Youtube daily report Sep 1 2018

Hello welcome to a new Spanish lesson. In this lesson we will learn how to say the days of the week

months and seasons of the year in Spanish

remember that in the video I will speak in Spanish

but I will put subtitles in English and Portuguese in case you don't understand me

then let's start!

First we will start with the days of the week in Spanish

in the left side in white I will put the days of the week in Spanish and in the right side in gray

I will put the same words in Portuguese and English

the days of the weeks are

Monday

Tuesday Wednesday

Thursday

Friday

Saturday and Sunday

Also keep in mind that the days are masculine

then in Spanish we say "EL lunes, EL martes, .."

el jueves

el jueves

el sábado y el domingo

now let's see some vocabulary related to the days

first let's look at the periods of the day. the first period is "la mañana"

you can recognize it as the part of the day we wake up and have breakfast

and then "la tarde" that is the period that wich we have lunch and have natural light

and finally we have "la noche" which is the period we have dinner and then we go to sleep

Now let's see some days in particular

birthday

"cumpleaños" is the day which you turn a year older and it is usually

celebrated with parties and gifts

"feriado" is a day in which you do not work or study for example the new year

"las vacaiones" are several days weeks or even months in which you do not work or study

like summer holidays in schools

and ·"fin de semana" are two days on Saturday and Sunday

now let's continue with the months of the year

The months are January February March

April

may June

July

August

September

October

November and December

Remember that the ninth month "Septiembre"

can be written with or without the letter "p" but we usually pronounce it as if there was no "p"

"Setiembre"

and finally

let's see the seasons of the year. The seaons are

"verano" season of the year in which we have a sunny weather and we usually go to the beach

"Otoño" when we see the fall of the leaves of some trees

"invierno" are the coldest months of the year and finally we have "la primavera"

Finally we will review the vocabulary learned with some sentences. In this way we will remember the words

easily

I work from Monday to Friday

It's August 28th

here you can also omit "hoy es" and only say "28 de agosto"

October 31st

January 28th

What about you? When's your birthday?

DRAWING FLYING PINGS / Anime and OCs YouTube Artist / Ft. Flying Pings - Duration: 10:06.

hi everybody I'm Paula and I'm here with

my daughter flying pings sup how's it

going dudes and I am actually drawing

her today she has an awesome youtube

channel she is one of the best artists

of okay it's true okay I'm gonna be

checking so she's a little bi I know I

love it but anyway thank you for drawing

me it's super adorable and it was fun I

had trouble you know making the curly

hair and everything it kind of just

looks like ways but he's always telling

that drawing my hair is like impossible

because it honestly looks like spaghetti

hair and it just it doesn't it doesn't

draw well it's really hard to do and I

don't understand it

well that was my first time trying to do

curly hair so if I get better if I get

better I will try it again and hopefully

make the hair look more like Bethenny's

actual hair so make sure you visit her

channel though I'll put a link in the

description I had trouble with your eye

call or two which I'm oh yeah yes but

you know like always a hazel and then

when people trying to draw that I'm so

bad at hazel I don't know why it's just

the mix of like a brown and a green with

like a yellowish tint doesn't work well

with me I try to color it it just

doesn't ever come out right ever and I

know what I try it just never works yeah

it's like they don't make like a crayon

that color or something they need to

have like a hazel like you just click

hazel and it gives it to you but I don't

I mean hazel is pretty much like the

color that no one actually goes for when

they're about to call her eyes unless

they have to

because it just looks kind of like messy

ish Brown yeah so I don't know it says I

always have trouble trying figure out

how to get that color on to eyes

properly yeah and I wasn't sure the

color of the hair either but you know

that's always different depending on

where you're at so guys you gotta let me

know if you have ever drawn Bethany

because I see lots of fan art for flying

pings and there are some cute stuff

there is some really cute

so if I saw an HTM you know it sounds

like that they were like really adorable

Oh a lot of times they draw the pig they

just she watches the video and then she

flips it upside down this was laughing

in real life because it's like like what

did I do okay never mind okay like I was

saying this drawing you did is really

adorable well thank you do sidetracked

by watching the video a little too much

yeah I just wanted to make sure we knew

what was going on I'm not sure it looked

like those little water shoes you know

that you wear when you go down to the

creek and you want to play like with the

crawl dads and stuff wait well I think

it was last time you did that um maybe

like 50 years ago but like you said like

you said it sound like you did that

yesterday like you know like that really

relatable thing where you going down in

water to play with the Karl dads like

what have you done you know I was just

thinking - we have a little creek out

here beside our house you want to go

play in it yeah we think we could go

play with the crawdads I mean do people

still do that you know what you sound

like you're a little crazy but some

people have probably done that and they

probably all from West Virginia probably

yeah I'm a hillbilly Wow this is

yourself everybody this for West

Virginia is mad at me now that's okay so

but make sure you join Bethenny's amino

too because that is in really neat place

well you're posting all you're right

there to sober yeah it's sharing it in a

sense because she does it for her

channel too and like posts out her art

and does like notifications it's up like

that so but it's fun yeah it is I'm

sorry guys you see the log okay we're

professional now

we're just do to be ourselves and laugh

like idiots and that didn't upload it

because that's real I mean that's just

how we are

yeah we say they want you to be yourself

the video is having a look at it yeah

telling better you not to look at the

video because every once in a while I

mess up that's not a mess-up though you

can see these you might turn upside down

so you can see it better and like draw

from oh my god Bethany and I aren't

gonna laugh anymore in voiceovers okay

seriously every time we do a voiceover

why is it so hard I think it's because

we're sitting right next to each other

when we do her voice ours so when we're

sitting here right next to each other

makes it awkward because of them doesn't

look over she's looking at me and I'm

like what other times we're looking at

this video at the same time and then she

laughs and makes me laugh and it just

well at least it's casual yeah it's it's

definitely casual so you know if you

like casual voiceover there's a place to

go oh my goodness

okay I'm a total newb but that's okay

that is really okay stop try making an

imino and then like that would be pretty

fun like these on day if you ever made

one for you like your channel and like

just over time to slow the girl like if

you subscribe I'll have one subscriber

wait you don't subscribe you don't know

you don't you've joined it okay well

maybe Bethany all joy I do I would like

you guys watching this video I'm sure

you'd join the amino right huh they

didn't answer

guys I have to put up with this I know

don't be smart with me he's calling me

smart now okay well if you have any

ideas of other people that I should draw

let me know and hopefully this one of

Bethany is going to look a little better

here after I fixed the super-cute she

did really go over the end she's

learning proportions really well and

she's been practicing a lot so I'm super

hyped to see what she ends up doing

later on you know sometime like maybe

you've been drawing for like a year

you could try redrawing one of your old

drawings yeah what sort of progress

progression you've done yeah that would

be fun though and you can do that too

you need to redraw your old roadblocks

things I haven't done that I've never

redrawn those that were that old I've

redrawn like Amy taro though yeah like

well I didn't do it in my style I

changed up the style so it wasn't really

a redraw as much it was like me playing

around with styles so I need to like try

redrawing something again at some point

yeah that would be fun and have you

showin everybody like going into your

roblox place and sure yeah I have I had

an hour-long video of me looking at old

or Boxberger about that that was like

early on yeah it was it was quite a

while ago it wasn't all um right it was

just was a no I don't remember I think

I've looked at every single one of my

galleries on roblox okay it was like

really long but it was fun yeah was just

that one credibly long she was such a

cute drawer if I said that right

she was drawing every oh no she says

cute what she means by that is that the

drawings didn't look very good

oh come on no and I'm not you are way

better look at your art and you just

started and you're this good I guess you

did draw when you were younger right

like you drew a little yeah little thing

but this is fun I like doing this it's

fun yeah especially when I can do chibis

cuz I think chibis are cute I love

chibis I've always loved to drawing

jeebies I've done it in a while though

and I also love drawing traditionally

and putting it like the call

digitally I think that's like so much

fun I'd like to do that more often but

yeah I want to learn how to do anime

like well I mean like more proportion

like real people you mean like more

proportion like I guess like sort of

more like you must make sure it's still

anime yeah so like anime you're like you

did but yeah like those are fun but you

do whatever like you enjoy it whatever

the style you end up picking up because

everyone has different sounds they enjoy

doing and mine is like really generic

just anime but I guess everyone has

different styles like when I call her

it's just weird and whatever got really

good you do real good but I think school

about art though is that whenever

someone's learning and practicing they

always develop some style that is always

a little different even if you try doing

something like say I want to try anime

it's always gonna be pretty different it

pretty well that makes sense so

seriously go and visit flying pings on

YouTube and join her me know - and look

for me up there - and yeah followers let

me know you found me and you have fun

and I'll talk to you later bye

SUPERNATURAL - 2x06 "NO EXIT" REACTION - Duration: 17:36.

First "come now", then "please".

Now it will come for her.

