five steps to buy your next deal on this

welcome back to another episode of title
Tuesdays my name's Kevin tatcha the
founder and CEO here at Independence
title also known as your title King
today we have a very special guest
doron is one of our great clients he
closes many deals with us whether it's
host selling deals retailing deals buy
fix and flips he is involved in the game
and I invited him here today to teach
you some of the new investors maybe
you're a real-estate agent out there how
to get more deals get into your first
deals so thanks for joining us on
today's so thank you alright so we have
five steps we're going to be brief with
them because we don't want to make it
too long but we want to give them enough
information and as always we're gonna
put Deron's information below so feel
free to reach out to him he mentors many
people to get them where they need to be
to buy their next deal so let's start
with step number one alright so like you
know the rustic market is very hot it's
hard to find properties on the MLS so my
focus is to find properties off the MLS
step number one is finally stress on it
and going through a life crisis like a
probate like a distress toxic tax liens
or he has a an eviction going on so you
find that person that's the step number
one that's a great step to because I
know dealing seeing a lot of closings
here we close about 100 deals a month
and I always see the best deals are
these probate deals I don't know you've
done a few the investors that learn how
to truly find and acquire these probate
deals are making tons of money so that's
a great first step right right so the
first step is that the second step is to
look on the comps I know a lot of
investors doesn't know what's comps they
don't look they just put their
properties out there but the first thing
is you have to know what's what the
house is worth how much you can sell it
how much you can make on it so that
the second thing to find the comps and
to know what you're dealing with and
that's a good one too especially if
you're a real estate agent out there you
have access to the MLS we know if you're
a consumer do not rely on Zillow do not
rely on Zillow for an accurate value you
need to pull your comps and you need to
make sure you're picking I guess within
a subdivision right to make sure you can
see because something that may be a
block over could be in a totally
different subdivision and you can
actually reference we have an appraiser
on at one of our first episodes where
she talked about how to select
comparables so it's very important to
learn how to find the deal and now you
need to learn how to comp it out to make
sure you're getting a good offer price
right and another thing is you'll see a
house is very expensive and you'll see a
house this is very cheap you don't want
to take these two you take what's in the
middle right great step so number three
all right so the number three and it's
very important is do your due diligence
you know what's the house is going know
what's the owner is one you got to know
if is if it has some filing in the court
if he has been going through foreclosure
if he has some judgment against him all
kinds of things so you do your due
diligence before you talk to the owner
that's the that's the third step and due
diligence a lot of times we've done some
other videos where you can go to the
public record site remember we're in the
state of Florida everything is public
record the court system the property
records
everything's public records so you can
go and do your own due diligence and
just make sure I don't run their name
search and say I don't see anything I
don't see foreclosures I don't maybe
you'll see a probate maybe you'll see a
death certificate there are a lot of
things that you can tell by just doing a
little bit of a preliminary search which
is how Derron is doing so many deals
because he knows how to find it step one
he knows how to combat out step two and
he knows how to do the due diligence to
make sure he's getting a good deal which
is step three and it's also a good way
to negotiate
if you know what's the owners going
through you can negotiate a better deal
because you have the knowledge to to get
a better deal and it's finding a
distressed seller and putting them with
an eager buyer and you make the profit
so step number four step number four is
get it under contract that's the best
thing you got and you need to know how
to put a contract in place so you have
to learn how to put a contract and how
to present it to the owner and make sure
he signs it when you fit when you meet
it and one of the things I like to talk
about when we talk about contracts we've
done a video with an overlay of the
contract how to fill it out one of the
mistakes I see a lot of investors make
is they come and they say well I have
this deal no my card do you have it
under contract well no not yet
right gone you lost the deal to the next
investor that stepped in because if it's
a good deal you need to get it under
contract and then worry about assigning
it double closing and one of the tips I
want to tell you because we're having
more and more investors doing this
they're forgetting or totally
disregarding putting up a deposit you
need to make sure you put a deposit up
in the state of Florida if you do not
put a deposit up on that contract it is
not valid I don't care if you put ten
dollars in escrow or you put ten percent
in escrow you need to put something in
escrow in order to open up that file and
make it a valid contract right so that's
tip number four make sure you're getting
that deal signed I'm the contractor and
the five the fifth step is find a buyer
and close the deal that is the best part
you give it to Kevin he's gonna close
the deal for you hey they're doing an
amazing job of that I've had a lot of
deals that almost fell through because
of other title companies I brought them
to Kevin and it was close and I was
happy so find a buyer and close the deal
that's the fish and that's good and
that's usually the hardest I think I
think that's the hardest you know you go
a lot of these these fix and flip
meetings and stuff and and they teach
you how to find the deals but they may
not
you had to get the buyers and it's very
important very hard to do both which is
why we produce this video because now
you're able to partner up with someone
like Darren call his office he can help
teach you how to find deals and maybe
he'll have the buyer maybe he could
teach you how to find a deal he'll buy
it himself fix it in flipping through
that - so it's very very important or
maybe you have a buyer and you say hey
Doron I have a buyer that's looking for
this type of house and he may have that
buyer ready to go so it's very very
important so to recap step number one is
how to find deals how to find a deal how
to find the owner that needs to sell
right now step number two is do the cops
make sure you know how much the house is
worth step 3 do your due diligence it's
and very important to do your due
diligence step number four is my
favorite that's where we talked about
that contract making sure it's fully
executed deposits up an escrow all pages
are initialed and send it over to the
title company to open up a title water
and step number five sell the do sell
the deal and what make the money right
all about making money in this business

hey guys so this is a video update of press-on veneers that I purchased from
Brighter Image Lab and I first posted a video about two months ago and since
then I've been getting a lot of requests to update you guys and let you know how
my speech is and how I'm enjoying them and I must say that I still am very very
very very very much in love with these veneers I mean they are just bomb.com
like seriously my speech in my opinion is back to normal I have no problem or
issue with pronouncing words anymore they feel so comfortable in my mouth
they stay in there all day they do not fall out they are very easy to clean as
well to clean them what I use is something called Polident which is a
denture cleaner you can actually get it from like CVS or Rite Aid or Duane Reade
depending on where you are and they're these little tablets and you just drop
it into some water and you let your veneers soak for about five minutes and
then you rinse them off and then I let them soak in cool water overnight and
yeah I just love this color I feel like that the color really complements my
complexion I got Hollywood white and I get so many
compliments on my teeth I got a top and bottom and yeah I really like them I
don't eat with them and I don't eat with them by choice press-on veneers does
advertise that you can eat with them but I just don't want to stain them I'm
scared of staining them the press-on veneers says they're not they won't get
stained but I don't know I don't want to stain them and I don't want anything
getting stuck in them these are really expensive and plus there's nothing wrong
with my natural teeth I can eat with my natural teeth so whenever I'm at a

even aware that your subconscious mind runs a program off of and ultimately all
of us to some degree experience some fear of rejection or lack of love or
betrayal this is the ultimate core and root of why each of us individually and
collectively struggle with our weight it's a cry for help from within for
relief we feel a pain in this needs healing we don't need a touchup

poison to the cells of your body over and over and over and literally causing
disease from the way you think and the way you feel are way too powerful the
person inner being to deny this their internal cry for help
any longer your true self your body needs healing and through techniques
will teach you to train your mind transforming body you're gonna be able
to unlock and get rid of this emotional baggage that you've been carrying for
way way too long and the most amazing thing about it is you're gonna feel
empowered you're gonna feel an exhilaration about life you will be
complete master of your mind captain of your body and you will take your life
and your mental self and every everybody around you to a state that you've never

Newsflash: All three installments of The Human Centipede are absolutely awful.
