Then, click the Grade button to jump directly into grading or click view submissions to
see the assignment grading table.
On this page, I can see which students have submitted the activity.
This student has submitted a document.
I can grade this submission by clicking on the grade icon.
I am now on the assignment activity grader page, I can view the submissions inline, download
the submission file if I desire, grade the assignment, and leave feedback to the student.
I can use the filter icon to limit the results I am seeing on this page, if I'd like.
For example, I can choose to only view submissions needs to be graded.
I can also manually move through the students using the drop-down menu or by using the forward
and back options.
I can view the submission in line.
Then, I grade it.
As you can see, this assignment is using simple grading.
If there were an advanced grading method attached to this assignment, I would also see that
right here.
When finished, I make sure that I save my changes.
And as you can see it's quite simple to grade an assignment using the Moodle activity
grader.

However, two weeks before the photo was taken, Mr Edwards said his paper had noted Charles would be travelling to Bangalore for business meetings

Mr Edwards described how Charles and Diana "couldn't bear to be in each other's company", describing how their marriage was truly "over" by November 1992
He told Yahoo's The Royal Box: "It was only when we went to Korea, the last tour, when you knew it was all over then because they couldn't bear to be in each other's company
It was so miserable."And a month later the Prime Minister announced in the House of Commons, and I suppose no one was then surprised, we watched them in Korea

started. Hi! Welcome back to our channel. My name is Michelle Babbino and I'm with
Team Babbino.com and with Future Home Realty here in Tampa, Florida. Today we're
going to be giving real estate tips for sellers; 7 common home selling
mistakes. But before we do that I want to make sure you go ahead and hit the

home sellers make, many of them revolve around pricing. Number 1 - setting a
price without careful research. You may think you can get the value of your home
by checking listing portal estimates or even by looking at the homes that are
selling around you but the real value can vary based on available inventory,
time of year, recent sales, prices and much more. To arrive at a reasonable
price range get a comparative analysis. We offer these for free and you can

pricing your particular home. Number 2 - pricing too high from the start.
Statistics show that over priced homes generate fewer showings than those
priced closer to the market average. Also, homes that are priced correctly when they
first hit the market sell closer to the asking price than those that are priced
too high. The 3rd common mistake is using an odd selling price. When buyers
are searching real estate websites they enter price ranges like $200,000 to
$250,000 or 100,000 to 200,000 and if you
set your price to standout like let's say three hundred and two thousand four
hundred and forty nine you may miss some of
your best potential customers. Now that being said if you do your due diligence
when pricing your home you can play around with those numbers to make them a
little bit odd. If most of the buyers in your neighborhood are going to be
looking up to the $200,000 range it wouldn't make sense to price it at the
$201, 990 it would make more sense to price it just under the $200,000 range
and we can go into more detail when you click that link to schedule that call.
Number 4 most common mistake is over pricing because your rush to sell. You
may think that because you need to sell quickly, if you over price your home
you're going to yield the most money. Think again!!
Interest in your home is going to be during the first few weeks. The longer
the home is on the market the less likely you are to get showings let alone
your price. If you don't listen to anything else that I'm saying today
please listen to this do not over price your home when you're in a rush
thinking if you over price it you will get more money.
Number 5 - getting emotionally involved. At the end of the day selling your home
is a business transaction so don't get offended if somebody comes in with a low
offer. Consider it an opportunity to negotiate. Number 6 - expecting your
house to sell itself. Even in a seller's market you need to make sure
that your home is in tip-top condition, tastefully staged, and effectively
marketed if you want to sell your home quickly and at a good price. The number
7 common mistake is trying to sell it on your own. According to the National
Association of Realtors For Sale By Owner homes stay on the market longer
and sell for thirty nine thousand dollars less than those sold with the