Is it a blood?

It's not blood, something else is.

You see that someone is watching her.

Uh, here it is.

It's not the power outlet Emina.

Then?

It's the power switch.

You see?

It's not the power outlet.

But it is switch.

For the power.

Oh, she's...

When you lie...lie in circle.

Will they have some kind of a romance?

People told me not to tell you. So....I can't tell you.

Even if you guess I should lie.

They will!

Hair.

Look at it.

There is nothing.

Run!

Run out!

She wants to see what is it.

She's calling the cops.

Oh, I thought he's behind her.

Where are two of them?

It's a vent. You see...get out.

Look how Dean is sleeping.

While he's sleeping, the girl is killed.

His back will hurt bad.

Mary was already dead, right?

Prison?

Oh, on that field the building was built.

Why blonde girl then?

She's in the coffin.

For graves.

So she would suffocate.

You see...girls were scratching.

You see...there is one more girl.

Took his hand and broke it!

How?

I don't know. Just try.

It's a ghost.

If he can touch her, she can do it too.

Yes!

That was their solution.

To trap him.

She has some problems with their father.

Maybe John didn't save her husband.

I told you. And he didn't save him.

There are some episodes...

...after which I just sit down...

....and I said "hm".

Because some episodes end just like this one.

You're asking yourself so many things....it is sad.

You don't know what would you do.

If you're attached to characters of course.

In conclusion...the episode was fine.

It was good. Let's see the next one.

Everything I Bought In August 2018 (Post KonMari Method) | August Favourites - Duration: 7:09.

Does anyone else go on holiday and just lose the run of themselves?

It's like the real world doesn't exist.

Budgets do not exist.

I was home in Ireland in August

and I just did not bother tracking everything

so I'm pretty sure I'm forgetting loads here.

I'm basically working off credit card statements,

whatever receipts I could find,

and my memory. Which is terrible.

But stay tuned for lots of Irish goodies. Let's go.

[music]

Hi guys, it's Laura from 'How To Get Your Shit Together'

and I help busy women get organised, get motivated,

and get a handle on their spending.

Which is a lesson I need to learn myself.

The past few years, I have been aiming for a more minimalist life.

I have been through the KonMari Method twice

which is basically, if you're not familiar with it, hardcore decluttering.

But I am finding that my actions are not always matching up to my intentions.

So I have been tracking my spending to spot and stop bad habits.

And this month, they were bad.

Anyway, here is everything I spent money on in August 2018,

plus some things that I got as gifts that I love so I want to show you those.

I don't include normal living expenses like food and bills, any of that.

OK, here we go.

First stop was Dollar Tree. Hear me out.

Because we were heading home, I knew we were going to be visiting some of Scout's friends

so I popped in to get little gifts for them.

Now, we have obviously since parted with them, but little things like perler beads, stickers, etc.

Those came to about $13.

I also bought Scout a unicorn pen which I cannot seem to find anywhere

but, you know, just picture a pen with a unicorn head on the top of it.

I know I will find it as soon as this video is uploaded.

I also bought drinks to keep the tubs topped up.

The ones that I keep outside for delivery people.

Those cost me about $10.

Then, Target. I went in to buy Skittles

and I came out with lots of clothes for Scout. $67 spent.

Then I went home. Oh how I missed Ireland. How I still miss it.

Everything is so familiar. And brilliant.

Car rental cost me about $500 for the two weeks.

It was just a little Opel Astra but, surprisingly, it drove much nicer than the BMW I had last time.

It was a manual though, which I'm not used to anymore.

I managed to cut out in the middle of a roundabout.

That was fun.

I bought Scout 2 magazines and a little pencil case-y thing

just to reward her for being so well behaved while I was getting my hair cut.

Those cost me about $20 according to Google's currency converter.

After that we went into Smiggle

which is basically a stationery store for school-goers...

and big kids.

I bought her a pencil case, an activity book,

and for some reason she wanted a rainbow umbrella.

Those set me back about $43.

Yeah, Smiggle ain't cheap.

And, because we had some time to kill before we went visiting people,

we popped into Funky Monkey, which is an indoor play centre.

That was about $8.

And then a few days later we went to Galway and I brought her to a different indoor play place

and that was also $8.

They are very expensive in Ireland.

I ventured into TK Maxx, known as TJ Maxx in the United States for some mysterious reason,

and picked up these sparkly Puma runners for Scout. Aren't they so cute?

Also, you know, just a whole bunch of clothes as well.

Anyway, aren't they adorable? $91 for that lot.

Next stop was Penneys. You might know it as Primark.

I just bought myself 2 plain white t-shirts, I got myself this grey turtleneck type thing.

I got myself this yellow jacket. So warm and comfy.

And, of course, unicorn pyjamas.

Scout is disgusted they didn't have these in her size.

A total of about $63. Penneys is great.

I got this rainbow striped t-shirt for myself in New Look.

That was about $17.50.

And I got this rainbow dress for Scout in Next. That was about $9.

And some underwear sets for myself which I'm not going to show you because that would be weird.

But they set me back about $134.

And then I spotted something that was basically made for me – a green jumpsuit. With pockets.

It was just calling my name. And it was on sale. $92.50 well spent.

So much joy for this bad boy.

No idea where I'm going to wear it.

Maybe to Scout's first day at school, just to show the other mothers what's up.

Set that bar high, you know?

Now, wait till you see the Irish stuff I got.

This jumper, for a start.

Yes, in Ireland we call them jumpers, not sweaters.

Isn't this amazing?

And this Claddagh ring with a green stone.

Green being my favourite colour, in case you couldn't tell.

These cost me about $43.

And then... THEN...

my mother, my aunt, and my cousin clubbed together to buy me this gorgeous Aran jumper/cardigan. So cosy.

And, you know, again it's green, so it's on brand. And...

Pockets! I'm big on pockets.

It is so soft.

I'm not including it in my spending total because I didn't pay for it but I still wanted to show it to you.

Let me show you some other things that I got as gifts.

This sparkly unicorn pen and this sequin dress that I got as gifts from my mother.

This sparkly unicorn notebook and pen that I got from my mother-in-law.

This unicorn bag from my aunt.

And this notebook, stickers, clover ring, and unicorn bag that I got from my best friend.

And Scout got the world's most awesome lunchbox.

Are ya sensin' a theme?

Then I came home and I paid $31 for valet parking for an event that I attended in Cincinnati.

In total, I spent...

$1,140 dollars. But remember that $500 of that was on car rental, so really it's not too bad.

Plus I actually saved a lot of money on, like, groceries and such like

because my mammy was cooking for me while I was home.

Aren't mammies great?

But, like I said at the outset, I'm probably forgetting loads.

If you are interested in hearing my biggest money-saving tips,

because I promise you I do actually save money sometimes,

then check out this video on that topic.

Until then...

I am confident that PDP presidential ticket will favour me God's willing - Tambuwal - Duration: 3:22.

Sokoto state governor and a presidential aspirant on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP), Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, has expressed optimism on emerging as the opposition party's candidate for the 2019 election.

The Nation reports that Tambuwal who reportedly said he is the most credible and favoured, spoke on his chances while responding to questions from newsmen in Sokoto. He said: "I am confident that the PDP presidential ticket will favour me God's willing.

we notes that Tambuwal who picked his nomination form a few days ago is vying for the presidency on his party's platform along 11 others, including former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, Senate president, Bukola Saraki, Senator Ahmed Mohammed Makarfi among other big names.

Tambuwal reported noted with emphasis that going by his antecedent, PDP delegates would find in him the suitable candidate to fly its presidential flag.

He said that his mission of joining the race for the presidency was to serve Nigeria, adding that "I have all it takes to be the president of the country.

He continued: "My vision is to have a well secured, buoyant and very stable polity in Nigeria.

Tambuwal further saidthat his experience as governor would further strengthen his capacity to advance the course of educational development for the benefit of the youths in the country.

"With my level of experience in the state which is one of the educationally disadvantaged, will no doubt assist in charting a way forward for the sector's prosperity and youth development," he said.

The presidential aspirant added that "developing human capital would be key in driving the economy with emphasis on Nigerian youths and women who deserve attention.

"As governor, I have since my assumption, been making adequate provision of the state budgetary allocation to the education sector in addition to the promulgation of enabling laws to facilitate the development of education in the state.

On whether he will quit PDP if he fails to emerge as its flag bearer, Tambuwal said he won't, assuring that he would remain and work along with others for the party's victory.

we previously reported that a former governor of Kano state and presidential aspirant on the platform of the PDP, Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, said he would remain in the party and work for its success even if he lost the party's presidential primary.

Kwankwaso who obtained his expression of interest and nomination forms on Friday, August 31, at the PDP's national secretariat in Abuja, also told newsmen that if the party's leadership agreed on consensus, he would abide by the decision.

Simplifying ALL Law of Attraction Teachings into ONE Formula (The TRUTH) - Duration: 17:59.