Unless, of course, you like movies about invasive butt surgery.
After torturing audiences with the first two films in the series, director Tom Six returned
in 2015 to finish the job with The Human Centipede 3.
Watching this film feels like work, but without the paycheck or health benefits.
Dieter Laser, who played the villainous surgeon in the first two installments, inexplicably
returns as a new, equally hideous character: a Texas prison warden.
Meanwhile, our condolences to Eric Roberts' career:
"What the hell is this?"
Like its predecessors, The Human Centipede 3 lacks substance, style, and any kind of
smarts.
To put it another way: this movie will make you feel like you're at the end of the centipede.
"This is exactly what America needs."
The Happening ain't happening
Following the success of blockbusters like The Sixth Sense and Unbreakable, M. Night
Shyamalan was considered Hollywood's plot-twist king.
But his reputation took a twisty downturn after lackluster responses to films like Signs,
The Village, and Lady in the Water.
Still, the worst was yet to come.
"Just a second"
"There were children in that room!"
In 2008, Shyamalan released his first R-rated film The Happening, which starred Mark Wahlberg
as an unlikely science teacher caught up in a biological mystery.
Mayhem is sweeping the country and countless people take their own lives, and it's up to
Wahlberg to figure out what's going on.
And it's too bad he did.
The big twist is the cinematic equivalent of a belly flop: The population is being attacked
by the Earth's plants, which is spreading a toxin through the air to defend themselves
against destructive humans.
Unfortunately, they only got their revenge on moviegoers.
"I just wanna talk in a very positive manner.
Giving off good vibes.
We're just here to use the bathroom."
Blair Witch 2 is cursed
"I'm scared to close my eyes, and I'm scared to open them."
In 1999, The Blair Witch Project took audiences by storm, birthing the found footage genre.
Seizing on the moment, Artisan Entertainment fast-tracked a sequel, Book of Shadows: Blair
Witch 2.
The movie follows a group of Blair Witch fanatics as they venture out to the Black Hills to
explore the legend first-hand.
"I thought the movie was cool."
The film abandons the tone of the first film, opting for lots of random violence that doesn't
distract from the fact that the film is a total bore.
To make matters all the more confusing, Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2 doesn't actually
feature a Book of Shadows.
But it does feature time travel, amateur psychics, and this guy:
"I'm finished now."
Jaws: The Revenge totally bites
"Jaws, The Revenge.
This time it's personal."
When a film's tagline is the most creative part of a film, you know you're in dark waters.
A decade after Steven Spielberg created the summer blockbuster with Jaws, Universal released
Jaws: The Revenge.
Currently holding a zero percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes, the film is arguably one
of the worst movies ever made.
Trying to explain the premise to the Archive of American Television, director Joseph Sargent
can barely get the words out:
"That a shark… could… wreak vengeance…for killing his cousins, or whatever they were"
The film stars Lorraine Gary as Ellen Brody, the wife of the late Martin Brody, played
by Roy Scheider in the original film.
Ellen becomes convinced her family is being stalked by a vengeful shark… and she's right.
Odder still, this particular shark even roars:
Creepshow 3: Just no
"Ah, ah, aaahh!"
1982's Creepshow was a delight from start to finish.
The freakily fun anthology film pairs up horror masters Stephen King and George A. Romero
and it delivers plenty of camp, carnage, and killer style.
It was followed up in 1987 by the weaker but still entertaining Creepshow 2 . And then
in 2006, Creepshow 3 happened.
The film is terrible, which explains its frightening zero percent score on Rotten Tomatoes.
King and Romero had nothing to do with this shlock, so instead of demonic cockroaches
and monsters in crates, we get this…
"Professor Dayton, wait!"
As legendary makeup artist Tom Savini says, Tales from the Darkside: The Movie is the
real Creepshow 3.
So watch that instead.

Reaction Order Tricks & How to Quickly Find the Rate Law - Duration: 1:58.
