Swimmers often write to me asking if they should quit swimming.

Most people stop swimming because they stop improving.

I would like to tell you a story about the greatest breaststroker of our time, Adam Peaty.

In an interview he said that one sunday evening at the age of 14 he realized he wanted to

quit swimming, he didn't think he could handle the two sessions a day.

His mom told him to go for one more week and if at the end he didn't like it he could

stop swimming.

The next week his mom told him the same thing.

I guess that this continued for a couple of weeks until he realized that some days swimming

is not fun.

however, there are days that make it all worth it.

Sometime we look too far into the future and feel like getting to our goal is impossible.

I have said to myself in the past "How can I be that fast if I can't even beat my best

time from last year?".

I was asking the wrong question.

I then asked myself "what is stopping me from being that fast?".

Then I found what is truly holding me back.

Most of the time the main issue is going to practice with a bad attitude.

when i went to practice with a bad attitude, I would get frustrated with any mistake and

things get dark.

Swimming with a bad attitude is like having foggy goggles.

Your vision gets blurry, you don't understand things correctly and you start doing things

wrong.

You can't always go to practice feeling joyful but you can prepare mentally on the

way to the pool how you are going to react to the pain, the annoying swim-mate, or the

coach yelling at you.

You can say to yourself that today you will get faster, even if it is a little bit.

You will improve your technique, you will work on one weakness of yours, or simply that

you will do one more underwater kick after that last wall of the 100 meters fast pace.

That is enough.

If you focus on improving one small thing each practice you will feel proud.

Most of the time swimming is painful and difficult, but if you find joy in the little things and

celebrate the small victories, every practice can be worth it.

Remember, prepare yourself mentally for practice and find small things to keep improving.

Dele Alli was stupid giving middle finger during England vs Slovakia… but don't expect it to happen again

IF ENGLAND are going to ­ruffle any feathers in ­Russia, we need a man with the X Factor — and in Dele Alli we've got just that.

But as gifted as Dele undoubtedly is, the message needs hammering home that he will be no good to us if he's sitting in the stand and serving a ban.

Dele Alli was caught on camera flicking his middle finger during England vs Slovakia – he could now face a ban.

Ian Wright has pleaded with Dele Alli to not let his behaviour prevent him becoming one of Englands best. When he was pictured flicking the finger at ­Wembley on Monday, maybe it wasn't a nasty, malicious gesture.

But it most ­definitely WAS naive and daft. You can't get away with something like that, whatever the reason — take it from me, someone who was fined a lot of money in his playing career.

I love Dele, I think he has the potential to be one of the best players anywhere. And I know he will have been horrified and gutted at the reaction after Monday night's game. He won't need telling he has done wrong.

If there is any good to come of it, at least he did it now, rather than in the World Cup, because we can't risk our hopes going up in smoke through something as stupid as that.

Dele Alli has shown all the trademarks that he can become one of Englands, if not the worlds best.

Back in 2008 David Beckham let a moment of petulance see him sent off against Argentina, and he became public enemy No1.

Maybe Dele could have a word with David Beckham and see the problems a rush of blood can cause for you.

We all know what happened with Becks, and his red card at the 1998 World Cup, and yes, eventually he did turn it all round because he was a brilliant player with a great strength of character.

But for a long, long time after that incident against Argentina he was vilified all over the country, and I wouldn't wish that on ­anyone. Ian Wright expects Dele Alli to let his football do the talking in the future.

If David spoke to Dele, I'm sure he would tell him, 'You don't want to get on the wrong side of this, you don't want to be trying to resurrect your career because it really isn't fun'.

I'm sure part of the problem on Monday stemmed from frustration, at making runs and not getting quick enough service — but that's something you have to be able to handle.

  Dele Alli sticks his middle finger up in direction of the referee during England v Slovakia at Wembley. There's no doubt about it, Dele will be one of the key men for England next ­summer, and we need him out there.

I just hope he sorts himself out in time and doesn't make the same mistake again. And you know what? I don't for one minute think he will be repeating that error.

So I thought almost all the variants from the new collection

So let's see what I got and let's move the video

So first I'll show you all my favorite lip products. I got from the new collection

I got two variants from the soft matte lip cream in the shade, San Paolo

Then Rome

It's not focusing guys

Yes, and then we have this in simply pink

lip cream in the shade first base

Then I got the next lip lingerie in the shade seduction

And

Then I got the next cosmic metal

lip cream in the shade

crystallized metal

So into a quick swatch of all these and I'll come back later, so

I'm back with all the swatches here are the swatches of all the lip products

The first is the next cosmic metals lip cream in the shade crystallized metal

This is a peachy color with a lot of shimmer glitter to it

It's a very thick formula, then we have the next lip lingerie in the shade seduction