This video will show you the truth behind all law of attraction teachings, the fundamental

principles of all of them and how you can easily apply it so that you powerfully change

your life. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand

their consciousness. Now in this video I'm going to be sharing with you the truth on

all law of attraction teachings and I'm going to show you the fundamental principles that

underlies every single one of them. This is actually something I've realized after I have

studied, literally don't even know how many different concepts, different processes, different

ways for going about things, and the thing that I noticed is that there's a certain pattern.

There's a certain level of consistency that flows through every single one of these teachings,

and what this shows me is that is that there is a fundamental truth in them that underlies

all of them.

Now, the difference depends upon the person that is teaching whatever part of it or the

kind of way that that person thinks, and as if. And just like there's different people

that have a different way of explaining things. There's different people that resonate with

how certain people explain things, however, they are all rooted in this same fundamental

principles, and I'm going to be sharing with you a formula that I've noticed in every single

teacher and every single teaching and every single philosophy that actually that I found

works and how you can easily apply that as well. So first off, let me go through a couple

of the major teachings that you may be familiar with and one of them maybe that of Abraham

Hicks, if you've heard of Abraham Hicks before Abraham Hicks has been around for quite a

while. Abraham Hicks was in the original movie the secret before they edited it.

And Abraham Hicks is someone that's, uh, it's Esther Hicks, but Abraham is the energy that

flows through her to where she has the kind of information. I'm sure you've maybe heard

of her before. And it's about understanding the way that it's explained. It's about understanding

that we're all vibration. That everything that we want to create is from a certain vibration.

Understanding that what we should do or what most do is increase our state of being. That

when we increase our state by doing, by getting in what is called the vortex or by feeling

better, always thinking of the next billion next best feeling thought, next best feeling

thought, next best feeling thought, and then focusing on what we want. We experience more

of what we want, so it is mainly about understanding how to think in correlation with what we want

to experience, but nonetheless, it's about the emotion and it's about the thinking.

It's about the direction of our thoughts. So Abraham Hicks has been around a long time.

Many people have heard a lot of the content from them and that's something I find to be

powerful. However, it's rooted in this idea of increased the state of being increased.

How you feel. Think of the next best feeling thought and then from there, focused on what

you want. Now let's look at someone like Tony Robbins. I've been diving a lot into Tony

Robbins content lately because I have been just interested in the valley. He teaches

a lot about values. How to understand how we value things in our life and how those

values control the destiny of our lives, so I find it very interesting, but I've been

studying his philosophy as well, and guess what? It's rooted in almost the same type

of energy, the same type of thing. It's increased your state of being, our state of being controls

our life, understanding how to take control of the factors that come into play, so how

to control what we associate pain with, what we associate pleasure with so that we can

then use that for our advantage, but nonetheless a lot of what he talks about, his focus, focusing

on what we want, taking action, being in the vibration that we want.

So he talks a lot about taking action and he talks about that of focus. So it's focus

state of being taking action. What are the consistencies we see here so far? State of

being and focus. What about Abraham Hicks, state of being and focus? Now let's look at

the newest one that I've been a really all about within the last like eight months, and

that is the process called reality transcending reality. Trans Surfing is a book that was

written by a quantum physicist in Russia named the Dean Zealand. It's a book that brings

into consideration the way reality works, understanding it from energy dynamic level,

how to align with the best version of ourselves and what it has to do with the understanding

that there's an infinite number of parallel realities that exist and that we can experience

what we want by embodying the frequency now so we don't have to create it because from

the point of view of quantum physics, it already exists.

It's about simply aligning with that energy, so because of that, there is this common thread

that you use with Reality Trans Surfing reality. Trans surfing literally means something that

is called Trans Surfing through the Alternative Space, surfing through the alternative space,

which sounds a little bit weird. It's like, what does that mean? It means things are easier.

It means gliding through the process and the way that you do reality. Transunion has to

do with your state of being, with being connected to your heart and with having what is called

a slide, having this focus on what you want to experience. If you want to learn more on

reality transfer fee and I'll go ahead and put a link in the description box to a playlist

of my top reality transfer from videos that explain the process a to z, but nonetheless,

guess what? It's a similar rendition to that of all the other teachings.

It's that of understanding. If you align your emotion to the focus that you have, anyone

body it, then you experienced what you want. I found it to be very powerful as well because

what reality transfer if he makes is different than a lot of the other teachers is it really

talks about decrease in importance and having the right alignment to what we want to experience.

Because anytime we put something on a pedestal, we create resistance around it and went that

resistance. It then happens to where we block it from our experience because what we're

saying is, I really, really want that. I really, really don't have that is what that means,

so here also is another teaching that maybe you've heard of. Dr Joe Dispenza. Now, Dr

Joe Dispenza was in a documentary called what the bleep do we know? He's written some books

like how to break the habit of being yourself.

He's written books such as becoming supernatural to science of going beyond the ordinary, something

like that. I don't know the exact title, but if something like that and he's an author

and he also does a lot of seminars, but nonetheless, he's very good at what he does and he teaches

people how the quantum physics of how they create their reality and how to embody the

best versions of themselves. Now, so what is his formula? His formula is actually the

same as almost every single other person. It's just explained in a little bit different

way. The formula is simply this combined the intention. You have an increase that intention

you have by having a clear focus of what you want to experience and couple that with an

elevated emotion. So a lot of what Dr Joe Dispenza talks about in his newest books is

how to connect the energy of our heart and how to increase the energy field around our

body by going beyond that of our body, but nonetheless is rooted in a similar ideology

of increased the feeling in your heart, which is the emotion, and then increase the amount

of intention you have by being very clear as to what she wants to experience.

So in a same way every single one of these teachings are rooted in that. Have simply

this, increase your emotion, increase your state of being. And sometimes what this may

mean as it all rhymes all the time, all right, I'm done, is what you want to do is even if

you had negative experiences in the past, you want to allow those to be there. You want

to observe them, and then what you want to do is you want to make the conscious choice

to let them go because then what happens is you let go of patterns that don't serve. Tony

Robbins would say that you let go of patterns that don't serve, and by letting go of those

patterns, you start to condition yourself in a completely new way. Abraham Hicks might

say that as you stopped paying attention to the thoughts that you were thinking before,

you start bringing in those characteristics of those kinds of life experiences and as

you keep thinking of the next best thought, next best offer, next best thought. You leave

that old past behind you. See, the past does not equal who we are. We are who we choose

to be in the present moment right now, and the only way that we reiterate the past into

the future is if we keep telling ourselves a story that keeps us tied to the past. That's

what Tony Robbins, Abraham Hicks, even reality, Trans Surfing, Dr Dispenza, they all talk

about something similar

where it's the story, the same thoughts. Dr Joe Dispenza would say, 90 percent of what

we think is recycled from the day before of the 60 to 70,000 thoughts we think a day.

Therefore we create the same thing over and over again. We think the same thoughts. We

triggered the same emotions. We take the same actions. We therefore create the same things

over and over and over again. We have to get outside of that pattern thinking, so the key

is to let all of this go in our sand that we can be who we prefer to be in the present

moment. Let go of the story, let go of anything that's holding you back and understand that

you can reframe it and what can happen is you can reframe it in a positive way and that

can drive you. You can literally transmute all of that so that you start to put that

into a powerful direction. But nonetheless, what is it about taking that story, observing

it, letting it be there, and then letting it go. The only way that changes is with conscious

choice. If we're not aware that we cannot change it, we cannot change what we do not

own and we cannot change that which we are not aware of.

So all these teachings have in common that it's about letting go of the story. We tell

ourselves, understanding that we are who we choose to be in the present moment right now,

understanding that the more we condition ourselves in the present moment, the more we experience

what we want. Tony Robbins calls this and AC Nero, Associate Nero n a C, Neuro. Associative

conditioning is where we condition in ourselves what we want, the patterns that we want to

focus on, what we want to associate so much pleasure with what we want, that we then start

to move towards it because there's these two mechanisms in our lives that control our whole

entire life and that's the same for everyone. This is the exact same mechanism. It works

for every single person on the planet, whether they're aware of it or not. We will always

move in the direction of what we associate or we think will bring us pleasure and will

always move away from that which we associate or think will bring us pain. Same for every

person. The difference is what people associate with pain and pleasure that has to do with

their values.

That has to do with the way they see themselves, their self image. But what you can begin to

do is understand what you associate with pain and pleasure and associate pleasure with being

the best version of yourself, associate pleasure with going to the direction that you want

or Dr Dispenza that would be going beyond that which is normal. Going beyond that which

is an ordinary, experiencing more than our reality by thinking new thoughts, by stretching

outside of what is priorly comfortable becoming comfortable and familiar with the unfamiliar

or the uncomfortable, and that takes repetition. That takes conditioning. Neuro, associative

conditioning for Tony Robbins, conditioning for Dr Joe Dispenza up Abraham Hicks. It's

getting the vortex is vortex. Think positive thoughts. Think these thoughts that make you

feel good. Pay attention to how you feel and move up the vibrational scale, and then you

begin to increase your vibration. When you increase your vibration, things just happen.

