Youtube daily report w May 25 2017

We live in the most plentiful times known to mankind.

Whereas in the past our ancestors had to spend most of their waking hours tirelessly working

for their food, today we are just one click away from an endless slew of delicious goodness.

It might seem strange, then, to discover that today, when the choice of brands couldn't

be higher, the companies behind the food industry have never been so few.

That's why today we'll be taking a look at the world's largest food company, Nestle.

The year is 1866, and two entrepreneurs on the opposite sides of Switzerland were getting

ready to start their own companies.

The man on the right was Charles Page, a former US consul who had fallen in love with Switzerland's

green meadows and fat cows.

His dream was to build a condensed milk factory, hoping to mimic the success of the first such

factory in the world built ten years earlier by Gail Borden in the US.

Charles had previously sent his brother George to that factory to try to learn more about

Borden's method, which involved evaporating the water in the milk and adding sugar.

Together the brothers founded the Anglo-Swiss Condensed Milk Company, with the hope of becoming

the British Empire's primary supplier of canned milk.

At the same time, 100 miles southwest of the Page brothers lived Henri Nestle, a German

immigrant with an equally fervent passion for dairy products.

As one of fourteen children in the Nestle family, Henri was painfully aware of the high

infant mortality rate across Europe.

To help solve the problem, Henri spent several years developing an affordable breast milk

substitute by combining milk with grain and sugar.

From 1867 onwards, Henri's Farine Lactée became indispensable to Swiss society.

By 1871, his infant formula was sold throughout Western Europe, with his factory churning

out over 1,000 cans every day.

Just two years later, Henri was selling over 2,000.

In 1877, however, a new competitor rose up to challenge Nestle.

While Henri was earning pennies selling his infant formula in Western Europe, the Page

brothers had made a fortune selling their condensed milk across the world.

They had become the primary supplier of the British Empire, as they had originally intended,

but by 1877 they had also spread to the US and Continental Europe.

Eager to expand their business, the Page brothers started selling their own infant formula.

To Henri, this was declaration of war, and so he promptly released Nestle-branded condensed

milk in retaliation, starting a relentless price war that would rage on for almost 30

years.

Although both companies grew during this period, competition hurt their bottom line immensely.

Henri and the Page brothers were proud men and were unwilling to concede, but by 1905,

when all three of them were dead, the directors of the two companies agreed to a merger.

The newly created company had a total of 20 factories and over the next decade Nestle

would spread to every inhabited continent.

The advent of World War 1 seemed advantageous at first, since the world's militaries knew

how valuable canned milk would be.

Pretty soon, however, Nestle realized that they would have no way to service this new

demand: Raw material shortages and international embargoes

left Nestle's 20 factories empty.

In response, Nestle started buying factories in the US, drastically expanding their production

and cozying up to Uncle Sam.

By 1917 Nestle's capacity had doubled to 40 factories, and by 1921 it had doubled again

to 80.

World War 1 had taught Nestle a valuable lesson: don't keep your eggs in one basket.

Throughout the thirties, Nestle opened factories in Asia and Latin America, so that when the

next war came around they'd be ready.

Coincidentally, this decentralization kept Nestle safe from the Great Depression and

allowed them to develop one of their most renowned products: Nescafe.

The idea for Nescafe came from the Brazilian government, which wanted Nestle to find a

use for their immense coffee surplus.

The Brazilians had suggested making coffee cubes, but Nestle eventually decided to make

a soluble powder instead.

Nescafe hit the US shelves in 1938 with minimal advertising, and yet one year later it had

become one of the most popular coffee products in the country.

To Nestle, the outbreak of World War 2 felt like a deja vu.

At first demand grew rapidly, but the sheer scale of the global destruction left Nestle

with huge supply shortages.

Nestle's saving grace came in 1941, when the US formally entered the war.

Nescafe became a staple of the armed forces and government contracts propelled Nestle

to record profits.

World War 2 ended up being so profitable for Nestle that they immediately started buying

up the smaller European companies that weren't so lucky.

Their best purchase by far came in 1947, when they acquired Maggi, the manufacturer of various

soups and seasonings.

One year later, Nestle unveil two other brilliant products: Nestea and Nesquik, which quickly

reach Nescafe levels of popularity.

Throughout the next decades Nestle expanded mainly through acquisitions, entering various

new markets, from frozen food to pharmaceuticals.

