Ho'oponopono Hawaiian Prayer for Healing || Zero Limits Book - Duration: 6:34.
Hey, what's up, Sarah Johnson here and in today's video
I am going to introduce you to an ancient healing
practice called Ho'oponopono
Prayer for Healing. I
was first introduced to this prayer for healing many years ago by a very close and dear friend of mine.
But it wasn't until I read Dr. Joe Vitale's
book called, "Zero Limits," where I got a deeper understanding of the technique, and
and a more profound appreciation
for its use. In the book, Dr. Joe Vitale
talked about a
doctor, a Therapist in Hawaii who
claimed that he
treated a whole ward of
patients, criminally insane patients in a hospital,
without first seeing them in person.
Or,
rendering during some type of treatment for them. So initially when I heard about this story, I was like "hmmm,
not so sure about this one."
But,
how was it possible that a
doctor could physically heal a patient without seeing him? Or,
administering some type of treatment? I just wasn't believing it. And, I believe that
Dr. Joe Vitale, the author of the book also had some degree of doubt as well. But it wasn't until he met with Dr.
Hew Len, and learn more about the application of the Ho'oponopono technique, where his skepticism
dissipated. So,
Dr. Hey Len shared that he had worked at this hospital for some time, and one of the things he realized is that, there was a
high rate of turnover amongst the employees.
Not just the doctors, we had the doctors
leaving, the nurses and all of the different employees of the hospital were leaving simply because
they felt they were under enormous
stress working with these patients.
But, Dr. Hew Len decided, "Well,
you know, I'm not gonna run away from this problem, because I know that every problem also has a
correspondent solution. So, he started to
examine
every patient's hospital record. And , one by one he
started to heal each patient by first looking within, and healing himself.
So, the Ho'oponopono technique comprised of four
key mantras. The first one... it has to do with repentance,
"I am sorry." And you utter those words,
"I am sorry." And basically you're saying I am sorry
for looking at you in a negative light.
I am sorry for judging you. I am sorry for holding on to resentment.
I am sorry for not seeing that light, or the God
qualities of you,
the Godlike qualities. The second part is, "Please forgive me.
Please forgive me for all of those negative views that I was holding
about you. "Thank you," is the next one. So there is a part of gratitude,
thank you. And gratitude is so
powerful because it helps to
transmute certain low vibrational energy, it helps you to heal. And then the last part is "I
love you." And we all know that love, they say God is love and love is the highest
frequency
that exists within the universe. At least that's what I've heard. Love is the highest frequency that exists and
love heals everything. So, the four parts are, "I am sorry please, forgive me
thank you, I love. And, Dr.
Hew Len just started looking at the patient's chart and would repeat those phrases over, and over, and over. And it
triggered a healing within himself,
thereby triggering a healing in each of the patients. So, I
have used this technique, and I am a huge fan of it. Although it may seem very simple
it's a very transformational
technique. And you don't have to be a doctor to use this. You can use this in your life.
And what I would suggest, or what I have done is, make ...grab a journal and write down
some of the negative feelings or negative events or quote/unquote "Negative" events that have happened in your life . And,
anything that brings up or elicit a negative feeling within you when you think about it. And, write them all down.
It could be situations,
it could be people, whatever the case may be. And, for each item that you have written down or each
situation, you want to repeat those four mantras. "I am sorry, please forgive me,
thank you, I love you. I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I
love you. For each of them. And you will be amazed how those four
mantras
offers
healing, and it shifts that negativity that we have buried within us, and
now we are able to view the situation
from a place of love. Because, at the end of the day, what we don't realize is that,
everything that has happened to us has happened for a reason.
Everything ...nothing comes without a lesson, or
every situation shows up in our lives to teach us a lesson. And we learn from those situation and
move on to the next. So, I hope you appreciate this video. If so,

