And so and if I need to go back and find something there's you know,

there's a month plus work north of our cab available so.

Nobuo Uematsu Discusses The Final Fantasy Main Theme As FF30th Fan Tribute Submissions Begin - Duration: 4:03.

In the beginning when this was the first track I made,

I didn't create it with the expectation that it would become the Main Theme,

just that it was going to be the opening for Final Fantasy.

Apparently it became popular amongst staff,

and it was used again for Final Fantasy III which was well received.

So then everyone was like, let's just make it the Main Theme, and so it was used for the different titles thereafter.

I actually didn't struggle that much at all when making it.

It sounds a bit self-praising but I always feel like the track feels like it's flowing, and that it really reflects a certain part of my character.

I felt that I was at least able to represent the musical world of the first Final Fantasy, in the universe of the game.

The fact that, in the end, this is still being used for the FF series makes it feel to me that this become the face of the series in its entirety.

At first it was for a Famicom, and was made with only three sounds.

Then for the Super Famicom there were 8 different sampling sounds, so the sounds we could use increased, and the track did still need some tweaking.

For the PS version we tweaked it further, and I think it was for the second title for PS when the theme plays at the ending of Final Fantasy VIII that I felt that it was finally complete as a track.

I have not changed anyting since then.

It was probably when we first did a fanfare.

It's of course fine in how it starts quietly with "dum dum da dum daaa da daaa",

but I get a sense that before that, the fanfare starting before the full melody is more effective. That's what I think now,

but I didn't understand that back then.

I think it would indeed be different.

For me, I'm confident in it, and I have a lot of years to back me up.

It's the root of my life now, as someone that makes music, so it's actually a very important track to me.

I made the track with that melody, at that tempo because I was in that mood at the time.

So it's great when fans feel like they want to try to do the same, for themselves, in their own way.

And if they are going to do it, I want to see them freely use their own feelings and instinct to remake and rearrange it for themselves.

We are inviting the fans to tweak the Main Theme of Final Fantasy for themselves,

whether that be in the form of making it so that it's more expressive, or develop the sense of lyricism that the track has, or whether you go completely the other way and create something I didn't expect,

I'm looking forward to hearing all the different versions from you all!

You know i think, a lot of questions people have is, "Is online church really church? Is this a final

destination. Where are you driving people to? What is your philosophy? What is the church's philosophy on

what's the end point? What's the end goal?

You know that is a good question, and people ask me that all the time, i quote, i start online real church, it's like well.

Is community real community? And that's what we're pushing, right? So, if you live in

one of our, you know six kind of areas in Southwest Virginia or Tennessee,

we would love for you to get connected with a physical

campus.

But there are lots of people in our area. People in the world, who don't have that.

Right, and so my thought is a virtual community is a million times better, than no community.

Right, because we live in a really connected world, but that doesn't mean that we have

closeness, right?

There's not community, even if you're connected. So just because there are two billion people on Facebook,

that doesn't mean you're connected to anybody. And so what we want to offer

with HF online is, it's not a church

replacement, it is not a you know, don't go to a physical campus.

You know if you don't live in your highlands and we could be a next step for you, to get into a community,

And that's a win, right? Go and do it and serve and be there.

But there are lots of people who are far from God.

Who are upset about the church, who've been hurt by the church, right?

That's a real thing and going to a location seems like

overwhelming to them and that's a reality in anyone's area and so

on you know watching service online, is a lot less

you know daunting to somebody, and so if we can provide that for people

that's a win, right! So is online church the same thing as a physical campus, no! But is there legitimacy to that?

Definitely! Because i think there are plenty of steps at to win, becoming a

you know someone who is serving,

who's Involved in small groups, and not going to church, right! That's a big chasm.

That it's easy to forget about, like what people just should come to church, like well, yeah!

That would be awesome. But they're not.

So what can we do to help bridge that gap?

To help you know, another thing at highlands, it's all about helping people take their next step in

following Jesus. So for the online campus that's as easy as like, hey!, why don't you just sit in your

pajamas and watch the service.

That's Great!

That's a pretty low bar, you know compared to you get good dressed, get your family here.

Find you know, find directions, like you can just watch it online.

UPVAS ALOO SABZI - NAVRATRA SPECIAL ALOO RECIPE II उपवास वाली आलू की सब्ज़ी II BY VIJAYALAKSHMI II - Duration: 3:22.

Hi this is Vijaya & welcome to Vijaya's recipes.

Today we'll make an another Navratri special Fasting/Upvas recipe.

Upvas Aloo Sabzi, which is very easy to make, requires less ingredients and quick to make.

So let's make Upvas Aloo Sabzi.

To make Upvas Aloo Sabzi we've taken 3 Potatoes and pressure cook them for 3 whistles.

Further we've peeled them and cut into small pieces.

1/2 Cup Peanuts, Dry roasted them & further coarsely grind them.

Water, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 3 Chopped Green Chillies,

3 tbsp Clarified Butter, 1/2 Cup Grated Coconut.

1 tsp Sugar, Rock Salt since we are cooking for fasting.

So let's make Upvas Aloo Sabzi.

Flame is on and adding 3 tbsp Clarified Butter in the pan.

Clarified Butter is heat up adding Cumin Seeds in it.

