Hello everyone.. My name is Priti Nath Guru

And today I'm going to share to how to make Vegetable Daliya which can turned up to into a balanced food

So let's see what all ingredients are required and how can we make it

Cauliflower Finely Chopped, Cabbage Finely Chopped, Coriander Leaves, Sliced Onion, Chopped Green Chilly,

1 Cup Roasted Porridge, Thoroughly washed ¼ Cup Split & De-husked Pink Lentil (Toor Dal)

In spices I need Salt, Cumin Seeds & Coriander Seeds Powder

Take pressure cooker, add1 tbsp Cooking Oil

As soon oil heat up add ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds

Add Sliced Onions

Now the Onions are brown so we'll add all the vegetables

After cooking the vegetables for 2 mins, now we'll add porridge in it

Adding Pink Lentil

Stir for 2 mins and then add spices in it

You can add spices as per your taste

I'm adding Salt & Coriander Seeds Powder in it.

For spiciness I've already added Green Chilli along with vegetables

You can add Turmeric Powder or can avoid it

Mix all the spices well

I've added Turmeric Powder in it to give some colour to it.

Now we'll add Water to it and will pressure cook it for 3 whistles

Add 3-4 Cup water in 1 Cup Porridge

Now cover it with lid and let it cook for 3 whistles

Here we have Veg dalia ready

Make sure that its consistency shouldn't too thick or liquid

You can relish this either in breakfast or lunch

Because it has all the nutrients like Minerals, Vitamins, Carbohydrate, Fat & Protein

If you are giving this dalia to kids or to the person who want to gain weight

They can add Clarified Butter on top of it

But those who want to lose weight

They can have it like this because it has less oil in it which is beneficial for them

You can have 1 medium size bowl of this dalia

So our hot and yummy veg dalia is ready

What To Drink When Fasting - Duration: 1:31.

What's up guys, it's Matt from Macro Lean and in this video I'm gonna be talking about

"Fasting, Intermittent fasting" and some nuances... What you can have in your fasting window.

Look at that lens flare!! Bringing in that sick cinematography in all my vids OBVSSS. so

today we're going to go a bit more nuanced, get our fingers in the mud, get

our fingers deep in it it! Sounds a bit pervy for a video but whatevs.. let's get

into it! I get questions all the time like... "What can I have in my IF/

fasting window? Can I have coffee? can I have tea?" and basically you can have

whatever you want as long as it's calorie free! So I always suggest lots of

water, stay hydrated! I'm still fasting... it is 12:30pm now. I'm about to have a black

coffee and then I'm gonna hit the gym. Coffee with a bit of milk on it, again

it's not the end of the world. But technically you're not fasting. For

weight loss if you have a splash of milk or

soya milk in your tea, in your coffee that's not the end of the world.

but I always advise herbal teas, black coffee or calorie free beverages. You

could also have diet soda, not the healthiest option water is going to be

better! But you can have that. Of course if you're having lots of calories like

bulletproof coffee or you're having cream in your tea or

coffee you're breaking your fast! So, to recap... calorie free beverages are

fine, herbal teas are fine, black coffee is

fine! Stay hydrated and obviously don't have tons of calories or any

calories really because that's going to break your fast. Stick to that you should be

good! peace out

Hello everyone and welcome to Tub Talks.

So I thought I would talk about how I was carded

to go into a R-rated movie last night. Now keep in mind, I'm 26 years old. It's bad enough

I'm carded at every single bar and grill that I decide to eat dinner at, but I mean, an

R-rated movie? Come on! You have to be like 17 years old to be carded for that.

Maybe that's why I've been having such a hard time picking up chicks. They all think I'm in middle school.

But I asked him, I said, "What, how old do you have to be to watch an R-rated

movie?" and he said, "18." But then again, you know, all these companies and businesses

are getting so paranoid when it comes to age restriction. Everyone is carding everyone,

even if they look like they're 40 years-old, or even if you look 17. And I guess that's

ok. I mean, I would rather get carded than not get carded and feel good about myself

then have, like, an ATF agent secretly behind me and then shut the business down? That would

make me feel even more awful than it makes me feel like I'm in high school again.

