Hey there!
This is a guide on different Genji play styles, where we are going to discuss how to act as
Genji in different situations to maximize your impact on the match.
Hello guys and welcome to the dojo!
First things first, we want to thank our supporters on Patreon who help in keeping the dojo running,
this is a video requested by them.

You can get coached by our professional coaches in return, click the card right now to learn
more!
Let's talk about Genji.
He has kept his place as a crowd favourite for a long time.
He is a high risk, high impact character, with such versatility that he can be used
in nearly all situations.
With leet looks and awesome moves, there is no wonder a lot of players want to learn him.
In this guide, we are building on our basic guides about Genji, and going to analyze different
play styles that you can switch between.
Knowing how to play different playstyles gives you the freedom to find your way more easily,
to switch between styles when there is a need for that, and also allows reading the enemy
Genji player better.
Genji is a flanker, an opportunist.
You are not required to do a lot of direct damage, rather you are someone securing kills
for the team, farming ult and laying waste to them with your Dragonblade.
Genji has two distinctive playstyles that we are going to talk about:
a hyper aggressive playstyle that builds on the versatility of the character, but depends
on the team setting heavily, and a less aggressive one, which is waiting
for good opportunities to strike, hits and runs, securing kills effectively
Switching between these really depends on your preference and on what the enemy team
has.
If they run a stun heavy comp, it's really hard to do anything meaningful with the hyper
aggressive style, as they are likely to peel for their supports and stunlock you when you
get too close.
Watch what the enemy has and how they play their game, and decide which style is the
best to use in the current situation.
Let's discuss these styles.
If you are a new Genji player, we recommend you to go with the less aggressive style,
as it is the safer of the two, allowing you to get a grasp on Genji's possibilities
before you throw yourself into the action.
Some of the pro players are doing this playstyle as well, let's see a gameplay clip from
Shadowburn, who plays a calm and calculated Genji.
You can see that he is hiding in the beginning, avoiding the possibility to be spotted.
He waits for his team to engage first, and then he goes in with all he has.
Even though we call this the calculated play style, when you commit to go in, you go in
full, hack and slash at the enemies fervently.
Even without using the ultimate, he is able to do a lot of damage to the enemies who are
stuck in a small room.
The important thing in the previous clip is seeing the raw strength and versatility of
Genji, even without his powerful ultimate.
If you stay alive, you will have more opportunities to do your job.
Balancing between how passive or aggressive you should be is an art in itself of course.
You don't want to be too exposed, but you want to do damage continuously, to farm the
ultimate and threaten the enemies in the same time.
Strengths and weaknesses Let's talk about some of the strengths and
weaknesses of this playstyle, starting with the pros:
You have a lot of opportunities to strike, because you are waiting for the right moment
to jump in and use your kit.
It is easier to stay alive, because you are not always in the midst of your opponents
You have time to think and pick your targets before going in.
This requires more game sense, and it's less skill dependent.
It's easier to have spectacular ultimates with many kills with this style.
You can pick most important targets with better precision, because of the hit and run style.
Let's talk about the cons for this playstyle: You have to be able to play around the enemy
support ultimates, because they can counter your ultimate easily.
Ultimate will charge slower than with the hyper aggressive style, that's because you
are doing less direct damage to the enemies.
You are usually not as threatening as with a hyper aggressive style.
If you don't judge situations well, you can go in at a wrong time or attack the wrong
target and die right away.
And let's not forget, that even professionals have some bad ultimates, see the next clip:
Seagull positions himself in a way that the enemies coming for the point won't be able
to spot him right away.
Waiting for the best opportunity to strike, he decides to go for the DPS of the enemy
team, using the blade on the Soldier.
However he fails to connect right away and burns the dash as well, leaving him without
mobility.
Alright, let's talk about the other style.
When you are going hyper aggressive, you don't really care about being shady or trying to
avoid attention from the enemies.
Your goal is to do a lot of damage quickly, and have the ultimate as many times as possible,
preferably before the enemy supports can counter you.
Let's just see a good ultimate right away.
Genji gets a nano, and dashes right in the enemy team, pulling the blade quickly.
There are no enemy support ultimates yet that could prevent the damage, so Genji has free
reign.
Libero is unbelievably quick in changing targets here.
The really important piece in this previous one is that he was able to ult before the
enemy supports.
Being hyper aggressive and always harassing the enemies directly will net you a lot of
ultimate charge.
So let's talk about the strengths here: You are going to have more basic kills with
this style, as you are always doing raw damage to the enemies.
Your ultimate will charge faster, giving you more opportunities to get kills with it.
Your enemies are going to have more anxiety because of your presence, may even change
their lineup just to counter you, which gives opportunity for your team to react accordingly
Weaknesses: You need to be really skilled with Genji's
kit in order to survive all the dives.
You need to master the timing and sequence of your combos, and should be quick to realize
when you should withdraw.
This needs a lot of experience and game sense
So how to practice these?
Aim, skill usage and timing is the most important, you can see our other Genji videos for some
drills and exercises.
Setting up a custom game will help with ability sequences, but the most important thing is
to hone your game sense.
Review your game and learn from that.
You can also opt-in to OMNICoach, which is a coaching service that will help you in understanding
your current mistakes.
It pinpoints where you can improve and how, by giving you actionable tips, statistics
and exercises.