Looking at all these given tables you'll be able to quickly figure out the
reaction order by just knowing a few tricks. Hello everyone, I'm Melissa Maribel
your personal tutor and here are the tricks. Trick 1: Zero order if you increase
the concentration of the reactant but the rate does not change then it's zero
order. Trick 2: First order if whatever you multiply it by your reactants
concentration is the same number you multiplied by the rate then it's first
order. Trick 3: Second order if whatever you multiplied by your reactants
concentration is the same number but squared to your rate then it's second
order. Here are some examples we are multiplying by 2 here and for the rate
we are multiplying by 4 since 2 squared is 4 or in this table where we are
multiplying by 3 then multiplying the rate by 9 since 3 squared is 9 so right
there both of those examples are second order. All these tricks tell us the
reaction order let's put this all together to find the rate law. For this
table we found reactant A was first order because we multiplied both by 4 so
using the rate law formula we will replace x with 1 since x and y represent
the reaction order for each reactant. For reactant B we found it was second order
since we multiplied by 2 and then the rate by 4 so we will replace the y with
a 2 and this is our rate law. Now you still have to know how to figure out
your rate constant I have a few videos with step-by-step examples that you can

Today we are going to discuss: Limitations of the buttock augmentation surgery.
In this channel, we will discuss everything you need to know about buttock enhancement procedures.
Welcome back!
The buttock augmentation surgery is known for delivering effective and sustainable results.
However, there are certain limitations associated with the procedure.
First of all, the procedure cannot treat severely saggy buttocks.
If your buttocks are mildly saggy, the surgery can make it firmer and youthful;
however, to treat severely saggy buttocks, you should consider the butt lift surgery instead.
If buttock implants are used to treat severely saggy buttocks,
your butt will become saggier due to the extra weight of the implants.
You will have a big, saggy buttock.
The second limitation of the butt augmentation surgery is that it cannot treat some types of buttock asymmetry.
For instance, butt implants can help fix size-related butt asymmetry;
however, it cannot correct differently shaped buttocks.
On the other hand, fat transfer to the butt can treat shape-related asymmetry
but rarely size-related asymmetry.
The cost of buttock augmentation is yet another limitation.
Given the fact that the surgery is elective and used for cosmetic purposes,
the price of butt augmentation is high.
As a result, many patients can't afford to undergo buttock augmentation.
However, many plastic surgeons and surgical facilities are now offering flexible financing options for patients.
Many patients presume that butt augmentation surgery will transform
or change them into another person or a celebrity.
This is not true.
Every person has a unique body, and the surgery simply enhances your body.
It does not make you look like another person or your favorite celebrity.
It will simply add projection to your backside, which will also help enhance your overall body outline and figure.
Another limitation of buttock augmentation for some patients is that certain problems and complications
can affect the outcome of the surgery.
For example, implant displacement, infection, and capsular contracture may compel some patients
to have the implants removed after the surgery.
Another limitation of the butt augmentation surgery is that is not scar-less.
The procedure involves incisions that ultimately develop into scars.
Scarring after the surgery is unavoidable.
Moreover, the surgery involves many risks, which scares away many patients.
The risks depend on your existing health status, how much care you have during recovery,
and similar other factors.
Buttock augmentation is major surgery, and the recovery involves downtime
that can extend over many weeks.
This is also a limitation of the surgery.

grated Parmesan cheese ¼ tsp. black pepper ⅛ tsp. kosher salt ¾ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided 1½ tsp
Italian seasoning, divided ½ cup canned crushed tomatoes ½ tsp. garlic powder ½ tsp
onion powder 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil Preheat oven to 400°. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
Pulse cauliflower in a food processor until it's the consistency of coarse breadcrumbs, working in batches as needed
Place cauliflower crumbs in a large microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on high 3½ minutes
Stir. Cover and microwave again until crumbs are hot and soft, about 3½ minutes. Transfer cauliflower to a fine wire-mesh strainer over a bowl
Let stand until cool enough to handle, about 10 minutes. Using a clean dishtowel or paper towels, firmly press out as much liquid as possible from cauliflower into bowl
Place cauliflower in another bowl; add egg whites, Parmesan cheese, pepper, salt, ¼ cup mozzarella cheese and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Stir until well combined. Divide cauliflower mixture in half; place halves on prepared baking sheet
Press each half into a 7-in. circle, about ¼-in.-thick, . Bake in oven until tops are browned, about 35 minutes
Stir together crushed tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder and remaining Italian seasoning
Spread mixture over each crust, leaving a ½-in. border. Sprinkle with basil and remaining mozzarella cheese
Return to oven, and bake until cheese is melted and crust is crispy, 5 to 7 minutes

when they're trying to train their puppy to know their name.
And it really slows down their learning process.

the fastest way to teach your puppy their name.
I'm also gonna show you some tricks
that dog trainers use to help their puppies
to be more successful with this exercise.
I'm Ken Steepe, this is Biggie Smalls,
the 12-week old papillon puppy.
Welcome back to McCann Dogs.

So, first let's talk about one of the tricks
that we were, that I alluded to in the opening.
Now, a great opportunity to train your puppy
are some of the natural training opportunities that you get.
So, with Biggie, every time he gets a meal
I would start off by just saying his name
and then feeding him.
We really wanna build value for that name.
So, I will say,
Biggie.
Good boy.
Biggie.
Just as a hit and I'm gonna hand feed him
his breakfast essentially.
Biggie.
And reward.
That way he really starts to understand that
that, every time he hears that word
there's a lot of value associated with it.
Now, we need to make sure that when we are
rewarding and luring Biggie that he follows the food.
So the first thing that I'm going to do
is just naturally lure him around.
I'm just going to make sure that he's
following food, and we've done lots of luring
exercises in some of our other videos,
and I'll link one of those above.
But it's really important that Biggie does
understand that when he follows the food
that there will be a payout,
especially when we're starting to
make this a little bit more challenging
as we're teaching him his name.
When you start to teach your puppy their name,
it's really important that you payout
each and every time.
So we're going to call our puppy's name.
We're gonna say Biggie's name
and then we're gonna automatically lure him
for the first several repetitions of this exercise.
So, I'm gonna do something,
I'm gonna let him get naturally distracted,
which doesn't seem to be that tough with an adorable
little puppy like this,
but I'm gonna call his name and then lure him.
So I'm gonna get him distracted.
