this is my first video in Spanish and,

in it feels so weird to talk to the camera

in Spanish, even though of course it is my own language

every time I record and video

and talk to a camera I do it in English

so I have to get a little bit used to it but well.

The reason I'm making this video in Spanish

because as I said number one

Spanish is my mother tongue because I am Mexican

number 2, right now I am in Cancun

and number 3, well actually there are 4 reasons but number 3 is

my family has asked me a thousand million times

to make a video in Spanish

so family, this is for you guys

And number 4,

this video is dedicated

to all Mexican people, or

latin people that do not live in Mexico (or their own country)

Why am I saying this?

Because in this video I'm going to tell you

what are the things that I miss the most

when it comes to food of México

And if this is the first time you are watching my videos and you are wondering what am I talking about_

Well the thing is, I am Mexican from Cancun

but I live in the Netherlands for some years already

And well,

everytime I talk to my family

Obviously this doesn't include my parents because of course they know the answer to this question

but for example my aunts, uncles, cousins

or simply family to whom I'm not very close to

and suddenly they find out I live in the Netherlands

or friends who I haven´t seen in a while

from high shcool

or simply new people that I meet (in México)

and with whom I talk about me living in the Netherlands...

they all ask ...

..the same question

"which Mexican foods do you miss the most?"

And of course that HAD to be the question

because food is like number one priority in Mexico

and that is something that I'm going to talk about in another video,

how food is like the center or the "key" ingredient

to family gatherings.

And given that food is so important in México

it is always that same question

and well...

one moment that was my cellphone being rude

and interrupting my video

and making noise while I record

OK, I was saying

What would be the food that I miss the most?

first let me tell you a bit about myself

so you can understand better why I miss the foods that I miss

When I first moved to the Netherlands

I was 18 years old

and I was bored and raised

in Cancun

And of course Cancun is not a place with much authentic Mexican food

and I grew up with a mom

who was always working

so when I came back from school was the same time that she would come back from work,

she would pick me up and we would go home

and obviously she didn't had much time to cook a very "fancy" meal

like mole, or enchiladas, enfrijoladas,

caldo tlalpeño.

What we ate was like plane chicken (very healthy and delicious)

fish in many variations

flautas,

sometimes pizza

So real authentic

Mexican food was never

a big part in my life

Until I went to Europe and I told myself,

"Why didn't you enjoy more when you could?"

So I'm gonna tell you my own opinion and experience

about which things you will miss the most

when you are abroad

Europe, Canada, USA, anywhere in the world

But well honestly in United States

Mexican food is actually very easily accesible.

I've seen that a lot of people who live there have sauces like tajin,

buffalo sauce, flaming hot Cheetos.

And I mean honestly in the Netherlands

is much much harder to get those foods than in USA.

So I don´t even want to imagine how it is for people who live even further away from México.

If you move to Europe,

or well not only Europe, if you move anywhere in the world that´s not México

I think that as Mexicans one of the things you would miss the most

would be beans.

Whether you like to eat them

charros, en bola, or refritos

I really think that...

beans are really

one of the things that us Mexicans miss the most.

Or at least I miss them a lot. Specially beans refritos

with chipotle.

Number 2, chipotle

thats one of the things I also miss the most.

Another thing that I really miss,

even though I am in the country of the cheeses,

is Mexican cheese

Oaxaca cheese, double cream cheese

those type of cheeses,

chihuahua cheese,

manchego cheese.

Don't get me wrong, Dutch cheeses are delicious

but when I come to Mexico nothing compares with having ham slices tacos with Oaxaca cheese inside

mmm delicious!

So yes, cheese definitely is something I miss a lot.

Something else would be

totopos and tostadas

Because I've never really been a tortilla eater

I much rather have tostadas

and in the Netherlands you don't have them.

What I've done is to eat a taco shell instead

because dutch people think that tacos are hard

which is very similar to a tostada but folded

like an empanada

so that's what I've used instead of tostadas

but obviously they don't taste the same.

Another thing that I really miss

are all types of sauces

like Valentina, tajin,

Miguelito, buffalo

thats one of the things that I miss the most because

you know that we Mexicans

throw like half a bottle of those sauces to a lot of things

and then we are complaining that we have stomach ache

but there we are eating always sauce

but how can we not? everything tastes better with sauce right?