Ep 15: Tech for Sleep, Insomnia and Nightmares (Next Generation Behavioral Health Podcast) - Duration: 9:44.
[Dr. Christina Armstrong] Hello, and welcome to "Next Generation Behavioral Health".
[Dr. Julie Kinn] Ten-minute tips for modernizing patient care.
[Armstrong] [music] I'm Dr. Christina Armstrong.
[Kinn] And I'm Dr. Julie Kinn.
[Armstrong] In this show, we review the latest technology to support mental health.
[Kinn] What are we talking about this time, Christy?
[Armstrong] Today, we're going to talk about one of my favorite topics ever, which is sleep.
[Kinn] That's one of my favorite hobbies.
[Armstrong] [laughter] That's right.
How'd you sleep last night?
[Kinn] Great.
Great.
Because I've been working on the "A Better Night's Sleep" podcast, and so I've been
learning lots of really good sleep tips.
You all should check out that show too.
But today, we're talking more about technology to support sleep, right?
[Armstrong] Right.
Sleep impacts so much of our lives.
For the majority of my life, I've been a really terrible sleeper, honestly.
I've had insomnia, and honestly, up until I had kids and then I realized, "Oh."
I was doing all the sleep hygiene things with my own kids.
And I realized, "Oh, I can do these things with myself too."
So now, my sleep is wonderful.
Julie, what are some of the bad things that can happen when we don't sleep well?
[Kinn] The big thing for military populations that we're aware of is that it's a big safety
issue.
First of all, just like when people are drinking alcohol, when people are sleep-deprived, we
don't tend to have really good awareness of it.
We tend to overrate our wellness, for example, when we're drinking alcohol and we tend to
think, "Oh, I could still drive."
And when we're really tired, we tend to think, "No.
My brain's working great."
But the studies show us that's not true.
And as a result, we see lots of car accidents and on-the-job accidents due to sleep deprivation.
And so for military service members, we're especially aware of this and want to help
people understand how to get better sleep to help with the mission.
But of course, there's lots of issues that affect civilians as well.
[Armstrong] When we don't sleep well, like you said, there's a lot of effects all over
in our lives.
So on the job, driving, everything.
But a lot of what people might notice is increased feelings of depression, increased anxiety.
Not sleeping well is associated with higher rates of obesity.
So when we're stressed out, our cortisol levels raise, and we are generally just feeling under
more stress and, as a result, usually, go for the more high-fatty, high-carb things,
and we gain weight which puts us at-risk for all sorts of other health complications as
well.
[Kinn] Yeah.
Absolutely.
If you look at just general health conditions, sleep tends to correlate with a lot of different
areas.
Like you said, mood, cardiac issues, immune system.
We just tend to get sick more when we're sleepy.
If you are someone who lies in bed trying to get to sleep and just being very frustrated,
then you might want to consider some of these technologies.
And if you're someone who the moment your head hits the pillow, you fall asleep, there's
possibility there that you're overly tired, and then that's why you're falling asleep
so quickly.
Did you know, on average, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to fall asleep?
That's a good sign.
If you're lying in bed, relaxing, it takes about 10 minutes, then you're doing OK.
[Armstrong] And we know that sleep problems affect a lot of people.
So we know about a third of adults report some sort of insomnia symptoms, and five to
10 percent meet criteria for insomnia disorder.
But the great news is, there's really effective treatments for sleep problems.
One of them is cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia.
There's just a ton of research to back it up.
So we want to talk a little bit about a really great mobile health application that is developed
by the Department of Defense and the Veterans Health Administration called the CBT-i Coach.
[Kinn] The CBT-i Coach is fantastic because it takes the user through all sorts of tools
related to traditional cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia.
Plus, you've got the benefit of it being on a smartphone or mobile device, so you can
set your own sleep prescription based on when you need to be on-duty, based on when your
kids are going to sleep, those kinds of things.
And it helps you slowly move towards better sleeping habits.
It helps you with sleep hygiene, helps you with relaxation, and helps you identify the
cognitions of thoughts that are keeping you awake.
It is meant to be used with a provider, but as we learned in our recent episode with Dr.
Jason Owen at the VA, they're developing Insomnia Coach, which is a self-help app, that by the
time this episode comes out might be on the market.
That will help users with some of these tools that don't require a clinician too.
So I would check out CBT-i Coach just to even learn about CBT-i and to use some of the tools.
And once it's out, Insomnia Coach, I think, is going to be tremendously helpful.
[Armstrong] Yeah.
The CBT-i Coach is one of my favorites.
The things I like best about it is there's a whole learn section, so if you're experiencing
sleep problems, you can go in there, and even if it's not insomnia specific, if you're just
having sleeping problems, you can go in and look through, "Hey, how is caffeine maybe
impacting my sleep?
How does alcohol affect my sleep?"
How if you're experiencing symptoms, of maybe anxiety or post-traumatic stress, how does
that play into this whole thing?
And so it's really interesting.
And I do love the sleep prescription.
And so you enter a sleep diary every day, and then when you get a few entries in your
sleep diary, it comes up with a sleep prescription for you.
It's a recommendation of what you should be doing based on how you're sleeping.
One of the really cool things that I like to do, because I've dealt with insomnia in
the past and I use this as a tool to help myself as well as patients, I like to wear
-- I have a wearable that tracks my sleep because it's hard for me.
So entering that information in the sleep diary is great, but I find I cannot remember
how many times I necessarily woke up in a night, but then, with my wearable device,
it lets me know, "Oh, you woke up four times."
And then I say, "Oh, that's right."
And so I enter the data from my wearable device into the sleep diary.
Ideally, that would all kind of flow smoothly together, and eventually, it will, but for
now, that's how I like to kind of step up the tech game for tracking sleep.
[Kinn] And you make a good point that one size doesn't fit all.
For some people, the CBT-i Coach is going to be the tool that just unlocks better sleep.
For other people, it could be in-person treatment; it could be podcasts; it could be other apps,
and it could be paying attention to other disorders that are interfering with sleep
like PTSD and post-traumatic stress.
[Armstrong] Oh, speaking of PTSD, Julie, a common problem that comes along with PTSD
is nightmares.
And so let's talk about a tool that was developed to help with those individuals that are diagnosed
with PTSD and are experiencing nightmares.
[Kinn] Best treatment these days for nightmares specifically, is imagery rehearsal therapy
for nightmares.
Prolonged exposure is one of the best treatments for PTSD.
But for patients who really just want to focus on the nightmares specifically, either they're
due to a specific trauma or they're just general nightmares, imagery rehearsal therapy is phenomenal
and it's evidence-based.
So we created the Dream EZ app to help with it, and it's ream and the letters E and Z.
And you'll recognize it in the store because it's got a cute little owl on it.
But basically, what the app does is it teaches you how to do imagery rehearsal therapy.
We created it in conjunction with experts in the field to be used with a provider.
But just like the CBT-i Coach, it's useful just for learning about the treatment on your
own, and there's lots of self-help tools in it.
So I highly recommend this app, especially since it can give you a sense of what it would
be like to go see a provider about the nightmares.
And again, although it's useful for those with PTSD, it's also a good app for folks
who just have nightmares not related to a specific trauma.
And the treatment's good, and the app itself is very easy to use.
[Armstrong] Some things I really love about this is that all those tools, the recording,
all the information on how to do it, step-by-step, is all in the app.
Also, I really love that you can record those nightmare experiences in the app, and then
all your data is safe and secure within the app and is not just going to be uploaded into
the cloud when you connect your device to your computer.
So I love all that, that DoD and VA apps take that extra special precaution to secure the
information that's inside of it.
[Kinn] A thing I like about it is it doesn't have you jump right into nightmares.
You start practicing the tools with really innocuous, easy little exercises, and then
learn the skill, and then you apply that to your nightmares.
I learned a lot just from testing out this app.
[silence] [Kinn] Those are the main points we wanted
to hit in our "Sleep Technology" episode.
But also, our email address is in the show notes.
We want to hear from you and we want to hear your feedback and your questions.
Let us know what's stopping you or your colleagues from using technology to help your clients
and patients.
What questions can we answer for you?
[Armstrong] Thank you for joining us today on "Next Generation Behavioral Health"
and learning about sleep technology tools to support you and your patients.
[Kinn] You can connect with us on Facebook and Twitter @MilitaryHealth.
[Armstrong] "Next Generation Behavioral Health" is produced by the Defense Health

