Hey folks, Shawn here.

I want to talk about an important issue I see in business - do not fight for misalignment.

I see too many businesses fighting for misalignment.

Of course, a lot of what I do is dealing with business partners and business partner disputes.

And a lot of times people stay in misalignment for way too long.

They're misaligned with their business partner and they are going in different directions,

but yet they feel stuck with each other.

And we really need to break out of that bond, we really need to do something different.

Other times, I see misalignment come up is when businesses are dealing with customers

that aren't their perfect customers, or they have vendors that they have an adversarial

relationship with.

If you start seeing that you're not aligned with somebody, if you're not agreeing, if

you're not moving in the same direction, if you're not in synergy with each other - it's

time to move on.

We need to break those ties, do something a little different; build a different direction.

So if you're seeing misalignment, do not fight for it.

Terrible things come out of this.

When we see misaligned people, we see businesses that aren't growing.

The value is not going to be created.

People are not being creative, they're not being themselves; they're spending their energy

on maintaining a difficult relationship rather than building and growing.

And that's what we don't want.

We want building and growth.

So I want you to stop and pause for a second.

Think about what's bothering you.

Who out there is really frustrating and irritating you?

Is it your business partner?

Is it a customer?

Is it a vendor?

Put a circle around it and think about that.

And now, why is it bothering you?

You probably have differences in values, or ideas, or philosophies on business, and we

want to break that mold.

And what we want to do is start going in a better direction, evolving the business and

doing more.

So, I want to challenge you, hunt out that misalignment; look for it.

And then start thinking about a strategy to eliminate it.

In some cases, it may be easy to eliminate.

A small customer that is really irritating you is very easy to make a quick change.

A bigger customer is going to take a little more time.

You're going to need a transition plan; you're probably going to have to replace the revenue.

If it's your business partner, that's an even more complicated situation.

We talk a lot in our blogs and our videos about changing business partners and the fact

it happens.

Of course, at some point you may need to bring in a lawyer or an advisor; we work a lot with

clients on that.

But we're not the only choice in the world; you want to find the one that's right for

you.

Someone that really understands these issues that can dig in and can help you.

There's a lot of labels and there's several I could be

but I'll try not to get distracted…

Virgin,

Might lean towards homoromantic

And I'm really just a person!

If I fall in love I'll be in love

I'm sure I'll love them so!

Just them and me we'll be in love

and people would love people and it all would be okay

but if labels help in this world, I'll embrace them for today

and if you ask my sexuality

The list might take all day!

Cause I'm a Bisexual, Pansexual, Demisexual… virgin

If any of you are struggling with labeling yourself,

I get it.

It can be really confusing.

There's a lot of labels and sometimes you can fit all of them, you can fit none of them...

What I've come to discover is that when it comes down to it a label's just a word.

No matter what you define yourself as or if your label changes because you change

A label does not define you!

You define you.

Labels allow us to explain ourselves to other people but I really think

that the most important person that we need to understand and accept us is ourself

Love yourself don't be afraid to love.

I am that lame person that quotes their own music!

WWE Don't Want Broken Hardys Gimmick? TNA Vs Matt & Jeff Hardy! | WrestleTalk News May 2017 - Duration: 4:49.

Hello and welcome to the WrestleTalk News!

Up until a few weeks ago, Braun Strowman was meant to be taking on Brock Lesnar at Great

Balls of Fire - still an actual name for a pay-per-view - but plans had to be changed

when he suddenly needed to undergo minor elbow surgery.

The Monster Among Men has been keeping us up to date about his recovery on Instagram:

"This is what a shattered elbow looks like!!!!

This pain is nothing compared to what I'm going to unleash as soon as I'm healed!!!!

#ImNotFinishedWithYou" With a picture of Braun holding up his injured

arm.

Or trying out a new dance move.

Tough to say.

Strowman's injury, however, is reportedly a work, with his return expected for July

at the latest and his elbow not really being shattered.