Things happened very powerfully. In reality, Trans Surfing is understanding how to be connected

to our hearts. It's understanding how to know things, can be easy to have the clear picture

of what we want and make the choice to do that because in reality transfer, if you don't

have to try to do anything, you simply choose it. You don't create your own reality. You

choose it because it already exists. It comes at it from the point of outcome. Now, here's

another similar thing between a lot of these teachings outcome, so Abraham Hicks focused

on what you want. Tony Robbins have clear outcomes. If you don't have outcomes, you

don't have direction. Have a clear outcome of what you want to experience. Simply set

more goals. You set more goals, you have outcomes. You'll be able to make these things more probabilities.

Reality transfer thing, become clear as to what you want because the more intentions

you set, the more you experience what you want.

Having more intentions will transform your life. Dr Joe Dispenza, very similar understanding.

The more we focus on anything, the more we bring that into our life. These are all rooted

in the very similar, the same type of audiology you will resonate with ever with whichever

one you find most value in or you relate to the most. Maybe you relate to Tony Robbins

the most, or maybe part of you is like, no, I liked Dr Joe Dispenza because like the quantum

physics side of it. No, I liked the more esoteric stuff, so I like Reality Trans Surfing. Now

I like to be very simple in general. I like Abraham Hicks, whichever one you like. It's

your cup of tea is totally cool, but the key is to be aware of what that is, but understand

there are all rooted in the same fundamental thing. What do I teach on my channel? Beliefs

create our reality, so it's a very similar type thing.

Put the energy in the direction that you want to have the focus, increase your state of

consciousness which has increased your state of being and aligned with who you really are.

These are all rooted in the same fundamental principles, but we can have different flavors

of the month if you will. There may be some that you enjoy because you relate to a for

a certain period of time. The key is to be aware of what that is and to simply decide

that this works for me. Here's the thing, the true power is not in any process that

anyone shares with you. The true power is within you and the permission you give it

to work. Many of these are just tools. There's certain processes, certain ways to go about

it, but the true power is within you and whichever one resonates with you more will be the one

that works for you.

For some people, they may just like, I'm just going to stick with this one process. Abraham

Hicks, I'm going to think better thoughts. I'm going to get into this vortex and I'm

gonna experience everything I want that works. I know people that that's all they do and

they get amazing results from it. I know people that follow Tony Robbins very to the book,

everything he says and they get amazing results from it. I know people that follow Dr Joe

Dispenza, and I know people that follow reality, Trans Surfing. It's all the same. Go with

what works for you, but understand that the reason there's a thread that goes through

all of these is because it's rooted in something that works and that's what is powerful, so

whichever one you want, know that if you believe it works, then it will know there's a thread

of truth that lies through all of these and it's a powerful tool for you use, but the

main power exists within you.

This is the truth of all law of attraction teachings. This is what you can begin to apply,

set more intentions. Understand that as you elevate your emotion and as you increase your

intention, you're going to be creating a powerful manifestation of what you want your life and

as you move in that direction, everything in your life will change. Now, just like I

was talking to me to go about that process of reality transfer, what am I most powerful?

Meditations is understanding how to align with our goals in a completely new way. Understanding

how to make things natural for us, how to decrease the importance we give to our goals.

I have a free guided meditation that will show you exactly how to do that. I recommend

you listen to it for 21 days to get the next benefit out of it. It's going to be in the

5 Beginner Gym Mistakes You Need to Avoid! - Duration: 6:07.

Going to the gym can be tough, but not always because getting in shape is hard work.

For some, the problem is that… they're not exactly sure what they're doing in there.

The environment, the equipment, the exercises, and heck, even the fashion trends can be difficult

to grasp.

To enlighten some of our fellow beginner bros and broettes, and even some of you seasoned

gym-goers, here are 5 beginner gym mistakes that you might want to fix.

Number 1, you use only machines.

There's nothing exactly wrong with machines as they do simplify many exercises and are,

for the most part, easy to use.

But its simplicity has its drawbacks.

One is that machines typically accommodate only average height ranges, making it tough

to use if you're too short or too tall.

Some machines also follow unnatural movement paths, which can be uncomfortable to use.

Free weights are much more…well, free, allowing you to work with better, more natural patterns.

Also, one huge disadvantage is the lack of strengthening stabilizer muscles.

Machines already have you set in a fixed, stable position, thus you won't need to

kick in much of your stabilizers to keep balance and control.

Free weights, in contrast, will require just that.

Now again, that doesn't mean machines aren't good at all.

In fact, one of the best machines in all of fitness are the cable machines.

But they do have their limitations and it's important to integrate free weight exercises

into your program wherever you see fit, especially if your goal is overall fitness.

Number 2, you're doing way too many isolation exercises.

Yes, I'm talking to you, the one staring in the mirror while doing your eighteenth

set of bicep curls.

Believe it or not, there's more to being in shape than the size of your arms.

These single-joint isolation exercises, like curls, side raises, and triceps pushdowns,

only tend to focus on one muscle group at a time.

Large compound movements, like squats, deadlifts, and shoulder presses, however, hit multiple

muscle groups at once, meaning more work in significantly less time.

Compound movements also allow you to work with much heavier weights, which is great

if you want to build overall strength and muscle.

Now, isolation exercises are still important.

They are great at hitting muscles that need more work, and they're more effective in

controlling specific volume targets for any given muscle.

But the point is, don't stick with isolations only.

Do your compound movements too, if not more so.

Number 3, you only use light weights.

It's understandable that beginners will hesitate to lift heavy.

However, avoid doing so goes against one key fitness component: progressive overload.

The concept that, one must persistently increase the demand placed on the muscles to effectively

become stronger and bigger.

Sure, you might toss on a few more pounds once in a while, but nothing even close to

your maximal potential.

You need to push your limits for results, ESPECIALLY if the goal is getting stronger.

Studies repeatedly show that strength gainz are best achieved when lifting heavy.

That means you need to lift a weight you can only do maybe 5 or 3 reps max, or even just

once.

And then after you achieve that, try even more the next time around.

No more 40 rep sets unless your goal is strictly endurance.

And before wrapping up the last two, I wanna give a quick shout out to the PictureFit discord

community!

For those of you unfamiliar with discord, it is a chat service originally created for

gamers.

But it's also proven to be great for other communities, including health and fitness.

Our PicutreFit community have lots of great people sharing advice each day.

Overall, we've been tremendously successful in creating a fun yet mature, and helpful

Number 4, you don't bring along a bottle of water.

A simple but crucial mistake many people make, not just beginners.

The thing is, our body is two-thirds water and on average, we sweat off roughly 1 liter

of water for every hour of exercise.

If we don't replenish the lost water, it can lead to dehydration, which comes with

nasty symptoms like muscle cramps, fatigue, poor concentration, and headaches.

Qualities you certainly wouldn't want during your physical activities.

The simple fix is to bring that water bottle with you.

There's really no reason not to and it's better than relying on the gym's water fountain.

Also, if you're doing anything super intense or long endurance, you might want to consider

a sports drink or coconut water instead to help replenish the loss of electrolytes.

Plus, it has sugars, which replenish energy stores.

Just make sure you account for the added sugars into your overall diet.

And finally, number 5, you don't ask for help.

There has been a long-built stigma of an anti-social sentiment in the gym.

Unsolicited fitness advice is often discouraged since no one likes to be told what to do even

with the best of intentions.

But such a contentious pride to be independent means… we suck at asking for help.

As a beginner, there's no doubt you'll need all the help you can get.

We also have studies showing that people with social and/or coaching support are much more

likely to be successful with their goals.

It's both a motivational and educational benefit to have someone encouraging and helping

you along the way.

I'm personally a huge advocate of working with actual professionals, even personal trainers,

with enough due diligence, but I understand not everyone has the financial means to do

so.

In that case, put your pride aside and don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it.

Contrary to popular belief, gym bros and broettes are more than happy to help.

After all, they understand how difficult it once was as a beginner themselves.

And that's five mistakes you might want to start working on as a beginner.

I hope you all left with at least some extra knowledge you can take to the gym.

