Youtube daily report w Sep 6 2017

This school year, my main goal is to don't be the same as everybody else.

For that reason, instead of a School Supplies Haul, today, I bring you a "What's in my backpack".

But slightly different!

Here I have what everybody can actually see.

They are good results.

They might seem easy to be found, but they don´t sell these at Primark.

If you want to put the pin, the backpack must be flexible.

So you can took advantage of the constuctive hints. Which help you getting better.

It also should be waterproof to filter mean comments.

But just like pins, good results have something wich holds them.

Family, friends and everything else inside this backpack.

In this outer compartment, wich it isn't neither inside nor outside, I have study, concentration and other clichés.

Inside, my musts are organization and effort.

When it gets too messy, you can´t avoid that, other things show up.

Failure.

Disappointment.

Define priorities due the lack of time.

But remenber: you have to have something messy to tidy it up.

Right at the botttom, I have values.

*HUMILITY*

*RESPECT*

And the same way you can´t just ruin them easily you can´t make them fast.

*BAD VALUES*

At last but not the least, it´s will power.

Not your parents or other family members's, but yours!

Your will power to be whoever you want to.

Olá YouTube my name is Ricardo lino and I'm a wheel addict today I'm gonna teach

you how to do a power slide a power slide can be one of these three things

can be a way to stop it can be a trick and it can also be a progression for

other trick today I'm gonna try to break this streak into different parts so that

it's gonna be easier for you and the first thing that you need to know is to

do a power slide you need to be able to first be able to go from forward to

backwards you need to be able to go from here to here that's the first thing that

you need to know if you want to do a power slide and also if you want to do a

power slide you also need to know after turning from forward to backwards you

also need to know how to roll backwards once in order to roll backwards you're

gonna want to learn how to roll backwards without having your feet

together you want to be able to roll backwards with your feet a little bit

far from each other and when you do these you want to have all your weight

on the front foot so you want to be more like this see all my weight is on the

front foot and the back foot is rolling but my weight is not really on it why do

I want to learn it well when you first start doing a power slide all your

weight goes on the front foot and the back foot is basically just dragging but

like super super smooth also because not all surfaces are the same if you're

gonna do it in a rougher surface usually it's a lot more grippy and it's a lot

less consistent so the best is always to roll on the other foot and then slowly

start dragging into the other one but we'll go there later having completely

new wheels it might make it harder usually when the wheels have that shiny

material that makes them a lot grittier and when the wheels are really grippy

it's weird especially if you're learning so let's make it the easiest the easiest

would be going to really really smooth pavement and using used wheels that will

make it easier for you if you're learning okay now let's do it so

basically the first progression would be you go forward and then you turn into

backwards start rolling backwards and then once you start rolling backwards

you're gonna put all the weight on the front foot you're going that way up and

you put all the weight in the front wheel what you're gonna do next is you

put your heel up in the air and then you spin it until it touches the floor not

with the back foot 90 degrees from the front once something like this imagine

this you go like this and then you spin it and then you're making it tea with

your feet this is how you do a power slide this is the position that you need

to have your feet in a power slide you're going to be making a tea also

super important is that the fruit that is going to be dragging the filter is

going to be sliding you need to be on the inner edge this is super important

looking from there if I'm gonna put my feet my foot straight I'm not gonna be

able to slide if I'm gonna put the harder the outside edge I'm not gonna be

able to slide I'm gonna need to stay on the inside

edge of my sliding foot that's the only way to do it

then again if you put more weight on the front foot and the other one which is

going to be dragging stays on the inside on the inner edge that will make it a

lot easier for you and then that's it you go from forward to backwards you

spin 180 degrees you roll a little bit and then you start like you pull your

heel up in the air you spin it and you start by sliding like that we time you

can skip this step is not gonna need to do these and these you can go straight

from here to here what you need to know is that when you go from the rolling

position to the powerslide position you need to put the inside edge of your

skate in the floor and again leave all almost all your weight I would say maybe

80% on the front leg 20% on the other leg then if it's the trick if you want

to do it longer just for a long par slide then you can keep the 80% on the

front leg and the 20% on the back one but if you want to stop then gradually

you're gonna put more of your weight in the back foot always keeping the inner

edge I'm gonna show you a few different power slides so that you can see what

you should be doing let's do this

Lisa's gastric band diary - Week 21 - Duration: 2:23.