Maybe Matt & Jeff could be the Shattered Hardys!?

In a quick recap of their Expedition of Lawsuits so far, Matt Hardy developed his Broken Universe

gimmick last year in TNA Impact Wrestling, back when Dixie Carter and Billy Corgan ran

the promotion.

When Anthem Sports and Entertainment bought the company, and rehired original founder

Jeff Jarrett to run it, contract renegotiations between them and the Hardys broke down - causing

the brothers to leave on not the best terms in February.

They first went to Ring of Honor, but were sent cease and desist letters from Anthem

over using the Broken characters.

TNA were claiming they owned the gimmick.

That's why when Matt and Jeff returned to WWE at Wrestlemania 33, they did so as their

old Team Xtreme personas.

The latest development comes from Impact Wrestling President Ed Nordholm, telling Live Audio

Wrestling that it's "unquestionable" that his company owns the Broken gimmick,

and that "I don't think even the Hardys would dispute that."

When he was asked if WWE had approached Impact about acquiring the Broken Hardys rights,

Nordholm revealed: "As far as I know, the WWE doesn't want the gimmick, and indeed,

from every conversation I've had with them, I've been told they have no interest in

it."

Impact Wrestling's Dutch Mantell - the former Zeb Colter in WWE - has backed up Nordholm's

claims on Twitter.

"NEWS: Thanks @EdNordholm for clearing it up on @LAWradio.

@IMPACTWRESTLING owns BrokenBrilliance IP 100%.

No dispute.@RealJeffJarrett" This all, of course, produced a typically

restrained and emoji-filled response from Matt Hardy's wife Reby Sky on Twitter, pointing

out that Nordhom's interview was with Live Audio Wrestling, a network also owned by Anthem

Sports and Entertainment: "Guys.

Giving an "interview" to YOUR OWN NETWORK while lying through your teeth is now considered

"NEWS:" THREE LAUGHING FACE EMOJIS Taking advantage that fans do not know details

of contracts, which were NOT "standard entertainment contracts" & not drafted under Anthem PONDERING

EMOJI She then posted a screenshot of a text from

the Hardys lawyer: "Please let them know if this POS keeps tweeting, we will push forward

with lawsuit no matter what."

Seemingly enraged, Reby then turned her claws on her husband's newest Twitter follower:

"Got a phone notification that someone named "@MmmGorgeous" was following my husband back

& was bout to pack a bag to go beat some hoe's ass"

MmmGorgeous is the Twitter handle of Tyler Breeze.

Who, admittedly, does look great dressed up as Nikki Bella.

The Hardy family have claimed to both PWInsider and Pro Wrestling Sheet that Anthem have been

dodging Matt's legal team for over a month.

The Hardys are reportedly proposing that they hold off on suing Impact for "a litany of

alleged claims they have stemming from their time there" in exchange for the Broken gimmick

rights.

Amongst all this, WWE themselves took the rather unusual step of removing a 'Broken

Hardy' themed graphic during last night's Raw.

Initially on Twitter, WWE promoted Matt's match against Sheamus with the crazed Broken

Hardy smile.

Just over an hour later, WWE's social media team appeared to have fixed Broken Matt, teasing

the match with a more traditional, Team Xtreme style image of the Hardy brother.

Her units are also quite expensive, use them well.

There is nothing worst than meeting an AI or turtling well Alexander player that spams big amounts of Superweapons.

She also loves a lot units with the EMP effects at her disposal, her basic turrets and tanks have that ability. 6 00:00:25,500 --> 00:00:30,200 Not only it disables a unit, it disables lots of units in close vicinity and fries infantry too, talk about overkill.

Oh, and her basic IFVs can shoot incoming missile projectiles, including these from SCUD Launchers, talk about overkill and versatility...

Explaining Stand "Acts" | Kaleb I.A. - Duration: 5:11.

I always seem to go about this in a way where I give a lot of light to whatever subject

so I'm going to come off of this in an easier way.

