Youtube daily report w Dec 23 2018

Capcom Japan recently streamed some Resident Evil 2 Remake gameplay over on their YouTube

channel and part of this was showing off Leon's special noir costume and the noir screen filter

effect, which is why the screen is tinted differently and Leon's appearance is altered.

During this gameplay, we were able to see some of the censorship changes that are being

made over in Japan.

Like Resident Evil 7, Resident Evil 2 will be released in 2 versions over in Japan.

One of these will be rated CERO D, meaning 17 years and over, and the other CERO Z, meaning

18 plus and also having a few other restrictions, such as needing a credit card to be able to

purchase via the PlayStation store for age verification purposes.

Like Censored Gaming has previously made a video on though, Resident Evil 7 was still

heavily censored in Japan even with the max rated Z version.

This is due to there still being various rules on what you can and can't shown in games in

Japan, even with the highest rating.

In the gameplay we can see that the death of Elliot no longer sees his entire lower

body tore off when he's pulled from under the doors.

You can compare these differences yourself on screen now, with the uncensored English

release on the left and the Japanese version on the right.

At this stage we can't confirm exactly how uncensored the Z rated version is this time

around or whether the censorship seen in the recent stream is from the D version or Z version.

From previous Japanese censorship however, it seems very possible that this may have

come from the highest rated version - but for more details on that we will have to wait

until the game releases.

Another moment during the stream also appears to have shown some changes to the level of

detail when a zombie has its head crushed underneath a door later on.

Censored Gaming will be sure to keep watching this closely and will report a more detailed

comparison between the Japanese and English versions when the game releases worldwide

January 25th.

If you're interested in seeing that, as well as other videos on how video games and other

media are changed around the world, please consider subscribing to the channel and, until

next time, thank you for watching.

May we experience this Christmas in the Spirit, may we experience it in the Spirit of God

who overwhelmed Zechariah. And what did he do then? He then turned to God, to His beauty.

Entranced, fascinated by the beauty of God he said - 'Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, for he has visited and brought redemption to his people.'

Prayer in the Spirit and celebrating in the Spirit - it is simply this wonderful admiration for how God works, what He is like,

how much He is turned to the world, how faithfully He loves this world.

This is celebrating in the Spirit.

Let us overwhelm this prophetic Spirit who makes beauty, glory, tenderness,

the goodness of God who is among us be in the centre of our attention.

TRUCOS de Como Saber si un PAJARO tiene ACAROS o PIOJILLOS 🐤 Canarios Periquitos y AVES - Duration: 10:55.

How to know if a bird has mites or piojillos. Mites and lice in canaries, parakeets and other birds

Hello colleagues and peers, Welcome once again to a new video.

On this occasion like many of you I you asked for it and you have the same doubt,

I have decided to make this video, in which I will briefly explain a series of

steps to know if your bird, either canary, parakeet, goldfinch or lovebird,

has mites or piojillos. And without more ... we started!

First of all, as you already know why we have seen in other videos of the channel,

mites or piojillos appear mainly for various reasons such as for example

the arrival of a new bird in the aviary, that is, when we acquire a new copy

coming from another aviary and we introduce it directly in our aviary without having

made the quarantine period. Also, another reason in the case that our

Aviary is on the outside, it could be the visit of external birds, sparrows,

that come to eat part of the seeds that they fall to the ground, as these birds

not being wormed they usually have mites or piojillos and when in contact with

birds of our aviary because it can give place for our birds to get infected.

In the same way, in the case that we acquire second-hand cages or other material

for our aviary such as nests, we have to make sure to disinfect

all the cages and accessories that we go to use, because in any small gap

there may be piojillos, mites or even eggs that could eventually hatch in the next

days originating a focus of infection. And finally, mites can also appear

and piojillos when we buy the material that let's use for breeding, as per

example goat hair, which may contain some piojillos, or as I said before, small

larvae that hatch a few days later and be the beginning of a plague. That's why my

recommendation is that when you buy any type of material for the construction of

nest, before using it, put it in bags tight and freeze for about 24-48

hours to eliminate any type of parasite that could contain.

Therefore, once we have more or less clear what are the main causes

which appear mites and piojillos in our aviary, and considering that

mites and piojillos are parasites that reproduce very fast and so

exponential with the arrival of high temperatures, if we do not notice and detect in time

that in our aviary there is a small focus of infection of mites and piojillos, in some

weeks the piojillos will have multiplied and spread throughout the aviary, becoming

in a plague more difficult to eradicate, and even more in the breeding season.

Making a brief outline to make it more easy to understand, to detect if our

birds have mites or piojillos or if in our aviary there are mites or piojillos, in

the breeding season, we will look mainly in nests, carriers and accessories

that we have in the cage, and especially in those that are closest to the nest.

If the nests are rope, it is important that change them at least once or twice

by laying and that almost daily you go checking to see if you detect small

red, black or even gray dots, depending of the development of the mite, since in the unions

of the ropes of the nest are usually hidden with ease. For this reason, currently

nests that I use, for example, for breeding of canaries are these small lining of

polyester that allow me to see easily if there is a parasite in the nest.

So the first way to know if during breeding we have mites or piojillos, is checking

almost daily the nests of our canaries, parakeets etc. and in the case that we detect

the presence of some kind of parasite what It would be more advisable to change the nest

another new one and do a complete cleaning of the cage, since, if we keep the piojillos

in the nest, these could weaken the pups that are quite weak arriving

even to end his life. Another tip, regarding the nests,

is to choose a carrier according to the shape of the nest to prevent it from falling and try

always avoid porous materials such as wood, cloth or similar, since the piojillos

they could be easily reproduced in this type of materials.

And the third council, also for the time of breeding, although in reality it could be applied

at any time of the year, it would be to review all the accessories that we have in the cage,

especially those accessories next to nests, because during breeding is where

the piojillos are usually lodged to leave at night and attack the birds that are

find in the nest. On the other hand, mites and lice can

be lethal in the molting season for our birds, since you already know that it is a

a somewhat critical time for them because that in most cases they end up

leave the breeding and, in addition, to this wear it is joined by the plumage change, which decreases

its defenses and makes it more likely to contract diseases.

But, how do we know if our birds Do they have mites or piojillos during the moult?

Well basically as I mentioned before, observing all the accessories of the cage,

and above all, being very careful with those feathers that stay between the cage and the wall

or in certain areas of the aviary, propitiating an ideal place for the proliferation of

piojillo And finally, to know if they exist in any

time of year, because basically it would be the same, that is, review all accessories

that there are in the cages like for example feeders, perches or perches that have

small holes where they usually stay and reproduce mites or piojillos, etc. As well,

It is important to check the trays of the cages, especially if you use some type

of material, as for example is my case, I use newspaper to recycle it.

So I usually pick it up and clean it well the tray to prevent mites or

piojillo, and you already know that to prevent it you can sprinkle a small amount

of bicarbonate. If you do not know how to use the bicarbonate in the aviary, I take advantage of

leave you up here a video where you I talk about the benefits and uses of bicarbonate

in our aviary and in our birds. Another little trick that will help us

know if in our aviary there is piojillo, would be to use these little traps to

piojillos very easy to make with materials recycled, for which we will basically need

a piece of cardboard, tape and a small rope or hook. Its operation

It is very simple since the cardboard is a material quite porous and also have a few

holes inside, what is going to be a ideal refuge for the piojillos. During

the night will come out to feed on the blood of our birds and then they will go

to take refuge in the trap, so that next day when we go to the aviary and

let's remove these little traps we can check if there are really piojillos in our

aviary, because if there were any They would be hidden in the piece of

paperboard. Also, we can know if our birds

They have piojillo placing a small cloth or light colored cloth, preferably white,

Covering the entire cage at night, and early in the morning, review

the web to see if there was some kind of acaro or piojillo. In the event that there are

small dots would be easily appreciated above the fabric, which would indicate

that we would have mites or piojillo in the aviary

Another method, which also usually works is to inspect the cage overnight

and the aviary with a flashlight or even with the mobile flash, because in the case of

that there is piojillo in the aviary we can give ourselves account clearly since they will move by

the wall or the cage looking for a guest with which to feed.

And another way to see if our bird has mites in the pen, would you take it from this

way and open the wing carefully, and with a magnifying glass and approaching a light bulb we can

appreciate if our bird, in this case A canary has mites on the pen.

And apart, as I have told you in other videos, You must be very careful with the spikes

that many of you use to hang the cage on the wall or with small gaps or crevices,

since these places facilitate reproduction of the piojillos.

