Rice with crisp dumplings

Please check the captions.

Chop the onions first.

Chop the green onions

Put frozen dumplings in the microwave and spin it for 2-3 minutes.

Separate the filling of the dumplings from the outer ones.

Put the stuffing of the dumplings in a bowl.

Add oil and Fry dumpling shell. (Medium heat)

Add oil again, stir-fry green onions and oil over low heat.

Add the speed of the onion and the dumplings and stir-fry them (medium heat).

Add spices and boil (See caption)

Add starch water a little at a time when it boils.

Starch water : Mix water and starch 2:1.

Break the fried dumpling shell and sprinkle.

Now you can eat it with a good rub.

I like the crisp texture very much.

So today tadaa! I'll be eating these 'Yukinko ' sushi today

I made all of these by myself ~LIES~

In total we have 48 of them And I bought all of them online

I will also be eating one kilogram of Miso soup to go with this

I was told about this by a viewer "these yukinko sushi are yummy give them a try" they said

this will be my first time trying them out itadakimasu

So on top we've got a Daikon radish And hiding underneath is a shiitake mushroom

The Oita region is renown for these yukinoko sushi

The shiitake are grown in Ooita

It's so pretty... It almost looks as if We are looking at it through a layer of snow (translators note: yuki=snow ko=kinoko --yukinoko)

The radish is very crisp And when you bite down on the shiitake mushroom

This yumminess just crashes right out of it It's so very yummy

It's a style of sushi made without any type of meat Or fish yeah I'm amazed at how yummy it is

well of course sushi doesn't use any types of meats.. Using such simple ingredients I'm amazed at how yummy it is

The sushi rice is also nice and moist

Red miso soup

The shiitake mushroom sitting under the Daikon radish is just barely visible and its so very pretty

The radish has been salted slightly And reminds me of a lighter tasting pickled raddish

It also comes with a tiny amount of wasabi Yum

This came with a sheet of instructions Telling you how best to eat these....

tadaa they say that adding my #BFFMayo makes it even yummier

Peel off the radish Top with mayo

Maybe a bit too much? Then eat

Umami from the mayo go so nicely with the shiitake And radish its so yummy....

They're already so yummy on their own But with a mayo it ups the umami factor

last one itadakimasu

the 'yukinko' were so yummy Sushi rice with radish and shiitake mushroom

Search very simple ingredients came together To be yummier than you would have First Imagined

They must have added their own little tweaks to it Like pickling the radish just right

or stewing the shiitake mushroom in just the right sauce

I know they must have put it in a lot of time and effort Into making these

but I am so shook at how yummy these are from such simple and humble ingredients

The addition of mayonnaise really made it yummy as well It was very yummy either way

Without the mayo you can taste just how good the ingredients were

....... mayo is the bomb.....

I ordered this online it came frozen and defrosted in the microwave

it was so EZ to make and yummy

I am from the same prefecture as Ooita which is Kyushu

this was Ooita's famous dish and this was my first time trying it out

Lately I've been doing a lot of videos Where are discover yummy foods I would never

have encountered or heard of TYVM I am so glad to discover all these yummy things

MAX KING vs MAX PEKKA in "Clash of Clans" - New Update Battle! Level 50 King vs Level 7 Pekka in CoC - Duration: 6:27.

The new Level 7 PEKKA vs a max level 50 Barbarian King, who will win?

I'm your host Judo Sloth, make sure to subscribe for all of my Clash of Clans

update videos but today we're on the developer build to show you how strong

the brand new level 7 PEKKA is, starting off with a battle against the barbarian

King. We will then attack the Archer Queen and Grand Warden before testing

the level 6 vs level 7 Pekka in a one-on-one battle. Make sure to leave a

like on the video if you enjoy this and let me know down in the comments, do you

think the level 7 Pekka will take out the king, queen and grand warden, let's

test it out here with the King first. As we bring in that level 7 Pekka, King

noticing what's going on here coming across I'm getting the first swipe on to

that Pekka but doing massive damage, the Pekka getting the King down to half

health already and it looks like it's going to be an overwhelming victory for

the PEKKA. If we flip this around and use the Kings ability will it be any

different, but let's test out that Pekka versus the Archer Queen first. So the

pekka getting an overwhelming victory taking out that King like nothing, will

she take down the Queen just as quick though. As it gets deployed the Queen

obviously has that greater range, getting straightaway to work on the

Pekka, what a hit! The Pekka able to take down that Archer Queen even easier,

that was amazing we just have the grand warden, then we'll see if the heroes and

their abilities can get their own back. I bet you weren't expecting that guys how

