Logitech Harmony Elite Remote Control Review - Duration: 5:58.

Hello this very quick look at the Logitech Harmony Elite remote control

hub. This is a great device if you've got a lot of technology you want to get rid

of a lot of remote controls, around the back you've got a pair button, a USB port

for power and two additional ports which are use for the IR blaster extenders.

The hub is available with a remote control, a separate remote control, and this looks

really cool and this allows you to control all the activities and devices

without using your mobile phone if you get the hub on its own you just have to

use the mobile phone app. The remote itself is charged via a pair of pins at

the bottom and it comes with a small base station so you simply pop your

remote in there and you never have to worry about changing the batteries.

As well as the remote and the hub you get a pair of power blocks and that's just

USB power and depending on where you are in the world you'll get the various

connectors for this as well as the IR blasters and of course the obligatory

manual which it's well worth having a read through, although I actually found

setup to be very simple because once you've downloaded the app you simply

follow the on-screen instructions to set up a new hub and that will explain how

to connect to all the various bits and pieces where to place it,

it'll initialize it, get your remote synchronized, it does the full works and

then you are ready to get set up. Now this is the bit that will take a while,

if your devices are connected to the same network they can be picked up by

the app and automatically detected which type of device it is and they can be

added straight away. Otherwise you have to go through a manual adding process,

but to be honest that doesn't take too long because there's a huge database sat

behind this and you simply search for the device and once you've found what

you want simply follow the instructions for connecting it in some cases you'll

need to put in your access credentials so for Nest for example you need to

grant this access to be able to use your Nest equipment. Once you've got all your

devices you'll need to set up activities again this can take a while but it's

well worth doing because in the long run this will save you a lot of time, so you

can set up what devices are used, what channels are going to be selected on

things like amps and the volume, whether you want the

lights at a certain level. It's well worth experimenting with various

activities and devices and once they're set up they're simply a button push away.

it takes a bit of time to do but it's well worth putting in the effort to set

up the activities on your mobile if you've got the remote

they'll be synchronized with the remote so you don't have to program each device

separately. I would recommend the remote if there's a few of you in the house, it

just means you have to download and install the app on everyone's mobile

phone, but if you want to save a bit of money you can get the hub but just on

its own. Once you've got this programmed in its then just a matter of pressing

the activity that you're interested in, so for example on the remote I'm just

going to press that I want to watch TV. That now tells a hub I wanna watch TV

and it runs through the programmed activity so it's turning on the

amplifier, it's setting it to the TV channel, it's switched on my LG TV and

you can see the TiVo is now waking up. You can then also have this set to

different channels and you can set favourite channels on the remote and

it's just a case of pressing the touchscreen and it will change over to

the channel of your choice. That's actually really good because certainly

in the UK we've still got the standard def channels and rather than having to

go through and find HD channels you just program the hi-def ones straight into

the remote. Now I know a lot of modern telly's have a Netflix button,

mine's slightly older and doesn't, what you can do though is you can program

this to follow a sequence so I've programmed this, and it's a bit hit miss,

but I program this to turn on the telly, start the Smart TV mode and then

navigate to Netflix and we're just gonna see if that will work for you now.

It's powering on the TV, it's gone to the smart menu, there's Netflix I have to

select it on here and I don't know if you see this too well what this square

represents where it's going, and there we go so it's just moved across one, down

one, and it should have selected Netflix, and there we go! So I may not have a

Netflix button it doesn't really matter because you can program in a set order

of commands and you can add things like delays so if it needs to wait 10 seconds

before then proceeding to the next step and once you're in it just works like

the normal TV remote would do, you can just go ahead and select whatever you want to

watch. This has the advantage of having play/pause buttons on it which my normal TV

remote doesn't so I can pause the action if I need, to as well as mute things and

it's got all the usual buttons on that you'd expect and what's really nice is

you can program these buttons to do something in particular so if there's a

button on here that isn't being used but that you'd like to do something with it

maybe you want to have a Netflix button on here, because your TV has a Netflix

button, you can go ahead and program one of these to do that function

specifically for that device. You've got loads of options as to what this will

work with it will work with the Nest, it will work with the smart lights that are

available from various places and in theory it should work with the Amazon

speakers, the Dot and the Echo and what-have-you, but I found that to be

quite hit and miss. Although the commands will be acknowledged it doesn't always

work so we'll just give it a go see if it works now. Alexa tell harmony to watch

TV

ALEXA: "OK"

So she says okay, but nothing happens and we know that that activity does work

because you've just seen me do it. So I think there's a bit more work to be done

on integration with the Amazon kit but if you are happy to just use a remote

and not faff around with voice activation, I have to say this is a brilliant

way of getting rid of a huge number of remote controls. I hope you found this

short review useful if you haven't already please consider hitting the

subscribe button, thanks for watching I'll see you next time.

►''Galaxy Note 8'' Leak Reveals Samsung's Top Hidden Feature►[Don,t Miss] - Duration: 2:40.

