DESIGN MY COFFEE CUP - TUTORIAL - Duration: 6:27.Hi guys, I'm Mari and
I welcome you to my channel for those who
have not been here before
I design my own cup of coffee - tutorial
I really hope you're well
and have a nice day.
this morning when I was
drinking my delicious cup of coffee
I had the bright idea of "why
not personalize our own cups
of coffee?"
this is very useful if you take your cup
of coffee to work because only you can
use it and know what is yours
and is also a good idea for
a gift, a holiday, a special occasion
of which you want to make a detailed detail
and have your brand
and your love and all that....
you know
and you only need very few things that
I'll show you
in a moment
if already the new people subscribed
the button is below
get it, subscribe
here are new videos every week
we can continue with the video
the first thing we will do is put water
in a cup, preferably cold water
we will choose some colors that we like
and start adding a few drops into the water
we will take our stick and begin to mix a little
when we find a design that we like to
place our cup in the water
to clean it inside what we'll do will take
a cotton and we will put some nail polish remover
the next thing we will do will start to clean inside our cup
once this is dry our cup
we will choose where we are going to write things
in this case I have a part here a little stained
so I wanted to do this from this side
here place our piece of paper
smaller and fixed with adhesive tape
the following will re-mark the letters
with our permanent marker again
the idea of using the paper
is that we leave a clear pattern of what we want in the cup
now we will take our marker and start repacking the letters we already have
How did you like the idea that I brought you today?
if you like I can make many more videos like this
and if you want more designs of cups
you can write me under there and leave me your comment
about what other types of cups you want to see or
what other video you want me to do
and the only thing they have to do is not to miss anything that happens here
is to subscribe to this channel
I'll let you subscribe
the button is below
but if you really liked and liked the video
you can share it in your social networks
from today I will be greeting people who do
so like the previous video some
people posted it
I'll be greeting you right now
Thank you, many, many, many
thanks to Katherine, Jessika and
Diacirma
if you really want me to greet you here do not forget
to share my videos on social networks and
tag me to know that you were and to be able to mention them in this space
I also leave my social networks here
or here
or wherever you put them in the future
when editing
to be by my side during the week
and you know that I do every day
so I want to say bye, we'll see each other
the next video next week
I send you many big kisses and
I hope you have
a nice day
and a good week

New vintage music - Hold Me (The Old Married Couple) - Dixieland novelty song - Duration: 3:44.Hold me, My pretty baby I don't know what the future holds but I'll
be holding you We won't be lonely, my one and only
Just hold me just like I'm holding you
Some people try to plan a life with a wife and a happy home
with misty eye they're so surprised when they end up all alone
but I don't fear 'cause you are here and that's all I need to know
If you're still there, baby, I don't care.
We can take this future anywhere
Hold me, My pretty baby I don't know what the future holds but I'll
be holding you We won't be lonely, my one and only
Just hold me just like I'm holding you
I'd like to be an astronaut so I can fly you to the moon
but there's a good chance that we could waste our lives away in a living room
but if we do, I promise you, until the chairs give out
I'll sit with you and listen to all the things that you're talking about.
Hold me, My pretty baby I don't know what the future holds but I'll
be holding you We won't be lonely, my one and only
Just hold me just like I'm holding you.
And the photos that we shoot will show the greys but it suits you
and the way that you look won't be the same as it used to
I don't need a chrystal ball to show 'Cause I don't think I really need to know
Hold me, My pretty baby I don't know what the future holds but I'll
be holding you We won't be lonely, my one and only
Just hold me just like I'm holding you

Cutting & Prepping Sam's Club Petite Tender Beef Filets ~ Kitchen Techniques ~ Noreen's Kitchen - Duration: 7:00.Hi everyone, I'm Noreen welcome back to my kitchen you asked for it and here it is today, I'm gonna share with you
How we break down and grill those?
