This is Christy Kinnaird

with Seattle Living Spaces coming to you

with your much-anticipated weekly inventory update.

Date is 21st of September, 2018.

Let's talk about it.

Single-family houses in the city of Seattle.

This week we had 324 houses come on the market,

which is less than the 377 that we had last week,

and we had more houses go pending.

We had 110 houses go pending this week

compared to 87 last week,

but our absorption rate is 29%,

because again, last week we had a big jump

in the number of new listings,

so is what it is, and we are, as I say every week,

now at a record high number of houses

for sale in the city of Seattle

in the past three years of 1,433 houses.

And of those 1,433 houses,

how long have those houses been on the market?

I'm so glad you asked. (laughs)

38% of them are fresh, brand-new runway,

first two weeks, which is the dip.

The 15- to 30-day category also took a dip to 18%.

31 to 60 days also took a dip, 20%.

And what skyrocketed, 11% last week,

and this week, our crusty rusties,

those 61 and over day listings,

are taking a whopping 24%

of all the available homes for sale.

That shocked the pants off of me.

I mean, I only wear dresses and skirts,

so you know, I guess maybe I'm just so...

That's a bad joke.

You guys, I'm full,

I'm not even gonna read you this.

I'm just full of bad jokes today.

I'm a little bit sleepy. (laughs)

Let's talk about condos.

This week, we had another drop

in the number of new listings,

103 versus 147 the week before.

We had more pendings, 45 pendings versus 37 the week before.

And our absorption rate was about the same,

31% this week, 32% last week.

Although we now have a record high over the past three years

number of condos for sale in the city of Seattle at 633,

which is about 17 more than last week.

And again, we didn't have as much of a shift in that.

How long have these guys been on the market?

32% of them were brand new,

which is down from 38% the week before.

24% of them have been 15 to 30 days,

which is up from 17%.

And then, our 30 to 60 and 61 and up

kind of stayed the same.

So what we're seeing is a real big movement from condos now.

I think when we do our meeting days on market,

when we do our month-end review,

we're going to see that condos are gonna jump

to like an average of 14 or 15 days on the market

versus like eight, nine, 10 that we've been seeing

because I think that

because we're seeing this jump

in the total number of available condos for sale

move from the fresh category

into the 15- to 30-day category,

number one, less buyer demand

because people don't like rapid change,

everybody's a little bit wobbly,

more choices, and they're just not getting scooped up.

Again, that absorption rate,

that 30% to 31% absorption rate,

so looks like this is our new normal.

World leaders send condolences to President Tran Dai Quang for his death

Many leaders in the world, including the President of Russia, President of China, Prime Minister of Japan, on 21/9/2018, expressed his condolences on President Tran Dai Quang's death.

TASS news agency, led by the Kremlin, said Russian President Vladimir Putin, on September 21,

sent to General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, condolences on President Tran Dai Quang's death.

President Putin also sent condolences to his family, friends, government and people of Vietnam.

"Putin stressed that, as president, as well as other positions,

President Tran Dai Quang, had the respect of the people and friends of the world,

It has contributed greatly to the consolidation of Vietnam's national security in order to safeguard Vietnam's interests in the international arena, "the statement emphasized.

President Putin also praised President Tran Dai Quang, for his contributions to the process of fostering a comprehensive strategic partnership,

between Russia and Vietnam, and bilateral relations in many areas.

The Russian president also mentioned the meetings with President Tran Dai Quang.

The head of the Russian government said that it was the sharpness, the sharpness of politics, and the ability to understand the nature of the most complex problems,

"Japan and Vietnam, as a strategic partner, are deeply saddened by the departure of the late President Tran Dai Quang, who, with his brilliant leadership,

Japanese Foreign Minister Kono Taro also sent a letter to Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh.

"President Tran Dai Quang is the head of state, leading Vietnam not only in the economic development,

but also enhance the national position in the region and in the international arena. "

Taro also hoped that the government and people of Vietnam soon overcome the pain, contributing to the country's development.

On the same day, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, also sent a letter to Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, to send condolences.

In the letter, Prime Minister Hun Sen called President Tran Dai Quang "an admirable leader".

Member of the Politburo, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, "and" We always remember the good memories,

about the friendship he gave to India, and his very successful visit in March this year. "