of the scale.
And we've applied it.
And we've added dissonance.
And we played a couple of songs.
Now there is some very, very important details
that we need to study.
So this video is very important
because this and the next sequence of videos
is going to be very important because I'm going to show you
how to play all of the scales on the piano.
And scales can be grouped into two categories.
There are scales that have sharps in them.
And there are scales that have flats in them.
And sharps and flats depict the black keys on the piano.
So the black keys on the piano
can have two names.
They can either be a sharp or they can be a flat.
And we'll get into more details with that soon
as I show you all of the scales.
So just to recap.
We already know our C Major scale.
Let's just drill over that now.
First three fingers.
And then the thumb goes under.
And then I go back down.
Left hand.
Starting with the fifth finger.
Third finger over.
First three fingers.
And then thumb under.
You'll notice
that the left hand
is reversed
over the right hand because both hands
mirror each other.
So when the right hand goes up
first three fingers and thumb
that's the same as the left hand
going down.
First three fingers and thumb.
By the way, in the piano we refer to our thumb as a finger.
Because we need all the fingers
we can get on this instrument.
So, let's now try some of the other scales
and a very good way to describe all the set of scales
is to refer to them as the circle of fifths
because that is the system behind all of our scales.
So the next scale,
the neighbor of C Major scale
in the circular fifths is G Major.
So G Major
is up five notes.
We've done this one earlier.
We're going to do it again now.
So G Major.
Think of it as if the scales lived on a street
with each other.
G Major is the neighbor of C Major because
they have the same common notes except one note.
Only one note is different between the two scales.
So the sound properties are very similar.
So we start with
G Major.
Which starts on the G.
G Major has an F Sharp in it.
And this sharp, that we've added to G Major
is the second last note of the scale.
Here is the F sharp.
Now we call this an F Sharp
because the sequence of notes is G

If you haven't quite understood or grasped
what makes a sharp or a flat,
a sharp is to the right of the note

So for instance if I wanted to call this

it's to the right of C.
If I wanted to call this D Flat.
It's to the left of D,
so it effectively has two names.
And we decide which name we call it,
depending on which scale we played.
So let's do G Major on the left hand.

which is not what we're after.

and this depends on what level you're up to.
If you're a complete beginner though
just follow the procedures we're doing now
but just add lots of repetition.
Were are working on our mental skills here.
On our muscle memory.
And our muscle memory needs repetition
just like going to a gym and doing an exercise.
You need to repeat it three or four times.
You would do that three of four times.
So now, the D Major scale in chords,
Chord I
We've got the F Sharp in chord I.
Because now we've got F Sharp and C Sharp in the scale.
So we're replacing F and C with F Sharp and C Sharp.

With F Sharp.
Chord II
There is no sharps in chord II.
Chord III
We use both Sharps.
F Sharp and C Sharp.
Chord IV
No Sharps.
Chord V
We've got the C Sharp.
Gets tricky now.
Chord VI.
We've got the F Sharp.

we've got the C Sharp.
Diminished chord.
And chord I again with the F Sharp.
So we have to integrate the F Sharp and the C Sharp
into the scale.
It's no more just white keys anymore
we're now moving across the piano and we're integrating
our sharps
and natural notes
together and that just creates, really what playing piano
is all about.

the scales not as full chords
just a single note scales,
so your muscle memory can start to memorize them.
So daily repetition of these exercises,
is crucial in your journey to understanding
how the piano works.
So, I'm just going to run through all these scales
right hand, left hand,
not as chords, just as scales,
to refresh your memory and to really help you practice
and support your practicing.
C Major.

with the F Sharp.

when I talk about all these sharps.
Left hand.
But actually,
they fit the shape of our hands
much better than the scales that just have one keys in them.
That's why the black keys are lifted on the piano.
So that shape of their hands
can curve a bit more.
And that's more natural to the human hand.
So actually, in the long run
these guys are easier.
The fit the shape of our hand.
The piano's been designed like that,
with that specific reason in mind.
Before the keys were just flat.
Our fingers would have to be flat.
And that's harder.
It's harder to play with flat fingers.
And I'll show you one other scale,
which we didn't get to earlier.
B Major,
because it has all of the sharps in it.
All of the black keys.
So this is really fun.
It actually is the easiest scale on the piano.
Chopin used to teach his students this scale first
because he thought it was the most appropriate
scale to show a beginner on the piano first.
Because you look at C Major.
I mean it's beginner's luck,
because it's just all white keys
and you don't really have to think
about the shape,
but when you get to B Major,
it's just fits the hand beautifully.
So B Major
we start on the B.
We have B
C Sharp
D Sharp
thumb under on the E
F Sharp
G Sharp
A Sharp
B
So the only two white notes in the scale
are B and E.
This is a lovely scale to sit there
and just improvise on,
just put your foot on the pedal,
you just listen to all of those notes
combined with each other.
Sounds really beautiful.
A trick with that
you can just a do a completely separate improvisation
exercise is to play all the black keys
on the piano
sounds very pentatonic
but then you add the B and E
with these two white keys with it,
and you've got some lovely
floaty
B Major sounds.
Anyway, let's return back to work now.
Now the left hand of B Major
is an exception with the fingering because
if we use this standard fingering
starting with the fifth finger,
fourth finger,
third finger,
second finger and then the thumb,
the thumb would end up here on an F Sharp,
which is a bit uncomfortable.
So let's improve the fingering.
Let's start with the fourth finger instead.