Hi everybody! So this week it's been a bit of an up-and-down week really um

I've probably eaten some things I shouldn't have. No, no excuses really and it was

a you know one of the kids birthday parties and I couldn't help but pick.

I felt really really annoyed at myself afterwards as well because obviously I

did have a loss. This week I've not had a loss I've maintained but you know

I am quite happy with that. I'm not been able to get to the gym this week

as well so I was actually quite worried, you know that I was going to put on

again because even you know putting on a pound would have been really really you

know I would have would have been gutted. So yeah it's been a bit up and down.

I've got obviously plans in place now it's a have fill number three.

That's going to be in a couple of weeks time so really really looking forward to that.

My appetite is still definitely there. I'm feeling it more and more now so more

and more willpower is being needed, and obviously I didn't have enough willpower

the other day but you know I'm not being daft with it really that was

the only slip that I've had. I'm still you know eating quite healthy food you

know, sticking to a smaller portion as I can but I definitely do think that once

you know this fill is done that it's gonna, it's definitely going to make

a difference. I'm still sticking to my three meals a day. I'm finding obviously,

more now, I am having large portions for dinner and tea time but I'm still not

picking in between so you know that's a really really good thing for me and I'm

really really happy that I've been able to carry that on.

Um you know I'm feeling that I am gonna be going down a dress size quite soon

which I'm quite happy about which is why I really really want to get back into

the gym and you know sort out my routine so that I don't you know just stay where

I am because obviously I'm not where I want to be. But yeah all in all this

week's been a bit of a funny week but you know I do have plans in place and

you know hopefully next week is gonna be a lot better so.

Lisa's gastric band diary - Week 18 - Duration: 4:10.

Hey everybody! So this week has been a bit of a better week. I have had a weight loss.

It's not been the three pounds that I wanted to, but I have lost two pounds so

I'm really really happy with that. I was starting to worry, as you could

probably tell last week that, you know, things weren't going well but yeah I'm

happy. I'm happy with the two pounds. At least i'm heading back in the right

direction now.

I was a bit worried though because as you can probably tell

I'm now on holiday! Not the best place to be if you're wanting to try and lose

weight. I don't know about you guys but when I'm away that's typically the

time when I binge eat, and if it's not binge eating it's eating things that aren't

necessarily the healthiest of things. So, it's going to be a bit interesting. I'm at

I arrived a couple of days ago

the flight was absolutely fine. This will have been the second

that'll be the third fly that I've been on now and since having my band.

First two flights I went on, there and back, they were two hours

This one was just over two and a half.

I did have something to eat on the

plane, um, this time. I didn't last time and it was absolutely fine. I only had

and a small packet of the miniature Pringles, and I had a little

bit of fruit.

I also have a drink I had some Diet Coke

The last time I didn't have Diet Coke

because I was told to kind of avoid fizzy drinks on flights because

I read things on the internet about, you know, people finding the band went

tight and things like that. So, first time round I avoided it. This time I did have some and

it was absolutely fine and I was really really comfortable. Obviously I do have

more my band now 14.5 now but it didn't seem to make any difference whatsoever.

It was a really really pleasant flight.

Since being here, I've just been really

careful with my food and I've actually eaten quite healthily, which is bizarre.

Because you do find that you are tempted more, or eat things that you wouldn't

typically at home, on holiday that you would when you are back home so I've had some

paella, you know, I've been having a lot of salads, a lot of fresh fruit in the

morning. So it's been really really good.

The weather as you can see is

beautiful. So we've been doing a lot more activities me and the kids have

been out on the beach and it's really good as well because I'm now finding

that I'm able to do things with them, you know, for longer that I couldn't before

Yesterday we practically spent the whole day in the pool. You know, there

was water shoots and it was just amazing. We went to the beach, we were playing in the waves

and literally we have not stopped and I felt a lot better you know I felt though

I've had more energy. It's just been really really good.

So yeah, it's been brilliant.

I mean I know I'm only like two days in but I can feel the

difference this time around already, than previous holidays that I have been on.

I feel like my energy levels has gone up, I'm not feeling it tired especially with

the heat. It's just really really good, urm, so yeah i'm really looking forward to

seeing what the rest, you know, how the rest of the holiday pans out, but if it

goes anything like it has done..

