Some say we need to think globally about the future of network technology.
Could we see other societal movements with ideologies against ISIS pop-up?
I think we will.
#MeToo has gained a lot of traction in America.
It could spark change as great as the French Revolution.
People who are participating can feel something is off.
Let's think about environmental issues today up until about 2040.
All of the fish sliced for sushi could be extinct.
Climate change may drag us into more wars.
The world's people may face vast food shortages.
People in their twenties and thirties will look ahead.
These youths will blame the wastefulness of their fathers.
"You knew about it but didn't stop it."
It will not be Murakami's Exodus, but these youths will push us aside.
Their generation worldwide will understand science technology.
It's environmental issues,
all caused by the high growth and ceaseless appetite of their parents.
These emotions could very well spark that type of movement.
- Millennials give you hope. - Yes.
This comes from teaching I bet.
Their generation is strong.
The communication is excellent and we see many types of movements recently.
The Parkland students went on television to start a movement.
They had power to incite 3800 students to walk out of school on the same day.
Adults cannot imagine this power.
Things are changing.
This score is a platform for trust even without a personal relationship.
The credit earns trust.
America has trust in Facebook but not their own government.
This is not good for society.

Petrit Halilaj, Shkrepëtima | Zentrum Paul Klee, Berna - Duration: 5:24.
Shkrepëtima is the title of the project presented by Petrit Halilaj
for the second edition of the Mario Merz Prize.
The project is structured in 3 moments.
The first one was a performance staged in Runik (Kosovo)
the village where Petrit grew up, followed by 2 shows:
one here in Bern at the Zentrum Paul Klee
and the final one in Turin at the Fondazione Merz.
The starting point for the performance in Runik is the history of this village
which was built on the archaeological site of a Neolithic settlement.
The performance involved many people from different generations
to reawaken a building that stands as the symbol and centre
of what used to be Runik's cultural life.
Whereas here in Bern, we've decided to show the video that narrates the relationship
between the local people and the objects they still come across
and unearth as they go to the fields.
They still find figurines and artefacts of all kinds.
This film brings together 4 years of countless conversations in people's homes.
And in the film I tried to link all the conversations,
finding their points of connection, to make this a collective story.
The Bern exhibition also features a series of over 40 drawings
that somehow form the visual script for the performance.
All those drawings have been made on archival documents
that were found inside the building:
they were financial documents, the financial archive of the local cooperative.
In a village where everything was burnt down,
those papers signified the years, the names,
the objects of everyday life, of the trades, the goods…
When we started to revive and clean up the theatre,
I realized they were a major support and starting point
for the drawings I eventually developed for this exhibition.
So my drawings appear on bills, on various documents
that represent a reality which no longer exists.
And thus I somehow tried to camouflage the present with the past,
and create a sort of connection between these two moments.
The third and last stage we are currently working on
consists in recontextualising everything that has been created
for the performance, and also the video of the performance,
through an architectural intervention,
through videos and sounds
that will somehow take up the entire space of the Fondazione Merz.
This experience of a one-day event
involving 30 actors and 80 people
who had purposely come to create such event
was a sort of collective experience that had been conceived
and created for the people of a local reality
and that can now be developed. It can travel.
It's almost like elevating it from its present gravity and history.

Maria Bazzanella - Untori - Duration: 0:45.
I was in Venice with my daughter
On a beautiful day we walked
And she told me about these characters in the story
that possessed these masks
and in the bottom of the beak they put essences
so they thought they were immune to the plague.
This story has fascinated me so much
that when I got home,
I created these characters.
And they are the unters, nowadays,
among us.

