Youtube daily report May 3 2017

Hi guys, how are you? Good in

this video I share with

a reflection of you and that next.

Little content but profound is something that

It is not sexy but it gives results. Why do you

I say this? because I realize that many

people, many students or people who

I question online, start, and that

Okay, start doing tutorials

or doing a blog on a topic so

surface, and that is normal,

so we all start. The problem is that

of this tutorial, or from that article

shallow, instead of doing other a

little deeper,

Now we will see how what they do is that

they go on to another subject and touch it from

superficial and after that

another also superficially.

Why? because we false

feeling that talking about big issues, of

topics that people are talking

social networks, only this we

to have good results. If you dais

both twitter account, facebook and

blogs is much talk about marketing

general,

Welcome to the wonderful world of

whatever, welcome to

WordPress wonderful world of ...

That is, I see it as this postureo.

When you already have a brand, when

have people, followers behind you,

not miss anything occasionally

makes some postureo, why?

because there are people following you and wants

know a little about you, but the postureo

We must be very careful because it gives us a

false sense that we are

I am doing well and truly in my opinion

It is not like this. What do we have to do? well

address issues,

starting course so

simple, because it is the way both

start a topic like us little

gradually let's not doing

experts on this subject, like go

deepening and deepening and

deepening, in a manner

slowly. Seeing that people doubt us

it generates in each of those

tutorials. To give an example,

I made a tutorial, a single video

how to make a web of real estate, this

you see on the screen, and after

this video I made one second because I

I was asked to clarify an issue, and

after that second came a third, and

fourth and fifth, that is, I started

make many more tutorials, I went forward,

and I when I was doing no

He imagined that he would make as many videos on

this matter. Just I went

deepening as I realized

there was a need for the

People would ask me and I went deeper and

deepening and deepening. Is

Obviously many people do not

It will reach 18 this video or video

veintipico, but who she gets it

because I had a very specific question and I

HE has been solved. If I had

come and done just a video,

21 does not make sense, but

thanks to the first video, the video

simple, little by little I have been advancing,

delving into a topic. Y

This does not attract attention, it is not an issue

sexy.

If you're moving much a hot topic

concrete that very few people will see,

but who see it, you really are

helping and when you help someone so

Deep you are going to get results.

If instead of doing this every day jump

from one topic to another, the issue that is of

fashion social networks, the subject

it is fashionable or because we read a

a book A one article and do

one tutorial, one

post

that topic, let's not get great

thing. We must have peace of mind

Yes start with something very small but

endowing this small Irlo

many smaller tidbits and end

as I have done in this article will you do

something big slowly.

Do not be afraid to talk about issues very

concrete, often is

preferable to have very few visitors on a

article that even when we do

keyword research is true

you have to look at those with a

certain visits for people to

find,

but if you do an article that only

interested

100 people per month, but you do

something so good that those 100 people

they'll make fine Do not be

fooled by big numbers. Do not

s the same 100 fans in

a page 100 fans in another, or

consume your level

product or level of spending money

with you. They have nothing to do with it

passing a web with what happens in

other. Any topic

no matter where you elijáis deepen

all you can, is not so sexy

how to post videos or topics

generalists but going to see that

difference is brutal, really

listen to me it's one of the things that

as you do you change by

Complete your business.

I hope this reflection has

like and any doubt here I am.

Until the next video.

VECTOR CIRCLE ART IN ILLUSTRATOR - Adobe Illustrator Speed Art - Duration: 4:03.

follow along as I make some vector

circle art in illustrator with today's

speed art video

welcome back to Satori graphics I hope

you're having a great day today remember

I have 5 uploads per week now Monday to

Friday fringy and graphic design

tutorials as we'll have to look at

graphic design as a career and the

industry to subscribe to you haven't

done already all of this how much much

more today they do we illustrate to

speed up video with my commentary so I

got this idea by seeing animation on

Instagram and I kind of remember the

account I flew it on I have checked but

I cannot find this this was my

inspiration

I started off and making several circles

with the same stroke and same with Hill

I should never used the center-back

keyboard shortcut here I'm not sure a

wide and I selected all of the circles

and lined them and then I went ahead and

adjusted the size of each circle so that

they had an equal distance between them

and then grab the letter s for tutorial

of course I created the outlines

solutely was a shape on a font I lowered

the obesity as I wanted to use it as a

guide Emily I logged all of the layers

I took the pencil so I could start

adding in my shapes the idea here is

that each circle would have an

independent section of the letter and

can move differently around the circle

using the pencil was my first method but

I soon change that this was my second

method and I preferred this in the long

run I created circles of just a stroke

and then I use the scissors tool to cut

out parts that did not need then I use

the direct selection tool to edit the

shapes in place

you

when I had all of my eyes that made of

the letter s are duplicated everything I

wanted to have to design in four

different stages of rotation this vector

circle is for the first step I selected

OOP also the same circle by holding that

shift and then rotating them a little

bit from each mystery each and every

circle and then completing two more

designs

so here was the final outcome which I'm

pretty happy about items from typography

that's typical for my style and relevant

to verdad so did you enjoy material

iterate to speed our video today living

Positivity Challenge - What's the good side of getting unemployed? - Duration: 2:45.