Brett Kavanaugh's Accuser FINALLY Agrees To Testify But There's Yet Another BIG Catch

breaking news just in the last hour Christine was aise Ford's attorney

making an eleventh-hour desperation play with the Senate Judiciary Committee

just moments ago she asked for yet another day for dr. Ford to consider the

committee's offer for her to testify this coming Wednesday the response

coming in just before 10:00 p.m. Eastern deadline tonight joining us now with

reaction is john yoo former general counsel to the Senate Judiciary

Committee former US Attorney David Katz is with us

along with former federal prosecutor John Lauro let's start with John Lauro

John for a lot of us who've been watching this over the last few days

we've been concerned about moving the goal posts yes I believe the the the

testimony was supposed to be on Monday not Wednesday but so it's she was

supposed to respond about appearing on Monday I think they're negotiating about

Wednesday but nevertheless the goalposts keep moving it's a smart lawyer

I think representing this accuser because she's pushing it into the last

minute to get her client as much time leeway as she can but at what point does

the committee's patience run thin here I think they're just about there she has

to either put up or shut up how much preparation time does she need to tell

the truth that's the question I mean she's been dealing with lawyers for

weeks if not months now it's time for her to face the music she's made a very

serious accusation and it's now now the moment of truth comes she has to face

questioning she has to be asked the tough questions and she can't escape it

if she refuses to testify then the bottom line is that he's going to be

confirmed and this thing is over but there's a legal expression for what her

lawyer is doing and that's jerking around you know she every time they

reach a point where there's an agreement then all of a sudden you know as you say

the goalposts move and that's just inappropriate David I know there are

very strong feelings about this case on both sides or you know a lot of

Democrats that she wouldn't come forward unless

this happened and even though she does remember key details that's okay if this

has to go on another two or three weeks so be it

but it's interesting to note how this is proceeding as a legal matter at the same

time because even though it's not a legal setting a courtroom one would

think that making a demand that you have to speak after Brett Kavanaugh is a

little rich don't you think at this point since she's the one making the

accusation well it's not a court of law but it certainly makes sense that the

accusation has to come first and that the person being accused gets to hear

exactly what the accusation is and then respond to it some of her other demands

I do think makes some sense that you know not having all these cameras not

having all of these things that you know high officials are used to but she's not

used to that and she's just going to tell her side of the story and I kind of

agree with I guess it's Kellyanne Conway who said that you know she should be

accommodated and giving her one more day is accommodating her she shouldn't be

attacked and I think Republicans would have a Pyrrhic victory wouldn't they if

they ended up losing the House and Senate because they mistreated her

instead of giving her one more day and hearing every one side of the story of

course I think they should also hear mark judges side of the story because

you know when you're a prosecutor as I was you always say

you know there's one more witness they could have called why didn't they call

him the defense has the power of subpoena let them call mark judge if

Mark judge is so important but you know here the Democrats don't have the power

to call mark judge don't have the power to call David that's not true what the

Democrats could have done which that in John you you can react to this the

Democrats could have done they could have gone out and done their own

investigation they could have interviewed mark judge they could have

interviewed Patrick Smith they could have done and they could have gotten

actually quite a bit done in the last 72 96 hours or so but instead what the

Democrats are doing is they're going on TV talking about how Cavanaugh is a

sexual predator someone I've known for 28 years or so John I know you've known

him for a long time your reaction to this

this demand by the accusers legal team Laura you actually put your finger on it

when you said this isn't actually a courtroom this is not a criminal trial

this is the Senate performing its constitutional job to give a vice and

consent it is a political process and a legal

process but it's not a criminal trial the Senate doesn't need the FBI to

conduct a criminal investigation as you say Laura each side has committee staff

they can go out and interview people they can interview them under oath I

think that's the most important thing that has to happen is the stories have

to be gotten under oath under pain of perjury from both judge Kavanaugh and

from dr. Ford the timing is actually important the sooner the better because

as time goes on people could adjust their stories and change them in

response to what they're hearing in the public I'm worried about that I think

actually the committee is right to try to freeze the stories in place as soon

as possible so that people can't start changing their stories that would be

even worse than moving the goalposts is that right well the Republicans did get

both judge and Patricks might they did interview them and they did sign

declarations which were signed under penalty of felony correct I mean so that

was done Democrats could have taken part in the questioning they decided not to

and going back to what David Katz said you got to be more accommodating to the

accuser I think the president was right let her speak but to say that this the

Senate wasn't accommodating it they could have interviewed her at home in

California they said they would they they Grassley said he would do it behind

closed doors in public would be questioned by an outside counsel which I

thought because it's all these white men up there it would have been better to

have an outside counsel especially a woman ask the questions now they don't

want that so it seems like they've been quite accommodating except on well we're

not going to do it whenever you want to do it because you don't get to dictate

the terms let's John I want you to listen in all

of you to part of the letter that was released again just about an hour ago

from the Cavanaugh accusers attorney the imposition of aggressive and artificial

deadlines regarding the dates and condition of any

hearing has created tremendous and unwarranted anxiety and stress on dr.

