holds moisture
so the first step is to soak the mass in water next up we'll mix all the
ingredients together soil composed and coco peat I have added fertilizer in
small amount now give it a good mix
now add some water and make a consistency of dough now take a small
amount of soil in hands and squeeze out extra water and then make a ball of soil
it should look like this now keep it aside
spread the plastic sheet on work area next take out the moss from water and
wring it to remove the water and then spread it on a plastic sheet remember
that green side of the moss should face down
now crack open the ball in two parts like so and keep it aside now I get our
plant ready remove the plant from the pot and loosen the soil around the root
but make sure that you are not disturbing the root system and then
place the roots of plant in the center of the ball and then you have to make
the ball again like so and in at this stage if you want you can add some more
soil
now place this soil ball on the moss and then gently pick up the plastic sheet
and try to wrap moss around the soil ball try to make a perfect sphere
now it's time to wrap string around the moss ball and you can wrap it randomly
or in any fashion you like you can use yarn in different color like yellow red
orange whatever color you like or you can take thin rope or string to keep it
invisible
and then make a knot in the end and tie a string so that you can hang it now to
water you cock Adama you can either use sprayer or just let it sit in a hall
full of water for at least 3-4 minutes and that's it

material that usually goes at this part I wish you guys could feel the quality
on this one where it's super good it's thick feels nice great material I never

my gosh I never had it so one more like this and this color this is super cute I
want to wear it here's the padding get tighten this as well you can just pull
it to make it tighter the bottoms the bottoms here I thought they would be
more high-waisted but they're not this is how it looks I all this is so
comfortable especially the top I really like this

Simplified Market Update December 2018 For Kitchener Waterloo - Duration: 3:41.
Temperatures cooled and home sales rose. Are you wondering if you should buy, sell,
invest, or sit on your asset? That's why I do my Simplified Market Update. I'm Cindy-lou
Schmidt, REALTOR and today I'm covering my December 2018 market
statistics for Kitchener-Waterloo. Are you ready to get started? Let's do it.
Well if you're like me you can appreciate what numbers and statistics
can do for you. So let's identify some trends. Of we look at the number of homes
sold during the month of November and break it down by the type of home, we saw
252 single-detached units sold, about a 10 percent increase as compared
to the same time last year. Similarly there were 31 freehold townhomes
that were sold with a 15% increase. But the spotlight really belongs to
condominium units. There were 152 condominium units that were sold last
month with an epic 52% increase as compared to November 2017. What does this
mean? Well when we take a step back it helps us understand trends that are
happening in the market. Condominium units are extremely popular now because
they're simply more affordable for people getting into the market or people
maybe wanting to upgrade a little bit but stay within an affordable price
range. Similarly those who are downsizing find condominiums very attractive
because they have low maintenance and a lot of them are new. There's actually
been a trend as well this year with a lot of new-build opportunities, and
condominiums have definitely been a part of that. The other area that we'll want
to explore are average sales prices and during the month of November we saw a
7.6 percent increase to about $477,000
dollars. Now we'll want to ID a trend there as well and break it down by the
style of home. Interestingly enough semi-detached, single-detached and
apartment style homes increased about 10% or so but the focus here is going to be
on freehold townhomes which actually decreased by 2.2 percent. So the trend
that we can observe surrounding freehold townhomes is
they've decreased in their sales price likely because the interest from buyers
has been decreasing and the reason for that is simply because they've become
more and more expensive. They typically were something that entry-level buyers
could get into but now really they're getting quite expensive; a lot of them
are being updated and so a lot of entry-level buyers are buying
condominium townhomes and other types of condominiums
as we discussed previously. So that actually brings freehold townhomes into
the single detached realm, making it more of a move-up purchase for a lot of
people. And finally if we look at the numbers of homes that were listed last
month Realtors listed 597 units making it a modest 1.1 percent increase as
compared to November 2017. But we'll want to note that it was 8.2 percent higher
than the 10-year average for November, and there were 449 fewer units left on
the market at the end of the month because of all the buyer activity,
confirming and making November the second-highest November on record for
the number of units sold. Well that's the end of my December 2018 Simplified