Yeah so as long as it all carries on, you know,

as it has done, I think we're going to have an absolutely amazing time. I'm feeling a lot

more comfortable in the clothes as well. Not quite down to bikini yet, but

I do, I am wearing a swim dress, I've not been wearing, you know, coverups or anything

like that apart from you know going to and from, whereas before i'd wear a cover-up

in the water as well. But I think, you know, because I have had this weight loss

now I am feeling that bit more confident as well so yeah I'm really

really enjoying and yeah I'm really really enjoying this holiday now so I

So I will check in with you all again next week. I shall still be here and yeah..

Herbal Pick Me Up - Duration: 4:50.

Hey it's Logan Christopher from Lost Empire Herbs and today I want to talk

about the herbal pick-me-up. So the thing is we sell a lot of powders at Lost

Empire Herbs right and most people aren't used to taking these

things, like what do you do with these things especially when they taste pretty

bad right, some of them tasting worse than others.

I came up with this idea and it's you know it's not novel I'm sure other

people have done it, but this is a super simple way to take herbs and to kind of

use them in combination to get the benefits in a way that can really taste

good too and it's simple you don't even need a blender or anything.

Blenders work you know add herbs into that that works fine, but you can make a

simple drink. All you need is closable water or a vessel like this, an old mason

jar anything and what we're gonna do is use the different herbs and mix them

together so we have a purely herbal drink like this. Now the important thing

is to do a base of good tasting herbs right and we do have some of those at

Lost Empire Herbs. Some my favorites include goji berry or goji berry juice

powder that we have, sea buckthorn is a favorite I got a jar of that right here

so I'm gonna go ahead and do that and you'll notice I'm not measuring anything

like off the top of my head I'm not sure the dosage we recommend here, but I use a

good amount of sea buckthorn berry. This is really nutritious herb so just

throwing that in there as a base it has that sour taste that I really like. Let's

see what else tastes good...Here's another one of our newer herbs that we have, our

beet juice powder, I love to taste this stuff and it's good so I'm just gonna

take a heaping teaspoon like that and throw that in there. So this has a few

sugars in there like the goji berry so a good base.

You know let's throw a little maca in there. I like maca often with my coffee,

but I'll throw that in there too. So now we have a base of good tasting herbs

right, and you could just take this if you have those herbs, shake it up and drink it.

Okay so now it's actually it's a little bit too sweet right so let's bitter this

up a bit. How about some bacopa? So let's say I'm going

about my day and I need an herbal pick-me-up and I especially want a

little more mental clarity, here's where once you have the base you start

thinking about the different herbal actions and what you're seeking to get.

So we throw some bacopa in there, bacopa having a very salty taste not

something that's great by itself. Pearl right? So the bacopa can bring in the

focus, the pearl also has that kind of Shen calming thing so I'm gonna be able

to focus on my work, go own about my day but be relaxed about it at the same time. I'm

going to intensify this sour taste with this one let's see what else do I got

here... And I've chaga on me so I'll use that one as well, this having the more of

a bitter taste because it's a strong extract we'll throw that in there and I

could keep going like this. I've had ones where I had a good inch or so of

different powders going on, of course I have lots of herbs available so let's

shake this up again and spray it everywhere. Should be good to go and now I have this

great drink and this is very portable, you could carry with this if you had the

right lid to go with it or just drink it all down right there. Tastes really good

and because you're combining these different herbs and you're getting a

good dose of each or small dosages of a bunch of different things you can really

tailor it to how you're feeling in the day, that's especially if you have a lot

of different herbs available but this is a great way to get a bunch of the herbal

power, these superfoods into your body so I highly recommend you try giving it a shot. Really simple to do and it gets great results. Before I go just wanted to

give you another way you can do this here, I have some of the gynostemma tea

that was brewed earlier this makes another fantastic base, you have some of the

sweet notes from the gynostemma tea and you can do this when it's hot if you

want a warm drink, or you can also set this in the fridge or just let it cool

down the room temperature and then use that as your base. Gynostemma tea makes a

great base for different smoothies but it also works for this

as well so you know now we're just throwing my powders do the same thing

shake it up and with that base that's just additional benefit that you get

from doing it rather than just water itself. Of course you can use all sorts

of different teas to do the same sort of thing but the gynostemma

particularly makes a fantastic base so I recommend you try that one out.

Lisa's gastric band diary - Week 19 - Duration: 5:20.

Hi everybody! So i'm now back off my holidays, and things went really really

well. I'm really really happy. Lost three pounds

even when I was away, which I was not expecting to do at all!