Once Cumin Seeds crackles add Green Chillies.

Adding boiled and peeled cubes of potatoes.

We've fried the Potatoes now adding Peanut Powder in it.

Mix it well .

Adding half of Grated Coconut rest will keep for garnishing.

Adding Sugar.

Adding Rock Salt.

Mix it well .

Adding 2-3 tsp Water.

Mix it well.

Cover it with lid and cook for another 2 mins.

After 2 mins take off the lid.

Our Upvas Aloo Sabzi is ready.

Turn off the flame and serve it into a bowl.

So here we have our "Upvas Aloo Sabzi" ready and we've garnished it Grated Coconut

We can serve it with Rajgira Puri and Curd (Dahi)

High-Cholesterol Lowering Medications If lifestyle measures don't lower your cholesterol enough, or you've had a heart attack, these treatments can help.

If youve been following your doctor's advice to lower your cholesterol levels, but exercise and a healthy diet haven't worked, they may prescribe a cholesterol-lowering drug.

But if you've had a heart attack, or if you have familial hypercholesterolemia (FH), cholesterol-lowering medication will likely be the first step in your treatment program.

Before prescribing a drug, your doctor will most likely set a goal for your cholesterol levels. This target number will factor in your age, overall health, risk factors (especially those for heart disease), medical history, and other considerations.

Depending on your situation, you may need one or more drugs to get your cholesterol levels to a healthier range.

Cholesterol-Lowering Medications The most commonly prescribed types of cholesterol-lowering drugs include: Statins These drugs work by blocking a substance your liver needs to make cholesterol, which in turn causes your liver to remove cholesterol from your blood.

Statins may also potentially reverse coronary artery disease by helping your body reabsorb cholesterol from built-up deposits along the walls of your arteries.

Commonly prescribed statins include: Altoprev or Mevacor (lovastatin) Crestor (rosuvastatin) Lescol (fluvastatin) Lipitor (atorvastatin) Livalo (pitavastatin) Pravachol (pravastatin) Zocor (simvastatin) Bile-Acid-Binding Resins Your body needs cholesterol to make bile acids, which aid in digestion.

As the name suggests, these drugs bind to bile acids, triggering your liver to use excess cholesterol to make more bile acids, which reduces the level of cholesterol in your blood. Bile-acid-binding drugs are typically prescribed along with a statin.

They include: Colestid (colestipol) Prevalite (cholestyramine) WelChol (colesevelam) Cholesterol Absorption Inhibitors This type of drug limits the amount of dietary cholesterol your small intestine absorbs, so that it cant be released into your bloodstream.

The drug Zetia (ezetimibe), the only cholesterol absorption inhibitor on the market at the moment, can be used in combination with any of the statin drugs.

Combination Cholesterol Absorption Inhibitor and Statin This combination drug limits the absorption of dietary cholesterol by your small intestine and the production of cholesterol by your liver.

Two such combination drugs are: Vytorin (ezetimibe and simvastatin) Liptruzet (torvastatin and ezetimibe) Triglyceride-Lowering Medications If you have high triglycerides — another type of fat found in the blood thats similar to cholesterol — in addition to high cholesterol, your doctor may also prescribe: Fibrates These medications reduce your livers production of very-low-density lipoprotein (VLDL), which is made up mostly of triglycerides.

They also increase the removal of triglycerides from your blood.

Two commonly prescribed fibrates are: Lopid (gemfibrozil) TriCor (fenofibrate) Omega-3 Fatty Acid Supplements Omega-3 fatty acid supplements — the most common of which is fish oil — can help lower your triglycerides.

You can take these supplements in conjunction with a statin.

and they are available over-the-counter or by prescription, under several brand names: Epanova Lovaza Omtryg Vascepa If you opt to take over-the-counter fish oil or omega-3 supplements, be sure to let your doctor know.

Even OTC varieties of fish oil may affect other medications youre taking.

Niacin Also known as vitamin B3 (and sold under several brand names), niacin limits your livers ability to produce low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and VLDL cholesterol. It also reduces the production of triglycerides and raises HDL (good) cholesterol.

But niacin hasnt been shown to provide any additional benefit over using statins alone, and its been linked to liver damage and increased risk of stroke. Because of these risks, most doctors recommend niacin only for people who cant take statins.

Side Effects of Cholesterol Medications The most common side effects of these cholesterol-lowering medications include: Muscle pain and weakness Stomach pain Constipation Nausea Diarrhea To reduce side effects and increase the performance of cholesterol-lowering drugs, its important to take them exactly as your doctor prescribes.

Let your doctor know if youre experiencing any problems since starting on a drug for cholesterol. Your doctor may be able to change your dosage or suggest an alternative medication.

Always contact your doctor immediately if your symptoms are severe. Because some cholesterol-lowering drugs affect your liver, you may need to have your liver function tested occasionally.

Injectable Biologic Medications for High Cholesterol In addition to oral medicines, injectable drugs are now available that can help some people lower their high cholesterol levels.

Praluent (alirocumab) and Repatha (evolocumab) are FDA-approved treatments that are part of a class of drugs known as PCSK9 inhibitors. Drugs in this class work by inhibiting an enzyme (PCSK9) that leads to increase in LDL cholesterol levels.
