me.
- And we are on our way next
to go eat boat noodles.
- [Mike] Oh wow.
- Yup, this is it right here.
(speaking foreign language)
To make Thai boat noodles,
they first added some seasonings to a bowl.
Blanched the rice noodles in fresh morning glory.
And doused it in the thick murky and full of flavor
pig's blood broth.
This is the pig's blood here.
Raw pig's blood.
- That's raw pig's blood.
- [Mark] Then she takes it
and then she dumps it into the soup
to slightly cook it and then that makes the broth.
- [Mike] Wow.
- Mike, look at all these boat noodles.
And this restaurant is called Khon Mee Sen.
And this is a little bit off the beaten path.
This is a restaurant near to Pad Kret in Nonthaburi,
so we're probably about 20 kilometers outside of central
downtown Bangkok.
And I've been to this boat noodle restaurant.
But it's probably been a couple years ago.
And again, we got two different noodles.
We got the sen lak, which is the medium sized rice noodle.
And the sen mee which are the thin rice noodles.
- [Mike] So the broth is extremely thick.
- [Mark] Yeah, you can, oh man.
It's almost like a gravy.
Kind of slurp it all down in a one biter, if you want.
- Cheers. - Cheers.
- I'll admit.
This just kind of scares me.
'Cause blood scares me.
Because I'm not a vampire.
And I had this in New York
where the soup, it was more soup.
Than like saucy noodles.
But this, I can't really tell there's blood in here.
- The blood really acts to rich it.
And really like, for me it really enhances the flavor.
I love it.
And I got a big piece of liver in that bite.
And if you can see the liver,
the liver is half raw as well.
- I see that.
- [Mark] And it's awesome.
The liver, it just melts in your mouth.
- [Mike] With a bit vinegar.
- [Mark] Oh yeah.
- [Mike] I think it will be awesome.
- [Mark] You have to, man.
- [Mike] Let me hook you up.
- You have to, thank you.
Another thing that complements,
That I feel complements the boat noodles so well
is sweet basil.
- Yeah.
- And you can just grab.
You can either just chase it,
or you can toss some leaves in there.
I might have to spoon it on this, man.
- Yeah, yeah.
No, do what you gotta do.
- I'm gonna spoon it.
So we can get, you can maximize the amount we can get
in one single bite.
Oh no, my basil.
- It just, we gotta just make sure
we don't leave anything out.
All right, cheers.
- Cheers.
- That's fantastic.
I mean, the flavor is so rich.
And again, not, no blood taste at all.
- [Mark] Delicious.
Load up with some bean sprouts even.
- That'll give it some nice crunch.
- That basil is where it's at, though.
- [Mike] There you go.
- Thank you, man.
These chili flakes are amazing.
Stir this around.
All right, next bowl.
- Fantastic.
Fantastic.
- [Mark] Stack up the bowls.
- [Mike] Whoa, is this pork rind?
- [Mark] You crunch it up inside the boat noodles.
And that gives it the extra crunchy dimension.
- [Mike] Wow.
- And that is what takes your boat noodles
to a final level of excellence.
Oh yeah.
- Oh.
That is awesome.
- It's like a crunch sponge.
All right.
- [Mike] All right.
- We just finished with the boat noodles.
That was extremely satisfying.
So good.
- Coma setting in.
Boat noodle coma.
- Again, you can feel free to lean your chair back, man.
- If I'm not quiet here for about 30 minutes, I'm gone.
- I'll make sure to stay awake 'cause I'm driving.
We're driving on our way to the next restaurant.
That was a little bit of a long drive,
but we made it to an area.
This area is called Saphan Kwai.
- I smell durian.
Right now.
- Oh, it's right there, hello.
That smells delicious.
We're gonna head over to what is one of my favorite
street food styles for bamee, which is egg noodles.
Saphan Kwai is a real Bangkok Thai street food paradise.
There's a lot of good street food in this area.
This place is called Uwan Bamee Giew Guangdong.
And this is one of my favorite just simple street food
restaurants in Bangkok.
He is a master of bamee which are egg noodles.
And he makes the egg noodles fresh himself every day.
He kind of like loosens the noodles.