One of the main symptoms that indicate us that our canary, parakeet or lovebirds

has mites or piojillo is that they are continuously scratching, uncomfortable and uneasy in

the cage, especially during the night, that you already know that is when the parasites have

activity. Also, the presence of mites or piojillo

could cause our birds to have small areas of the body without feathers, which

It is what is commonly known as bald. So in the event that we notice that our

bird has a small abnormal bald on his plumage could indicate that he was

being attacked by mites or piojillos. Another symptom that in our aviary there is

piojillos or mites, could be the apparition of small crusts in certain areas

of the body of the bird such as the legs, which is what in many cases we know as

flakes on the legs, can also occur at the peak, and even in the case of some

psitácida like for example the parakeets, in the wax.

These small irritations on the skin indicate that our bird suffers from mites

and we should treat it quickly or go to a veterinarian as soon as possible. Discuss

that in the case that you detect that your canary or your bird has scales on

the legs as a result of these parasites, to prevent or eliminate them, you can use

this homemade ointment that I teach you to prepare in the video that I will leave you up here.

On the other hand, in the case of mites of the trachea, we will find out when

all day, and especially during the night, our birds make noise at the time of

breathe and in many cases stay with the beak open and even look like they're

coughing This will indicate us that they can have some kind of respiratory problem or in

Most of the cases that our bird is being affected by mites of the trachea,

so we will have to treat it in the greatest as soon as possible so that it recovers and can

continue leading a normal life. As we have already seen in previous videos,

and basically I gave you commenting also in this video, mites and piojillos

they are a type of parasite that feeds on the blood of our birds, just like

for example fleas or ticks in Cats or Dogs. So this kind of parasites,

they will weaken your organism causing you in many cases a malaise, weakness

and anemia. Finally, to finish the video, if

you want to know different ways and methods to prevent and even eliminate mites

and the piojillos, up here I'm going to leave a note in which if you do

click you can see other videos in which I explain all those forms and methods of

prevent and eliminate mites and lice. I hope these tips and tricks serve you,

How to Survive Xmas! - Duration: 6:33.

Hi Everyone and welcome back to my channel. This is Zuzana from coachzuzana.com

and in this week's video as Christmas is here and we were super

excited about that. We wanted to talk to you about how to survive and nail

Christmas! Christmas is supposed to be the happy time of the year when you get

to meet your family members and your friends that you haven't seen for a

while so you're supposed to get on video with everyone and be nice to one another.

But and there is big but you have to now deal with personalities and put up

with conversation that you simply want to avoid. So today we are going to give

you two communication tips in terms of not only how to survive Christmas but

how to actually nail it! First, I want you to go back to my video on Basic

communication principles which I will link in the comments and also up here

somewhere in cards and I want you to think about the 3 basic questions: Is

it true? Is it kind? and Is it necessary? and because it is Christmas time and

emotions are running so high, I want you to pay particular attention to the: Is it

necessary question. I really want you to memorize it and really think about it

before you to say something this base of like really high running emotions like

do I really need to say that that is what you should be asking yourself and

another important question is especially if you'll be talking to people who you

know might actually rub you off the wrong way is, and it's a million dollar

question: What am I trying to achieve by saying this? So us as people we sometimes

you don't don't really think about what is the result of the words we are going

to use and because of that our communication and relationships suffer. So

am I simply being to be nasty back because they are rude to me or am I just trying to

win an argument for the sake of being right and another one is what am I going

to achieve and how is it going to change the situation to more positive

because you know what if it won't, you know what to do.

A very common topic especially for the single ones, is answering questions

like are you still single why are you still single aren't you looking for that

special someone you're not getting any younger

aren't you afraid you're gonna end up alone. So I believe no one wants to a

listen to this or answer anything like that especially when you've been looking

and it's just simply haven't been happening for you for quite some time

and can bring you down as well and I think that it's just a bit of a lack of

empathy from the other person and I just don't really think that they mean it in

a malicious way to purposely bring you down it's just for them happiness equals

you know being with someone. So what you can say that: I unfortunately haven't met

anyone yet and I'm really happy with my life and once I do and I'm looking you

can say that I would a smile on your face you will be the first person I'll let

know. So you close this conversation and you end it up with class. Another thing

that often happens during the Christmas time is that everybody wants to share

their opinion and people want to feel like you know I want to outsmart the

others and I want to prove that my point is right, so very often we end up in this

power struggle that can very easily escalate and end up in an argument but

nobody wants to feel bad, right? So what happens when you enter in such a power

struggle what I want you to do is ask yourself this question: What is the cost

of me being right in this conversation? so instead of arguing but still getting

your point across you can say something like: Look, this is based on my experience

and this is what I believe is true and I guess

you have to agree to disagree and do it with a smile on your face and do not

make it awkward. What you can also do is like and let's have a look at what Jack

and Danny are talking about then you know like move towards another person

towards the other couple or group of people do it with a smile on your face

like nothing has happened and there's no hard feelings. And if you somehow find

yourself in the middle of a heated exchange think about it

in most cases there's hardly anything to gain but most certainly there's a lot to

lose. Is it really worth it? And remember just because you want to get your

point across and you yell it at the top of your voice does not mean that other

people who hear you or understand you! Tailor the message how you would A)

like to receive it in a moment or I'm sure that at this point we're perhaps

talking about a person you know so tailor it the way how you know them how

they'd like to receive and hear the message so actually you can get your

point across. And if someone is simply being mean to you what you might feel

like is why shouldn't I be just mean back, I want to give them the taste of

their own medicine so what I would really like you to do in

this situation is to stop for a moment breathe and think that you are

the bigger person here so what you are really trying to do and what I would

like you to think is that you're trying to change the type of behavior and show

a different way that is based on kindness so what you can say in this

situation is I really appreciate what you are saying but I don't appreciate your

tone of voice so if you don't mind, I would like to get back to this a bit

later and then excuse yourself handle it in a classy way. This is it for today's

video. We want to wish you very Merry Christmas

may your holidays be wonderful filled with peace, joy, understanding and

fulfilled relationships that we hope we managed to contribute in a tiny way and

That's So Raven's Orlando Brown Gets Help From Dr. Phil After Concerns From His Friends and Manager - Duration: 5:35.

Dr. Phil McGraw is speaking with Orlando Brown to help him amid his downward spiral

The former That's So Raven star, who has a long and complicated history with the law, made an appearance on The Dr

Phil Show Friday, where he spoke candidly about his struggle with addiction, homelessness and his mental health

Get push notifications with news, features and more. Follow Following You'll get the latest updates on this topic in your browser notifications

Brown, who wore a T-shirt underneath a navy suit and fake snake-eye contact lenses, met with the psychologist after his friend and manager Solomon Barron said he reached his breaking point and had to kick Brown, 30, out of his home

Fearing that the former actor, who played Eddie Thomas on the Disney Channel sitcom, would get into more trouble — or worse, end up dead — he reached out to Dr

Phil for help.  "He's burned so many bridges no one wants to deal with him. If you can't help, he does not have a chance," Barron told the talk show host

While on the show — which was taped in October — Brown revealed that he struggled with drug and alcohol addiction, medicating with marijuana and using crystal meth in the past

"Just the influence and the demons that come with that drug kind of took over," he told Dr

Phil.  "A lot of drinking is what happened," Brown continued. "I was drinking a lot

I just found myself in a dark place because I couldn't really find everybody. It's kinda like looking for your keys, when you stop looking, they're right there type of deal

I started to realize what was in front of me. From there, now I'm good."  His substance abuse seemed to have majorly affected his clarity

Though Brown stated that he was four years sober, his friends told Dr. Phil that it was a lie

It was also noticeable when the actor began speaking about his children.  Brown, who claimed he had "quite a bit" of children, revealed that he had four kids that he was aware of — but couldn't quite seem to remember their ages

At first, he told Dr. Phil that his kids were 2, 5, 11, and "like 16 to 18." Brown eventually changed those ages, telling the host later on during the show, "I got a 2-year-old, 4-year-old…5-year-old, 8 and 11… Two-year-old still in the belly

We don't know [the name] yet."  Brown also admitted that he hasn't met all of his children and didn't know the name of his eldest child

One name he was, in fact, certain of? His own.  When Dr. Phil asked Brown to recite his full name, the actor confidently responded, "My full name is Orlando Brown Prince Michael Jackson Jr

aka Blanket." Clarifying on his answer, Brown explained the name was a "nickname I gave to myself

My father was Michael Jackson, the great Michael Jackson."  He also claims to be the son of Will Smith, his manager said, which "comes out of nowhere," according to E!