Hi!

so we are in the positivity challenge week

during this week I will be answering

every day one of your questions

that will try to challenge me

with finding the good sides

of very difficult and hard situations in life

I'd like to make clear

I do NOT underestimate the huge difficulty

of thess hard situations in life

these situations are definitely

NOT situations to wish for

what I am saying

that even in these difficult situations

you can choose not to concentrate

on the pain and the difficulty

but to try to distract yourself from these

by finding some good sides

and by trying

to make the best out of it

so the question for today

comes from Jutta Heitland

that askes me: how about this?

what's the good side

of getting unemployed?

thank you Jutta!

being fired is a bummer

but sometimes in order to move forward

you need to get a kick in the ass

becoming unemployed is actually an opportunity

this is a good time to reconsider

your professional direction

maybe to find something else

that you like to do

maybe to try establish a business of your own

maybe to go and study something new

many times the state employment offices

have a choice of free courses

to the unemployed

when we are busy in the working routine

in our constant job

we have no time to think about all these

sometimes we even hate our job

but we just continue

because we are afraid to quit

or just by the force of inertia

in this case when you are fired

it's actually good because it gives the opportunity

to search for something better

and even if you did love your previous job

this is still an opportunity

you can never know

I've been fired few times in my life

and somehow every time again

it turns out for the best

however in the meantime

before you find a new job

or start your own business

you can just enjoy your free time

you can do whatever you like

spoil yourself by getting up late

engage with your hobbies

and just enjoy the leisure

I hope you liked my answer

if so please hit the thumbs up

and you're welcome to follow me

by subscribing to my channel

and I hope I will see you in my next videos

answering to challenging questions

bye bye

HSBC Logo - Henry Steiner | Logo design & Designer review - Duration: 6:16.

Hello and welcome to this video

Gareth here from Tastytuts.com

In this video we're going to look at the HSBC logo

Learn a little about the logo and the designer behind it.

The HSBC logo was designed in 1983 by an Austrian graphic designer

called Henry Steiner born in 1934.

Henry Steiner was born in Vienna but left when he was 5

when the Nazis were taking over Austria.

He moved to America and had most of his schooling in New York.

Early in career Steiner worked as a freelancer for a New York magazine

and around the early 1960s he was given the opportunity

to go work in Hong Kong for nine months to work on an Asian magazine.

Steiner would stay in Hong Kong permanently and it is

where he lives today.

Henry Steiner has been dubbed the father of Hong Kong design.

In 1964 he founded his own consultancy firm Steiner & Co.

The company scope would include:

corporate identity, corporate literature, architectural graphics, books and magazine design.

and bank notes.

Henry Stiener has created designs for some of the most identifiable brands

such as IBM, Hilton Hotels, Dow Jones, HSBC, Standard chartered

and Unilever to name a few.

Some of Harry Steiner's poster examples include:

Hong Kong international music festival 1969.

Morisawa Font Poster in the middle of 1990s.

Sinn bildungen, 2XGOLDSTEIN, Germany, 2007

and Hong Kong Vienna Opera Ball, 2008

Henry Steiner is also known for creating some of Hong Kong's banknotes

which the government commissioned him to do in 1975.

In 2003 he would update the designs including:

Aquatic, Amphibious, Terrestrial and Celestial creatures.

Steiner pioneered the expression of identity through branding

particularly in Asia where his skill for incorporating Eastern cultural symbols

into Western design has gained international acclaim.

To quote Steiner:

Design must contain contrast. This can be contrast of colour

of expectation, psychological tensions, size, old vs new. etc.

Henry Steiner is well known for his poster and banknote designs

but it's best known for his corporate identity designs

notably his HSBC logo.

The design of the HSBC logo was inspired by the bank's house flag

that had been in use since at least 1800's

This being a white triangle with two pointed triangles in the shape of an hourglass.

Now would you believe me if I told you that the HSBC logo has its origin in a Scottish flag?

Well in the late 19th century many companies were established in Hong Kong

by Scottish expatriates.

HSBC was founded by Sir Thomas Sutherland a Scottish banker and politician.

HSBC opened for business on the 3rd March 1865.

Like many other companies flags of that era

the design was based on the Scottish flag, the cross of St. Andrew

For HSBC the flag would become white and red.

Henry Steiner would take inspiration from this flag and add additional triangles

suggesting connections and points on a compass

This mark fuels HSBC's dramatic expansion.

So the HSBC logo is essentially a lockup combination mark

What makes up the logo are two distinct parts

We have the prominent logo mark: The Red triangle shaped competition

and the logotype.