And then put the fourth finger
over so you don't run out of fingers,

And that way the thumb always ends up
on the white keys,
which is much more appropriate
to the shape of our hands.

And B Major, chord I at the top.
So we have covered all of the scales.
That's half of all major scales.
50% of them,
in this one tutorial.
We've covered them as scales
and as chords.
That's a lot of work.
Some people have studied the piano for years
and they come to my studio in Mayfair
and they don't even know all of these things
and we have just covered them,
in just a short amount of time.
So don't be surprised if it's going to take
you a while to get all of those scales
shapes into your muscle memory.
Go back and repeat.
Go rewind through the video
and focus on two or three scales a day.
Or sometimes just one or two a day.
If that's a better, appropriate speed for your learning.

È per questo motivo che il trattamento della sindrome di Guillain-Barré si basa sulla ventilazione meccanica e strumenti di supporto vitale.
All'ospedale si deve anche prevenire la comparsa di ulcere, ricorrendo alla fisioterapia per preservare il tono muscolare e i movimenti.
Il supporto vitale deve essere orientato alla prevenzione di possibili infezioni, così come anche al controllo dei seguenti aspetti:
Rrespirazione. Attività cardiaca (per monitorare se si presentano aritmie o altre possibili complicazioni). Pressione arteriosa (principalmente per vigilare se si presentano quadri di ipertensione o ipotensione).
Il trattamento della sindrome di Guillain-Barré prevede anche la somministrazione di immunoglobuline per via endovenosa.
La plasmaferesi (metodo basato sulla filtrazione delle componenti del sangue per separare le sostanze nocive) è un'altra opzione valida. La sicurezza di questi trattamenti è dimostrata, riducendo il periodo di ricovero e accelerando il recupero.
In quanto al trattamento farmacologico, è importante sottolineare che i corticosteroidi non sono consigliati per la cura della sindrome di Guillain-Barré, in quanto possono aggravarla.

The car must serve some important purposes:
First of all, it does not need to be a brand new car like this one...
it can be a used car too...
But it's got to be a car that fits my style and this channel's style...
Something that I can drive daily for my Real Estate business.
Hopefully something I don't get bored of quickly....
although that's impossible I think...
6 months to 1 year is when I'm bored...

I don't want the same car as everyone else!
I don't like that too much...
But I'm tired of this car now and thinking about the next one already...

New or used; American Japanese European... anything is a candidate!
It must be a decent daily driver...
I don't care too much about gas mileage but if its really bad, I might start to not like that.
Hopefully something I can drive for at least 1 year without getting bored.