So you've been losing weight for a while, and you hit your goal. What the heck do

you do now?! I'm gonna talk a little bit about that this week with a very special

guest, coming right up!

Hey, guys! Welcome to A.D. Keto. My name is Aaron. Welcome to the channel! This is the

channel where we talk about all things ketogenic diet. We talk about keto foods,

we talked a little bit about keto science, and we do some keto recipes. If

bell icon so you'll never miss a thing. I wanted to talk a little bit today about

weight loss goals, and what to do once you hit them.

I started 2017 with the goal of hitting 215 pounds. At that time, I was at

about 275. So I started keto in late January, and

just a few weeks ago, I hit that goal of 215, and I'm currently sitting at about

212. And I really feel like this is kind of where I wanted to be. I had toyed

around with the idea of trying to get down to One-derland, to get my weight

under 200 pounds, but as a taller guy, at about 6'3", I feel like between 210 and

215 is sort of where I want to be living, particularly after talking with my buddy

Pete Bilarczyk about the subject, which can watch right up here. He threw down

some crazy knowledge a couple weeks ago, regarding weight loss and maintenance, so

do check that out. But yeah, I've hit my goals -- weight loss wise -- and I'm still

navigating what I'm going to do at this point, and I really kind of wanted to get

a different perspective on what other people do when they hit their goals. And

one of my pals on Instagram, Manuela (her handle is @ketomammaofthree), recently

hit her weight-loss goals, and her transformation is amazing. Like, she...

over the last five months, I think, has lost 80 pounds. She's kicking butt, and

actually, she and her friends have unknowingly motivated me, many a morning,

to get my own butt out of bed. I will roll over, not wanting to get out of bed

in the morning, not wanting to go running, and I'll just peruse Instagram for a

little while, and she and, you know, a group of her friends are tagging each

other at 4:30 in the morning, 5 o'clock from the gym. So by the time I'm getting

up, they're... they've been done for like two hours, and it... it really shames me into

getting out of bed and hitting the road. So I do appreciate that, Manuela. But I

asked her if she'd come on the channel and talk a little bit about her journey,

and what she's doing now, now that she's kind of hit her weight-loss goals. And

she graciously agreed! So I'm super-excited to have her here. Manuela, thank

you for being on the channe,l and why don't you take it away? [Manuela] Hi, my name is

Manuela. I'm @ketomammaofthree on Instagram. When Aaron

approached me to do a show on goals, it was really a treat to look back at where

I started, where I am today, and to dream about what the future may hold.

I started keto six months ago, after a scary doctor's appointment. I was a size

18, and I was the heaviest of my life, at two hundred and twenty eight point eight

pounds. I was in the worst shape of my life, and my health was declining --

declining at an alarming rate. I knew I needed to do something drastic,

so I decided to try keto. I read as much as I could. I decided to follow Dr.

Westman's' approach to keto, which is a very strict form, to keep your carbs

under 20 grams total, and I gave it a shot I was afraid to dream. Because I

failed so many times. I struggled with weight my entire life, and I was afraid

to believe. I was afraid that I was gonna fail again, so I didn't take any 'before'

pictures or measurements. Please do that! Please, you want to give yourself as much

credit as possible for where you started in your journey. You will celebrate it

later on. But I didn't. I waited until I had lost 21 pounds. Then I had hope that

this actually worked. My cravings were gone, so at that point, I decided to

start an Instagram page, just to chronicle my own weight loss, not that I

thought anyone would be interested in my journey. And really quickly on, I saw

that people had a lot of success and a lot of goals,

and I had one: lose weight. So I decided to fine-tune those goals. I still was too

afraid to pick a specific number, like losing 10 pounds in a month. Now I'm glad

I didn't. I picked small goals. Goals that were

relying only on me. If I was not successful, I have only had myself to

blame. If I was successful, I did it. But I wasn't reliant on my body being ready to