many of you said that the Pekka would take out all of the heroes down in the

comments, just the grand warden left in its path and then we'll test out the

level 6 versus level 7 Pekka in a head-to-head battle, then like we said we

will bring the heroes in with their abilities to see if there's any

difference and maybe bring the PEKKAs vs the King and Queen together, but

here we are then with the grand warden, can the pekka get

a full house. The warden obviously only a statue for this one, does do a

significant amount of damage but as you can see the pekka absolutely no chance,

no problem for the grand warden, they're absolutely demolished that statue,

level 7 pekka is a beast. Let's attack the level 6 to see the difference. Okay

guys this one will certainly be interesting the current max Pekka level 6

vs the brand new level 7. If you missed my level 6 vs 7 pekka

in the troll base video make sure to check it out I will link it just above

in the top right, the level 7 pekka was significantly better on that one but

let's see how they fare in a head-to-head battle. The level 6 pekka getting the

first swipes, but will the level 7 be able to catch up here, looks like the level

7 pekka going down rather quickly is it able to get its own back looks

like it amazingly is, even though it took the hit first from the level 6 it was

still able to get the victory just showing how much stronger it is. Let's

test out the heroes and their abilities versus the pekka before we bring a

couple of them vs the King and Queen together. King vs PEKKA but the

other way around, will the Barbarian King with its ability,

get its own back it certainly has a good chance we're gonna let the PEKKA do a

little bit of damage on to the barbarian King got the first shot on then we

press that ability have a little boost in health but also the barbarians

absolutely wiped that pekka down, let's test out the Archer Queen. I feel this

might be a little bit too easy for the heroes this time around, now it is the

Archer Queens turn to step up to the plate, can we take down the pekka

without even taking a hit, let's try it out. I'm looking forward to bringing a

couple of PEKKAs in against the King and Queen together. Here comes the Queen

using that ability she's actually targeted the clan castle before the

PEKKA, I don't think it's gonna make much of a difference, she does take a

massive hit from the pekka but easily takes it

down, not sure on the grand warden here though, will it take down the pekka,

let's find out. Grand Warden it is then let's get the grand warden straight

in, I still feel the pekka will take him down unless he was on air mode, he

might then have a shot, let's go ahead and test that out. So we've got to give

the grand warden a little bit of hope I mean that pekka just took it out easily,

as you can see on air mode it's not going to be a battle because the pekka

unable to attack the grand warden and cannot come out of the clan castle and

when the grand warden destroys it, the pekka will indeed be gone so let's

move across to the King and Queen vs 2 PEKKAs. Alright guys I thought

this would be interesting in order to wrap up the video with this extra

challenge, will the Pekka take down both the King and Queen. It did a very

successful job at taking one of them down very convincingly getting the win,

then we'll bring 2 PEKKAs in to make it fair. So let's go ahead and bring in a

single level 7 Pekka, the King and Queen obviously able to work together

will they be able to get their own back, the Pekka going straight towards the

alter there, King doing a lot of work alongside the Queen, able to pick off

that Pekka from a distance and as you can see, really went ahead and did a

number on that level 7 Pekka but will it make a difference if we bring a

second one in. Alright guys the final attack of the video, I hope you have

enjoyed this one, again make sure to leave a like if you have but let's go

ahead and use 2 PEKKAs vs the King and Queen, can they now split up and

simultaneously take down them heroes. Let me know down in the comments, are you

Groups DIA and IM are planning to attend the upcoming fan meetings of project groups UNI.

T and UNB respectively.

DIA will be attending UNI.Ts fan meeting in order to support their fellow member Yebin, who made it into the final team.

Previously, the group had come to watch the final to cheer on Yebin and Somyi who had participated.

Yebin came in second place and managed to become one of the members of UNI.T.

Amazing Things That Happen When You Fast! Dr Michael Klaper - Duration: 4:49.

Fasting is a process that facilitates our body's own healing mechanisms.

When we stop eating food and just drink water we don't have to spend energy on digestion,

and so this large amount of energy is freed up and our bodies can use it instead to cleanse

from accumulated toxins and heal damaged tissues and cells.

Fasting encourages our body's natural healing mechanisms

to actively destroy and recycle damaged tissues.

Any water fast lasting longer than 5 days should be done in a medically supervised fasting

facility like true north health center as it can be very dangerous to fast on your own.

So now let's hear as Dr Michael Klaper talks more about the amazing things that happen

when you fast.....Let me talk to you about fasting and what may be happening inside the

tissues that's very relevant to cancer and lymphomas because we've had 2 lymphomas

melt away by doing a water fast.