Even my boyfriend who is dutch told me once

that Mexicans aren't really satisfied with the taste of anything as it is

because we always add sauce to it.

and think about it, we add sauce to tacos,

we add green sauce or read sauce

to all types of meats and dishes

therefore I really miss sauces.

but since I was never really fond of eating

like extremely spicy chilly

I only miss those " fake" sauces you can add to your chips.

The next thing is not actually food

but it is going to the cinema

and..

the fact that there is valentine sauce in the cinema that you can throw in your popcorns

once again Valentina sauce comes up.

Sadly in the Netherlands they don't have any the of sauce for popcorns

and to be honest, they don't even taste like butter

being honest popcorns in the dutch cinemas aren't that nice(*still eats popcorn everytime she goes*)

Next thing is not food but a drink

hibiscos (JAMAICA) and horchata water,

also fruits like guayaba

because I've never seen a guayaba in the Netherlands

and if anyone that lives in the Netherlands

knows where I can buy them

please let me know in the comments.

What else...

Cakes, 3 leches (3 milks) flavor cakes

mmmmmmm

obviously the Netherlands

is a country

with very good pastries

they have a lot of bakeries

and they bake delicious things like croissants, pastries

tompoes, they make delicious stuff but

when it comes to actual cakes

ive never tasted any cake which tastes

as delicious as

3 leches cake

and speaking of milk,

this makes me think of cajeta (similar to caramel)

because thats something I miss a lot too

and well obviously

I miss countless flavors of cookies

and chips that they don't have in the Netherlands.

for example, lemon chips

adobada chips,

every flavor of chips which is spicy is something I miss.

and when it comes to cookies,

real authentic food

like mole verde (green mole)

or tamales

because I want really a fan of that type of food.

Until now that I´m older

and I start to experience our cusine

and if I could choose 3 dishes

that I would like to take with me to the Netherlands

and that would make me the happiest person

if I would be able to eat them anytime there

there would be, red sauce chicken bbq,

mole verde (green mole)

and Yucatàn tamales

mmm delicious!

Im sure that there are things that I am forgetting

what else could I say

that I miss?

I really think that thats it,

as you see for me it was easy to adapt

because I wasn't a fan or used to eating real authentic Mexican food all the time

but obviously Im always going to miss Mexican cuisine, the coziness of cooking as a family

getting together to eat

and the vibe you feel in Mexico when you sit as a family to eat

because its not the same in the Netherlands.

In Meico people gather to eat

and really enjoy eating and the food

we lick our fingers (this is figuratively speaking), we save it and warm it up for next morning breakfast

and well obviously thats not how it goes in the Netherlands

so besides missing the actual food,

i also miss the vibe

there is when families gather to eat. I don't know how to explain it.

So family, friends,

people from the internet

now you know what are the foods that I miss the most of Mexico

now that I live in the Netherlands

I think this could also be seen as a guide

as to what you can expect if you are going to live abroad

maybe you are going on exchange, or long holiday

or you are moving for an indefinite time

maybe you learned what you can and can't find when it comes to food

in certain countries as the Netherlands

and im also really curious to know if there is any Mexican here

who also lives in the Netherlands, or anywhere else in the world

but im really curious about the thoughts of

Mexicans living in the Netherlands,

what are the things that you miss the most?

obviously there is nothing as delicious as a real Mexican taco

How I lost $1.7 million last year trading the Forex market. - Duration: 6:36.

