  Riforma pensioni, intesa per rapporto tra deficit e pil al 2,4%  La prossima legge di bilancio potrebbe spingere il rapporto tra deficit e pil al 2,4%

È quanto emerge dagli ultimi confronti tra Lega e Movimento 5 stelle in merito al reperimento delle risorse utili per sostenere le riforme promesse in campagna elettorale, a partire dal superamento della legge Fornero [VIDEO] e dall'avvio del reddito e delle pensioni di cittadinanza, oltre che della flat tax

La palla ora passerebbe al Ministro dell'Economia Giovanni Tria, sul quale sono cresciute le pressioni per un allentamento della rigidità dei conti nelle ultime settimane

La difesa del Ministro Tria da parte di Elsa Fornero  Sul rischio che internamente al Governo si arrivi ad un redde rationem per la sostenibilità dei conti è tornata ad intervenire anche Elsa Fornero, che ha difeso l'attuale Ministro dell'Economia

"Se il ministro Tria dovesse dimettersi saremmo allo sbando. Anche nei momenti difficili ci sono persone in cui si può riporre fiducia e Tria è uno di questi perché esprime concretezza e saggezza in un governo che sembra aver perso la bussola"

L'ex Ministro del Lavoro ultimamente si è scagliata in particolare contro le pressioni effettuate per un cambiamento sulle attuali regole di quiescenza ed i rischi connessi in merito alla possibile perdita di fiducia da parte dei mercati

"Le proposte di riforma del governo rappresentano una contro riforma che riporta indietro le lancette dell'orologio come se non avessimo vissuto la grande crisi finanziaria del 2011", ha quindi concluso

  Tagli agli assegni d'oro, situazione tecnica non prevede ricalcoli contributivi  Sul taglio agli assegni d'oro l'analisi tecnica in arrivo dal Servizio Studi della Camera sottolinea che il meccanismo sottostante della legge in corso d'approvazione non prevede un ricalcolo contributivo, ma si baserà esclusivamente sull'età di uscita dal lavoro

All'interno del dossier si spiega quindi che il tentativo di ovviare alle storture del sistema previdenziale si slegherà dai contributi versati e vedrà aumentare la penalizzazione a seconda di quanto prima si sarà ottenuta la quiescenza [VIDEO]

In questo senso, non si faranno differenze tra chi ha versato più contributi nonostante abbia lasciato il lavoro prima (ad esempio perché lavoratore precoce)

Se sarà approvato in questo modo, il nuovo taglio non prevederà quindi un vero e proprio ricalcolo sulla base dei versamenti effettivi

Adeleke can't win Osun rerun even with Omisore's support - APC - Duration: 2:50.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has said Senator Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will suffer defeat in the Osun state governorship rerun election even if he gets the support of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) candidate, Iyiola Omisore.

Kunle Oyatomi, the director of publicity, research and strategy of the APC in Osun made the statement on Tuesday, September 25, when reacting to reports that Senator Bukola Saraki had visited Omisore to woo him ahead of the Thursday, September 27, rerun poll holding in seven polling units in four local government areas of the state, The Punch reports.

The APC chieftain said Adeleke's chances in the election were slim because the PDP governorship aspirant was the least educated and qualified candidate.

"They know that the PDP candidate, Senator Ademola Adeleke, can't win on the popular votes. First, he is the least educated and qualified candidate Osun has ever raised in its history of the political contest,"the APC said.

"The fraud that brought him to this level (manipulation of card readers and purchase of PVC of ill-informed voters) that we are now discussing him as a potential governor, marks us as essentially an illiterate and backward democracy.

Meanwhile, the Social Democratic Party (SDP) candidate in the September 22 governorship election in Osun state, Chief Iyiola Omisore, has reportedly agreed to work with the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the rerun election scheduled for Thursday, September 27.

we gathered that the deal was sealed after a meeting between Chief Omisore and an APC powerful delegation team led by its national chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, in Osogbo early Wednesday, September 26.

Also in the team are Governor Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo, Governor Badaru Abubakar of Jigawa, Governor Abdulahi Ganduje of Kano and Governor Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun.

Others are the governor-elect of Ekiti state, Dr Kayode Fayemi; minister of information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed; and deputy speaker of the House of Representatives; Alhaji Yusuf Lasun.

