Justice Department Refuses to Release Mueller's Budget Proposal for Special Counsel Office - Duration: 3:17.

Justice Department Refuses to Release Mueller's Budget Proposal for Special Counsel Office.

Judicial Watch today announced that Justice Department refuses to release the proposed

budget of Robert Mueller's Special Counsel Office.

Judicial Watch is seeking the information through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

lawsuit.

Judicial Watch sought "the copy of the budget prepared or submitted" by Special Counsel

Robert Mueller.

But, on Friday, January 19, the Justice Department notified Judicial Watch that it refuses to

turn over documents, stating: "seven pages were located that contain records responsive

to your request.

We have determined that this material should be withheld in full because it is protected

from disclosure under the FOIA."

The Justice Department asserts the Mueller budget information cannot be released because

its release could interfere with "law enforcement proceedings" and the material is protected

from disclosure by the "deliberative process privilege."

Judicial Watch filed a FOIA lawsuit against the DOJ on October 5, 2017, after it failed

to respond to a July 10, 2017, request (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:17-cv-02079)).

Judicial Watch is seeking:

A copy of the budget prepared and submitted by Robert S. Mueller III or his staff….

A copy of all guidance memoranda and communications by which the Justice Management Division will

review the Special Counsel's Office's "Statement of Expenditures"…

A copy of each document scoping, regulating, or governing the Special Counsel's Office

appointed under the leadership of Mueller III…

The Justice Department has thus far ignored Judicial Watch's requests for documents

about its management of the Mueller operation.

The Justice Department also sent Judicial Watch a copy of a previously published document

showing expenditures by the Special Counsel's Office from May 17, 2017, to September 30,

2017.

The total was $3,213,695, nearly a million dollars per month.

On July 7, 2017, The Washington Post reported that Special counsel Mueller submitted a proposed

budget to the Justice Department, "but officials declined to make the document public and committed

only to releasing reports of the team's expenditures every six months."

Judicial Watch is pursuing numerous additional FOIA lawsuits related to the surveillance,

unmasking, and illegal leaking targeting President Trump and his associates during the FBI's

investigation of potential Russian involvement in the 2016 presidential election.

"Special Counsel Mueller's operation is not above the law.

The American people have a right to know how much taxpayer money is planned for his massive

investigation," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

"No one else in DC seems to be providing oversight of the Mueller operation, so once

again it is up to the citizen's group Judicial Watch to fight for accountability."

about things like the business and being entrepreneur and today's video I'm going

to go over how I gained 135 thousand followers in literally one month and you

might be thinking that's pretty crazy and the truth is not really to be honest

with you with what I'm gonna tell you later on in the video and if you guys

don't know I have another youtube channel which I gained these followers

on which is right here it's not in English it's in Spanish if you don't

speak Spanish you probably won't understand anything on that channel but

nevertheless before we get to this video and how I gained that many followers and

wealthy well they're using social media as a way as a platform to really get

paid by companies to market their own products and there's just so many ways

to monetize if you can get big on a certain platform these days there's so

many platforms and I'm sure in the future many more will be created

you have Facebook Instagram snapchat Twitter YouTube there's so many

different platforms you can even create like a subreddit on reddit obviously and

get that big and you don't have a lot of influence on there I mean there's just

so many social media platforms that you can literally gain a huge audience and

like I said a huge audience means you can monetize in different ways so it's

no longer you know it's a new generation you no longer have to go 9 to 5 you know

work a boring job you can you know create your own future design your own

future by the becoming big on social media and you don't even have to use

social media but obviously this video is about high-gain that many followers and

that short amount of time so we're gonna stick to social media in this video and

so but like I said you'd only have to go social media so many different ways to

monetize using the internet and you know the ability just to reach anyone on

planet Earth pretty much who has it in turn who has an internet connection so

as I explained briefly in in the beginning of the video the other channel

I have has 360,000 followers and it's not English it's in Spanish I'm

bilingual so I speak English and Spanish I actually try to learn French but it

didn't go so well actually learned it but then I stopped using it

so if you don't use it you tend to lose it or at least kind of forget it what's

happened with French but anyways looking around the Spanish content you know the

YouTube videos I saw that not many people were making videos in the way I

wanted to make them so I have to go viral pretty fast and it's what happened

so essentially what I did I took the viral concept to the Spanish market I

was one of the first people to do this so as you can imagine what see people

see something new there they're instantly you know engaged they're

curious and I was able to bring something new first and by bringing

something new first a lot of people came to the channel and video started gaining