Galaxy Note 8 Leak Reveals Samsung's Hidden Feature

We know almost everything about the Galaxy Note 8, but just weeks before launch it appears

this massive smartphone has one final secret hidden in its biggest upgrade…

The usually reliable ETNews (via The Information) says Samsung has managed to integrate pressure

sensitive technology into the Galaxy Note 8's huge 6.4-inch display.

This will enable users to apply different levels of pressure to the display to toggle

new functionality.

Of course this should sound familiar because it's exactly what Apple has provided in

the last two generations of iPhone.

Apple calls it '3D Touch' and it expands upon similar pressure sensitive technology

first used in MacBook trackpads called 'Force Touch'.

This leads to the inevitable jokes about Samsung copying Apple, though it is worth pointing

out the iPhone 8's headline features this year - a 5.8-inch almost bezel-less display,

wireless charging, fast charging and the return to a glass back - are all already featured

on Galaxy smartphones.

In short: everyone copies each other.

Samsung is also expected to build upon the 3D Touch functionality used by Apple to "replace

all the functionality of a home button and open a hidden menu with shortcuts to different

features".

How smoothly this works in practice remains to be seen.

If ETNews is correct, however, it may explain why the Galaxy Note 8 will feature a smaller

battery than the Galaxy Note 7 (despite its physically larger dimensions).

This is because the motor Apple uses for 3D Touch is relatively large and it is noticeable

that Apple was forced to reduce the size of the iPhone 6S battery to accommodate it.

A year later Apple got this space back by removing the headphone jack.

In my opinion a simpler solution would be what Google did with the Pixel and Pixel XL:

make a slightly longer press operate like a physically harder press.

It requires no extra hardware and Android has long been designed to recognise long presses

all over the UI to deliver extra functionality.

That said, and despite ETNews' good track record, I still have my doubts whether Samsung

will make this move.

Firstly it seems late in the day to only hear about this now when so much has already leaked,

and secondly it's such a blatant and needless duplication of Apple technology I fail to

see the point.

Still the Galaxy Note 8 is going to cost well over $1,000 so it might be one more feature

that helps users accept the rise.

And besides Apple just so happens to be increasing the iPhone 8 price by a similar amount when

it launches a month later.

I'll say it again: everyone copies everyone.

Many guys attack in the climb before the finish

and I'm saying to 3 guys :

Hey ! Go to the front ! Go ! Yes ! Go Go to the front !

And after in the descent :

Breakaway.

With 3 guys of the team in the descent.

In the next climb, try or not ?

I'm not sure but, for the radio, I said :

Hey ! In the front ! Full gas ! Full gas in the front !

And at the moment, Bjarne (Riis) said :

Hey ! Full gas in the front ! (x2)

But, in this moment, I'm not sure if I attack or not.

But, after one 1k of climb, I said :

Ok Alberto, I think that this is the moment to try,

maybe you don't win,

but, if you don't try, you'll never (try).

No, no, I need to fight for the victory, the 2nd place isn't good.

This will be my last race as a professionnal cyclist.

I say this happy, without sadness.

It's a decision that I have thought very well,

and I don't think there is better farewell than in the home race and in my country

I never claimed to be perfect

My mistakes are all written in ink

None of us claimed to be perfect

And it's sad if that's what you all think

Our flaws helped to make us special

They bond us and keep us strong

Our flaws are what brought us together

So stop actin' like somethin's wrong

We're not flawless

We're a work in progress

We've got dents and we've got quirks

But it's our flaws that make us work

Yeah, we're not flawless

We're a work in progress

So tell me what flaws you got, too

'Cause I still like what's flawed about you

They say I'm a big shot

That my ego's the size of a whale

My confidence comes off as cocky

But it gives me the courage to fail

Sure, I can be a drama queen

A bit stuck-up, it's true

And I can be too eager to please

There's such thing as being too honest, too, 'cause

We're not flawless

We're a work in progress

We've got dents and we've got quirks

But it's our flaws that make us work

Yeah, we're not flawless

We're a work in progress

So tell me what flaws you got, too

'Cause I still like what's flawed about you

Ponies think I'm all bubbles and laughter

That I don't seem sincere

I might joke around a little too much

But I'm just so happy you're here

It took me a while to be confident

To really come out of my shell

But nopony has to be perfect

By now, don't you know us so well? Because, yeah

We're not flawless

We're a work in progress

be able to stay in contact with me like that.

I'm sorry to say it but you are your parents.

Their worst traits have gone into you bone deep and no everywhere you go you are a living,

breathing sh*t talking incarnation of all the things that you used to hate about them.

But see that's only part of who you are.

All that terrible stuff is what I like to call the Red Zone where you're most likely

to snap, react and it might also be the Yellow Zone where you're constantly stressed, nervous,

thinking about something bad going to happen or worrying about something that might have

already happened.

Well theres red and yellow so you might be thinking theres a green zone and you're right.

But I'm not a streetlight I'm a special snowflake.

Take it easy there yellow snow, I can hear you screaming.

That's why I'm about to tell you why you need to know about these different states, how

they work together and pros and cons of each.

So you might be wondering why should I be listening to a fat 30 year old on YouTube

about psychology and mental states.