So depending on where you are, either anime or manga we see stands with acts.

Even though there's only two, but let's get into exactly how acts work.

Diamond is Unbreakable is the first time we see a stand with acts.

Echoes, and people had been calling it Reverb.

There's a list of all stands on the Jojo wiki, please just get to DIU and read all

the names there.

Now, we see multiple stands from Stardust Crusaders to Diamond is Unbreakable, but we

only see a stand with acts in DIU.

Well why is this?

Stands match the users for the most part.

The potential of a stand could be due to how exactly the person is.

For example, you have Star Platinum in Stardust Crusaders that matches up to Jotaro with him

being at his peak body wise.

Then when Jotaro grows older, the stats in Star Platinum go down in certain areas.

So onto Koichi and all acts of Echoes.

To progress further in acts, is usually due to the person growing in that instance.

Showing more resolve when it comes to situations that require it.

Determination to convict something in specific, that's what we get with Koichi.

Let's look at the first transition, Echoes Act 1 from his egg version.

This happened in the fight between Tamami where his mother and sister were taken hostage

in a sense by Tamami's stand Surface.

Koichi went from being a potential victim to Tamami to being his judgement.

Where you got Echoes Act 1, where the stand is still weak, but the words it carries are

powerful.

So then you follow the evolution of Echoes through the evolution of Koichi, where Act

2 is what I'd say a middleman.

Well obviously, but in this sense, Act 1 gets shine for being the first sign of growth in

Koichi and Echoes, but Act 3 gets way more notice due to the growth in Koichi was due

to a very dire situation.

You have Jotaro who was wounded due to Koichi not listening to him, and Sheer Heart Attack

which seemed like an undefeatable stand.

Even when going through the motions, Koichi puts fear and guilt to the side to highlight

his resolve.

Acts equal growth, when another act is achieved that means that the person has to grow in

some ways.

But we only see acts 1 through 3 for Echoes, even though act 4 is possible.

Now this is where we're going to talk about Steel Ball Run a bit so here's your spoiler

alert.

The difference between Koichi and Johnny lies in experience and history.

Koichi had gone through moments where he was in danger of dying, his friend was close to

death, and had family in danger.

Johnny had been in danger dying, his friend close to death, but also his friend actually

dying.

Going through the death is what had made Johnny grow, due to how much he was feeling at that

time.

Guilt, regret, deep sadness, anger, fear, and who knows what else.

He also had seen the spirit of Gyro leave so there has to be some deep mourning when

it comes to experiencing that.

Now what if Koichi had experienced that, the only instance I can think of is where Okayasu

was believed to be dead.

If Koichi was there with Josuke when Okayasu wasn't responding and Koichi believed that

he died, Koichi would probably then experience the progression of the next act.

What would be Echoes Act 4?

Well there's a quote that says "Words are singularly the most powerful force available

to humanity."

Another quote is that, "Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal,

to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble."

My little speculation is that it could work to where sound takes effect exactly how it's

heard.

Like let's say you can have to pick one person to focus Act 4's power on.

Now that it's focused, any sound heard has a physical effect.

Say that the person hears themself gulp, out of nowhere they have the feeling of drowning.

It feels like water is going down their throat and they can't breathe, basically until

a next sound is heard.

So right after a gulp, Koichi cracks his hand and then the focused person starts breaking

a bone each time they move.

All of this because Act 4 has the word "feel" on the person, but it's not visible like

Act 3's 3 Freeze.

So progression equals acts, but it can't be minimal progression like if you learned

something new.

It has to follow the trend of grief and the ability of putting the person through some

emotional distress, but that distress has to surpass the previous experience of getting

said Act.

Like if Johnny was to get Act 5, you have to do some really really messed up stuff.

Itachi to Uchiha clan type of stuff.

But hopefully you guys get how acts work and know that not everyone can get an act stand.