Petite tenderloins of beef that we get from Sam's Club
You know the ones that we shared in our last haul and a couple of times before that
This is how we deal with them
This is how we break down the filet and we wrap it in bacon and how Rick rolls it
We're really not this is just how we do it. This isn't a recipe
It's just a technique because you all asked so I'm accommodating that so let's go see how this all comes together
Okay in a recent Sam's Club Hall. I showed you guys that we really love these
members mark roasted garlic petite tender beef fillets, and I told you if you wanted to see how we
Grill these up
And how I cut them up to do that that to leave me a comment and so many of you
Requested that I share how I do this, then I'm just gonna go ahead and do it
It doesn't make it right or wrong
It just makes it how I do it, so what we're gonna do cuz we're gonna have some some steak for dinner
We're gonna go ahead, and I just thought this out
In my sink today, but the first thing you want to do is you want to make sure you have a super sharp knife
So I have my stubby butcher knife here. This is my favorite knife for cutting up meat or
Processing meat and then I like to usually rinse it off under some cool water, but today
I'm gonna go ahead and use a damp paper towel to do that
this
this is my raita knife sharpener, and it is awesome, and I have even sharpened like kitchen shears with that and
What else did I sharpen oh I sharpen this
this uh
This is my grandmother's old fashioned slicer, and I I sharpen that with it
and it works quite well, so
what I like to do is I usually get about I
Don't know. What do I usually get I usually cut this?
I usually cut about that much I eyeball it okay
So then what you're gonna. Do is you're just gonna kind of stand it up on its end and give it a press alright
Give it a press
Just like that you can
this this little end here cut that off and
Then press it this will throw on the grill and that'll be Cook Street. That'll be you know the grill masters treat
And if you end up with a with a piece that's narrower on one end then on the other
Then make sure that narrow end goes up on the top before you press it down
This piece I'm just gonna leave just like that. It's got a little bit of sinew on it
But we are not gonna let that go to waste
again with this little tiny piece on the end we're gonna cut that off, and then we're going to just cut I
Don't know inch and a half is that what I'm about what I'm doing yeah
And all these weird little odd pieces just go ahead and cook them off
And
honestly one nice sized piece is enough for me because we're having baked potato sauteed mushrooms and
sundae onions everything's ready to go on the grill and
I'm gonna wrap my bacon today
So just you know get you a piece of bacon you don't have to do this, and it's as easy as just wrapping it around
And then grabbing a toothpick
Boom that's it and I when I whenever I sent Rick up for grilling
I get a pan a sheet pan, and I line it with foil and then I line it with a couple of
Layers of parchment paper that way no matter if he's grilling
burgers or sausages or chicken then he can he can just take the
parchment paper away, which touch the raw meat and
He can just use the foil underneath it to pull the meat off the grill, and he doesn't have to have a separate
a separate pan
So there's not a lot of you know in-and-out going on and these are not gonna take long to cook at all
About how long honey for a medium medium-rare?
These really don't take long to cook at all so you don't want to be going off and watching the game you
Do what Rick does?
Tell him what you do
And sometimes if he's cooking something like a London royal he will also
take one of my kitchen timers and
Carry it around in his pocket
Now when you finish pulling these off the grill make sure you remove the
The toothpicks or
At least make sure that your teenagers know there's toothpicks in there, okay?
But these are going to be ready to go on the grill and we're gonna
We'll take you outside when we get ready to throw them on and we'll be right back
Okay, these beef tenderloin filets are going on the grill right now and Rick's gonna attend to them
And we'll be back when they're ready to come off and well
we'll probably just meet you back in the kitchen and we'll show you what they look like and
There you have it hot off the grill and ready to eat
I can't wait for dinner tonight like I said we're having baked potatoes Sunday onions and sautéed mushrooms to go along with this
It'll be delicious
So that's how we process those beef tenderloins
And how we grill them wrapped in bacon you don't have to do that you don't need to season these because they already came seasoned
And they're perfectly delicious
I that you give them a try
And I hope this encourages you to try them I want to thank you for joining me today, and if you like the video
Please consider giving me a thumbs up if you're new to my kitchen welcome
Please consider hitting that subscribe button
And if you're a tried-and-true member of the Noreen's kitchen family be sure and hit that Bell
Notification button because we don't want you to miss out on all the real food for real people
Real easy recipes that we present all the time right here on our YouTube channel and straight from our kitchen
I hope that the next time you see these in sam's club
You'll give them a try and I know that you're gonna love them so until next time. I'll see ya

#ThePLAN for Tommy Esguerra & LA Aguinaldo's to conquer the unkown | #Scenezoned - Duration: 6:32.I'm Tommy Esguerra.
And I'm LA Aguinaldo.
And we're about to embark on an adventure
with one personal mission.
To put this on record, I thought it was a bad idea.
Oh *bleep*
8 Stories.
8 Journeys.
#ThePLAN is to get
Scenezoned.
Even though we're friends,
we rarely see each other outside of work.