a lot of views a lot of traction so literally I would upload a video and

within one hour I was having so much traction at one

point that it would hit like 30,000 40,000 50,000 even 60,000 views within

an hour within 48 hours YouTube has a graph of how many views you gain in last

48 hours this thing got above a million so I was getting like 500,000 views a

day what do you think about is pretty crazy so when they saw something new

they tend to share it you know just two shares more shares kind of snowball

effect and it would just go viral to the point where I also was ending up on the

trending page if you ever get a video to the trending page you're gonna see a

huge influx of views and to your channel because if they watch one video they

might be interested if they like you and go watch other videos that you also have

not only you're gonna see a bunch more view 3 you also see a lot more

subscribers hitting your channel because you're on the trending page of YouTube

and as you can imagine a lot of you were born with the trending page and from

there they're going to watch the videos that are on there so one way of getting

to the trending page it may sound kind of simple but you're gonna need to make

a video it doesn't need to be the highest quality video just a video

that's a new concept so you get a lot of engagement on that video the more

engagement or the higher the watch time of your video the more YouTube likes

that video is gonna push your video why do you ask because obviously any social

media platform is gonna want people to stay on it the more people are staying

on it the more money at the end of the day that social media platform can make

so that's why I see a lot people failing in YouTube because they oftentimes just

try to put you know they don't put much effort in their videos. They are very low

quality and you don't have to have the greatest camera I mean a lot of phones

can film very high quality stuff I know my iPhone if I put it in landscape mode

films very good videos and dealing with my iphone and upload to

youtube it'll look pretty good but you know taking the time to you know edit

the video take good shot just a bunch of different things but overall just making

the video and the concept good so just to kind of go over what I said number

one make sure your video is you know a little bit longer so more people can

watch it longer increasing the watch time and in order to increase the watch

time you're gonna need to make the video interesting make people like be on the

edge of their seats like this so on the edge of their seats they want to see

what happens like for instance if you're watching a horror movie and something

Crazy is about to happen you're you know you're attentive you're watching the

movie because you want to see what happens next so kind of like you

obviously your videos may not be a horror type of video but you know make

people want to watch people continue to watch maybe you say jokes in your videos

or just come up with a creative concept on your own you know creativity is key

to make people continually watch your videos gaining more watch time and

number two kind of goes along with number one but just be creative

introduce new concepts and even if it's been done before maybe you put a unique

spin on it so if someone has done a challenge maybe maybe you can add a

unique spin on that challenge and overall just you know make sure the

video is quality like I said with number one quality content increased watch time

whatever but just creativity I think is very key a lot of videos go viral

because no one ever no one has ever done them before it's a brand new concept and

so people were like wow this is insane I'm gonna subscribe to this person so

these are just very simple ways that I grew 135,000 I think around 135 thousand

followers and one month again this is not a very detailed you know tutorial or

this is what you need to do YouTube there's actually an algorithm behind you

know any social media platform that helps you will find whatever they're

searching for without an algorithm you know social media platform cannot exist

so that's why you need to understand you know how the algorithm works how people

are found what really increases watch time

what kind of thumbnails you should use you know how to be found better so

there's just so many different types of strategies you can use branding

techniques and things of that nature which is actually one of the things my

business does actually help people of social media you know sometimes I get

payments or like five hundred six hundred thousand dollars to help people

with their social media their branding you know increase their online exposure

but like I said in the future maybe I come up with a more detailed tutorial

and really hot on YouTube but like I said doesn't

necessarily have to be on YouTube you can do Facebook Twitter Instagram

whatever it is that you'd like more whatever easy whatever is easier and

more enjoyable for you so with that being said I hope you guys enjoyed this

Jobs for ENFPs with TRAVEL & Always Changing Jobs as an ENFP - Duration: 8:25.