Omisore can't stop Adeleke from winning Osun re-run election - PDP - Duration: 3:06.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has said that it has the confidence of winning Osun state governorship supplementary election. The Punch reports that the election would hold in seven polling units in the state on Thursday, September 26.

we gathered that the national vice chairman (southwest) of PDP, Eddy Olafeso, stated this in Abuja on Wednesday, September 26, while addressing newsmen in Abuja.

It was reported that during the first ballot conducted on Saturday, September 22, PDP candidate, Senator Ademola Adeleke garnered the majority vote of 254,698 while Isiaka Oyetola, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), had 254,345 votes.

Olafeso said: "For us, we are very confident that victory will be ours tomorrow. We already won anyway.

"PDP is not bothered because our people are resolute. And they are desirous in ensuring that the victory denied us on Saturday will eventually be ours.

"We have spoken to our people and we are certain that their experience from the current administration is enough for the need for a change that will bring development to the nation.

Meanwhile, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ademola Adeleke, has reacted to the declaration of support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) by the candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) Iyiola Omisore.

we reported earlier that Omisore asked his supporters to vote for the APC in Thursday's supplementary election in Osun state. He said the ruling party has 'agreed' to adopt the manifesto of SDP.

However, reacting to the development, the director of publicity for Ademola Adeleke campaign organisation, Olawale Rasheed, who spoke with Premium Times in a telephone interview on Wednesday evening, September 26, said his party will still emerge victorious without SDP support.

be curious and learn every day of your life.

Your degrees isn't education.

It's a paper.

To be truly educated, you have to learn a new thing every day.

Ask question.

Read good books.

Listen to good audio books.

Learn.

Improve your mind and your life will be improved.

The most powerful word in English is NO.

People hate to hear it but they need to hear it every day.

We hate to say NO to many interesting things in our life but we have to learn how to do

that.

Becoming successful isn't easy.

It requires a long, long journey of daily discipline.

What's discipline?

Discipline is saying NO to sweet or interesting things, if they don't help us to become

better persons.

For instance, poor people are almost always ready to spend money on things they don't

need, just because they want to impress others or because they found such thing interesting.

Hanging out with friends who add no value to your life, partying simply to enjoy yourself,

sitting down simply to gossip etc. are some of the things you have to learn how to say

NO to if you want to become successful.

country is a gambling website.

All over the world, one of the most popular activities is gambling because poor people

always expect luck.

Well, luck isn't what you should expect.

Luck is what you should go out to look for.

Luck is in the bush.

Get out and look for it.

Start your day with motivation Set daily goals that will keep you focused

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to travel to North Korea in October - Duration: 2:13.

The U.S. Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, will be heading to North Korea next month...

with the hope of making some progress on the regime's denuclearization.

He'll also be coordinating with officials there on a second summit between President

Trump and Kim Jong-un. Lee Ji-won has this report.

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will be traveling to North Korea in October in a fresh

bid to breathe life into the stalled talks between Pyeongyang and Washington.

State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert confirmed the trip on Wednesday shortly after

Secretary Pompeo's meeting with North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho on the sidelines

of the UN General Assembly.

She said Pompeo accepted the North Korean leader's invitation to travel to Pyeongyang

next month to make further progress on the implementation of the Singapore declaration,

including the final, fully verified denuclearization of the North, as well as to prepare for a

second summit between the two leaders.

The trip would be Pompeo's fourth to North Korea, which was initially planned for August

until it got canceled by President Trump as he thought there hadn't been enough progress

made on denuclearization.

Pompeo also tweeted about his "very positive" meeting with his North Korean counterpart.

He uploaded two pictures of them, shaking hands and talking,... and said they discussed

the upcoming summit and the next steps towards the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.

Pompeo added that much work remains, but they will continue to move forward.

This comes just hours after Pompeo gave an interview to CBS, where he said the U.S. is

working to get the conditions right so it can accomplish as much as possible during

the second summit.

He added that the summit may happen in October, but it's more likely to happen sometime after

that.

President Trump has also been repeatedly saying during his trip to the UN that he will be

meeting with Kim Jong-un soon.

He said their second meeting will take place much like their first, except for the location.

The two leaders had their historic first-ever North Korea-U.S. summit in Singapore in June.

U.S. likely to make deal with North Korea, but no rush for timeline on denuclearization: Trump - Duration: 2:08.

President Trump says the U.S. might make a deal soon for North Korea to denuclearize.

He was speaking at a rare press conference on Wednesday in New York after attending the

UN General Assembly.

