Hi, my name is Sebastien, I'm 34

I live in Boulogne-sur-Mer in the Pas de Calais

What is your position at Authôt,

and what was your past experience?

So, at Authôt I work in the validation team.

I handle the file processing

according to customer requirements.

When I finished my English studies, I worked

for a publishing house, and I did some translation.

And when this company closed,

I've made several little jobs

and just before working at Authôt,

I worked several years

for ferries companies at the Port of Calais.

At the end of my last contract I met with

Authôt managers, and they hired me.

How do you live the start-up experience at Authôt?

I didn't know what the start-up experience was

before discovering it now!

We are in an independent office.

The company is divided in several offices.

I'm in Boulogne's office.

For now we are three there, in a big open space

and things are going very well.

It is a good atmosphere.

It is different from pyramidal structures,

now it is more a flat organisation

so, there's a lot to do and it is interesting.

About communication

with the several offices, it goes well?

Yes. It goes well, we chat a lot.

Here in Boulogne we are

two members of the validation team.

So we are in constant exhange between us

about the operational service.

And with other teams too,

the third person here works in the IT department

and with the rest of the team we talk a lot

Mutton Pulao Recipe - Yakhni Pulao With English Subtitle | Cook With Fariha (2017) - Duration: 5:00.

Hello Friends

Today we are going to make Mutton Yakhni (Broth) Pulao

Let's start

First, we'll make mutton broth

I'll add all these ingredients I've told you

You can use muslin cloth if you don't have this stock pot

We'll add amost 2-1/2 glass of water

And put on pressure for 12-15 minutes

So our mutton festered completely

We'll check after 12-15 minutes

Our mutton is festered

Now let's make pulao

All dry ingredients which we've added in

Stock will enhance the mutton flavor

Add oil in pan

Add onion

Fry until light brown

Then separate mutton from stock

And add into pan

Fry mutton as well

Then Add all spices

Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Crushed Chili

Chinese Salt, Crushed Black Pepper

Ginger & Garlic Paste

Parch it well after adding all spices

I am making medium spicy

If you want more spicy then increase quantity

Add Tomato, Green Chilies and cook until tomato dissolves

It dissolves within 5-7 minutes

Now add yogurt

After adding yogurt, add rice

We don't have to wait add immediately

Add remaining stock as well

It's almost 2-1/2 glass

It will be enough for rice

You can have idea as it should be higher than rice

Excess water will be dry within 8-10 minutes

Then you can put this on steam

12-15 minutes steam will be enough

And pulao will be ready then

It's lighter then Biryani

Try this instead of Biryani

You'll love this

You can make kababs with this

You can also try Korma which I've already showed you

Our Mutton Yakhni Pulao is ready

I'm taking here my Pink lipstick

and i suddenly got an idea

using this lipstick i'll make a DIY

Whenever we go for marriage and parties

Then we will do lot of things like makeup facial and still we cant find that glow which we need

Friends u can use this serum everyday

Along with makeup it makes ur skin Healthy and glowing

For making this serum u dont need to buy so many things

Because all required ingredient are available at ur home

So lets get started

For this we need to

u can use normal aloe vera gel

if u dont have vitamin E capsule u can skip it

and 3rd ingredient is lipstick

here i'm taking my pink lipstick which was broken

and lastly I'm taking golden eyeshadow

That was also separated from my makeup pallet

So i also used it in my Pink Glow Serum

I purchased my pallet for 150 rs from market

Which have 4 shades 1 is seperated remaining 3 are safe

This golden eyeshadow works just like a highlighter

Put this golden eyeshadow in a paper and crush it well

then i strain it 2-3 time for a fine powder

Firstly i have taken 2 spoon aloe vera gel in a container

Then i add 1 vitamin E capusule in it

Then add eye shadow powder

and then i have taken pink lipstick in a spoon

melt it by keeping it over a candle flame

and then mix all the ingredients properly till we get a smooth paste

Take care of one thing mix the lipstick quickly so it cant get solidify

u can store this serum in refrigerator for 2-3 months

take a little bit amount on ur fingertips and apply it gently on ur cheeks

along with cheeks u can also apply this on center of ur forehead, nose

over the upper lips and chin

by using this serum we get instant glow just like facial

it will make ur cheeks pinky pinky as u can see on my cheeks

u dont need to apply blush on

friends u can use it everyday

Along with makeup it makes ur skin Healthy and glowing as it contain aloe vera gel and vitamin E