lose 10 pounds. Sometimes that will happen, sometimes it won't. And I just

didn't want to factor that in. I know that if I did set those goals and I

didn't make them, I would be hard on myself, and want to emotional eat, and I

don't do that. If I did make that, cool. I would be borderline disappointed in

myself for not working harder to lose just a little bit more. So pick small

goals. My initial goals were: don't cheat on keto; track like you're getting paid

for it; and keep your carbs under 20 grams. I did it! I mastered those goals,

and little by little, I would add more and more and more and more. Drink a

gallon of water, make sure you get your electrolytes, you know, keep your carbs as

veggies. And very quickly on, I was within 10 pounds of my dream weight. I looked

back at the person I was. I didn't even recognize that person. Then the person

that I was at that point who had made great achievements, had conquered tons of

food addictions -- a lifetime of food addictions -- healthy habits. I was so proud

of myself. Then I looked in the mirror, and the fantasy that I had in my mind

was not the reality that I saw. So it's time to go to the gym. If you know me, I

am a social butterfly. I love to talk. I love group settings. I love a group class,

because of the competition factor of it. Those weren't my circumstances.

My husband works long hours. He leaves the house really early, gets home super-

late. If I needed to get my gym on, it was gonna have to be at 3:45 in the morning.

And no one works out at that time, except for me. But you know, what? I couldn't

focus on the inconveniences. I had to focus on that goal, and do whatever it

takes to make it possible. So I got into the gym. Being a night owl, it was the

hardest thing. Now, I love it! It has created healthier... healthier sleep

patterns. I'm not binging on Netflix. I'm tired. I'm

a better mom because of it. But that was by accident, that I figured

it out. As I got to the gym, I quickly hit goal

weight. I was at 149 pounds. Blew my mind. I didn't even know that I would get

there, let alone in five months. And then what? I need a game. I need to make it a

game. I need to find my motivation. How would I find it? And I found it, by

rewiring the game in my mind. I'd just turned 39, and I decided by the time I'm

40, I want to be in the best shape of my life.

And that is now my motivation. As I continued at the gym,

somewhere things were happening. I was getting bruises. I was having tingling in

my feet. Just weird stuff. I didn't feel as great as I once had, and this is why I

love Instagram. Reach out to smart people. There's people that already have it

figured out, that have been doing this for a long time. And so I reached out to

some people who helped me, who challenged me, and questioned me - "What are your goals?"

You can't... What worked for me when I was 228 pounds is not the same thing that's

gonna work for me at 149 pounds. I needed to up my calories. I

needed to up my protein. I needed to incorporate more vegetables. It couldn't

be so laser-focused on weight loss. My goal now had changed. It was to be in the best

shape of my life, to be healthy. And with that, my goals needed to change. So now,

I'm in a season. It's a new season, where I don't have everything figured out. I'm

tracking macros. It's super humbling, because it's hard. But if you aren't

willing to make difficult decisions, difficult sacrifice, you're not going to

be highly successful. You'll be moderately successful, but I want to be

highly successful. so now that I'm in macros, it's... as I said, it's humbling. But

my hope is that this is an opportunity. It's an opportunity for greater

knowledge, to broaden my scope, in hopes that one day, I can use this this blood,

sweat, and tears to help other people, so it's not wasted on just me. So I can

share it -- share it with other people, and help them along, so wherever you are in

your journey, there's gonna be bumps in the road. There's gonna be times where

you're less successful. Don't give up. Make it your life mission to find that

success. Sometimes you need to pick up a shovel and create your own path. You

don't need to reinvent the wheel. There are so many people out there that

already have it figured out, but with some creativity, with some networking, you

can... you can have those dreams, and be where I am sitting right now. And I can

tell you, it is the greatest feeling. My life is insane.

It's crazy. Things are hard, but the one thing that I have control of right now

is my food, is my body. And it's such a great feeling. Aaron, I know you know this,

because you're in maintenance mode, too - and it's the

greatest feeling. I am so happy for you. So people, don't give up. Fight for your

dreams, tooth and nail, blood, sweat, and tears, because you deserve the happiness

that is destined for you, and it's so doable. So thank you, Aaron, so much for

my smartphone and it crashed!

Because it's my phone, I can't get IT support

at work to sort it out for me.

Yeah, I'm not alone though!