Maybe I'll just show him something over there.
Biggie!
And then bring him around.
Yes! Good boy, nice job buddy!
We'll let him get distracted again.
Fake him out a little bit.
Biggie!
Show him that food, bring him in.
Yes, good job pal, way to go!
When you reward your puppy, try to make sure
you're rewarding them almost so they're touching
your legs, that way they'll see lots of value
for coming in really close.
Now we're gonna make it a little bit
more challenging for Biggie by using a little
bit more motion, but when we do that
we want to use our house line, and we posted
a video about that not that long ago.
Just so that Biggie doesn't leave me as we're working
on this exercise, I'm gonna use,
I'm gonna put a leash on him
or I'm gonna use his house line,
and I'll link that video above.
Just so that he doesn't, he can't have
an opportunity to be totally gratified by
something that's not me.
But, I wanna show you how we can really
build some motivation for his name, by using
a little bit of motion and some exciting language,
or some exciting voice sounds.
So I'm just gonna let him get a little bit distracted.
Biggie!
Yay!
Good boy, way to go buddy!
And I'm going to move away from him to
really reinforce the fact that him
hearing his name and coming to me is lots of fun.
So I'm gonna let him get distracted again.
Biggie!
Yeah!
That a boy, very nice, way to go pal!
And I'm gonna use that motion, I'm gonna use
that exciting sounding language,
Biggie!
Yay!
To really reinforce that hearing his name
is lots and lots of fun.
Do you want to build even more motivation
into your response to name?
Try having someone hold your puppy
as you sneak away with an exciting toy.
Then call their name and release them.
Biggie!
That a boy!
Good boy, buddy!
So Biggie's really starting to know that
there's lots of value in hearing that word
and I've made it lots of fun by moving away
and using some, you know, bubbly voice
to really make it fun for him to respond
to that name.
So now we need to challenge him a little bit.
We need to make it a little bit tougher,
so we're going to use something like
a distraction, and I'm gonna recall
him off that name.
Now, at this point, I'm not gonna test him,
I'm going to make sure that he can be
right every single time by using that food lure
while I'm using that distraction.
So I'll just set this tape down.
Then I'll call his name.
Biggie!
Yes, good boy!
Now, I've also opted to use some high value
food, because, you know, having something
new like this distraction may prove to be
a bit of a challenge.
So, when I call Biggie off of that distraction,
I'm going to use something like some chicken,
or something that he really finds valuable.
So, an important step in using the McCann method
is letting your dog make a choice, and an
important step in teaching your dog their name
is the testing phase.
Now, I've reduced the amount of distraction,
I've taken that tape roll away,
but this time I'm not gonna automatically show Biggie
the food, I'm just gonna call his name,
and see what happens.
What's that thing over there?
Biggie!
Yes, good boy!
Very nice!
Now, I'm still gonna use that exciting language
and I'm still gonna use a little bit
of motion, but I'm not gonna automatically
put the treats in front of his face.
So let's test him again.
Get him over here a little bit.
I'm gonna stay nice and close though.
What's that thing over there?
That thing over there?
Biggie!
Yes, good job buddy!
And you can see how excited he is to
respond to his name and how much fun
he's having, that's really important
as we're training our puppies, that they're
loving every minute of the training.
Now, as we increase the challenge, it's
really important that we mark the moment
that our puppy's making a great choice.
So, when there's that distraction,
whether it's a piece of tape on the ground,
or maybe it's, you know, some motion in the environment.
We mark that moment that he makes that great choice,
and that's with the yes.
I use the yes to mark the moment that
Biggie's making a really good choice.
What if our puppies aren't responding right away?
What if there's some distraction
that they don't respond the first time
every time to their name?

back again with another video and today's
video as you can see from the title is
my mid year crochet hair rankings
video. So it's literally like BET's
notarized countdown of the hottest
videos of the year however in crochet
hair format if that makes sense. Now it's just my rankings. I used to do them every
quarter then I started trying so many
hairs I decided to make it mid-year and
now going forward I don't know how I'm
going to best organize this video. So let
me know down below how you want to see this video in the future. Whether it's
top 10 bottom 10. What you guys want to
see from me if it gets repetitive anything like that. Let me know your
thoughts down below. But I'm just simply
ranking my crochet hairs. Up to this point
on this channel I've probably tried almost 26 27 something along those lines
amount of crochet hairs and it's a lot of hairs. But I want to share with you
guys what I think are the best and what I think are the worst and why I think
that. But first let me get some housekeeping things out of the way. Now
if you're not familiar with my channel make sure you subscribe to my channel. I
give you guys the latest the greatest the hottest which you guys request in
terms of crochet hair. I try them out for you guys so sometimes you can either
save your coin or spend your coin on some great hairs. Secondly I want to let
you guys know I do have in-depth videos for every single hair that I mention.
So if I didn't answer one of the questions or one of the things that
you're looking for I do have full length videos where I go in-depth.I spend over
ten minutes talking about these hairs in their own videos so just go and look for
that if you have more questions about these hairs. Just playing off of that a
lot of times I get a lot of the same questions. If I don't answer anything I'm
going to list all the specs on this. I'm going to go kind of fast in this video because I don't want it to be a super
long video but I want to definitely highlight some of the big things with a
lot of these hairs. So just look at the side. I'm gonna put something to the side.
I'm going to show you the hair and all that but I won't spend that much time talking about it.