How to make a stenciled bag. - Duration: 11:06.
Welcome to "Hecho entre encinas".
My name is María Isabel, here is a new tutorial now.
Hello everyone, I'm here again and I was thinking that to avoid so many plastic bags,
I have decided to make a more ecological bread bag using a cotton lining that is the part
that touches the bread and then the outside It is a fabric imitating patchwork that I have stencilled
the word bread many times in various colors.
Now I'm going to show you how I did the stencilled word, I used a flat brush to
stencil and the word, the letters of the word I have surrounded them with masking tape
so the other letters were not stained.
I damp the brush onto the paint, I eliminate the excess of paint on a napkin and proceed to stencil
giving taps, the P, I put it up with care, now next I place the A, I do the same,
I put it up carefully and now the N.
You have to be careful not to extend off, there it is a bit extended off, well it is the example, this
brush is too big, if you have another smaller for these things, much better
and the word PAN has already been stenciled.
If you want to change color, of course you have to wash the brush but wait until it dries
because if not, what will happen to you It has happened to me here, that the word PAN,
the letters are distorted because the Brush was wet.
Well, you know now.
The first thing to do are the handles of the bag, I have cut them 60cm long
and 9 and a half wide, then I have put some pins 3.3 cm from the edge, I've folded it
and those pins are going to serve as a guide for sewing, I've put an interfacing
to reinforce the handles.
Now I'm going to sew them, then I'll turn them over with this stick that is from a hanger.
I'm going to sew them and the pins guide me.
Before, I used to do a basting stitch but now I think it is easier to use pins instead.
At the end, I sew it too so I can turn it over.
Now I cut the edges, so they are not so wide and trim it so
I also trim it here in the corner to turn it around
so that the edge is not too bulky.
I turn it around, I push it a little bit like that with my fingers and then I use the stick, I go on
until I am able to to turn it around.
This helps me when the handles are wide If not, I could not turn it around, I take away
the stick and I just turn it over.
Now, I´ll do a basting stitch on the edge, so
it stays flat and I iron it so that it looks the same as this one
then, I will stitch along the edges on both sides
in the same direction.
Well, I will go on
Then, you have to cut the fabrics of both the bag and the lining it is 108 cm long and 37
cm wide and the lining is smaller, it is shorter because I do not want it to be seen, at least not very much
that's why it's shorter and I'm going to tell you how they are sewn together.
The first thing to do is to place the handles facing down on the right side of the fabric
I've put them 10 cm from the edge and you have to take care that the handle is not twisted
this part that is inside goes inside all the time and on the other side the same and
once the handles are placed facing down, put on the lining and you're going to join it with
a seam but I will place some pins there so you can see it.
This must be sewn later on the machine, one side and the other.
On the other side the same thing, the handles facing down and this part is also sewn, the reverse side and
the reverse side are outside, they are outside.
This will be sewn on the machine, now I just put some pins so you can see where it is.
Once you have sewn these two parts, you put it here like this, you have to join this
seam, this would be the part of the bag and this would be the part of the lining, then what
you iron it towards the lining and you have to make a seam on each side leaving the
handles in the middle, a seam around here, these two seams have to come together, here
It would be the seam . Now I just mark it with a pin, on the other side the same, on
the other side you have to sew it the same way, the part of the lining you also have to sew it here
and on the other side but you have to leave a hole in the lining part, which can be one thing like that
here in the middle to be able to turn it around because now it is the reverse side
Well, after sewing it and turning it over and now we have to put this fabric inward here
a little bit inward so that the lining which is smaller is at the same height
here that the bag and so that the lining does not go up, you have to do a stitching
around here and to reinforce it I have also done another here near the edge and do not forget
also to sew the hole that has been left inside and that's it.
See you soon.

AMD launches new graphics card? polaris 30 gpu release / 12nm process comes out. - Duration: 1:59.
hola! It is Ato.
nice to meet you.
As I said earlier, maybe New graphics card from amd next month
May show you. This is a story from phoronix.
It's not an official yet, so exactly This content is guaranteed
It's hard to tell.
Once the current 14nm process is changed to 12nm It is expected to be a refresh model.
Based on new pci id added to linux This is a leaked release.
Polaris currently adopted in the rx500 series Subsequent to 20 gpu, the polaris 30 gpu
Be careful not to come out We are expecting.
Once published information is fairly limited What to expect next
Expectation is that the existing gpu refresh The expected rate for the version is high.
In the opinion of overseas webzine, nvidia Quickly prepared for Turing
The model will be a polaris 30 gpu.
There is a high possibility of process reduction.
.
When the process is changed from 14 nm to 12 nm Even if not as large as 10%
I think I can expect to improve performance.
nvidia is on a high-end graphics card line As long as you open a new series of rtx series
. amd is targeting the mid to low-end market The intention is the same.
It will not be mid-priced anyway.
I did it when I was in the rx series. .
This video is here.
Good if you liked the video Please be sure to subscribe.
I look forward to a better video.
Thank you for watching.
It was Ato until now.

Def, la prima reazione scomposta dell'Ue. Pierre Moscovici: "Italiani, ricordatevi che..." - Duration: 2:26.