Hi Everybody Alex du Plooy from Expert4X and I've just come back from my

tax consultant and it was quite a an interesting visit during this visit we

had determined that I had losses from my forex trading activities of 1.7 million

dollars that included 16 margin calls or blown accounts now all of that is mainly

due to the gambling nature that I've have towards forex trading so during

that year I used 38 EA's and my manual trading systems that mainly were very

concerned with those of the previous years now I don't want you to think that

I'm a reckless gambler to the contrary I calculate the odds of

every single bet that I place before placing the bet every single EA that I

use goes through a very comprehensive testing process evaluating the EA

finding suitable settings that give me the best margin of error between

whatever margin ever get the settings wrong you slow profitable and only when

I have supreme confidence do I place the EA into my live

EA farm a collection of years that I trade so I'm very careful about that if

the EA starts performing badly I take it out retested and possibly put it back in

or keep it on the rack for future use my manual systems are very comprehensive I

look at 24 to 36 charts before I make it a trading decision I evaluate all the

odds I often don't trade if I'm not hundred percent comfortable but when I

am comfortable I trade quite aggressively so I do a lot of homework

before I trade the other thing that's very important is I do my best to learn

from the market so I analyze my successful trades and the ones that have

failed after each week's trading activities now I in spite of all that

and in spite of all my years of experience and knowledge

I still had losses of 1.7 million dollars now that should show you that

losses are the cost of forex trading you can't trade properly with the

expectation that you never gonna make a loss so the first characteristic that

you've got to develop is that you have to be a good loser when you place a bet

in the forex market you must be prepared to take the result on the chin if it's a

loss take it on the chin if it's a profit fantastic your plans have worked

out as you thought they would but you need to learn to be a loser the next

thing is you need to do your homework before placing a bet you need to know

the odds of every single deal you need to know that that deal is the best deal

in the whole forex market that you could possibly make and then you must make it

no hesitation you've done your homework just place the bit but it is important

to do a thorough job before you place your bet now without going into too much

detail margin calls are not necessarily such a bad thing if you have a technique

that will blow one account but will be very good to other accounts I often use

that approach and I use accounts as the stop-loss so a margin call is equal to

the stop-loss so be open to new approaches and to different approaches

when gambling in the forex market now here's a big one and one that I see a

lot of traders try to avoid you have to have many trading methods and also many

EA's you can't just rely on one EA that that you're trading you have to have a

collection of ears appropriate to the market conditions

that you're trading in and you also have to have various techniques so that you

can analyze the odds of a transaction succeeding you can look at any

transaction and they'll always be a percentage of the transaction that says

Buy and there also will always be a percentage of the transaction that says

sell you need be an expert at calculating the odds of

those transactions now the good thing is that although I had losses of 1.7

million my gains were a lot bigger than that and they were at the level that

kept my wife very happy and that's one of the measures that I use of my forex

trading success so by treating forex trading as a gambling business

calculating the odds of success on every single decision and trade that you place

you can make sure that your gains are bigger than your losses and my case I

was looking at my losses on an annual basis but in micro terms I do that on

every single dealer so losses are only part of the price of participating in

the forex market by treating your forex trading as a gambling business and

calculating the odds on every activity that you do whether you are trading an

EA or whether you trading and manual transaction make sure that those odds

are always in your favor and then what will happen is at the end of the year

your costs or your losses will be small compared to the gains that you get for

that particular year everything you everything you do at a micro level will

then suddenly become visible on a macro level such as a tax return so I hope

forex trading gambling you need to know that they will happen and are

Ft-60 radio, so let's get started, okay

When the chirp program comes up it'll be absolutely blank. That's okay. Don't worry about it. We're gonna

Go to radio, which is up here in the center of left hand side

click radio

Download from radio, and then you'll see down here. You'll have port

You see that we change it

In this case it's Yaesu

We've got a lot of choices there, and then we have the model number of the equipment that you're trying to program

Alright hit OK and let's move forward

Alright the instructions turn off the radio before you do turn off the radio, let's check one thing make sure it's unlocked

So let's go down here. You see the radio is locked

And you'll see the lock. We're going to get rid of that. We're going to use the six key

It was posted by one of his students at a dating forum.

As it turns out, Derek is the creator of the notorious Shogun Method.

Different from lightweight Pickup Artist tricks, Shogun Method is based on scientific Mind

Wow...

this is my first video in Spanish and,

in it feels so weird to talk to the camera

in Spanish, even though of course it is my own language

every time I record and video

and talk to a camera I do it in English

so I have to get a little bit used to it but well.