Ford your cavalier treatment of a sexual assault survivor who has been doing her

best to cooperate with a committee is completely inappropriate

John Lauro cavalier treatment of a sexual assault survivor seems more to me

like a political statement than it does to be from a lawyer who wants to

actually make some headway in these negotiations it's all about politics if

she was serious about having her client testify she would have made that

decision certainly by now to put her before the public let me just say one

thing she is going to be treated with kid gloves under no circumstances is she

going to be abused or treated disrespectfully that would be

counterintuitive to what the Republican majority wants to do so the reality is

they've bent over backwards to have her come in under appropriate circumstances

let's remember one thing an accuser does not get to call the shots this is a

process with deadlines she's decided to come forward and now she has to testify

truthfully and honestly and face the music David well I was a prosecutor I've

also defended people in the same situation as Judge Cavanaugh who are

faced with charges that seem absolutely unbelievable and they're totally denied

by my clients and I've gotten not guilty's and there are rules of

procedure in court the rules are less clear in the Senate my point is that the

Republicans and the committee should not be seen as not giving her a fair shot as

not hearing her story as not understanding that there's a very

unreported crime as Senator Collins has pointed out and president Trump should

treat her with respect at all times including in his tweets and the

Republicans for their own sake should treat her with respect and all the women

in this situation a man in this situation they don't come forward all

the time sometimes it's a long time before they make these allegations

everybody can understand that and as I say it's a Pyrrhic victory if they lose

the house and Senate by mistreating her or being

cavalier with her I don't think she's asked for so much being here I don't

think she's asked for so much she's asked for one more day

David the vote what she's asked her one more day yesterday the vote was supposed

to be yesterday Feinstein John you had the letter in July the Democrats seidman

Randy side when I think it was already plotting about how to derail Kavanagh

the same person who's now advising the legal team on overall you know process

and PR this has turned into a political cudgel to be used both against Kavanagh

the Republicans Donald Trump all the way to the midterm elections that might

sound silly but I've been in Washington for 30 years and it's Brett Kavanaugh is

getting no respect in my view in this process he's not being respected too

well himself John Laura I agree with you not only do we show respect to dr. Ford

we also have to show respect not just a judge Kavanagh we have to show respect

for the Senate what's going on here I think is that the Senate has been

manipulated that these charges were held back until the very last minute even

after the hearings are over and so what the Senate has to do is make sure it

does its constitutional job this is not about a forum for airing grievances the

Senate has to find out the truth there's no forensic evidence anymore the only

thing that's left is the witness testimony the Senators have to put them

under oath and while being respectful we have found in our legal system the best

way to get the truth is the subject both witnesses to questioning and

cross-examination I don't think that anyone should be treated with kid gloves

are treated differently we ask this people in cases every day and courtrooms

around the country in these kinds of cases I don't think we should expect any

less and give respect to Cavanaugh and to dr. Ford but show them respect by

expecting them to tell the truth under oath and be subject and willing to

answer questions and cross-examination right and we don't change the cameras or

the lighting I mean this is the only one camera angle what is that I mean if

you're gonna if you're gonna launch that kind of allegation against someone this

late in the game 36 years later then come along and say oh no but

I don't want a camera and a gorilla in a and a woman can't ask the question to me

that's just mushy love any of that Laura we're sure he's for symptoms to alleged

victim okay guys all right yeah I'm sorry I'm going on but when I heard the

camera thing I'm sorry you know everybody who goes up before

that committee at the Senate agreed to that Laura yeah Laura the Senate agreed

to that did I did I say they didn't I thought it was really really goofy okay

if me you look silly and goofy it sets a terrible precedent I don't

like that precedent of having to change the process she's absolutely in the game

a lot of a lot of us aren't used to this because it's so late in the game

welcome back to techsmartt for currently part 2 - the reasons why you should buy

the brand new iPhone 10s or 10s max so if you missed that video it's right up

and get caught up to speed because this is the opposite and why you shouldn't

buy this phone and fair warning the tennis max is a great phone and so is

the 10s I just got some things that I don't like and I don't know just kind of

an interesting way to do a review right so here we go don't buy the iPhone 10's

max and obviously for the first reason this is an S ear there's not really a

whole lot that looks different on the outside unless you get the max which is

Apple's largest iPhone now this is a six point five inch screen and I like it you

guys know that you can check out the video where I say this phone rocks but

as you can tell with 120 dollar fake iphone tennis max versus the real deal

that clone that I got if you missed that video it's right up there there's not a

whole lot that's even changed on the clones they've got a little better but

nothing drastic that was the iPhone 10 in 2017 so that's just something to keep

in mind and the biggest thing is battery life so the reason why specs are such a

big deal is the iPhone 10's has a 2659 milliamp hour battery

compared to the iPhone 10 from the year before having a twenty seven hundred

million power battery so obviously Apple is getting smarter at working with what

device has and how much the specs offer but I'm gonna be super honest this

doesn't give me all day battery life that's what I'm looking for for a phone

right now I'm a power user you're probably a power user and honestly we

need all-day battery life so with the galaxy note 9 or some other phones out

there like even the poco phone f1 at $300 it's gonna get you all day battery

life the note 9 has four thousand milliamp hours

this is 3100 and starts at $1,100 now this is kind of an obvious one but

it's starting to really become true the iPhone 10s and 10's max are stupid

expensive kind of make sense a thousand dollar phone you're gonna repeat history

from 2017 totally cool but for a 64 gigabyte 10s max in any color silver

space grey or gold it's gonna cost you $1,100 before tax that's crazy and

that's just in the u.s. with pricing it gets more expensive in other countries

especially with different currencies but that's a whole lot of money for kind of

what you get yeah it's a bigger screen a little bigger battery life but the 10r

is right around the corner the extended-release

is gonna be totally amazing and I'm kind of excited to see for 750 bucks what

that XR really means and if it's totally worth the price is that the future of

Apple I'm kind of starting to ask myself is this phone good but is cheaper better