My Criticism of Modern Traditionalism - Duration: 12:44.
Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Forgotten Roots.
In today's video, I would like to elaborate on why I think that modern traditionalism
with the stress on "modern" is not an ideal ideology and what can be done, in order to
transform it, to make it better.
I am going to constructively criticize several aspects of modern traditionalism in a general
sense, so this video is not intended to be a criticism of any individual associated with
those circles.
Without further ado, let's begin.
Okay, so the first issue we need to ponder upon is a tendency for oversimplifications.
How many times have you heard that a traditional man/woman should do this and that and if he
or she doesn't do it or does it in an alternative way, then that person is not traditional.
For instance, we hear all the time that a traditional man should lift weights at the
gym and practice martial arts.
In every statement like this, there is always a grain of truth.
I believe that every man should strive to be as fit as possible, it's always a good
idea for men to be strong, to have chivalric traits, but to impose a specific form of sport
on someone is not very reasonable and it does not take into consideration personal aptitudes
and differences.
Not every man is destined to be a soldier or a warrior, as simple as that.
Likewise, not every man is destined to be a scholar, a spiritual teacher or a farmer.
It would have been horrendous to live in a society that promotes and accepts only one
predestined vocation.
In the past, such personal aptitudes and talent were sorted out by the ancient Indo-European
system of psycho-physiological constitution, known as "varna".
In the Vedic tradition, there are four such categories: "brahmana" (those who are naturally
inclined toward intellectual, spiritual and artistic occupations), "kshatriya" (those
who have a natural predisposition toward political, administrative or military tasks), "vaishya"
(those who have a special aptitude for tradesmanship and agriculture), and "shudra" (those who
realize their true potential through manual labour).
These categories existed in equivalent or very similar forms in other Indo-European
societies (often the last two groups were rendered into one).
So, for example ancient Celtic society was divided into three social strata.
The druids (intelligentsia: priests, but also judges, diplomats, teachers, historians etc.).
Nobles and warriors (equated by Julius Caesar with Roman "equites")
Last but not least, there were also the commoners.
Although we can say that hierarchy is natural and sacred in a traditional society, that
the higher cannot emanate from the lower (in spite of what modern egalitarians and communists
may want to say about it), it would be correct to state that all those paths can be very
honorable, as long as they are followed in consonance with the natural law (dharma).
After all, in the Vedic tradition those varnas are likened to different, complementary parts
of human body.
Such oversimplifications are in a way good because they show young people positive role
models that significantly differ from what is promoted in the modern, mainstream media
and educational system.
But as I said before, they do not take into account personal, often genetically determined
differences.
As long as this modern traditionalism concerns itself with only one psycho-physiological
constitution, and that is the consitution of a warrior, then it is simply destined to
fall.
I am not a big fan of the idea that every traditionalist woman should only be concerned
about kitchen and producing children, to put it bluntly.
It is a noble thing, to which many women should strive, but feminine spirit is not just about
that.
So to sum up such generalization is not something I can subscribe to.
You can't put everyone in the same narrow box and expect each person to be happy.
Another issue I have with modern traditionalism is the extensive promotion of Christianity
as the supposed cure for the poison of modernity.
You know, according to a survey from 2012, Christianity was the largest religion in the
European Union (accounting for 72% of the EU population).
In spite of its prevalence and predominance as the main form of sprituality in Europe,
I think we should be careful not to fall for it.
You know, when I walk through the countryside and I see all those crosses and ugly, artistically
impoverished shrines to Saint Mary, all I can see is a religion of intolerance that
is against diversity in nature.
All I can see is a religion that has violently imposed its own principles on our entire heritage
and folklore.
When you search for a certain cultural or a religious term on Wikipedia, the first thing
you see is how this term is represented in Abrahamic religions.
If you can ever find a reference to paganism or any other Dharmic religion, it's usually
just a tiny footnote.
To such an extent has the Abrahamism eradicated the immense richness of our mythology and
folklore.
And there also those who claim that we should look up to Christianity owing to their supposed,
medieval spirit of chivalry.
I'm sorry, but this is a pre-Christian tradition that has survived onto medieval Europe in
spite of Christianity.
If you don't believe me, please just read The Iliad, Kalevala, Beowulf, Mahabharata, Ramayana.
The ideal of warior aristocracy depicted in those pre-Abrahamic epics corresponds to the
medieval ideal of chivalry.
Why do we have to bow to Semitic idols, who are completely incompatible with the noble,
Aryan spirit of our European ancestors?
Last but not least, I want to talk a little bit about modern mentality.
I don't know if I am able to make it clear enough, but I will try.
The thing that bothers me about people in the traditionalist circles, is that they are trying
to revolt against the modern world with a mentality that is surprisingly modern.
I perceive the struggle for the preservation of European uniqueness as something of the
utmost importance that shouldn't be spoiled with contemporary shallowness.
Gravitas, is precisely what we need in this struggle.
There are people who try to promote traditionalism on the Internet by appealing to the modern
taste.
An example of that could be fashwave aesthetics in art.
In terms of music, it's a very good, spritually uplifting genre, and individuals like Elessar
are truly talented composers.
But as far as I'm concerned, this semi-ironic, Blade-Runner like digital aesthetics does
not necessarily appeal to my taste.
I prefer something more natural, less modern, more explicitly solemn and profound, so to speak
In my opinion, and this is only my opinion, in order to truly embrace the old ways we
also need to return to the pre-modern, mythical reality.
It means that we should use the modern tools like the Internet, with a mentality of the
elder days.
Mircea Eliade in his famous work "Patterns in Comparative Mythology" argues that the sole
act of contemplating the heavenly abode, the sky, evokes a religious experience.
The observer is confronted with something infinite, transcendent and substantially different
from his earthly existence.
We need to free ourselves from the materialistic reign of quantity and try to look at the world
in a totally different way.
Thank you very much for watching