Luna's Dirigible Plum Earrings | Back to Hogwarts DIY - Duration: 5:42.

hello and welcome to another DIY today

I'm going to be making some dirigible

plums aka those earrings that Luna

Lovegood wears in the Harry Potter

series so to make these you're gonna

need some plain fimo polymer clay some

fimo liquid clay some fimo gloss for the

final touch a couple of pliers and I

used some long nosed ones and some

cutters some sculpting tools just to add

detail some eyelets I think these are

called I little metals round things

great vocabulary there and earrings

earrings are good for earrings I also

used acrylic ink and normal acrylics to

paint the earrings so to start off just

get some clay some polymer clay and mold

it in your hands a little bit so that it

goes soft because when you get out of

the pack it's really hard and we're just

gonna shape the clay into the dirigible

plums whilst I'm doing this I just want

to talk about why I love Luna so much

because she's probably my favorite

character and I think she's in all

people's favorites because she is

someone that does not care while the

people think about her and that is

really great to have that a gift some

would say to not care while people think

because Luna is clearly bullied in ways

in the series in the films we can see

that people hide her possessions but she

just kind of laughs it off

she laughs off and says oh it's all fun

and games yeah I think that's really

cool and also just the best way to deal

with bullies because bullies won't bill

you if they're not getting the reaction

they want if a bully is calling you

names or hiding your things and you're

just laughing along I doubt they're

gonna be doing it for long because

they're not getting that feeling of

power over you and because you're just

laughing along do you know what I mean

anyway I've sculpted the plums I've

sculpted the leaves here I'm just adding

some details to the leaves

or go on top of the plums I'm using my

sculpting tool adding the details is

always so much fun it takes the most

time but I find it the most rewarding of

them painting painting throwing my

favorite actually what's your favorite

part if anyone's gonna make these is

anyone gonna make these plums if you

have a go tag me on insta I

appreciate your crafts I love seeing

what other people make and now we are

going to just use that liquid fimo to

attach the leaves on and it stays wet

this liquid stuff until you put it in

the oven once it's in the oven it bakes

like normal fimo and turns rock solid

once that's all in place we're just

gonna get this thing which is actually

called an eye pin I was very wrong

before push it right down into your plum

so it's nice and secure

I just placed it right in between the

three leaves but yeah back to luna she

is this character that's quirky and

different and I think a lot of people

relate to her especially if you like me

and you went through most of your school

years without many friends or just you

know feeling a bit different she gonna

walks around Hogwarts with her head in

the clouds

probably purposefully detached from the

reality of these Billie's and named

callers but yeah despite this she isn't

afraid to wear heard the original plan

earrings or talk about Naugles

even if she does get strange looks from

the other students like she doesn't care

she is herself and I think that's just

the best way to deal with negativity of

any kind whatever age you are if you let

beliefs or mean people like see you get

upset or anchored by their words you are

giving them exactly what they want the

power yeah I think we can all learn from

Luna and her kooky quirky ways so here

I'm just painting the plums and I tried

to copy the dirigible plums that you see

in the film as closely as I could by

mixing a dirty Orange and blending it

into white

kinda looks like a radish doesn't it but

orange and magical I actually learnt a

lot about dirigible plums during the

making of this video and there's

actually a reason

Luna wears them it's to enhance her

ability to accept the extraordinary

which is nice probably explains why she

isn't very judgmental she just kind of

take things in her stride because she's

got these plums next to her head once

your paints completely dry just take

your pliers and open the jump ring then

we're just gonna hang the plum and the

earring piece off of this close up the

jump ring and it should hang nicely make

sure you close the jump ring tightly

otherwise being dirigibles the plum will

float away and for the finishing touch I

just used a load of fimo gloss to coat

the entire plum so it was nice and shiny

let this dry for at least half an hour

and there you have your own dirigible

plants just in time to go back to

Hogwarts this September so please make

sure you have all the right school

supplies when you go back to Hogwarts

Professor Snape in particular does not

take lightly timing the wrong textbooks

in potions class although I'm not sure

he'd approve of the plums I hope you

enjoyed today's video and I will see you

next time bye

STARTING OVER | Kenzie Rain - Duration: 3:05.

i am a child of spring of budding flowers

and melting snow a lover of starting over

and over and over as long as the plants die

every winter my heart will long for

pollen and allergies and the beginnings

that have always come

The last time we spoke, I was going on the supposed adventure of a lifetime.

I was getting ready to branch out from my family, become my own woman, be exposed to

a world entirely new.

And I did that, for four months.

I moved to Norway, traveled to Scotland, got lost in Germany, was left in complete solitude

for days and weeks at a time.

I had no internet for four months, could hardly talk to my family & friends.

I met several new ones.

I read plenty of books, worked on my novel.

I got really depressed and I was really happy.

But, in the end, I was sent home before my year was up, through no fault of my own and

here I am now, sleeping on my brother's couch and spending my days writing.

I'm jobless, adventureless, and not entirely comfortable in this new halfway point I've

found myself in.

While I was out of the country, my childhood home was put up for sale.

My father and younger brother moved states, into a new house.

My older brother continued his adult adventure in his apartment.

My mother is leaving her home soon to find a different one.

And I, suddenly, am left without a bed and a place that feels like the home we once had.

Strangely enough, I feel a bit like I might have left it back in Norway.

The last time we spoke, I was going through a transitional period in my life and now,

I've found myself in yet another one.

As of right now, the biggest lesson I've learned is that plans get foiled more often

than not and, once again, to my surprise, you cannot predict or control your life the

way you'd like.

I feel like I keep having to learn that lesson over and over again.

Choć ślub najstarszego syna królowej Elżbiety II i Diany Spencer określono mianem „ślubu stulecia", jego kulisy są tragiczne.

Potwierdzają to ujawnione niedawno fragmenty wywiadu z księżną.

Pojazd uderzył w filar tunelu, a ona została poważnie ranna.

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner Attend John McCain's Funeral While President Heads to Golf Course - N - Duration: 6:45.

Although neither President Donald Trump nor his wife Melania Trump were in attendance at Sen

John McCain's memorial service in Washington D.C. on Saturday, his daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner both made an appearance

Before the ceremony at Washington National Cathedral began, the pair were seen arriving together

Ivanka, 36, was also spotted giving a hug to Sen. Lindsey Graham, who was a close friend of McCain, reported Axois

The outlet also reported that the service was attended by other members of the Trump administration including White House Chief of Staff John Kelly and Defense Secretary Jim Mattis

President Trump, meanwhile, was tweeting. As the procession was moving McCain's casket from the U

S. Capitol to the Washington National Cathedral, the former Celebrity Apprentice host sent out tweets about the attacks on the ongoing investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election

During the funeral, he tweeted about the NAFTA negotiations, threatening to cut Canada out of the deal

Trump also left the White House to travel to his golf course in Virginia during the funeral, Time reported

Reports have varied as to whether the president was invited to Sen. McCain's funeral

White House sources told the Associated Press that McCain's family asked Trump not to attend — he and the late senator having had a rocky history in the past

However, a McCain family source previously told PEOPLE the longtime politician did not prohibit Trump from attending his funeral

"John had a feud with the president, and it got pretty intense, but I never heard anyone in the family say John banned Trump, and he never said that to me," the source told PEOPLE

"John didn't ban Trump. John could be spiteful, and he loved a good fight, but he wouldn't do something like that

" A second family source added: "I didn't hear John say it. But I wouldn't be surprised if John didn't want Trump there

" Still, President Trump hasn't exactly appeared overly sympathetic towards the McCain family

In what was widely considered a snub from the president, the White House's flags returned to full-staff on Monday, just two days after Sen

McCain died of brain cancer at the age of 81. Backlash ensued and, after initially addressing Sen

John McCain's death with a two-sentence tweet, Trump released a full statement later on Monday announcing that the White House flag would return to half-staff and that Vice President Mike Pence will represent his administration at funeral services

"Despite our differences on policy and politics, I respect Senator John McCain's service to our country and, in his honor, have signed a proclamation to fly the flag of the United States at half-staff until the day of his interment," Trump said

The proclamation follows suit with similar actions taken by Obama — when Sen. Ted Kennedy died in 2009 and Sen

Daniel Inouye died in 2012. In both cases, Obama asked that flags remain at half-staff until the evening of their interment

In addition to being attended by members of the longtime politician's family including his daughter Meghan McCain and mother Roberta McCain, Sen

McCain's service was attended by many Republicans and Democrats alike — including Barack Obama, George W

Bush, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton and Al Gore. Ivanka and her husband were also on hand to hear a few pointed comments Meghan, 33, made about President Trump during her emotional eulogy for her father

"The America of John McCain is generous and welcoming and bold," Meghan said. "She is resourceful and confident and secure

She meets her responsibilities, She speaks quietly because she is strong. America does not boast because she has no need to

The America of John McCain has no need to be great again because America was always great

" There was also a reference to Trump's previously criticism of McCain. "We live in an era where we knock down old American heroes for all their imperfections

When no leader wants to admit to fault or failure," Meghan said, then talking to her father

"You were an exception, and you gave us an ideal to strive for. Look, I know you can see this gathering here in this cathedral

The nation is here to remember you."

SO, WALK ME BACK TO THE VERY BEGINNING.

WHY START GIRLTREK?

MORGAN DIXON: SOLEDAD, I THINK WE WERE LOOKING FOR A SOLUTION FOR OURSELVES.