The road to success hasn't been all that pleasant for New England Patriots wide receiver, Josh Gordon.
We all know the stories.
The countless amounts of times that Gordon seemed to be finished.
The former Cleveland Browns wide receiver couldn't seem to get it together.
Constant suspensions from the NFL and multiple dismissals from the Browns themselves gave Gordon nothing but obstacles to overcome.
And just as everything was getting back to where it should've been in the first place, the Browns had enough.
This season has been hectic for Cleveland.
After bringing in their new General Manager, John Dorsey, the Browns were attempting to turn things around quickly.
Trades, signings, and incredible drafting led to an excellent offseason for the Browns and their front office.
And to put the cherry on top, the team ended up getting Gordon back for good, as long he was truly changed and willing to avoid any other setbacks from the league.
Unfortunately, Dorsey and the Browns had enough.
After having a ton of patience for the troubled wideout, a late arrival to a team meeting was the last straw for Cleveland.
And one way or another, Gordon was going to be forced out of Cleveland.
That's when the Patriots decided to spend a fifth-round pick on the veteran wide receiver.
If there's one organization that should be able to help Gordon turn things around, it's the Patriots.
Gordon Is Right Where He Belongs.
Ever since Gordon joined the Patriots, he has been a changed man.
You don't hear about him as often, and it seems like a change of scenery was the best thing that could happen to the veteran wideout.
But just because he's been awfully quiet, doesn't mean that he isn't enjoying his time winning with Tom Brady and the Patriots.
There have been multiple occasions where Gordon has shaded Cleveland a bit by talking up the Patriots and their organization.
Being a no non-sense team is precisely what Gordon needed after having so many years with the front office, and locker room circus that was the Cleveland Browns.
Although the Browns have seemed to change a lot over this past year, Gordon still describes the difference between the two teams as 'night and day.'.
The Patriots Have the Wideout as Healthy as Ever.
"It's night and day," Gordon said.
"Huge difference.
Coach [Moses] Cabrera and the strength staff have been amazing and patient with me, helped me out through my injuries.
The training staff, as well, bring me along where I'm safe and mobile.
I think I'm as good as I've been.".
Gordon's issues in Cleveland came from more of a mental standpoint, rather than physical, but he still experienced some troubles at times.
This season, Gordon was dealing with hamstring issues when he arrived from the Browns.
And in order to get the most of Gordon, the Patriots made sure to condition him differently and keep him as healthy as possible.
Gordon stayed on track and is now raving about the Patriots strength staff from in the locker room.
Add the former Browns receiver's newest comments to another section of the Patriots organization that may be better than Cleveland's.
Apparently, Gordon doesn't seem to have any revengeful thoughts towards the Browns, but it's definitely not shocking to see a player rave about another team so much after leaving Cleveland.
After all, we all know why that happens exactly.

We can't put anything past Oklahoma Sooners quarterback Kyler Murray at this point.
But even his most recent hope may be an extreme longshot.
During Heisman Trophy media day, Murray spoke with the media on a wide range of topics, one of which included his sports future.
While he's set to head to play Major League Baseball following this season, it seems his sights are still set on something more.
It's an eye-opening statement from Murray, and it's been expected all along he'd join the Oakland Athletics after this season with the Sooners.
This also goes a bit against the original comment made by his agent, Drew Boras, per The Athletic's Jason Kersey.
"Kyler's baseball career has a very defined path which includes playing football at OU for only the 2018 season," Boras told The Athletic.
Murray was made a first-round selection by the Oakland Athletics in the 2018 MLB Draft in June.
That hasn't stopped his superb collegiate season from creating buzz around the 21-year-old potentially having an NFL future, though.
And if that did wind up happening, there'd certainly be teams interested in the idea of adding him to the mix.
But a two-sport professional athlete? That's more than a bit of a long shot.