DANILO D'AMBROSIO - ULTIMATE CHALLENGE | Inter Player One 😝👔 - Duration: 4:37.
This is tricky!
Voilà.
The first Inter goal I remember
was by a fantastic player.
It was scored by the captain, Javier Zanetti,
in the final when Inter beat Lazio to win the UEFA Cup.
An important goal for us was the one current skipper Mauro Icardi
scored in the derby when he got a hat-trick.
It was a brilliant flying volley
which levelled the scores on the night.
Then he scored another to seal all three points.
We couldn't leave out Danilo D'Ambrosio's goal
that booked our spot in the Champions League
along with goals by Vecino and Mauro Icardi.
To me football is passion, love, dedication
and sacrifice too.
Because to make it this far I've had to make lots of sacrifices in life.
I must say I'm proud of what I've achieved.
It was an exhilarating match.
We went into it convinced we could win it
and achieve our target - which we did.
There were so many emotions running through my head at the end of the game
because as I said I made a lot of sacrifices.
I know that in order to achieve your objectives you have to make sacrifices.
And the rest of the team did likewise.
It's impossible to describe how much joy we all felt,
us, the fans, the club and everyone working behind the scenes.
We'll try to do ourselves justice in this competition.
The goal I scored was something we'd rehearsed in training a few days before.
Generally, I like to dart towards the back post on corners.
I think I'm quite good at getting into decent positions.
Luckily the ball ended up right there at the back stick.
I got a touch on it, the keeper saved
but I managed to react quickly and turn in the loose ball before he could get to it.
It was a great goal and it kept our dream alive.
I've had lots of team-mates over the last five years
and they were all important to me.
They helped me to improve and feel at home at a big club such as Inter.
The funniest was definitely Nagatomo.
He could make you laugh just by saying 'ciao' because of the way he said it
Eder was one of the guys I roomed with
and I got on with him away from the game too.
In the current squad, Gagliardini, Candreva,
Berni, Handanovic… Everyone really.
I get on with and enjoy chatting with everyone
I listen to them and try to give advice to the younger lads
to help them achieve their goals.

Overwatch Genji Playstyles Guide - Passive vs Aggressive | OverwatchDojo - Duration: 7:20.
Support us and join the Patron ranks.
It pinpoints where you can improve and how, by giving you actionable tips, statistics
and exercises.

all the information on how to do it, step-by-step, is all in the app.