I don't want this video to be super long so without further ado let's just hop into the video and let's start with my last
least favorite number 24th hair on the list. And it has to be the Outre
Dominican straight hair. Now uh this is what the pack is and I will hold up the pack
of the hair if I still have the hair. I'm in the process of moving right now and I
noticed I have a lot of hairs. But I wanted to show you guys what they look
like if I had the package of hair and this is the Outre Dominican Blow Out Straight 14 inches. You guys saw that
video. This is my least liked hair because I wore this hair a total of nine days
which is the least amount of time that I've worn any hair that I've reviewed on this channel. I typically try
to push the week's at minimum I try to do two weeks at maximum I try to wear the hair as long as possible. I could not
do that with this hair. The slippage with this hair even though it was pre-knotted and all that was not a huge draw
for me. I didn't get as many weeks of wear and like I said all the specs on the hair I'm going to leave on the side right now. I just didn't really love the
hair. It wasn't my favorite hair. I don't think it would be something that I would wear on vacation. It's not something that I
would look for and draw myself to and especially me. I've gotten out of straight hair. Me now I'm a curly hair
fan. Straight hair on me just feels dull. It just doesn't feel like me anymore. That's why I stopped flat ironing my
hair. I just am not a big fan of the bland. I like the curls. I like all of that. So for me and if you guys love this
hair let me know down below. But for me Dominincan Blow Out blow straight hair was not my favorite hair. You guys have
been dying for me to do another straight hair and I do want to do the Freetress Yaki straight hair too just to see
if maybe I like that a little bit better. But this hair for me just was not just funnest install, just wasn't the funnest,
look and overall it was not my funnest hair. The next hair that I'm going to share is the model model Dominican
braid hair. I had this in the color one and it was a hair that I got for my local beauty supply store. It was only $5.99
a pack. I did not like this hair and I wanted to give model model a chance but I did not like this hair simply because
this hair tangles fast. It matted fast. It was very lightweight so on the plus
side it was very lightweight and I loved it because I had it in July of last year. So almost a whole year ago I had it and
it was the perfect kind of you didn't feel it. It wasn't heavy. It was very lightweight. You can do what you want
with the hair but the hair overall to me was just not my favorite in terms of the tangles that came with it. Now I do want to try more
model model hairs. I don't want to just count them out because I had a bad experience with the Dominican braid hair.
If you have a model model hair that you have tried and you love it let me know down below. I actually own
another hair that I've been skeptical to try because of my experience with this hair but I am going to try another model
model hair. But if you have other model model hairs that you love let me know down below. But overall model model
Dominican braid hair just wasn't my overall favorite hair. So next hair number 22 on my list is the Outre deep twist hair. Now it was pre-looped 14 inches.
I had it any color 2. It definitely wasn't what the Outre bohemian curl hair was. You guys know that is my number
one hair. I love that hair to death and it's from the same line but somehow the hairs are drastically drastically
different. I don't know what it is. If it's the feel of it. If it's the quality of it. If they tried something different
with the hair and it just went completely left. I don't know what it is but this hair just me and it did not get along. The curls of it are
beautiful. I think the curls of it are very much so similar though to the Outre bohemian curls. So if you see the
Outre Deep twist hair and you love that hair and you want to get this hair Outre has the bohemian curl which I'm
going to talk about later on in this video that is ten times better than this hair in my opinion. And of course
everything I say in this video is my opinion. So if you have something else and you feel like girl you completely
wrong on that front. It's an opinion thing we can have different opinions and that is okay but for me I would not
spend my coin again on the Outre deep twist hair. The next hair that I'm gonna talk about is the hair that muva taste pink had me on. She
uploaded a video sometime mid last year and it was on the cozy deep. She wore it. Sh slayed it. She said this hair was
one of her favorite hairs and I was like of course muva is gonna have me trying some hair out here. So I grabbed it in
the color 4. It is 20 inches and the model as you can see is wearing it in a micro braid style. So of course it says
on here that you can crochet it but a lot of times on crochet hairs you'll see the models wearing either tree
braids, invisible braids, micro braids, all that because of course crochet hair I think it was originally
meant to be more so a micro thing. And then we've changed it and we've transformed it. I think this hair might
work better in a micro, invisible braid, tree braid type of the situation. I don't think for me it was an amazing hair for
crocheting. Uh it definitely looked beautiful. One of the most beautiful curl patterns that I've had on this channel
to date. I think I loved it when it was long. I loved it when I cut it up a little bit shorter. I loved it throughout
but overall looking good and being beautiful on camera does not make for a good hair. The maintenance on that was a
lot more than I typically like to put on a hair. I don't like a higher maintenance hair and as you will see as I rank these videos the ones that are in
the bottom are more so higher maintenance hairs. As I go up they're gonna be a little bit more less
maintenance. A little bit more you can go to sleep you don't have to worry about a lot of detangling. You don't have to worry
about separating. You don't have to worry about twisting up your hair at night. A lot of these more so on the upper level
rankings of my hairs are gonna be hairs that you're not gonna have to worry about. This is gonna be a hair that
you're gonna have to worry about. Now the next hair that I'm going to talk about is the trendy tresses goddess
curls. Now I know that was one of my most recent reviews and I do have trendy tresses hair in right now. I know I'm
gonna get a lot of questions what about the hair that you have in right now. What is that? I should have addressed that
in the early housekeeping rules thing. I have in the trendy tresses River curl right now. Now I can't form an
opinion. I can't put it in this video because I've had this hair in for less than 24 hours at this point. So I don't
have an overall opinion of this hair. This is the package of the hair that I have in right now but this is how the
goddess curls comes from trendy tresses. I put this in my bottom. I know it's closer to the bottom. I said in that video I I
like the hair but then when I ranked and I put all my hairs together it still kind of fell at
the bottom cuz there's so many hairs that I like a lot more. Simply because this hair was a harder install. If you
saw my installation video of the trendy tresses goddess curl hair. Was not the funnest install. The hair is very soft
very soft which makes for a beautiful a lot of people wanted me to try it because they said the softness of it
was a draw to them. It's not a draw to me because you're gonna have to knot that hair a lot. It's gonna be a harder
install. You're gonna have to have a maintenance routine with that hair that's gonna be a little bit more than
you're normally gonna have to put into a hair. The hair is fairly expensive it was over $13 pack. The hair was international
so you're gonna have to pay about $20 for shipping on top of if you use a debit card you're gonna get
charged a fee for that as well. So there's many things and many issues that came with that hair that made it so
costly and that made it so much so con con con con con that it put it at the bottom. Do I think that hair is a beautiful?