We've never really gone out to try new things together,
crazy adventurous things.
This is our chance to not be thinking about our work,
and simply just have fun.
In this trip #ThePLAN
is to conquer the unknown.
Sorsogon lies at the South Eastern tip
of the Bicol Peninsula in Luzon.
It's mostly surrounded by water,
only bordered by land to the North—
the province of Albay,
where our flight will be landing.
Alright, what's up guys?
We just landed here in Legazpi City, Albay.
We've got Mount Mayon in the background.
Look at that!
Are you ready, LA?
I'm ready!
Let's do this!
We'll then make a land trip to our destination,
Sorsogon, from Legazpi City.
Centuries of history and heritage
conserved in architecture,
and hauntingly beautiful natural landscapes.
Sorsogon is the best place to visit
for our search for adventure!
The first thing we did when we arrived in Sorsogon
is the Canopy Walk.
It wasn't so bad.
Tommy, I'm kind of afraid of heights, so—
Yeah.
We're all strapped in.
We're ready to go.
So see you guys on the other side, I guess.
Don't shake the it.
I'm not shaking bro—
Uy!
Watch where you're going, bro.
Someone's in trouble.
Bro, 'wag ka malikot.
We were just here in the middle of a jungle,
and just walking in like a thin piece of wood.
We're conquering our fear just by being here.
That was knee-trembling, Tommy!
Now we have to take on the
kayak challenge!
Kulay berde 'yung tubig
dahil sa reflection ng mga kahuyan.
'Yung nakikita ko lang diyan,
mga isda.
Pero hindi ko masagot kung may nakikita pa ako sa ilalim
dahil napakalalim niyan.
Nakakatakot 'yan!
You ready?
Let's do it!
So when we first went out on the kayak,
of course I'm a little nervous.
Have you seen anything suspicious?
It's just the thought that
anything could be down there.
Right smack in the middle!
No one around for miles.
This is our first time in unfamiliar territory.
We just set our fears away,
and just did it,
and ended up having a fun time.
What's up, everyone?
We're here at the historical district of Maharlika Street.
It's about to hit night time now.
I heard they're haunted though.
I-I'm not sure.
Hopefully, we come out alive!
Okay.
They have all these old houses
that originally belonged to the Spanish.
When we were walking up the stairs,
the doors were very old school.
It was already kind of screaming like,
"Hey, this is gonna be a haunted house, isn't it?"
It's a pretty old house,
so this house didn't really have good lighting.
And good thing we had flashlights on our phones.
I knew I could handle whatever it was.
Tommy, on the other hand—
I think he was trying to be brave,
but I could sense that he's scared deep inside.
I'm not a fan of the dark.
I also scare really easily.
So LA decided to mess with me.
I kind of had it coming.
I actually did not expect him to do that.
He got me back.
Me and Tommy made sure to just enjoy
that we're in unusual territory,
and just have fun.
Sa mga natutulog po ba dito,
may mga pangyayari—
Ah, experience.
Sabi nila 'yung Guban daw is—
alam niyo 'yung aswang?
Forget about the haunted houses
you see in horror movies.
The heritage houses in Guban
are legit hair-raising and haunting.
We went to the Bulusan Belfry.
It's a tower, from way back in the day,
used to alert the townspeople.
And our challenge was to go to the top.
We opened it, and all you hear is
*high-pitched door opening sound*
Literally, we could not see anything.
Oh, oh, my gosh!
Oh!
It's a good thing we brought our phones with us.
LA, you are first up the stairs.
Oh my gosh!
Oh! There's a bat!
Bats, plural.
Immediately, I-I knew.
This is not where I want to be.
Don't look at me like that!
There's open windows here, man!
I can't see.
We have to go up.
Wait, do we have to?
Check it out, bro.
You see the whole neighborhood from here.
It's not really something to be afraid of.
That's what everyone thinks
before they get killed in a movie.
We made it to the top of the Belfry tower.
And that means we conquered this challenge, bro.
High five!
We haven't made it back down yet.
I'll high five when we make it back down.
Okay, high five when we make it back.
While we were thinking for a change
from all of the high, tense sightseeing we were doing
that we would go try something different.
Good morning, everyone!
What's up, guys?
We're here now at Lola Sayong Eco Surf Camp
here in Sorsogon.
I'm not really the most confident guy
when it comes to paddling in open water.
I got to grease my training wheels again.
By the end of the day, we caught some waves.