One of their most successful moves came in 1974, when they acquired a 30% stake in the

French cosmetics firm L'Oreal.

Just three years later, however, Nestle were faced with their first major controversy.

US activists accused Nestle of using predatory marketing tactics to promote their breastfeeding

substitutes in the developing world.

The boycott quickly spread to Europe, and although Nestle eventually complied with the

demands set forth by the World Health Organization, the boycott has been intermittently active

to this day.

Nestle's expansion continued throughout the 1980s, buying up brands like Friskies,

KitKat and After Eight.

During this time they also created Nespresso system.

In 1992 Nestle decided to go all in on mineral water, establishing what eventually became

the world's largest bottled water company.

Since then their brand ownership has grown exponentially, but so too have their controversies.

In 2002 Nestle demanded debt repayment from Ethiopia during one of the harshest famines

in recent memory, eventually backing down after over 8,000 angry email complaints.

In 2005 the CEO of Nestle claimed that people shouldn't have a right to water, a claim

that backfired so profusely that Nestle have a Q&A webpage dedicated to his apologies and

backtracking.

Last but not least is the cocoa industry, which is the bedrock of Nestle's chocolate

products and is also, coincidentally, one of the global centers of child labor, slavery

and human trafficking.

Despite the numerous lawsuits and calls for boycott, however, Nestle has become bigger

than ever, owning over 2,000 different brands across the world.

Since people are unlikely to give up on Nestle's delicious goodies any time soon, it's safe

to say that Nestle will continue expanding in the future.

MENTAL FITNESS : I DON'T TRUST YOU BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW YOU - Duration: 8:52.

A lot of us don't put in the right amount of time for ourselves because we're so busy

worrying about everything else and everybody else and at the same time not worrying enough,

think about that.

It might sound a little crazy but think about it, it's so real or so it's bugged out.

So what I'm saying is if you are not focused on yourself first and foremost you can't

help anybody but you are probably worried about everybody else.

But then when it gets to a certain issue you're like, oh, it's not my problem, deal with

it.

You have got to either be all the way in or all the way out.

I'm encouraging everybody to be all the way in.

Sometimes I watch people argue, we'll see things online, we'll just spectate and instead

of saying how can I step in and at least attempt to bring some resolution to this situation?

Let me at least try to help solve this problem.

I don't want to just be a spectator and watch and enjoy the show, and watch people

tear each other down and then I make comments and then I judge people because that doesn't

help me.

See what I'm saying is, we're all part of a bigger community.

Whether I'm talking about YouTube, whether I'm talking about Fitness, I'm really

talking about life.

We're all part of a bigger community so if we can't help ourselves help each other

then the community crumbles.

If I can't help you then we all crumble, I crumble.

But a lot of us don't see it that way.

Everything is just out for so self but we are part of a bigger community.

If I don't keep my neighborhood safe something can happen to me.

I may be walking around like, hey, I'm a tough guy, nobody's going to bother me.

But if I don't keep my community safe or my immediate surroundings safe and something

happens to my wife, something happens to my son then what?

Then I get mad, I get angry, I want to lash out and I want to make excuses but I kept

saying I' m good, nobody is going to bother me.

Now, if I sit there and watch and just worry about my family and I, say, well, alright,

I don't know the neighbors, I don't know these people so if something happens to them

it's not my problem.

But if you create an environment or if you help to facilitate an environment where nobody

else is around you is safe and you don't even know these people, then anything can

happen.

If you sit there and watch something happen to your neighbor, it can happen to you, it

can happen to your family.

But we don't look at it like that because we don't want to get involved as long as

we're good then we're good.

But if we're not at all good, you're not good.

You have to start to understand that.

Because over the last few decades our communities have become....we don't know each other.

Most of us whether you live in...If you live in a building you don't know the person

that's right next door to you, your neighbor.

You don't know them, probably don't even speak to them or do more than say hi and goodbye.

If you live in a house, you probably don't know your neighbors on the side of you.

You don't know the people on your block.

We don't know each other.

We don't know everybody.

Why, because we are all afraid of each other?

Because we're all so consumed with our own lives and our own selves and we're just

all antisocial, why?

All of this is a form of stress because if I can't be comfortable around the people

that I'm surrounded by then it causes tension.

Think about that.

If I don't know you, even if we're not posing a problem to each other, there is some

sort of uneasiness because I don't know you.

But if we live around each other, we see each other every day, why don't we know each

other?