Water fasting is so profound, when the body is in this fasting state for the first 24-48

hours, we burn off circulating blood sugar and sugar in our liver

but then we start burning off fat tissue.

When we do that molecules called ketones come into the blood stream and ketones have some

interesting properties, one of which is they suppress hunger.

Something else happens in the body, we note the progression of remarkable changes.

When you think about it, when calories stop coming in, the body doesn't know that there

may be never calories coming in again.

So it looks around and it knows that every stored calorie you have on your body is precious

and it's not going to waste those calories on wasteful, useless reactions,

one of which is inflammation.

If you're 'starving' to death you're not going to run inflammatory reactions.

We see that the body knows this and predictably it turns down inflammation by a number of

mechanisms and we use this to our advantage with patients who have inflammatory diseases,

A fast works really well to turn down inflammation.

Going further down, if you're 'starving' to death some other processes you don't

want to waste energy on is running a malignant tumor.

Talk about a wasteful use of energy and the body knows that.

If you're starving to death why run a cancer

and so during a fast the body turns off cancer growths.

We're now getting some insight on how the body turns off cancer growth.

It turns out that as the body fast molecules call sirtuins come into circulation.

There is indeed a whole chemistry based upon these molecules and they stop cancer growth.

The body has genes that suppress cancer growth and these sirtuins turn those genes on and

keeps them on and shuts down cancer growth.

This happens in the fasting state and as you fast sirtuins come into your tissues they

turn off inflammation, they turn off cancer growth and shut down the aging process.

Sirtuins appear when you're fasting but you can't fast forever so what happens when

you start to eat again and how can you get sirtuins into you tissues

and your life on a regular basis?

Well it turns out that Dr Valter Longo and his colleagues have understood that if you

fast for 5 consecutive, you drop your calorie intake below 500 calories, you basically eat

salad for 5 days, or if you're an experienced water faster do a water fast at home.

By the end of the 5th day you've cranked up the sirtuins in your tissues and you can

coast on them for the rest of the month.

We're talking about intermittent fasting.

What Dr Longo has proposed is called a fast mimicking diet.

For the folks with cancer or inflammatory diseases i.e crohn's disease, learn how

to do a water fast here (at TrueNorth health center)

and then every month at home do 5 days on water.

This is when the body cleans out a lot of stuff and the body heals during this time.

These are some powerful tools that you can use to boost your own immune system and start

to overcome some of these very very serious problems.

The best CHOCOLATE cheese board idea you've EVER seen! - Duration: 7:50.

Welcome to How To Cook That I'm Ann Reardon and today I need to make a crowd-pleaser

dessert and what I mean by that is ... we have people coming for dinner

tomorrow that we haven't eaten with before ... so I don't know if they like

sweet stuff like chocolate and candy or savory things like cheese and crackers

or maybe even healthy desserts like fruit I like fruit 🍎 So I'm just going to

get a few things and chuck 🇳🇿 them in my trolley and take them home and see what

we can make that will please everyone. Okay to start with I'm going to break up

all of that chocolate and dip it into a big bowl and then temper it. Mix some of

that in a smaller bowl with some tempered white chocolate so that you end

up with two slightly different toned colors of chocolate and then also

temper some dark chocolate and drizzle it across some baking paper.

Now the baking paper here needs to be completely flat in the bottom of a

baking tray and it needs to have some decent height to the sides of the tray

because what I'm wanting to do here is make like a chopping board or a wooden

board out of chocolate. Then drizzle the middle toned chocolate and some white

chocolate over the top making sure you're always going lengthwise across

the pan letting it drizzle over the edges of the pan as well. Just always in

the one direction like the grain of wood and as I said before make sure your

chocolate is tempered otherwise it's not going to stay set at room temperature. If

you don't know what I mean by tempered watch my chocolate secrets video I'll

link to the chocolate playlist at the end it explains how to do that there.

Then pour in about two-thirds of the rest of the tempered milk chocolate over

the top and carefully spread it out again trying to only move in a

lengthwise direction across the length of the pan not in swirls or they're in

the other direction. Use your spatula to spread the chocolate all the way to the

edges and up the sides of each edge. I'm gonna make one end dried fruits and nuts

and freeze dried strawberries and a little bit of ginger just to keep all

the adults happy. Load lots of that in there that looks

great and then the other end I'm filling with candy and Oreos caramels honeycomb ...

this should get the kids excited 🤪 Now we want to hide all of that by pouring over

the rest of the tempered chocolate and spread it out to cover everything.