And we all know how beneficial aloe vera and Vitamin E for our skin

here in my garden on the Philippines I'm living here for the upcoming two weeks

and in this video I want to explain something about that about a question

someone asked me it's a while ago because I keep kept

myself busy the last week's with recording the breathing wealth what

turned out to be really awesome and the becoming free course what was one of the

deepest courses now that what's the deepest course that I've ever done and

also the experience that I did the last experience that I did I never have done

something like that and I can tell you that the ones who are joining my course

I think they felt a little bit shocked in the beginning what I said but after I

explained why and what they could finally move on beyond the human being

and get out of the state of the in-between state the end and the human

and the enlightened being and constantly falling back and coming back out of it

so in this video I'm going to talk also a little bit about the emotions that

always coming back the aspects someone called it or maybe you feel it more like

your struggles

in a way you can move beyond it that's what I was saying about the experience I

did in the becoming free course because moving beyond all of this is moving

beyond to human being because if you stay a human being you will keep feeling

the mo emotions you will keep feeling these struggles that we're from you

because this had two reasons the first reason is that these kind of struggles

these kind of emotions keep you going into finding your true self you going

into going into that free space into that free enlightened space and the

other reason is that of course you are still young human being and you can

still feel them but if you move beyond if you move out of that human prison

locked up place you can still feel them you can I can see the invitation of a

lot of these struggles or emotions or people are coming to me and invite

me to get into the drama and I have a choice to do it or do it not and how you

can overcome of how you can move beyond is there to two parts you what I already

told you in moving beyond your deepest inner struggles is that you pull back

all the energies and you stop playing in it you stop playing in it don't interact

anymore don't if like I said someone offers me to get into the drama I can go

and play in it fight in it but I also can decide to not do it and just walk

away and the other part is that these things

things will keep coming up even if you move beyond even if you are in that free

space you can still see them but the difference is that you never fight them

anymore because you are beyond of it you can see it like I give you an example

because it's hard to imagine you can see it like you are walking on the street

people passing by everywhere and every person is a story you can play with you

can play in and every store you're looking as a gallery in front of it

saying how beautiful the dress will be or how amazing the new shoes are but you

can just walk on the street in the city without buying anything without going in

the stores just be but if you want you that store is one of your struggles

maybe or one of your games you played in and the moment you open the door

or maybe they open it already for you because you feel a little bit to pull

the gravity for it but the moment you move into that store you're in the game

again but you can decide after you have set yourself free from all of that pull

back all your energies from it and minimalized the gravity of all that

stores that getting you in without knowing that you will wake up in your in

the store again so when you are in that space you can just walk and don't get in

the stores at all so how you get out is first of all like I said in my video

about how to overcome your deepest inner struggles is to pull back all your

energies just demand them to pull back and the other thing is that every time

you caught the invitation every time something shows up you resist it

you can play in it if you want to but you don't have to so these are the

things that I did for me and it worked and if you are really having a hard time

Now the answer to this question is you need to ask your son because if you throw away

the Legos and he's not done with them, he's going to come in and think that you

"stole his stuff" and you're going to create animosity that doesn't need to exist.

As a parent, and it's usually the parents that can't get rid of the stuff.

Kids are done with stuff long before the parents are because the parents spent a lot of money

on those toys.

They're like, "Well, if I spent all this money on these toys, you're going to use them and

you're going to enjoy them for a long period of time."

Historically, kids are interested in toys and items and gifts and gadgets and gizmos

for three, six, and nine months.

It goes in a pattern.

Depending on what it is, their interest span will range in that window.

After three months, they might completely be done with that for the rest of their life.

As a parent, you spent an enormous amount of money on it and so, so help me you're going

to enjoy this and you're going to leave it on your desk for years.

Not necessary.

So, who besides yourself do you need to ask?

Do you need to give yourself permission to get rid of those Legos?

If you're ready as a parent, now you need to have a conversation with your kid.

"Are you ready to get rid of these Legos?"

If your kid says, "No. I'd like to hang on to them," then you need to ask your kid,

"How long do you want to hang on to them?"

When you give them that question, they have to stop and say,

"Well, I don't know. I'd like to hang on to them for one more year."

Okay, great.

At the end of the year, then we will get rid of them.

You might consider giving them an option because Legos are popular.

Legos are not going out of style.

Was popular 20 years ago as they are 20 years from now.

There will always be kids building and creating inventions.

If he wants to save those, these could be boxed up now, put in the storage unit, the

attic, or the garage, or the basement, or a closet, labeled so he can play these with

his kids when he has kids 25 years from now.

Do you want me to save them that long?

He might say, "Yeah, that would be lovely."

Or he might say, "No, it's not that important."

If it's not that important, you can turn around and sell them on Nextdoor.com and give your

son the money so that he can then use that to buy a new backpack or school shoes or something

fun that he would like to have.

So, there's a conversation that needs to be in place before you toss any item that anyone

in your family is using.

If you yourself are using it and you are the sole decision maker, toss it.

No questions asked.

If there's someone else in the house that's using that item, ask them,

"How long do you want to hang on to this item?"

Now, in the organizational space, there're lots of families that have a little bucket.

The bucket is outside the bedroom door.

Whenever at any time a kid is done with an item like, "I'm done with this, I'm never

going to play with this doll again.

I'm never going to play with these Legos again.

Totally done with this."

They put them inside the donate box, and then mom is free to come along at any time, empty

out the basket, and take it over to the goodwill, or she can give it to people in the church.

She can donate it wherever she sees fit.

The reality is don't just toss things because you're the mom and you want to toss them.

Toss them because you've had a conversation and your kid is done with that item.