"All 488 million of my fans know that I don't fabricate or lie. I'm a pretty straight-up guy," he later told the host in response to the claims that he lies often

When it came time for Dr. Phil to make his professional suggestion for a treatment center, Brown did not seem interested

"I think there's a real good chance that what you've been through has caused you to have some neurological disruptions," Dr

Phil said, noting that a significant portion of Brown's thinking appeared to be confused

"I think you need some treatment for that, and in a very short time, you can get back to being the Orlando that has been so successful in your life," he added

Brown, however, was more concerned about spending time with his children.  "I just got out of rehab, out of the E

R., I'm not doing no more time away from my kids that I need to," he continued. "I can't dedicate another 90 days of being monitored all my life… I want my kids to be with me in Neverland

"  Dr. Phil was eventually able to convince the actor to go to a dual diagnosis and treatment facility in Malibu

Since the interview, the host said Brown has been "committed to treatment and has made great strides

"   Prior to getting help from Dr. Phil, Brown was arrested in Las Vegas for an outstanding warrant in April, according to TMZ who reported the news at the time

Brown was brought back to Los Angeles County, where a judge issued a warrant for him after he failed to appear in court for allegedly striking his girlfriend, the outlet reported

Authorities in Torrance and Barstow, California, declined to confirm specifics about the case when contacted by PEOPLE, and a rep for Brown could not be found

In 2014, a woman told police that the actor had threatened to kill her and her daughter

Brown agreed to a plea deal with prosecutors and paid a minimal fine.

Bishop Doug's 2018 Christmas Greeting - Duration: 3:37.

When blossoms flowered near the snows upon a winter night. Was born the child the

Christmas rose, the king of love and light. Sisters, Brothers, Siblings in the

Episcopal Church in Northern Indiana, Grace and peace be with you in Jesus the

Christmas rose, the king of love and light. We find ourselves moving these

last days of Advent, a season of waiting, to the season of Christmas, a season of

hope and possibilities. Sisters and Brothers, I'd invite you to choose a

favorite carol like When Blossoms Flowered or Silent Night or perhaps

another contemporary carol and reflect and use it as a point of prayer each day

during the twelve days of Christmas. Reflect on why it means so much to you. So many

of our hymns and carols speak about Jesus's attributes as the Prince of

Peace or the the Hope for Salvation the Word made flesh. All of those phrases

give us a sense of helping to form us in our ongoing faith journey. So

spend each day during the twelve days thinking about that particular carol. I

also wanted to say we live in a world at this time that I think can cause, I know

it does for me, cause me a bit of sadness a bit of sorrow over the

things that we face. People who are living on the edge. People who are

struggling with trying to figure out where their next paycheck is going to

come from. We live in a world that needs us as people of faith more and more to

be beacons of light and hope in the way that we live and in the

actions that we take. So also pray for peace. Pray for peace in

our homes. Peace in our our individual lives, in our communities, in our nation

and in the world among the nations of the of the world. I want to offer a word

of thanks to the missioners who serve with me in this diocese for all the

work they do in resourcing you in so very many ways and the support they

offer me and to you as well. Finally, I'd like to say that I will uphold all of

you in prayer these next days as you gather in your faith communities for

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day services. Let's pray for one another. And I want to

conclude with one of my favorite collects during the Christmas season

that we don't often have a chance to pray that comes on the Second Sunday of

Christmas. Oh God, who wonderfully created, and yet more wonderfully restored the

dignity of human nature, grant that we may share the divine life of him who

humbled himself to share our humanity, your son, Jesus Christ, who lives and

reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit one God now and forever.

Merry Christmas

Zofia Stryjeńska "Kowal", pocztówka z lat 30. - Duration: 2:31.

The style of Zofia Stryjeńska (1891-1976) is fully recognizable.

In the antique shop there is a postcard from the years thirties with the reproduction of her work "Smith."

Stryjeńska was a painter, graphic artist, illustrator, set designer, designer of fabrics, posters and also toys.

The shape of her style was influenced by both studies and staying in Zakopane, where she lived in 1921-27,

with her husband, Karol Stryjeński, an architect.

At the beginning of her artistic work, she released two portfolios

colored lithographs, entitled "God's Slavic" (1918, 1922),

She revived in them and transposed the threads of Slavic mythology. She also did decorative painting, preparing, among others

frescoes in the Museum of Technology and Industry in Krakow (1917), or polychrome rooms in the Senators' bastion at Wawel (1917).

As a member of the Association of Polish Artists Rhythm (from 1922)

Stryjeńska took part in the International Decorative Art Exhibition in Paris in 1925,

by decorating the main hall of the Polish pavilion

six panneaux depicting the ceremonial year in Poland.

The artist then achieved spectacular success - she received four Grand Prix in different categories!

A characteristic style for Stryjeńska was a style full of joy settled in Polish tradition and the affirmation of life flowing in the rhythm of nature.

Dynamic, multi-colored, rhythmic works full of linear elements,

characterized by compactness of composition and numerous decorative details.

In the period of the greatest popularity of Stryjeńska her work were distributed in the form of text, albums and postcards,

such as: "Polish dances", "Passover. Song of Resurrection of the Lord "," Piast dynasty" and "Polish rites".

In addition, she practiced extensively drafted activities.

And as a scenographer, she collaborated with the Theater Municipal Słowackiego in Cracow;

she was eg the author of decorations and costumes for the ballet "Harnasie"

exhibited in Warsaw (1938), Brussels, Paris and New York (1939).

Of course: she exhibited at home and abroad. Of course: she received numerous awards and distinctions.

How Resident Evil 2 Scene Is Censored In Japan - Duration: 2:24.

Christmas Message - Duration: 1:06.

Hello! And this is just a very quick video to wish everybody out there:

Frohe Weihnachten!

Yeah, it's been a bit of a strange year this year.

It's been fun,

but I had actually set myself the target of uploading two videos a week to this channel

and one to my other channel, and...

...yeah, that didn't happen, but never mind.

I am working on one last "Destination" video,

which I hope will be up by the end of the year.

And apart from that, what happens next year I have absolutely no idea.

Now, I think I have mentioned this before,

but I am in the very early stages of planning

a new and exciting and very different project.

If that goes well, there'll be more about it later next year.

So all that remains for me to say is:

Thank you everybody for watching my videos, writing your comments and sending me postcards.

Have a great Christmas, and see you again soon!

Banking While Black Is Apparently Illegal Now - Duration: 4:34.

In the United States today, it is apparently now illegal to bank while black.

Here's a story that happened earlier this week.

African American man in the state of Ohio, man by the name of Paul McCown's, had a new

job.

He just started recently, walks into a bank with this paycheck, tries to cash the check,

provides them with the two forms of Id that they requested and gave them a fingerprint.

He just wanted to cash a check and they ran it through the system and said, you know what,

something doesn't smell right here.

We don't.

We don't like this.

This is too much money.

So they tried to call his employer and asked him if he was in fact paying this African

American man a little over a thousand dollars for work that he had done that that's not

that much in terms of a paycheck, but still they thought that was too much money for this

black man who walked into their bank to have so they believed after they were unable to

reach his employer, they thought it was fraudulent.

They thought he forged this check even though we'd given them the ID, the fingerprint did

everything right, and so he takes the check and says, okay, well I'm going to go.

Didn't cause a scene, didn't get upset, just walked out of the bank and when he got into

his vehicle, there was already a cop car there waiting for him because while the bank was

telling him they're not going to cash this check because it's too high for a black man.

They had called the cops.

The man was handcuffed, placed inside the cop car, and then thank God the cops were

able to reach his employer who verified, yeah, he works for me.

Yes, I pay him that much.

What's the problem?

So the cops let them go.

The next day he went to a different bank and was able to cash the check.

No problem.

This is racism.

You know the bank Papalo guys.

They said, Oh God, we're so, so sorry sir.

See what's happened is we've had 11 cases of fraud over the last few months and so we're

just hyper vigilant.

That was their excuse for hypervigilant because there's been so much fraud.

No, you have embedded racism in you.

That's what happened.

Now, I'm not saying that any of these tellers are overtly racists, that they're going out

on the weekends and putting all their white hoods and burning crosses.

I don't think that at all, but I do think that this story highlights a major problem

in the United States is that we have too many people who are racist and don't even know

it, and I think that's what happened with this bank tellers.

They are inherently racist people, but deep down, you know that's something they do hold.

They may not have known it was there, but they saw black men come in with a check for

a little over a thousand dollars.

I told him, this is too much money for a guy like you were the cops.

That is a deep seated, embedded racism that this country has to address.

You know, it's bad enough that we have the overt people out there that feel empowered

under this administration, but the rest of us have to look inside ourselves and realize

we're not that innocent either.

You know, maybe you've gone a little over to the side of the street one time while walking

because there was a black person coming the other way and maybe you thought a person looks

scary.

That's embedded racism.

You may not be a racist, but that's what that is.

It's that inherent bias that people unfortunately still hold and we have to move past that.

We have to get over it because if we don't, we're going to continue down this path to

where every time a black person in the United States tries to do something, whether it's

cash a check, whether it's sell lemonade, go to a community pool, we're going to end

up calling the cops on them every time ruining their lives, embarrassing them, terrifying

their children and proving to them that we're still horrible, racist people.