Definitely thought that I was going to put on.

I think sometimes, you know, as I said last time

when you're on a holiday, you know, sometimes you may go a bit excessive.

Obviously with the band it's quite hard to do that, but I was struggling you know

maybe not necessarily eating too much, but eating things that probably shouldn't

and you know, not the most healthiest of options, but you know it didn't

really happen. I think the heat, for one, didn't make me want to eat

as I normally would do and yeah it's just been fine. Again, I found myself

heading towards more cold things so I've been having a lot of salads and you

know, fruit in the morning, smoothies, water. I've not really had

that much you know, fizzy drinks. Normally back at home even, you know, post

op, I was drinking a lot of diet coke because obviously it was zero cal.

I had a few when I was over there, but for me really it was just really water and

juice that I was having so I think it's all gone well, and obviously combined with the

fact that, you know, I was in and out the pool with the kids and, you know, in the sea

I think you know that the exercise there as well combined with everything

else as others had really good effects, so I'm really really happy!

In regards to

you know, like activities - swimming, going in the pool, and beach et cetera

I've actually noticed a massive, massive difference compared to the last family holiday that

we went on with children. Obviously, previously

I wasn't limited to what I could do, but there were certain things that I didn't

really feel comfortable doing, or that you know I would play with then but I was

tired and this time it's just completely different. It's amazing it's such a

it's such a difference and to actually feel it, it's weird I actually felt

different when I was there as well.

Last time again, obviously we went

I always had to cover-up on, I think I mentioned it last time

I didn't really bother this time, I was quite happy in my costume and for me and

I'm sure for everybody else you know male or female, when you are in that situation

whether you are at the beach, at the pool, at the gym you know, and there's kind of a

certain attire that you have to wear, it can be quite daunting and

previously I have always had a cover up on and you know, a sarong, even you

know covering my arms up. But this time I just thought you know what I don't

actually care! I'm quite happy with myself at the minute. Because to be

fair, you know, how I am now it's been a very long time since I've been on

holiday and even obviously I'm nowhere near where I want to be, but it's been a

long time since I've been happy with you know, happy with myself so yeah I

just I didn't bother and even at night as well, again previously I would wear

cover-ups you know, for my arms and I've just not done it you know, I've gone and

I've had my sleeveless dresses on, and yeah I felt really really comfortable

and I think that shows as well really how much, kind of stuff you have going

through your head when you are in that position, because I wasn't in previously

thinking about 'Oh we'll go out for a nice meal tonight' or 'We'll go out and

watch this show tonight' or I was always thinking like 'If we're going here, I need to

make sure this is covered up, or that is covered up. What what can I wear? Does this

go with that, does that go with that? and it ruins it, it ruins the experience

whereas this time it was literally, 'Alright let's go down and watch the show tonight'

Dress on. Gone. There was no messing around with it

and it's such a weight off your shoulders as well to even get to that point. It's just

brilliant so I've had an absolutely fantastic time. I would still say

that I do need another fill, but I think I'm getting very close now. I do

think I'm getting very close. So that will be my next job to be booked in

for fill number.. three? Yes fill number three it will be. So yeah it's really

exciting times and I definitely you know say to anybody

it's kind of mind over matter. If that makes sense you know. As I said just

looking back at the difference in between how i've been on this holiday and other

holidays it's amazing and obviously yeah a lot of it's down to me and my

mindset. I wouldn't be even in this place if it wasn't for having the band so again

it just makes me realize how actually lucky I am to be able to do this

because a lot of people don't get the chance to. So I'm really really going to

make the most of mine and you know I'm really excited to see where we are at

this time next year for the summer holidays! Hopefully i'll be at my goal

dress size - not weight and yeah we'll see what attire I shall

be in then. But that's it for me for this week, I shall speak to you all again soon

Lisa's gastric band diary - Week 16 - Duration: 2:07.

Hi everyone, so me checking in again um yeah not been the best week again. I'm

still really really struggling, really struggling um with the food now.

