More idols have been confirmed ahead of the first episode of The Unit!.

On September 18, several contestants were revealed for the upcoming KBS program.

One confirmed idol is Janey, who debuted with GP Basic in 2010 at the young age of 11.

She joined D-Unit as a guest member in 2013, then returned to GP Basic later in the year.

She is currently under MBK Entertainment.

A.C.Es Jun will also be joining the show.

He debuted in May 2017 but also previously received attention through his appearance on variety show I Can See Your Voice and in musical PESTE..

WANNA.Bs Lina and Ami have been confirmed to participate, as well.

The group debuted in 2015, and Lina joined the group in 2016.

Let's gonna say goodbye to this beautiful view which was with us for a good fifty days during our stay here in Switzerland.

Along this time we took care of two cats: Miro and Floyd.

At the beginning they were a bit shy, they didn't come with us. But now they even dispute who will sleep with us.

And that's the way they live together: between fights and kisses. A kind of fighting, a kind of kissing.

Here all things work well. The country is clean, organized, punctual, secure. And even more it's beautiful.

We were here during the summer. It's already summer end. It's seems like autumn, there is already snow on higher peaks.

But, you know, there are so pretty landscapes. It conquered our heart, by sure.

The only "little" big problem here are the costs. All things are very expensive.

Supermarket is expensive, public transport is very expensive, also for Swiss people. I heard that for them transport is expensive as well.

Of course, they earn in Swiss Franc. The cost of living, they have a good salary, a high one.

But anyway, for those who do not, like us, who comes from abroad, suffers even more.

And now we also understand why maybe there is this quality of life. They earn well and they probably pay a lot of taxes, I suppose.

Another positive aspect that calls our attention is the politeness of Swiss people. A friendliness, all the time "thank you very much", "good morning".

Ok, we are on the countryside, here this behaviour is probably stronger, but... This a thing that really calls our attention.

We were just talking about the Swiss friendliness. And do you see what happened? Our neighbour showed up with a souvenir to take to Brazil.

Now you understand what we are talking about. Her name is Anni and she lives right here in front of where we are.

Hello again everyone, and welcome to 'One English Tip in One Minute for Russian

Speakers' were each week I talk about, in some detail, one common English Mistake

made by Russian speakers as they try to learn English...and this is video

number 47.

Again, good for you for trying to improve your English. It's a very smart

thing to do, it's a very cool thing to do and, in today's world, it's also a very

practical thing to do. So good for you. In these videos I show you a slide, and

on the slide there are two sentences: One is the way that someone who speaks English

as a mother tongue would say it -- the correct way -- and the other is the wrong

way that many Russian speakers learning English say it. Your job is to decide

which one is correct. Read the sentences now, think about the answer,

pause the video if you have to and I will discuss the answer in the slide

that follows this first slide.

Okay, so hopefully this wasn't a problem for you, but it very well might be

because these mistakes come from the Russian language into English and this

is called interference...when you make mistakes from your own language into

another language. If you got it wrong -- or you just happened to guess correctly -- it

just means you have to study this. I started you off on that path by giving

you three sentences. This is a very sort of simple beginning. Memorize

these sentences in their entirety, drill them into your brain, put into practice

what you've learned through speaking or writing or both...and go outside of these

videos and try to learn more.

For some reason we have a blind spot, we look at business as business and our life as our life.

I'm actually seeing the gift of creating in the chaos

and that there's so much magic in running multiple businesses all at once.

if you're a duck and you try to create business as if you're a dog it just won't

work because you're a duck.

Besides carbs and fat, sugar is also a major culprit for weight gain.

Although consuming sugar from time to time doesn't pose a threat, high amounts of daily

Nowadays, sugar is all around us.

It's present in both foods and drinks such as soda drinks, cereals, pouch juices, salad

dressings, yogurts, candies, sweets, etc.

Some foods have natural sugar like honey, raisins, mangoes, and bananas.

Sugar Overdose

The most common signs of too much sugar are:

When a person consumes too much sugar, the risk of heart disease, cancer, and diabetes

is much higher.

Grilled zucchini with red and yellow peppers and lemon, vinegar, and thyme dressing or

Dinner

Steamed green veggies, veggie casserole, and bean soup or baked cod with stir-fried Bok

Choy and roasted Brussels sprouts and turnips

Sugar detox drinks

Detox water

Chop a grapefruit, blueberry, strawberries, or oranges, as well as rosemary and mint and

put them in a mason jar filled with filtered water.

Store it in the fridge and drink it daily.

Tea

Consume unsweetened herbal or green tea 3 times per day.

Coffee

Drink only one cup of unsweetened black coffee daily.

Important to Note

During the sugar detox, you need to avoid honey, agave nectar, maple syrup, and other

artificial sweeteners

Be prepared to fight off the sugar cravings because they can be a real challenge

Replace white bread and fruit juices with whole grains that will regulate the sugar

in the blood and prevent cravings

Cook only with virgin olive oil

Eat 2 oz. of nuts and seeds on a daily basis, as well as flaxseeds and walnuts

Consume a large bowl of cooked green veggies daily

Eat a large portion of green salad daily, of course, with a healthy dressing

Eat half a cup of beans, chickpeas, and lentils daily to lower the cravings for sugar

Last but not least, drink a lot of water

After successfully completing the sugar detox diet, you should consult your physician or

a nutritionist to come up with a long-term diet that will help you keep the addiction

at bay.

Also, you should gradually add healthier forms of sugar like dry fruits, fruits, and low-sugar

Phone psychics get a bad rap.

We are the ugly stepchildren of the metaphysical world and that is not good.

Because we actually serve a purpose.

There are some folks, for whatever reason maybe the local psychic isn't their cup of tea.

Maybe there is no local psychic. Maybe talking to someone on the phone is their absolute

only way of talking to a spiritual/metaphysical/psychic type person.

So they shouldn't be laughed at, mocked, or made to feel less than.

Phone psychics have been around for, believe it or not, around fifty years.

Yeah!

A lot longer than most people think.

So, I have been a phone psychic, myself, for around roughly fifteen years.

I've worked for Psychic Vibes around nine years and I can say it is a premier company.

A lot of people think that the phone psychics are a ripoff and they remember the

"Bad Old Nine Hundred Days."

Well, I'm here to tell you that that is definitely a thing of the past.

Most phone lines and now we're even getting into the technology of being able to see each other,

whether it be Skype or something else, the customer has a lot more rights.