We don't have to be best friends, we don't have to invite each other over for dinner

every day but we should know each other.

We should create a situation where we are looking out for each other just in a general

aspect of things, but we don't do that.

And these things, whether we realize it or not, it weighs on your mind, it pulls you

down, it brings your energy down, it raises your stress levels.

Because subconsciously, you are thinking and internalizing, and in dealing with all this

stuff, and it's actually negative, when you get around people that you know, when

you're comfortable with, you're comfortable, right?

When you get around your friends and your family you are comfortable because you know

them, you know you can relax, but if you don't know the people, other people that surround

you in your area, you're always on guard, you're always on watch, you are uncomfortable.

If you're uncomfortable, your mind isn't settled.

If your mind isn't settled, your body is not settled.

All of the stuff is relative.

Think about it.

Why is it so hard to walk past somebody and say hello?

Why is it so hard to walk past somebody and smile?

Why is it so hard to hold the door open for somebody?

Why is it so hard to say thank you?

If I bump into you, I'm sorry, I apologize, I didn't mean to do that, you're okay?

Why is that so hard?

Why are we all so aggressive and agitated and on the go and this and that.

Hah!

Why, why, why?

Ask yourself why.

What has anybody around your neighborhood really done to you?

I don't get along with one of my neighbors.

I don't think we are ever going to fix that but still I can't allow myself to walk around

agitated and frustrated.

Because it puts me in a bad place and when I'm in a bad place I do bad things, and

that's most of us.

If you agitate me and if you piss me off, you frustrate me and if you provoke me, things

are going to happen, right?

I'm no different from anybody else but it's how you deal with these things.

It's how you work with yourself, because you can't control these other people.

You can't control their actions.

You can try, and I have, but it doesn't always work.

So when that doesn't work, all you are going to do is put yourself in a situation where

you're in trouble, and you don't need that, right?

So you have to find a way within yourself to deal with it and let it go or somehow deal

with these things where it's not stressful to you.

Because you can't walk around agitated and pissed off and irritated all day.

It's not good for you.

It doesn't make me feel good.

I can tell you that straight up.

So the point is, you could be at odds with one person, and that's life sometimes, but

you don't have to be at odds with everybody around you.

And most of us act like we're at odds with our neighbors in our community when we don't

even know these people.

So we all should try to get to know each other a little better and just try to relax.

Because, again, it's just those type of things where your naturally tense and you

probably don't even realize it.

You're stressed out and you probably don't even realize it.

You think you're comfortable, you think you feel good, you think you are okay in your

environment, when you are not, and it's only because you didn't take the time to

know people around you.

You probably watch people from a distance and you form some type of opinion about them.

This person is not a good person.

This person is nosy.

This person...that person that's nosy, they might be the type of person that's going

to look out because they want to keep things safe.

I don't know, it depends on the person.

But have you ever looked at it like that?

Maybe the person that's nosy, and you're like, yo, they are always paying attention,

they are always in somebody's business, maybe if you were a little... maybe they're

just aware.

Maybe you should just be a little bit more aware.

Maybe they care so they're looking around like, yo, I'm l making sure my neighbors

are safe.

I'm making sure nobody is doing nothing crazy.

And maybe because you don't understand their intentions maybe you're internalizing it

and see something negative.

And then that negative view towards them, it makes you feel a certain way.

That energy comes out, whether you realize it or not.

We all project a certain energy, whether we realize it or not, and that energy is powerful.

That energy affects everything around us.

I'll get into that deeper but just think about what I have said.

The reason we learn a language is to communicate

and if you are doubting yourself and because

you think other people might be laughing

don't sound good or your accent is not there.

it's not understandable

it's fine

Okay, so why do we learn languages the

okay so why do we learn languages?

The reason why we learn languages is to be

able to communicate and now if you are

happy with yourself.

Now a lot of people will feel concerned that you know you

Don't sound good. You're not ready to communicate.

Well I'll tell you this much

if you have five words that you know in

the English language and those five

words are the only thing you know then

use these words to communicate with other people.

Don't wait until you have mastered the language to communicate.

The reason why we learn languages is so that another person can understand us.

Now if you're already there, then that's great.

Don'r be scared to make mistake. Don't be scared to make mistakes.

Because at the end of the day you are the one who is

learning a new language.

You already know another language perfectly. okay. Most people probably

Most people probably

don't even know more than one language

So you should feel really happy that

you're taking that step to learn a new language.

