PLACE YOURSELF INTO A VECTOR POSTER DESIGN! | Satori Graphics - Duration: 10:04.

today I walk you through how to place yourself into a vector poster design

from start to finish using adobe illustrator

what is up people welcome back to satori graphics

home of graphic design content right here on YouTube I surpassed 8,000

subscribers yesterday I want to say thank you to each and every one of you

and shared my content as well this channel is growing because of you guys

last week that I launched if you want to enter my giveaway in the description of

this video and how to place yourself in a vector poster design you will find

some links one of the links is for its grungy vector download which we're going

to be using later in the tutorial making you document in Illustrator and

today I'm gonna use A3 for my design

use a portrait orientation and of course CMYK with a high resolution

he command or control R to open up your rulers and then place guides ten

millimeters in from the page edge if you didn't have millimeters as the

measurement right-click on the rulers and change it here

I'm just adding these guys to keep everything nice and neat and a white

border looks really professional in my opinion on a poster design

I click the color palette and choose a bright yellow to orange color

and then with the rectangle tool create a shape within the guides we've just

created you can adjust you the selection tool but making sure it's perfectly

moved up to the guidelines absolute position to get a rectangle in your

vector poster design right-click the artboard and hide the guides because we

don't need them anymore also highlight the yellow rectangle and

then lock in position this is going to be the basis of our vector poster design

in today's illustrator tutorial I'm using an image here from the internet

you can find the link for this image in the description below but of course you

can use yourself for this vector poster design so choose an image of yourself

that has a bright background preferably whites open it up in Illustrator and

then make it rather small this is going to help loading times for the next step

with the image highlighted I open up the image trace window we want to choose the

black on white option and make sure you have the ignore white box checked

you can click preview to see how it's going to turn out as well as playing

around the slide options the threshold knob trim an increase or decrease the

amount of black on your image it may take some time to get right once you're

happy need to head up the object image trace and then expand

we now have a vet image of yourself or a person to adds to our vector phasor

design

you can hold down shift and click and drag to resize it proportionally

you're next add some details to opposed to design you can improve the person and

edit or delete aspects of the image

once you're done select all parts that make up the vector person and hit

command or control G to group them together or you can headed object and

group now we can add some details or other aspects to our vector poster

design that's going to really tie it together

using white or black you can add shapes with the pen tool

I'm going for a very graphic now track feel to my place of design using the pen

tool make shapes and move them around or edit them with your selection tools

add as many or as few as you like on your ventilator design

I'm going to show you a very cool technique with a transparency window in

Illustrator we reflect a poster design so open up the transparency window with

the shape selected click make mask and check both boxes and then highlight the

right hand side window with the gren directors opened click 1 and hit ctrl or

command C to copy it then back in the vector poser design in the transparency

window your command will control V paste in place

if you move it over the shape you can see the effect it has

this goes really well with a victim postal design style

so one more time quickly select the shape so you can make a mask in the

transparency window uncheck both boxes and then highlight the right window you

can then copy and paste it when director of your choice pretty cool huh

and this does work for any shape or quality of vector poster design

so finally if I did some typography you can have some fun and play around in

different fonts and layouts I will show you each fun that I've used I'm about to

face a design in case you want to use the same phone as me after I will lastly

show you how to mock up your vector poster design in Photoshop

once you vape on your markup and Photoshop which is linked in the

description below you need to open up the layer folder here and then I will

click the layer that says paste in your design once you have placed it in you

design on top go up to file and save as

it should ask you to save with temporary items by default go ahead and click Save

and then go back to place a design and wallah I hope you enjoyed placing

Naze32 - i-Bus Setup - Duration: 2:08.

Hi everyone I am Mirko and today we see how to connect i-Bus receivers

to the flight controller Naze32 rev.6

the first thing to do

is to connect a three-wire servo connector

in this set of pads here

in particular we have to connect

ground in GND

positive in 5V

and the signal cable in pin number 4

which is the RX of UART2

now we connect the servo cable

in the iBus port of the IA6B

the ibus port is in this pin set

then we connect

remembering to put it

ground upwards

5V centered

and the signal cable down

once the receiver is connected to the flight controller

we can start Betaflight to do the configuration

once connected the flight controller we click on Connect

go to Ports

here we have to activate Serial RX in the UART2 port

since we connected our ibus receiver to the UART2 port

now we go into Configuration

scroll down

and in Receiver

click on Serial-based receiver

and here select IBUS

then Save and Reboot

5 Things to Know: YueXiao Pro | Speedcube.com.au - Duration: 4:08.

of the most important things that you should know.

Let's get straight into it with Number 1.