Myanmar Inle Lake Sunset Boat Trip to see Fishermen of Inle Lake in Burma - Duration: 9:05.
And welcome to Inle Lake now,
I'm doing this voice over separate because the wind destroyed what I was saying there, but pretty much,
this is it in a nutshell, here I am on Inle lake, enjoying a fantastic sunset.
We took the boat from Nyuangshwe, came down the narrows canals, which is over there,
there's the canal just into the top end of the lake.
Didn't come very far on the lake,
you don't need to, there's lots of boats going backwards and forwards, and you can go further into lake,
but the sunset is right there in front of you. Come to this marker for a mile,
I'm not sure where this four mile's from,
they tie up the boat there, then you sit and relax and watch the sunset.
Now, the other thing you will encounter at this sunset spot,
is these guys, now they are posing for photograph, they are actually fishermen,
now there is plenty fishermen on the lake, and the fish there, the lake is getting a little bit over fished.
So these guys, what they've done is, they've stopped fishing,
and they make their living posing for photographs for tourists.
This is their own boats, this is their own fishing gear that they used to fish with,
they basically come around the sunset spot,
and
pose so you can to get photographs, it's an excellent way of getting really nice photographs,
and they only expect a little tip.
They don't, that they will expect a tip, but if you don't want to give them one,
they also don't get all fussy about it, but they are only expecting a thousand kyat,
which is like, less than a US dollar, so it's like an alternative way of making a living,
hopefully it's having a very low impact on the sort of tourism aspect,
because obviously if too many people do it, then obviously it becomes a problem, but from the time
I've been here and chatting to the guys and my guide,
there's only two or three of them who do it at this end of the lake, and they are actually,
in inverted commas, "retired fishermen",
who've decided that they can actually, stop doing the fishing and pose for photographs.
So,
it's up to you as to whether you like it or not, if you don't want to take photographs,
they won't hang around, they won't bother you at all,
but if you indicate them, they will come in front, they will turn around, they'll maneuver for you,
they're actually very nice guys.
It's, up to you as to whether you want to take advantage of the situation or not,
on the lake, you will still see lots of genuine,
still fishing fishermen, with their nets and with their baskets and doing this sort of like one-legged dance,
paddle, fish maneuver, so you will get plenty opportunity to see them.
I would just say though that if you want a really nice photograph,
with a nice light behind and the cooperative fishermen,
because you can't really go and interfere with the real fisherman and ask them to,
you know move around against the light or stop their fishing, that's really unfair.
These guys take the pressure off the real fishermen who can get on and do their job,
and make a living from posing for photographs.
So, up to you whether you take advantage of it or not. And now it's end of the day,
it's been beautiful at Inle lake, I have really enjoyed it, but it's getting cold, and I'm getting hungry,
so let's head back, to Nyuangshwe, and get some food.
And as the sun sets, and you wander into the town of Nyuangshwe, you have to fight through the traffic,
I hope I've booked a table in the restaurant, they were so busy earlier,
I went to the restaurant, there was one other person,
and as we have a look at the main centre, of Nyuangshwe and
well,
there we are folks.
Feng shui on a Saturday night, Feng shui? Nyuangshwe.
Whoa look at that traffic, did I say Feng shui? sorry Nyuangshwe.
And that's looking like it,
well I guess it's time to find something to eat,
and go to bed,
early in the morning meeting the boatman at 7:30 in the morning,
so, I'll get well rested, batteries, charges and ready to go and wrapped up warm,
we do have blankets, but gonna need them more in the morning.
Okay,
let's go and see where I eat tonight.

So,
had some time on the lake, which was really fantastic, didn't really go far,
we didn't need to, saw some people posing as fishermen, took some good pictures, came back
I actually found some great food, some of the best food I've had so far,
which was,
barbecue chicken,
and
now, strolling through the busy street as you can see, it's well, it's half past seven.
There's not much going on, it's very quiet here in Nyuangshwe, which is really pleasant.
And I have an early morning,
up at half past seven, well no, I have to be at the boat dock at half past seven,
for a full day on Inle Lake tomorrow,
so that's exciting, looking forward to that.
And it's getting cold, I'm in short sleeves, but I got trousers, three shirts on,
and where's my turning?
I know I turn somewhere along here,
small place, I can't possibly get lost here, can I?