This is more of like a terracotta brown color

This stays on very long then we have the next simpler paint lip cream in the shade first base

This is a beautiful pink color

Then we have the soft matte lip cream in the shade wrong

This is more of like a chocolate brown color

And the last one is the sand polo

This is almost like a dark pink with red and tone to it

So these are all the swatches

And next we have the next holy grail product the total control drop foundation

So I bought the shade true beige

So this is how the packing is it's a cute button with a dropper and

Let me show you the sheet

As you can see it's quite runny

So this is how the shade true beige is it looks really quite well

Let me just show you how well it blends

So you can see here, it's blended really quite well

So that was true beige

The next I have are the two highlighters

This is the next bright idea illuminating stick in the shade

Pearl pink lace

Then I have the next baby glow liquid highlighter in the shade state of flux

So I have a quick swatch of this and I'll show you

So here is the quick swatch of the two products

So the first one is the

right idea eliminating stick

in the shade

And the second is the liquid highlighter in this shade state of flux

Both are absolutely gorgeous sheets as you can see

And the next product is the next little lingerie in the shade sweet cloud

Then we have the next professional makeup

inner eye brightener in the shade seashell

This is how the product is it's a very light baby pink color and do a quick swatch here

You can see how pigmented and creamy the color is and the product is

It looks more like a white on the camera, but it is

baby pink

and

Then we have the red lingerie in the shade Suite loud

So this is more of like a copper color, and you can see how pigmented it is

This actually feels so light not so heavy on texture, so these are two shades

And next we have the next professional make up sweet cheeks blush palette

And these are all the shades of the blush palette

There are eight

SORRY I MEANT SHADES

As you can see these two are the

shimmery ones and

This has a little bit of shine to it and things are all the matte ones and yes

I did caught a little bit damaged product here. It was broken when it arrived

So this is the blush palette

These are all quite pigmented

These two are Green Bay star for you and all the matte shades are powder based

Recently my confrere has noticed that I have really long fingers

just as one of the well-know pianists,

and he could not take his eyes off them,

as he simply loves playing the piano.

I am looking at Jesus' hands

as in many places in the Gospel

we can see Him laying his hands on people.

And that is the image that moves us

to the beginning of the world.

This is the image of God Creator's hands.

He is in this gesture,

sharing His existence.

He is the One who gives me life.

It is so wonderful that every day

God is giving me His own life.

Every day, He makes it possible

that I can use my own hands.

I can use them to make gestures when recording Ewangeliarz.

I can use them to hug another man.

I can use them to do good,

to give absolution.

to shake someone's hand when greeting them

or do something else with an intention

to share good,

creative powers of God,

He stored in us.

Really figured out how they're positioning

but there's definitely key spots where the big ones

are concentrated and yeah, we're gonna move.

Vladimir Putin warns of 'planetary CATASTROPHE' over North Korea crisis

Speaking at the press conference this morning, Putin said that useless sanctions will not deter North Korea from developing nuclear weapons.

Due to western military intervention in Iraq and Libya, the communist nation believes possessing nukes is the only way to defend itself, Putin told reporters.  He said: Ramping up military hysteria in such conditions is senseless; it's a dead end.

It could lead to a global, planetary catastrophe and a huge loss of human life.

There is no other way to solve the North Korean nuclear issue, save that of peaceful dialogue. Putin said Noth Korea will never cave in to pressure as long as they do not feel safe, adding: What can restore their security? The restoration of international law. His comments appear to be a veiled dig at South Korea and the US for holding a series of provocative military drills to send a message to Kim Jong-un.  Tensions have been high on the Korean peninsula in the wake of the Norths sixth and largest nuclear test over the weekend.

DEAD END: Vladimir Putin said military posturing will not solve the North Korea issue.

But Putin said he hopes to find compromises with US President Donald Trump on international issues such as the North Korea crisis.  In the past Putin has been a staunch critic of Trumps policy towards North Korea, branding his military actions in the region a dead-end road.  In an article released by the Kremlin last week, Putin said the situation was balancing on the brink of a large-scale conflict.  He added: Russia believes that the policy of putting pressure on Pyongyang to stop its nuclear missile programme is misguided and futile.

The regions problems should only be settled through a direct dialogue of all the parties concerned without any preconditions. "Provocations, pressure and militarist and insulting rhetoric are a dead-end road.

But Trump is showing no sign of giving up – repeatedly pushing for further economic and diplomatic pressure from the UN.

HYDROGEN BOMB: North Koreas leader Kim Jon-un inspects a miniaturised nuke. Yesterday the US ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley, accused North Korea of "begging for war" at an emergency meeting.

The security council should impose "the strongest possible sanctions" after Pyongyang tested what is believed to be a hydrogen bomb, she said.  Enough is enough, Haley said. War is never something the United States wants. We don't want it now.

