we survived our first soccer game Alison played soccer this morning as
you could tell it was her very first game it was like a million degrees out
and something here in Florida we have called lovebugs and they were attacking
us they don't bite or anything like that so we played with love bugs all morning
didn't you we're still really really happen anyways
my point of being on here is because I haven't done a vlog in forever so I
wanted to do a vlog this weekend because Jason turn how old are you
oh you know what I got a message not a message but I got a comment the other
day that you didn't look a day over your 20th and I'm like oh he'll love that
comment you do look young but anyways so we are going to celebrate Jason's
birthday this weekend and we are going to the beach so can you guys guess where
we're going if you watch my vlogs you will already seen this a hotel in my
last well I think it was last month or two months ago you'll see the same hotel
in that one looks like we're not getting in we got locked out of our room just
kidding guys the keys don't work so we're gonna Jason's running down there
but in this a beautiful view do you guys remember this we are in Melbourne
Florida this is where Jason and I came in July for our anniversary
so we're still very excited to bring the kids you know why I'm super excited to
bring you guys because there's a dog park at the beach so exciting the dogs I
know will see them the waves why you'll be pies this will
there's not a lot of seaweed on this side of the coast so you're probably
good eatin else well there's rocks in the water so you
have to be careful of those okay we finally got into our room how do you
like it and it beautiful there's nothing to be
terrified of the ways they are pretty big today oh it's so pretty though and
there's all the puppy doggies it's so nice but yeah the waves are very last
time we were here they were very calm now they're very crazy hot well last
week they had the hurricane but I don't think that's the reason I don't maybe
and it feels so good up here too it's not too hot right girls okay so if
you're new to my channel I will go ahead and do a quick tour of our room we have
been here before like I said just Jason and I so we wanted to bring the girls
but this is the bedroom and we have a TV and then we have a big
old closet in here and a bathroom this one is actually a
little bit different it's like turned around then you can actually come out
this way Jason is no longer showing me his booty
I just seen the moon so I had to delete that
here is the refrigerator wet bar area the door and then when you come in here
there's just a little area for water and things like that a desk area get off
your phone you're on vacation and this is where the girls are going to sleep
tonight and then you can exit out there again and then here is the entrance to
our room so this room is very big and very spacious for the kiddos and us
right what are you doing I know she's tired because she played a soccer game
today huh a table of our snacks and breakfast this
is just snacks for the kiddos when they're hungry and in between right what
are you eating wait
yeah we're having a little snack
there is a bar balcony and we decided to come over to my mom's room because my
mom came with us and this is the room she got this is her balcony it goes all
the way around I thought this would be their room the right next door to us and
it goes way back here so you can see all of this she's got like the best view so
you guys can see everything
so crazy certainly how you can see that the line try to zoom in as much as
possible not pretty the coastline

Open Windows Defender Security Center
Goto virus and threat protection
Click the virus and threat protection set option
Okay, now turn off the real-time protection toggle switch
That's all Windows Defender is turned off temporarily
So the next time you restart your computer Windows, Defender antivirus will re-enable automatically
Okay, let's turn it back on
And now let's disable Windows Defender permanently using local group policy
As you see Windows Defender is on
And if you right-click on any folder we can see scan icon
Okay, let's disable it go to search box and type gpedit.msc
Or press Windows key + R on your keyboard and type command there
The local group policy editor
In computer configuration
Double-click on administrator
Then go to windows components
Scroll down and find Windows Defender antivirus
Right click on turn off Windows Defender antivirus and click Edit
Select the Enabled option to disable Windows Defender
Okay, then restart your computer
We done, let's check it
As you see, Windows Defender Antivirus is turned off successfully

Do you have a morning routine that takes you to success?
Which is your morning routine (if you have one)?
I brought today an article (the link will be available here in the descriptive section of this video)
and it has 13 pages, with valuable info for you, from a blog-site from one of the App's I suggest to help you get organized at work and in life.
Sometimes we need some extra help from technology (App) to help us create, develop and improve our discipline,
to have your agenda working for you!
Let me clarify I don't get paid anything for this suggestion, this is not a merchandise. And as you know,
I always share information that I found valuable to spread, and this is one more case of it.
In this article, we found tips on morning routines success habits,
focused on getting you up and running in order to elevate your productivity levels.
Each one of us has his/her own dynamics... there are those of us who are early risers,
There are those of us who like to cuddle in bed a little longer...
The first tip here is to work on your morning ritual and be involved since the first minute of it, saying Good morning to your day is: take your time to get out of bed!
Be it to stretch yourself...
Be it take a few minutes for a morning reading...
What matters here is that you be involved with yourself, self-tunning with that "Good Morning feeling"!
Following what this article says: "Mornings set the mood of our days!"

This article, as a reference for this video, will help you implement these tips, and on page 4 of it
we have a second tip: create a morning routine so to keep your mind focused for the day ahead.
In other words, what can you do now, in the morning, to keep your mind aligned, centered, so that your productivity levels elevate along the day?
And based on this article, one fine tip is:
Hydrate yourself! Drink plenty of water!
I do it myself when I wake up - one of the first things in my morning ritual is to drink water (sometimes with lemon).
So, this tip is to maintain your body working properly hydrating it well. It is your job and the first tip based on the article here.
Following on the same pare 4 of the article: meditating or practicing mindfulness is also an option, depending on what your preference is.
The tip here is: be aligned with your body, mind and soul!
This goes Independently from your religion choices, what kind of energy
are you sending out, really? And what kind of energy will come back to you (boomerang effect)?
And there are plenty of suggestions and tips on this article, including some that I do myself and find very useful to me:
give my face a splash of cold water in the morning (smiles), or perhaps a cold shower works too!
The question that remains at this point is: Do you believe that you are opening up spaces for yourself to get all the greatness from the Universe?
Besides these suggestions and tips, as I have shared in previous videos and articles,
let's not forget about the practice of gratitude - the gratitude journaling -
with at least 3 itens (grateful itens)
that you list and externalize to the world
from your mind to your journal and from the journal to your life! That's so important!
And on page 6 of the article, I want to point out that:
Do you have your own mission statement?
Your mission reflects your own way to go about your daily life to reach your goals.
It is thus different from your goals. We work this in a coaching process...
For instance, you are here in Point A and want to move to point B (in life, in career or in both)
And that mission statement of yours will support yourself in this journey, as long as you work with it daily.
On this, I am in total sync with the article: do a personal effort towards your success, by declaring your mission out loud, daily!
Pay attention to your way of walking into life (mission statement), and then focus on achieving your goals faster, from there!
Let's agree on one important issue: we do not want to be miserable when achieving our goals, right?

In this video, we'll do something that I'm not used to doing it.
And if you had told me, 3 years ago, that a day I was going to make an unboxing video of
trading cards, I would not have you not too raw.
But it turns out that Nintendo has released something interestingly enough, these are actually
Splatoon 2 trading cards, but the particularity of these cards is that they
are not in boosters.
It can not be bought like Pokemon cards per package of several.
In fact, these cards are collectible in packets of wafers.
So why are wafers? I do not know, there is probably a partnership
behind that I do not control too much.
But in any case, in Japan, Nintendo sells now some species of little waffles
with inside a card to collect.
Apparently there are about 25 I think, and it turns out that I got a
box of 20 packets of wafers in question, that I imported from Japan.

I'll be honest, it's pretty expensive for what it is I think, but I absolutely wanted
see what it was like, and I wanted to share with you the concept, and see also what