We caught some nice views.
But what we found was so much more.
They've been friends forever…
and meeting people like that—
it always kind of
touches your heart.
It kind of reminded me of LA and I.
LA's my brother.
I'm always gonna support him,
and we always look out for each other.
There's a limit to the things we can do,
and that is often set by our own fears.
I wouldn't have made it through all those challenges in this trip
without someone beside me
who believes in me—
Someone who's a friend.
What we did here in Sorsogon was physical and heart-pounding.
I feel more alive.
Our adventure made me realize
that there's no limit to what we can do,
so long as we stick together.

40 Important Milestones You Can Have In Your Life Besides Getting Married - Duration: 7:43.40 Important Milestones You Can Have In Your Life Besides Getting Married
1.
Signing a lease for an apartment that's completely yours – no parents, no siblings, no roommates,
no boyfriend or girlfriend, just you.
It doesn't matter if it's the smallest studio in existence, because it's still yours.
2.
Doing something that's terrified you your entire life – it can be as drastic as skydiving or as seemingly low-key as
signing up for an acting class.
If it terrifies you, it's a huge step to take.
3.
Going through a painful breakup and refusing to let it drown you; instead, deciding to find growth and strength from it.
4.
Asking for a raise when you know you deserve it, especially if you're the one to bring it up.
5.
Giving money – that you don't have quite enough of yet – to people or causes that need it.
6.
Discovering or rediscovering spirituality in your life, whether that's through an organized religion, a book,
or any other structure that helps you.
7.
Taking your parents on a vacation.
8.
…Or even just out to dinner, because this is finally your chance to be the one who can treat them to something,
rather than the other way around.
9.
Reconnecting with an old friend that you've always regretted losing touch with.
Being the first one to reach out, to tell them you miss them, to make an attempt to see them again.
10.
Giving a heartfelt, well-written, meaningful speech as the Best Man or Maid of Honor at the wedding of someone who is
very special to you.
11.
Accepting a job or promotion that pulls you out of your comfort zone and places you in a city or country where you
barely know anyone.
12.
Buying or leasing a car completely on your own – with no help from your parents or siblings or friends.
Just a purchase or lease agreement that exists simply between you and the car dealership.
13.
Reaching a point in your life where, even if you still care about your looks,
you're more concerned with your character, your choices, and the people you surround yourself with.
14.
Embarking on a journey to lose weight or get in shape, because you feel that it's what your body truly needs to be
healthier.
15.
The first time you solve a major problem in your life without seeking advice or approval from those around you.
16.
Making a huge physical change that you want, but aren't quite ready for yet – a major haircut, a piercing, a tattoo,
a hair color change, a wardrobe that you've always always felt was more "you," etc.
17.
Deciding to go back and get your Masters if you feel that that's the best thing for you to do at this moment in time.
18.
Getting on your own health insurance plan.
19.
Quitting a perfectly good job – not because it's a challenge or it's difficult,
but because it makes you truly miserable and unhappy.
20.
…And quitting said job without telling or "asking" your parents first,
because you've already figured out how you can budget out your savings until you find something else.
21.
The first holiday you spend with friends instead of family.
22.
Getting to that age where you buy your own plane tickets home, instead of begging your parents to do so for you.
23.
Changing a tire by yourself on the side of the road, with no help.
24.
…Or, if that would be a disaster, signing up for your own AAA membership.
25.
Getting to the point where you make appointments on your own for things like physicals and dermatology check ups – with
no insistence from your mother.
26.
Going on your first vacation with a significant other – paid for by you two and you two alone.
27.
Developing your own honest, genuine political beliefs.
Not because you want to sound smart at parties, but because as you get older,
you're starting to become less naive and more concerned about important issues that your country faces.
28.
Owning a piece of furniture in your place that wasn't a giveaway from your parents, wasn't found on the street,
and wasn't purchased at IKEA.
29.
Having certain luxuries that you like to spend your hard-earned money on once in a while, like super soft bedsheets,
or a massage, or a really delicious bottle of wine.
30.
…And getting to the maturity level where you can tell the difference between treating yourself,
and being financially reckless and irresponsible.
31.
When you have people over for dinner – and it's a meal you cooked by yourself.
32.
Finding out, and actually understanding, what the hell a deductible is.
33.
Telling someone you love them without knowing for sure whether they love you back.
34.
Feeling genuinely happy when your friend hits a huge milestone, and learning to not worry about the small bout of
jealousy or panic you feel over it.