But our country's patience is not unlimited. But supreme leader Kim doesnt appear fazed by sanctions as reports say North Korea has moved an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) to a coastal position.  South Korea believes Kim is preparing to launch a ballistic missile on September 9 – the anniversary of the founding of the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea in 1948.

The rogue state has been known to mark significant holidays with dramatic shows of force such as mssile and nuclear tests.

In response to the hydrogen bomb test, South Korea held a second round on live firng drills at sea on Tuesday morning.  A 2,500-ton frigate, a 1,000-ton patrol ship and 400-ton guided missile vessels were involved in the exercises, Seoul's Defense Ministry said.  Seoul has also refused to rule out redeploying nuclear weapons on its territory.

  Defence minister Song Young-moo said "all available military options" to deal with the growing missile threat from North Korea.  South Korea has annouced that the US is seeking to send a nuclear powered aircraft carrier and bombers to the Korean pensinula.

RAUNCHY: A student is offering to sell her virginity online for urgent cash. The teenager, named Yulia, claims she needs to money for a good cause and says she won't be spending it on "entertainment" or "waste".

The 18-year-old told a local newspaper in Melitopol, south east Ukraine: "Sooner or later I will have to say goodbye to it.

So it is better to do it this way than at some drunken party." Her advertisement titled "Virginity for Sale" appears alongside notices seeking buyers for alarm clocks, antiques and businesses in a local free sheet.

ADVERTISEMENT: Yulia is selling her virginity for £1,500 and wants a 'real man' to do the deed.

It reads: "Lovely girl, 18 years old, a student. [I] will give my virginity to a serious man who offers me financial assistance of 50,000 hryvnia (£1,500).

"The meeting will take place in Melitopol only at a place of my choice." Lucky candidates were told to call her on Skype.

A picture said to show a glimpse of Yulia is included in the advertisement. She told journalists she would submit to a medical examination at a local hospital nominated by her "sponsor" to prove she hadn't popped her cherry.

Yulia explained that she has had boyfriends before – but has kept her virginity.

She added: "There will be no competition. "I will say yes to the first real man." The newspaper Torbinka said it was the first time they had carried an advertisement selling virginity.

Should you quit swimming? Asking the right question - Duration: 3:19.

Swimmers often write to me asking if they should quit swimming.

Most people stop swimming because they stop improving.

I would like to tell you a story about the greatest breaststroker of our time, Adam Peaty.

In an interview he said that one sunday evening at the age of 14 he realized he wanted to

quit swimming, he didn't think he could handle the two sessions a day.

His mom told him to go for one more week and if at the end he didn't like it he could

stop swimming.

The next week his mom told him the same thing.

I guess that this continued for a couple of weeks until he realized that some days swimming

is not fun.

however, there are days that make it all worth it.

Sometime we look too far into the future and feel like getting to our goal is impossible.

I have said to myself in the past "How can I be that fast if I can't even beat my best

time from last year?".

I was asking the wrong question.

I then asked myself "what is stopping me from being that fast?".

Then I found what is truly holding me back.

Most of the time the main issue is going to practice with a bad attitude.

when i went to practice with a bad attitude, I would get frustrated with any mistake and

things get dark.

Swimming with a bad attitude is like having foggy goggles.

Your vision gets blurry, you don't understand things correctly and you start doing things

wrong.

You can't always go to practice feeling joyful but you can prepare mentally on the

way to the pool how you are going to react to the pain, the annoying swim-mate, or the

coach yelling at you.

You can say to yourself that today you will get faster, even if it is a little bit.

You will improve your technique, you will work on one weakness of yours, or simply that

you will do one more underwater kick after that last wall of the 100 meters fast pace.

That is enough.

If you focus on improving one small thing each practice you will feel proud.

Most of the time swimming is painful and difficult, but if you find joy in the little things and

celebrate the small victories, every practice can be worth it.

Remember, prepare yourself mentally for practice and find small things to keep improving.

I can look at Jesus' hands forever.

Recently my confrere has noticed that I have really long fingers

just as one of the well-know pianists,

and he could not take his eyes off them,

as he simply loves playing the piano.

I am looking at Jesus' hands

as in many places in the Gospel

we can see Him laying his hands on people.

And that is the image that moves us

to the beginning of the world.

This is the image of God Creator's hands.

He is in this gesture,

sharing His existence.

He is the One who gives me life.

It is so wonderful that every day

God is giving me His own life.

Every day, He makes it possible

that I can use my own hands.

I can use them to make gestures when recording Ewangeliarz.

I can use them to hug another man.

I can use them to do good,

to give absolution.

to shake someone's hand when greeting them

or do something else with an intention

to share good,

creative powers of God,

He stored in us.