He boils them for the perfect amount of time.
You can tell that he's an artist.
He drops them into the bowl.
Then he kind of fishes around the soup.
He fishes out some of those dumplings.
And then adds in the different sauces.
I ordered for us the bamee giew moo daeng.
And this is egg noodles with dumplings in here.
You got the shrimp dumplings.
And then moo daeng is the, it's the Thai version
of cha siu.
But it's a little bit different.
It's kind of Thai-ified.
- Is there a reason why there's always a fish ball in here?
- There's always at least one.
- Like one.
There's always, we always get one fish ball.
- I think it's just that whole variety of meats
and everything.
And I love how he just kind of handles the noodles artfully
before he blanches them.
He just, he knows his noodles so well like a child.
Oh.
Oh, I love it.
- [Mike] I got a beautiful crispy pork skin with mine.
And that provided such a contrast in texture.
- [Mark] The noodles are so light and fluffy.
Because they're so so thin.
- It's really springy.
Really springy.
- [Mark] They don't have any of that kind of like
floury taste.
- The filling is excellent.
Right?
- It almost has a bacon taste to it.
- Beautiful, beautiful.
I wanna try some of this soup in there a little bit.
- Yeah, you can do that too.
- Oh yeah, the soup is very light.
Very light in flavor.
And I don't know about you, but whenever I see
a meat on a bone, my Chinese instinct
is just telling me to gnaw on it.
Oh.
This is one of those bones that,
meats off the bones that the more you chew
the more the flavor releases.
You don't.
- It's just like creamy porky goodness, man.
- You don't get a release of flavor in this first bite.
But as you chew it, you're like, wow.
The depths of the flavor, it's hidden inside.
- That's been boiled for a very long time, you know that.
- And I got a piece where I got the collagen
so it's little crunchy bones.
- I got a little something gelatinous on that bite.
But they would definitely be better with some chili.
- [Mike] Oh yeah, yeah.
Heck yeah.
- [Mark] And vinegar.
- [Mike] Heck yeah.
Here, you want a whole spoon full?
- [Mark] Yes, please.
- [Mike] Thank you.
- [Mark] You wanna put some vinegar?
- [Mike] Yeah, absolutely, absolutely.
(upbeat music)
And I'm gonna go ahead and add this in my broth as well.
- [Mark] Oh yeah.
- I'm gonna have my noodles take a dive.
And right there, that's a 10 pointer.
- Just look at that, the beauty of these noodles.
They all have their own personality, every noodle.
- [Mike] It's cascading spice right there.
- [Mark] Yeah, that's, oh, that's beautiful.
- [Mike] That's like a waterfall of beauty.
- [Mark] Oh, man.
- That's a spice waterfall.
That looked wonderful.
Dude.
- What a bite, man, what a bite.
That was superb.
I loved it.
Every single bite of it.
(speaking foreign language)
- That was great.
- What did you think, Mike?
- That was probably the best egg noodles
I've had outside of Hong Kong.
- Cool.
- And I love everything they threw in there.
(upbeat music)
- We've been walking around for a little while.
And we actually just kind of ran out of time
to go to more famous pad thai restaurant.
But there's this restaurant that's very close
to where we just had the egg noodles.
It's called Pad Thai Je Tim.
I know nothing about this place.
I've never been here.
But let's check it out.
Let's see how it is.
To make pad thai, he first tossed in some tofu.
A spoonful of dried shrimp.
And then a few fresh shrimp.
He then cracked in a couple of eggs.
Let them hiss and sizzle.
Before adding in the main pad thai rice noodles.
To season, he added in a number of different sauces
including a sweet tangy tamarind sauce.
(upbeat music)
All right, Mike.
I gotta tell you, pad thai is not really one of my favorite
noodle dishes, Thai noodle dishes.
- But it is traditional Thai cuisine.
- Yeah, yeah, it is popular in Thailand.
But I think sometimes it gets even more of publicity
because it's so famous outside of Thailand.
It's a dish, noodle dish that's usually more
on the sweet side.
Which is why it's not my preference of a dish.
But it's, it can be good.
And I don't eat it that often.