number one it may be that there is an health issue so your husband could be
affected by an erectile dysfunction or it could be that he has some form of
disease STDs etc it could mean that she is going through menopause it could be
that he has low testosterone levels it could also mean that she's suffering
from low libido levels or there may be chemical imbalances in either part so
number one is that there may be an health issue and when there are health
issues involved then the side effects may be that your partner does not want
to have sex with you because their sex drive
is at an all-time low it could also mean that you are taking medication that is
affecting your sex drive so in the case of a woman because she is using a
certain form of contraceptive then it may also affect her libido and her sex
drive so that could contribute to that number two is that of cheating so if
your partner is cheating on you then that could be a big problem that
could mean that they're getting their sexual desires full
filled elsewhere and so they start up differently they start to just
differently they start to treat you differently and therefore no longer
attracted to you because they're getting that fulfillment outside of you so
number one is health issue number two is that of cheating your partner is
cheating on you and therefore that's probably why you're not getting any sex
the third reason could be that there is an addiction problem an addiction to
porn or masturbation and the like number two where your partner your spouse is
getting his or her fulfillment elsewhere the porn addiction because they're
getting that high stimulation the mental stimulation and and and so on then that
may cause your partner to lose the desires that they need to have for you
and that's why they're not having sex with you because they're getting their
desires fulfilled either through cheating or through an addiction to porn
or masturbation number four is that your partner may have been traumatized in the
past whether it was at the stage of childhood where they may have been
sexually abused or maybe in the marriage maybe you abused your partner and you
traumatized your partner especially in a female case where as a husband you may
have traumatized your wife and because of that she's not having sex with you
because she's still going through the pain of that traumatic period that you
would have brought her through number five is that there could have been an
ulterior motive like for example your partner came in the relationship to have
children and once your partner has gotten their project over with meaning
they've had the children or the child that they always wanted to have then the
sex is over there is no longer the need or the drive because the plan or the
project has come to fruition additionally partner is
gay and basically when they came in the relationship with you they came to
fulfill the fact that they wanted to save their image or to save their
reputation and so they got married to you as a cover-up so that's another
ulterior motive for getting married and once that is fulfilled then the sex
drive goes out the window or they may have marry you for the wrong reason
meaning they got married to you for your money or your assets the things that you
own and therefore after a while the sexual desires dissipate or disappears
you know or it could be a case where you're overseas and because they want to
get their stay in that particular country whether it's the UK the US
Canada etc they wanted to get their stay so they got married to you for ulterior
motives so that could be one of the reasons your partner ain't having no sex
with you because their motives were ulterior from the beginning of the
relationship or getting into the marriage the next thing is that as a
person they don't find you attractive anymore they may not find your looks
attractive they may not find the way you deal with them attractive in general
you're just not attractive you're unattractive to them and therefore they
find other persons attractive who they are dealing with and who they are
forming a new relationship with because of lack of attraction that could be an
ideal problem why they are not having sex with you anymore and number seven is
that of resentment if it reached a point where your partner resent you so much
and unforgiveness is there then it may also contribute to you not having sex
because nobody wants to hold and cuddle and have sex with somebody who they
resent very much and who they hate they don't like anymore so if your
partner is resenting you for whatever reasons or whatever you have contributed
negatively in the relationship that may be a point where you are not getting any
sex and number eight is that of stress stress can cause a person not to want to
have sex with you even for men who have high sex drives when they are under
pressure and under a load of stress that may contribute to them not wanting to
have sex with you especially if they have a business and things are going
terribly wrong and there is pressure from the boss or there is pressure at
work from the employees there is pressure from the clients they serve
there is pressure from the business and then there are pressures within the
family bringing on a ton load of stress psychologically it freaks them out and
because of that you may not be having any sex at all so those are the reasons
why your partner may not be having any sex with you so number one there may be
an health issue number two their cheating number three they may be addicted to
porn or masturbation number four they may have been traumatized number five
there are ulterior motives number six they are no longer attracted to you
number seven they are resenting you and number eight
there may be a big load of stress so those are the reasons that may be
contributing to your partner not having sex with you on a regular basis or not
at all so before you jump to any conclusions you should find out which
one of those eight may be contributing to the lack of sex in your relationship

It's our first time making slime
And it's also our first time doing the not my arms challenge
So...I think this might get a little bit messy

So to start off we'll put 2/3 cup of glue into the bowl
The glue is just, like, on the left
Forward, forward, forward, forward

Are you just going to guess what 2/3 is?

Ok..uh... that looks like a lot
Um.. okay, put a bit more

Ok, oh my god, yes. That's good, that's good
Add a quarter of a cup of water
All of it? Yes, all the water
This is looking weird already
Add on teaspoon of baking soda
So baking soda is on the right...yes
and we're just going to put in a teaspoon
But you have to open the packet first, it's closed!
okay, and then just a teaspoon in
It smells weird
Okay, now we just mix it. With a spoon or with your hand if you want

So just keep stirring until it forms one mixture
And try not to get it everwhere
Okay, I think that... that's looking good, I guess
If that's what it's supposed to look like
Add two or three cups of shaving cream and then mix
So the shaving cream, yep, yes!