Well that's because I've been a Red Liner for much my life.

Drawing people away, freaking out at the worst times possible and as a result I've had to

find a way more toward the yellow and to green states so I've lived this first hand.

You might find yourself in a similar spot being a rage addict or you might be more of

a chronically green zone kind of person and never motivated to actually get anything done.

So lets start with the Green Zone.

The Green Light, Hippie's Paradise.

This is where you're feeling very blissed out.

The best time to access this state is when you wake up in the morning before your mind

starts to take over.

This is a state where you're going to feel empathy with others, more of a sense of oneness,

calmness, it's also a great state to contrast the other more stressful states to allow creativity

to bubble up.

It's also where you're probably going to find your sense of humor and other likable traits.

The downside of the Green Zone is that you might not be able to assert yourself from

that place and you might not feel like going after some of the desires you may have.

Some people say you can remain in the green zone even under extreme duress.

I'm going to assume that's not you and we'll move on.

The next state is the yellow zone.

Hillybilly Mudslide, The Danger Zone, Yellow Snow, whatever you want to call it.

This state is most likely to arise when you're girlfriend is putting her finger over the

camera aperture, people are talking in the background, your boss is being a d*ck or you

got cut off in traffic…

Any situation which is going to cause you stress is likely to put you into the Yellow

Zone.

Another time that you'll find yourself in the yellow zone is when you're learning a

new skill such as making YouTube videos, practicing an instrument that you're not familiar with

or, take, studying for an exam.

The Yellow Zone is a danger zone because you might go from green to red and that's known

as Snapping and that's going to be caused repressed anger.

But the Yellow Zone is really great because this is where you're going to be alert to

where you're reacting and that's whats' going to help you become a calmer person.

And then there's the Red Zone, The Breaking Point, The Point of No Return, Breaking Stuff

and Burning Bridges.

You're likely to get into this state whenever someone triggers something in you that might've

been caused by a childhood trauma.

Something that just really pisses you off.

This is really where your demons are and your own personal hell.

The key to this state is isolation.

It's just you and your pain.

This is obviously a bad state to be in and it has it's obvious downsides such as pain

and pushing other people away but there's a good side to it and that is you can really

see where you need the most work.

By shoring up the leaks you have in this area, you'll be able to get yourself into a Yellow

Zone and ultimately maintain that Green Zone state.

So you might have noticed that there's a fluidity between these states.

You might wake up in the Green Zone, get a text message that your girlfriend f*cking

your boss and that might put you into a yellow or straight to red zone.

Green is where you're going to feel most open to meeting new people, the most connected.

The most empathetic - we talked about this.

Yellow is more than likely going to be a result of interacting with others in a way that's

somewhat conflicted and red is going to be when you're just pushing people away and you're

very contracted and that's when you enter into deep states of loneliness and isolation.

These states will happen to varying degrees throughout the day or you might be more of

a Green Zone personality or Yellow Zone personality or even Red Zone personality.

It's important to identify what state you're in at any given time and also to know whether

or not this applies to you as a whole personality type.

You might think that you always want to be in the green zone but people like to overcome

challenges and the reality is that you probably have some emotional challenges you're going

to have to deal with regardless so being in that Yellow Zone and becoming aware of those

inner conflicts, outer conflicts are what is going to cause the growth leading to that

more stable Green Zone homeostasis.

For example, if you're a Red Ranger and you're constantly snapping on everybody you might

need to seriously think about taking up a spiritual discipline or getting some professional

help to get you to be able to get consciously stressed out instead of going into the black

and waking up like you know, the hulk that just destroyed his life.

Or you might be more of a Yellow Type personality where you're always anxious but at the same

time you might not be really expressing yourself and taking the risks that someone in the Red

Zone might even he does them unconsciously and you might not have the peace in your life

that someone whose more of a Green Type personality will enjoy.

And like I mentioned in the beginning you also might be more of a Green Type personality

where you tend to think of yourself as very calm and pacific but you might not be taking

the challenges you need to grow.

Some of these people who are kind of a weak green type tend to be very judgmental.

All three states are useful and are good to explore because you can't make sh*t brown

without red and green

So I hope this was helpful to you guys.

I've been through all of these states myself and like I said have spent a lot of time in

the Red Zone which has caused me a lot of pain and that's why I've found it very useful

to be able to identify my current mental state is either yellow or green or god forbid red.

It's really good when dealing with Karla who tends to be my biggest challenge in maintaining

a calm mental state.

So, uh, Green means go - take on new challenges, Red means stop and Yellow means drive faster!

Just kidding it means look for cops just kidding popo we know it means slow down.

hexie dose so we can keep in touch and I'll see you in the next video - PEACE!

Transformers Masterpiece MPM-3 Bumblebee (Takara Tomy - Hasbro) - Duration: 29:48.

Ten years after the first live action movie of Transformers!

Today we'll take a look at Masterpiece movie MPM-3 Bumblebee! In collaboration with Takara Tomy and Hasbro!

This figure is for ages 8+ . You see him here in both of hims modes.

On the top side of the box it is written "10 YEARS", Transformers Masterpiece Movie Series.