A survey by a business technology company called Avenade has found that 88% of executives

said employees were using their own personal computing technologies

for business purposes.

So you're saying lots of people are using their own smartphones and laptops

instead of the company computers?

Yes, more or less: either instead of company technology, or as well as the

company technology, and in the name of further research I went out and did

my own very unscientific survey.

When we have a problem with our laptops, we would normally call IT

support really.

So we can call them at any time but they don't always sort

out the problems, so that in a way creates a problem, especially when we try

to catch a deadline.

Sometimes I find it hard to speak with the IT department because it seems

to me that they speak one language and the rest of us speak a different

language.

They use too many technical terms, I so sometimes find it very

frustrating dealing with technology.

I constantly come across problems with software update, such as Flash

Player which is required to play video and audio, but you need to have the

most updated version of Flash Player which we don't always have, so that's

the problem.

It can be very frustrating if you don't have it, and then you ask

for IT support, but sometimes they don't know what you are talking about.

So it's not always easy to get everything up and running, even if it's the

office computer.

No, as I'm sure you know Feifei, there are always glitches, or problems, and

that's when you need to be able to talk to your company's IT support –

that's information technology, to get things up and running again.

But what should you say?

Day in the Life Vlog of an NYU Student - Naomi Markman - Duration: 4:15.

Hi internet um my name's Naomi and today I'm gonna show you a day in my life.

I am currently an NYU senior, and so I have class, obviously.

But I've got a couple errands to do before class, so let's get to it.

So I left my house, and I'm kind of slightly equidistant between two train stations, but

on days where I do have a little extra time I like to walk to the one that's a little further

It's closer to my destination, but further from my house, so I just get a little bit

of a nice walk in, in the morning, and then I've got about twenty to forty minutes until I get into the city.

NYU is in downtown Manhattan, but rent is super expensive there so lots of students

can't afford to live super close to school, so, like me for example, I live in Brooklyn.

Like I said, sometimes I like to take this extra walk and a big reason is the street

art, I mean look how amazing it is.

*train sounds*

There's a lot of train stations around NYU,

but I take the L train to 14th Street Union Square because it's closest to me.

First errand on the list now that I'm in Manhattan is to go to the post office.

I dropped my phone in the toilet a couple weeks ago, they sent me the new one - the

insurance sent me the new one - so now I've gotta send back the old one.

I keep on getting way too close to my face.

Ooof, this is hard to do with one hand.

Next stop is the bank to deposit that sweet, sweet tax return.

I'm never hungry right when I wake up, so I generally pack my breakfast.

Today I'm having vegan 'Nutella' overnight oats.

Now that I've got my errands and breakfast taken care of, I figured I might as well walk

through the farmers market.

I think it's technically called 'the greenmarket' in Union Square.

Spring class registration was this week, so I had to look through the course catalog to

decide what classes I was gonna sign up for.

So now I am going to go to my teacher's office hours, because I need to talk to her.

So, haven't even had class yet, and been at school for three hours.

So I met with my professor and then had my first class of the day which was Media and

Identity, and now I'm going to take a nap before I go meet with my other professor.

Then I'm gonna do some work and go to my second class of the day.

I took a nap for like an hour in a little kind of study lounge/cafe type thing and then

and then I went and met with another teacher and we had a good talk.

But then I needed to go get some lunch.

Most of the time I do pack my own lunch, but I was out of town this weekend so I don't really

have any food at home.

Uh, so I stopped for salad with a lot of plastic packaging and yeah I'm gonna eat that now

and then also in between the next two classes that I have.

Two classes down, one to go and it is like 6:20pm.

So, yeah.

It's 9:20, my classes are all over, uh I think I'm the last one in the building, at least

on this floor.

So it's time to head home, eat a late night snack, and then go the f*ck to sleep.

I didn't film an outro for this video, so just enjoy the weird faces and noises I make

on the daily.