I'm going to kind of show Apple in the future it's too early to call I'm

excited for the iPhone 10 are man that's really going to be the phone that sets

Apple apart make summer break some or if we're just gonna see a $1,500 phone next

year what's kinda hard to believe and you guys probably get a sense of where

this entire video is going don't buy the iPhone 10's max it just is not making

sense and the whole thing is with the iPhone 10 are that kind of shot Apple in

the foot in some ways because here's the deal for 750 bucks you get a 64 gigabyte

phone with a 6.1 inch screen that's not a LED but it has liquid retina

whatever that means excited to test that out aluminum and it has some fun colors

and colors are definitely cool I don't know why we're getting all amped about

three colors and then spending over a thousand dollars in most cases probably

pretty much everyone spending over a thousand dollars in some country for an

iPhone 10 10 s tennis max whatever and these three colors are cool but more

colors is also cooler and it's kind of more way to express yourself with the

phone these phones are getting expensive at least be able to personalize and

that's how I totally feel and for $50 more you

828 gigabyte iPhone XR for $800 that's basically functional I don't know about

you guys but that sounds like a perfect deal to me it sounds like the best deal

of the year from Apple and with the whole tennis max it just sounds like it

gets more expensive faster than it actually gets better and I think we'd

all agree also speaking at 10s do you want to be that guy that's hanging out

at that party and like hey what's up guys hey what's up Shauna put your

number in my phone on my uh oh wow since their gold iPhone tennis iphone

tennis let's call it the iPhone 11 next year let's just make it super simple

iPhone tennis like if I dropped the phone Zittel racket penalty but when it

comes to the tennis max this seems like the super premium status symbol that you

probably know and love and that I probably know and love and that's why I

bought one right but outside of like real innovation the eight twelve Bionic

chips cool it's fast it's not that groundbreaking I think the camera is

really good but there's nothing new about it they're still using the same 12

megapixel camera with a seven megapixel front selfie camera so that's good

everything's gonna look really crisp really clean maybe a little bit too

crisp and clean if you're not into that whole thing the only thing that's really

new is some of the new lighting and the smart HDR which basically takes a few

photos like up to four so stiches them all together and really composites the

best shot for your phone so that's smart that's an iPhone 10s and 10's max

feature but iOS 12 I was twelve I wish twelve works on the iPhone ten but you

can't buy that at the Apple store anymore so all you gots the iPhone 10s

or 10s max I'm gonna be so honest just wait for the iPhone 10 are trust me I'm

excited to check it out if that phone sucks

definitely pick one of these up there's gonna be deals right around the holiday

season just trust me on it and I don't know I think it's a really good phone

but for the price for fourteen hundred and forty nine dollars for the

512 gigabyte iPhone 10s max that's the one I got I know it's crazy I'm a fool

you're probably smarter than I am and vote up in the iCard you guys even like

this phone yes no I don't think you probably do I really want to return it

I want the 10r to come out that's the one I think it's gonna be the heat so

what's up everybody so in this video I'm gonna be showing you how I maintain my

daughter's hair for two weeks so the first thing that I do is spritz her hair

with a leave-in conditioner in this case I'm using motions I make sure to work

that into her hair strands depending on how the hair feels I will spritz a

little bit more making sure to get all of her hair strands if you don't have an

Liquid leave-in you can use water then I get my DIY mango shea butter hair Moisturizer

and I warm that up into my hands and then I distribute the cream onto her

hair strands making sure to get the ends of the hair since the ends are the

oldest part of the hair

so I warm up the cream then I make sure I applied to the braids just like this

okay I don't get to neglect her scalp so what I do is use this DIY oil mix if

you guys are interested in knowing what I have in the oil just check the info

cards above and what I do is distribute the oil into the each area of the braid

and use my finger to make sure that the scalp is well hydrated and I do that on

the entire head making sure to get all of her scalp

depends on how her hair feels I don't use a edge control on her hair because

Brett Kavanaugh's Accuser FINALLY Agrees To Testify But There's Yet Another BIG Catch