Nothing special on the bottom side of the box.

On the side of the box you see Bumblebee in his vehicle mode.

On the other side of the box you see Bumblebee in both of his modes.

And on the back side of the box you see some product shots.

Enough with the box, let's see the accessories of the figure.

Bumblebee comes with the instructions, here they are. Coloured instructions.

And this is the back side of the instructions.

So let's see the figure from close now.

And here we have Bumblebee in his awesome vehicle mode! This Bumblebee is based on the first movie.

The storage place of his weapon is under the car. His weapon has two pegs here, they tab in these holes here.

And as you can see, he rolls fine.

Nice dark grey rims. His headlights have a shade of blue.

Nice Chevrolet logo over here. License plate. Rear lights. Exhaust pipes.

He is nice. I like him very much.

The only thing that is not movie accurate is the canary yellow colour.

In the movie he had a more orange-ish yellow colour.

Obviously the colour in the movie was a custom, specifically for the movie.

While this colour is mostly used for the cars that are in production, those that are being sold out globally.

But ok, not a big deal. As you see here, he also has side-mirrors. Very nice!

Another Chevrolet logo over here. He looks great! So let's see a size comparison now.

Here is Bumblebee next to Human Alliance Barricade. Barricade is a liiitle bit bigger than Bumblebee.

Have a look from this angle as well.

As you can see...

I am bringing in Dark Of The Moon Ratchet.

I am bringing in oversized knock-off Stinger.

So let's see his transformation now. My buddy Stefanos is near me who will show you the transformation, Stefanos?

- Hello from me as well. First, we will open the doors.

You need to be careful here. First disconnect this side.

Use your nail to bring this piece up. And pull out the door, like this.

There is a tiny peg here which goes inside here, be careful with this.

Do the same thing to the other side as well.

Once you do it, open the legs like this to release the roof of the car.

Open these bits, like this. Open the wheels, a little bit.

Now try to bring the arms out. While you're bringing the arms out, the wheels will open further.

And bring them out like this. And it looks like this now.

Rotate this panel to reveal the head.

Before I continue with the transformation, some people are complaining that this piece disconnects very easily.

There is a fix about it. As you can see mine is tight, it doesn't disconnect easily.

There is a screw over here, I don't know if you can see it from the camera now.

Once you tighten this screw, this piece will come forward so it will be tight and won't disconnect easily.

Rotate the panel and you're ready.

As for the roof of the car... bring the window back. Fold these pieces inwards.

And this piece will come in here. Bring this piece down, like this.

This peg will connect in here.

And the rear piece has a peg, it will tab in here.

Bring these pieces to the front.

There is a piece here, you have to bring it up and tab it in here.

This is the hardest part of the transformation. Because it must line up correctly to tab in.

One side is ok. Let's see the other one now.

The other side is ok as well.

Now we will work on the legs. Bring this piece up.

Pull out this piece. Open this piece. And fold out the leg completely.

Straighten the foot. Open the toe.

Bring the wheel down. Rotate this piece downwards.

And this bit will tab in here.

Once you do it, this peg will tab in here. And this piece will fold in like this.

Finally, bring this piece to the front.

Do the same thing to the other side as well.

Make him stand.

Bring the arms down. Open this panel. Bring the fist out. Rotate it. Open the fingers.

Do the same thing to the other side as well.

Bring this piece down. It will tab in here.

Finally, open these pieces from here. They are on ball-joints.

And Bumblebee is ready in his robot mode!

- And this one, ladies and gentlemen, is one of the best Bumblebee figures we have ever seen!

I'd better say that it's the best movie Bumblebee figure we had so far!

Really, a fantastic figure! Great details! Many sculpted details all over his body!

He has die-cast in many spots. For example his feet, his waist, over here.

Generally, a very beautiful figure! Look at his face, they made it very nice!

He also has a nice Autobot symbol over here. Bumblebee has his battle-mask.

Lift this piece up. Bring his battle-mask down.

And now close this piece again. And it will look like this.

He looks very nice with the battle-mask!

As for the storage place of his weapon...

... there is a hole here, the weapon has a peg here, just connect them.

Though, it would be nice if we could store the weapon

underneath here, you can imagine it is a thruster, but ok, it's not bad anyway.

Also, Bumblebee can hold his weapon. Fold the fist inwards, like this.

Open his weapon like this. And these two pegs here will tab in these holes here.

And now Bumblebee is holding his weapon. Very smart engineering, I like it a lot.

Though, his weapon has a small gap here which I don't like but we cannot do anything about it.

As for his articulation... the head can look up and down. It can turn left and right.

You can also use this panel here to make him look more up but ok, it will look weird.

These pieces here are on ball-joints so you can put them however you want.

You cannot hide or rotate these pieces. The doors can move back and forth and a little bit up and down.

His arms can rotate 360 degrees, they move up and down. They rotate at the elbow, they bend at the elbow.

There is also fist rotation. The two fingers can move as a one-piece and they bend at this point.

The index finger can move individually and it can bend at two points.

And the thumb doesn't rotate, it can move up and down and it can bend at this point here.