The font used is a simple serif font

which seems to be either Times New Roman or Basketball Old face

Set in black the colour evokes positive associations of power, sophistication and elegance.

When used formerly it can be seen with the logotype wordmark element

either to the left or underneath

When used in a confined or decorative space the logo mark is used alone.

So what I think about this logo?

Well I like how Steiner took inspiration from something that was part of his HSBC's history

dating back to the late 1800's

Taking the banks house flag and simply adding two additional triangles

creates not only a new distinctive shape

but creates point of a compass that can be easily interpreted positively

and outward looking. This is simple and memorable

So what we learned about this story?

Well in this example all it took was the addition of two extra triangles to make an iconic brand.

Henry Steiner simply built on top of an already established legacy

to create something fresh and new.

This shows that sometimes a great idea

can be imagined from part of a company

institution or projects history.

When creating a logo be sure to ask questions

about any stories leading up to the creation of the company institution or product.

Take note of anything interesting that may exist

a great idea to be waiting to be imagined.

【MUKBANG】 [High Calories] Hot And Runny! Kimchi + Rice Cake + Cheese Gratin! 4504kcal [CC Available] - Duration: 5:24.

Hello its Kinoshita Yuka (Eng subs by ~Aphexx~)

so, today! tadaa I made a mochi gratin using Kimchi/kimuchi/kimchee/gimchee/gimuchi and cheese

the color of the cheese is so wonderful and I love mochi so much I know I'll love this dish

alrighty lets see how its made

pre-heat the toaster to 250 degrees

cut our mochi into bite sized pieces

melt butter in a pan add flour

and cook on low

butter is so good

slowly add milk and mix till it thickens

make sure to be careful not to burn it

I never knew how easy it is to make white sauce

once its thickened flavor with salt and pepper

this little experiment making white sauce was so fun

in a heat proof plate add our mochi, kimchi/kimuchi corn and the white sauce we made

looks so delish

top with a desired amount of cheese

I'll add enough to barely overflow

I added a dangerous amount

bake for about 8 minutes in a toaster

once the time has elapsed poke the mochi with a skewer to see if its heated through

if the mochi isn't heated through please try microwaving it

the cheese has taken on such a yummy looking color

tadaa tis done looks soooo delish

you can see a piece of corn poking out

I managed to add enough cheese but not have it overflow

itadakimasu

わああー the white sauce looks so yummy

and there is mochi in it as well

~of course there's mochi in here I put it in myself ~

looks so delish the cheese and white sauce have melted nicely

and here's a piece of mochi with some corn you can see as well

alrighty I'll try a piece of mochi now

its nice and soft its a good thing I microwaved it

the white sauce is made with sooo much butter that it has such depth of flavor and the kimchi/kimchee

and white sauce come together so deliciously kimuchi and butter go together I guess

soo good

~bliss~

and since I'm chowing down on such junky food I'll be accompanying it with some coke

so good

I also made a nice salad

cheese is so ooey gooey

I love that mouthfeel of kimuchi

I really like that spicy hit it adds as well

if it was just white sauce it would be rich and sweet so one dimensional

~ whats the best way to eat this? ~

soo tough to eat this stuff ~oh this stringy piece was mochi~

mixing cheese and mochi makes for such clumsy eating

but its so yummy

most yummy things are usually a bit difficult to eat

so packed full of gimchee

its so thick and gooey

every once in a while you get a piece of corn I love how sweet the corn is

last mouthful itadakimasu

gochisosamadeshita I love the kimuchi and cheese dish

its filled with my fav's mochi and cheese there is no doubt it was going to taste good

I love the tasty crusty burnt cheese on top

and mixing white sauce with kimchee mellows out the spicy kimuchi nicely

with a nice mild sauce and the sauce is given a nice hit of spice from the kimchi

the mochi is so good and tasty its the 'bestest' stuff ever

it was so tasty and so easy to make won't you all give it a try?

Channel trailer of Ciastko 3D - Duration: 1:57.

Hi an welcome to Ciastko 3D

This channel is about 3D Printing at home.

and the needed Hardware for this:

3D Printers of course.

In the last few months 3D printer prices dropped radically.

Not only Asian imports but also european brands

becomes reachable not only for small companies but also for home users.

Unfortunately 3D Printing is still not so easy like printing on paper

After you obtain a 3D printer you have to learn about it.

not only how to operate it but also how to maintain and calibrate it.

You have to learn about the software, too.

Like modelling 3D

And Slicers of course

A slicer is a piece of software which slices our 3D model

into very thin slices so called layers

The printer is then able to put these layers of plastic onto each other.

to finally make the model.

And if our printers work well so we have to take care about keeping them working.

This means we have to care about maintenance of some of the 3D printer parts.

You see, they are many aspects to remember.

Thats what this channel is all about.

So subscribe to not miss any video.

I'm sure there will be many of them.