So it's gonna be good to try this pad thai.
- I'm excited.
I mean, like you said, it is really popular.
It's number one probably number one Thai dish item
that we eat, at least in the U.S.
So I'm excited to see the difference
of authentic version than what we have
back in the States.
Why is this in a omelet?
- Yeah, so this one is, it's called a haw kai.
So they wrap it in a egg.
It's actually it's the same type of noodle.
They fried it in the same batch.
- [Mike] But they wrap it in an omelet.
- [Mark] This one is just with shrimp but then this one
they wrapped in omelet.
- I feel like that's pretty ingenious.
I'm gonna cut this in half
so we can kind of see the anatomy
of this pad thai omelet thingie.
- There's tofu in there.
There's also dried shrimp.
As well as big shrimp, fresh shrimp.
Oh yeah.
- Here we go.
Oh.
That is good.
- Like it?
- You can give your verdict, expert verdict.
But to somebody who just had pad thai in Thailand
for the first time, that's really good.
- Cool.
- To me that's really good.
I don't know, what do you think?
- It's okay.
It's okay.
But like I said, I'm not huge on the dish.
Pad thai in the first place.
- But,
so as a pad thai,
I know you don't love this dish.
But as a dish itself, compared to the other ones you've had
in this country,
is this just okay, right, still?
- I think it's okay, yeah.
Other versions that have again, other like
street food versions, they'd have more of a smoky,
you taste the smoke point on it.
So yeah, I've had better versions.
- So I'm gonna take a bite of this banana leaf thing.
- Oh yeah, that's good.
It's chalky.
- Why's it doing weird things to my tongue?
Wow.
- It has a very chalkiness to it.
And kind of a little bit of a bitterness.
The other pad thai, and this is just pad thai goong sod.
Which is just with fresh shrimp.
And gotta season that with the wedge of lime.
- [Mike] Can we use this chili powder?
- Yes, please.
On those peanuts.
All right.
- Cheers.
- You wanna chase that with some chives?
- Yeah, yeah, let's do it.
- I love the chives, man.
- Really good.
- They're quite mild.
So not only a lot of good noodles,
but that was a lot of fun.
Tasting all those different types of noodles.
All in a single day.
What was your favorite?
- Definitely the first place we went to.
- The beef noodles.
- With, especially with the omelet.
In the wide noodles.
- Oh, the fried noodle one.
- Yeah, yeah, the pad see ew, yeah.
With the omelet on top, it was transformative.
- Oh yeah.
Oh, that was good.
Oh, I'd almost forgotten about that place.
How could I?
- [Mike] Yeah, that was delicious.
- That was delicious.

☠ ROAD RAGE 28 - STUPID DRIVERS COMPILATION - MAY 2017 - Duration: 10:13.With so much space he must pass close to me ....
Note the biker on the left
The truck almost hit him, the driver even looked at the mirror
The rush to go to the left lane ... The saga continues ....
Crossing solid lines....
Let the right lane free for me ... at least I do not dare to go to the left lane to overtake
Look to this guy!!! I am wordless!
ehehe this guy thinks that he's on a motorcycle
This guy wanted to send me to the ground ...
Anything goes...
Why this guy his braking in the left lane?!?
The old men rather than pull to the right lane once, stays in the middle of the two lanes...
The triangle is well placed, 30 meters from the car .... or not!
An accident involving several cars two of them ended up firing.
look the black car that is in the right lane in front of gray.
He went to the middle lane when there was no one ahead ... Forcing everyone to brake.
I can't understand what these people have in their heads!
Again the rush to go to the middle lane even when there's no one ahead
Honked but sure he will think he did nothing wrong...
Without lights ....
Look to this guy driving !!
?!?!?
Let me overtake... I don't want to be here.
All to the middle lane!
Seriously I can not understand this!
It will be a kind of allergy?!?
Cross the continuous line then you will talk to the police gentlemen ...
Ui ui ui .... crazy guy!
Why not brake after changing lanes?
Black Jeep ahead even look the mirror .. almost hit the car
Crossing the red light...
This guy is a little bit confused ...
This one will take some time but notice the driving .. If can you call this driving ...