Also, Bumblebee has waist rotation. That's very good!

His legs can move back and forth, he has tight ratchet-joints. Up, until here because they are hindered by this piece here.

But if you rotate this piece the leg can come more up. It can rotate at the upper part of the leg.

It can bend at the knee.

The toe can move up and down. Also, the foot can move a little bit back and forth at this point.

Also, the feet can move left and right for more dynamic poses. He has very good articulation! What a great figure!

The only drawback in his robot mode is that he is backheavy and he falls down.

But if you give him a proper pose he won't fall so easily.

I think the problem is on the feet because of this joint here which is a little bit loose, so he falls backwards all the time.

As you can see he has long heels, he shouldn't fall down, but as I told you he is backheavy because of this joint here on his foot.

He looks great. Fantastic figure! What else to tell you...he is awesome.

One of the best movie Bumblebee figures! Actually, the best movie Bumblebee figure!

So let's see a size comparison now.

Here he is next to a deluxe class figure, Dark Of The Moon Topspin. And next to a voyager class figure, The Last Knight Grimlock.

As you understand, Bumblebee is a voyager class figure.

Here he is next to Wei Jiang Hound.

And here he is next to Striker Optimus Prime and next to movie advanced Optimus Prime.

Scale-wise, I think he matches better with the movie advanced Optimus Prime. The other one is too tall for him.

Something that I forgot to show you is that Bumblebee has light-piping.

I light his eyes from behind now. Though, my light hits him as well but he has light-piping.

It's those transparent plastic pieces he has over here. So let's transform him back into his vehicle mode, Stefanos?

- First, close these pieces under his neck.

Open this panel and remove his weapon.

Make his hand as a fist. Rotate it inwards, like this.

Rotate the arms up so they won't bother us. Bring these bits up.

And now we will work on his legs. Rotate this bit in this direction.

Open this piece from here. Open this panel as well. Disconnect this piece. Rotate this bit upwards.

Bring the wheel up, it will tab in here. Fold the leg inwards.

It didn't tab well.

I put it wrong. Rotate it to the other side. Close this piece so it will connect here.

Close the toe. And this piece will come backwards.

So this peg here will come up here.

This is an annoying part of the transformation. You might say it's the hardest part of the transformation.

But when you line up everything you'll know that you have done everything right.

Bring this piece down as well.

One leg is ready. Do the same thing to the other side as well.

Once you do it, bring these pieces down.

And now fold out his body. Completely.

Bring the roof of the car out. Fold it out.

Rotate the head to the other side. Bring these bits backwards.

Bring this piece down and connect it here.

Now we need to put the arms in here. To do this... be careful here...

The arm has a small hole here, you need to tab it up here, that's why I didn't put the windscreen yet

so I can push wherever it is needed.

Once you do it, bring the windscreen down. Bring the wheels to the front.

As you can see these pieces came down automatically once you put the arms.

And now we will close the doors.

Push it inwards a little bit.

First you need to put this side.

Connect this piece as well.

And finally connect this side as well.

Do the same thing to the other side as well.

Push everything gently to ensure everything is in its place.

Place the weapon under the car.

And Bumblebee is back into his vehicle mode!

- Final thoughts... undoubtedly this is the best Bumblebee movie figure!

Such a great figure! Great details! Great articulation! My only complain is that we didn't get any extra accessories.

They could give us Sam Witwicky, they could give us another accessory.

The money we gave for this figure, they should have given us extra accessories.

Generally, it is a very nice figure and it is worth having it to your collection, that's all from me, Stefanos?

- A very good figure. They improved a lot of things in relation with the Human Alliance figure which was the next best figure.

Indeed, we should have gotten extra accessories for his price. In other Masterpiece figures they give us lots of accessories.

This one, they didn't include anything. As for the best movie Bumblebee figure, this is the one, definitely.

A simple trick to know if someone is looking at us... :) - Duration: 1:47.

Hey viewers, Welcome to the Curious Planet!!

So, in this video I am gonna talk about how to really know if someone is staring at us!!

We all know that feeling we get when we're being stared at!!

Out of the corner of our eyes, we can just tell if someone is looking in

our direction.

Without us even having to look in that person's direction.

Also sometimes that person may be just looking at the clock over our shoulder.

By the person's head and body positions we do get an idea, if either is pointed in our

direction, especially in an unnatural way, this is a big tip-off.

The most obvious case is when someone's body is pointed away from us, but their head is

turned toward us.

This then alerts us to pay closer attention to them.

But even when the head and body positions don't give us much information, how should

we know?

The trick is to look intently at our watch, or a nearby object & then nod our head in

agreement or act surprised.

If the person watching us also looks at his watch or the object, confused.

He was probably watching us!!

We can also do the same trick with looking up at the sky or the ceiling

Though this trick is used to identify the stalkers, it can also be used to identify

people interested in us.

People interested in us or those who respect us tend to look at us more often;

Use this trick if you want to know but don't want to call them out on it.

If you had a similar experience before, do tell us about it in the comments.

& Don't forget to give this video a big thumbs up, also do share & subscribe.

Chao!!