We're not.

We shouldn't be, but I still think too many of us are, and that's something we have to

work on.

It's not their fault.

It's not the fault of the African American community that is 100 percent on the rest

of us and we're the ones who have to address it and.

Correct it.

It's just about dark now, and we've arrived at the cabin.

looks like that my mom and relatives haven't gotten here yet,

yeah I don't know why she packed so much..

because we're only staying here like 2 days..

so I guess the loft area is where..

the kids will be,

because downstairs, there's a bedroom,

I shall take..

I like this one.

the relatives have arrived!

My mom, grandma, aunt, and my cousin.

so in the downstairs space,

this will be

my mom and her sister's room,

right next to it is my grandma's room,

it's really cute with that light up there.

and then, the bathroom is here, it's actually

very spacious and clean- I like it when there's wooden walls.

it's very warm as well, and has a shower,

*grandma talking about the heater vent*

*struggling to open this*

-it's coming

-I forgot our christmas plates at home!!

so we're having a conversation at dinner, and how

My cousin and his mom are actually living in Milan,

and they've actually picked up Italian, so I was telling them how I speak a little french,

I was telling them like 'bonjour'

and stuff like that,

so Jason, my cousin, is gonna speak a little bit of Italian!

*Jason speaking Italian*

-nice!

-IM TRYING

-but I keep..

-you need ot dig the top one sideways too,

look, both of mine are horizontal.

-yes that's exactly how.

that's right.

-I'M NOT MOVING

-it's okay,

*screams*

-that's what you want! you want to not move.

-I KNOW BUT I'M NOT MOVING AT ALL.

Tyler: now you go infront and I'm just gonna follow you.

it's been a fun 2 days,

I thought that the powdery snow would've made it much easier-

which it did on the greens,

but on the blues,

it was so much more challenging

so I really engaged my muscles, and I feel like I had a good workout

but I'm pretty much good..

this trip, I don't think I need to ski another day,

that's what I was thinking, 'maybe we can go tomorrow.'

-I thought she was writing a diary entry, to end the night.

but, she turned out to be writing this.

-"I have difficulty speaking,

so Tyler's helping me with the outro today.

He and everyone has been an immense comfort to me while I'm ill.

I have to say, I guess it finally caught up with me.

..if you might have noticed me having sneezing fits

all through each day since many weeks ago,

I got a lot of good sleep on a regular routine for finals,

so my body kept pushing through.

after the flight was delayed back to california,

and it was the equivalent of an all nighter,

followed by more travels-

my body lost.

but it's okay.

I feel better than I did last night already,

I'm currently experiencing full body aching and shivers,

so I'm hopping in the shower after this.

first step is to always raid my parents' closet,

my dad's sweatshirts are there to be found.

I would have to say that despite how in pain I've been,

I wouldn't change a thing.

I'm so happy to have skied with my family, and to have their company.

I'm thankful for the warmth and shelter I can expect,

and I'm lucky to know that

with confidence,

I will get well.

I am also thankful for you,

as part of the wonderful community we have here.

I truly enjoy sharing my memories and

although editing has been slower and hard while I'm ill,

it is a huge blessing in my everyday.

to those who are also sick now,

I hope you get proper rest tonight,

remember that your health, your body,

is something you only get one of,

and you should really care for above all else.

Powerful Parallel Reality SHIFTING Technique using Mental Pictures - Duration: 16:16.

this video I'm going to be sharing with you about mental pictures and parallel realities.

This is a powerful shifting technique that I think will change your life.

Welcome back to another video.

My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness.

Now, this video I'm going to be sharing with you that have a shifting technique that you

can apply in your life starting today, and it has to do with understanding outcome.

Now, this doesn't mean that we're necessarily attached to the outcome, but this is something

that when we begin to dial in on, we begin to refine our vibration and we begin to experience

what we want because as you may have heard me say many times, we get in life a reflection

of our vibration.

Our vibration is a combination of what we think, how we feel, and how we act.

When we change these three things, we didn't change our reality.

Now, the glue to these three things many times is actually our self image.

So let me ask you a question.

How do you see yourself?

Do you see yourself as successful?

Do you see yourself as able to be in a happy relationship?

Do you see yourself as being able to, uh, be abundant when it comes to finances?

Do you see yourself as healthy?

How do you see yourself?

Because the way you see yourself is going to be the way that you think, act and feel,

and then you will continue to experience realities that are conductive to that vibration.

Now, when it comes to parallel realities, understand that.

Let me just first off explain a little bit about parallel realities in case you haven't

seen some of my other videos before and just to kind of refresh it as well because it'll

help us understand how we use the shifting technique.

Now, the idea and the understanding of parallel realities is that we're shifting billions

of times per second from parallel reality, the parallel reality.

Now that might seem like a, like high billion at the time for a second, but think about

it.

If there's one variable that has changed, it's a completely separate reality.

So why would we, we may be over here relating to ourselves in a certain way.

There may be a fly that goes a little bit in this direction, so to this direction.

Well, those are two separate totally different realities.

Even though I may look almost the exact same, but understanding that we are shifting between

these different frames of reality every second helps us understand how much we are already

shifting without even knowing it.

So when it comes to shifting parallel realities, understand that the only moment that exists

is this moment right now.

We experience time, but time doesn't exist in the way that we think it does.

What we think of as movements.

What we think of as time is movement through these different parallel realities.

So if I were to right now on the editing software to stretch out this video that I'm doing,

I would be able to stop it, stretch it out, and then see all these different frames of

me going like this and like this and like this and like this.

And as I'm doing all of these different movements, I can see that they're all individual frames,

but it looks like one long fluid movement.

However, that's just because we have memory and we were able and we are able to tie all

these realities together.

Now, the reason I say all of this is because what I want to begin to put your attention

on is that you can really let go of the past, that mental pictures you have about who you

are.

If you are tying it to your past, you will continue to create your past over and over

again.

People have a certain mental picture about what kind of relationship they deserve, and

guess what?

They continue to experience that pattern over and over again until they become aware of

it so you become aware of it.

You then let go of the past, and the other powerful thing about understanding parallel

realities is that as you change in the present moment right now, you also change which pasts

you connect to.

So if you're confident right now, it's easier for you to remember other times in your past

when you were confident, and it's also easier to imagine other times in your future where

you may be confident.

If you feel unworthy right now, it'll be easy for you to remember times in your past when

you're unworthy and in the same way.

Imagine the future that's an unworthy.

However, in the present moment right now, depending on your state, that's going to be

which reality is you connect to, so they both exists right now.

That's the powerful thing is they both exist.

It's about redefining yourself in the present moment, so that's the power of parallel realities

and understanding.

Also, you're always shifting whether you're aware of it or not.

You're shifting because you're moving, so anytime you're moving, you are creating this

change that the question is not, can you shift parallel realities because you're doing it

already.

The question is, can you create a greater degree of change between your current reality

and where you want to be?

Now, how do you do that?

Well, when it comes to this, the best way to do this is to simply make a new choice.

It is a choice.

It is a choice to get out of the pain.

It is a choice to do something that you haven't done before.

It is a choice to move into a new timeline.

Now, there's a certain momentum of the timeline you're currently on, the timeline you're currently

on.

There's a certain momentum that you have going if you were to make new choices, you deviate

that timeline and maybe you liked the timeline you're on.

Maybe you're like, you know, I imagine if I keep doing what I'm doing right now, I'm

going to move up in my company.

I'm gonna, do this, I'm going to do that.

Then that's totally cool.

However, many people want to shift to a more probable timeline of something they want to

experience.

Now, the way you do that is through your choices.

It's through what are you choosing right now in the present moment.

Now, you can either be motivated by pain or pleasure.

Some people I know in my life, I had a lot of pain with working a job I didn't like,

so I made the choice to put everything I ended up I had into something else.

There have been times in my past when I felt a lot of emotional pain from my past and I

made the choice to then deal with it and so then in a way embrace past, transformed my

pass, and then I did, but I had to make that choice, so it's about understanding the power

of choice.

Now when it comes to mental images, here's the new part of the video.

I had to kind of give that as a base basis to lay the groundwork for everything I'm gonna.

Share with you now in the present moment right now, whatever you are focusing on, you are

drawing upon that energy.

Let me say what I mean about that.

Five.

Focus on, for example, Tony Robbins, his content, I will start to become more empowered.

I will start to feel more empowered.

My solar plexus may light up a little bit more and I'll feel more going into certain

direction because I'm drawing upon that energy.

If I were to study somebody that was a study, something to do with the third eye and listened

to some speaker that's talking about the third eye, I may start to become more intuitive

because whatever you focus on, you draw upon by you focusing on my videos, you are in a

way, we are sharing our energy together and you are bringing some of my qualities into

your life, whether you're aware of it or not, in the same way who ever you are watching,

you are drawing upon qualities of them.