I TRIED FOLLOWING A KATHLEEN LIGHTS MAKEUP TUTORIAL - YouTube - Duration: 16:24.
Hi everybody! And welcome back to my channel!
Today I decided to make a make up video...
obviously I will not do the tutorial because I would not be absolutly able ...
But I will follow a youtuber tutorial,
which deals with makeup, which is Kathleen Lights
and I will follow a tutorial with tones a little autumn, as the season requires it
and why did I decide to follow this tutorial?
Because I'm not used to putting so much makeup..
I don't do complicated look--
I do very basic looks.
At least I put an eyeshadows and eyeliner..
While she unlike the other make up guru,
She manages to make interesting looks without exaggerating with the products
with the colors is decided, in fact I like it a lot
but it does not exceed from the point of view of the base
she makes a base that is always quite delicate
without making that mask effect that I do not like.
Play a lot instead on the colors of eye shadows and eyeliner
So I was curious to see how it turned out to me
since I usually use pink, red and at most fuchsia
so I wanted to try
Unlike the products she use, I will use more low-budget products
Not being a guru make up I do not buy/have expensive palette
However, I have already looked at the video several times to understand what I have to do
And I saw that he uses almost all of the products I have
Even if not the same brand but at least on the shades we are ...
So let's see what comes out of it
I'm a little agitated, I'm afraid of messing around and being crap
that is a little too much..
so I'll try, let's start!
Ok, she first put the primar
on the eyes, has not yet made the basis.
I'm watching the video in the meantime
But I saw that he has already drawn his eyebrows, so I first make the base and then the eyebrows
I think I put too much
Mine is only concealer
Ok I'm definitely putting too much, then step to the sponge
let's start with a nice orange
Fluffy brush.... :)
I'm also trying to blend it a lot ..
Now she has gone to another more intense color
It's always a more intense orange, let's see what I have
I think I will use this ...
This is the color...
I do not have the color that I use, but I do a similar color with these two eyeshadows
I have no idea what I'm doing ... I do what she does ...
On her it is much more pronounced, it will be because she works much on the color
But I'm holding back
But it's not bad.
She fades very high
What I do not do, I stop at the mobile eyelid to put the eyeshadow.
She goes to the edge..
I need a clean brush..
I really like how it's coming so far
There are still 10 minutes ahead of me in tutorial ...
She put another face primar, that I don't have....
Daniela ... but what do you do make-up videos, if you do not have a damn what you need?
I'll put some cream
Both an extra layer or less makes no difference.
I will use my daily cream...
I decided that I also want to try to mix two different foundations with oil
I do not have the same oil that she uses, but I mix a little foundation with coconut oil
since I do not have the right shade of foundation
Precisely you do not have a damn but you're doing I'm video
I have neither the right foundation, nor the concealer, nor the primar, I have nothing
Well, she added another layer ...
Pretty thin layers
I do it with the small sponge, because with the big one I can not do well
I do not know if video shows the same image quality that I see in the mirror
But this system works
Woorks!!! (Amazing!)
Now she puts the powder
She does something that I really like
Mix the dark color
Mix the dark green color, very cold, with orange
I really like it!
It seems I have two giant eyes
I'm having a lot of fun making this video
Because even though I find it very difficult to talk while I make up
I already find it difficult to make up my mind while watching the video
Make up, while I watch, while I speak, while I record the video ...
It's getting pretty complicated
You may witness the sticking of a brush in one eye
Hope not...
I want to try this new palette of essence
It's a palette of highlither and eye shadows, you can use it both ways.
Is there this color here that I want to use instead of what she says ..
Hey, Hey ! Hi! ( To my dog)
Hi!!!
Where are you going?
I have my little assistant
Maybe is too much....
Definitely too much
How do you now take it off?
The last thing left to do is put on lipstick
I do not have the color that she uses...
So it is to make that red tending to the brick,
I will use these two mixed together.
So it is a little too much compared to what you use ... faded is a bit better.
Is back
To be onest I really like the complete look
I put a little too blush
a stroke of too much
I like it...
it's not a too flashy look( just a bit)
I tried to be more delicate
In comparison to how much she worked the colors
Let me know in the comments if you like this type of video
If you are interested and if you want me to try other particular looks
Maybe from some other youtuber
Remember to put a like and subscribe to the channel, if you like the channel!!
I leave you all the information, both on the products I used, and on the Kathleen channel in the descrition box ...
See you in the next video! Thanks again to everyone! Bye!!!!