These are usually for underdeveloped people, not plot wise but they're just mentally

underdeveloped or inexperienced in better terms.

You Got Me In Trouble at School! [RANT] - Duration: 3:15.

You know what really bugs me as a substitute teacher?

It's when people come up to me and say, "Mister, you got me in trouble!"

What was that?

I got you in trouble?

No, I didn't get you in trouble.

You got yourself in trouble because all I do is report behavior that I see in the classroom.

Usually in my notes to the teachers I write no issues, no problems, you know, whatever,

because usually there's no problem.

But if you're going to sit there and be the loudest, most obnoxious, the most destructive,

the most annoying student you can be... yeah, there was a problem.

And the problem wasn't me.

The problem wasn't me at all.

It's not my fault that you got in trouble, it's your fault.

I think that maybe you should take a little bit of personal responsibility and reflect

on your actions and think before you do.

But that may be too much for you because thinking is tough.

That means that you would have to ask yourself, "hmm... is this going to help me or is this

going to hurt me?"

All you worry about, though, is having fun.

"School is boring, mister, because they make us sit here for too long, I want to get

up and throw my stuff around!"

Why?

You want to play with your fidget spinner and wing it across the room and when I try

to tell you, "oh, you know, maybe you shouldn't throw

it over top of six other people because they don't want to get hit in the head by your

stupid fidget spinner."

And your response is, "Oh, well, we're not going to do that, that's going to happen."

And on the very next throw it almost happens because someone has to dive out of the way

so they don't get hit in the eyeball with your stupid piece of plastic!

Really?

Really?

You're going to try to defend yourself by saying that I got you in trouble?

Or if we're in a science class and you decide to go back to the lab tables and then pull

the emergency shower handle so that the floor is soaked and you don't want to clean it up,

it's my fault that you got in trouble?!

And guess what?

In the real world, there's not going to be any excuse of, "Oh, I was just messing around,"

or, "Oh, I didn't really mean it," or, "Oh, I was just bored."

Because in the real world you are responsible for your actions.

You can't say, "Oh, Mr. Police Officer, why'd you get me in trouble?"

It doesn't happen.

You're going to get a lot more than a stern talking-to by a teacher in the real world

when you do something stupid and you get caught.

So, please, in the future, don't come up to me in the hallway or in the next class I see

you in and say, "Mister, you got me in trouble!"

Remember, you got you in trouble.

You did the action, I reported the behavior, and now you have to deal with the consequences.

Be honest, have you ever said to a teacher or a substitute or anyone, "Why did you

get me in trouble?"

The Mystery Of Spring Heeled Jack - Duration: 7:01.

In November 1872 The News of the World published a story describing a horrifying apparition

in South London.

The article said the area was ""in a state of commotion owing to what is known as the

""Peckham Ghost"", a mysterious figure, quite alarming in appearance.""

It wasn't long before police identified the culprit as Spring Heeled Jack.

For four decades the figure had attacked young women, taking an impossible leap onto the

rooftops to make his getaway.

The first known sighting of Spring Heeled Jack was in 1837.

A young woman called Mary Stevens was attacked by a "diabolical" figure in a London park.

According to journalist Leanne Perry, the assailant jumped "out from the dark shadows,

spat a blast of blue flame in the girl's face, then leaped onto a nearby rooftop and

vanished."

Historian Mike Dash notes that following this encounter, an influx of people reported separate

incidents of being terrorised by "a 'ghost, imp or devil' in the shape of 'a large

white bull.'"

The figure would mostly target women, ringing their doorbells, then viciously claw at them

when they answered.

This is typical of encounters with Spring Heeled Jack.

Most reports describe him as a hooded figure who would breathe fire into victims' faces

before he attacked.

Frequently, he would escape by leaping several metres into the air, and clambering over rooftops

to safety.

He was never caught.

Testimonies from Jack's traumatised victims give us few clues.

In 1838 Jane Allsop answered her door to a cloaked man claiming to be a police officer.