So you should feel very proud that you're taking this step.

Now what I want you to do is communicate. Even if you have five words in your vocabulary bank.

Use those words to communicate.

I'm learning Portuguese right now and I barely know any words.

I know very little words 'Obrigada' and very very basic words.

Whenever I come into contact with another person that speaks Portuguese,

I bring out every single word that I know

and I try my best to use hand gestures

to communicate with that person and I

know that that's the only way that I

will be able to develop and learn and

when I make mistakes it's okay

usually people can see that you're

trying and they will help you and this

just makes you develop more and more.

So what I want you to do is not

to be scared to be happy with where you

are now and keep developing okay.

Thank you for joining me today if you have any

more ideas of lessons that I can do to

help you develop then please let me know

in the comments below. :)

all right so I'm not at all prepared how

are you doing thanks for stopping by my

channel where we talk about sometimes

for the subjects with Emma skipped us

again Bubba will block so I have no idea

wasn't right about or talked about I was

like thinking about the whole day and I

didn't come up with anything that's our

game pissed off so I said forget it I

mean just the way they go on the camera

and I thought about how everyone right

now is like tweeting about prom about

having somebody astronaut on the

freaking horse or something I'm just

like Oh gaming and having I like all his

amigos coming to the house with like a

bunch of roses and stuff around just

like today like well y'all getting

married so I never made it a problem

there was one I've been to prom before

but I never made it to my own prom

reason being I got kicked out of school

focus factor it works now don't do the

same thing but if you're in my situation

maybe if you're in the younger age

watching this keep listening because

they're going to go over here for you

I'm not proud of it but what can we do

something happened I'm not going to

mention it because there's only need to

it's been it's over I went to a school

district and then we're in there talking

to the superintendent and yeah like the

superintendent she was kind of being

rude Bowser see no accepting it and she

says something about my mom like she

said like look at your son like how do

you feel like how do you feel about

having a son like this smells like boy

hey what do you mean like shit wouldn't

she like you should you know sure that

you should learn how to raise your kids

and what she said that I freaking

flipped out like boy am i disabled was

really really like he's home I'm on that

you don't know how to take care of your

kids you don't know how to raise your

kids look at your buddy chain look at

him he's never can we be anything I was

like this unless I freaking I flipped

out all in crazy Oh mm she thought about

the hideo's any about the hitch film was

trying to scare you I didn't say that so

I was like yeah she called so she called

the police

let me Hank us and he asked me what's

going on what happened and I was like

she was talking mama mama

like you know say like name something

you know you don't talk about someone's

Impala Mike I don't know you could talk

about me all you want

just call me anything wrong I'll pie

stay quiet I'll just die all right it's

the show all right but then you talk

about my mama like ah I started to get

happen so yes so after that happened the

cops will be like really that's what

I've been over yeah and he's like no

then the same thing and I was like a

breath taking out your head sucks man he

says my I stood I trust you go what is

it it fell out so but then the lady came

or the superintendent lady came though

and then she she was like okay I I guess

she had a change of heart isn't you and

she asked her an apology that's it she

asked for the apology and I gave her my

sincere apologies when the bottom of my

non giving up and then I had to go to

court the judge asked me what happened

and I told an exactly the same story

the judge said the judge told me does he

said what you did was right he just did

it in the wrong way and I was like what

the judge he you know he dropped the

case he was like this is stupid

next time by the trail leather his eye

he ever again the situation again just

write a letter I bet you she'll get

fired the next day and he told me never

let anybody dishonor your parents

because you know you have to honor your

times and I was like ooh there's

something right to it so whatever you

learn even if you mess up even if you do

something really dumb and you made some

mistakes even this two three four layers

deep in trouble you still have a chance

you still have a fighting chance to make

things right and it's not then

I don't know you're gonna have to pay

your guys just I wasn't I wouldn't

consider myself lucky because I don't

believe in love I just think that I know

how to just do this like we always do it

E13 Liquid Facelift - Duration: 1:44.

That big event is around the corner and you don't have time for that Facelift or for that

Eyelift to help give you that bright smile before all those pictures are going to be

taken.

Think about the Liquid Lift.

With the Liquid Lift, instead of coming into the office and maybe doing one syringe of

filler, patients will consider anywhere from maybe 4 up to 12 syringes of filler.