She turned at the last moment without blinker ...
Again without blinker
Still no blinker ...
Drive off the lane and without looking around
Now I will say what you can't see the video ...
In this moment I had noticed,
that she is on phone,
and beyond that is searching something in a briefcase.
and continues talking on the phone and reading some papers.
At this point I was trying to get out from behind her as she was going on S's
Searching again for more papers on the passenger side
Brake with no one ahead
Finally she used a blinker ... after all they work ...
Another one at the phone...
I'm at the roundabout but seem invisible they don't stop....
People think that I can guess things... Stops in the intersection without blinkers and I need to guess that it will stop to let person out...
Another red light
Bikers do it too...
I always stop even if it takes to brake more ...
Again the rush to go to the left lane ...
The Mercedes now don't have turning signals ... they are optional ...
A risky maneuver ...
Instead of speeding up she decides to stop .. had to overtake from the right... I don't want to be hit from behind.
No blinkers and no need to go to the middle lane...
Automatic captions, if you detect any error can correct, the link is in the description. Thank you

Hillary Clinton Reveals To New York Magazine Why She Thinks She Lost Election | All In | MSNBC - Duration: 6:37.>>> LOOK, FROM EVERYTHING I SEE HAS NO RESPECT FOR THIS PERSON.
>> WELL, THAT'S BECAUSE HE'D RATHER HAVE A PUPPET AS
PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. >> NO PUPPET.
YOU'RE THE PUPPET. >> IT'S CLEAR YOU WON'T ADMIT
THE RUSSIANS HAVE ENGAGED IN CYBERATTACKS AGAINST THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA THAT YOU ENCOURAGED ESPIONAGE AGAINST OUR
PEOPLE, THAT YOU ARE WILLING TO SPOUT THE PUTIN LINE, SIGN UP
FOR HIS WISH LIST, BREAK UP NATO, DO WHATEVER HE WANTS TO
DO. AND THAT YOU CONTINUE TO GET
HELP FROM HIM BECAUSE HE HAS A VERY CLEAR FAVORITE IN THIS
RACE. >> DESPITE THE PRESIDENT'SENT'S
REPEATED ASSERTION THE RUSSIA STORY IS JUST A POST-ELECTION
RATIONALE FOR HILLARY CLINTON'S LOSS, CLINTON HERSELF WERE VERY
CLEARLY TALKING A LOT ABOUT THE TRUMP/RUSSIA CONNECTION BACK
WHEN SHE STILL THOUGHT SHE WAS GOING TO WIN THE ELECTION.
AND TODAY, SIX MONTHS AFTER HER HISTORIC LOSS, SHE'S STILL
TALKING ABOUT IT, IN A PROFILE IN "NEW YORK" MAGAZINE THAT WHAT
I WAS DOING, I WAS WORKING. I WOULD HAVE WON HAD I NOT BEEN
SUBJECTED TO THE UNPRECEDENTED ATTACKS BY COMEY AND THE
RUSSIANS AIDED AND ABETTED. IT'S A GREAT PIECE.
I READ IT IN ONE SINGLE SITTING. IT STRIKES ME.
I WAS GOING BACK. AND IT WAS STRIKING HOW MUCH
THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT IT DURING THE CAMPAIGN AND FREAKING
OUT ABOUT IT TO THE EXTENT I FELT AT THE TIME WAS TOO MUCH, I
THINK. >> BOTH PRE AND POST-ELECTION
THEY'VE GOTTEN THE RAP FOR IT BEING TOO MUCH.
PRE-ELECTION, STOP FOCUSSING ON THIS.
ESPECIALLY FROM THE LEFT. THIS WAS A WEIRD CONSPIRACY
THEORY AND IT WAS TAKING AH WAY FROM WHAT WE SHOULD REALLY BE
TALKING ABOUT, AND THAT'S -- THERE'S A REAL ARGUMENT BEHIND
THAT. >> IN TERMS OF POLITICALLY,
RIGHT. >> WHY ISN'T SHE MAKING A
POSITIVE CASE FOR HERSELF. THOSE ARE THE CRITIQUES BEFORE
THE ELECTION. NOW THE ELECTION HAS HAPPENED.