Those freeze-dried strawberries keep floating to the top, just try and push them

down a bit and then put that in the fridge. Once it's set take a knife and

scrape along the chocolate at the level at the top of your tin so that the

bottom is completely flat. You don't want any bumps from Oreos or those freeze-dried

strawberries that kept floating. Hang on to these scrapings just put them in a

jar in the fridge because they're great on top of ice cream. Now we can't leave

this open like this because if you leave the freeze-dried strawberries exposed to

the air they'll go soft instead of crunchy which is not what we want, so

just pour on a little bit more tempered chocolate and spread that out back and

forth all the way over your chocolate and then use a spatula to flatten it and

make it all nice and level with the top of the tin and then again we're just

going to leave that to set in the fridge. Once it is set let's flip that upside

down give it a bit of a push ... it's not coming out ... it's stuck mmm it has to come

out or it's not going to work for my dessert! Let's flip it over again and

jiggle it and I'm hoping that the weight of the chocolate here is going to help

it come out of the tin. Yay! It came out and it didn't break which is what I was

worried about. Peel back that paper and don't worry this is not what it's going

to look like when it's finished it's just a starting point. Use a metal

spatula or you could use a knife just to scrape back the chocolate to give it a

bit more of a wood look rather than drizzled chocolate lines. Once you've

scraped even amount of the whole thing spread a really thin coating of dark

chocolate over the top ... this is a bit like adding a stain to your wood

it needs to be thin enough that you can still see some of the woodgrain

underneath it but it just softens the effect. That's starting to look a bit

more like wood now but we need to add some texture, so just take your knife and

run it down the chocolate trying to pay attention to where the variations in

your color is. So if there's a darker patch try and follow that line that

you're doing with your knife along the edge of your darker patch for your wood

grain. Now take a spatula again and just gently

run it across the surface you're not wanting to take much off this time

you're just highlighting that wood grain that you drew with the knife. See how

that just really brings it up and now scraped chocolate looks quite rough

and quite matte it doesn't look very shiny like a polished board would ... so the

trick to fix that is to put some paper towel in iced water and then gently rub

it over the surface of your chocolate. While that's drying wash your fresh

fruit ... figs always look good on a platter I don't really like the taste of them

though do you? And then unwrap your cheeses I did

consider making fake cheese's out of chocolate and I was going to do that but

then I thought if you're a savoury lover and you really like cheese and I brought

it to the table you'd be really disappointed that it was all chocolate 😕

No cheese! So I'm gonna keep the board sweet and there is a lot of

chocolate in that and keep the cheese savoury. For wedges of cheese try and

choose ones which have their names on the wax so people know what they're

eating and now it's time to put it all together. Put the Jarlsberg wedge there

then the weird tasting but cool-looking figs can go next to it there then a good

chunk of cheddar ... that black wax looks great. Next we've got a wedge of Gouda

that can go there and every good cheese platter has to have a soft cheese so

I'll put a circle of camembert there that will be perfect for that and for

some variety a wedge of this Wensleydale with cranberries that can go in the

corner. Then a bit of fresh fruit a little bit more. Do you think they'll

notice the board at first or will they just be looking at the cheese? I wonder

how long it'll take them to figure it out? We're definitely gonna need some

crackers just place them on the side ... that one's stuck together split that up

and a few little nuts. And the cheese bladder is ready to be served and an

update for you everyone was happy eating this, relaxed and enjoying the dessert

from the youngest guest he was so cute and he was only 3 years old right

through to the teenagers and the adults. Everyone had something on it that they

loved which for me was the fruit in the chocolate for others it was the cheese

in the crackers and most people just liked every single thing that was in it ...

except for the figs of course ... I told you they were weird 😳 One very popular

addition to the chocolate was the ginger in the fruit and nut end, so make sure

This time is chocolate mousse made with water and chocolate only.

I made it with a couvertur 66% cacao tulle (left) and a commercially available 70% chocolate (right) and compared it.

It was a physicist named "Hervé This" who invented it.

For the material, we recommend high quality chocolate with cacao content of 70% or more and mineral water.

I made it with 50 g of chocolate and 50 ml of mineral water.

Chopped chocolate and warm it with water in combination with water.

I was hesitant to put water in the chocolate (ﾟｰﾟ;

Chocolate melts and becomes smooth.

While chilling with ice, stir chocolate with a whipper.

When the chocolate cooled down to around 20 ℃, it got hardened steeply(￣Д￣；

Well, Next VALRHONA Chocolate.

We used a product called "CARAIBE" of 66% cacao.