Just some basics.

The YueXiao Pro is a 56mm cube that weighs 85g or there just about.

It's also $20 US or just under $25 AUD at speedcube.com.au placing it right alongside

other flagships like the gts v2 or Valk 3.

But moving right along to number 2.

How does this compare to the V1?

Well, other than the fact that I think they're both excellent cubes performance wise, they're

very different.

I mean looking at the mechanism there are a number of pretty noticeable differences,

the biggest difference that I can see are that the holes in the corner that made the

cube feel super light and airy is filled up and of course the squared off corners are

now, not square.

Even with the rounder corners though corner twisting is not a problem if that was something

you were worried about.

But yeah, if you really liked the turning quality or feel of the original, there is

no guarantee that you'll like this version.

The feel, stability and speed are all pretty different among other things.

Which brings me to number 3, the feel and stability.

This cube has a got a decently light turn but its much heavier compared to the V1.

It feels solid and compact in your hands and fluidity is great.

The turning is also ever so bumpy but mostly buttery smooth when turning slowly and when

turning more quickly you get a bit more of a crispy but still buttery feel.

The stability on this cube is good.

I would say it's more stable than the GTS 2 but less than the Valk 3.

So good stability and real satisfying turning make this cube, I think, a real pleasure to

solve.

Okay, number 4, the speed.

The speed is the other thing that differs slightly to the original.

While the original was super uncontrollable out of the box, this cube came very controllable,

almost to the point that it felt slightly sluggish.

I personally think the V2, got the speed so right.

Especially if you're a newer cuber maybe getting your first or second speedcube, you're

not gonna need any lube to make this controllable unlike almost every other 3x3 coming out nowadays

that come crazily fast right out.

If you're finding it too slow then just wipe out some of that factory lube, cause

there's a lot in there.

So the cube isn't that fastest out there.

If you're holding a Valk let's say you can feel a difference in the resistance and

overall speed when turning.

However, unless you really prefer that completely effortless and quick feeling, the speed isn't

slow enough to be a problem.

So yeah, I personally am fine with the speed but it may depend.

And last, also kinda least is accessories.

Now this is probably less important than everything else but I included it cause I'm a huge

sucker for useful accessories (break in tools not included) so I really loved how this cube

came with three.

The first is just a cube stand which is pretty standard stuff

but the next two are something you don't normally see with every 3x3.

The YueXiao Pro comes with some tensioning tools, which are helpful but

don't completely eliminate tensioning problems,

and then there's this mini screwdriver which I think is an awesome little tool that you can bring

on the go and should work to tension most puzzles perfectly.

It's not the biggest deal in the world but if you're undecided on two really great

3x3's and the only difference is you get cool extras with one and none with the other,

I'd know which I'd pick.

So overall, I really like how this puzzle moves and while I don't think it'll become

my main, it sits perfectly on par with the 3 other flagships that we've got.

I think this cube will be best suited for people with a slightly more aggressive turn

style or those who like to spam tps and that.

But yeah, a real contender for the best cube on the market as long as you don't need

a crazy fast cube with a solid feeling crispy smooth turn that is a pleasure to solve on

and has a lot of potential.

from joyful celebration

and excitement.

so wrapped up

in success.

And we can understand this.

They go out for

and they do things that they care about.

Then they want to do well and succeed.

But very quickly, teens will find

there are no participation awards

in real life.

So teens will often find

their hopes and dreams crushed

as they lose a big game or

forget lines in a play or

fail a really important test.

And the older they get,

the stakes are higher.

Losing a varsity playoff game, or

failing an AP test

and losing out on thousands of scholarship dollars.

The pressure for success

is so great.

But we adults know this, too.

We have the pressure to succeed

with promotions and bonuses and

keeping up with the Joneses

with our homes and our cars

and our granite countertops

like everyone else has.

Or vicariously living through our children

wanting them to succeed in everything.

This gets to be so much.

Sometimes,

we just need to take that deep breath,

step back

and remember the success

that really matters.

I'm talking about the glory

that lasts forever.

This is what the Apostle Paul says in Philippians,

Someday,

someday all

your youth awards

and plaques and trophies and

your beauty pageant crowns and,

and someday all the successes of adulthood –

your promotions and bonuses,

your stainless steel appliances,

an iPhone 27 Plus Plus –

someday that's all going to be gone.

But thank God that there is one prize

that does not spoil

or fade.

And here's the best part.

God simply gives it to you.

For free.

He has called you to believe

in his son, Jesus,

as our Savior.

And through him,

you get the ultimate goal,

the ultimate success,

life in heaven with him forever.

it's okay to pursue

success and goals here in this life.

