North Korea could conduct more provocations in October as it marks important dates - Duration: 1:54.

Analysts say more provocations from North Korea could be on the way next month,... as

it marks several important dates on its calendar.

This as North Korean leader Kim Jong-un claims his country is near its final goal... of reaching

strategic parity with the United States.

Yu Joonhee reports.

Despite repeated international condemnation,... and a slew of new sanctions from the UN Security

Council,... there has been no let-up in North Korea's continued nuclear and ballistic missile

tests.

Observers fear,... the regime could have even more provocations in the pipeline, to coincide

with several important anniversaries,... that are clustered in October.

In the past, Pyongyang has often timed its demonstration of military might,... to fall

on key political dates,... which are also marked by lavish celebrations across the country.

On October 8th, North Korea will celebrate... the 20th anniversary of former leader Kim

Jong-il's appointment... to the post of General Secretary of the Korean Workers' Party.

Just two days later, on October 10th,... the Korean Workers' Party will mark the 72nd anniversary

of its founding.

North Korea's busy calendar could provide a ripe opportunity for the regime,... to showcase

the latest developments... in its rapidly-advancing nuclear and missile programs.

According to its state-run media,... leader Kim Jong-un has ordered the country to muster

all of its remaining strength,... to reach its end goal of military "equilibrium" with

the United States.

(Korean) "Kim says North Korea is in the final stages

before arrival at its last stop.

There's a high possibility of more missile tests, in line with that goal."

October may prove a stern test of patience for South Korea, the United States,... and

other countries across the region.

If a crisis can be averted during that time,... analysts say President Trump's upcoming visit

to East Asia in November,... could be a watershed moment in the long-running standoff.

Yu Joonhee, Arirang News.

8 Key Differences Between Introversion and Social Anxiety - Duration: 4:05.

8 Key Differences Between Introversion and Social Anxiety

While people see both introversion and social anxiety is quite the same, the two mindsets

are actually very different.

Both conditions are causing an aversion to large crowds, a preference for solitude, and

a dislike for small talk and needless social interactions.

Well, it is true that in some cases introverts may suffer from social anxiety, but that's

a completely different case since we want to differentiate between one and another.

Even among introverts also have certain qualities that might different from one another.

Likewise, many socially anxious people are actually misunderstood extroverts.

So, still not sure where you fit in?

Here are eight ways to discern between the two.

1.

Social anxiety interferes with one's ability to function effectively in the world.

Introversion does not.

In fact, some of the strengths associated with introversion may even enhance a person's

capacity to succeed socially and professionally.

2.

Social anxiety can manifest in coping mechanisms such as avoidance and withdraw.

Although introverts may engage in these behaviors as well, there is no underlying sense of fear

or fight-or-flight response that drives them to do so.

It is a personal preference, rather than a survival strategy.

3.

Socially anxious people often perceive – correctly or incorrectly – that they do not measure

up to the scrutiny of others.

Introverts do not experience this sensation any more than an extrovert would.

4.

Social anxiety is often associated with perfectionism, whereas introversion is not.

In fact introverts are often much more accepting of their own flaws and failures than their

extroverted counterparts.

5.

Introverts are unlikely to give in to social pressure for the sake of acceptance.

They will simply leave the situation.

Those who suffer from social anxiety, however, are highly susceptible to peer pressure.

They are much more likely to adopt a behavior they don't enjoy or understand in order

to fit in and gain a group's approval.

6.

People who suffer from social anxiety fear being "outed", or revealed as not good

enough.

As Shauna Niequist described it, "I've spent most of my life and most of my friendships

holding my breath and hoping that when people get close enough they won't leave, and fearing

that it's a matter of time before they figure me out and go."

Introverts do not experience this acute sense of fear.

7.

Social anxiety manifests in a strong focus on presentation, performance, and perception.

These things are less important to an introvert, who is more inclined to take notice of content,

intention, and substance.

8.

Introversion is an inborn personality trait.

If you are introverted, you have likely been this way your entire life.

Social anxiety, however, is often the result of stress or trauma.

If you suffer from this condition, you may have been outgoing and socially driven during

your childhood.

You may even be able to pinpoint the time – and reason – in your life when you began

to feel social discomfort.

Well, that's the 8 key differences between introversion and social anxiety.

So, really cool information isn't it?

I'd like to see your opinions on this and please do share your thoughts and experiences

Today I m making my favorite Kadhaii Paneer with protein rich moth or Matki Salad , Roti

and Boiled sweet corn. to prepare kadhaie paneer i am going to use

all the ingredients fresh.i am going to start by preparing fresh masala in order to make

it i have taken whole Coriander seeds, cumin seeds , Bayleaf, star anise or chakra full,

Cardamom or illayachi, Whole clove and Black pepper

first i am going to dry roast Bayleaf, star anise, Green Cardamom Whole clove and Black

pepper for a min or two and add Coriander and cumin seeds, rost them till nice smells

come out of it, Ahhhhhh its already smelling too good.

take masala out in a plate and let it cool down in for a 5- min

remove starnise and bay leaf and grid rest in blander.