Absolutely! But do I think you can actually buy something similar to that hair? Absolutely! And the next hair that I want
to talk about is the similar version of that hair. And if you guys saw that video I was not a huge fan of that hair
either.And it's the Outre Bahamas curl hair. Now I thought about it. So many people asked me when I did my goddess
curl video what hair do you think would be comparable to it and I said presto curl at first. I said presto curl might
be similar if you want a good version of the hair but then I started looking through my rolodex and I've tried a lot
of hair so sometimes off-the-cuff it's hard for me to come up with something but as I'm really looking at the hairs. And
analyzing the hairs that I've tried Outre Bahamas curl super super similar to that hair. And if I can right now I'll
do kind of a side-by-side of both of the hairs beside each other. So similar. I think the softness of it which I had an
issue with the Bahamas curls being so soft I think those hairs match up and line up perfectly well. So I wasn't a
huge fan of Bahamas curl but a lot of people like that. So if you're looking for something like goddess curls and you
like the Bahamas curl it's way cheaper. So much cheaper. They make a 14-inch version of it. Goddess curls was 14
inches. They do have an Outre Bahamas curl that is also 14 inches. So
you can get the same thing essentially and it look so similar. They're both typically bottom hairs for
me because I as you will see don't typically love a super super soft hair because it comes with more maintenance.
Comes with more knotting. It just comes with more! Except for Freetress Deep Twist that's one of my favorite hairs and
that hair is soft but just FYI Outre Bahamas curl and trendy tresses goddess curls are very similar hairs.
Next hair that's a super soft hair and in that same family Fretress Aruba curl hair. Freetress Aruba Curl, Freetress
deep twist almost similar hairs but so
different in a way in a sense as well
super soft the curl pattern is super
similar to deep twist that hair for me
though was super soft
it got super tangley it got super just
uncontrollable at a certain point and I
just wasn't a huge fan if you liked this
look and the feel of the free trust
everyone cross so many people do like
the look of it I think you can get the
free trendy twist and have this
same exact effect that here's just
reacting differently you're gonna have
to twist that here the roomba curl is
just gonna be a higher maintenance hair
you're not gonna just be able to go and
just have your life I never put that
hair in a beach friendly water friendly
hair video that I've done you guys know
I've done a couple of them at this point
I never recommend that here as being
Beach friendly because I just don't
think it is but I think it's pretty I
think that hair is very beautiful but it
definitely ranks a lower on my list so
now we're at number seventeen and we're
gonna talk about the authentic deep to
his hair one of my more recent hairs now
authentic brand fairly new brand I just
wasn't a fan of the feel of it and I
think it's kind of similar to a hair
that I'm gonna talk about right now
simultaneously kind of with it and it's
the Kimmel ripple deep hair I know
that's one of my most polarizing here so
that's probably the only here on this
channel that I have almost 75% of people
love that hair and I fall into that 25%
who just did not like keep my ripple
deep hair authentic you twist was the
same exact feel to me they have that
rougher texture they have that rough
protection that looks so natural the
thing I would say about ripple deep and
the thing I'll say about this hair both
look super super natural you have to
worry about shine a lot of time will
crochet here you have to worry about
shine you're gonna have to worry about
nodding I didn't have to knock that hair
a lot and I did not have to worry about
shine because it's hair comes off very
dull love the naturalness of it that's
why it's not at the very bottom it's
number 17 ripple deep is number 16 on my
list of rankings which yeah they're 15
years that I like more but I think if
you're somebody who unlike me I like a
natural look but at the same time I
don't like a way that a rougher hair
interacts I think these hairs will work
best
both of these hairs will work best in
very short I think with both these
things you're just gonna have to find a
routine that works best for you and I
don't think the routines that I had with
either hairs were really the best
routine so now we're tied for number 15
and I'm gonna love these two hairs and
together and it is the sensational
island curl hair as well as the
sensational party curl here I don't have
a pack of the party curl but it looks
almost similar to this except it says
he curled the curls are almost similar I
say we're starting to get into more
hairs that I feel different about I
think the other hairs that I talked
about more so went towards the bottom
now we're in the middle of the road here
there's just so many years that I love
better but these hairs aren't terrible
the thing I'd say about this area which
makes it a middle of the world for me
was my first hair to install party curl
by sensational was one of the first hair
science the or was the first hair super
easy install I love the fact that
they're pre looped you don't have to use
a lot of these hairs I think I use
between four or five could be mistaken
but like I said I'm leaving little notes
to you guys on the side so you're seeing
how many pecks I use specifically with
each hair I think the issue I have was
sensational
especially this expression collection is
if frizz is very early on very very
early on I mean the hair it you put it
in and then maybe you get a week or two
maybe weeks and it's just like poof City
it's like we're done we're being we're
done being concise we're done being
pretty so I think overall if you're
looking for something cheap fast and
that's convenient I found these at my
Beauty Supply stores I bought both the
island curl and the party curl at my
local beauty supply store so I think
they're easier to find than a lot of
other brands are you can probably easier
to find the main concept they're
probably as easy to find as free trust
so I think this hair gets a good blip on
my radar just from being a super easy
and install super affordable super easy
to find but my drawbacks on it or the
fact that they both party curl and
Island curl frizz super super early on
in the style I did love the look of
Island curl and I'm still on the search
of our island curl dupe you guys asked
me all the time have you found out here
that you love as much as Island curl I
have not ever yet but I am on the search
and I think while I say I'm on the
search I think I found a hair that is
almost similar but I still had a little
bit of issues with and you guys have
been dying to see my video on this and I
think I've recently posted it
it is the Altran kinky curly hair that
hair so pretty like such a pretty it's
not me you guys know I'm more so of
spirally curl type of a girl but I'm
trying to diversify my crochet template
I'm trying to diversify my holdings on
the crochet here world and I'm trying to
try different style and I'll try kinky
curly was outside my comfort zone but I
did like it so the next hair that comes
in
as a recent hair that I've tried miss
sensational Lulu tres brand sensational