Menopause Party Prep & Mini Durham Tour | DITL | Lucy Lovin' Life - Duration: 17:16.
Hi guys, well, it is party day and is
Just before 9 a.m. And
we're gonna start our day with
Washing our car and getting it all nice and clean
It's supposed to rain today. So perfect day to wash the car, right?
But it is a little bit cooler today. So it's been so hot and humid not great for washing the car
So at least I'll be a little bit more comfortable
Not quite so hot with washing the car and not direct sunlight either. So that's a great thing
so we're gonna get started with that and
We'll see what happens after we have a nice squeaky clean car
Menopause Party Prep. Tall Fashion Over 50. Change of Life Celebration. Lucy Lovin' Life!
This is in lieu of my arm
workout today
Usually be lifting weights, but I'm washing the car instead. I think it's a good trade-off cause I definitely get a good workout
And my car just running it through a sprayer Car Wash does not really do much
because I live under a
bunch of trees
Which I do love
But they wreak havoc on my car so I really have to scrub it
So that's what I'm doing today
Mr
We're going
For let it go down
Your chain
All right guys speaking clean inside and out. Oh
Definitely got my cardio in as well as my
muscle workout with doing the car and
You might be wondering what does washing a car have to do with menopause party
Well, it's just something that I love having a clean car
And so it's a gift to myself to
Start the day off with a gift to myself
Something that I really enjoy is having a nice clean car. So my first gift of the Minnesota menopause party
Okay, guys I'm showered I've got my face on and
we are gonna head out to
Run some errands for our party to pick up some goodies some rations some spice
So bringing you along with me and our first stop will be roses to see what we can find as far as
decorations and that sort of thing so
Let's see what we can find
Okay, so I got a little sidetracked to come in roses I have to check out the clothing you know me
From far
I cannot believe there's Christmas stuff out already. I think this is a record. This is September the 24th
Unbelievable, I thought for sure roses would have like a party supply section
But I'm not seeing I think Christmas has taken over the world
I managed to come out with a bag full of stuff but nothing for the party, but well, that's not true
They're gifts for myself. So
It is my party. I can gift myself if I want to
But no decorations, so we'll go to plan B
Doing the target all the ones in my area I
Think we found the perfect decorations
They do have lots of cute options here for sure I
Definitely need a tiara
All right, I found some cute decorations but I'm gonna keep them a secret till my actual party so stay tuned for that video
That'll be coming up soon
And if you're not yet subscribed be sure to do so and hit that Bell button
So you'll be notified so you won't miss all the fun
I did
Nighty-night remember it is actually never seen that
my birthday is the 19th of February, but
I'm used to seeing 1279 because normally people get to
What's on utensils, I know thank you
Where on the right is the Durham Bulls ballpark
But you guys might want to see that
If I could find some free parking
15 minutes doesn't work
By lucky day the meter is still going it doesn't expire for another 34 minutes
We miss ball park was built you could buy bricks for this walkway
My boss at the time bought me a prick
I cannot tell you where it is. No, it's been so long since I've but it's pretty cool
Thank You dozen I have a pickup order actually
Okay, thanks so much
Thank you a pickup for Lucy, please
What's the all minor colleagues comments
In great wait, yes. Thank you
They are sort of have them in like every color
Yep got the white the blue the black who make those spirit today. This is a lot of
Baby
Thank you so much they wanna go. Thank you
We're going on there's nothing we can do
The follower for let it go dude
He's hardly found in your turn in the store
Steep hack on the right
Lots of great performance is there around the world?
This is some new artwork that was recently installed on this parking deck, I think it's really cool
This huge building here is now the tallest high-rise in downtown Durham, it's humongous
And we're coming up to Main Street, we're gonna cross over Main Street actually we're gonna get on Main Street now that they've changed
Changed it here. I guess we will go to the left
Now look at Meyer Tobacco building up there
When I was a child
We would come to Durham and you could smell the curing of the tobacco the smelt so sweet
It just permeated the whole town
It was very very cool. I loved that smell of a curing tobacco
And I really missed that since they shut down the factory. I'm not an advocate for a cigarette smoking
But I really do miss that that nice sweet smell
This but see this is how we do it down in Puerto Rico
Coffee time it's been a long afternoon of errands. So we need to refuel

everything from DIYs to vlogs none of
the content that this channel post is
inappropriate but all of the cast
members are girls between the ages of 8

Riley runs this channel as well as
several others accumulated all of the
affiliated channels have a combined
subscriber count of 17 million its most
popular channel sevensupergirls has more
than 9 million subscribers and 5 billion

for the alleged molestation of a girl
who made videos for his brand according
to the police report rila allegedly made
one of the 16 year old stars undress in
front of him to practice wrapping her
breasts so that they don't look as big
on camera this underage girl said the
Ian Riley verbally abused her fondled
her breasts and tried to take off her
underwear and to make matters worse Ian
Riley told her that if she didn't do
what he said he would use her contract
with sevenawesomekids to find her this
is a classic case of a person in a
position of power using his influence to
manipulate and use those who are
vulnerable when BuzzFeed interviewed the
girls from sevenawesomekids none of them
said that Ian Ryland physically
assaulted them
or sexually assaulted them but they did
say that his behavior was often awkward
and it made them uncomfortable
the girls were kept anonymous for their
protection but they said that he would
accompany them on group trips and they
would often make jokes about him being
creepy Ian would tell the girls to wear
smaller swimsuits on camera and would
also make jokes about possible wardrobe
malfunctions one of the girls said that
Ian Ryland would constantly pressure her
to make herself look younger I mean I
don't mean to draw conclusions this
isn't the first time that this network
has been called into question three of
the stars previously quit
after a Tosh segment where Daniel Tosh
said that the channel was a popular
channel for pedophiles is it at all
possible that Ian Ryland knew that and
he purposefully tried to make the girls
look younger I don't know but I don't
understand why the stars of
sevenawesomekids were pressured to look
younger kids grow up its life and fans
of the channel also grow up I don't see
why it's necessary for them to tape down
their breasts don't you think it's more
relatable for the stars to grow up with
their audience
apparently Ian rila didn't think so an
actor told BuzzFeed news that some of
the girls started to get the feeling
that they were being groomed for some
darker audience after r eyelet was
arrested his channels were demonetized
by YouTube that being said the videos
haven't been taken down according to a
YouTube spokesperson who commented on
the case we take safety on YouTube very
seriously we work closely with leading
child safety organizations and others in
our industry to protect young people
when we were made aware of serious
allegations of this nature we take
action which may include suspending
monetization or terminating the channel
it's a possibility that sevenawesomekids
will be shut down if Ian's rila is
convicted or enters a guilty plea that
might not be enough to protect these
children on YouTube though a huge chunk
of the people who watch youtube videos
are children they generate a ton of
revenue a lot of the most popular
youtubers that these children watch are
also children yeah YouTube might do
something and step in once the damage
has been done but it should also be up
to YouTube to prevent these kinds of
things from happening in the first place
according to one of the former
sevenawesomekids actors in all her years
of filming for the channels there was
never any conversation with YouTube
there was no kid rep support that they
know of no number to call to report
things to they were on their own
it doesn't seem like much to ask to have
some sort of hotline or department at
YouTube where kids can seek help
considering how much money child hosts
and actors make for this platform it's
not a huge deal
by the way when YouTube's demonetised as
a channel that means that the channel
itself isn't making money but YouTube is
still making money off the videos just
gonna let that sink in for a second Ian
Reilly pleaded not guilty his trial is
later this year at this time YouTube
hasn't even contacted any of the
performers of sevenawesomekids about
this incident anyway it's friends that's