Hey Dan here and in this video I'm gonna answer two different questions about

ENFPs and building a business or career that's really well suited for you. So the

first one was a comment on one of my other videos about a good careers for

ENFPs and it was what is a good career within these guidelines that has to do

mainly with travel I can't seem to figure it out and so question is

basically how do you work within travel and what I would ask you is do you want

to work about travel or do you want to travel because there are many travel

agents sitting in a flight center somewhere Travel Agency right that

haven't been across you know to another country in a couple years they just

basically are working in an office helping other people travel now of

course if you are a travel agent you get more perks it's going to be a little

better than not being one but it doesn't necessarily mean you'll have a lot of

travel so that would be my first question is if you really just want to

travel but not necessarily be in the industry then I would look at something

like what I teach about freelancing building your own business where you can

work from anywhere something like that because you don't have to be related to

travel to actually be able to travel right it's more about just setting up

your business or your career in a way that gives you that freedom now if you

want to live abroad for maybe three months or six months at a time there's a

lot of different things you could do I always thought being a tour guide would

be a lot of fun I've even thought of doing it in different cities I've lived

in just for kind of entertainments sake where like you get to come up with like

a one or two hour tour and tell all these stories and meet new people every

day I think that would be very cool and it would be something in ENFP would be

great at because you would be connecting with people you'd be entertaining them

you'd be telling stories using your communication skills and of course as a

tour guide you can probably have a crappy job where you don't earn much

money but you could also be earning a lot of money I'm sure doing it as a

business charging people a good rate because you have the best tour in the

city that sort of thing as well what else can

you do within travel I think something around like a travel assistant could be

very interesting this is something that I've thought about trying to find

someone to hire it's a bit of a unique job I'm sure but you have a couple

options if you're someone like me trying to book travel you can go to a travel

agency where they are a bit bias because they get commissions from different

people and they're more looking at where they're going to earn their commission

to some extent and generally people who use travel agencies most of them are

doing sort of cookie cutter tours like I want to go to Mexico for two weeks or

something like that so if you're looking for a really like interesting creative

trip they're probably not going to be great for you and the other option is

like concierge services like my credit card has a travel concierge where

they'll book things for you but they're more like a credit like a travel agency

where they're just like okay I'll look up a hotel and book your hotel that sort

of thing I've never been able to find a service that offers this kind of

creative like travel planning that I would do for myself like piecing

together multiple flights finding really creative ways to have like a two-day

layover and mixing up different kinds of housing like sometimes I'll stay in a

four or five-star hotel and sometimes I'll stay in an Airbnb or in a hostel

depending on what I feel like for that trip that could be a very cool service

the other thing I would look at is careers that you would generally want to

do that happen to involve a lot of travel

now unfortunately with videoconferencing and basically free long distance now

there's less and less careers where you do just travel for your work 30 40 years

ago it was very standard right if you live in Canada and you had a client in

Japan or Germany you would fly there for meeting at least once or twice a year

and you've got all this free travel that happens less and less now because people