THERE'S INCREASED EVIDENCE A LOT OF THE STUFF SHE WAS SAYING
BEFORE THE ELECTION WAS PRESCIENT AND PRETTY WELL
INFORMED. NOW STOP MAKING THIS EXCUSE FOR
WHY YOU LOST. ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ELECTION,
HER TALKING ABOUT RUSSIA ISN'T RECEIVED VERY WARMLY.
>> SO ONE OF THE THINGS I LIKED IS THAT THE HILLARY CLINTON THAT
COMES ACROSS IN THAT PIECE IS THE CLOSEST IN PRINT RENDERING
OF THE HILLARY CLINTON I'VE HEARD ABOUT FROM PEOPLE THAT
WORK WITH HER. >> RIGHT.
ONE OF THE THINGS THAT SEEMS CLEAR IS THAT WHEN WE TALK ABOUT
THE BLAME GAME AND WHETHER SHE'S TAKING RESPONSIBILITY, LIKE SHE
AND THE PEOPLE AROUND HER FEEL LIKE THEY WERE ROBBED.
>> YES. >> THAT'S THE TWEET LENGTH
VERSION OF HOW THEY FEEL IT WENT.
>> BUT I DON'T THINK THEY'RE ALONE.
>> I'M NOT SAYING THEY ARE. OBVIOUSLY, THEY THINK THEY MADE
MISTAKES. EVERYONE DOES.
BUT IF YOU GOT JOBBED BY A HORRIBLE CALL AT THE END OF A
GAME, THAT IS FUNDAMENTAL LIE HOW THEY HAVE PROCESSED THIS
ELECTION. HOW SHE HAS.
>> CHRISTIANE AMANPOUR SAID SOMETHING IN MY PIECE WHERE SHE
SAYS EVERYBODY IS TALKING ABOUT COMEY.
WHY ISN'T HILLARY CLINTON ALLOWED TO TALK ABOUT COMEY.
WHEN SHE DOES TALK ABOUT RUSSIA OR COMEY, PEOPLE PILE ON AND SAY
SHE'S MAKING EXCUSES. WHY IS SHE TALKING ABOUT THIS.
SHE'S NOT BLAMING HERSELF. THE FACT IS MANY PEOPLE, MANY OF
US, MANY IN THE MEDIA ARE TALKING ABOUT THIS.
NATE SILVER HAS DONE LENGTHY ANALYSIS THAT THIS IS PROBABLY
WHAT LED TO MY LOSS. AND THE THING ABOUT THIS
ELECTION, WE'VE TALKED ABOUT THIS BEFORE IS THAT THE WIN/LOSS
IN THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE CAMEE DOWN TO 77,000 VOTES.
THAT MEANS THAT WHATEVER YOU THINK CAUSED IT, DID.
YOU'RE RIGHT. I'M RIGHT.
SHE'S RIGHT. EVERYBODY ELSE IS RIGHT.
>> THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT. >> AND SO -- BUT THERE IS THIS
SENSE THAT LIKE, IF SHE TALKS ABOUT THE THING THAT SHE
BELIEVES CAUSED IT, WHICH IS COMEY AND RUSSIA, THEN THAT
IS -- THAT'S INVALID IN A WAY. >> BUT THE REASON THAT I THINK
PART OF WHY THIS IS SO FRAUGHT, PART YF THERE'S SUCH A FIGHT
OVER THIS IS BECAUSE PEOPLE THINK THAT FOR A DEBATE ABOUT
WHAT THE CORE MESSAGE OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY IS THAT THERE'S
TWO WAYS TO LOOK AT IT. ONE IS THAT WE DID NOT -- OUR
CANDIDATE AND CAMPAIGN DIDN'T TALK ENOUGH ABOUT THE KITCHEN
TABLE ISSUES THAT WOULD APPEAL TO THOSE ACROSS THE GREATER
INDUSTRIAL MIDWEST. THE OTHER IS WE DID ASSEMBLE THE
BIGGEST COALITION AND THEN GOT
JOBBED BY THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT. >> THERE'S A MIDDLE GROUND THAT
GETS LOST. IT'S ABOUT A MESSAGING FAILURE
IN PART. SO A LOT OF CRITICISM CLINTON
GOT IS SHE WAS RUNNING THESE ADS WARNING ABOUT DONALD TRUMP.