If the kid participates in recycling this stuff that you own, then suddenly you train

him to not hang on and not hoard stuff that's then just mysteriously going to disappear,

then he feels like, "Well, I wasn't ready to give that away yet."

So, now, he's going to hold on tighter to the other things that come into his life.

Don't hold on tighter.

Stuff cycles through our life in an organic pattern.

So, that's what you want to train your kid is that stuff is cycling through.

When you're done with this item, it goes in the donate bin.

It's very simple.

If you want to hang onto it, but you're not using it and it's taking up space and it's

been several years since you've played with these Legos, let's between the two of us agree

that we're going to put them in a box and label them for future use.

That way, you are also cycling through your house in an organic pattern, and you're not

hoarding stuff, and stuff is not building up because the truth is for every birthday,

every Christmas, every holiday, every time there's a gift exchange, you get more stuff.

If we're going to get more stuff, we're going to have to say, "Goodbye," to some stuff.

We have to let go of some stuff because we just keep consuming and we're not recycling

that out then we do become hoarders even against our will.

All right, so, can I throw this out?

My suggestion is you can, but ask the family members first, "Who's using this stuff?"

and if you have their permission.

10 Bad Habits That Could Be Preventing You From Losing Weight

You've been trying to lose weight as efficiently and quickly as possible, yet nothing works.

You think you've covered all the basics like cutting out fast food, reducing fat intake

and skipping desert. But now, you're starting to think that maybe you're doing something

wrong. You'd be correct in assuming that.

Losing weight takes more than abandoning a few bad habits here and there. It's an intense

commitment that requires a lot of research. Losing weight also requires you to take a

good, reconstructive look at the way you live. Do you get enough sleep? Do you drink a lot

of water? How many fruits and vegetables do you consume every day?

You'll be happy to know that there are quantitative and qualitative amounts of research dedicated

to breaking down which bad habits affect the way we gain or lose weight.

So, if you're on a journey to lose weight, take a look at these 10 bad habits that might

be slowing you down:

1. Eating late at night. You've had a long day at work and now it's time to lie in

bed and watch some Netflix. You reach for your favorite snacks and fast food thinking

it's okay to do because you didn't eat anything unhealthy during the day.

Wrong. When you eat just before going to sleep, you're filling your body with food that

will be metabolized very slowly, resulting in weight gain. If you must snack, choose

fruits and low-calorie foods.

2. Bad sleeping habits. Going to bed really late, having an erratic sleep schedule, waking

up at different hours every day…these are just some of the things that can affect your

weight loss goals. Studies have found that disturbances in sleep

can affect the balance of appetite hormones, which is linked to the amount of hunger we

feel during the day. Also, people who are sleep-deprived are 55% more likely to gain

weight than those who take their sleeping patterns seriously.

3. You only eat "low fat." This might be confusing and counterproductive to weight

loss, but hear me out. Food that's labeled "low fat" only saves you a few calories

and gives you a sugar rush. Fat is necessary, so all you have to do is

choose healthy ones that won't get stored in the body. Good, natural and healthy fats

can be found in avocados, nuts, whole eggs and full-fat yogurt.

4. Eating too quickly. When your mom used to scold you for eating too fast, it was because

she wanted you to grow up with good manners. Now, science has revealed that there's more

to eating slowly than that.

A study by the University of Rhode Island found that those who eat slowly consume ⅓

of what fast eaters eat. Think of it this way: it takes 20 minutes for your stomach

to tell your brain that it's full.

5. Sedentarism. I know, I know. It's the most obvious piece of advice when it comes

to weight loss: move. You might think that you can lose weight just by changing the way

you eat, but this is the slowest path available. In fact, there's a lot of science to back

up the undeniable fact that people who eat well and exercise regularly are the masters

of keeping weight off. Period. There's no way around this.

6. Skipping breakfast (or skipping any meal). Logically, you assume that skipping meals

means less food and therefore less weight. This assumption is wrong for a number of reasons.

When you skip meals regularly, your metabolism slows down. This makes you more likely to

overeat at the end of the day. That's right; that 9 pm, post-work Chinese food run isn't

natural if you skipped meals during the day.

7. You eat of out big plates. Studies have found that over 90% of obese people opt for

larger plates when they order food. This is pretty straightforward: more food equals a

higher caloric intake. So, next time you make food or order something,

ask for a small plate. If you're not satisfied 20 minutes after eating, you can always go

back for more!

8. You don't drink water. If your main source for quenching your thirst is a drink that

fizzes or has a strong sweet flavor, then you won't lose weight. Only drinking two

sodas a day increases your chances of gaining weight by 33% percent.

A study by the University of Utah found that people who drink two cups of water before

each meal lost 30% more weight than those who didn't. So, replace that can of pop

for water and you'll start seeing the difference!

9. Stress and anxiety eating. The source of your overeating might be emotional. Try to

observe when you binge eat snacks and see if there's a relation to how you feel.

The University of Alabama found that people who eat when they're stressed or anxious

were 13 times more likely to be overweight.