has an umbrella and they're grouping of
hairs and and one of them now is a Lulu
tres I had the deep wave 18 inches I had
in the color T 1b 27 be hanging upside
with this hair one the 27 was just too
much and it's not even showing up on
camera right now it looks 30 almost it's
a bright yellow it's a bright yellow
that I wasn't a huge fan of another
thing that I wish I talked about my
video I filmed my Lulu tres at final
thoughts we do kind of fast it was right
before work so I didn't get the hit on
everything that I should have but the
thing I did not like about this hair
that should have said was the fact that
I had a little bit of slippage with this
here even though it here was not a
little a lot more than I do a lot of
hairs I think I nodded that here several
times it just slipped it was just a
slippage issue with this hair and I
think it might because the texture of
the hair made for it slipping but there
were a couple times when I run my
fingers through it and here what
sometimes fall out and it wasn't that
big of a deal where I needed to stress
and harp on it but I would say probably
not the most secure nodding hair out
there and so that's why I kind of has a
middle-of-the-road I did stay in my
video the affordability of this hair was
very good and I like that of this hair I
did hate the fact that I said deep wave
and there was not a way to be found in
this hair so I was like okay where's the
wait where's where's this wave that we
speak of it was more so a spirally curl
but it wasn't okay here was it my
favorite hair no we're about to start
getting it to hearing that I would say
are my favorite hairs and the next thing
we're gonna talk about is the free tres
ringlets one curl hair that here is one
of my most watched videos out there it's
not the top but it's in my rankings of
top watch hair videos out there and for
me I love the sensational Jamaican
bounce more than I did the free
treasuring let Wong curl here I'll tell
you why it just held a little bit better
not a lot better because there's not a
lot of things you can do to make one
crochet here a little bit better than
another crochet here but I think it just
stayed more concise a little bit better
but a youtuber on here her name is
Alyssa forever loves the free tres
ringlets wanna curl here I was watching
her snap one day she wasn't swimming in
that hair and she said she loved it the
only con she had with that
she wish it was a little bit longer so
the commitment her real hair but she
loved that hair and I'll say good thing
I didn't have that same reaction I do
wish it was a little bit longer because
it's gave me Orphan Annie and you guys
know and all my videos where I have
those short curly style it takes a
little bit getting used to because I'm a
lover of longer hair I just wish those
hairs were just a couple inches longer
but for me I do think if that curl was
beautiful I do think that I wish I had
gotten it in a solid color I wish I got
into two or four maybe my reaction would
have been a little bit different I think
the color section of the Freak dress
winglet wan curl here first up a lot
more than the non color section so the
little bit of black that was showing and
that was a hang-up for me I think the
color on the sensation was Jamaican
bounce and I had that in the color I
think it just held together just a wee
bit better than the free tres ringlets
one I think we just really don't want
easy to find I think I only use what two
packs of that hair very affordable
install as well I think both hairs has
great benefits to them next hair number
10 we're in the top 10 now is the free
trust dokgo curl I really did like the
free trade school curl it's only the
third here I tried on this channel so I
didn't have a lot to compare to I think
I only at that point I had tried maybe
the water wave maybe the deep twist and
then I was on a free trust spree and I
did go go curls so I hadn't tried that
many before hey presto curl is a better
hair if I'm gonna choose between the
free tres gogo curl free tres presto car
I'll get into presto curl in a minute I
think I would definitely stick with the
presto curl but gobo curl wasn't bad
like I said I was just early on in my
triangle hairs so in that here I didn't
I don't think I gave it the full
evaluation that I could have so number
nine the free tres water wave hair such
another polarizing hair on this channel
we have people who love it you have
people who hate it I'm one of the people
who allow the free tres water wave hair
now again it a hair shiny that's one
thing you have to keep in mind when you
first install that hair you're gonna be
like what was until he is talking about
well Leslie Lamar talking about what she
said she's like this hand is here is
super shiny what kind of Mattel Barbie
doll hair is this I know it comes off
very shiny effort but after a couple
where or if you were in here I did not
risk
because I again it was one of my early
hair I did not know anything about
rinsing or nothing about how to get the
shine out immediately I was like I'm
just gonna wear this hair out and the
shine gonna go away and that's what
happened after I wore it out it didn't
look as shiny now a lot of people say
they love free tres bohemian braids I
cannot speak to that because I've not
tried that hearing out yet but I hear
great things that I hear it's a little
bit better than waterway but as I spin
right now waterway was so cute to me it
was like a natural twist out style I
just really liked it if somebody was
gonna bring a style to me and was like
try the the alt-right kinky curl the
island curl or in the free trial with I
would just choose the waterway you don't
have a lot to do with that hair that
here is not a higher maintenance Harris
all the years and I'm gonna talk about
going for are not higher maintenance
here know my number eight here I'm not
gonna harp on too long because you can't
even buy it anymore it's too Bobby
Boston Elway if she saw that video I
raved about it but if you're lucky if
somehow your store has it I did not buy
this here online I was in a small beauty
supply store and you know small beauty
supply stores in the cut be having here
sometimes at other places don't and this
one did and I didn't know that Bobbie
boss now wave was discontinued until
after I posted on video and a lot of
comments we're like the other don't make
me here no more and I was like well this
they should tell this beauty supply
store this because I bought it I loved
it it was one of my first hairs if not
the first thing that I had actually
dipped in water and performed so well I
actually loved it more post water than I
did the pre water if you see that video
it just looks way better I'm wearing it
with a little bit more confident but
again I'm not even gonna go on and try
to sell y'all dreams about this hair
that you cannot literally buy and you
guys ask me all the time have you found
an equivalent to the bobby boss batwave
I'm still looking child I'm still
looking I'm hoping to bring y'all
something hopefully you know one of
these hairs performs and I'm like y'all
I found it I found my body boss now away
for placement as of today has not
happened
number seven hair the hair that launched
this channel my first ever video that I
uploaded on this channel that got me
into the crochet weight this hair is
just gonna always be like my in my top
because it's what launched me like I