It's almost like an energetic exchange.

Even if you're not physically there.

You may be around somebody or see somebody that's very funny.

Well, by focusing on them, you're bringing more of that fun into your life.

You are constantly exchanging energy with whatever you are focusing on and when you

become aware of this, you can then start to focus on what you want to be more like.

So there was a time I was watching a lot of like vloggers and there's nothing wrong with

bloggers.

I like floggers, but I was watching like certain like vloggers that do certain things.

You do pranks or whatever, and after watching them I realized that yes, things are becoming

more fun, but I also realized that what I was going to bed at night, I was having these

crazy dreams and it wasn't necessarily feeding the kind of person that I prefer to become.

It was more so feeding this, uh, not escape, but just it was for entertainment purposes,

but it was, it wasn't feeding me in any way, in a positive way necessarily.

And I realized this and what I did is I started watching other things.

I started watching things that I knew would serve me.

So the key for me has been to always focus on things that I know will give me some sort

of dividend dividend meaning, like something that comes back to me now when it comes to

mental pictures, understand like we were talking about a minute ago, everything we focus on,

we're having an inner energy exchange with.

Think about the mental picture, a picture in your mind of you living your best life,

you doing exactly what you want to be doing.

Maybe you're traveling the world, maybe you are in a great relationship.

Maybe you are owning your own business.

Maybe you are a with your family and you feel healthy.

Whatever it is, imagine and see that in your mind as a mental picture, as you focus on

that version of you, which by the way parallel reality show was that that version of you

already exists because all realities we can imagine exists right now.

It is simply about increasing the probability of it and you increase the probability that

when you start to be in that vibration, how you think, act and feel, but using the imagination,

you have to see the mental picture.

You have the best quality version of you.

Understand that as you focus on that version of you, you are bringing more of that version

of you into this reality so you can begin to see how powerful that is.

And for this process, what I recommend you do is I'm going to link a, a parallel reality.

Meditation's one of my most powerful meditations.

Below it's gonna, be on the top of the description box.

I say, listen to it for 21 days, it'll change your life.

Read the comments just to see what is possible as well that's going to be there because when

it comes to parallel realities, it's about really giving yourself permission to shift

because you'll shift and then you'll say, well, what about this?

What about that?

What about my past?

What about all these things?

What about all my friends?

What do they think?

What am I think?

All of these things that you're thinking about that's pulling you back into the old reality.

Stop affirming the old reality with your thoughts, feelings and actions.

The more that you feed it, the more that you will experience it over and over again.

If you start affirming the reality you want to experience, hold that frame, hold that

frame room within.

Know that that's something that will serve you.

There's a certain level of conviction here and one of the things I'm doing with this

video is showing you that shifting is as easy as a choice.

We just may believe that it has to be harder.

You know, with manifestation techniques on how our beliefs create our reality that will

have a belief that this stuff is really hard to do.

It does not have to be hard to do.

Instead, it can be something that you do, that you see in something that you can give

yourself permission to right now.

You can give yourself permission right now to shift.

You can give yourself permission right now to act and to be and to feel as that version

of you and think about it a lot of times we will only give ourselves permission to feel

a certain way.

Once X, Y, z happens, it's just a thought in the mind.

It's a thought in the mind because all realities exist.

Now.

Give yourself permission now to feel the wholeness, the completeness, the happiness.

Think about the best version of you, what you would be doing.

What would you be feeling?

What would you be thinking and imagine the qualities of that version of you, the qualities,

the values, the way that that version of you is the way that version of you relates to

other people, the body language of that version of you, even as you think about this right

now, you are drawing upon the qualities of that mental picture in your mind of that version

of you and you are bringing more of that into your life experience and that's the power

of mental pictures, mental pictures, emotion.

Remember, the mental picture is only there to give you some type of form or way of feeling

that level of emotion anyways.

The visualization itself is a symbol of what you want to experience that allows you to

feel a certain emotion from within your body and as you feel that emotion from within your

body, you will draw upon more opportunities and synchronicities in your life that reflect,

that change within you, but it's about understanding that it's more about the emotion than it is

about the actual image.

That mental image, this is a combination of the head to the heart, the head to the heart,

not just the head of the mental pictures, not even just the feeling, it's the combination

of both.

Set the intention, the intention is the plan.

It is the.

It is the putting it into the direction that you want to experience.

That is where the power is, and you start to tap into that.

When you start to have that mental picture in your mind, become clear.

So many people I see, they just don't have the clear goals.

They don't even know what they want.

What do you want?

You're like, uh, I don't.

I don't know or I want to do.

It's very general.

Be Clear as to what you want because the clarity gives you that momentum.

It gives you that direction and that momentum that you can draw upon, but know that the

reality you want to experience already exists.

You can literally connect to that version of you and draw upon the energy now to see

what you can do right now to be in that vibrational state.

Remember your reality that you re experience is always equal to the vibration you are putting

out.

Your vibration is a combination of what you think, how you feel and how you act, and when

you imagine the best possible version of you, you are drawing upon the qualities and the

vibration of that version of you and then what you do is you start to embody it in the

present moment by giving yourself permission.

Now, there are actions you can do to do so.

Sounds like a broken record.

When I say this, I get it.

I understand, but when I went full time on Youtube, I treated as if full time youtube

was already my job because I knew that I'd get into the vibrational state of it, so I

made daily videos while I had a job I didn't care about.

I say that because that was the vibrational state that I prefer to be in.

What vibrational state that you prefer to be in?

What do you prefer to be doing?

Is it creating art?

Because it's so make our everyday or consistently or be passionate about or read about it puts

your energy into what you're passionate about, into the mental picture of the best possible

version of you and know what that is.

Know what that looks like, know what that feels like.

Know what actions you take.

Now, all of that, because remember, whatever you focus on, you are drawing upon the qualities

of that, so pay attention to where you put your focus because wherever you put your focus

is where you are drawing upon that energy.

So this is about understanding the power of mental pictures.

Also the power mental pictures on your subconscious mind.

Powerful technique technique you can do before you go to bed is to imagine the best possible

reality you want to experience as if you already experienced it.

Put your hands over your heart and feel it as you're going to bed.

Allow yourself to sink into sleep while feeling the gratitude for already been in that reality

that will influence your subconscious mind in a powerful way, but remember, it's about

the emotion now.

Just to think you're not just like, oh, I really hope this happens.

A certain picture in my mind.

Instead, allow yourself to absorb into your heart center and to combine the head in the

heart.

When you combine both of these things, very powerful things begin to happen, so this is

what is available for you and like I said, the most powerful shifting meditation I have,

it allows you to give yourself permission to really shift and to let go of the old story.

That's what makes it such a powerful meditation.

That's why it has over four, 500,000 views I think from my highest viewed meditation.

Go Click on the top description box.

Twenty one days is what I recommend because that will really allow you to let go of different

layers that come up.

Really allow you to affirm that new reality and you'll see that in top description box

below.

Also, I'll be doing more live videos on instagram, so if you want to see me, I do a.

You can ask me questions.

I also interacts a lot over there and do daily posts as well, so if you haven't followed

me on instagram yet, you'll see that right over here.

Other than that, I hope you enjoyed this video.

Feel free to like this video if you liked it, subscribe if you haven't already hit the

little notification to so the you could see the daily bids that I do, and other than that,

as always, peace, much love.

Namaste.

The other side of IMMIGRATION in AMERICA - VisualPolitik EN - Duration: 11:41.

We know, immigration is a hot topic in the United States.

And of course it's a polarizing subject.

You might be in favor of or against it, but you're unlikely to remain neutral.

You probably also think that immigration is either an opportunity or a threat.

However, dear folks of VisualPolitik, in the

United States there's another kind of immigration that isn't talked about much, but which

involves a huge flow of people moving from one territory to another every year.

I'm talking about inter-state immigration, the kind of immigration that happens between

the states that make up the country as a whole.

Something that creates winner and loser states.

Also, folks, after Donald Trump and the Republican Party's latest fiscal reform, everything

indicates that this type of immigration is going to grow.

Obviously, as you can imagine, people tend to immigrate to the most prosperous territories.

So, here are a few questions that you might be asking yourselves:

What inter-state immigration trends are happening in the United States?

What does this type of immigration entail?

Which states are the winners and which are the losers?

Why? and...

What can we expect in the future?

Well, let's see.

(WINNERS AND LOSERS)

Every year, millions of Americans pack up their bags and move to another state.

And, logically some states have positive immigration balances every year.

That is to say, year after year more compatriots arrive than leave.

And also, of course, the opposite happens.

Some states see many residents move to another state every year, many more than those who

arrive.

