So, the first question I have for you guys is what's the biggest problem you faced in the presale?

Well, probably the chief issue is

lack of understanding of what we actually do.

The main association with "Metrology" for the majority is somehow the weather

or the metro.

approximately 200 sites worldwide, including 86 sites in Russia,

the Russian Federation. These centers will share a sound

money flow, which we will

steer in the direction of the second component.

Creation of research center clusters.

We plan to open four.

They will design and research some promising

R&D ideas.

The clusters will be staffed with scientists —

mankind's brightest.

And there we will create some new projects. Generate.

Sadly noone was interested in our clusters... in a month and a half noone has asked about

them during our ICO.

Kind Delivery Woman Knows She Can't Just Leave Him

For many dogs, the UPS man or woman is seen as an intruder.

I know this from personal experience – the four livestock guardian dogs on my farm inform

us of impending deliveries long before I even see or hear the truck.

Like clockwork, that truck arrives about five minutes after the dogs start staring down

our rural country road, occasionally barking to inform me of the "intruder's" arrival.

To them, I imagine, the delivery man is seen as a threat – someone coming to our home,

leaving boxes, and rushing off.

Thankfully, our UPS driver takes it all in stride and I, of course, keep the dogs either

inside or in the livestock pasture.

But such a relationship is not the case for a caring UPS driver named Katie Newhouser

and a pit bull named Leo from Rancho Cucamonga, California.

"Leo would always start barking as I pulled into the condo complex," Newhouser said.

"He would always jump into my truck when I stopped."Sadly, Leo's owner, Tina, passed

away.

Newhouser learned of Tina's untimely death from a Facebook post.

When she saw the sad news, she knew she had to check on the wellbeing of her canine friend.

Newhouser contacted Tina's son, Cannon, who had gotten Leo for his mom when he was

a puppy.

Cannon is a Marine and could not keep the dog, so Newhouser immediately stepped in and

offered to foster Leo.

It wasn't long before the bond between Newhouser and Leo grew even stronger and she decided

she wanted to add him to her family, which already included three other dogs.

Describing the new addition to her existing dog family, Newhouser explained, "It was

probably confusing for [Leo] at first.

He has adapted well.

He and his brother Moose are inseparable.

Bailey, his sister, has taken a while to come around.

They actually play now.

Once Leo was introduced to the house, the whole vibe changed."

"He loves going for rides," she continued, "he loves the water, he loves playing with

his chew toys, he loves tormenting his two feline sisters, he loves laying in the sun,

he has no concept of personal space.

He likes to be on us or right beside us!

He is a character."

What started out as a tragic situation turned out "happily ever after" for Leo thanks

to this caring UPS driver.

Newhouser and Leo quickly formed an even tighter bond once he came to live with her, a bond

that will not be broken.

"He has so much personality, you would think that he is human!"

Newhouser proudly proclaimed.

"He is the sweetest most lovable dog that you will ever meet."

The internet has made parenting much more scary and difficult than it ever was before.

In the old days, you could keep an eye on your kids and meet their friends so you knew

who they were spending their time with.

Now, many kids communicate on the internet, and even they may not really know who they

are talking to.

Scott Jenkins is the father of two daughters and has always tried to be vigilant about

what they are doing and who they are talking to.

Recently, though, he discovered that even a vigilant parent can miss some truly scary

stuff.

About five years ago, Scott started to notice some changes in his older daughter, Haylee.

"[S]he was becoming secretive and sneaky," he said.

Scott says he regularly checks his daughter's iPad and messaging apps and had noticed some

strange time delays, but nothing too concerning.

One night, though, he had a funny feeling and decided he needed to check her iPad immediately.

What he found left him shaken to the core.

There, in a message to a group of online "friends," was a provocative picture of his daughter.

Scott knew something wasn't right.

"It began with a picture, a questionable, inappropriate image for a girl her age, and

the sexy pose set my red flag on fire," he said.

"So my digging turned into a manhunt, checking everything in all her accounts."

Scott knew Haylee had been talking to a 15-year-old boy named Bruce who had introduced a number

of other "friends" into the social media circle.