Why this is so neat is that there are many areas of the face as we begin to age that

impart a mature look.

When we look at the mouth area, chins begin to weaken.

We can actually bring the whole chin forward with some of the Juvederm Voluma, and actually

give someone the appearance of a Chin Implant, strengthening that area.

Over time the corners of the mouth begin to turn down, giving us a frown, and with the

Juvederm Ultra Plus, we can turn that frown upside down, helping to smooth out the sides

of the jawline, as well as lifting up the corner of the mouth.

As we begin to mature, the cheeks begin to drop, so we can build up the cheeks with some

of the Juvederm Voluma, to help reframe the eye and put that sparkle back.

And then in the frame of the face, we develop some hollowness in the temple and the back

of the jawline.

In those areas we can help to add a little filler, either the Sculptra or some of the

Juvederm Ultra Plus.

So with the Liquid Lift, it has allowed patients to have those photos taken with an even bigger

smile on their face.

Vintage House Tour in Amboise France!|法式復古老屋一日遊!🇫🇷 - Duration: 4:57.

Hi there, it's your girl, Amber. Welcome back!

I'm sending you hello from Southern France today!

We are in a small town called Amboise.

We are here for a friend's wedding this coming weekend.

I still cannot believe how beautiful this place is,

and I just have to show you this beautiful villa/condo we are staying at.

It's this white building behind me.

I'm going to take you inside and show you around,

and take you to the backyard.

It's so beautiful. It's got so much history to it!

Get ready, you will love it! Let's go!

Hello Walter!

I'm filming a house tour!

I'm going to put it on YouTube, is it ok with you?

This is Walter, the bride's brother. Hi!

This is the kitchen.

Everything is in French... I don't really understand but it's so beautiful!

Our breakfast table.

This door goes to the backyard and I'll take you guys over there in a second.

This is one of the living rooms.

Oh my god, so beautiful

Look at this radio player! I don't know how old it is...

Look they've got this family tree! That's so cute!

This is where we played some card games last night.

I don't know why I'm laughing so much when I see you...

Hi Joe!

Alright, let's keep going!

You see this hidden door? We were saying last night there's a ghost hiding behind here...

This is the second floor.

It's a bedroom,

another bedroom,

and more bedrooms! It's so pretty!

This is pretty!

This is a photo in one of the bedrooms.

I think it's so cute! They look so happy in this one!

The first thing you see coming up to third floor is this doll right here...

I don't know about you, but I think it's a little bit...

spooky? This little girl right here...

This is our room. Let's go in!

I can't believe we are staying here!

We've got a big window over here.

Our luggage,

a spare bed,

a beautiful firepit and a big mirror for me to do my makeup in the morning.

That's our bed.

This is the window looking out the backyard!

So that was the game room and the guys were playing ping-pong back there.

It's so cool they have this game room!

I think that completes our house tour! I hope you had fun!

We are probably heading to the town center in a second and I'll take you guys along with us.

So see you later!

What Other Space Audio Exists? Plasma, Electromagentic & Gravitational Waves | SSFX Space Sound FX - Duration: 9:38.

If you've been keeping up with my SSFX

or space sound effects project you know

it's about sound in space, but you may

have come across other sounds of space

so what are they? There is tons of space

audio, as I'm going to call it from now

on, that's been made available by NASA,

ESA and the University of Iowa to name

but a few.

Click the links in the description. This

audio comes from a variety of different

instruments on spacecraft or even from

ground-based telescopes, because you can

turn any oscillating signal into

something audible just using a computer.

So when we talk about space audio it

doesn't have to have been sound in the

first place. That being said a lot of the

space audio out there are waves of the

medium of space, plasma waves. Remember

space is filled with very weak plasma

and if you're not familiar with what

plasma is I'd recommend you check this

video first, because it's really going to

help. My space sounds for SSFX are

the simplest sort of plasma waves you

can get and the closest thing to sound

as we conventionally know it but in

space. I talked about this in more detail

before but in these waves the plasma

acts as a single neutral fluid, where

it's differences in the pressure that

drives them. But this only works for

ultra low frequencies less than about

one Hertz and as we go up to ElF and VLF

radio frequencies things start to change.

Firstly we start to no longer be able to

talk about the plasma as a single fluid

entity. When wavelengths are comparable

or smaller than the Debye length, the

charged particles that make up a plasma

will be subject to electric fields,

whereas these got screened out over

larger scales.