[027] 3937km in Vietnam: Lai Chau - Duration: 11:17.

We're going to Sa Pa today.

I hope that it won't rain at all since it will take 4h with some mountain roads.

With one of the highest mountain pass in Vietnam.

We're now in a city named Lai Chau.

It's famous for its large plain of rice fields.

It's huge! Fields are all around!

It's nice, very nice!

We stopped in a small coffee shop in a small village before reaching mountains.

There is 1 table only!

It's a small coffee shop indeed.

It's nice though. The setting is original.

We're now in Cay Gao.

Green tea fields up the hills are something to watch!

It's pretty simple though.

Since we entered the northern mountains, landscapes are so beautiful. We could stop time and time again.

Today's weather is great too.

It's really a very nice day!

We just started the climb to Sa Pa and we found this.

I don't know this mountain's name but I like it!

We just arrived in Sa Pa.

We're in clouds so we couldn't see anything! Just 10m ahead!

It's less foggy now but we still can't see much.

My first impressions of the city aren't really good.

Roads are all cratered and the city doesn't look really nice...

It's rather cold and humid too.

We're going to spend the night here and leave tomorrow morning.

We still can't see much.

It's cold and humid.

That's it...

Canon Powershot SX60 HS unboxing - Duration: 8:57.

Hello, I'm Neil, welcome back to the happy hut.

Where it's raining so I'd better be quick.

Today I'm going to be unboxing this, the Canon Powershot SX60 HS, DSLR.

It's weird seeing a camera unboxing isn't it because you want to see what the thing

shoots.

I won't do that on this video, what I will do, I'll put this video into a playlist, and

on the bottom there's a link to the playlist, or up in the corner if you click on the "i"

there should be a little banner with my Canon Powershot SX60 HS playlist.

So we have a cable.

This looks like power cable for the battery charger.

It's a UK plug because we're in Great Britain.

Here's the battery charger.

I'll put that there.

And the safety notice.

We know what we do with that in all of these videos, we file it away carefully.

Under "S".

Powershot neck handle.

Crucial battery.

Battery Pack NB-10L.

And finally the thing you've been waiting for the whole time.

Comes wrapped in a kind of foam envelope.

Let's put that up there.

Ahhh.

There we go.

This is how it comes out of the box, if you're interested.

So I guess there's the mic socket.

The crucial mike socket that I need for my 1080p videos.

Viewfinder.

I don't know if you can see that, it says A/V out, Digital, HDMI...

And lens cap.

Just to give you an idea of the size of it in centimetres.

About 12 cm wide.

And about 9 cm tall.

In inches: About 5 wide.

3 and a half inches tall.

Here's the viewfinder, and another reason why I wanted this camera, the Canon SX60 was

that you can do this.

You'll be able to see what you're shooting when you're in front of it.

It feels quite light.

The battery isn't in, but I feel I can hold that really easily.

And that's something I wasn't sure about from the other videos I've seen on YouTube.

The grip also is rubbery.

Here.

So you can hold it quite comfortably, just on first impressions.

There's the flash.

And you can just flip it back like this.

Or you can tilt it as well.

But it feels a lot softer than I thought it would.

I thought it would be hard plastic.

It's really nice to hold.

So that's it, that's what comes out of the box.

I hope this has helped.

If the video has helped, why not have a look in the description, I'll put all of my Canon

SX 60 - still can't say it - Canon Powershot SX60 HS - they put an HS on the end as well.

Videos, I'll put them all into a playlist, and there they are in the cards on the "i"

in the top corner.

If this video has helped, please let me know by just clicking a thumbs up underneath, or

leaving a comment.

And it'd be lovely if you wanted to subscribe just by clicking on the subscribe button or

the link in the description.

Thanks again for watching it, if you have any questions fire away but I'm a noob, I

have just opened this and I will put more videos on here.

Shall we plug it in?

I think you want me to plug it in.

So I'm doing this for the first time.

You're seeing me stumble my way through this.

So it's says "set date and time".

There we go.

Zoom out.

Zoom in.

There's the box front and the side.

So it says 130 times zoom plus.

Smart auto 58 scenes.

Hybrid Auto.

Creative Shot.

Zoom Framing Assist.

Mobile Device connect button.

Remote shooting.

Manual movie.

EVF approximately 922000 dots. 60p recording.

Contents: digital camera Powershot SX60 HS.

Neck strap.

Battery charger.

Battery pack.

The getting started manual, I'll just flick through it to give you an idea.

It really is five pages in each language.

My daddy's got 76 subscribers.

Be number 77.

Bye bye!

New Desk Storage and Stationary · Workspace Organisation Pt. 1 · Shelves - Duration: 3:36.

Alright you lot, so as I mentioned in last weeks vlog, I've been rearranging my desk

area and the storage, updating my stationary as well.

And I thought I'd show you how I'm getting on with this first half, there's also the

drawers but I'm not done there, but I can still share my progress so far with the shelves.

This all started with these shelving units I got from IKEA.

They're like a new, cheaper version of the square KALLAX shelves that they have which

I know have been a storage staple for a lot of people in the past and they each cost £17!