breaking news just in the last hour Christine was aise Ford's attorney

making an eleventh-hour desperation play with the Senate Judiciary Committee

just moments ago she asked for yet another day for dr. Ford to consider the

committee's offer for her to testify this coming Wednesday the response

coming in just before 10:00 p.m. Eastern deadline tonight joining us now with

reaction is john yoo former general counsel to the Senate Judiciary

Committee former US Attorney David Katz is with us

along with former federal prosecutor John Lauro let's start with John Lauro

John for a lot of us who've been watching this over the last few days

we've been concerned about moving the goal posts yes I believe the the the

testimony was supposed to be on Monday not Wednesday but so it's she was

supposed to respond about appearing on Monday I think they're negotiating about

Wednesday but nevertheless the goalposts keep moving it's a smart lawyer

I think representing this accuser because she's pushing it into the last

minute to get her client as much time leeway as she can but at what point does

the committee's patience run thin here I think they're just about there she has

to either put up or shut up how much preparation time does she need to tell

the truth that's the question I mean she's been dealing with lawyers for

weeks if not months now it's time for her to face the music she's made a very

serious accusation and it's now now the moment of truth comes she has to face

questioning she has to be asked the tough questions and she can't escape it

if she refuses to testify then the bottom line is that he's going to be

confirmed and this thing is over but there's a legal expression for what her

lawyer is doing and that's jerking around you know she every time they

reach a point where there's an agreement then all of a sudden you know as you say

the goalposts move and that's just inappropriate David I know there are

very strong feelings about this case on both sides or you know a lot of

Democrats that she wouldn't come forward unless

this happened and even though she does remember key details that's okay if this

has to go on another two or three weeks so be it

but it's interesting to note how this is proceeding as a legal matter at the same

time because even though it's not a legal setting a courtroom one would

think that making a demand that you have to speak after Brett Kavanaugh is a

little rich don't you think at this point since she's the one making the

accusation well it's not a court of law but it certainly makes sense that the

accusation has to come first and that the person being accused gets to hear

exactly what the accusation is and then respond to it some of her other demands

I do think makes some sense that you know not having all these cameras not

having all of these things that you know high officials are used to but she's not

used to that and she's just going to tell her side of the story and I kind of

agree with I guess it's Kellyanne Conway who said that you know she should be

accommodated and giving her one more day is accommodating her she shouldn't be

attacked and I think Republicans would have a Pyrrhic victory wouldn't they if

they ended up losing the House and Senate because they mistreated her

instead of giving her one more day and hearing every one side of the story of

course I think they should also hear mark judges side of the story because

you know when you're a prosecutor as I was you always say

you know there's one more witness they could have called why didn't they call

him the defense has the power of subpoena let them call mark judge if

Mark judge is so important but you know here the Democrats don't have the power

to call mark judge don't have the power to call David that's not true what the

Democrats could have done which that in John you you can react to this the

Democrats could have done they could have gone out and done their own

investigation they could have interviewed mark judge they could have

interviewed Patrick Smith they could have done and they could have gotten

actually quite a bit done in the last 72 96 hours or so but instead what the

Democrats are doing is they're going on TV talking about how Cavanaugh is a

sexual predator someone I've known for 28 years or so John I know you've known

him for a long time your reaction to this

this demand by the accusers legal team Laura you actually put your finger on it

when you said this isn't actually a courtroom this is not a criminal trial

this is the Senate performing its constitutional job to give a vice and

consent it is a political process and a legal

process but it's not a criminal trial the Senate doesn't need the FBI to

conduct a criminal investigation as you say Laura each side has committee staff

they can go out and interview people they can interview them under oath I

think that's the most important thing that has to happen is the stories have

to be gotten under oath under pain of perjury from both judge Kavanaugh and

from dr. Ford the timing is actually important the sooner the better because

as time goes on people could adjust their stories and change them in

response to what they're hearing in the public I'm worried about that I think

actually the committee is right to try to freeze the stories in place as soon

as possible so that people can't start changing their stories that would be

even worse than moving the goalposts is that right well the Republicans did get

both judge and Patricks might they did interview them and they did sign

declarations which were signed under penalty of felony correct I mean so that

was done Democrats could have taken part in the questioning they decided not to

and going back to what David Katz said you got to be more accommodating to the

accuser I think the president was right let her speak but to say that this the

Senate wasn't accommodating it they could have interviewed her at home in

California they said they would they they Grassley said he would do it behind

closed doors in public would be questioned by an outside counsel which I

thought because it's all these white men up there it would have been better to

have an outside counsel especially a woman ask the questions now they don't

want that so it seems like they've been quite accommodating except on well we're

not going to do it whenever you want to do it because you don't get to dictate

the terms let's John I want you to listen in all

of you to part of the letter that was released again just about an hour ago

from the Cavanaugh accusers attorney the imposition of aggressive and artificial

deadlines regarding the dates and condition of any

hearing has created tremendous and unwarranted anxiety and stress on dr.