THE STUFF ABOUT I.C.E., THE DEPORTATIONS, THAT GUTTING AD
ABOUT THE CHILD AT THE END OF THE ELECTION SAYING, CAN WE
STAY? AND THIS IS A CRITICISM THAT I
HAPPEN TO AGREE WITH. YOU AREN'T LAYING OUT A POSITIVE
ARGUMENT FOR YOUR OWN ADMINISTRATION.
YOU ARE JUST WARNING US ABOUT DONALD TRUMP.
SO SHE WAS SIMULTANEOUSLY PRESCIENT AND CORRECT ABOUT
TRUMP. AT THE SAME TIME SHE WAS NOT
GETTING ACROSS THAT MESSAGE OF WHAT I'M GOING TO DO.
THE OTHER THING IS THAT PART OF WHAT SHE WAS GOING TO DO AND
WHAT -- AND I DIDN'T WRITE ABOUT THIS IN MY PIECE THOUGH I TALKED
TO HER ABOUT IT. SHE HAD ALL KINDS OF POLICIES
SHE WAS VERYRY INTERESTED IN REGARDING THE WHITE WORKING
CLASS AND THAT GOT SOME AIR BUT BAD AIR DURING THE PRIMARIES.
WHEN SHE WENT TO COAL COUNTRY, SHE WANTED TO TALK ABOUT
RETRAINING COAL MINERS. POLICIES THAT ADDRESS THE OPIOID
ADDICTION. THAT STUFF WASN'T GETTING THE
POSITIVE AIRING AND MESSAGING AT THE END IN THE GENERAL ELECTION.
>> HAVING SPENT ALL THIS TIME WITH HER, WHAT DO YOU THINK SHE
UNDERSTANDS AS HER ROLE RIGHT NOW?
>> WELL, IT'S INTERESTING. SHE'S EXPERIMENTING WITH A NEW
ROLE ACTUALLY OUTSIDE OF POLITICS.
AND THAT'S ONE THING SHE'S OFTEN CRITICIZED AS THE SORT OF
CONSUMMATE DEMOCRATIC PARTY INSIDER AS A FIRST LADY, A
SENATOR, A PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE.
SHE HAS TALKED ABOUT HERSELF AS AN ACTIVIST CITIZEN.
SHE'S TALKED ABOUT HERSELF AS A MEMBER OF THE RESISTANCE.
SHE'S POSITIONING HERSELF EXPERIMENTALLY, I THINK, THIS IS
MY TAKE, AS SOMEBODY WHO IS OPPOSING FROM THE OUTSIDE.
SHE'S NOT THE CANDIDATE. SHE SAID SEVERAL TIMES, I'M NOT
RUNNING. I'M NOT THE CANDIDATE.
BUT SHE'S REDIRECTING USING THIS C4 THING SHE SET UP.
SHE'S DIRECTING FUNDS INTO RESISTANCE ORGANIZATIONS.
>> IT'S A FASCINATING CHAPTER AND REBECCA TRACER WHO IS JUST A
MASTER AT THESE SORTS OF THINGS

A tribute to Nosgoth - Duration: 10:39.Nosgoth went offline on May 31, 2016.
This announcement caught all fans by surprise.
It was extremely sudden, not to mention unnecessary.
There were still many pending things to do, many ways the game could still improve...
...and it wasn't even out of BETA yet.
If you're one of the people who knew and liked Nosgoth,
you, like me, must be very upset with all this.
But if you didn't know about it, here's a quick recap:
-WHAT WAS NOSGOTH?- Nosgoth was a multiplayer, free-to-play online game, and was part of the Legacy of Kain franchise,
an old Crystal Dynamics series that depicts a complex story led by Kain,
a noble aristocrat that is transformed into a vampire, and afterwards becomes the emperor of the Land of Nosgoth.
Throughout this story, we also follow Raziel, Kain's lieutenant and right-hand at his empire's peak.