The reason I'm making this video in Spanish

because as I said number one

Spanish is my mother tongue because I am Mexican

number 2, right now I am in Cancun

and number 3, well actually there are 4 reasons but number 3 is

my family has asked me a thousand million times

to make a video in Spanish

so family, this is for you guys

And number 4,

this video is dedicated

to all Mexican people, or

latin people that do not live in Mexico (or their own country)

Why am I saying this?

Because in this video I'm going to tell you

what are the things that I miss the most

when it comes to food of México

And if this is the first time you are watching my videos and you are wondering what am I talking about_

Well the thing is, I am Mexican from Cancun

but I live in the Netherlands for some years already

And well,

everytime I talk to my family

Obviously this doesn't include my parents because of course they know the answer to this question

but for example my aunts, uncles, cousins

or simply family to whom I'm not very close to

and suddenly they find out I live in the Netherlands

or friends who I haven´t seen in a while

from high shcool

or simply new people that I meet (in México)

and with whom I talk about me living in the Netherlands...

they all ask ...

..the same question

"which Mexican foods do you miss the most?"

And of course that HAD to be the question

because food is like number one priority in Mexico

and that is something that I'm going to talk about in another video,

how food is like the center or the "key" ingredient

to family gatherings.

And given that food is so important in México

it is always that same question

and well...

one moment that was my cellphone being rude

and interrupting my video

and making noise while I record

OK, I was saying

What would be the food that I miss the most?

first let me tell you a bit about myself

so you can understand better why I miss the foods that I miss

When I first moved to the Netherlands

I was 18 years old

and I was bored and raised

in Cancun

And of course Cancun is not a place with much authentic Mexican food

and I grew up with a mom

who was always working

so when I came back from school was the same time that she would come back from work,

she would pick me up and we would go home

and obviously she didn't had much time to cook a very "fancy" meal

like mole, or enchiladas, enfrijoladas,

caldo tlalpeño.

What we ate was like plane chicken (very healthy and delicious)

fish in many variations

flautas,

sometimes pizza

So real authentic

Mexican food was never

a big part in my life

Until I went to Europe and I told myself,

"Why didn't you enjoy more when you could?"

So I'm gonna tell you my own opinion and experience

about which things you will miss the most

when you are abroad

Europe, Canada, USA, anywhere in the world

But well honestly in United States

Mexican food is actually very easily accesible.

I've seen that a lot of people who live there have sauces like tajin,

buffalo sauce, flaming hot Cheetos.

And I mean honestly in the Netherlands

is much much harder to get those foods than in USA.

So I don´t even want to imagine how it is for people who live even further away from México.

If you move to Europe,

or well not only Europe, if you move anywhere in the world that´s not México

I think that as Mexicans one of the things you would miss the most

would be beans.

Whether you like to eat them

charros, en bola, or refritos

I really think that...

beans are really

one of the things that us Mexicans miss the most.

Or at least I miss them a lot. Specially beans refritos

with chipotle.

Number 2, chipotle

thats one of the things I also miss the most.

Another thing that I really miss,

even though I am in the country of the cheeses,

is Mexican cheese

Oaxaca cheese, double cream cheese

those type of cheeses,

chihuahua cheese,

manchego cheese.

Don't get me wrong, Dutch cheeses are delicious

but when I come to Mexico nothing compares with having ham slices tacos with Oaxaca cheese inside

mmm delicious!

So yes, cheese definitely is something I miss a lot.

Something else would be

totopos and tostadas

Because I've never really been a tortilla eater

I much rather have tostadas

and in the Netherlands you don't have them.

What I've done is to eat a taco shell instead

because dutch people think that tacos are hard

which is very similar to a tostada but folded

like an empanada

so that's what I've used instead of tostadas

but obviously they don't taste the same.

Another thing that I really miss

are all types of sauces

like Valentina, tajin,

Miguelito, buffalo

thats one of the things that I miss the most because

you know that we Mexicans

throw like half a bottle of those sauces to a lot of things

and then we are complaining that we have stomach ache

but there we are eating always sauce

but how can we not? everything tastes better with sauce right?

Even my boyfriend who is dutch told me once

that Mexicans aren't really satisfied with the taste of anything as it is

because we always add sauce to it.

and think about it, we add sauce to tacos,

we add green sauce or read sauce

to all types of meats and dishes

therefore I really miss sauces.

but since I was never really fond of eating

like extremely spicy chilly

I only miss those " fake" sauces you can add to your chips.