35.
Getting on your own cell phone plan, and realizing that when you've overused your data,
there are no more family arguments to be had.
It's just you and your credit card, paying the overage charges on your own.
36.
Setting up a 401K, because you want to.
Not because someone lectured you about the importance of it.
37.
Traveling to a city you've always wanted to explore, and paying for everything on your own dime.
38.
Reaching an age where you know how to admit when you're wrong.
39.
Finding that one book that changes your life, even if it's in the smallest way possible.
40.
Getting to a point in your life where you look at teenagers and college kids and think I'm so glad I'm not in that
stage anymore, as opposed to I'd give anything to go back.

How To Trim Guinea Pig Toe Nails - Duration: 4:04.Welcome to the garden.
This is Manuel, and today I'm going to show you how I trim his toe nails.
Let's Go.
Guinea Pigs are Awesome little critters.
We had two for a while but unfortunately lost one.
This little guy just runs around the bottom of the chook pen quite happily.
Guinea Pigs can be groomed a lot more if you want to, but if you don't, they're quite low
maintenance to look after.
There is one thing that is fairly important with them, and that's trimming their nails.
In a cage like this, I've just got to catch him first.
Food works every time, right?
Time to send in the big guns.
Now for a Guinea Pig that's pretty much left to run wild, he's quite calm and friendly
when you get hold of him.
Guinea Pigs don't really like to be held in unusual positions, so I sit Manuel on my lap
and try and find a spot where he's comfortable and just work my way around his little feet.
Most of his nails this time aren't too bad.
But there's a few long curly ones that need a trim.
As with our own nails, if you cut them too far down, they will actually hurt.
On his clear white nails, you can see how far the blood vessels come down and can avoid
them, on the black ones it's a little bit harder.
The key is to just cut off little bits from the end until it looks like a normal sort
of nail.
If all their nails are long and twisted, the internet has plenty of pictures of what they're
supposed to look like.
It also has plenty of pictures of what they're not supposed to look like.
So viewer discretion is advised if looking up Guinea Pig nails.
Thanks for watching.

Sikh Bollywood Fans, watch this video. - Duration: 16:41.Since the beginning of Indian Cinema,
Indian Culture has started deteriorating
Indian Cinema began in the early 1900s
But it started getting really popular after 1940 and has continued since
In the starting phase, there were films related to History or Religion
But the topic quickly changed to lust and hooliganism
In the beginning, only prostitutes used to work in films
But women of respectable households started working in films with pride
In this way, societal values have deteriorated
Today, a majority of people
were raised while watching Indian films
Films and related songs are deeply embedded in their psyche
They listen to songs when going to sleep
The songs keep playing even while they're asleep
and they resume right after waking up
They listen to songs all-day
The world has gone crazy
Which is why the societal structure is degrading
That day is not far off
When marriage will be forgone, like animals
Because Sikhs also live in this world,
and a vast majority live in India
They are also affected by these films
Just like Indians, Sikhs have also been negatively affected
We are going to discuss these issues today
The majority of films and the industry that produces them
which is called Bollywood
is garbage
Because of these reasons, today's films are garbage
and are completely against Sikhi
Manmat is highlighted in films
In films, salacious stories between boys and girls,
Lust, violence,
and hooliganism is promoted
Religion and societal values are downplayed
Because of this, watching films is against Gurmat
which is why we should refrain from watching them
According to this hukam from Gurbani,
One can't attain happiness by watching films
Instead, happiness can be found by connecting to Akal Purakh
through Naam and Gurbani
We can't connect to Naam Gurbani by being attached to films
Renouncing films is mandatory
if we want to connect to Akal Purakh
It is Guru jee's hukam
Not to look at another woman with bad intentions
or inspect her body
Female bodies are fully exhibited in films
Any Sikh that watches these films,
How can he not look at the bodies of actresses
After looking at their half-naked bodies,
can a true Sikh's mind
focus on Gurbani?
How can that Sikh do Ardaas in front of Guru jee?
After looking at the half-naked body of another woman,
can he still get approval from Guru jee?
You can think about this yourself
Should Sikhs be watching these filthy films?
The mind cannot focus after watching films
After foregoing worldly thoughts, a Sikh has to
connect with Naam and Gurbani
Some Amritdhari Gursikhs ask that
"Our mind does not focus on Naam or Gurbani,
doesn't stay still, what should we do?"