But keep track of

and keep focus on the one goal that really matters

and lasts forever,

life with Jesus forever.

To Touch Culture is a project based on values, an initiative that brings people together regardless of their disability, worldview, origin, age or belonging to any social group.

We are all here as equals in terms of access to social life and goods of all kinds. We place special emphasis on those goods, access to education and culture.

Last year, we decided that it should last throughout the year. Open lectures offered in the context of the initiative are adapted to the needs of persons with various disabilities. Both the youngest and senior audience is welcome, all those keen on arts, education and culture.

First of all, hunger for knowledge; secondly, there is someone who lets me touch adaptations and explains what they are about.

(Ireneusz Białek) The open lectures started by cooperation with Dr Wiktor Szymborski, [the background music fading away] a lecturer specialising in, if you will, the fascinating period of the Middle Ages.

On a daily basis, we may evoke it in negative terms but I think that during the lectures one can see its beauty as well as learn about university customs and student induction pranks.

(Ireneusz Białek) To Touch Culture is a fascinating opportunity to really physically touch archaeological exhibits of several thousand years ago, offered not only to persons who are blind or partially sighted. It is a truly exceptional experience showing our flagship idea that culture really brings people together.

Whether you are sighted or not, you feel the same touching, for instance, a Roman sword from centuries ago or some ornaments and vessels excavated after spending so much time underground. This is all thanks to Professor Jan Chochorowski, an eminent expert in the field, who provided all those objects together with his assistants.

(Ireneusz Białek) The brain? Do we need it? It seems such a rhetorical question, yet Professor Jerzy Silberring – an eminent brain expert who has worked at Karolinska Institutet in Sweden,

one of the world's leading brain research centres – explains that there are species, for example, that bite the brain off once its specific function has been performed.

the music fading away] The first problem is obviously how to present complex issues in a way that is accessible and friendly for the general public. Here is where we can boast major experience as we have participated in the Brain Awareness Week during which we offered lectures.

A major challenge was partially sighted and blind persons: one truly needed to think before the lecture how to show its subject, what to emphasise and how to describe images for those who can barely see or cannot see at all. Hence cauliflowers, representing an image of the brain that they resemble

(Ireneusz Białek) Mateusz Woźniak was talking about money in a way that truly encouraged listening. "From cattle to polymers": the very title sounds attractive.

(Dawid Górny) Those were all fantastic lectures where the audience could explore the subjects tackled by the speakers. They could touch those objects, usually inaccessible - as they are either to be found in museum showcases or not on public view at all - which is great.

[subtle rhythmic background music] And the lecturers speak with such enthusiasm that it is truly well worth it. [the same music going louder and then fading away]

I have never been interested in painting as something literally inaccessible. What is the use of someone telling me that a painting is beautiful and...that is it! It tells me nothing at all. Yet when the curator Róża Czerwińska began to describe to us what was in those paintings

how ideas for them came or what motivated the artist, then we developed some sort of interest. And we could touch those tactile graphics and understand something in the process, how the image is structured

(Prof. Jerzy Silberring) I think that as schools of higher education, not just universities, have some sort of obligation - that is an inherent part of what they do

to present their achievements in a popular manner for a wide audience, it should be obligatory to include persons with certain sight or hearing difficulties. That is obvious.

(the same music in the background, Ireneusz Białek:) To Touch Culture sometimes really means touching an object in physical terms, not just by blind or partially sighted persons,

but primarily it offers them that depth of experiencing history, culture or knowledge in general. [the music fading away] Yet I think that it is the term "more deeply" that matters here. That we feel it during lectures or during concerts. That these sensations are stronger, deeper.

(The music getting quiet. Aga Zaryan:)While performing here, I somehow realised that the people who played jazz in the United States at the time of racial segregation,

those blacks were fighting for the same equality pursued in Poland by persons with various disabilities, to take one example. Obvious things are not so obvious.

[atmospheric sound of the piano in the background] Life was not easy for jazzmen back then. Now, several decades later, translating that into our reality and the entire To Touch Culture project, there are people who just deserve,

[the music fading away] just like us without disabilities, access to the knowledge and beauty that culture brings.

If we look at things saying that the basis for discrimination has always been the same, a certain fear, anxiety towards what was different,

[the music fading away] we probably find it easier to understand that such prejudice can be rejected, focus on what unites us and simply build a better future.

Today, no-one questions the equal status of persons of different skin colour in access to social life. By the same token, we would like to see that no-one questions the rights of persons with disabilities to those values. This is exactly the idea behind To Touch Culture.