our companies are looking to save money right and just do videoconferencing and

that sort of thing but it still does happen so looking at a career like let's

say you wanted to be a trainer like a group training for companies or organize

workshops or things like that you could do that in a way where you

work for an organization that sent you all over the world

visit their different clients or that sort of thing so there's two ways to do

this one is just do something really travel related like I said a tour guide

or like a kind of travel planner person or the other is just find a normal job

that happens to have a lot of travel built into it of course doing your own

thing and having that freedom is usually what I would recommend is my number one

option as well the second question is as an ENFP how did you finally find

something to focus on I end up doing different jobs because I can never stick

to a business idea good question so it's going to take you some time that's my

short answer as an ENFP you'll likely want to change direction sometimes and

that's okay but what I would recommend the way to do it strategically is

whatever job you get or whatever business you start try to build skills

that you can use in the next thing right so for instance I worked as a freelance

copywriter for many years and I really enjoyed that it was closer to what I was

meant to do with my life than what I did before what one of the things I was

doing before was as a mortgage planner and that had some elements I liked I

learned how to sell I learned how to do presentations so I built skills but I

realized it wasn't for me and then as a copywriter I got closer to what I

enjoyed doing I was using my creative abilities projects were challenging I

got to work with entrepreneurs but it wasn't quite the right fit for me so I

then continued on right but in that I built the copywriting ability and

copywriting is writing to market or to sell which is a very valuable skill for

any kind of business owner so each of these different things I did I learned

what I didn't like I learned about things I did enjoy and I built the skill

and that's what I would really encourage you to do so let's say you look over ten

years I don't know how old you are now but look at someone who is 23 right say

they're going to have five jobs before they're 33 where they change every

roughly two years which is more and more common

now in each of those jobs you your next job should be closer to what you want to

be doing with your life like your life's work and you should be developing a

skill so over ten years you will have developed five really strong maybe

skills maybe ten maybe you're learning different things in each business right

more than one skill I would probably hope and each time you're getting closer

and closer to what you're meant to be doing your life's work

now you might stumble upon your life's work you know on your first career or

your second career choice right and doing things like personality tests and

personal development working with coaches all this stuff can help

accelerate that but the big thing I would leave you with is whatever you are

doing make sure you're developing skills you can use elsewhere and make sure that

you're doing something like whenever you do a job or start a business if it

doesn't work look at what you liked about it and what you didn't like about

it and then make sure to apply that to the next thing you're doing so you don't

repeat your same mistakes so that you're getting closer and closer to your target

each time now I'm sure if you're watching this as an ENFP you have your

So I hung out with Sean, we played video games together sometimes,

McDonald's. after hanging out with Sean like five times over the course of many weeks,

2017 Recap! What happened in 2017? | PART I. - Duration: 8:30.

Hey there! Happy New Year!

We've been really busy in the last couple of months and also in 2017

and what this episode is gonna be about, we're gonna recap what happened to us as

Reketye brewery in 2017. So basically in January last year we were really close

to realise our new goal of stepping up technically and also in

packaging and in design. We changed the brewhouse and we got some new

fermentation tanks installed. As I said we have some new fermentation tanks here

these are two thousand litre ones, now we have nine of those and so we have some of the thousand litre ones.

We changed the brewhouse, now ten hectolitre beauty, it's a direct heating one, it's really good,

very efficient, modern technology, up-to-date. Previously we used to brew on

a really old machine which used to be 20 years old refurbished brewhouse, so

we had a lot of trouble and it was limiting us to certain types of beers,

we couldn't produce everything. This is the the reverse osmosis

machine, this is the buffer for it and this is the new brewhouse.

We mash in, let me --- here, than we boil back there then we whirlpool there

and we have that giant rocket which is um this is a cooler

we can do pre-whirlpool cooling which is really useful for ---. Tricks and tips.

We got a reverse osmosis water cleaning machine installed which is really

important for the beer because we can do our own water chemistry which is

very important for every kind of beer to give the right salt and right

minerals for that certain type of beer which is really important. This let us to

have a possibility of making better beers and than we decided that we have

to improve our packaging line so we we bought a tanning line our biggest

achievement, one of the biggest achievements in 2017

That was the first canning line in Hungary for the craft industry which we

are quite proud of and we are really happy with it, it's making excellent work

Very low oxygen levels, sealed from the light 100%, we have new branding made by

alkotocsoport.hu they made a pretty good job for the core range. It's a story,

it's about family, who we are and what we think. We changed the names, we made it,

how to say: export possible - not only Hungarian names but now it's all the

beers are under English names so basically now you can, we can export and

also we can canning as a packaging is a great improvement in the possibility

of exporting the beer. We started to work hard on connections and everything

that came along as well. Which was, for the first to mention and the best.