But he said he doesn't see the need for a timeline as long as the regime isn't testing

it nuclear weapons.

The United States is making "positive progress" on striking a deal with North Korea on denuclearization,...

but isn't rushing to specify a timeline just yet.

This according to U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday,... after attending a gathering

of world leaders at the UN General Assembly.

Addressing criticism he failed to secure a timeline on denuclearization or concrete pledges

from the North,... Trump said there had been substantial follow-up action after his June

12th summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

He said "many things are happening behind the scenes, away from the media," noting U.S.

officials have been holding secret meetings with the North.

Such progress, he said, is likely to produce "good news" in the "coming months and years."

The president also praised North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, as a man he knows and likes,...

expressing confidence Kim also wants a deal to secure peace and prosperity for his regime.

At a press conference later in the day,...

President Trump reiterated he isn't in a hurry to specify a timeline on denuclearizing North

Korea,... saying he has all the time in the world.

"Steve.

I don't wanna get into the time game.

You know why?

I told Mike Pompeo, I said, Mike, don't get into the time.

They're taking down plants, they're taking down a lot of different testing areas.

They're going to take down some more, you'll be hearing about that very soon.

I don't want to get ahead of myself, but you'll be hearing about that soon."

He also insisted he hadn't "given Kim Jong-un anything" amid criticism their Singapore summit

had seen few concessions from North Korea.

President Trump said "until denuclearization occurs," international sanctions on the North

must remain intact,... including those on ship-to-ship transfers which he previously

said are being breached by certain nations.

14 Day Water-Only Fast 😋 | Cédric Waldburger - Duration: 6:01.

Hey everyone.

I want to take a few minutes to tell you about a personal experiment I'm currently doing.

But before we start, a quick disclaimer!

This is not personal advice, no medical advice, or advice of any sorts; this is just some

experience that I'm sharing with you.

All right, so if you followed me and some of my past videos, you probably have an idea

that I do like experiments.

So every now at then, I set out to challenge myself, push my limits, and figure out where

they are and where it gets too painful.

Recently, I was on a phone with a friend of mine, who's also an entrepreneur and he mentioned

that he was at that day, at that moment, on Day Five of his seven-day fast.

So I thought it was really interesting.

I never personally fasted, never really believed in fasting but then again I've read a lot

of positive things about intermittent fasting and I thought maybe this is an interesting

mental challenge.

So about a month ago I did a seven-day fast where I would only eat very small amounts of

food every day – usually that was 1 or 2 fruit juices per day.

I tried to live a very normal life, other than that, just no food.

About 10 days ago, actually 12 days ago today I decided to restart the experiment, and this

time go with water-only fast.

Now this has just changed things.

I've not eaten anything in 12 days and I feel great but that was not always the case.

I want to walk you through my experience so far.

About 12 days ago, I was on my way to a retreat in Italy with EO.

We started on a Wednesday morning very early and I decided to redo the experiment and go

with no food at all.

Unfortunately, we went to Italy and everyone else was having five-course lunches and dinners

I was just looking at food.

The first day was easy.

The first day of a fast was at least for me personally super easy.

There's not really, other than the psychological element, there's no pain at all.

The second day was really hard.

I got what you could call the "keto flu".

Keto flu is from the ketogenic diet when you deplete your body of carbs or carbohydrates.

You got into a flu-like status.

I had very low energy, I had a headache the whole day, it was very hard for me to do any

kind of physical exercise; even just walking up a hill was a pain.

I needed a lot of sleep.

But Day Three was extremely good.

On Day Three, I felt pretty healthy, I felt lean, clean, I had a lot of energy, I needed

less sleep than before which makes sense my body didn't have to process food anymore.

I think in the afternoon of Day Three was when I finally reached ketosis and my body

learned how to produce energy directly from fat or fat storage.

That's also when I started to lose weight.

Today, I'm on Day 12 of the experiment.

I think I'm going to go till Day 14 – so two more days.

I have to say I feel great overall but I do not feel as energetic as otherwise.

I feel very lean, I feel very clear, focused, but when I go to the gym I can't lift the

same amount of weights if I'm doing the exercises.

Now why?

Why am I doing this?

Well, for one - I really do like the challenge, I really like the mental strength that is

required to go through 12 for 14 days without food, but then I also, I think, it has a lot

of healthy benefits.