How can the poor mind meditate
When it's shown the Kalyug of films for 3 hours on end
Is it possible
that after watching a 3 hour film at night
and looking at half-naked women
and violence of goons
and people killing each other
a Sikh can get up at Amrit Vela and connect to sacred Naam Gurbani
Can he contemplate on the divine qualities of Vaheguru?
Never!
We have lost all shame
Guru jee has kept shame and religion together in Bani
Where there is no shame,
there can be no religion
Today our society has fallen to such an extent
that our entire family including daughters, sisters, and mothers,
feel no shame in watching movies full of lust and salacious songs
We go to cinemas with our mothers, sisters, and daughters
where mischievous and rowdy men
make lustful comments about actresses
whistle loudly
and act immorally overall
We take our families into that atmosphere
What can be more degrading?
We have lost our conscience, honour and self-respect
Daughters of Sikh families are also becoming actresses
The world is sinking
Kaljug is at its peak
May Vaheguru jee have mercy on us
A girl who has seen lust in movies since birth
Who has watched that in school,
boys and girls have lustful relationships
Who has watched that all girls
are after a clean-shaven hero
and want to have a relationship with him
The girl who has seen over and over that
if parents stop their daughters from lustful relationships,
then they are the villain
Why wouldn't that girl have a relationship with some boy after growing up?
Why wouldn't she run away from home to get married?
Or how they show in films today, that
Why wouldn't that girl have a physical relationship before marriage?
THINK!
Why are you poisoning your own daughters?
From birth, the boy that has watched lustful stories
One that has seen that
some body parts of a girl are beautiful
Her waist is very thin
or her colour is fair
and other nonsense like this
The boy that has only seen a girl in a lustful way
Will that boy respect women after growing up?
Will he protect a girl's honour?
Or will he play with it?
When he see Bebe Nanki in girl?
or Bibi Bhani? or Bibi Veero?
or see Mata Goojri?
Or will he see Heer, Sassi, Laila
or today's actresses?
Puraatan Singhs used to save even others daughters
Make them their sisters
and become the protectors of their honour
But today's young men, being affected by films
tease girls,
engage in lustful relationships
rape them and make them miserable
They can never become S.Hari Singh or S. Baghel Singh
After watching film characters conduct violence and hooliganism,
our boys will only learn the same
They won't learn Keertan, Paath or Naam
Film characters consume cigarettes and alcohol
People who watch these films,
while imitating these actors,
start having cigarettes and alcohol just like them
All heroes are clean-shaven in films
Which is why, our daughters also want
to get married to clean-shaven men
This is also why Sikh boys,
while imitating actors,
and under the spell of lust,
feel pride in cutting their hair to please Sikh girls
Did Guru jee sacrifice his entire family for these people?
Did Chotay Sahibzade become Shaheed for them?
Our youth are cutting their hair because of films
and putting a stain on Sikhi
And we were also affected to such an extent
that we still don't repent from this Manmat?
We are watching these films non-stop
May Vaheguru jee have mercy on us
Films are conning us
What is the storyline of a film?
A boy and girl fall in love,
they want to get married,
but nowadays they have physical relationships before marriage
They have some obstacle in their marriage
which is mostly their own parents
The parents become villians and the lovers become heroes
In the end, they get married
For the last 75 years, Sikhs are watching films with this story
Are they stupid?
That they keep watching the same story?
How wise is it to watch the same story for 3 hours every time?
It is because of this, that we are in this state
All of society has become dirty
the dramas which are shown on tv
just show a fight between Mother-in-Law and daughter-in-law
women are shown conniving against one another
Sikh women are becoming miserable by watching these dramas at home
Fights between Mother-in-law and daughter-in-law have increased
Before families used to live together but now everyone just wants to live apart
Families have broken apart
Now-a-days women keep the mission of having their husband move out at the top of thier list
this has all happened due to films
The spiritual life of Sikhs has totally ceased to exist
Amritvela is the root of a spiritual life
which has now fallen prey to tv and films
When there were no TVs people would sleep at nightfall
and everyone would arise at Amritvela without a problem
sleep would be fulfilled and Amritvela would be kept
Now-a-days when people sleep at midnight due to tv and films then how will they wake up at Amritvela
They can't wake up
so our religious and spiritual life has been ruined because of tv and film
the only cure to this is that Sikhs should not have a tv in the first place
and a Sikh should never watch a film
Some films cause a lot of displeasure bordering anger
Dilvale Diluneeha lai jaenge
How can a loafer come to a village of Punjab and forcefully take a girl
Have the people of Punjab's village worn bangles now?