Murray received his full-time opportunity as a starting quarterback in 2018 and took advantage of the chance.
Through 13 games, the junior has completed 70.9 percent of his passes for 4,053 yards, 40 touchdowns and just seven interceptions.
He's been a force on the ground as well, rushing for 892 yards on 123 attempts with 11 additional scores.
His play made him a Heisman Trophy finalist and has only added to the hype that he could play at the NFL level, should he opt to go that route.
It's unknown whether or not Murray will be able to carve out any type of unique path, but he'd have a lot of convincing to do if that were the case.
While ESPN broke down a list many years ago of NFL players who were impressive on the diamond, none of them helped build a case for Murray as a two-sport athlete.
Names like Tom Brady, Russell Wilson, Golden Tate landed near the top of the list of players headlined.
Jameis Winston, Colin Kaepernick and Kyle Long were among other names who either heard their names called in the MLB draft or had some success as players.

attracted a lot of sympathy when his move to Liverpool fell through this summer.
Lauded as the perfect replacement for Philippe Coutinho, the playmaker looked all set to
sign for the Reds.
It was even rumoured he'd done his photo shoot and an interview with LFCTV, though that proved
not to be the case.
The French international was ultimately left devastated when the club pulled the plug over
concerns about his long-standing knee injuries.
Ever since, despite winning the World Cup, Fekir has never quite looked the same player.
With his dream transfer shattered, the 25-year-old has had to focus once again on life in Ligue
1 and according to French newspaper L'Equipe, he hasn't been doing a great job.
They claim Lyon are even considering selling him in January and that his recent performances
have been a big talking point within the club.
Not because they think he will attract a huge fee, as he would have done in August, but
because he no longer inspires the team in his role as captain in the same way that he
used to.
The newspaper note that Lyon "wouldn't be opposed to him departing in the winter" due
to his contribution of just two goals and two assists in 10 league games, compared to
his 18 goals and seven assists in 30 appearances last season.
The one exception that is cited is the number 10's performance in a 4-2 win over Marseille
back in September.
That result had Liverpool fans waxing lyrical about the midfielder and many even hoped Jurgen
Klopp would renew his interest in the New Year.
As it stands, that seems very unlikely, especially as the Premier League's second-placed side
are faring just fine without him, sitting just two points behind pace-setters Manchester
City.
The truth is that while he only comes to the attention of fans around the world when he
puts in some of his more vintage displays, Liverpool scouts will have been keeping a
very close eye on him and won't have been too impressed by what they've seen.
For Fekir personally, it appears he's still struggling to get over the disappointment
- but perhaps Liverpool dodged a bullet after all.

Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Dejan Lovren and Nathaniel Clyne will be unavailable for
Liverpool's trip to Bournemouth, with Sadio Mané also a doubt.
The Reds have won their last four Premier League matches and can go on top of the table
with a win at Dean Court this weekend.
Wednesday's 3-1 victory away to Burnley was another challenge hurdled, especially
with Andy Robertson and Mané both injured, in a much-changed starting lineup that also
saw Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino on the bench.
Speaking at Melwood on Friday, Klopp has confirmed that Lovren and Clyne are the key absentees,
with Mané also likely to miss out.
"Lovren will not be available," Klopp told reporters.
"He got a knock last week and got a concussion and is still not able to play, like Clyney,
who has been out for two weeks already.
"It's nothing serious but he's not in training so he's unavailable as well, along
with Joe [Gomez], [Alex] Oxlade-Chamberlain and Rhian Brewster.
"Dom [Solanke] is close and I hope he will be in team training from Sunday onwards, but
we will have to see.
"Sadio [Mané] doesn't sound like he will be ready tomorrow, Gini Wijnaldum is OK and
Andy Robertson is fine."
It is mixed news for the Reds, with Lovren and Clyne's absence leaving them threadbare
in defensive areas, especially following Joe Gomez's fractured leg.
Having Robertson back is a boost, though, while Gini Wijnaldum could return to the midfield
after not featuring at Burnley.