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts® | Coffee Glazed Doughnut | Food Review! ☕🍩 - Duration: 3:12.
welcome to peep this out reviews with Ian K
stay frosty
so I stopped off at Krispy Kreme for a sweet treat today and being
that this is actually the inaugural review of one of their Donuts on my
channel I thought I'd go in on a version that would be near and dear to my heart
being that I absolutely love coffee so we're going in on their all new coffee
glazed donut and already the glaze looks absolutely glorious with a darker than
usual tint thanks to the coffee infused in it and I have to say the overall
deliciousness that I'm about to get into right now I think it's gonna be on point
yeah this is glazed up pretty nicely with just a few bare spots on the very
bottom here we go mmmmm oh
Krispy Kreme heavenly nice and sweet with just a light little hint of coffee
in the background surely there's standard donut that I'm used to anyway
it's got just a little bit of coffee in it there that's pretty much it mmmm oh my god
heavenly heavenly guys a beautiful glaze getting all on the fingertips mmm this
is fantastic I think I'm gonna go for a 4 biter on this
hmm Wow yesir just the right amount of sweetness not
over-the-top the soft yeast ring doughnut itself is really really nice on
the inside it just melts together everything is just beautiful in this one
let's kill it mmmm oh yeah nice coffee flavor
Wow easy score on this one guys eg 10 out of 10 the absolute deliciousness
that is Krispy Kreme is always on display with their donuts here really
digging the like coffee flavor of that I have to say I think I should have
gotten a regular coffee to go with the combination works extremely well why
they don't keep this on the menu more than a week's time is beyond me
hopefully the response is going to be strong enough that people do demand it
I'm definitely gonna put my word in that's for sure and I think you should
too after you give it a shot but if you guys have already had this already drop
some comments down below let me know what you thought of the coffee glazed
donut here at Krispy Kreme this is absolutely delicious a 4 biter

And about the person that we thought we were in the past.
And how we feel like when we get older that hope kind of dies, all those dreams that we