So today tadaa! I'll be eating these 'Yukinko ' sushi today

I made all of these by myself ~LIES~

In total we have 48 of them And I bought all of them online

I will also be eating one kilogram of Miso soup to go with this

I was told about this by a viewer "these yukinko sushi are yummy give them a try" they said

this will be my first time trying them out itadakimasu

So on top we've got a Daikon radish And hiding underneath is a shiitake mushroom

The Oita region is renown for these yukinoko sushi

The shiitake are grown in Ooita

It's so pretty... It almost looks as if We are looking at it through a layer of snow (translators note: yuki=snow ko=kinoko --yukinoko)

The radish is very crisp And when you bite down on the shiitake mushroom

This yumminess just crashes right out of it It's so very yummy

It's a style of sushi made without any type of meat Or fish yeah I'm amazed at how yummy it is

well of course sushi doesn't use any types of meats.. Using such simple ingredients I'm amazed at how yummy it is

The sushi rice is also nice and moist

Red miso soup

The shiitake mushroom sitting under the Daikon radish is just barely visible and its so very pretty

The radish has been salted slightly And reminds me of a lighter tasting pickled raddish

It also comes with a tiny amount of wasabi Yum

This came with a sheet of instructions Telling you how best to eat these....

tadaa they say that adding my #BFFMayo makes it even yummier

Peel off the radish Top with mayo

Maybe a bit too much? Then eat

Umami from the mayo go so nicely with the shiitake And radish its so yummy....

They're already so yummy on their own But with a mayo it ups the umami factor

the 'yukinko' were so yummy Sushi rice with radish and shiitake mushroom

Search very simple ingredients came together To be yummier than you would have First Imagined

They must have added their own little tweaks to it Like pickling the radish just right

or stewing the shiitake mushroom in just the right sauce

I know they must have put it in a lot of time and effort Into making these

but I am so shook at how yummy these are from such simple and humble ingredients

The addition of mayonnaise really made it yummy as well It was very yummy either way

Without the mayo you can taste just how good the ingredients were

....... mayo is the bomb.....

I ordered this online it came frozen and defrosted in the microwave

it was so EZ to make and yummy

I am from the same prefecture as Ooita which is Kyushu

this was Ooita's famous dish and this was my first time trying it out

Lately I've been doing a lot of videos Where are discover yummy foods I would never

have encountered or heard of TYVM I am so glad to discover all these yummy things

Trump says U.S. to impose steel, aluminum tariffs next week - Duration: 2:22.

U.S. President Donald Trump says he will sign off on steep tariffs on steel and aluminum

imports next week, tariffs that'll hit producers like South Korea and China.

The news dealt a blow to stock markets in the U.S. and Asia.

But there's reason to hope in Korea that the tariffs won't be as high as feared.

Park Jong-hong reports.

President Trump has made it clear that steel and aluminum exports to the U.S. will be subject

to tariffs of 25 and 10 percent, respectively.

Trump is slated to sign an executive order next week making it official.

The plan was unveiled after a White House meeting with industry executives on Thursday.

President Trump added the move is aimed at propping up the U.S. industry and creating

jobs for American workers.

"It'll be 25 percent for steel.

It'll be 10 percent for aluminum.

And it'll be for a long period of time.

... We'll be signing it in and you will have protection for the first time in a long while.

And you've got to re-grow your industries."

He also said U.S. companies had been 'decimated' and had been treated unfairly by other countries

for decades.

Analysts say it's unclear whether the rates of 25 percent for steel and 10 percent for

aluminum will be instituted across the board or have some exceptions.

Trade sources in Washington think the rates would not apply to Canada which hires a number

of American workers.

In any case, if the rate turns out to be final, South Korea will be letting out a sigh of

relief as the U.S. Commerce Department had initially suggested dropping a tariff bomb

of more than 53 percent on 12 countries, including Korea.

Following Canada and Brazil, South Korea is the third largest exporter of steel to the

U.S. with last year's export volume estimated at three-point-six-five million tons.

Critics say Trump's measures will fail to boost jobs and even risk stoking a trade war

with China.

Beijing has already threatened to curb U.S. imports of soybeans and the European Union

says it will consider taking action as well.

Rice with crisp dumplings

Please check the captions.

Chop the onions first.

Chop the green onions

Put frozen dumplings in the microwave and spin it for 2-3 minutes.

Separate the filling of the dumplings from the outer ones.

Put the stuffing of the dumplings in a bowl.

Add oil and Fry dumpling shell. (Medium heat)

Add oil again, stir-fry green onions and oil over low heat.

Add the speed of the onion and the dumplings and stir-fry them (medium heat).

Add spices and boil (See caption)

Add starch water a little at a time when it boils.

Starch water : Mix water and starch 2:1.

Break the fried dumpling shell and sprinkle.

Now you can eat it with a good rub.

I like the crisp texture very much.

A splendid makeover of the frozen dumplings!