I did get this at my local Dollar Tree so I'm excited to try this out

see so you get point zoom so I'm sorry you get zero point one nine ounces or

five point five grams just comes almost through x group hot that is pretty

so I always do my eye makeup first and then my brows and then before I do my

foundation stuff I do my brows so I just have the brow gal by Tanja crooks that's

just you know comes with a little spooley on one end and then a slanted

brow brush so let's go ahead see how she is

it's very creamy I don't want to go into heavy averse

definitely put too much on at the tip on the tail end but

get that

fixed up

that my friends is definitely a Sharpie brow gotta love it okay I'm gonna go in

very very lightly for the other brow brush her up a little bit

it's a really really good brow product when you don't go in with too much

product right off the bat that looks way way better I'm just dipping in just

slightly you can't really even see anything on my brush

I think that looks really really nice I'll let it dry down a little bit then

I'm gonna go to gone with my spoolie this brow is scary this brow I like it

I definitely like it just then go ahead and see if I can soften that right here

I think it looks nice okay guys I'm gonna hurry up and take this brow off

and redo it and I'll be right back with my first impressions my final thoughts

so I'm back and I got both brows done so yeah guys definitely if you do get this

product at your local Dollar Tree definitely go in very very slow and a

very very soft touch I really really like this elf lock-on liner and Crane

Brown like I said this is a medium brown with as little as you need to use you

guys remember you saw that first eyebrow with as little as you need to use this

stuff would last you for a very very long time definitely put the lid on

because I definitely do see this you know drying out very quickly but I think

that it turned out really really nice

so I'm not seeing anything on my finger

definitely I would definitely use a brow kind of brow gel not mascara just to

push up the hairs a little bit make it a little bit more they're all looking like

you know but I think this is a really really great brow product and for a

dollar I mean I think it's great I think it's just a really great product

definitely very very impressed I even think it has a nice tone it's not

too warm in my opinion so if you are looking for a nice cool you know toned

brow cream I would definitely recommend the elf lock-on liner and brow cream I

think it's really really nice this is definitely a Dollar Tree gold feels like

it's been a second since I've you know been able to say you know a great makeup

product you know that is more of a name brand but this is absolutely awesome I

really really like it especially this time of year we can definitely go with

more bold brows but I really really like this brow product I'm really really

The wait is finally over.

The latest in the iPhone series-- the iPhone X -- has finally arrived in Korea.

Sporting several new features, including Face ID,... it's been receiving a lot of media

attention around the world.

And despite last night's cold and snowy weather, people waited in line all night to get their

hands on one.

Our Park Hee-jun takes us to the grand opening.

Apple's tenth anniversary iPhone -- the iPhone X -- has finally been released in Korea

this Friday.

The anticipation behind the iPhone X was nothing like the somewhat lukewarm response to the

iPhone 8,... and this was apparent through the long line of people waiting outside.

(standup) "Hours ahead of the iPhone X's official

release in Korea,... a long line of eager iPhone users has been formed in front of this

Apple reseller, despite the freezing temperatures.

And this line is just one of many more across the country."

(English) "I came at 3 a.m.

It's kind of like the biggest upgrade in quite a while, so there's many features to look

forward to.

The iPhone X is the company's first all-screen smartphone that sports a 5.8-inch Super Retina

display.

It's also the first of its series to forgo its staple home button, so users will now

have to swipe from the bottom to change screens or switch apps.

And of course there's the Face ID.

Replacing the fingerprint unlocking system, facial recognition now allows users to just

glance at the screen to unlock their smartphone.

Another unique feature is the animojis, or animated emojis,... that capture users' real-life

movements through the TrueDepth Camera.

(Korean) "I am extremely happy.

I was here since 5 o'clock yesterday morning.

I was going through a rough time and this definitely makes me happy."

Although it's the most expensive iPhone to date, selling at over 12-hundred US dollars

for the 64GB model,... it caused an online frenzy during the pre-order

period.

Major mobile carriers saw their one-hundred-thousand iPhone pre-orders sell out in a matter of

minutes with over 300-thousand orders.

So far, it appears that the high price tag is not holding back iPhone fans from buying

the iPhone X.

The iPhone X is said to mark a new history for smartphones.

Its popularity in the United States was incredible, and it's expected to be just as popular in

the remaining countries that will soon release the model.