Hi guys my name is dr. Sarah Tonks. I'm a cosmetic doctor here in London and

liked that video that I did last week! You are some thirsty people out there.
Hopefully you didn't think that I was throwing too much shade on those two
labs what I was trying to do was just keep it you know very scientific it
maybe explain a little bit about why certain people end up looking in a
specific way so that you can either like hopefully copy that or not depending on
whether or not the outcome is good or bad disclosures first so as you guys
know I do like to have the odd treatment done myself couple of days ago I had
aqua lips or kybella on my neck and sort of along the jawline so I am looking
like a little bit puffy at the minute if you have never seen that procedure that
the fat loss procedure is basically injection where you will stick it
whatever you have like an area of fat it breaks down the fat so along the jawline
it's quite nice to get something that's so sculpted there in America they call
it kybella and in the UK the same product is going to be called bell Kyra
but it hasn't been released yet but we have at colics which is the same active
ingredient and that's the one that I used so again I hope that I will have
covered your favorite celebrity on this video if not again let me know in the
comment section below I am sure that I will do another few of these videos at
some point in the future since you seem to like him I'm gonna open first of all
with one of the most requested people and somebody who was around an awful lot
when I was a kid and I used to think that she was like the epitome
of grownup adulthood and maturity I'm of course talking about Monica Geller
except you know not really Monica Geller it's Courtney Cox and Friends you know
so she went through this period of maybe looking a little bit over done I think
that's the right word I'm using and if you remember from my video last week I
explained that this is probably because maybe about five years ago maybe a
little bit longer than that there was this current theme in aesthetics that if
you're gonna have something done then you kind of overfill this area here to
try and lift the face up and I think she definitely went through that period as
you can see however now she's looking really good Courtney Cox has either had
everything dissolved or has just let it wear off but I'm not sure which one she
did say in an interview that she'd had it dissolved I don't know if that's true
maybe she just let it go and then just had it redone later actually that's
something I've really noticed about celebrities so they'll often say
something like oh my god I just hated that Botox I hated that filler so I just
let it wear off or I had it dissolved and that was it this is just me hey you
know hey so I not really look hey hey we all know that you've had something done
you've had that filler replaced somewhere so just be honest about it
next up meg Ryan again another popular one from back in the 90s definitely
seeing the age of some of my subscribers hear the same issue same issue so she
had all this product put in the cheek area the lip I do find quite curious
about her what is going on there it's almost like the product has been placed
a little bit too low and the lip so there was a trend maybe about two years
ago of having your lip product not put in the Vermilion border which is in the
outside but kind of underneath on the wet-dry border so that's where the
inside of the mouth meets the outside of the lip that's the wet-dry border
and it was that people would kind of inject along that border here and I used
to just hate it because it kind of makes you look like you've got a curtain of
upper lip kind of like this shape and it makes the lip longer but in this
direction downwards so you can't see as much of the teeth when smiling it's much
more attractive if you have the product put on top of the lip here so it kind of
elevates upwards or if you tent the lip so that again it elevates it upwards
makes it curl over not drags it down like some kind of demented lion and I
don't really know what what happened here did we all just get used to her lip
looking like this so we thought that it was normal I don't know that's
definitely a thing by the way brain plasticity so in a study where they took
a bunch of pictures of women's lips and showed them to people ask them which one
looks the most attractive to you most people picked one which was just
slightly larger than normal and then they gave them some magazines to read
like okay hello that's kind of thing and I asked them again which which lip was
the most attractive and yeah they all picked the one which was bigger so
there's this theory that that's why you end up looking like your group of
friends do because that kind of either behavior or appearance become not
becomes normalized to you okay next up lady who I had no idea who this was so I
had to google her Lisa Vanderpump I don't know apparently she was on some
American TV show I think for my taste look you know different sides of the
pond we like different things for my taste I think she's just a little bit
too perfect I'd prefer to have you know a bit of shine in there maybe like show
a bit of jowl or something but this woman is literally flawless
there's not one wrinkle on her every thing is just like tight and I'm not
saying that looks bad it's very much personal preference you know even in the
suburbs of London you'll see that there are different areas which have got kind
of a different thing that they like or different thing that people request a
lot so for example where I used to work in Essex which if you're not from the UK
you probably will not know the stereotype of people from Essex which is
all very you know like white he permit Anne's big hair all that stuff so many
years ago I used to work there when I first started doing esthetics and the
requests that I used to get was always you know want the lips bigger want the
cheeks bigger and there was no such thing as too much whereas where I am now
in Knightsbridge / Chelsea you decide where it is it's literally on the border
it's very much the opposite people do not want anybody to know that they've
had something done there's kind of this interesting cachet that I was talking to
one of you subscribers about which is do you want it to look like very natural
like literally nobody would know that you've had it done or do you want it
this kind of err on the side of maybe people knowing that you've had it done
and I think that's really personal preference and I know in some areas as
like a cachet of it looking like you've done something because it shows that
you're affluent enough to be able to afford to have that procedure and I'm
not just talking about cosmetic procedures I mean there used to be this
I don't know if esta laser I haven't been to those areas for a long time but
there was at least when I was there this idea that if you had hair extensions it
was okay to wear them up like scrape back so that people could see the bond
so that you would be able to tell that person was wealthy enough to be able to
afford to get hair extensions done because they're
obviously quite expensive I know in some places where orthodontics isn't free
that wearing braces for example can be a sign of wealth - so I guess looking like
you've had work done could be kind of good if you're into conspicuous shows of
wealth maybe that's what's going on here with this lady who was in what's that
show housewives or something or desperate I don't know I don't know I
don't really watch those shows but anyway I'm sure you guys know so maybe
that's what's going on here you know she looks like so perfect that it's like a
reflection of how much money she has which is kind of interesting don't get
me wrong if I wake up at 58 and I look like her I I I'm gonna be thrilled
thrilled I tell you mainly because then I can eat myself back up to my current
weight Oh Nicole Kidman gained she had this funny lip thing going on a while
ago I think it was because it was just injected a little bit too low in the lip
too close towards the wet-dry border and she got kind of this some this kind of
sausage effect going on there that's gone she probably had that
dissolved I'm saying that because often with the lip if you do end up with like
a bump at the base here it doesn't normally go well its own you normally
have to have that dissolved and now she's looking very nice very foxy my
only criticism would be the angle of the jaw particularly in this picture that
we've got here it just seems like way too far back over there for it's be
natural so I get why they've done that it's to kind of stretch out the jowl so
that this this whole thing right here is is straight so I totally get why they've
done that but it just seems a little bit too far back for me I don't know I think
I'd rather see a jowl then have this like weirdly elongated jawline not sure
oh my god so many people named this woman renée Zellweger like did you
remember when it came out in the press that she'd like Jay beaut her new look
and everybody was speculating about what she had done did we like it did we not
like it there was a huge like separation where I think literally about 50% of
people were saying that they liked a new look and 50% were saying they didn't
like it and who was this woman and we surely Renee Zellweger I got to tell you
I actually I actually quite liked it I quite like to thought before that she
looked a bit mean and afterwards she didn't look so mean
so I I was a fan and it all the change just seems to be in the upper third of
the face don't they so her eyebrows have been dropped she doesn't have a line or
a wrinkle on her forehead but the actual and the the size of the
eye so the upper eyelid looks like some of the skin there has been removed and
it's really opened her eyes up which has given her a completely different look
but one which i think is quite nice I mean I'm just looking at these pictures
right now on this laptop and I'm thinking god she actually looked yeah
like well I said mean I could probably got bit further than that before but
everything else still looks pretty similar so the mouth is kind of the same
the jawline in fact it's probably even a bit softer after she's had the
treatments done cheeks okay not not exactly the same but if anything I'd
argue that it's not quite as cutting as as they were before all the work has
sort of well obviously not all the work what I mean is all the obvious work is
up here in the forehead crazy how those little tweaks though can completely
change the way that a person looks would she have got her acting roles if she
looked like this from get go you know but younger version I
don't know okay back to the UK now we've got to Lisa she's in some band a few
years ago if you had some stuff done I think the press caught her on a bad day
I don't quite know what was going on there I think she's got to court or
something and maybe she just had it done so it was all looking kind of stiff or I
don't know maybe it was just like loads of filler were put in but she really got
taken to town for that one and it's all the lip isn't it um so there was a paper
published in it was 2014 don't quote me on that one but I think it was around
there showing that in a slightly older age group so 40 plus you could increase
the vertical height of the lip by about two millimeters before those people
start to say that it looked weird and in a slightly younger younger age group so
17 to 40 you can increase it by three millimeters before that group of people
said that it looked weird this was a computer-generated image by the way I
think it's fair to say that our Tolosa here has probably increased it by what
like five six millimeters so even like the Millennials are not gonna say that
this looks normal what's younger than a millennial I don't
know put a Google app Oh generation Z so God knows what they would make of it but
yeah they probably say they doesn't look natural either next up we've got lady of
fashion and pop herself Victoria Beckham I love your clothes by the way I think
they're fantastic very well cut very well tailored which I could dress in
them all the time I think she's looking at excellent face
shape hasn't really been changed through the years there's some very very good
restoration work going on here very much like Jennifer Lopez as well I really
like how she's kind of developed this slightly more natural look over the
years - so remember she got her breast implants removed - she's certainly
keeping her skin in very very good condition so it's just glowing I guess
the only giveaway for me would probably be the eyebrow so you can see the tail
of the brow just starting to drag a little bit there I don't know if it's
just this picture I literally haven't spent hours trawling the internet
looking for pictures of celebrities I do have better things to do with my time
although it probably doesn't seem like it there's probably a bit of lip
augmentation going on there as well um which is fair enough I think they look
very nice nothing has been overdone altogether I think that's the very
positive result last but not least um I think this woman
is just like the epitome of fabulousness she literally he does not care what
anybody else thinks about her she's just like yeah you know I'm Donatella Versace
I want to have my hair like platinum blonde down to my backside poke straight
at my age no problem go for it only like over line my eyes with this ridiculously
dark eyeliner so it just looks like they're like gaping black holes in my
skull whatever go for it I want to not have any eyebrows fine you do you you
really do have to respect somebody I think he just does not care about your
opinion I think it's amazing and I love the way she dresses by the way in terms
of her aesthetic treatments I mean you know Donatella's a woman whose looks
after yourself will try to UM she's probably been out in the Sun a bit
too much suffering some sun damage there same issue as a lot of the previous
people that I've spoken about with that whole wet dry border of the lip thing
and then the product being sort of on the underside of the lip is that maybe
she's had lip implants maybe they all have had lip implants I don't know and
there's certainly a harder problem to fix than if you put harmonic acid in
there she looks like she's got a bit of nasal collapse as well not sure what
that's from hell Who am I kidding I would definitely live her lifestyle if I
was Donatella Versace not sure about the crowds though they're either like crowns
veneers I'm not sure I've been out of the dentistry game for a while but what
I can tell you is that is definitely not her cheese teeth so basically I want to
look like a combination of Lisa Vanderpump and Donatella Versace wearing
Victoria Beckham's clothes when I grow up so be nice okay thank you please okay