Ford your cavalier treatment of a sexual assault survivor who has been doing her

best to cooperate with a committee is completely inappropriate

John Lauro cavalier treatment of a sexual assault survivor seems more to me

like a political statement than it does to be from a lawyer who wants to

actually make some headway in these negotiations it's all about politics if

she was serious about having her client testify she would have made that

decision certainly by now to put her before the public let me just say one

thing she is going to be treated with kid gloves under no circumstances is she

going to be abused or treated disrespectfully that would be

counterintuitive to what the Republican majority wants to do so the reality is

they've bent over backwards to have her come in under appropriate circumstances

let's remember one thing an accuser does not get to call the shots this is a

process with deadlines she's decided to come forward and now she has to testify

truthfully and honestly and face the music David well I was a prosecutor I've

also defended people in the same situation as Judge Cavanaugh who are

faced with charges that seem absolutely unbelievable and they're totally denied

by my clients and I've gotten not guilty's and there are rules of

procedure in court the rules are less clear in the Senate my point is that the

Republicans and the committee should not be seen as not giving her a fair shot as

not hearing her story as not understanding that there's a very

unreported crime as Senator Collins has pointed out and president Trump should

treat her with respect at all times including in his tweets and the

Republicans for their own sake should treat her with respect and all the women

in this situation a man in this situation they don't come forward all

the time sometimes it's a long time before they make these allegations

everybody can understand that and as I say it's a Pyrrhic victory if they lose

the house and Senate by mistreating her or being

cavalier with her I don't think she's asked for so much being here I don't

think she's asked for so much she's asked for one more day

David the vote what she's asked her one more day yesterday the vote was supposed

to be yesterday Feinstein John you had the letter in July the Democrats seidman

Randy side when I think it was already plotting about how to derail Kavanagh

the same person who's now advising the legal team on overall you know process

and PR this has turned into a political cudgel to be used both against Kavanagh

the Republicans Donald Trump all the way to the midterm elections that might

sound silly but I've been in Washington for 30 years and it's Brett Kavanaugh is

getting no respect in my view in this process he's not being respected too

well himself John Laura I agree with you not only do we show respect to dr. Ford

we also have to show respect not just a judge Kavanagh we have to show respect

for the Senate what's going on here I think is that the Senate has been

manipulated that these charges were held back until the very last minute even

after the hearings are over and so what the Senate has to do is make sure it

does its constitutional job this is not about a forum for airing grievances the

Senate has to find out the truth there's no forensic evidence anymore the only

thing that's left is the witness testimony the Senators have to put them

under oath and while being respectful we have found in our legal system the best

way to get the truth is the subject both witnesses to questioning and

cross-examination I don't think that anyone should be treated with kid gloves

are treated differently we ask this people in cases every day and courtrooms

around the country in these kinds of cases I don't think we should expect any

less and give respect to Cavanaugh and to dr. Ford but show them respect by

expecting them to tell the truth under oath and be subject and willing to

answer questions and cross-examination right and we don't change the cameras or

the lighting I mean this is the only one camera angle what is that I mean if

you're gonna if you're gonna launch that kind of allegation against someone this

late in the game 36 years later then come along and say oh no but

I don't want a camera and a gorilla in a and a woman can't ask the question to me

that's just mushy love any of that Laura we're sure he's for symptoms to alleged

victim okay guys all right yeah I'm sorry I'm going on but when I heard the

camera thing I'm sorry you know everybody who goes up before

that committee at the Senate agreed to that Laura yeah Laura the Senate agreed

to that did I did I say they didn't I thought it was really really goofy okay

if me you look silly and goofy it sets a terrible precedent I don't

like that precedent of having to change the process she's absolutely in the game

a lot of a lot of us aren't used to this because it's so late in the game

So benefit number one to dry body brushing is that it is a form of exfoliation.

We all know how important exfoliation is for the body, however we find that we don't actually

don't do it all that often on the body.

We're more focused on the face.

So dry body brushing daily will help remove any buildup of dead skin cells.

It's also going to allow your products to absorb deeper into the skin giving you a better

result.

So if you suffer from dry skin, you're finding that you're just feeling a little bit sluggish

Benefit number two to dry body brushing is it improves circulation around the body which

means that our blood vessels dilate which allows them to work better and it also allows

our muscles to receive oxygen.

So cellulite is actually caused by a number of factors when it happens that underlying

So dry body brushing can be a preventative of cellulite or it can help minimize the appearance

because we are boosting blood circulation around the body which is also going to help

Alright, so obviously you've been doing a little bit

of research about Senegence.

You've been searching on Google, or YouTube,

and you stumbled across this video.

And by the end of this video,

you're going to learn my top ten reasons

as to why I absolutely love Senegence,

why I fell in love with it,

and why I'm choosing to make this my career long-term,

and why I have girls on my team

that have chosen this business

as their lifelong business.

And now, it's your time to learn.

Let's get into it.

Reason number one,

and this has to be probably my favorite

and most important reason

as to why I love Senegence, but, flexibility.

Flexibility is huge in this business,

you get to set your own hours.

You get to make time to do this business

the way that you wanna run it.

For me, I stumbled across this business

when I was on maternity leave,

and I was expecting my second child.

I just wanted to stay at home with my kids,

that's all I wanted.

And this business has given me exactly that,

I'm able to stay at home with my kids, it's incredible.

You can literally work this business from anywhere,

you just need a phone, you need a laptop.

I mean, you can do this in person too,

it's totally up to you.

But there is so much flexibility in this business.

Reason number two: company events and perks.

This company is a lot of fun, I'm not gonna lie,

like, our corporate staff is incredible,

they're so much fun, I love going to company events,

because they're just a blast.