The next thing is not actually food

but it is going to the cinema

and..

the fact that there is valentine sauce in the cinema that you can throw in your popcorns

once again Valentina sauce comes up.

Sadly in the Netherlands they don't have any the of sauce for popcorns

and to be honest, they don't even taste like butter

being honest popcorns in the dutch cinemas aren't that nice(*still eats popcorn everytime she goes*)

Next thing is not food but a drink

hibiscos (JAMAICA) and horchata water,

also fruits like guayaba

because I've never seen a guayaba in the Netherlands

and if anyone that lives in the Netherlands

knows where I can buy them

please let me know in the comments.

What else...

Cakes, 3 leches (3 milks) flavor cakes

mmmmmmm

obviously the Netherlands

is a country

with very good pastries

they have a lot of bakeries

and they bake delicious things like croissants, pastries

tompoes, they make delicious stuff but

when it comes to actual cakes

ive never tasted any cake which tastes

as delicious as

3 leches cake

and speaking of milk,

this makes me think of cajeta (similar to caramel)

because thats something I miss a lot too

and well obviously

I miss countless flavors of cookies

and chips that they don't have in the Netherlands.

for example, lemon chips

adobada chips,

every flavor of chips which is spicy is something I miss.

and when it comes to cookies,

I miss lemon cookies.

But as you can see, its not like I really miss

real authentic food

like mole verde (green mole)

or tamales

because I want really a fan of that type of food.

Until now that I´m older

and I start to experience our cusine

and if I could choose 3 dishes

that I would like to take with me to the Netherlands

and that would make me the happiest person

if I would be able to eat them anytime there

there would be, red sauce chicken bbq,

mole verde (green mole)

and Yucatàn tamales

mmm delicious!

Im sure that there are things that I am forgetting

what else could I say

that I miss?

I really think that thats it,

as you see for me it was easy to adapt

because I wasn't a fan or used to eating real authentic Mexican food all the time

but obviously Im always going to miss Mexican cuisine, the coziness of cooking as a family

getting together to eat

and the vibe you feel in Mexico when you sit as a family to eat

because its not the same in the Netherlands.

In Meico people gather to eat

and really enjoy eating and the food

we lick our fingers (this is figuratively speaking), we save it and warm it up for next morning breakfast

and well obviously thats not how it goes in the Netherlands

so besides missing the actual food,

i also miss the vibe

there is when families gather to eat. I don't know how to explain it.

So family, friends,

people from the internet

now you know what are the foods that I miss the most of Mexico

now that I live in the Netherlands

I think this could also be seen as a guide

as to what you can expect if you are going to live abroad

maybe you are going on exchange, or long holiday

or you are moving for an indefinite time

maybe you learned what you can and can't find when it comes to food

in certain countries as the Netherlands

and im also really curious to know if there is any Mexican here

who also lives in the Netherlands, or anywhere else in the world

but im really curious about the thoughts of

Mexicans living in the Netherlands,

what are the things that you miss the most?

obviously there is nothing as delicious as a real Mexican taco

so that is number one on my list

video I'm talking about "The best weight loss detox, the best detox for weight loss"

whatever way you want to put it around, whatever spin or turn you wanna put on

it. We all want to lose weight or lose body fat and we want to detox too. So

what is the best way because there's so many out? There's a juice fasts, there is

starving yourself, there's drinking nothing but apple cider vinegar, there's

a whole array of crazy things to detox our body. The lemon juice all this

stuff... what is the best way to lose weight and detox the body? And the best

way to do that is going to be reducing your calories, eating an array of whole

natural foods and sweating often. That's gonna be the best detox for fat loss, and

I know it doesn't sound sexy, doesn't sound sexy like "oh my god let me just

drink honey and lemon juice for 10 days straight and nothing else, let me have

soups made out of cabbage and nothing else" because it sounds harsh,

that sounds restrictive, and it sounds different to what you normally do, but

when you're overweight and you're carrying too much body fat, all that fat

stores toxins in the cells. When you start losing body fat, you start

getting leaner, you start adding lean muscle, lean tissue. Your body is going to

naturally detox, you also want to be drinking lots of water...why?? Because any

waste product, any toxins in the body are taken out via water. So, being hydrated is

vitally important and eating an array of whole natural foods ...what a whole natural

foods? stuff like lean cuts of meat, vegetables, fruits! wWen you're eating

whole natural foods and you're keeping the processed junk to a minimum your

body can absorb those micronutrients, vitamins minerals and all that good stuff.