Because states compete with each other.

Of course, each state has its own characteristics, its own regulations, taxes, policies… and

logically this makes some states more prosperous than others.

Obviously people tend to move to more prosperous places, to states where there's more work,

better living conditions, and where more companies are being established.

Well, according to data from the IRS, or Internal Revenue Service, the federal government agency

responsible for collecting taxes, between the end of 2015 and the end of 2016, 2.8%

of taxpayers had moved to another state.

According to this information – and I can assure you that the IRS has the best data

in the United States – the migration rate, the internal mobility in the United States,

is very, and I mean very high compared to other developed countries.

Having said this, want to know which states have the greatest migratory deficit?

That is, the states with the greatest difference between Americans leaving and arriving per

year?

Well, check it out.

Yes, as you can see, New York is in the lead as the least attractive state for Americans

to stay in.

In net terms, only in 2016, and discounting arrivals, more than 150,000 Americans left.

It's followed by other states such as Illinois, New Jersey, and California.

Wait, California?

Could anyone imagine that California, the land of technology, gorgeous beaches, and

good weather would be on the list?

Well, there it is.

And now the opposite question: What are the states with the greatest migratory surplus

of Americans?

Check it out.

Florida.

With a positive balance of about 200,000 Americans, has become the winner.

Mind you, this information is from 2016, but if instead of taking the data from the last

available year we looked at a longer period of time, for example since the beginning of

the 90s, the result is practically the same.

New York, California and Illinois lost the most Americans, while Florida, Arizona and

Texas won the most.

And... just a second, because this is much more important than meets the eye.

Do you remember the video we made recently about the hidden debt of states?

Well, folks, every time a state loses Americans, it loses a lot of wealth.

For example, the almost 200,000 Americans who moved to Florida, in net terms, in 2016

held an income of more than 17 billion dollars that year.

An income that, from now on, will be produced within Florida.

Part of this will be saved in the state's financial entities, while another part will

be spent in its stores, supermarkets, cinemas, restaurants, and gas stations.

And another part will be invested in new businesses that will mainly be located in Florida.

All this means more wealth, more work, and also more tax revenues for this state.

See how important this is?

It doesn't seem so trivial anymore...

Does it?

However.

Having seen all this, the question remains, what variables explain this movement of people?

Listen up.

(THE COMPETITION)

There are many reasons why people move from one place to another: family, work, climate,

opportunities, universities....

However if we take all the data into account there are a couple of factors that stand out.

And one of them is taxes.

In 2016, almost 600 thousand people moved from the 25 states with the highest taxes

to the 25 states with lowest taxes.

In fact, of the 25 states with the highest taxes, no less than 24 had a net emigration,

that is, they saw more Americans leaving than arriving.

Because folks, despite what's sometimes said, internal migration isn't motivated

by the weather or things like that.

While California does suffer from this deficit, a state like New Hampshire, which is small,

cold, mountainous, and has a narrow coastline has recorded a surplus since the year 2000.

And, listen up, because the neighbors of Joshua Bartlett's state, Rhode Island, Vermont, and

Massachusetts, all have much higher taxes, and lose Americans every year.

And yes, New Hampshire is the state with the second lowest taxes in the United States.

Coincidence?

Not at all.

The same happens in the Midwest.

While South Dakota generally registers a surplus of immigrants from year to year, its neighboring

states, Nebraska, Iowa and Minnesota, which have higher taxes, have had migration deficits

for 5 consecutive years.

And then there's Kentucky versus Tennessee or California versus Nevada, Texas versus

Washington.

States with higher taxes lose and states with lower taxes win.

What's more, a study done by economists from the Treasury Department, estimated that

when New Jersey raised its state income tax in 2004 by almost 2.5 points, it caused more

than 80 millionaires to change residences per year.

That might not seem like much, but the truth is that residents with higher rents pay proportionally

more taxes.

Now, just a second, because with taxes come regulations; for example, and perhaps, especially,

those that affect housing.

See, a combination of high property taxes and several regulations and limitations to

building make living in one particular state much more expensive than living in another.

This is what happens in California.

(" Californians fed up with housing costs and taxes are fleeing state in big numbers".

CNBC)

Folks, renting an apartment in Las Vegas or Phoenix costs, on average less, than half

the cost of an apartment in Los Angeles or San Francisco.

When we saw Silicon Valley emerge recently, we noticed that there were no big buildings

in the area, remember?

Now you can understand why it's so expensive.

Not much housing and a lot of demand led to incredibly high prices.

And, of course, this makes moving to another state worth it for many people, even if they'll

earn less.

But, this has been the case so far.

And we can say that the effect that all of this has had has been very important:

States with a migration surplus have also been able to grow more, partly because they

have more attractive policies for companies, entrepreneurs and, as we've also seen, workers.

But... from now on... everything indicates that the effect will be even greater.

All thanks to Donald Trump and the Republican Party's tax reform.

Listen up.

(MORE COMPETITION)

This may be one of the best things Donald Trump has done.

The fiscal reform of the end of 2017 not only meant improving taxation for companies, but

also boosting competition among the states.

Until now, the federal government subsidized part of a state's taxes.

This is because they were deductible.

What you paid to the state was deducted from the taxes that you had to pay to the federal

government.

Something that worked as an incentive for states to raise taxes.

Well, the tax reform has limited this situation so that the number of households that can

deduct local and state taxes has dropped from 42 million homes in 2017 to about 17 million

in 2018.

All while having much smaller deduction amounts.

This has been the equivalent of an automatic tax increase in the states with higher taxes.

Because now their taxpayers will have to pay the state tax and practically the entire federal

tax in full.

For example, according to the calculations of the El Cato Foundation, a taxpayer from

the state of New York who in 2017 would have received a rate of 33% on federal income tax

and $ 30,000 on state and local taxes could have decreased federal taxes by $ 10,000.

That is, thanks to this deduction, state and local taxes would have cost $ 20,000

However, with the new tax reform, they'll now have to pay $ 30,000 for state and local

taxes-- 33% more.

And that shows!

So now the differences between the states with the highest taxes and the states with

the lowest taxes will be much greater.

("Perhaps if the high-tax states didn't have this federal crutch to prop up their

big spending, they might have to cut taxes to stay competitive".

Ronald Reagan)

In fact, as the Wall Street Journal recently published, there's a boom in Florida for

wealthy buyers who want to purchase real estate and establish their residence there.

Do you know why?

Could it have something to do with the fact that Florida doesn't have a state income

tax and that its property taxes are also relatively low?

Anyway, folks, do you know what all this means?

No less than a new era of competition between the states of the USA.

From now on, state governments will feel a lot more pressure to manage their budgets

well.

The good news is that the evidence points to this being good for everyone.

Basically, this is the growing rivalry that the states are beginning to develop behind

the scenes--a rivalry to be the most desirable and affordable place for US citizens to live.

iPhones Are Getting BANNED - Duration: 3:06.

So Apple and Qualcomm have been locked in a long-running battle over patents and royalties

that has played out in courts worldwide.

A week ago, Apple faced a ban in China that prevented them from selling every iPhone from

the iPhone 6S through the iPhone X from store shelves.

Apple violated some of Qualcomm's software patents in China and hence the ban.

But, Apple issued a software update in the hopes of addressing the disputed Qualcomm

technology.

It's now up to Chinese courts to determine if the update was enough to avoid the sales

ban.

Now, a German court has ruled that certain iPhones violate one of Qualcomm's numerous

patent.

Therefore, Apple is now banned from selling certain iPhones in Germany.

Unlike China's ban, which Apple could potentially solve with a software update, the case in

Germany is different.

It's totally hardware based.

So Apple can't do much here.

They've already stopped selling iPhone 7 and 8 models from their retail stores in Germany

until this issue is resolved.

By the way, Qualcomm is seeking a ban on some iPhones because Apple violated one of Qualcomm's

patents around so-called envelope tracking, a feature that helps mobile phones save battery

power while sending and receiving wireless signals.

Apple uses a combination of Intel and Qorvo components for their chipsets.

And Qorvo is the one who violated this patent.

Anyway, as a result of all of this, Apple's shares have spiraled down with one of the

steepest declines on record for the company.

Apple's shares hit the lowest in 3 years.

Note that, Apples primary source of income is the iPhone, sales drop enough and their

other sources of income cannot make up for it.

Not to mention their other income is highly dependent on the success of the iPhone.

iPhone sales drop and fewer people pay for Apple services causing revenue to fall more.

Meanwhile most Android OEMs do not rely on their mobile division to stay profitable.

Many could exit the mobile industry and keep on going in their other industries.

Apple leaves mobile and they've got nothing but the Mac to fall on.

So these iPhone bans is a big deal to them.