think even at a point when I don't even
like crochet hair anymore I'll still say
free trans neat twist but man that here
is everything free trans deep to us
that's the only
here that I've ever tried two times in
my career I won't repeat here's a lot of
times you guys ask me will you repeat
this in a different color I think at
this point I'm just so into trying new
hairs that I won't go back even if I
should
I won't revisit hairs but free trusty
twist I tried that hair two times I love
that hair
so my next hair is a genetic collection
Havana Mambo for a lot you guys know I
love these faux locs interlocks looks so
natural they look so beautiful and of
course I do want to try the bobby boss
ones at some point you guys are gonna
help me definitely try the bobby boss
new locks trying to Bobby Bob a lots try
them some of these bobby box like they
look beautiful too now they're always
sold out wherever I look wherever you
guys are purchased to them let me know
down below because I can't find it but
so far the faux locs that have won my
heart and that on this list are the
genic collection of a bit of mom but
they are lowest maintenance like there's
literally nothing you have to do a lot
of times you guys ask me were they heavy
I think looking back on them now I have
a reflective mind and I can see that in
the moment they didn't seem heavy they
can be a little heavy when I go on
vacation with Tina's hair absolutely now
I'm not dipping my hand no water getting
these braids soaked up and all that and
then have to worry about that that wait
I'm not gonna be slumped I think it was
hair is beautiful I wouldn't make this a
summertime you got definitely make it a
winter time here but overall love the
Janet collection Tibetan Mambo locks I
think just this beautiful can't go wrong
now we're in the top five if you follow
my channel you already should know which
hairs are gonna make it into my top five
number five free trust a beach crow hair
now this hair was 12 inches and I can't
say enough good things about it I like
the color of it I like the maintenance
of it didn't have that much maintenance
all my top 5 is going in right now are
these no work maintenance here no I mean
lower I mean what was I doing there was
nothing to be done and this hair is that
it was an OT 30 color love the color of
it overall love of the hair so my number
for here is actually tied you guys have
been dying for me to make a choice
between the two and I cannot make a
choice between the two and it is the out
fray bohemian curl hair which yeah I
know that was my first love that
wouldn't held down the number one spot
until I figured out main concept and
until I figured out free tres presto
girl but for for that I'll trade
bohemian curl was your girls ride or die
that time an concepts a secured almost
like these hairs are identical main
concepts a secured I'll put it
side-by-side right now so you can see
main concepts a secret and i'll straight
bohemian curl exactly dupes for each
other now you guys like i said we're
gonna ask me to choose between the two I
can now if you're in the store right now
you're like I can't choose between I'll
trade bohemian curl and main concept
sassy girl you're not gonna get a
straight answer out of me because these
hairs are identical you could not hold
up one says me side by side and make me
say which one is main concept which one
is sassy girl I think you could switch
them out in the package I would not know
the difference these hairs are literally
identical you're not gonna make little
Evancho's today because if both hairs
are beautiful hairs now my number 3 hair
is the presto curl by free tries you
guys know I love the color of this hair
this was the hair that I also wore for
six weeks on this channel I wore it for
so long and it still look good you guys
in my video I like it looks good even on
the last week it looks better
during the last week it's hair really
held up well started looking natural now
thinking about free trust that I'll say
a girl across the free trust wine free
trust is probably the brand that is the
queen of somehow making their hair shiny
no other brand does a job at making
their hair shiny like free trust us and
I'd say early on free trade spread CEO
girl had that look of shininess and with
that hair I like a lot of the free trans
as I wore it out because I did not do a
rinse on any of my fruit tress hairs it
dulls itself down so presto curl
beautiful hair it says 26 inches on the
path I tell you guys it on my video I
don't know where these 26 inches are at
because it's nowhere near that it's a 26
inch Bowl I this area it's probably
upwards of about 14 it's just a very
short hair but it's very appropriate I
like that I like that hair so number 2
main concept beach crow something about
a brand that has a beach krub when I'm
breathing at the beach crow I'm always
intrigued to try I actually bought the
Lu who trust Beach Carl too because I'm
like bitch Carl has never let me down
but the main concept Beach crow is no
different low maintenance literally I
thought I have found the lowest
maintenance here until I found my number
one here which I'll talk about in a
minute
but that hair mm it was it was my
birthday here when I make it here my
birthday here that's in here that
really want to work out and I had done
my research one day when November 28th
comes around I know what here that I
want to try and I know what here I think
is gonna hold up and like I said I went
to Orlando went riding rides and went at
Florida humidity I went in that Florida
water and that Florida random spurts of
rain that they had at certain points and
I that here held up amazingly well until
I found my number one hand which is the
main concept waterfall hair love this
hair like I don't even want to throw
away this last hat because his hair is
so amazing like the install of it and it
comes on this little string a lot of
people ask me do I separate it no the
way it comes on the string is the way I
kind of install it the hair was kind of
just installed in the way that it came I
didn't separate the strings anymore and
a lot of times I don't I get that
question a lot a lot of people like you
separate the hair I'll say in a video if
I separated a hair or not but for the
most part I don't I just kind of go with
the loop that comes with it I don't like
more work on myself
truth be told but um the curl hold that
curl the curl on this the pre-stretched
of it everything about this hair just
was amazing to me
I think main concept is a slept on brand
and I say that in every video and I
haven't tried but three of their hairs
so far but the three of them are hair
that are in my top ten so that should
tell you something again none of these
brands that I talked about sponsor me
none of them has sent me any coin some
of the need to send me some point cuz
I've probably driven some business their
way but mankind stuff I say the
waterfall curl was the lowest no
maintenance 0% maintenance go to sleep
wake up in the morning maybe detangle a
couple of sound when you kind of feel
like it type of it here but that was my
favorite favorite here now if you have a
favorite hair if you have a guy that you
want me to try not that I don't have
enough hair is that you guys have
recommended already but your girls
always searching you girls are always
looking you girls always wanting to try
something else