Cut 1 Tomato ,half a Onion in cube shapes as shown, Cut Green bell paper or shimala

mirch in approximatly same size as Tomato and Onion. don't forget to check description

box to watch my kitchen tips videos now finely chop the half onion and 1 tomato

for Tadaka, then I am going to great Ginger and garlic as i have mentioned before this

dish needs all the fresh ingredients thats why i am using everything very fresh.,

Now cut the paneer, into large cubes as shown in a heated pan cote base with little bit

of oil, add a large cubed onion, Paneer and green bell paper : stair fry it. make sure

pan is very hot and you keep staring, until it get slightly golden .you can also skip

this step if you want to… but like it this way. empty pan in one plate.

now heat oil in a pan add spoonful of masala from blender add freshly greted ginger and

Garlic to pan stir it and add finely chopped onion, let onion sweat, add turmeric, chillies

powder dry roasted bay leaf and starnise, and let onion cook . add salt at this time,

salt help onion cook faster & help to take moisture out, trust me at this time your kitchen

will be filled with nice aroma of all these lovely indian spices. now lets add finely

chopped tomato, cover a pan and let it cook completely.

you might have noticed every thing i cook has a bit of turmeric, my favorite golden

spice of india, if you think turmeric is called as golden spice because of its color you are

partly correct, its called by this name because it has healing properties. it also has Natural

Anti-Inflammatory Compound and it Increases The Antioxidant Capacity of The Body.

so next time you cook and have an option please add turmeric in in your food.

If greavy is getting too dry just add a little bit of water and let it cook,

Well until gravy was getting cooked, i boiled sweet corn on other stove.

my corn are now cooked completely, a tip always keep a napkin in kitchen or you will burn

your fingers my vessel was not hot on the top,

well moving on at this time add a table spoon of yogurt or dahi which will make curry creamy

and makes it tastes really good. after that add paneer onion and bell paper

that we have stir fried earlier, and tomatoes. now and little bit of grated ginger and remaining

freshly grated masala form blender. small tip hear add half a t spoon of sugar

in your dish to cut down the strong taste. steer well, and let it cook for 2-3 min.

now to prepare salad : i have finely chopped onion , cucumber , mint leaves ,tomato and

and add sprouts or moth then i am adding salt into it, and skipping green chillies so that

my kid can eat this salad.

now its time to make final item roti, or indian bread…

serve food hot right from stove to plate. there is no satisfaction to watch your loved

once eat food cooked by you. try out this recipe because you will not find

The Best Way To Greet Customers In Your Store - Duration: 3:46.

Good morning and happy Monday!

I'm Catherine Roberts, founder of The Spring Collective, and on my blog I share creative

marketing strategies for small business owners on a budget.

I put out a weekly blog post, but instead of telling you about it with an image and

a link on Facebook, I thought it'd be way more fun to just shoot a quick video and tell

you what it's all about.

Less reading... more watching... it's where the internet is headed and even though all

the camera equipment and fancy stuff I ordered on Amazon to make these videos look and sound

really good for you hasn't arrived yet...

I thought, done is better than perfect.

Right?

So... bear with... but... let's get into it.

I wrote this week's blog post for retailers.

Now, if you have a store, I know what that's like.

I loved running my independent design boutique in Brisbane, Australia and while I did run

that store, I developed what I believe is the very best method for greeting customers.

So here's how it goes...

Rather than saying, "can I help you" when someone walks into the store, I want you to

try saying something like, "are you happy just having a browse?"

And there's some science behind this.

When someone walks into a store, we know that they have an initial period of adjustment

in which they feel quite uncomfortable and unsure.

And you don't want to bombard them with a question like "can I help you" in this moment

because they don't know if you can help them.

They don't even know what's there.

They just need a moment to process and if you ask "can I help you" you're going to make

them give you a negative answer.

They'll say "oh... no no no...

I'm just looking" and wonder if that's ok, or are they going to be pressured into buying

something.

Which we fear in our culture.

So, if you say "can I help you" it elicits a negative response.

This is bad because we want to guide our customers through a really positive and relaxing experience

from the beginning.

Because happy and relaxed customers have more dopamine flowing and dopamine is the neurotransmitter

that creates a better chance that they're going to be impulsive and make a purchase.

So, even if they had no intention of buying anything that day, even if they didn't even

know what your store is really about, if they have a gorgeous experience in there, they're

way more likely to walk out with a parcel in their hand.

And that's what we want.

So, "can I help you" versus "are you happy browsing" is only the first step in my strategy.

I then have a sequence - a script - that you can follow as that customer moves around the

store from browsing to leaving and I've detailed that all on the blog.

So I hope you'll go over and have a read.

I hope you'll share it with your team.

Because one of the benefits of this process, other than making more sales (which, anecdotally,

totally worked for me) is also that it makes you and your staff have a much more enjoyable

experience of what can be really long, sometimes dull, tiring days on the retail floor.

And I know it's a slog... some days it feels like a slog...

So if you want more sales, better engaged customers, and happier vibes for your whole

team, please read my blog post.

It's awesome!

Ok, that's my pitch...

Have a super happy and productive week, and I'll talk to you next Monday.

Byeeee!