First festival that we had we were invited to Helsinki Craft Beer Festival, thanks Jyrki.

We went to the festival with some of the new beers with a new water

chemistry bullshit that I started to do ever since I started to learn a lot

about that. That was in April we went to Helsinki, it was really nice,

we had a great time and the festival was good. Of course we missed the plane in the

way back so it was a little bit expensive but, well yeah, things happen like that.

The --- was a huge influencing us and we met a lot of breweries there,

we met a lot of people there and and I met --- there,

the owner of Mikkeller. Why we were on this we started to organise a Mikeller

tap takeover in Jonas which we got Mixen Lindberg from Mikkeller over here

It is a great thing that the micro makes small brewery, great thinking how to

get the people closer, for like big breweries to make small brewery,

Republicans Freak Out As Trump Says He's Coming To Take Their Guns Away - Duration: 3:58.

For decades now it's bee pretty much a hallmark of Republican campaigns, whether for local

office or for federal offices to tell their constituents, or the voters, that Democrats

want to come and take your guns away.

They want to know on your door, and if you're not there, break down your door, go through

your house, grab your guns, and take them off to some kind of gun-confiscation facility

that the government may or may not already have.

And it worked.

NRA members bought it up.

Gun nuts across this country bought it up.

And it actually helped increase sales for gunmakers.

Anytime Republicans came out there to say, "Democrats are coming for your guns," gun

sales would go through the roof.

Well, on Wednesday of this week, guess what Donald Trump proposed to do about gun violence

here in the United States?

He wants to have the government take your guns away.

That thing that you accused Democrats of wanting to do even though there was no evidence of

it, Donald Trump literally proposed doing that this week.

Now, in this meeting where they were talking about gun control, where Donald Trump made

the statement that, "Yeah, I'm in favor of going and getting the guns, and then doing

due process later to determine if somebody should have had their gun taken or not."

First of all, that's illegal.

But second of all, I 100% agree with Donald Trump on that, and that terrifies me to say.

Yes, go take the guns.

I'm perfectly fine with that.

I have no problem with it.

I understand that it might be unconstitutional.

But we could change that.

We could make laws that would make that perfectly legal.

I do think that's the point that we're at.

We have to get these massive weapons of war out of the hands of people in the United States.

And no, not just the mentally ill ones.

Because if you're stockpiling AR-15s, if you're one guy and you've got 30 of those, that to

me signifies a mental illness.

So yeah, those guns should probably be taken away.

Nonetheless, right-wingers immediately began to freak out about this because this was their

guy.

This was their party.

This was the guy who said he's great on guns.

You know, "We need more guns."

And now he's sitting there telling them that we're going to take them away without due

process.

They freaked out on Twitter, and it was one of the most hilarious things that I've seen

in a very long time.

They were in shock.

They didn't know what to make of it.

"Is this really our guy?

Is this Trump?

What's happened to him?

Why does he want to take our guns?"

Well, the answer is because the guy knew nothing about policy.

And finally, finally his lack of experience and lack of intelligence is starting to affect

his base, not just the rest of us who are having to suffer with cuts to all kinds of

government programs that we depend on, or school funding, or things like that.

But now it's actually starting to affect the rest of you.

So how does it feel?

Huh?

To know that you got duped?

This guy proved this week that he is not on your side, that he is not going to keep his

campaign promises, but more important, that he has no idea what the hell he's doing.

I hope you let it sink in.

I know Donald Trump's not actually going to go around and start taking guns away from

people.

But I want you conservatives to remember how freaked out you got when a Republican president

said he was coming to take away

your guns.

One thing that's especially difficult for historians to grasp

is sound.

We can't hear the past. It's mute.

We know that sounds pervaded the world

that existed 200, 300, 500 years ago,

but we can't hear those sounds.

I'm especially interested in oral communication,

along with communication by print.

I, by chance, ran across a dossier in the archives.