Bruce was actually an innocent young boy just having fun meeting people online – he had

no idea he was actually part of something much more sinister.

In his digging, Scott discovered that four of the "friends" in the online group were

actually adult men.

Enraged, he turned over what he knew – as well as access to all of their technology

– to the Cyber Task Force of Portage Police Department.

Seven months later, he got a call that left him cold:

"Mr. and Mrs. Jenkins, can you and your family please come to the police station as

soon as possible?"

When they arrived, a detective explained that Bruce had been unknowingly set up as a scout

to lure young girls into his circle as prey for the men to choose from.

Bruce had over 2,000 young followers from all over the globe, and none of them were

aware they were being set up as possible human trafficking victims.

"My beautiful girl was prey for these monsters," Scott said, "she was quickly approaching

a meetup (in her words), and I fear that I may have never seen my daughter again."

Scott said he is sharing his family's story in the hopes that it will scare other parents

and convince them to be more vigilant when it comes to their children's' online presence.

"I hope this triggers fear in the hearts of every one of you," he wrote.

"Dig into your children's accounts, ask them questions, and tell them not to have

'friends' they don't actually know.

"I had no idea just how close I came to never seeing my daughter again."

Most kids and teens are innocent – they would never imagine that someone they were

talking to online wasn't actually the person they thought they were.

They need their parents watching over them, protecting them from the unknown dangers that

lie on the other side of their screen.

"It's worth the upset it may cause your child to keep them safe," Scott said.

"If you do not know or understand what to look for or how to monitor your child's

social media use, then ask someone who does, someone you feel you can trust with the life

of your child."

"This is not someone else's problem," he added, "this is, right here, right now,

and real as the tears I shed for the innocence that was stolen from my daughter."

a �dossier� of positive news stories about himself � twice a day.

The President routinely goes off on Twitter about how unfair the negative �fake news�

coverage he receives is, so the White House communications team have come up with a way

to try and appease his anger by showing him more friendly coverage.

Including photos of him looking �powerful� Vice News claims the sensitive Commander-in-Chief

gets one folder delivered at 9:30am and another at 4:30am with around 20 to 25 pages of favorable

news in each.

According to the sources, made up of three current and former White House officials,

former Press Secretary Sean Spicer and Chief of Staff Reince Priebus used to compete to

be able to give Trump the folder, which includes screenshots from pro-Trump cable news, flattering

tweets and transcripts from interviews that are favorable about POTUS.

Compiled at the Republican National Committee�s �war room�, three staff begin at 6am watching

the morning coverage of cable news.

Aside from the substance of talks between President Trump and President Xi, a lot of

attention is on the relatively extravagant treatment Trump is getting in Beijing.

In fact, it's being called the "imperial treatment," and includes some unprecedented honors for

the U.S. leader.

Beijing has been rolling out the red carpet, giving the American leader the royal treatment.

As he and the first lady arrived in Beijing on Wednesday, they were greeted by a small

army of children waving American and Chinese flags as part of an elaborate welcoming ceremony.

They were then whisked to the Forbidden City where President Xi Jinping and his wife Peng

Liyuan gave the Trumps a personal tour of China's rich and ancient history.

The U.S. president and first lady were also given the honor of dining in the former seat

of emperors,... Trump becoming the first foreign leader to have an official dinner in the historic

venue since founding of the People's Republic in 1949.

China's Ambassador to the U.S. Cui Tiankai earlier stressed the importance and significance

of President Trump's visit, claiming that it would be a "state visit plus".

During the second day of the trip, President Xi welcomed Trump by holding a grand 15 minute

welcoming ceremony in Tiananmen Square, shutting down the usually busy traffic around the square.

Another piece of special treatment President Trump enjoyed in China was that he was able

to tweet during his trip.

Though China officially has blocked mainland access to Twitter and other global social

networking services since 2009, President Trump didn't seem to have any difficulty with

the ban, as he posted several tweets thanking the Chinese leader for his hospitality.

Ahead of Trump's arrival, China's Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Zeguang said that the U.S.

President will be able to tweet as much as he wants, adding that China takes everything

into account regarding visits from foreign heads of state.