He asked her to bring him a candle.

Once she had obeyed, he seized it from her, using the flame to reveal "hideous and frightful

features" with eyes that resembled "balls of fire".

The light also showed that he was dressed in sheath-like white oilskin and helmet.

A report in the London Times described how he "vomited forth a quantity of blue and

white flames from" before forcing Jane into a headlock and tearing out chunks of her hair

with razor-sharp claws.

Just eight days later the demon struck again.

Lucy Scales was walking home when she was ambushed in an alley by a mysterious cloaked

figure who breathed "a quantity of blue flame" in her face.

The shock caused Scales to convulse in violent seizures that lasted hours.

Her neighbours heard blood curdling screams.

Public outrage forced the Lord Mayor of London, John Cowan, to publicly acknowledge Spring

Heeled Jack's existence.

However, evidence for Jack comes entirely from personal testimonies, which can often

be unreliable.

Eye witness accounts of Spring Heeled Jack do not add up.

He is variously described by his victims as being short, tall, black and white.

This inconsistency strongly suggests that so-called "Spring Heeled Jack" attacks

were not carried out by the same person.

Even Lord Mayor Cowan endorsed this theory.

He published a letter from a member of the public, which suggested the attacks were being

carried out by pranksters as the result of a sinister bet.

The letter said the wager demanded the mystery man to traverse London and its neighbouring

villages "in three different disguises - a ghost, a bear and a devil...the unmanly villain

has succeeded in depriving seven ladies of their senses, two of whom are not likely to

recover, but become burdens to their families."

Journalist Kerry Sullivan says that at least "the later incidents were most likely copycats

and/or crimes wrongly attributed to Spring Heeled Jack."

In this case, a lot of the mythology about Jack may be down to mass hysteria.

Psychotherapist John Waller explains this is a psychological phenomenon that occurs

when victims "are nourished by fear, sadness and anxiety… and subject to severe psychological

strain over the preceding weeks or months.

One or more then develop a psychosomatic symptom, [with others] quickly following suit."

Often, the threat is imaginary but gains strength as the legend spreads through rumour and popular

culture.

Certainly, Jack was a fixture of comics and ghost stories of the time, and this undoubtedly

contributed to how he was perceived by the public.

There are two main theories concerning the identity of the original Spring Heeled Jack.

Author Peter Haining believes he was actually the "Mad" Marquess of Waterford.

The Marquess had been known as an infamous prankster since 1837, when he drunkenly painted

the English town of Melton Mowbray in red paint while its inhabitants slept.

Haining says the Marquess may have instigated the attacks due to a rumoured humiliating

sexual experience that left him seeking revenge against women.

He had a number of well-educated engineer friends who would have been able to design

"spring heeled" shoes to facilitate extremely high jumps.

Haining posits that the eccentric Marquess could also have mastered fire breathing to

refine his ghoulish persona.

It is also possible that Jack was actually an alias of Joseph Darby, a world-class spring

jumping champion.

Darby had the physical ability to jump great distances.

Critically, Darby was known to practice his sport at night.

In one case, terrified onlookers caught him jumping over a canal in the early hours of

the morning.

Like Spring Heeled Jack, he was wearing a thick robe and a gas helmet to shield his

face.

Yet, based on existing evidence, neither of these suspects has a tangible link to Spring

Heeled Jack or "his" crimes.

For starters, the Mad Marquess died in 1859, years before Jack's attacks ended; and Darby

was born in 1831, making him just six years old when the sightings began.

The spooky consistency in the style of attacks suggests there is more to these gruesome tales

than urban legend.

But differing accounts of his appearance indicate that, if Spring Heeled Jack were real, he

may have been an unruly collection of violent London pranksters.

Given how much time has passed since the attacks, the mystery of Spring Heeled Jack will probably

never be solved.

You don't have to start with 400-level courses, you know, senior in college level courses,

just try astronomy.