the Godlike qualities. The second part is, "Please forgive me.
Please forgive me for all of those negative views that I was holding
about you. "Thank you," is the next one. So there is a part of gratitude,
thank you. And gratitude is so
powerful because it helps to
transmute certain low vibrational energy, it helps you to heal. And then the last part is "I
love you." And we all know that love, they say God is love and love is the highest
frequency
that exists within the universe. At least that's what I've heard. Love is the highest frequency that exists and
love heals everything. So, the four parts are, "I am sorry please, forgive me
thank you, I love. And, Dr.
Hew Len just started looking at the patient's chart and would repeat those phrases over, and over, and over. And it
triggered a healing within himself,
thereby triggering a healing in each of the patients. So, I
have used this technique, and I am a huge fan of it. Although it may seem very simple
it's a very transformational
technique. And you don't have to be a doctor to use this. You can use this in your life.
And what I would suggest, or what I have done is, make ...grab a journal and write down
some of the negative feelings or negative events or quote/unquote "Negative" events that have happened in your life . And,
anything that brings up or elicit a negative feeling within you when you think about it. And, write them all down.
It could be situations,
it could be people, whatever the case may be. And, for each item that you have written down or each
situation, you want to repeat those four mantras. "I am sorry, please forgive me,
thank you, I love you. I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I
love you. For each of them. And you will be amazed how those four
mantras
offers
healing, and it shifts that negativity that we have buried within us, and
now we are able to view the situation
from a place of love. Because, at the end of the day, what we don't realize is that,
everything that has happened to us has happened for a reason.
Everything ...nothing comes without a lesson, or
every situation shows up in our lives to teach us a lesson. And we learn from those situation and

My answer to that is just go to the globe store, there is Gcash Booth there
in the globe store, ask them that you want to get a Gcash MasterCard and
they'll be providing you a card inside an envelope and you'll be paying that
around 150 pesos depending on which card you are buying. There are two types of
card, the first one is the regular MasterCard and the second one is the
Beep MasterCard, the regular MasterCard is 150 pesos while the beep MasterCard
I think that's 200 pesos. How about the Paymaya physical card? You can order the
Paymaya physical card online, I have a tutorial on that I'll
be putting that on the link in the description or on the cards above
You can order the physical card online or you can go to a smart store or SM Business
Center, somebody told me there is a Paymaya card on the SM Business Center
so you can just go there. Question number 2 what to do during video call
verification interview? My answer to that based on experience is
nothing because you will just post on the video because they just want to take
a photo of you holding your valid ID so make sure that you have your valid ID
with you during the video call interview but someone is also asking what's the
easiest way to verify Gcash and Paymaya? The easiest way to verify Gcash is to
go to the globe store and tell them that you want to verify your Gcash account
and for Paymaya go to the smart store there is a Paymaya representative there
tell them that you want to upgrade your Paymaya. Actually almost everything can be
found on their respective stores. Question number 3 how to order in Lazada
in installment without credit card and there is also someone asking is there a
downpayment. Actually I have a video of that on how to order in Lazada
without a credit card and using installment. Yes there is a downpayment
just watch my video I have a link in the
description or in the card above. Question number 4: How to convert load
Gcash? Answer: you cannot do that anymore since Gcash removed that option
on their mobile app so there is no other way, before you can do that converting
the globe load to Gcash but now since they updated their Gcash app, you cannot

Is there a personal physical Card? Answer: For G =cash there is, it depends on
which store you are buying a card if the store has a printer they can print
your name there in the card but if they don't have a printer good for you they
cannot do that so I got my personalized Gcash card on SM Megamall
so I think they still have a printer you can go there and get a Gcash card for
Paymaya they are not selling any personal personalized card so it is on your own
if you want to print your name on the card but they are not selling any
personalized card as of now but if you have a Paymaya that is a personalized
card Please comment it below so other viewers can know and by the way if you still

lot, you don't need to transfer the balance from the virtual card to
physical card because they will be using the same wallet or the same balance
so if you have the money on your Gcash account and you have a MasterCard a
physical card when you use that it will be using the same balance so you don't
need to transfer anything same goes with Paymaya if you have a hundred pesos on
your Paymaya account and if you use your physical card it will be using that
hundred pesos you don't need to put a separate balance on it because they will