Note that Apple has already designed out Qualcomm modems in favor of Intel, but still requires

a license from Qualcomm because both the Intel modems and other aspects of the iPhone uses

many of Qualcomm's patents even with the transition to 5G, which Apple is trailing a year behind

other smartphone OEMs in launching.

So yeah, the only way for Apple to ditch Qualcomm altogether is by developing their own custom

modem chips, but that project will take years to bear any fruit.

That said, let me know your thoughts on this down in the comments and I'll see you'll tomorrow...Peace

out!

John Arne Riise couldn't resist mocking Pickford on Twitter after latest mistake v Spurs - Duration: 3:16.

Jordan Pickford made yet another costly mistake on Sunday afternoon as Everton faced Tottenham at Goodison Park

Everton took the lead through Theo Walcott in the 21st minute, but six minutes later Spurs were level after Pickford came rushing out of goal and caused confusion with Kurt Zouma

Pickford and Zouma both missed the ball, giving Son Heung-min an open goal to shoot at

He made no mistake with a stunning finish from a tight angle.  Dele Alli and Harry Kane then scored to give Tottenham a 3-1 lead heading into half-time, but all eyes were on Pickford as the players headed for the tunnel

The England goalkeeper has now made three errors leading to goals in the Premier League this season - more than any other player

One of his mistakes came moments before Divock Origi's late header in the recent Merseyside derby at Anfield, which Liverpool won 1-0

A looping volley from Virgil van Dijk completely fooled Pickford, who palmed the ball onto the bar and straight into Origi's path to clinch three points

Liverpool fans came out in force to mock Pickford after that game and they couldn't help but do it again during Everton vs Tottenham

Even John Arne Riise joined in the fun by tweeting: "Someone's lost his confidence," with a laughing-crying and see-no-evil monkey emoji

Very cheeky.  As you can imagine Liverpool fans enjoyed Riise slyly mocking Pickford, who once said he wouldn't make mistakes like Alisson by messing around at the back

"It's a risk - if it comes off it looks good," said Pickford in September, per the Daily Mail

"But if it doesn't. It's a style of play and I think that's the way Liverpool want to play as well

"Mistakes will happen and it's about not making the next one. I'm going to try not to put myself in that position to make those mistakes

"It's the timing of the game, really. You don't want to get too comfortable if you're winning and start trying to be a No 10

"If it's on to do I'll do it and if it's not we'll manage the game. That's where I learn more

The more games you play the more game management you learn."  Awkward.

GRIS Review - The ethereal platformer - Duration: 5:35.

Although I'm not the first to throw myself over any artsy game, I know the feeling when

every now and then, you come across a title that hits the nail on the head with such overwhelming

strength it leaves you emotionally charged for several days after finishing it.

Which was definitely the case this time around.

Gris is a 2018 adventure-platformer whose name I can only assume was most likely derived

from the French word for the color gray as opposed to an alternative spelling of the

word ''grease.''

And cause up here in northern Europe, it means pig.

Which leads me to feel as if that the French variation is a bit more plausible.

It was created by Studio Nomada and features art by Conrad Roset and a soundtrack by Berlinist.

Did I say any of those names correctly?

Probably not.

Moving on.

Your objective in this game is very simple; it is to bring color back to an otherwise

gray world.

And you do this by exploring the world and collecting little shining orbs by solving

platforming puzzles so that you can proceed to the next area - which also means finding

a new set of colors to fill the world with.

As far as story goes, I can't tell you what the game is about other than the fact that

you control a girl on a journey to bring color back to her world.

Of course I could technically speaking tell you why I found myself crying at the end of

it but I'd much rather you went through the game yourself.

The game has no dialogue and no story presented in text-form either.

All story-telling that occurs is told visually and through certain musical cues, which makes

for a very personal experience.

This type of art game is just the type of thing that exists for each and every one of

us to interpret in our own way, and this title is no exception.

Although the game is a platformer, it's not particularly difficult.

There's no high-skill platforming action going on, but that's also not what the game is trying

to do either.

Some of the puzzles might have you scratching your head for a bit but overall there are

no weird difficulty spikes or puzzles with completely phony solutions.

The game is very good at easing you into it but get progressively more complex as you

go.

But as it gets more difficult, you also discover more abilities that you can learn which in

turn leads to more creative solutions for your puzzles.

Overall, it's not a very long experience.

It's around 2 and a half hours long or so depending on how fast you're able to solve the puzzles

of course.

But just getting to look at these stunning visuals

for two hours is beyond worth the price.

Because I would definitely go as far as to say that this is one of the most visually

impressive titles I've ever had the joy of playing.

You can pause the game on any frame and it looks like a piece of art no matter what.

Everything from the color palette to the fluidity of the animation and the music makes it feel

like a two hour long dream sequence.

The soundtrack for this game is special for sure because music plays a big part in the

experience, or humming in particular.

For a game that's only about two and a half hours long, it has a soundtrack that is over

one hour long; meaning that each new area not only has a new song but that they're also

full tracks.

There's no way I can't be impressed by a soundtrack that can seamlessly weave together two songs

where it feels like I'm peacefully floating around in one of them and then drowning in

the next one.

It sounds like a like a cozy indie movie married Interstellar and had a baby.

It's hard to criticize a title like this because the only way you're not going to enjoy yourself

is if art games are not something you personally enjoy.

Which isn't a flaw that's fair to hold against the game as that would be a matter

of your taste.

But if you're someone who does enjoy art games, you will not be disappointed.

I would even go as far as to recommend this title even if you're normally not someone

who would go for games like this just because the music and the visuals are so amazing.

The reason I really wanted to make a short review on this is because I would really hate

for a title like this to go under people's radar, so hopefully I'll be able to reach

some of you with this video.

I'm incredibly happy to be able to end 2018 on such a beautiful title as this and I can't

wait to see what games will come from the studio in the future.

GRIS is available on Steam and the Nintendo Switch.

I hope you enjoyed this video, thank you so much for watching.

I can now control my Somfy Connexoon with Google Home via IFTTT - Duration: 4:32.

Hello tech lovers, if you've been a subscriber for a while you may have seen

my review of the Connexoon which is a little box she used to control blinds

the blinds are just behind me. At the time I was a little disappointed it

didn't quickly and easily integrate with things like Alexa and Google assistant

someone puts a comment on that to review recently to point out I can use 'if then

this that' to set up the integration so I just thought I'd do a quick video to

show how you do this and how well it works. If you know heard of if-then this

that it's a great website that allows developers to not bother integrating

with hundreds and hundreds of apps that are out there they just integrate with

this send this if they're missed that even! And that allows you to get things

working together very quickly and easily. It's a free service the, websites is iftt.com

or just search for IFTTT and that will come up, and you need to create an

account so to get this to work you're going to need to add a service,

it's the Safi Connexoon service, when you add it you'll need to grant it

access to your song fee account so here we have the options available so we can

control your home with smart home, let's have a look, so you can see they've

already got some preset up to do with thermostats and protection systems, open

things and close them when you when your phone gets on the Wi-Fi,

So here's one for Google assistant

now I'd like to see one with the Alexa but it doesn't look like they've got it

with Alexa at the moment, let's try let's try where's the Google system

let's try Google assistant. We can set this to launch a mode, you have to set

the mode up in the Connexoon app first and we can let's have a go at just

saying open blinds, you can have various other ways of saying it different

options we'll just say ok no and I want to launch open blinds save. OK it's now

active so in theory I've got Google assistant on my phone ok

Google open blinds...okay so that's caused it to search for open blinds I maybe

need to be a bit more specific in what I'm actually asking it to do.

Tell you what I'm going to try this upstairs I've got I've got an actual Google assistant thing

upstairs let's see if that will work so I've currently got it set to open house

blinds let's see if that works correctly.

ok Google open house blinds

it works so there you go after a few setbacks, namely thinking that I could

do it on my phone, you can set it up so it worked fine, gave the command, open the

blinds, but that was from a standard assistant as opposed to the one that's

on your phone but it's good to know that you can integrate it with Google and

therefore if you do have the little assistants dotted around you can just

tell it to open the blinds, close the blinds, and maybe even link it in with other

smart tech so that you could run it and say close the blinds activate the

lights if you wants to do that. If you're a Connexoon owner what kind of things

have you done with this have be really interested to know in the comments below

what tips, tricks and suggestions do you have for how you can use it with if then

this that what have you found to work what have you found that doesn't work.

I hope you found a short video useful if you have please consider hit subscribe

and joining my tech tribe and if you want to see more of my videos just click

this one next see what else I've been up to thanks for watching I'll see you in

Video of Loris Karius's first four months at Besiktas shows where he's at right now - Duration: 3:08.