Astronomy is empowering and wonderful.

It's humbling and empowering all at the same time.

Try biology.

The discoveries being made in genetics right now are amazing and will change the course

of human history.

Try chemistry.

Without chemistry we would not have these textiles and this fabulous glass in these

electronics that are enabling us to have this computer conversation.

No, just go for it, of course!

The big thing I remind everybody though is algebra.

Algebra is really important and it was hard for me too.

You've just got to practice.

You've got to practice algebra over and over.

And the reason it's valuable, apparently, research suggests thinking abstractly about

numbers enables you to think abstractly about all sorts of things.

So go back if you need to.

If you're a junior just do a little more algebra and I bet you're more comfortable

with the whole idea.

And you might change the world.

We got more than 15 000 subscribers in less than a year.

It's really great and it's mostly thanks to you! So after our angry video

we decided to take the time and see what was wrong

and what could be done to improve our channel. The first thing that is annoying is the

lack of time. Since the beginning, we've always tried to do the maximum to

create a connection with you, to answer all your messages, all your comments

but the thing is, the more we got subscribers (which is great) the less we

got time to answer all your comments. You'uve been writing to us on twitter, instagram,

Facebook ... all your stories, you told us in long text all your problems

and every time we try to give you a real answer and

not an answer with a simple "OK". It's really something we will never do

but the more we receive messages like this obviously, the less time we have to respond

so this is really something that we are frustrating about because we think it's

something that is between you and us This communication and this ability to help

each other. With all these comments and our respective jobs, we have less and less

time to look after you and that is something that has been frustrating for us. So

as you know we live in London, so we need to work

40 hours week to afford rent, which means that for now,

we are only able to do one video per week, but we would really like to do more. At the moment,

we are doing it on weekends. It takes all our weekends to

shoot the video and edit because we really want to provide

quality videos and we want improve along the way. It's really a pleasure to do

all these videos because your comments really motivate us a lot but again,

it takes a lot time! Also,

except that camera, we don't have any other equipment and what we would like is

perhaps have lights to film during evenings and also have

microphones to avoid extern noises from a car or the sound of a plane passing

when we make a video or the Worst of all and that's what happened

recently: the light becoming awful in the middle of the

video. So, we thought about

solutions. We thought that if we wanted to devote ourselves to YouTube, we

had to avoid staying in a city where you have to work 40 hours just to

pay the rent. So we made a decision ... Are you ready ... We are moving to Barcelona!

I had forgotten how rents outside London can be really cheap.

So, it was a determining factor in our decision to leave. I

think anywhere except London is cheaper. Yes. Yes, but we can at least

choose somewhere where you .... yes I'll be like that! All the time! We

will also be sincere ... Sea ... Sun ... June / July, it's happenening !!! And we need

to say when we are leaving. Yes! We're leaving in a month! less than a month. Carla leaves in a month

I'm leaving in two months. A month and a half... I need to learn flamenco

Diagnosed With An Incurable Medical Condition � Turns Out I Was Just Waking Up!

Is �Visual Snow� a form of Energy Sensitivity?

Can�t you see that?� I gestured wildly to the confused Ophthalmologist. �The air!

I can see the air! It�s dancing, little dots � all around us�or,� I swallowed

nervously, ��Is it just me?�

A few years ago I hugged a terrible secret: I thought I was going blind. I thought that

the stimulus to this unfolding blindness was related to the stress of my daughter�s brain

tumour and catastrophic fallout. I thought because what I witnessed on a daily basis

was so desperate, so full of suffering that, quite literally, my �eyes� couldn�t

take it anymore, I simply did not want to see. There are examples in our human history

where individuals have become blind after witnessing atrocities. But, in my case the

story unfolds very differently:

It started with a change in night vision, rather than seeing outlines in the dark, there

was an increasing amount of �static� kind of like you see on television that has no

signal. I ignored it and thought maybe I should eat more carrots. But then the static appeared

in the day time too, mostly obvious when looking at blank spaces. Then lightning flashes started

when I closed my eyes or when blinking, reminding me of a time I was thrown off a galloping

horse as child, losing a couple of seconds of embodied �time�. Then patterns in carpets

and pictures came alive, beginning to move and swirl � I could see that nothing was

still, there was movement everywhere. Simultaneously I began to see light halos around objects

and a fuzzy �field� around things. When I would move my eyes to focus on something

else the outline of the object I�d been looking at previously was imprinted in my

eyes and I�d see them superimposed �over� whatever else I was looking at.

Guilty of my secret I didn�t dare tell anyone for fear of �making it real,� until one

day, gripped by terror at the sight of a swirling wall, dotted with pieces of �air,� I made

an appointment to see an Ophthalmologist who specialized in Neurology.

�Your eyes are perfect,� he said. �But there is a new medical condition that is becoming

more and more common, it�s called Visual Snow, this is what you have. Here�s a leaflet

on it, go read it � it�s incurable.�

There is some information on visual snow but not much � the Guardian recently did a story

on it and summed up this nice little paragraph:

�People who experience visual snow commonly describe their field of vision as like an

old, out-of-tune television. Others describe images persisting after the visual stimulus

has left, dragging or remaining in the field of vision as a kind of negative space (a disturbance

known as palinopsia). Squiggly lines and flashes of light are also consistently reported. Impaired

night vision, photosensitivity and tinnitus are more rare effects.�

Other sources refer to psychological aspects of the Snow such as temporary disturbing sensations

of �depersonalization� and �derealization� � that is to say, often feeling �out of

their bodies� or that things �aren�t real.� It is important to note that these

conditions are classified as being a �mental disturbance.�

In the taxi on the way home I felt sick � my daughter was fighting for her life, and needed

me to lead the battle and I had now been diagnosed with an incurable medical condition that hampered

my ability to �see� the world. As far as I could see I didn�t have negative psychological

aspects � yes, I sometimes needed a �body� break when my daughter was having particularly

bad day and so I would just by instinct let myself �float� a little. And I frequently

wished that my life �wasn�t real� as I�d run and hide for a few spare minutes

in my walk-in wardrobe whispering �This isn�t real, this isn�t happening,� although

unfortunately for me, it still felt damn real. And as for tinnitus�I�d had that off and

on my whole life, if I was being honest I could always hear white noise, noticeable

mainly when I was in a quiet room.

But at least I wasn�t going blind.

Fast forward five months � a dramatic and unexpected Kundalini Awakening turned my world

around and upside down, in a good way. My awakening was spontaneous precipitated by

painful, intense rushing of energy out of my hand chakras when holding a crystal, my

daughter�s birthstone. A whole new world dawned as I discovered that I wasn�t a mere

mortal being of flesh and blood but an eternal soul, embodied and incarnated, just like every

one of you reading this.

With the huge energy surges rocketing through my body my intuitive and psychic abilities

sprang into action � Clairsentience (ability to feel energy) and Clairvoyance (the ability

to see energy: �See clearly�) were the most notable and I received instructions on

how to develop and refine these abilities. It was one evening, lying in bed, playing

with energy between my hands that I noticed the shards of energy shooting off my fingertips

� like grey static. In the day time, I could now easily slip into a concentrated clairvoyant

state and see my beautiful billowing Aura in the mirror. Then I released that what I

could perceive as a density in the air around me wasn�t �snow� due to an incurable

medical condition but the unfolding of the incredible gift of clairvoyance:

�Energy is everything and everything is energy� � and we are 99.99% space�

Quantum physicists are exploring the notion that we do not exist as solid objects at all,

but potentially exist as �ethereal� in nature, our reality holographic, brought into

manifestation by thought, intention and perception. What if the characteristics of visual snow

are not �mental� and psychological disturbances but can take the individual a step closer

towards a deeper truth � a �truth� on what and who we are? It is a meditative practice

to still the mind so much that one ceases to be separate or �personalized� but felt

to be a continuous aspect of Divine Oneness, could this be related to the de-personalization

aspect of Visual Snow?