Don't get caught up with bullshit like skinny coffee, skinny tea, just doing a

a lemon juice fast and thinking you're gonna clear your body out of toxins and

lots of body fat. You need to do it in a proper sensible way!

So to recap you want to be hydrated, getting a lot of sleep, you want

to be having whole natural foods and eating in a calorie deficit. When you're in a

calorie deficit your body will start to lose body fat and when you

lose body fat guess what?? You're gonna get load of a fuck load of toxins!

because your fat cells hold lots of toxins. So don't get pulled into the

five-day juice fast, the apple cider vinegar diet, the cabbage

and Camel diet.... I made that one up or whatever you get what I mean. You want

to be in a calorie deficit with consistency, whole natural foods and you

want to be sweating often. Go and run, go to the gym, lift some weights, go into a

spin class... whatever!!! But get sweating, eating the right amount of food, get a

lot of rest and stay hydrated and that will be the best detox for fat loss!

hair does not feel extremely moisturized right now since I did not condition and

it's even though it's still damp it's still looking kind of frizzy right now

but I'm just gonna go ahead and brush through it gently but yeah I mean it's

very tingly I mean and it's just let's start the frizz so let's go ahead and

just give this a go so you're supposed to use this mist in your hair before

blow-drying or swimming do not rinse so and it is one and a half ounces it's

kind of milky this smells really really good almost like that old back and Body

Works cucumber melon body spray well I can already tell it's definitely

smoothing a full-size bottle of this is like $28 so I've never heard of this but

I definitely wanted to give it a go it smells really really good

and for somebody like me that doesn't blow through my hair often I think this

is great you know it does help against you know it helps protect from heat but

you know I I think I just kind of see how this goes with drying your hair

naturally

it smells really good it's really lightweight it doesn't my hair doesn't

feel like heavy or greasy it's definitely cut down on that initial

frizz so so what I think I'm gonna do is I'm gonna let my hair dry naturally and

then I will come back and show you guys the finished product just to see if it

still has smoothed it out and give my final opinions on this twelve benefits

instant healthy hair treatment so I hope it works because yeah I love these types

of hair products you know but so you guys I will be back in a little while

and okay guys so it's been about an hour and a half and my hair's dry my bangs

look crazy but oh well anyway so I do think that it did make it shiny and it

Hibernate Tip: How to create a database setup script based on entity mappings - Duration: 3:08.

Hi, I'm Thorben Janssen from thoughts-on-java.org

with a new Hibernate Tip.

You probably heard all the discussion about using a database

or entity first approach

to create your table model.

To be honest, I don't care with which part you start

as long as you make sure that your model works for both systems:

the database and your Java application

That will most likely require a few adaptions of your initial model.

But it's the only way to get a model that works well for your database

and your Java application.

So, let's say you defined your entities first.

How do you now get a setup script that you can optimize

and use to create your database?

JPA 2.1 introduced a schema generation feature

which can set up your database

or export the generated commands to a file.

I don't recommend this feature to generate your database for a production system.

But it's a nice shortcut to generate an SQL script

which you can improve

before you use it to create your database.

You just have to set the following configuration parameters

in your persistence.xml file

to generate the script.

The javax.persistence.schema generation.scripts.action parameter

defines which scripts the persistence provider shall create.

You can choose between none, create,

drop-and-create and drop.

You also need to define a script target

for each of the scripts you want to create.

You can do that with the create-target

and drop-target parameters.

They define the target location for the generated script as a file URL

or as a Writer.

That's all you need to do.

Hibernate will now generate the 2 SQL scripts

based on the entity mappings

and store them at the defined location.