It's kind of getting to the point where I'm thinking why, just why, why is it not working

um but you know I think it's just one of those things where it's gonna have to be

you know, I'm just gonna have to see it through and yeah although it's not ideal

Yeah I think it's just gonna take time really, there's nothing really much

else that I can do. It's a bit disheartening um because I have come so

far you know I've not long had my second fill and I thought

that it was kind of gonna be on track from this point, and you know I've just

kind of carried on from last week and I've really struggled um even so

I'm not you know letting it get me down too much. I'm just gonna, you know

do what I can and not be silly and you know just just kind of plod through

it. You know a realistic weight loss of a pound you know I'd be happy with for

next week. Do I think it's gonna happen? No um but you know we're we're just

gonna have to wait and see and you know hopefully it won't be too long until I

have my third fill so hopefully things should get back on track then um

but you know in regards to me, I'm still actually feeling quite healthy

you know within myself. I'm not feeling you know down, tired, lethargic

anything like that so it's not as bad as you know I

make out is probably me just being dramatic but hopefully next week things will

change so I'll speak to you all then and hopefully things will have got a bit better.

Avoid CHAOTIC Family Photos Outside Church | Wedding Tings S01E08 - Duration: 5:00.

Church is done!

You guys are finally married.

You've recessed out and now you're outside taking photos, you know, the ones for family

and friends.

Those are the photos that usually happen outside church.

And you are wondering, "What exactly goes there; and why is that place always so chaotic

after a wedding?"

Worry no more.

This video is for you.

Hi.

My name is Kimari Maina.

Welcome to Wedding Tings, wedding enthusiasts, addicts who love to talk about weddings; and

our desire, our hope our goal is to make your wedding planning as simple as possible and

therefore giving you more time and more energy to focus on preparing for your marriage.

And this particular video is about the photos that happen right outside church.

Alright, so how do we get control of those photos outside church?

#1, please have a LIST READY for that photo session.

And normally that list will include four key groups.

The first group is the Pastor who officiated the wedding, or the Priest who officiated

the wedding and any other priest or . . . let's call them clergy, and any other clergy that

is present at your wedding.

So that's group number 1.

Group number 2 are your immediate families, that would be dad, mum and siblings, nieces

and nephews, of course from both sides.

Group number 3 would be your extended family, that would be grandparents, aunties, uncles

and cousins, of course from both families.

And then finally group number 4, because know we are done with family is your friends.

And friends of course is colleagues, campus mates, primary school mates, high school mates

heck, there's even a wedding where you could even have kindergarten school mates.

I mean that is possible.

We have seen it before.

And any other special groups that you are part of.

Basically your friends broken down into their special groups.

Alright, so, once you have your list ready, the second thing you need to do is to

#2 GET A SPOT.

Get a spot where those photos are going to be taken.

And the only advise that we would give you when you are getting a spot is please make

sure that there is minimal movement in the background.

You don't want to have people moving in the background when those photos are being taken,

that kind of becomes unsightly.

That's why in churches people do it right outside the door because the doors are close

and there is no movement outside.

But if you are doing it in a garden, try looking for a space where people are not going to

be hovering behind you.

So that's step #2.

Step #3 is please ask whoever is managing these photos to make two RULES as guys are

taking those photos.

The first rule they should make is, "Picha Kwanza, Salamu Baadaye!"

Do the photos first, then do the greetings later; and when I mean later, I mean at the

reception.

So ideally guys should just come, pause, take a picture, leave.

So that the second group can come.

And then the second rule that the person who is doing it - this would ideally be the MC,

of course - the second rule would be, "We do not repeat any groups!"

So once we have called the uncles for example, we don't call them again.

If groom's uncles were called three four five times and they didn't come and we moved to

another group that's the groom's aunties for example, the groom's uncles we're done with

that photo and we are not going to repeat it.

That really helps us with our time.

It's always useful to be a little bit flexible of course, because when you're preparing the

list, you may have forgotten some special groups.

Now if you as the couple spot a group just call the person who is coordinating these

photos and tell them, please call such and such a group.

And at the same time please allow your parents also the flexibility to add one or two groups

into that list to make them happy.

Thing is, by giving them this, which will probably last 20 seconds, you have avoided

them having to push for it at your reception where of course it will be more than the photo,

it will probably be they need to give a gift, and they need to say something as they give

their gift.

So something to consider but of course that is on you for you to decide.

Now once the photos are done, here is how you end it!

The photographer leaves.

Once the photographer has left, it's very hard for photos to continue being taken.

And when I mean the photographer leaves, the photographer walks away as quickly as he can.

And then thereafter, the couple leaves.

Once the couple has left, that photo session is done.

But then again maybe you have a different way of handling this photos.