Why Employee Training Is Important For Startups | Aasaanjobs Videos - Duration: 3:48.
Press the bell icon and never miss an update from Aasaanjobs
When it comes to employee training, startup tend to do things differently from
large scale corporation because they work
with smaller teams lower budget and limited time.
But also it is equally
important to align an ideal candidate with the vision of the company and goals.
So here I am Harshini Mehta from Aasaanjobs
To discuss some insights and importance about training and development for startups.
It is probably important for startups and small business owners
to provide their employees with proper training and development programs.
The ongoing development of their employees or their
people is an essential part of any startup as it is directly proportionate
to the growth of the business as well as the growth of their employers.
Point No: 1 To Attract & Retain High Performance Employee
We all are aware that it takes tremendous efforts to source and secure
the right type of people for your company. They are on-boarding, training and
development only adds on to the operational cost of the company. So let
us make sure that we do not have to do this all over the time. A formal training
program will act as a great retention tool. A trained candidate or a trained
employee will stick around for a longer period of time so while you may think
that committing to a training program will add up to the expense of your
operations. We're in, in fact it will help you save in the long run.
Point No: 2 To Share Knowledge & Culture Of Learning
Another major reason why training is so
important is that it facilitates knowledge sharing within your organization.
Like any other business we do not want the key knowledge to leave
the organization when a particular person does and there are high chances
of that happening because people often switch from one place to another in
search of better work opportunities. Hence it is very important to promote a
culture of information and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Encouraging your team members to freely share information and knowledge helps to
foster a sense of collaborative work environment which is vitally important
for a culture of any startup.
Point No: 3 To build Staff Loyalty
The training program will
help you build loyalty within your employees as you will be showing them
that you are equally concerned about their career development and believe me
having a loyal employee or a team member is just as important as having a loyal
customer. Employees nowadays, especially the younger crowd love to be trained and developed.
They always want to feel a connection and a bond
with the company they work for. Trust me, these are the people that will act as a
best promoter of your products and services and hence it is worth investing in them.
& Lastly: Using E-Learning For Employee Training
So now let us understand how to formulate a successful
training program for your staff one of the most popular and cost-effective ways
to do so is to online learning. More and more of organizations these days are
switching to online learning for the requirements of training for their staff.
One can choose from various options available online these days such as
Online Courses, Podcasts, Webinars etc which are developed by highly skilled
expert and professional in their respective fields.
I hope this video added value to you, if yes then do like and share it with your friends and do
not forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel as we would be coming up with
more such videos in the following week.
Thank You So Much, Take Care & Bye

POLL: Should Kavanaugh Be Confirmed After Ford's Testimony? | Heavy.com - Duration: 4:06.
POLL: Should Kavanaugh Be Confirmed After Ford's Testimony? | Heavy.com
Now that Christine Blasey Ford has testified publicly about her allegations regarding Supreme Court Justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh, do you think that Kavanaugh should still be confirmed? The question is polarizing people on opposite sides.
Many Democrats feel that Ford's testimony, coupled with her passing a lie detector test and having notes from meeting with a therapist, cast enough doubt that Kavanaugh shouldn't be confirmed.
But many Republicans feel that there just isn't enough solid evidence to derail his confirmation and a vote for Kavanaugh should still be confirmed.
What do you think? After reading this article, please vote in Heavy's poll at the end of the story.
Ford has accused Kavanaugh of sexual assault when they were in high school, and they both testified about the allegations in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee today. The hearing was held in the Dirksen Senate Office Building, Room 226.
Officials chose a smaller venue because they didn't want a "circus atmosphere" like the first four days of Kavanaugh's confirmation hearings.
Ford was questioned part of the time by Rachel Mitchell, a sex crimes prosecutor in Arizona.
Other women who have come forward with allegations about Kavanaugh were not questioned today.
Christine Blasey Ford said that Kavanaugh physically and sexually assaulted her in the early 1980s at a high school party.
She said he almost raped her, she feared for her life, and when she tried to scream he put his hand over her mouth.
She also said Kavanaugh's friend Mark Judge was in the room when it happened.
Both Kavanaugh and Judge have denied the allegations, and Kavanaugh is set to testify about his side today also.
Meanwhile, two unnamed men came forward to the Senate Judiciary Committee and claimed that Ford might have mistaken them for Kavanaugh.
But during her testimony, Ford said it was definitely Kavanaugh and there was no way she mistook him for someone else.
Ford's attorneys had requested a full investigation before the hearing that happened today.
But those requests were not granted.
Republican Chair Chuck Grassley has scheduled the Judiciary Committee to vote on Kavanaugh's nomination on Friday.
But he said this might be delayed, depending on the hearing.
Now that you've seen Ford's testimony, take Heavy's poll below and let us know if you think Kavanaugh should be confirmed.