They're deep and tall enough for folders and books, which is great for me as I primarily

got them to store paper and more officey, adminny things like my business paperwork

and all my postage stuff.

I'm also using one of these to support my desk, replacing my trestles as legs giving

me more leg room and storage possibilities that the trestles didn't.

The other side of the desk is supported with these adjustable legs I bought on amazon.

I also went to IKEA with the plan that I'd buy a tonne of storage boxes to keep on the

shelves.

Obviously this isn't entirely necessary but I personally prefer to have things tucked

away out of sight.

I'll have info and links below for each specific item I'm using.

There are these lovely sturdy magazine folders that I use for different types of paper; watercolour,

mixed media, marker, coloured, and even a couple of pockets for scrap paper and magazine

cut-outs.

Then there are different size boxes for things like my packaging extras for example.

While we're on the topic of not having everything on show, for the stuff that is on show, I

like it to all be cohesive, which is easier than it might sound.

One tip is to group things together by similar colour like I've done with these books.

I'm quite selective with what I have out and you'll see how I store a million other

notebooks I have that I don't display in the next storage video, but this small selection

works really nicely and is great for easy access when I'm working at my desk and need

to make notes.

I love the look of these notebooks, which were actually designed with a minimal aesthetic

in mind.

These were sent to me by a company called Approach who have just launched a Kickstarter

for these beautiful, well-made and functional notebooks.

They come in different colours and I'd love for you to check them out.

There will be a link in the description along with everything else.

Stationary-wise, I like to have at least a pen, pencil and rubber to hand for taking

notes.

These are all from Aliexpress, it's my first time shopping there, I've always been wary

of the quality and ethics around items that are so cheap, but I heard great things and

thought I'd give them a try.

These were honestly primarily for aesthetic, I wanted tools I could use but that would

look nice out on my desktop.

The rest of my more commonly used things are in this pencil case also from Aliexpress.

And all of it is on this desk tidy which I got from Amazon.

In terms of the little decorations, you can find out more about that in my room or workspace

tours, this cabinet is a medicine cabinet I got from Sainsbury's years ago because

it was cheap and never had a place for it until now.

A lot of the boxes on the shelves are empty and the space unused, which is actually what

I wanted.

The most important thing for me at the moment is having room to grow.

I'm looking forward to expanding my art empire and now I feel like I have room to

dream bigger.

So that's your first look!

Next time, I'll show the rest of my stationary and how I store all my art supplies in these

drawers.

Thanks for watching!

Bye!

Team exercise 48 - Decision Making - Duration: 4:19.

During the exercise the team will sit in a circle.

You tell the team that their airplane just crashed on an uninhabited land

and that the airplane will explode within ten minutes.

In the airplane there are fifteen objects of which three objects can be taken out of the airplane.

Before the exercise you have written down the names of the objects on pieces of paper

and places them in the middle of the circle.

a box of matches

a crate of beer

a crate of twelve bottles of water

five warm sweaters

first aid kit

transistor radio

an ax

a gun with twenty bullets

a bag with twenty five magazines

inflatable lifeboat for 4 persons

compass

anti insect spray

sewing kit

flashlight

and a bag with five big blankets

Within ten minutes the team has to unanimous decide which three objects will be taken out of the airplane.

Tell them that if they don't make a unanimous decision, the airplane will crash and they have nothing at all.

In this case someone pleads to get the gun and the crate of beer.

With the gun we can hunt so we can eat and keep ourselves alive.

We break the bottles of beer and use them to defend ourselves in case wild animals are attacking us.

Someone else says: I agree with the bottles of beer, but certainly I want to take the bottles of water.

We can drink them and then use the empty bottles to make a net float on the ocean.

We can make a net of braided grass, prick it into the bottom of the see with the beer bottles

and on the upper site of the net we hang the empty water bottles. This way we can catch fish!

I want to take the transistor radio, another participant says.

Maybe someone catches the signals we can send with it.

Our mutual goal is to get home, not to stay here and make our lives here comfortable!

After ten minutes the team has to make a unanimous decision of which three objects they take.

In this case: the beer bottles, the transistor radio and the matches.

Now you tell the team that they made a good choice

and that they are living safe for a few weeks on the island.

And luckily they are spotted by an airplane, which lands and takes all the participants!

But when the participants are in the airplane on their way home

it turns out the airplane is almost out of kerosine

and that next to the pilot, only one participant can stay in the airplane, otherwise no one will survive!

In this case four people has to sacrifice themselves by jumping out of the airplane!

The participants has to decide unanimously which of them can stay in the airplane.

They have to make a decision within ten minutes otherwise the airplane will crash

and no participant will survive.

Tell the team you can plea for yourselves but you can also plea that some else should be the survivor.

One participant thinks he should stay: "I am the father of five children so have to most right to survive.

"Nonsense" someone says. "I think Rachel has to survive because she is a great piano player

and makes thousands of people happy with her talent, so she will be the biggest loss.

"I am the youngest" another participant says.

So if I can stay in the airplane and survive, statistically we win the most years.