After being executed as a "traitor", for evolving faster than his master,
Raziel mysteriously comes back from the dead as a wraith, seeking revenge from Kain.
Nosgoth, the game, takes place during Soul Reaver, between Raziel's execution and his return as a wraith,
and depicts a time period where Kain has mysteriously vanished.
With the power vacuum created by Kain's absence,
Raziel's brothers, Kain's lieutenants, start fighting each other for the right to the throne.
This civil war reaches a truce when the vampires are surprised by the rebellion of their human slaves,
who took advantage of the ensued chaos to try and topple the empire for good.
-GAMEPLAY- Nosgoth was an asymmetric PvP. A symmetric PvP is when players on each team have access to the same classes, abilities, equipments and mechanics.
-Example of symmetric (or semi-symmetric) PvP- Nosgoth was an asymmetric PvP. A symmetric PvP is when players on each team have access to the same classes, abilities, equipments and mechanics.
Unlike that, in Nosgoth, both of the available teams, humans and vampires, had access to completely different classes from each other, -Asymmetric PvP-
with their own exclusive equipment, and even different mechanics. -Asymmetric PvP-
For instance: Only the humans could sprint, but only the vampires could crawl up walls. -Asymmetric PvP-
Each match was composed of two rounds:
In the first one, one team would play as the humans, and the other as the vampires,
and in the second one the roles were reversed: whoever played as a vampire before now plays as a human, and vice-versa.
At the end of the match, the scores of both rounds were added up, and the team with the higher score won.
This asymmetry was Nosgoth's iconic differential,
with vampires using superhuman strength in melee combat,
and humans compensating their weaknesses with superior equipment, such as bombs and long-ranged weapons.
-HISTORY OF NOSGOTH- Nosgoth was developed by Psyonix, most known for Rocket League,
and started life as a "multiplayer mode" for the game Legacy of Kain: Dead Sun.
While Dead Sun was cancelled in 2012, its "multiplayer mode" continued develpment as a separate game,
being announced in June 2013 as a new game, unattached from its predecessor.
On January 21, 2015, Nosgoth entered Open Beta, and its full official release was scheduled for May 2016...
...but that month, instead of being released, the game was cancelled.
The cancelling was announced on April 8, and carried out on the following month, on May 31, 2016.
When Nosgoth was initially revealed, the series' existing fans received it negatively,
due to its differences when compared to the previous games in the series:
A multiplayer game in a series dominated by single-player games, with a strong narrative, and that hasn't seen a new game in over 10 years.
It's no surprise that the old fans would be unhappy with this,
but focusing so intensely on what Nosgoth wasn't, blinded them to what the game had to offer.
-MY EXPERIENCE- When I saw Nosgoth's first announcement, it immediately caught my attention due to the innovative gameplay it was bringing to the genre,
and having played all of the Legacy of Kain games, I was wonderstruck by the game's art.
They managed to recreate the violent, dark atmosphere of the old games very well,
with the character design, environment, and even the gameplay itself. I could barely wait to play it.
Having played many PvP games, Nosgoth was one of the games that most impressed me with its gameplay and the individuality that each team and classes possessed.
Vampires could fly, leap long distances, crawl up walls, attack with fast and lethal melee strikes, and heal with the blood of their dead enemies,
which encouraged aggression in your strategies and also created a certain need to press on the offensive.
On the other hand, the humans healed using Supply Stations, positioned in specific, fixed points on the map,
which encouraged a more positioning-focused strategy and a defense-oriented gameplay,
and this was reinforced with long-ranged weapons, such as bows, crossbows, pistols,
along with explosives and area of effect abilities to stun, temporarily blind, or otherwise slowing them down, creating better defense conditions.
In Nosgoth, it was necessary for the teams to coordinate their attacks, work together for a better result.
A vampire attacking by himself or a human wandering away from the group, both were basically suicide.
It wasn't like some other games where, even though there is a "team", it's entirely possible to attack all by yourself, or even decide a match.
In Nosgoth, you were only stronger together. This, to me, was one of the best qualities of the game.
I invested 400 hours in Nosgoth. I played, trained, got salty over bad teams like in any PvP game.