That a hooligan can come and forcefully take a Sikh girl
Are Sikhs Impotent that a loafer can come and take a girl from their house?
These films have made us shameless
without honor and into cowards
Our standards of honor have changed
Maybe in olden times someone couldn't abduct a prostitute with such ease
with how much ease boys from other religions come and take our girls
Films play a huge role in all of this
Even now we should save our selves and stop watching films otherwise it will be too late
he does salacious activities with her in the open
he makes her life a living hell
and by doing this one day he becomes successful when that girl falls in love with him
It is because of these films that boys bother girls
and average people are bearing this abomination
because they too have watched these movies
and they think doing this is totally fine
Think! What kind of lesson does this give our society?
This will give encouragement to boys and it has
that it is fine to be forcefull with a girl
and it is okay to bother them while engaging in salacious activities
secondly, it is demeaning to women and shows them in bad light
that girls like when guys are forceful with them
and if a guy continuously bothers them
that they will agree to him
how shameful this is
Why do we ruin our children by showing them these films
In many films and dramas, married people are shown to be in illicit relationships outside of marriage
This has caused our society to become filthy
When it is shown in films that a married woman can have a relationship with someone else
then this gives encouragement to do this in the real world as well
society is in very bad condition
These things have become a normal occurance
and films play a major part in this
it takes around 2.5 to 3 hours to watch a film
This time can be spent towards Gurbani Paath
Those who do Sukhmani Sahib daily can do it in 35 to 40 mins
in 2.5 to 3 hours 4 or 5 Sukhmani Sahibs could be done
If not Paath then this time could be spent reading religious books
Usually films are watched in the evening. This time could be spent going to Sangat
Nothing else then this time can be spent having fun with the family
and this will increase love in the family
films and tv are a complete waste of time
Films have created a new measure of beauty
Boys and girls imitating the heroes and heroines in films bleach their skin to become fairer
and who knows what other creams they use
girls stay hungry to try to get the same figure as actresses
These films are deluding people by skewing the meaning of beauty
Our Naujavan nation has been ruined by these films
In films, Kaam and love is being mixed up
Love is being presented as Kaam when love and kaam have nothing in common
Love is a divine thing
while Kaam is a facet of Maya which pulls us away from Vaheguru
by presenting Kaam as love they are making people into fornicators
These films are nothing but filth
It is not the character of a noble person to share company with a fornicator
films are the height of Manmat and apostasy
In which Kaam, Violence, and other atrocities are principal
through films you share company with these atrocious people
which is harmful to a Gursikh and is disobeying orders of Guru jee
So Sikhs should refrain from lecherous films, cinema and tv
We hope that our Sikh brothers and sisters
will give up the filth of these feculent films
and focus on the Chardikala of Panth
Films were a medium to peoples enjoyment and to give them good lessons
but this medium has been used very badly
If this same medium was used for good then a great amount of benefit could come of it
Just like water fulfills so many tasks yet during tsunami it causes such destruction
We can't live without fire
but if fire is misused then it burns your house down
Music can be used for illicit songs or it can be used for Gurbani Keertan
Same way how good would it have been if films were working to develop society
and if there were no films which increase your vices
It should have been that films taught us to be safe from Kaam and Krodh
But these films have the biggest role in increasing Kaam and Krodh
Even now you have the right and the choice
to renounce these bad films
and to do the Chardikala of yourself and the Panth
We are sorry for using such harsh language when making this film
but to make known the seriousness of this issue we had to do this
We hope with this the business of making bad films will be stopped

BROKEN ASS- Latest 2017 Nigerian Nollywood Full Movie - Duration: 7:04.-------------------------------------------
#14 - Don't get too excited by the bank's unusually high FD interest rate (Full Version) - Duration: 9:50.
Welcome to Yap's Money life show. Thank you for your support and your interest.