Fox Host Thinks Kavanaugh Accusers Were Hypnotized Into Thinking He Raped Them - Duration: 3:54.
Fox News Host, Judge Jeanine Pirro on Monday of this week actually came out with what might
be the most disgusting conspiracy theory ever about the women who have accused Brett Kavanaugh
of sexual misconduct.
Here it is.
There's an additional point.
I have never seen anything like this in my career over three decades.
I've never seen so many repressed memory cases in my life.
Especially against one guy.
So the question is, if there's something awry going on, was there hypnosis?
Are they using confabulation?
I don't want to get into the weeds here, but you know what, this is the kind of thing where
they have a right to true cross-examination.
But the Democrats don't want true cross-examination because they want Kavanaugh to go first.
So that's right, maybe it didn't happen, maybe all of these women got hypnotized into thinking
that this man did this to them.
Now that would have to be one of the most well orchestrated conspiracies to ever happen
here on American soil and yet Judge Jeanine Pirro, former District Attorney, had the audacity
and/or stupidity to put that out there in the ether and actually suggest that to Fox
News viewers, who I am sure absolutely ate it up.
They probably at this point do believe that these women have been hypnotized and given
false memories of a rape that they think never actually happened.
But that's not the only disgusting thing that Jeanine Pirro said there.
Right at the end she's talking about, you know this isn't fair.
You know there's due process.
Listen, this isn't a trial.
I mean Republicans need to get that their thick little skulls.
This isn't a trial.
It's a job interview.
So yeah, you can be denied a job for all kinds of reasons and it's 100 percent legal.
That's what Kavanaugh is going through right now.
It's not a trial, although he is under oath and he's lied multiple times under oath.
This is just to see if the man is even qualified enough to hold the position, and clearly based
on the evidence we've seen, and even if you exclude every woman who has accused him of
sexual misconduct, the man still isn't qualified.
That's what's so disgusting about all this.
The sexual misconduct alone should have been enough to force him to withdraw his nomination.
Right?
I mean at this point, we have four women now, four women, who have come forward.
Many of them have multiple witnesses too.
They say that, "Hey my witnesses are willing to come to the Senate and testify," but Republicans
won't even let 'em do that.
Were all of those witnesses hypnotized too, Judge Jeanine?
Is that what happened?
I mean are Democrats out there running this massive hypnosis conspiracy?
We got a van traveling around the country to hypnotize anybody into accusing anyone
else, a powerful Republican, of sexual misconduct?
I mean I haven't seen the hypnotizing van, although at the same time maybe I was hypnotized
into thinking I never saw it.
You are absolutely insane.
I mean you're insane.
You're crazy.
There is something wrong with you.
Please go seek help.
Just like that time you went traipsing through the woods thinking you were going to find
Hillary Clinton.
You're not normal and you need to be observed by medical professionals, Judge Jeanine.
In the meantime, I suggest you stay out of this kind of political analysis about what
or may not have happened in Brett Kavanaugh's past and just let it play out the way it needs
to play out.
Unfortunately, Republicans are never going to give us that opportunity and we're gonna
have to wait for Democrats to retake the Senate so that we can finally launch these investigations
and then remove Brett Kavanaugh from whatever bench he's sitting on at the time.