You as the trainer increases the pressure by telling the team each minute how much minutes the have left

until a unanimous decision has to be made.

Three minutes left!

Annabelle has to survive, someone says. She hasn't say a word yet

and has definitely the smallest ego so therefore she is a person who will be there

for others in the future in contrast to the rest of us. One minute left!

"Annabelle just has one child!" Says Christy. "I have three children and two grandchildren.

You are sixty four!" says Paul. "Annabelle is twenty four!

10 seconds left!

Ok, I agree" says Christy. Annabelle can stay. And the rest also agrees that Annabelle can stay in the airplane.

Now the team made a unanimous decision

you tell them the pilot has discovered another can of kerosene so everyone can stay

and will be home safe!.

Now the team will evaluate.

Was it easy to come to a unanimous decision together?

What worked and what didn't?

Who took the lead, and who prefered to be leaded?

How can you make a decision even faster, without losing the quality of the decision?

The trainer guides the team and applies variations to the exercise.

What kind of variations you can read below this video on Youtube.

7 Bizarre Struggles Only Introverts Understand - Duration: 5:26.

7 Bizarre Struggles Only Introverts Understand

Introversion is getting a lot of attention these days, even this channel also get quite

some attention.

For instance, the book Quiet, by Susan Cain, was a New York Times bestseller, and it made

the case for the quiet, retiring types in today's corporate culture — where we're

likely to get passed over, sat on, and crowded out, because we can't speak up for ourselves

if our lives or lunches depended on it.

While we're busy being diamonds in the rough, though, we introverts are also suffering severe

social anxiety, getting horribly drained by parties, and dreading any encounter with a

human being on our daily commute.

We will change trains if it means less conversation.

So, In this video, I'm going to show you 7 bizarre struggles only introverts understand.

Before we start, make sure to like this video and subscribe our channel so you won't miss

any interesting update in the future guys.

1.

The Pain Of The Waiting-For-A-Friend-Outside-A-Party Dance

You know the one.

It's a delicate ballet based on poor punctuality.

You've turned up to a party where you know nobody save one acquaintance, and they're

not there yet.

You're now knee-deep in the Waiting Dance, where you must wander around outside the party

looking studiously at your phone in a very busy and important manner that implies you

can't possibly come inside without confirming this deal, and eventually conclude that binational

deal just as coincidence!, your friend shows up.

Or they never do, and you strike an impressive "I have forgotten something!" pose for onlookers,

and leave.

2.

The Awkwardness Of Dealing With Grocery Clerks

Seriously, introverts would kiss the inventor of self-checkouts if they could.

They would shower him/her in confetti and give them the world's quietest ticker-tape

parade.

Grocery clerks however, lead to some decidedly awkward situations.

Asking for cash back is stressful.

3.

Being Prime Victims For Telemarketers

If we can be seduced into answering the phone (which frankly, is a tricky proposition at

the best of times), telling a person intent on selling us a sunroof or a set of encyclopedias

to buzz off is a feat beyond our powers.

We find it rough to stand up for ourselves in conversation.

It's the same reason we get roped into hideous conversations with Nosy Uncle George, who

wants to know about our personal hygiene and tax situation.

We can only get away by faking our own deaths or an epileptic fit.

4.

Being Too Socially Drained To Even Text

Texting is a fantastic invention for the introvert, but you can reach a point of social exhaustion

where even typing some sentences and pressing "Send" is too exhausting to even contemplate.

Actually thinking about a response to somebody?

But we've been talking to people all day!

We even had an honest-to-god conversation with that dumpling seller!

Can't we just half-heart an emoji and go to sleep?

5.

Having To Dump Somebody For Being Too Much Of An Extrovert

"I'm sorry.

It's not you.

Or rather, it's your insistence on having friends, and parties, and an active social

life, and insisting that I take part in them like a person who doesn't get completely drained

by five minutes of social interaction.

You are lovely, and probably very hot, but you definitely require a person you're not

going to resent when they want to stay home with a box of crackers and Netflix instead

of 'hanging' with you and 40 strangers."

6.

Silently Suffering Bad Service & Crappy Products

Latte cold?

Somebody spat in your chicken Caesar?

Wedding dress got a hole the size of a Doberman?

Well, suck it up, because your introversion ain't going to let you make a complaint, unless

it's from the (relative) safety of an at-home complaints form.

Chances are that you'll just slink away in silence rather than put yourself in the position

of talking, or, hell's bells, actually getting yelled at.

7.

The 4-Day Party Hangover

You did it.

You went and socialized with normal people and moshed and talked about movies and debated

the merits of barbecue versus pulled pork.

And now you cannot talk to anybody for at least half a week, while your social capabilities

recalibrate and the tiny reserve of fluid in your people-gland refills.

(Well: people glands do not exist, but they seriously feel like they do.)

You've been pulled far too thin, and need everybody to stop trying to communicate to

you about irrelevant things, like your tax return or not getting arrested.

Well, that's the 7 bizarre struggles only introverts understand.

No matter if you are an introvert or extrovert, let us know if there are any other qualities

you think an introverted person possess!

So, really cool information isn't it?