WE WERE FRIENDS IN COLLEGE, AND WE, YOU KNOW, LIKE ALL KIND OF GIRLFRIENDS DO, WE GOT ON THE PHONE.

WE LIKE LAMENTED ABOUT LIKE THE STATE OF AFFAIRS AND LIKE WHAT OUR MAMA SAID YESTERDAY.

AND LIKE, ALL THESE SORTS OF THINGS.

AND WE KEPT COMING BACK TO THIS.

THIS KIND OF QUESTION AROUND OUR HEALTH.

WORKING TOO HARD, NOT FEELING WELL, BEING UNDER A KIND OF LOW ENERGY.

SOLEDAD: SO IT WAS SORT OF LOOKING FOR AN EXERCISE SOLUTION?

MORGAN DIXON: NO, IT WAS LOOKING FOR A WAY TO SAVE OUR OWN LIVES.

VANESSA GARRISON: I MEAN, THERE ARE STARTLING STATISTICS THAT WE AREN'T TALKING ABOUT ENOUGH IN THIS COUNTRY.

80% OF BLACK WOMEN ARE OVER A HEALTHY BODY WEIGHT.

53% OF BLACK WOMEN ARE OBESE.

137 BLACK WOMEN ARE DYING EVERY SINGLE DAY FROM HEART DISEASE.

AND SO, WHAT WE'RE SAYING IS THAT ACTUALLY MEANS YOU'RE NOT THERE.

YOU'RE NOT THERE FOR YOUR FAMILY, FOR YOUR COMMUNITY.

AND THAT IS A CRISIS.

AND IT'S SOMETHING THAT WHEN TALK TO BLACK WOMEN ABOUT, THEY UNDERSTAND.

IT'S WHY GIRLTREK HAS BEEN FAR MORE SUCCESSFUL THAN ALL OF THE GOVERNMENT INTERVENTIONS THAT ARE OUT THERE.

THE PRIVATE WEIGHT-LOSS COMPANIES.

BECAUSE WE ARE CREATING A NARRATIVE FOR BLACK WOMEN THAT REALLY ADDRESSES, YOU KNOW, THE MOTIVATION FOR WHY THEY WOULD WANT TO WALK.

SOLEDAD: HOW DO YOU GET TO THE SOLUTION OF WALKING?

BECAUSE I WOULD THINK YOGA, CROSSFIT, BIKING, WHATEVER, COULD HAVE ALL BEEN UP THERE.

MORGAN DIXON: RIGHT.

THIS HAS NEVER BEEN A FITNESS GROUP.

THIS HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GROUP ABOUT RADICAL HEALING.

SO WE THOUGHT, WHAT IF WE RALLIED ONE MILLION OF THEIR MOTHERS TO WALK WITH US?

WHAT WOULD THAT DO IN THEIR HOUSEHOLD?

WHAT WOULD THAT DO IN OUR SOCIETY?

SO, WE STARTED PLAYING WITH THIS IDEA.

AND THEN, WE STARTED TELLING OTHER PEOPLE.

AND PEOPLE DIDN'T BELIEVE WE COULD DO IT.

VANESSA GARRISON: THE GREAT THING ABOUT THE WALKING WAS THAT IT WAS AFFORDABLE.

IT WAS ACCESSIBLE.

IT MET WOMEN AT THEIR POINT OF NEED.

WOMEN COULD DO IT IN THEIR OWN NEIGHBORHOODS.

THEY COULD DO IT LOCALLY.

THEY WERE ABLE TO RECLAIM THEIR NEIGHBORHOODS IN THE PROCESS, AND BUILD COMMUNITY AROUND THEM, SO THAT THEY CAN WALK AND TALK AND SOLVE PROBLEMS TOGETHER.

SOLEDAD: WHEN DID GIRLTREK BECOME ABOUT HISTORY?

AT THE BEGINNING I THOUGHT, 'OH, THIS IS 30 MINUTES CARDIO HEALTH.' AND THEN, I STARTED READING ABOUT YOUR CONNECTION TO REALLY TRAVELING, USING THAT 30 MINUTES

TO TRAVEL THROUGH HISTORY.

MORGAN DIXON: SO SOME OF -- YOU MAY KNOW THAT WE WALKED 100 MILES ON THE UNDERGROUND RAILROAD JUST RECENTLY.

THERE WERE 10 OF US.

WE WERE WALKING THROUGH HAIL AND SLEET.

WE WERE WALKING PAST OLD PLANTATIONS, THROUGH FORESTS, THROUGH SMALL TOWNS.

IT WAS SURREAL.

AND WE ARE INSPIRED BY WOMEN LIKE HARRIET TUBMAN.

WE ARE INSPIRED BY WOMEN LIKE FANNIE LOU HAMER.

WE ARE INSPIRED BY THE WOMEN IN THE MONTGOMERY BUS BOYCOTT WHO WALKED TO CHANGE AMERICA.

THAT'S WHAT WE'RE TRYING TO DO.

WHEN ONE MILLION BLACK WOMEN WALK, WE WILL SHIFT THE PUBLIC CONVERSATION ABOUT HEALTH IN THIS COUNTRY.

WE WILL BE AN EXAMPLE FOR ALL AMERICANS IN THIS COUNTRY.

SOLEDAD: IT MAKES ME WANT TO GO GET MY SNEAKERS AND GET OUTSIDE IF IT WEREN'T RAINING RIGHT THIS MOMENT.

VANESSA GARRISON: NO.

RAIN OR SHINE, SLEET OR SNOW, WE'RE OUT THERE.

AND IT'S ACTUALLY A POWERFUL TESTIMONY TO THE EFFECTIVENESS OF GIRLTREK THAT WOMEN ARE PUSHING PAST ALL SORTS OF PERCEPTIONS AND BARRIERS AROUND -- RAIN JACKET, NO RAIN JACKET

-- LET YOUR HAIR SOAK UP THE MOISTURE, ALL OF THAT GOODNESS, BECAUSE WHAT MATTERS IS THAT YOU ARE RECLAIMING THAT TIME AND YOU ARE DOING THE WORK.

SOLEDAD: WELL, BIG CONGRATULATIONS.

VANESSA GARRISON AND MORGAN DIXON, THANKS FOR JOINING ME.

Improving Grades with Free Lunch for All - Duration: 4:03.

SOLEDAD: AS A NEW SCHOOL YEAR STARTS, IT'S NOT THE CLASSROOM SOME KIDS MIGHT BE DREADING -- BUT THE LUNCH ROOM.

ABOUT 30 MILLION STUDENTS PARTICIPATED IN THE NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM.

AND 20 MILLION OF THEM QUALIFIED FOR FREE MEALS, WHILE 2 MILLION PAID A LOWER PRICE.

BUT THERE'S A STIGMA OR SHAME OFTEN ATTACHED TO THOSE LUNCHES.

13 MILLION CHILDREN AND TEENS IN THE U.S. EXPERIENCE WHAT'S CALLED "FOOD INSECURITY," MEANING THEY WORRY ABOUT WHE THEIR NEXT MEAL IS COMING FROM AND IF THEY'LL HAVE ENOUGH TO

EAT.

SO, SCHOOL MEANT A GUARANTEED MEAL.

NOW, SOME DISTRICTS HAVE FOUND A WAY TO GO EVEN FURTHER -- FEEDING EVERY CHILD, REGARDLESS OF INCOME.

FOR AVA AND LILA BALES, PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS IN NEW YORK CITY, THERE'S NO SKIPPING BREAKFAST.

MICHAEL BALES IS THEIR FATHER.

MICHAEL BALES: I KNOW THAT THE BEST TIME TO DISCUSS ANYTHING WITH MY CHILDREN, BOTH OF THEM, IS AFTER THEY'VE HAD THEIR BREAKFAST.

SOLEDAD: SOMETHING NOT LOST ON THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

MANY SERVE FREE BREAKFAST TO MAKE SURE THE KIDS START THE DAY READY TO LEARN.

NOW FOR AVA, LILA, AND FOR ALL OF NEW YORK CITY'S 1.1 MILLION PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS, FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, LUNCH IS ALSO FREE.

JON LEVIN IS PRINCIPAL OF THE CLINTON SCHOOL IN MANHATTAN.

PRINCIPAL JON LEVIN: ONE OF THE MORE IMPORTANT THINGS YOU CAN HAVE IN A SCHOOL ARE KIDS WHO ARE FED, BECAUSE IF THEY'RE NOT GETTING REST AND THEY'RE NOT WELL-FED,

YOU CAN'T TEACH THEM.

SOLEDAD: HOW DID NEW YORK CITY DO IT?

THE FIRST BIG STEP CAME WHEN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SCRAPPED THE COMPLICATED APPLICATION PROCESS FOR QUALIFYING FOR FREE MEALS.