I always like, count down on my calendar,

and, it's just like the most funnest thing, ever.

Our company ranks are not boring,

they're not like, team leader, and executive director,

and field leader.

Mm-mm, mm-mm, (laughs).

Our company ranks are actually named after royalty.

Our CEO thought about Princess Diana,

and what she emulated as a person.

So, she was beautiful inside and out, obviously,

but she was an amazing leader,

and she had so much integrity,

and she wants that for her leaders.

So she named all of our ranks in this company after royalty.

So, for instance, my rank is duchess,

but there are other ranks that are named maiden,

and royal, and countess, and princess, and crown princess.

And when you reach the rank of crown princess,

it means you have a million dollar team.

Joni Rogers, our CEO, actually gives you a real crown.

Like, for reals.

Who doesn't want a real crown?

Like, come on.

Reason number three,

this is probably one of my favorites, the sisterhood.

Some of my best friends are in this company,

and I never would've met them had it not been for Senegence.

Like, even just making a new circle of friends

and feeling so loved,

and the culture in this company is incredible.

Everyone genuinely wants to help each other,

there is no competition,

everyone just wants to see every single person succeed.

There is so much support in this company,

and you get to make so many friends.

So, last year the CEO gave away two big trips,

Like, what business rewards you for doing a good job

by sending you on a luxurious, all expenses paid trip?

Like, it's amazing, it's incredible.

And then on top of that,

there are gifts that you can earn for sales,

and for sponsoring, and for doing an amazing job,

you can get an Apple watch, and you can get,

you know, purses, and a KitchenAid,

and all sorts of amazing stuff.

So there's tons of company perks.

Number five: the ability to earn what you wanna earn.

I always say that input equals output,

like, what you put into this business

is obviously what you're gonna earn from this business.

So if you treat it like a part-time job,

it's gonna pay you like a part-time job.

If you treat it like a full-time business,

it's gonna pay you like a full-time business.

And, like, for instance,

if you work a nine to five job and you work super,

super, super hard, you're still gonna get paid by the hour

or by the salary, you're not gonna get paid a ton more

for doing, you know, an exceptional job.

Whereas this company,

you get paid for what you put into it, it's amazing.

Reason number six, and this could be a huge one

for many of you,

there is no huge overhead in starting this business,

it's 55 dollars, that's all you have to invest.

It's not like a brick and mortar store,

or a business where you have to invest like,

100,000 dollars to get the storefront, and to get the staff,

and to get the product, and the stock,

and fill the store, and all that kinda stuff.

55 dollars guys, like, that's all you have to invest,

and then the rest will come,

like, your mentor is gonna show you different ways

on how you can run the business.

You can keep stock if you want to,

you can take pre-orders if you want to,

you can run your business in so many different ways,

and it's just gonna pay you the way that

you wanna get paid.

Reason number seven: you can run your business

in person, or online, or you could do a bit of both.

I personally do a bit of both,

I love being able to see people in person,

but I do a lot of it online too,

because I have two young kids,

and I, you know, stay at home with them, obviously,

so you can run your business

however you wanna run it.

People do a bit of both, and there is success in both

of those ways of doing it.

Reason number eight: you, you, my friends, are in control.

(laughs) so, you don't have a boss

hangin' over your shoulder telling you what to do,

and all that kinda stuff.

You have to have that fire under your butt,

and you need to be self-motivated

to get going and run this business,

because you are the one that's accountable,

you're your own boss.

You get to set your own hours,

you know, you're in control of your full 24 hours,

nobody else is, and that is so awesome.

Reason number nine: the training and the mentorship.

Guys, my favorite thing in this business

is being able to share everything I know

and all of the ways

that I have found success in this business,

that is like, my life passion.

I just can't even tell you how much

support I have been given in this business

from other leaders, and other trainers,

and there is hundreds, hundreds of trainings out there

to make you successful.

You will never be left in the dust,

everybody will be here to support you,

and to love on you, and to hug you, I'll hug you.

Reason number ten: it's fun.

Guys, like, how many of you can say

that your business is a lot of fun?

Like, I genuinely find this business

to be so fun, I don't even feel like it's a job.

I really love to do what I do,

I love making women feel beautiful about themselves,

and I love being able to help other women support

their own families by starting their own business,

and empowering women to do this,

it's just incredible.

Guys, like, I'm telling you, it's the best job

in the entire world.