It's these electric fields which largely

drive the particles' motion in other

forms of plasma wave. So while similarly

to sound they are mechanical waves,

because we have the motion of

matter, it's not simply pressure that's

causing this motion. That makes them a

bit less like the sound waves that we

know and love and a bit more weird and

complicated, as we're going to find out.

At the lower frequency end of plasma waves

it's really the ions that are

transmitting the waves, because they're

much heavier and thus slower particles to

respond, with electrons being able to

zip around in response to any changes

quite easily. Until you get to the ion

plasma frequency. You can think of this

as the fastest speed the ions can

actually respond to. Beyond that

frequency those ions basically don't

budge much. At a much higher frequency is

the electrons' equivalent maximum speed,

the electron plasma frequency or often

simply just called the plasma frequency.

This is the rate at which electrons if

displaced will wiggle backwards and

forwards about their ions, which remain

stationary. These plasma oscillations or

Langmuir waves have been picked up in

space, for instance that's how we knew

Voyager 1 had entered interstellar space -

the frequencies of these waves changed

dramatically.

In between these two frequencies we have

some rather complicated plasma waves.

First up a bit about how particles in

plasmas move. In a magnetic field charged

particles travel in circular or helical

paths, where they gyrate around the

field lines due to the Lorentz force.

Since ions and electrons have opposite

charges

that means they gyrate in opposite

directions. Ions are left-handed meaning

if you take your left hand and make this

shape, if the magnetic field is pointing

in the direction of your thumb then the

ions' motion is given by your other

fingers. Similarly you can do the same

for electrons but with your right hand.

Ion cyclotron waves are oscillations of

ions at close to their usual oscillation

frequency around the magnetic field,

which is known as the cyclotron

frequency, and these waves come about

because of the interplay of the Lorentz

force along with electrostatic and

thermal effects. They're left-handed waves

because they're associated with the left

hand motion of ions. The converse are

electron cyclotron waves, but they're

more commonly known as Whistler waves

because that's what they sound like in

the ionosphere when they were first

detected.

Whistlers are right-handed waves of

electrons at close to their much

higher cyclotron frequency. Then there's

the upper hybrid oscillations. These are

related to the electron plasma

oscillations that we've already talked

about, but when you've got gyromotion

also going on.

Finally there's, well you've guessed it,

lower hybrid oscillations which are

pretty weird. Unlike all the other plasma

waves, ions and electrons play an equally

important role in these waves. Sometimes

however scientists don't classify space

audio by the type of wave physically but

rather by what they sound like, as we

already mentioned with whistlers. Some

examples include tweeks, these are waves

in the ionosphere which go down in pitch

because the higher frequency of travel

faster and reach us first.

Then there's chorus, which sound like

birds singing and occurs in the same

regions as the SSFX sounds but obviously

a much higher radio frequencies.

And then there's also hiss, which is what

some chorus turns into inside the cold

torus of plasma around the earth known as

the plasma sphere.

And it's not only around earth where

we've recorded these things, we've done

it all over the solar system. Have a

listen to these.

All of those waves I've mentioned are the

only ones which require and involves the

motion of matter in space and as I said

their maximum frequency is the plasma

frequency, because even electrons can't

keep up when you're going above that.

That's why for instance low frequency

radio waves bounce off of the ionosphere

whereas high frequency ones don't. The

electrons can't respond to the higher

frequency waves so they pass through

unscathed, almost as if nothing was there.

This effect not only means you can pick

up stations from much further away than

you should be able to otherwise, but it

limits the radio astronomy that we can

do here on the ground because there are

radio waves from space which simply

can't penetrate our ionosphere.

Thankfully we've got both ground-based

and space-based radio telescopes and yes

people have turned some of these signals

we've picked up into audio as well.

And finally don't forget our new

astronomical tool, gravitational waves.

The folks over at LIGO have converted

their groundbreaking discovery into an

audible signal and it turns out two

black holes merging sounds like this.

Thanks so much for watching do check out

the other videos in my SSFX series or

those links in the description to listen

to tonnes of space audio. And also you can

like and subscribe to my channel if you

Top 5 Foods To Boost Your Brain Function - Duration: 3:40.

Powerful 2 Week Diet With Proven Results :

http://bit.ly/2p873HH

These food products will not make you a genius, but will boost your brain function, power

and energy and will help you stay focused all day long.

So, we listed the best products for your brain.