NOW, STUDENTS AUTOMATICALLY EAT FOR FREE IF THEY ALREADY RECEIVE MEDICAID, FOOD STAMPS, OR EMERGENCY HOUSING.

JILL BENNETT, PARENT COORDINATOR: SO, IT WAS A VERY LABOR-INTENSIVE PROCESS.

AND I THINK THE FACT THAT THAT PART OF IT HAS GONE AWAY HAS SAVED A LOT OF MAN HOURS THAT CAN BE USED MORE PRODUCTIVELY.

PRINCIPAL JON LEVIN: GETTING SCHOOL LUNCH AND JUST TRACKING IT, SOME KIDS WOULD JUST SKIP LUNCH BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT THE HASSLE.

AND THAT'S ANOTHER PIECE IN THE SCHOOL, THAT KIDS DON'T EAT LUNCH.

YOU DON'T REALLY KNOW THAT THEY'RE NOT EATING LUNCH EXCEPT WHEN THEY FALL APART.

SOLEDAD: THEN IN 2010, THE FEDERAL "COMMUNITY ELIGIBILITY PROVISION" GAVE SCHOOLS EXTRA MONEY FOR FOOD, IF DATA SHOWED AT LEAST 40% OF THE DISTRICT STUDENTS QUALIFIED FOR A FREE

MEAL.

CRYSTAL FITZSIMONS IS WITH THE FOOD RESEARCH AND ACTION CENTER.

CRYSTAL FITZSIMONS: ELIGIBILITY BASICALLY DOES A BETTER JOB OF IDENTIFYING LOW-INCOME KIDS WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE MEALS.

SOLEDAD: SO FEWER KIDS SORT OF ' 'FALLING THROUGH THE NET.' CRYSTAL FITZSIMONS: RIGHT.

SOLEDAD: NEW YORK CITY IDENTIFIED ENOUGH QUALIFIED STUDENTS THAT IT MADE ECONOMIC SENSE TO JUST GIVE EVERY STUDENT IN EVERY SCHOOL A FREE LUNCH.

THE STUDENTS AT CLINTON MIDDLE SCHOOL SAY SINCE EVERYONE EATS FOR FREE, NO ONE IS EMBARRASSED TO BE SINGLED OUT.

SOLEDAD: HAVE YOU GUYS HEARD ABOUT "FOOD BULLYING"?

>> YEAH.

SOLEDAD: TELL ME A LITTLE BIT ABOUT WHAT YOU'VE HEARD.

WENDY LIN, SEVENTH GRADE: LIKE I WOULD HAVE HOT LUNCH.

I'D BE EATING WITH MY FRIENDS.

AND THE PERSON SITTING THERE, THEY'D LOOK OVER AT ME AND THEY'D BE LIKE 'I FEEL BAD FOR YOU.' JOSHUA ALATRISTE, SEVENTH GRADE: KIDS GOT BULLIED BECAUSE THEY

WEREN'T ABLE TO AFFORD LUNCH.

IF EVERYONE GETS FREE LUNCH, THEN NO ONE'S GOING TO KNOW "OH, THEY DON'T HAVE MONEY," OR "THEY HAVE MONEY," SO IT MAKES EVERYBODY FEEL OK ABOUT THE STATE THAT THEY'RE IN.

SOLEDAD: SO WHAT HAVE YOU NOTICED IN THIS FIRST FEW MONTHS OF FREE LUNCH IN EVERY NEW YORK CITY PUBLIC SCHOOL?

PRINCIPAL JON LEVIN: MY TEACHERS SAY THAT THEY NOTICE, ESPECIALLY IN THE AFTERNOON CLASSES, KIDS DOING BETTER.

WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.

SOLEDAD: "COMMUNTY ELIGIBILITY" HAS BEEN ADOPTED BY ABOUT 20,000 PUBLIC SCHOOLS SERVING ROUGHLY 10 MILLION STUDENTS.

THAT'S NEARLY 1/5 OF ALL KIDS IN U.S. PUBLIC SCHOOLS, INCLUDING STUDENTS IN BALTIMORE, MEMPHIS AND RICHMOND, VIRGINIA.

Asbestos-Cancer Survivor: EPA Changes are "Unconscionable" - Duration: 5:58.

SOLEDAD: I'M SOLEDAD O'BRIEN.

WELCOME TO "MATTER OF FACT." THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE DYING FRO ASBESTOS-RELATED DISEASE IS ON THE RISE IN THE U.S.

BETWEEN 1999 AND 2015, THE CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL ESTIMATES MORE THAN 45,000 AMERICANS DIED FROM THE MOST COMMON TYPE OF ASBESTOS-CAUSED CANCER: MESOTHELIOMA.

ONCE CONSIDERED A "MAGICAL MINERAL," ASBESTOS WAS WIDELY USED IN BUILDING MATERIALS FROM THE 1940'S TO THE 1970'S.

THEN DOCTORS DISCOVERED THAT ITS SMALL NEEDLE-LIKE FIBERS COULD PENETRATE DEEP INTO THE LUNGS AND CAUSE CANCER.

SINCE THE 1970'S, THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS SEVERELY RESTRICTED THE USE OF ASBESTOS.

NOW THE EPA IS CONSIDERING CHANGING THE RULES TO ALLOW COMPANIES TO INTRODUCE NEW USES FOR ASBESTOS.

HEATHER VON ST. JAMES WAS 36 WHEN SHE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH ASBESTOS-RELATED MESOTHELIOMA.

AND MARY HESDORFFER IS A NURSE PRACTITIONER AND DIRECTOR OF THE MESOTHELIOMA RESEARCH FOUNDATION.

IT IS NICE TO HAVE YOU BOTH WITH US.

SO MARY, CAN I START WITH YOU?

EXPLAIN WHAT THE MOVE BY THE EPA SPECIFICALLY IS DOING.

MARY HESDORFFER: SO THIS ALLOWS A LOOPHOLE.

THIS ALLOWS NEW USES OF ASBESTOS.

AND WHENEVER YOU CREATE A LOOPHOLE, YOU KNOW THAT THERE'S GOING TO BE MORE THINGS SNEAKING IN UNDERNEATH AND BEHIND IT.

IT'S VERY CONCERNING FOR ALL OF US TO THINK THAT ASBESTOS, WHICH SHOULD BE BANNED, WHICH IS BANNED IN MORE THAN 60 COUNTRIES, HAS NOT BEEN BANNED IN THE UNITED STATES.

SOLEDAD: SO HEATHER, ONE OF THE MOST SURPRISING THINGS I READ ABOUT YOUR DISEASE IS THAT YOU DIDN'T GET MESOTHELIOMA FROM DIRECT EXPOSURE.

YOU WEREN'T WORKING ON A CONSTRUCTION SITE.

YOU WEREN'T WORKING IN A COAL MINE.

YOU GOT IT FROM YOUR DAD'S CLOTHING.

CAN YOU EXPLAIN THAT?

HEATHER VON ST. JAMES: MY DAD WAS A CONSTRUCTION WORKER WHEN I WAS GROWING UP.

HE DID THE CLEANUP AFTER THEY PUT IN THE DRY WALL.

HE MIXED THE DRYWALL, THE MUD, AND HE DID THE SANDING.

AND ALL OF THAT WAS LADEN WITH ASBESTOS.

AT THE TIME, IT WAS IN THE 1970'S, AND HE WOULD COME HOME WITH A JACKET CRUSTED WITH THIS DUST AND I WOULD WEAR THIS JACKET WHEN I DID CHORES OUTSIDE.

IT ALWAYS HUNG ON THE DOORKNOB IN OUR UTILITY ROOM SO I WOULD GRAB IT AND PUT IT ON.

AND HIS CAR WAS FULL OF IT.

AND ANYTIME I WOULD GO ANYWHERE WITH MY DAD, I WAS EXPOSED TO ASBESTOS THAT WAY.

SECONDHAND EXPOSURE.

SOLEDAD: THE U.S. HAS RESTRICTED THE USE OF ASBESTOS FOR A LONG TIME.

THE EPA IN 1973 HAD THE CLEAN AIR ACT.

1989, THE ASBESTOS BAN AND PHASE-OUT RULE, ALL GOING IN THE DIRECTION THAT YOU MENTION.

EVERY YEAR, 40,000 PEOPLE STILL DIE FROM ASBESTOS-RELATED DISEASES.

WHY?

MARY HESDORFFER: WELL, BECAUSE ASBESTOS, AND WE TALK ABOUT THE LEGACY, ASBESTOS IS IN MORE THAN 20% OF THE HOMES BUILT IN THE UNITED STATES.

THINK OF ALL THE CITIZENS BEING EXPOSED AT HOME.

A COLLEAGUE OF MINE LIVES IN THE CAROLINAS.

SHE HAD A POPCORN CEILING.

SHE KNOWS ABOUT THE ASBESTOS RISKS.