It's pure chance. You often find things

you're not looking for, and that's when things get interesting.

So, I was sitting in the Bibliotheque de L'Arsenal, in Paris,

going through dossiers, one after another,

hundreds of dossiers, and one of them said,

L'affaire des quatorze, The Affair of the Fourteen.

What fourteen? I never heard of this affair.

I opened the dossier,

and it began with an order from Versailles,

the top of the government to the head of the police in Paris:

"Find the author of the poem that begins with…"

And then they gave the first line of the poem:

"Monstre dont la noire furie"

Monster whose black fury. That's all the police knew.

They had to find the author.

It's a long story, but as I went through the dossier,

it was like a detective story. The police had spies,

they arrested one person, he was a law student, actually.

And they said, "Where did you get this poem, A?"

He is A. "I got it from B."

B is arrested. "I got it from C."

C is arrested. "I got it from D."

And when D is arrested, he said,

"Yes, I got it from E, but I got three more songs and poems

from X, Y, and Z." And, soon,

I was able to reconstruct an oral circuit of diffusion.

All of it done by word of mouth, and much of it by singing.

Because these poems were adapted to popular songs.

But what were the popular songs in Paris around 1750?

Well, I later had the texts of many of these songs.

Literally hundreds of them. And I learned that

people improvised new words to old tunes every day.

There were no real newspapers, so how did people know the news?

By listening to songs. Paris was full of singing.

this year and guys they went all out with the dinos they are really cool and

I did talk to the sales guy and they're probably gonna be sending me most of

already out and some of them are new for 2018 I love that Carnotaurus

Jake and asuras

and then new for 2018 to have an Eldorado series so these are like a

bunch of mythical creatures you've got awesome dragon there's some type of a

shark creature here and ork some type of a rock creature

Kreacher red dragon so they really went all out with the Eldorado series guys

that looks like Cerebrus

nice creature

liming Hawaiian type creature and then they got some really cool superhero

supervillain ones coming out this year

sorry for my camel camera gets a bit blurry sometimes the lighting in these

boots was really bad for cameras so I apologize for that

bang and then here is just a bunch of dinosaurs they had on display I believe

most of these are ready at the stores well I have not reviewed most of them so

hopefully this year I'll be reviewing a lot of just like ones because I love

schleich they do a really great job

Dziennikarce udało się go namówić na intymne zwierzenia.

Michał Szpak opowiedział m.in. o tym, jak oświadczył się dziewczynie w wieku zaledwie 6 lat.

Juror „The Voice of Poland" zdradził też kulisy swojej pierwszej randki.

Było naprawdę gorąco. Życie uczuciowe Michała Szpaka wciąż pozostaje tajemnicą.

Artysta na oficjalnych imprezach pojawia się zazwyczaj w pojedynkę lub w otoczeniu paczki swoich znajomych.

Okazuje się jednak, że Michał Szpak ma na swoim koncie kilka miłosnych podbojów.

Magda Mołek w swoim programie „W roli głównej" zdołała nakłonić go do zwierzeń.

Z opowieści Michała Szpaka wynika, że bardzo wcześnie zaczął „romansować".

Już w wieku 6 lat zakochał się na zabój w pewnej uroczej dziewczynie.

– Jak byłem super małym dzieckiem lat 6, to oświadczyłem się dziewczynie lat 18, która wprowadzała mnie na imprezę choinkową.

Dałem jej pierścionek, ale to wszystko się zmienia… – wspomina Michał Szpak w rozmowie z Magdą Mołek.

 Kilka lat później muzyk zauroczył się w innej dziewczynie, z którą umówił się na swoją pierwszą w życiu randka.

Z tego, co zdradził wynika, że to spotkanie było naprawdę udane… Jak potoczyła się ich randka? – Jak zawsze dziwnie.

Pamiętam, że na końcu jadłem tort z brzucha tej dziewczyny – zdradza Michał Szpak.

Ciekawe, czy była sympatia gwiazdora również pamięta to wyjątkowe spotkanie?.