Today I would like to talk about the unknown truth about bank's super high fixed deposit
interest rate. Now you see a client told me recently that 2 years
ago, his bank offered him a very high and attractive FD interest rate at 10%
on the condition that he also at the same time invest some of the money
into unit trust. So he thought this is a good deal. As long as he can get a high
10% fixed deposit interest rate, he would do anything. So what happened is that he
told me he took RM100,000 out from his fixed deposit then the
bank put RM25,000 of the RM100,000 into fixed deposit and
give him 10.5% interest per annum. And the balance RM75,000 of
the money is put into 1 equity fund with 5%
sales charge. What my client didn't know is that the bank actually takes half of the
5% sales charge that he paid to the bank and put this 2.5%
into his fixed deposit. That's how he is getting a high 10.5%
interest rate from his fixed deposit. So you see normally when you go for
the fixed deposit, you will be getting about 3% interest rate per
year. So the additional 7.5% that he is getting now is
actually coming from his own pocket. What is worse for my client is that he
doesn't even know much about this particular
equity fund that he invested into. He doesn't know how to manage this unit
trust fund. Whether it goes up, comes down, he didn't know what to do. At the end of one year,
the fund, the investment which is RM75,000 ended up to become
RM60,000. So, he didn't know what to do. That's why he just sold it at
loss. We can see here for the extra gain of 7.5% of FD
which is RM1,875 he ends up losing RM15,000
from his unit trust investment. So my suggestion to fellow viewers is that
when you are determined to grow your money with high certainty, always be
careful of unusual benefit being offered to you because there may be some hidden
risk, hidden disadvantages that you may
not be aware. So think twice, think 3 times before you invest into anything
that offers you super high interest, super high return.
In this section, I will answer the questions that I've received from
the viewers like you. Now I have a question
from Jerry. Jerry is from Sentul. His question goes like this,
I am going to retire soon, shall I settle all my property loans? Now Jerry to
answer your question, I will need to make an assumption and my assumption is
that you've got some money say for example RM1 million cash in the bank. So if you were
to take the cash that you have to settle all the loans that you have, of course,
you would have no more loan. That is good on one hand.
But if you were to need to take loan to invest into any new property, then the
bank may not give you a loan anymore because you are going to retire or you
you are retired. You don't have any active income anymore.
You see current effective loan interest rate for property
is about 4.5%. Based on track record, that is considered to be quite low
and quite cheap interest rate. So if you don't settle the loan and you find ways
to grow your RM1 million cash you have in the bank generating return about say
6% and above, then it is better return than you're getting compared to you take the
money to settle the loan which may saves you 4.5%.
When effective loan interest rate rises from 4.5% to 6.5%, then you can
see that interest rate now become more expensive and is no longer low
anymore. So for that matter, if you're to invest, it's quite difficult for you to get a
better return and in that case I would suggest that you were to use your money to
settle the loan instead. So, what is important when you apply this strategy
that I share with you is that you must make sure that when you don't settle or
use the cash to settle the loan, you must not spend the money away as
well. If you are determined to grow money with high certainty, I would
suggest that you must learn how to use loan as an leverage when the loan
interest rate is low. If you want me to answer your most burning question about
money, about investing, about wealth management, please drop me an email or WhatsApp
me your question. Now I have another question. This question is from Alif.
He is from Taman Tun. Now he said that, I realised I need to pay income tax for
investment property that generates rental. So would it be a better idea for me
to invest in unit trust instead? So what is the difference in term of benefits
when investing in these two investments. Now basically to me both investments
whether you invest into property or you invest into unit trust, it has got
pros and cons. Let me share you. For property investment the benefit is that
you can do leverage using a loan, you can generate rental income and you can
also enjoy capital appreciation but the downside of the property investment is
that it is not so liquid when you want sell it to turn into cash and normally
it's quite a big item. I mean you need to have a few hundred thousand at least
to invest into a property. And the fact that it is quite big piece, it is not
so easy for you to diversify. For unit trust investment, the benefit is
that you can invest in a smaller amount and it's more liquid and since that is
the case, it is easy and easier for you to do diversification as well. But the
downside of unit trust investing is that you can't really get loan to leverage in
your investing plus also you will require more knowledge and you also
require more discipline to make sure that you really make money in unit trust
investing. So basically as you can see, both investments units trust and property
investment have got its own advantages and also disadvantages.
I wouldn't say one investment is better than another investment. Therefore it is
very important to learn how to use strategic asset allocation to invest.
When you invest using strategic asset allocation, you are
investing in two different asset classes. By doing so you'll be able to use the
strength of one asset class to neutralise the weakness of another asset
class. When you are determined to grow your money with high certainty, you must learn
how to use strategic asset allocation to invest into multiple investment asset
classes so that your will be able to gain the benefits from different asset classes.