1.Omega-3 fatty acids Omega -3 fatty acids (fish is an excellent

source, especially sardines) have favorable effects on health, but the latest research

shows that omega-3 acids help even in construction of gray brain materia.

In one examination, respondents who ate mostly food rich in omega-3 fatty acids had more

gray matter (in three brain sections – responsible for mood) compared with the beginning of the

examination.

The increase of gray matter during the examination was monitored by magnetic resonance.

How did omega-3 fatty acids help the brain?

Researchers are still looking for this answer, but until now all we know is the following:

taking in consider all groups of omega-3 fatty acids, DHA, is the most common essential fatty

acid in the brain important for brain development and function.

2.Substance Choline Choline is a substance, part of the relationship

between each cell in the body.

Researchers examined the effect of choline supplementation on monkey's memory for decades.

Monkeys which consumed a lot of choline in their diet had much better results in all

tests and somehow choline reduced the occurrence of dementia.

Some studies performed in humans have also shown that taking sufficient amounts of choline

improves memory in adults.

Eggs are the best source of choline.

Milk is an excellent substitute for people having problems with high cholesterol.

3.

Anti-oxidants in black chocolate Cup of hot cocoa sharpens your brain.

Study conducted by nutritionists found that anti-oxidants have higher concentration in

products containing cocoa, red wine and green tea.

But excessive consumption of cocoa and chocolate leads to obesity, so beware of the quantities.

On the other hand, raspberries and spinach are also rich in anti-oxidants and have less

calories.

4.

Food which helps you fight Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease

You probably know that folic acid (vitamin B9) is important during pregnancy for the

baby to develop properly, but adults need it, too.

One important examination performed in Netherlands, including people at the age of 50-70, showed

that people who took folic acid supplements had better cognitive skills (thinking and

memory).

On the other hand, one of the major problems chronic alcoholism brings is reduction of

folic acid quantity, one of the leading causes for neurological disorders in chronic alcoholics.

Food rich in folic acid(Vitamin B9) include: meat (liver is the best source, chicken giblets),

legumes (dried beans, nuts, lentils soya products, almonds), whole grains, potato, sweet potato,

fruits and vegetables (spinach, beetroot, broccoli, cabbage, banana, oranges, peaches)

5.

Currants Currants reduce damage of brain cells after

a stroke.

Scientist have made lots of examinations and found that monkeys exposed to stroke after

consuming currants extract had almost twice less damage than the group which did not consume

currant juice.

Yogurt & Vitamin B6 as a Stress Reliever - Duration: 2:21.

Powerful 2 Week Diet With Proven Results :

http://bit.ly/2p873HH

There is an unwritten rule that people who are always under stress and who are constantly

rushing to work do not have time for some healthy breakfast.

These people usually sleep badly and instead of breakfast, they drink only coffee.

If you need to drink coffee, drink caffeine-free coffee.

Essential B complex vitamins are necessary for feeding your nerves.

In yogurt, you will find riboflavin (vitamin B2), cobalamin (vitamin B12) and pantothenic

acid (vitamin B5).

They belong to the B complex vitamin group.

Vitamin B6 is particularly important for healthy nerves, better concentration and stress reduction.

Vitamin B6 has "control" over many important body processes including composition of amino

acids and thus control and construction of all protein structures (cells and tissues)

in the body.

In one word, vitamin B6 controls everything.

This means that hormones are under his control, i.e. other important "conductors" in body

functioning.

And also you should not forget that blood is a liquid tissue or protein structure which

also needs vitamin B6.

There are no proteins without Vitamin B6, there are no hormones without proteins and

without hormones all body functions are at risk.

We can mention only serotonin, dopamine and melatonin, which all together regulate the

biological clock, sleeping, cognitive function, feelings and your acting.

So vitamin B6 is more than needed for your perfect body function.

Vitamin B6 participates in the construction of several neurotransmitters (substances that

enable transmission of nerve impulses).

The lack of vitamin B6 leads to neurological and psychological disorders.

Healthy recipe for fast breakfast: 50 grams of oat flakes,

200 milligrams of low-fat yogurt, one to two bananas,

3 tablespoons of raisins, 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds,

a teaspoon of yeast and a little cinnamon.

Mix these ingredients and you have a tasty and healthy breakfast, which will reduce stress,

improve your mood and give you enough energy to start the day.

Eat & Stay Healthy!