SHE HAD HER CEILING TESTED FOR ASBESTOS.

SHE IS ON A NEIGHBORHOOD SIT WITH PEOPLE WANTING TO SCRAPE DOWN THERE POPCORN CEILING.

IT HAPPENS DAILY.

SOLEDAD: WHY IS IT NOT ENOUGH THAT ALL THE CURRENTLY BANNED USES OF ASBESTOS WILL REMAIN BANNED?

MARY HESDORFFER: BECAUSE THERE'S ALWAYS A NEW USE.

I MEAN, THERE'S ALWAYS A NEW WAY OF UTILIZING THIS COMPOUND.

SOLEDAD: AND WHAT WOULD BE THE EPA'S INCENTIVE TO DO THIS DO YOU THINK?

MARY HESDORFFER: I THINK IT'S A LOOSENING OF REGULATIONS ON MANY OF THESE INDUSTRIES THAT WE HAD CONTROL OVER.

I THINK WE'RE SO FOCUSED RIGHT NOW ON THE MONETARY VALUE OF WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING INTO THE WORKFORCE THAT WE'RE FORGETTING ABOUT THE HEALTH OF THAT WORKFORCE.

SOLEDAD: YOU KNOW, YOU HEAR A LOT ABOUT MESOTHELIOMA ON EVERY LATE-NIGHT COMMERCIAL.

YOU KNOW, ADVERTISING FOR LAWYERS.

SO I WAS REALLY SURPRISED THAT IT'S AN ORPHAN DISEASE, HEATHER.

I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT IT WAS FAR MORE PREVALENT AND HAD SO MUCH MORE MONEY POURED INTO RESEARCH AROUND IT.

HEATHER VON ST. JAMES: I WAS SURPRISED WHEN I WAS DIAGNOSED.

MY DOCTOR HAD NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH IT.

SO THE FACT THAT IT WAS SO RARE SHOCKED ME.

AND IN GETTING INVOLVED WITH THE DISEASE AND DOING ADVOCACY, FINDING OUT SO LITTLE GOES INTO RESEARCH, THAT'S WHY THE MESO FOUNDATION IS SO IMPORTANT.

BECAUSE IT DOES FUNNEL MONEY BACK INTO RESEARCH THAT'S DIRELY NEEDED.

SOLEDAD: HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN SINCE YOU WERE DIAGNOSED?

HEATHER VON ST. JAMES: I WAS DIAGNOSED IN 2005.

JUST THREE AND A HALF MONTHS AFTER THE BIRTH OF MY ONLY DAUGHTER.

SOLEDAD: MOST PEOPLE DO NOT SURVIVE VERY LONG WITH MESOTHELIOMA.

HEATHER VON ST. JAMES: MOST PEOPLE DIE WITHIN 18 MONTHS.

I GUESS THE MEDIAN BEING 12.5 WITH CHEMOTHERAPY, TWO YEARS WITH SURGERY.

I'M ONE OF THE LUCKY ONES.

THAT'S ALL I CAN SAY.

SOLEDAD: IT MUST BE BIZARRE TO HEAR ABOUT THIS COMING BACK, ASBESTOS, SORT OF, YOU KNOW, AND EMBRACED BY THE EPA.

HEATHER VON ST. JAMES: IT'S INFURIATING TO SAY THE LEAST.

WHEN I HEARD THE NEWS THAT THEY WERE ACTUALLY CONSIDERING NE USES AND ALLOWING NEW USES, IT BROUGHT BACK ALL OF THE MEMORIES OF THAT TIME WHEN I WAS DIAGNOSED.

ALL OF THAT RAGE.

THE FEELING OF HOPELESSNESS AND HELPLESSNESS.

AND AS I TALKED TO OTHER MEMBERS OF THE MESOTHELIOMA COMMUNIT THEY WERE JUST INCENSED AT THE NEWS AS WELL.

LIKE, HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN?

DON'T THEY KNOW THE SUFFERING THAT'S BEEN INVOLVED?

SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR, 13 PEOPLE I KNOW HAVE DIED.

SO TO BRING BACK SOMETHING THA KILLS THESE PEOPLE IN SUCH A HORRIBLE WAY IS JUST UNCONSCIONABLE.

AND I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY'RE EVEN THINKING ABOUT IT.

SOLEDAD: HEATHER VON ST. JAMES AND MARY HESDORFFER, THANK YOU FOR TALKING WITH US.

In the night sky

Take cover quickly

And meet with sleep

They fell asleep toys

And the bear has been

I fell asleep on the pillow

Looking out the window

Let him hang on

you have a good dream

Beautiful as a fairy tale And kind as an elephant

Eyes of a baby You close it soon

Bayu by, Bayu bye

The sun is asleep, Sleep and fish in the pond

Oh lu li lu Oh Lu li lu

A magical rainbow awaits us in a dream

And there you can ride the moon.

Bright colors, Decorated the house,

Tomorrow we will be together Playing with the cat.

John McCain Wanted 'Danny Boy' Sung at His Funeral, Says Friend Who Helped Plan Services - Duration: 2:26.

In July, while planning his funeral, Sen. John McCain specifically asked that a beloved Irish ballad, "Danny Boy," be sung during services, a longtime family friend and associate tells PEOPLE

"It was absolutely one of his favorite songs," says Carla Eudy, a fundraiser who has worked with and been friends with the McCain family for decades

"He wanted it sung at his funeral." The deeply poignant song references a dying father addressing his son who has gone to war

In the song, the father knows that his son will return to find his father dead and buried

The father says he will hear his son treading atop the grave. For you will bend and tell me that you love me, And I shall sleep in peace until you come to me! "I can hardly talk about it let alone listen to it," says an emotional Eudy, speaking to PEOPLE from an Uber in Phoenix while on her way to the first of many services for McCain, who died of brain cancer at 81 on Saturday

The prominent Arizona senator was very involved with planning his funeral, says Eudy, who will be among the pallbearers for the main service at the Washington National Cathedral in Washington, D

C. "I saw him last July, and we have been working on what the services would be," Eudy says

"He wanted to make sure that the final time that was going to honor his passing would have only things he wanted

" Those things included another song, "Faith of Our Fathers," which is also the title of the memoir McCain wrote with coauthor Mark Salter

While riding in her Uber, Eudy observes that Arizona Interstate roadsigns are lit up with a message for the day: "Country First, RIP Senator McCain

"

[Hatsune Miku & Kagamine Len] Packet Hero [Vocaloid][Engsub+Vietsub] - Duration: 4:48.

That lingering warmth had me in a trance,

Each touch feeling like a bite!

No one believes in a pointless future

I want to feel it poignantly until the day I die.

It's strange,

I wanna experience that fear of you.

These feeling explode inside me, come and cover me with all your love!

This "treasure" of mine is so trivial,

But I don't want to give up on it.

I can feel the beat of my heart in this futon.

Did I waste today as well?

After all we don't change, we keep on repeating the same superficial mannerisms each day.

Messing up as if by instinct

A pointless future no one can return to,

I want to feel it so deeply I cry, and yet...

You're just so cute,

I love your weakness.

"The sooner the better..." I love how quickly you give up!

I can't hear the sound of your fading breath.

I don't know what you wanna do,

And every time I try to remember it just makes me tired.

Don't let go of my hand, kay?

Slicing through that one bit of proof I'd held on to,

Aiming for the reward, did I simply just try and wrench it open?

Life's so boring nowadays, try not to look at it all too closely

I just finally noticed

These gaping wounds of mine!

Just following along with all those tutorial videos,

spewing out poorly though-out words,

...So, let's kick off the second half.

I pick up that old worn sail and stitch it back together.

It can't be, it can't be. I'm on that dried up, irregular course yet again.

I just can't treat these open wounds...

I don't understand who you really are!

Hitting me emotionally, right where it hurts

This dizziness won't last too long.

I want to soak in it till I'm broken,

It's what makes me happy.

It's pure happiness, even if I'm hated.

I love it when you avert your eyes and say "I love you..."

...Hey

What are we going to do?

...Maybe we should do this!

If all that viscously flowing innocence of yours

Ever fully empties out,

I'll secretly force my way into your heart!

S-s-s-s-s-so, ready for your love.

A dumpster full of teary eyes and reasons to better myself,

I don't want to hear any of that. It hurts, it hurts, I just want to cry.

I'm in ecstasy from your sweet voice, that smell of yours

Simply enraptured... ready for your love.

My one and only secret is exposed,

Will this wounded love of mine ever come to bear any fruit?

Life's so boring nowadays, try not to look at it all too closely

I just finally realized

How deeply you've cut my heart!

Everyone who chases after this thing called "love",

is intoxicated by this stinging pain.

Still people call out to anyone and everyone,

searching for some kind of connection.

I've become hollow after giving up on that dream of mine,

Though I guess I've grown up in the process.

How long do I want to keep crying...?

"You don't understand anything!"