Regardless of which football club you support, it was impossible not to feel a degree of sympathy for Loris Karius back in May

The German goalkeeper messed up spectacularly in the biggest match of his career, costing Liverpool a chance to win another European Cup in the process

The inexplicable error Karius committed for the Karim Benzema goal will never be forgotten, while his mistake for Gareth Bale's long-range effort wasn't much better

Karius was in tears after Real Madrid secured their 3-1 victory in Kiev and pleaded with the Liverpool fans to forgive him

To see a fellow human being so visibly crushed on one of the biggest nights of his life was genuinely tough to watch

It was clear in pre-season that Karius's confidence was shot to pieces and so Jurgen Klopp reacted by bringing in Alisson Becker from AS Roma

Karius, meanwhile, was forced to leave Anfield on loan, eventually signing for Turkish outfit Besiktas on a temporary two-year deal

The 25-year-old's spell in Turkey hasn't been error-free - he made one dreadful mistake against Malmo in the Europa League at the beginning of October - but a video of his first four months at the Vodafone Stadyumu shows where his career is at right now

Titled 'You Won't Believe How Good Karius Has Become', it shows Karius looking confident once again, pulling off fine save after fine save

Watch it here.  Although Liverpool fans are more than happy to have Alisson, they'll surely be pleased to see Karius performing well again for his loan club

Karius's chances of returning to Liverpool are slim, but it's not completely against the realms of possibility - particularly if he continues producing eye-catching performances

It's just good to see a player, whose confidence had totally gone, now enjoying his football once more

Despite Karius's impressive displays, though, Besiktas currently find themselves sixth in the Turkish Super Lig

They will be hoping their on-loan 'keeper can help them rise up the table during the second half of the season, closing the gap on leaders Istanbul Basaksehir in the process

GachiBass | Gamer Glossary - Duration: 2:07.

Welcome to Gamer Glossary, where we break down the phrases and memes seen throughout

the gaming industry.

Today's episode: GachiBass

If you've watched XQC's streams in the last few weeks, you will have seen three things:

Questionable Chess knowledge, more viewers than all of Overwatch is actually getting,

and GachiBass spam.

So, what is GachiBass, and how did this term come to be?

To find that out, I have to say the following insane sentence: It all started with an adult

film actor and body building enthusiast whose seminude wrestling video clip called "workout

Muscular men 3" became the Japanese version of getting Rick Rolled.

Now, don't think about that sentence for too long, or everything will start to smell

like it's burning and you will just black out.

That video became its own brand of meme in Japan, called Gachimuchi, which very roughly

translates to "muscular plump man", and the face made by the star of the video, Billy

Herrington, became the face of the emote for GachiGasm, the precursor for GachiBass.

Like a lot of memes, GachiGasm first started on Forsen's reddit, after his audience caught

wind of the Gachimuchi meme in Japan.

It became a replacement for the KreyGasm meme and was used to show excitement or extreme

enjoyment of whatever was happening.

The GachiBass version of the meme came after a YouTuber submitted a playlist of high-energy

dance music with the GachiGasm emote headbanging to the beat that he called "GachiBass radio".

The Twitch community latched onto the new name, and started to frequently

reference it alongside the GachiGasm emote, or just by itself, as an expression of extreme joy.

So now next time you see the Twitch chat start spamming the GachiBass, it's time to pay

attention, because something extremely hype is about to go down.

That's all for this episode of Gamer Glossary!

Thank you for watching, and as always, another entry is on the way!

Game of Thrones 5x02 REACTION ¨THE HOUSE OF BLACK AND WHITE¨ - Duration: 18:10.

Hello everyone! Welcome to my reaction channel!

My name is Pilar.

An today I'm going to be reaction to episode 2 of season 5 from Game Of Thrones.

This column is espec-

Not a column, I mean this giant statue is so spectacular!

Titans?

So that statue was kind of alive or something?

Are there real titans in this show?!?!

Like attack on titan lol, if there are real titans on this show I'm so done

Clearly there aren't... right?

They must be like a legend or something.

The thing is that here all the legends seem to be true.

What is this girl going to do now?

She is going do look for that coin guy. But-

She doesn't have money, she doesn't have anything.

What's she going to eat and all that?

Where is she going to sleep?

I'm going to make a shirt that says: Valar Morghulis

And I'm going to wear it for University.

Let's see if someone says to me: Valar Dohaeris lol

That would be so cool.

But that guy changes faces right? How is she going to recognize him?

Arya I think is time for you to let your hair grow back again.

Are they in the same place?

Did he recognize him?

What? Poor Bri-

Man STOP!

Why are they chasing her? Leave her alone!

Oh! So she won't tell anyone she saw them?

So she won't tell anyone she saw San-

Please don't.

Who is it?

Oh God.

What?

Now what?

What is it?

Omg the way she manipulates him.

With whom?

With whom?

Oh okay, is he going to ask him?!

yeah right

Oh my love.

Yaz yaz girllll! He really is handsome!

I think we all can agree to that.

I'll be dead.

Omg that brown jacket he is wearing.

He is so hot. So handsome.

No guys please don't go to Dorne.

She got a haircut.

Is that Myrcella?

Is this girl stupid? It's obvious that Oberyn did that to himself.

Nobody asked him.

Nobody asked him to do it.

Oberyn said that himself.

Oh no is she going to try to get rid of him?

Stop. Calm down.

Hello my loves!

I love you guys.

Yea she's capable.

*curses in spanish*

I thought it was him.

Cersei you are screwing everything.

Aww she is educating everyone lol I love her!

Oh right, he cut off his fingers?

Don't even think about it Stannis.

Is Sam going to nominate Jon?

Sam is going to nominate Jon.

They are going to choose Jon.

Sam is going to nominate Jon.

Say it, say it, say it.

I knew it.

Yes Sir.

Yes Sir.

Jon is perfect to reconcile the two parties.

Cause..-

The other one really fought against the wildlings

But Jon-

Lived with them and knows what they want and what they need.

Is it going to be a tie?

Is it going to be a tie and they will have to fight eachother to decide who'll be the new--?

It's a tie.

Is he counting them?

Love hurts...

How?

He is like ¨the face stealer¨ in Avatar the Last Airbender.

Are they going to lock him up? Or kill him? What is she going to do now?

They are going to lock him up, right?

Is she going to kill that boy?

Daenerys don't!!!!

Oh no.

Please don't.

Girlll, don't!!

Are you kidding me?

Barristan Selmy do something!!!

WTF IS SHE DOING? DON'T!!!

Don't do it.

If she kills him I'm going to get so upset.

She is going to lose all of their support.

This sucks.

This sucks. This sucks. This sucks. This sucks.

Wtf just happened?

Wtf just happened?

Why did she--

I don't get why she did it.

Everyone were begging for mercy!!

What is it?

Is it the dragon?!

Hello my baby.

omg he is huge.

I'm so upset!!!

IM. SO. UP. SET.

Let's see. 5 things.

First.

Cersei manoipulating Jamie to go and bring back their daughter...

Its--

I think, the worst decision she could make about this.

Cersei should remember what that witch told her:

¨All your sons will die¨

so..

Idk.. If this is something inevitable, then why would you send Jaime to-?

Risking Jamies and Bronns life...

Like.. Don't!! Asdfhg.. God!

So there is that: I have a bad feeling about Jamie going to Dorne.

Number 2.

I LOVE that face stealer guy.. or I mean that--

that guy who changes faces.

I really like that character! I want to see more of him!

I'm still upset of what Arya did to the Hound...

I don't really like Arya that much,

But still, I'm happy she found Jaqen and I can't wait to see more of their adventures.

Number 3: Brienne and Podrick.

Brienne, I think, should just let go and leave Sansa alone.

Clearly that's not happening, cause she just wont to quit.

But she should leave her alone.

Sansa is a big girl now, and she can decide for her self.

But I get that she is doing this to keep her promise to Brienne.

And I'm really scared for her, cause little finger is just pure evil.

If Lord Baelish gets Brienne killed I'm done. I swear I'm done.

I'll be Lord Baelish #1 hater. I'll be done.

Number 4.

Denerys desition to kill that boy SUCKED!

I don't get why she went on with it.

Everyone was begging her not to do it.

Didn't she realized that it was obvious that if she killed him everyone were going to get crazy about it?

I mean. I really deslike that scene.

All these decisions Daenerys is making are drowning her little by little.

So she better start making smarter choices... cause if not...

She'll lose her power.

I mean, her dragons... she can't control them.

She banished Jorah.

And now she does this. No girl.

And number 5, I'm really happy Jon Snow is the new leader of the wall.

I love it that he won.

And I can't wait to see the way he handles the wildlings issues.

I really believe in him!

I loved this episode. I really enjoyed it. So many things happened!

I also love Stannis daughter!

She is so nice!

I want to see if her lessons with Gilly continues...

Gilly I also really like! I adore her!

Well can't wait for next episode!

And well I think that's all for today!