For one I've lost a ton of excess fat storage in my body, not a ton but about 10% of my

body weight is gone and I feel a lot cleaner, focused, lean, which usually comes with the

ketogenic diet for me as well, which makes sense.

Because I didn't eat anything else, I also did not eat any carbohydrates and that way my

body just had to create energy from fat, which is basically the same as living in ketosis

or being in ketosis.

Now, over the weekend I was in a three-day survival training course and there was quite

a bit of physical activity.

Sometimes, I would get a little weak or I would feel that I'm closer to my energy limits,

then I would otherwise be, but at the same time it was a great experiment.

Everyone else, who was eating regularly up and until Friday before we left, had a really

big down on the second day because they didn't give us a lot of food.

It's also interesting how because I had already adjusted to the status or the state of mind

of fasting that everyone else was so looking for food all the time.

I think it was mostly psychological but still you could basically see them urging to get

their hands on food, whereas I could focus on – I was a lot more relaxed, I was a lot

more focused on the task at hand and so overall it was a great experience.

All right, that's it.

I just wanted to share this real quick how my experience has been going so far.

As I said, I'm going to do it another two days and then I think after 14 days I'm just

going to stop.

There's no point in pushing the boundaries too far.

Also I'm just looking forward to a good steak or some healthy food and I'm probably going

to start small.

Well, actually that's something I wanted to share.

So at the beginning what I saw with this time and with the time before when I had little

food is that at the beginning I would usually think, "When I'm finally going to be able

to eat again, the first thing I'm going to eat just like chocolate cake or big steak

or whatever.

Then, after I'd say about three or four days, my mind automatically tunes into or focuses

more on much healthier stuff like salads, cooked vegetables, maybe a small piece of

meat.

So it's been a really interesting experience for me.

And with that, I hope, maybe some of you are inspired, maybe some of you have some ideas

or comments.

NRL grand final: Melbourne Storm preparing to face Cooper Cronk in season decider - Blog news - Duration: 3:51.

Melbourne coach Craig Bellamy is preparing the Storm to face a Roosters line-up that includes his former pupil Cooper Cronk, as the injured half-back declares he will "throw a Hail Mary" to be ready for Sunday's grand final

Cronk is considered long odds to face his former Storm teammates in the premiership decider because of a shoulder injury he sustained in the Roosters' preliminary final victory over South Sydney last Saturday night

He again said on Thursday he would not rule himself out of fronting up for the grand final and was continuing to go through his rehabilitation process

It is for this reason Bellamy is planning for the Storm to face Cronk, as he knows better than anyone that the two-time premiership winner will be meticulous in his preparation

"We are preparing as though he is [playing].I know he will be doing everything plus, plus, plus to be ready for Sunday," Bellamy said

"The other thing I suppose is he's a tough little rooster, pardon the pun.I've seen him play with a lot of injuries with us

On Monday Cronk described his chances of playing the grand final as being a "long shot" but he is refusing to rule himself out of the season decider at Sydney's Olympic stadium

"I got a bit of improvement today and it [the shoulder] definitely needs some," Cronk said a media conference in Sydney on Thursday

"I'm still trying to throw a Hail Mary, hopefully it lands and we'll see how we go on Sunday

"Most people in this room know that I'm pretty diligent, pretty professional with what I do, but I've gone up 1,000 knots on that this week

" Cronk, 34, says he is more confident of playing the grand final than when he first suffered the injury against the Rabbitohs

But it will still be a big ask to line up against the Storm, although he has been able to build some stability, movement and range with the joint

Roosters halfback Cooper Cronk says he's giving himself every opportunity to make a miracle appearance in Sunday's NRL grand final despite carrying a serious shoulder injury

On Monday, Cronk described himself as a "long shot" to take the field in the decider against his former club, the Melbourne Storm

It was a realistic assessment of his chances, and one he didn't exactly stray from at the joint press conference on Thursday

But Cronk was adamant he would leave no stone unturned in his quest to run out onto ANZ Stadium for the biggest game of the season

There's probably not a player that comes to mind that matches his ability to get up from injury concerns or some major injuries that he's had, or that he's had to deal with

"He does everything that he can possibly do to get himself right and no doubt that he's done that again this week

"Seeing what he does every day with his preparation and the type of player that he is, I'm not going to be shocked to see him out there playing, I expect him to be there

"He's not the type of player who's going to play if he's not fit enough to play