Vlog: The Secret Key by Lena Jones - Duration: 5:06.
Hi everyone, it's Rhiannon here and I'm back to talk to you about another book
I've been really enjoying lately. You might be able to notice that the
background is a little different to my last two videos, it's because I moved up
to Edinburgh to do a Masters in book history. I'm still working at Waterstones,
just a different branch, and I couldn't bring all of my books with me which is
very sad but I brought a few of my favourites. So the book I will be talking
about today is slightly different to the ones I've talked about previously. Like I
said in my introduction video I do predominantly read fantasy and YA
but I do sometimes venture into 9 to 12. For those who don't live in the UK, 9
to 12 is a term used to describe books written for children who are in between
the ages of 9 and 12. Obviously the term 9 to 12 doesn't
mean you have to be in between 9 and 12 to enjoy them as is evidenced by my love
for the book I'm about to talk to you about today which is the first book in
the Agatha Oddly series: The Secret Key by Lena Jones. It came out quite recently
and it is so good. Hopefully it will be the first book in a
long-running series that will run for many books and many years because I can't
wait to read more of what Agatha gets up to. I think Lena Jones has a very fresh
voice and a very unique take on the whole detective mystery genre. So a brief
synopsis: Agatha is our 13 year old protagonist she lives in London with her
dad who is the gardener in Hyde Park so they live in a house in the middle of
Hyde Park which just by itself is like the most wonderful thing I've ever heard.
She's very obsessed with mysteries and detective novels, like Agatha Christie is
her hero. And I knew I was gonna love Agatha because in the very first chapter
she's being told off by her headmaster for sneaking around and she just zones
out and instead imagines Hercule Poirot was just standing there having a
conversation with her. Which is basically what I did when I was her age.
So Agatha has what she calls a detective agency with her friend Liam
although they've never been hired to solve any cases. It's just sort of like
an unofficial title. And they go around solving mysteries but they've never had
any real case and you can sort of tell that Liam haven't really got his heart
into it like Agatha has. But one morning Agatha's walking to school and she sees
a man on a motorbike knock over a woman in the middle of Hyde Park. And I Agatha helps her
and then just sort of goes about her day. And then later that evening all of
London's water just stops working. Like, when they turn on the taps anywhere just
this red algae goop comes out that smells really disgusting and it's the
middle of summer so it causes this big panic and Agatha starts to piece
together some connections between the accident she saw in the morning and she
realizes that it might be connected to what's happened to London's water. So she
then embarks on a mission to try and stop it.
That's all I'm really gonna say because obviously it's a mystery novel so you
want to discover the mystery as you go along. The reason I think I connected with
this book so much is the character of Agatha is just so beautifully portrayed.
So she is kind of meant to be fulfilling the Sherlock Holmes role where she's
like a little bit rude to people but she doesn't understand why and she sort of
abandons people in the middle of talking to them to go and like pursue a lead.
Which you know feels very tired and played out when you see it a million
detective shows but when it's a thirteen year old girl there's like an
undercurrent of naivety and innocence and she is literally just being rude
because she doesn't understand that she's being rude. And she has a really
nice relationship with her dad because her mum died when she was quite young
and it was through her mom that she became obsessed with murder mysteries.
She's called Agatha after Agatha Christie and there's a really close bond
her and her dad have which is really sweet to read where she's sort of taking
care of him because he's so busy, he has to like work really long hours so she's
sort of left to fend for herself but in a really interesting way. I think it's
also quite an important book for kids to read because it does touch on the idea
of friendships because Agatha doesn't really know anyone at school but you
kind of get the sense that it might be her fault in a way because she just
pigeonholes people and decides they're not worth her time. It did remind me of
Harriet the Spy in the way that Agatha sort of creates this bubble around
herself and assumes she knows everything about everyone.
And then over the course of the book she's forced to confront her own
assumptions about people in a really nice way that doesn't feel preachy. I
think it works really well as a 9 to 12 book that can be enjoyed by like either the
young end of 9 to 12 and also obviously clearly by 22 year olds! Because it just
you get so wrapped up in the mystery, it feels like a very fun classic adventure
story. I felt very protective over I got when I was reading it. It's also just
really fun and the mystery is really interesting and you know
what would you do if suddenly just out of the taps came like algae instead of
water. How would a city respond to a crisis like that and I
think Lena Jones does it very believably. I would recommend it mainly for people
who like the Murder Most Unladylike Robin Stephens series, Maureen Johnson's
books, Agatha Christie. If you're just a fan of mysteries; the central plot is
very well done and it sets it up a lot for the next one which I hope comes out
soon. Thank you for watching, I hope I've maybe persuaded you to pick up a nine
to twelve and I can't wait to see what everyone thinks of Agatha.