There's always gotta be one, doesn't it?
But I was never not having fun, it was one of the first PvP games that really got me excited to improve and play better and better.
-CANCELLING- Unfortunately, all of that was too good to last. I couldn't even believe it when I saw the cancelling announcement.
Lots of players even thought it was a late April Fools joke.
They had just released a new class, a new map, and a daily reward system;
and a few days later the game was cancelled, just like that.
That moment was confusing, frustrating, but most of all sad.
In the cancelling announcement, Psyonix commented that the reason was basically for a "lack of players",
even though the bad decisions they themselves made during development is what's to blame for said "lack" of players.
These bad decisions absolutely stunted the game's growth.
They neglected, almost completely, to do any marketing for the game,
took way too long to release new content and fix critical bugs,
they added a Launcher that just made everything worse instead of improving anything...
But worst of all was rashly investing in their own in-game championship,
The Nosgoth Leagues, with money prizes, without even having the appropriately polished matchmaking system
that a championship such as this would require, in order to balance the levels of the players in the match.
That was over U$60,000.00 thrown away for nothing!
All of this could have been avoided if only they had put their priorities in order:
Released all of the planned classes; particularly the vampire ones, since they were already running behind.
Implemented more gamemodes, including some PvE mode to practice with bots, something the game sorely needed.
Selling new cosmetic items on the store upfront, not through random-content chests.
And do more publicity for the game, so that people would actually know about it!
And only after all that, after the game was fixed and presentable to a larger public, out of Beta,
that's when they should have started investing on things like championships and e-sports, not before.
It's a shame all this happened. The game had plenty of potential to grow a lot,
just like other Free-to-Play games, whose developers actually listen to their players' feedback.
But Psyonix didn't listen.
I had many plans for Nosgoth tutorials and gameplay videos, and it really sucks that I can't do that anymore.
Nosgoth was very good while it lasted, and it's really sad to see it end this way.
It is truly gonna be missed. I hope someday, a game shows up that has gameplay similar to it.
-HOPE- Like Ingrid said before, a lot of Legacy of Kain's old fans didn't take kindly to Nosgoth.
I was one of them.
After years waiting for the new installment for this, one of my favorite series,
my reaction to the announcement of a multiplayer game can only be described as "disappointment".
Learning that Nosgoth came from Dead Sun,
which I already deeply disliked for the way it tried to completely deprave the series without any remorse,
really didn't help the situation.
However, astime went on, Nosgoth started revealing its hand.
Psyonix displayed an unexpected amount of dedication to the series' story,
and made a big effort for their game to fit in the pre-established lore.
They cared.
They weren't like their predecessors, who despised Legacy of Kain,
and wanted to change everything in the series to what they believed it should be.
No, Psyonix was doing its best to honor Legacy of Kain,
to treasure what came before, and to create something worthy of this legacy.
This reached its pinnacle when Psyonix hired Daniel Cabuco,
the original artist for Soul Reaver, to create the Evolved Skins,
cosmetic items for the vampire classes that brought them closer to their Soul Reaver equivalents.
All of this effort to create a product that respected the franchise's past showed me that Nosgoth deserved a chance, that it deserved credit.
That, of course, was long before the multiple shots Psyonix applied to their own foot, which resulted in the game being cancelled.
Ironically, despite the turbulent announcement, and the sudden and nonsensical cancelling of the game...
...I think I can say that what Nosgoth means to me is hope.
Hope that one of my favorite series can still, even after 15 years of nothing, come back.
Hope that one of the best stories I've ever seen in games can still have the conclusion that it deserves.
This is the game that brought Daniel Cabuco back to the Legacy of Kain, revealed new info about the series' world, and brought new fans to the series,
not to mention putting Legacy of Kain back not only in the minds of the old fans,
but the industry as a whole.
And I refuse to believe that NO ONE on Square Enix is seeing this.
It's time to revive this series, and Nosgoth gave me this hope that this is still something that can happen.
If you have any similar stories about a game like this,
that meant something to you and was cancelled, or is otherwise forgotten or abandoned,
tell us in the comments below.
Let's reminisce a little bit, about these games that were part of our lives.