You need this in your life, (laughs).

hey guys back with another video today I am talking about raw foods and processed

foods I seen this on my Instagram page I thought it was a great piece of content

to talk about at this point because I had noticed it as well I was meaning for

about about a week to put a post on my Instagram page with the same question

why is raw fruits and vegetables things that are good for us

despite organic or non-organic fruits or vegetables do have some type of

pesticides on to keep them from getting rotten from bugs and stuff like that

that eat at the fruit and the vegetables I'm trying to understand why there's so

much more expensive than processed foods you know it's like it's an arm and a leg

to try to find a deal when you're trying to you know eat raw or eat a little bit

more healthier maybe 80% raw 20% you know cooked foods and processed

foods but it seems like when you're trying to do the right thing for the

body it starts to get expensive I know a lot of people that were juicing

that had to stop juicing because it was getting to be too expensive to buy these

fruits and vegetables but you know when you they feel as

though because they have a family some people didn't have a family it just is

more reasonable to buy processed foods and nothing fresh as far as fruits and

vegetables because it can get really pricey and I really think that the

people who are left in charge of our fate when it comes to what is put in the

supermarket they have plants for us and they're not good plans and the reason

why I say that is because you would think that if they wanted us as a nation

to get healthy they would make the raw fruits and vegetables

affordable and then the processed food which should be optional for people who

maybe they don't like raw fruits and vegetables that should be a little bit

more pricier because you know when you eat processed food it causes a lot of

health problems when you eat raw diet it heals and detoxes and it does a lot of

wonderful things that processed foods are not going to do for you so for them

to make it hard the food administration for us to be able to purchase raw fruits

and vegetables some people happen to change over their lifestyle because of

it being too expensive to me it's a really sad situation and I would like to

hear your opinion on this and maybe you don't even notice that the raw fruits

and vegetables are more expensive and I'm bringing this to your attention and

showing you awareness on it now so that when you go into the grocery store you

can see exactly what I'm talking about and I would also like to hear

suggestions on how do you think we can change the situation and make it better

for our community to be able to get the fresh fruits and vegetables and live a

healthy productive life and a longer life adding fruits and vegetables into

Stuffed Squid_ Korean Sausage _ Sundae_High protein nutritional food - Duration: 7:15.

Ingredients : 2 squid, tofu, carrot, green onion, garlic, onion, mushroom, flour (or rice powder), egg

Any ingredient in the refrigerator is fine. I skipped the glass noodles, because it was difficult to cook and high in calories, but if I added it, it would be even more Korean Sausage

Remove bones from the head of the squid and wash them with water.

Leave washed squid on kitchen towel for a while.

Chop the ingredients into small pieces.

I'm going to use a food processor, so I cut it roughly.

I thought it would be full of ingredients, so I put tofu and eggs in it later.

If enough capacity is available, put it in from the beginning and replace it.

Add flour or a teaspoon of rice flour to the dough and mix. It prevents water from forming.

You can choose between salt and pepper depending on your preference here.

Scrub the squid with flour or a teaspoon of rice powder on its head. Keep the filling away.

Fill the squid's head 70 to 80 percent.

As you cook, the squid's head gets smaller, so when you fill it up, the filling pop out.

Use a skewer to protect the end.

You need to drill holes in the head of the squid so that it doesn't get water inside.

Steam in steamer for 30 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let cool for 10 minutes.

It won't cut pretty if you slice it right away.

High-protein, nutritious squid! It's absolutely delicious!

hey guys back with another video today I am talking about raw foods and processed

foods I seen this on my Instagram page I thought it was a great piece of content

to talk about at this point because I had noticed it as well I was meaning for

about about a week to put a post on my Instagram page with the same question

why is raw fruits and vegetables things that are good for us

despite organic or non-organic fruits or vegetables do have some type of

pesticides on to keep them from getting rotten from bugs and stuff like that

that eat at the fruit and the vegetables I'm trying to understand why there's so

much more expensive than processed foods you know it's like it's an arm and a leg

to try to find a deal when you're trying to you know eat raw or eat a little bit

more healthier maybe 80% raw 20% you know cooked foods and processed

foods but it seems like when you're trying to do the right thing for the

body it starts to get expensive I know a lot of people that were juicing

that had to stop juicing because it was getting to be too expensive to buy these

fruits and vegetables but you know when you they feel as

though because they have a family some people didn't have a family it just is

more reasonable to buy processed foods and nothing fresh as far as fruits and

vegetables because it can get really pricey and I really think that the

people who are left in charge of our fate when it comes to what is put in the

supermarket they have plants for us and they're not good plans and the reason

why I say that is because you would think that if they wanted us as a nation

to get healthy they would make the raw fruits and vegetables

affordable and then the processed food which should be optional for people who

maybe they don't like raw fruits and vegetables that should be a little bit

more pricier because you know when you eat processed food it causes a lot of

health problems when you eat raw diet it heals and detoxes and it does a lot of

wonderful things that processed foods are not going to do for you so for them

to make it hard the food administration for us to be able to purchase raw fruits

and vegetables some people happen to change over their lifestyle because of

it being too expensive to me it's a really sad situation and I would like to

hear your opinion on this and maybe you don't even notice that the raw fruits

and vegetables are more expensive and I'm bringing this to your attention and

showing you awareness on it now so that when you go into the grocery store you

can see exactly what I'm talking about and I would also like to hear

suggestions on how do you think we can change the situation and make it better

for our community to be able to get the fresh fruits and vegetables and live a

healthy productive life and a longer life adding fruits and vegetables into