Other aspects of the condition interest me from a Spiritual perspective, in my online

social circles of the Spiritual and Awakened there is much talk on �ringing in the ears�

being related to �Ascension� or spiritual growth. It is also felt that by those working

on their psychic abilities that it is possible �to hear� the frequency and vibration

of objects and this may manifest as a tinnitus-like sound. Both myself and my daughters experience

crystal energy as a rushing in our ears. Considering the giant leaps in our consciousness as a

race right now on Planet Earth, is it a coincidence that whilst we are �waking up� in our

multitudes there is this surge of people diagnosed with this �disease� that may reflect our

increased spiritual, intuitive and psychic awareness? Because of the dominant role of

medicine and science in our society and self-understanding, rather than exploring its potential spiritual

significance we have instead done what we know best and medicalized the condition, further

frightening and potentially disempowering those with it as they carry a belief that

they are �sick.�

I understand that my perspective may not be appropriate or fitting for many who have been

diagnosed with this condition but I would like to prompt others to consider what I have

to say. We are progressing so fast with our awakenings and it is time to break away from

purist medical understandings of the human body, embracing some of what the Quantum World

is suggesting � where, I personally believe we will find our �Power� again.

I am immensely grateful to have this visual and auditory reminder that, here incarnated

and embodied in 3D things are not as they seem�and when things �hum�, when lines

squiggle and sliver lightning flashes in my eyes I get a heavenly glimpse of our immortality

and divine origins � a truth that once embraced teaches you that really and truly, there is

nothing, nothing

to fear.

DAN: It may surprise you that orphans

aren't always children

Hello I'm Dr. Dan McCoy

And welcome to Blue Promise

today I'm here with

Dr. Leslie Weisberg

one of our Medical Directors

at Blue Cross we're going to

talk about orphan drugs

Leslie what's an orphan drug?

LESLIE: So an orphan Drug is a drug

that was developed to address a

relatively rare condition meaning

that only a few individuals in the

population have the disease

and the orphan drug was created

or developed to address and

treat those individuals

DAN: So these are probably patients

that have maybe a very unusual

or rare disease

LESLIE: Correct

DAN: and so potentially

the medicine is an unusual and

rare medicine so why

are they in the news?

Because I see that word

orphan drug a lot on

mainstream media

LESLIE: So orphan drugs have been

in the news recently because

a lot of these conditions for years

have gone untreated because there were so

few individuals or there wasn't the

research but over time there have been

significant studies and a lot of these

drugs have developed FDA approval and so

they are now available to

treat these relatively rare

conditions for the smaller segments of

the population affected

DAN: So you mean they may be used

for off-label use so they may be used

for an indication but then they're expanded

into other indications as well

LESLIE: So that's the Goal is to once

they are used in these relatively

rare diseases and have approval to

expand it to other diseases that are

more common and so that's the great hope

behind orphan drugs is that eventually

they can be expanded and used

in larger subsets of the population

once the studies and indications

are available

DAN: now the people

that watch this blog know that I don't

really like to shy away from

touchy subject but there's a catch right?

because often these orphan drugs are

made by one manufacturer

so they're often very expensive is

that a fair statement?

LESLIE: That is correct

and a logic goes into the research

and development behind these drugs

and that's their goal as well not only to

is it for these so-called orphan

or rare diseases but to eventually

expand it to other diseases

where they can be beneficial

DAN: So it would make sense if it

took a lot of dollars to create the

research behind that condition but if it

gets widely used for off-label

conditions it could be a very expensive

addition to the cost of care

LESLIE: That is true

yes and that is why we try to

carefully review these make sure there's

evidence base medicine

to support the use in other

conditions beyond the original FDA

indication for the drug
