RASISAM U DUBAIJU | RACISM IN DUBAI - Duration: 6:17.

Hi guys and welcome back for one more video with me.

Todays subject is racism

This is something I really have not face with before, while

I was living in Serbia, so take this as

preparation,

to know what to expect when you came here.

I want to tell you, everything I will tell you in this video is based

on my own experience and on experience of people

which I have been in contact with for this 3 years

So if you think, I have not something I should

more than welcome to leave comment below.

On the Middle East, racism is on so

high level, you could tell it is

shown very openly.

Very often you will see companies

publishing job vacancy , where on the side is written

only Europeans, or it is written

only Indian\Philippines

I will tell you something now, and

I KNOW HOW TERRIBLE THIS SOUNDS, but this is reality

and there is no any easier or better

way to say this

The fact that you have white color skin

bring you so much benefits here in this country.

As I said, I know how awful this sounds

but really, because you are "white"

plays big part how your life will be here.

It is the fact that every company

it doesn't matter which work this company represents

want to have European looking people.

It is like that...

This can be beneficial for you

but in some moments it can bring some

difficulties as well. Let me explain to you...

It can happen, you come to work as a manager

or engineer , it doesn't matter

in collective where is mainly employee from India or Philippines.

It is not unusual that they do not

want to help you or they do not want

to share some information with you

because you are treat for them.

I want you to understand

whole story about racism

here in Dubai is two way street.

What I mean by this...

You can find on internet or just in casual conversation

where people

who do not have European look

will say" my friend is white girl" or will say

" I was dating with white women"

So it is two way , it is not like Europeans

discriminate other nationalities ...

I meant, this is how thing are working here, it is cruel , as soon

as you prepare for this, it will be easier for you.

But really there is big benefit

just because you look European

There is one more type of racism here and it's called Modern racism

and it means that your salary

often, will not be based

on your experience and your qualification

yet, it will be based on your passport.

I will tell you gradation

of the least paid passports to the highest paid

and you can see in which category you are in.

The lowest paid is Bangladesh, Pakistan,

Nepal and so on...

After would be African countries

which, there is big difference if you are coming as white man

from South Africa for example...After would be

Philippines and Indians, after would be

Thailand, Malaysia

more developed countries of

Asia. After there are Lebanese and

Morocco . After there are

Europeans. On second place would be Canadian

US, Australia and UK.

And on the number one I would say

local passport from UAE.

Regarding, Europe part...

even Serbia belongs to Europe as per geography

we are not part of the European Union.

All countries that are belonging to EU

will be paid more that countries who are not part in it.

Please, keep in mind this is not always 100% like this everywhere

and this is more related to the moment

when you are coming here from your home country.

You are not , in that time, in good position to

negotiate for a salary, because you do not have experience from UAE.

When you come here, you get some experience,

understand how market is working

of course it can happened that you as

someone from Serbia has a bigger salary than someone

who is from Spain, Italy or France.

So do not take this as 100% information

I am just saying how it can be at the

beginning when you come here.

Let me tell you,

here, very often can happen that in the same company

on the same position, 2 different passport

2 different salaries.

This is the reason why did I say at the beginning

salary is not based on your

qualification and what you can offer

it is based on your passport.

There is big difference if let's

if Lebanese person, who has grown in Canada and has Canadian passport

apply will have much more higher salary than

Lebanese person who is having Lebanese passport

It is the same for rest of the world.

Passport is what matter, not your origin

Really, you job offer and salary is based

on passport you posses .Stronger passport you have

salary will be higher.

After all, it's crucial

moment when you came here

and negotiate for you salary and value your self as employee.

So I just give you some general distribution

One more thing you can face with here is

people who are on lower position than you.

are having bigger salary than you because they have stronger passport. No matter how ironic it sounds

it is how it is. So if you come here and you

have white skin,

it will be much more better

than people who don't have. This sound so bad...

This is how it is, I don't want to tell fair tells

I don't want to lie...

I am sending you kisses

and see you next Monday. Bye!

"My Top 5 Thrift Stores in Sydney" by Asha Tregear – EF Guest Vlog - Duration: 6:32.

Hey, guys. My name's Asha. I'm a YouTuber from Sydney, Australia.

I have my own channel where I create beauty and fashion content.

But today, I'm here on the EF channel because I'm going to be doing an EF guest vlog

showing you guys all of my favourite thrift and vintage shops around Sydney

because that's where EF has an English language school.

The majority of the stores I'm going to show you guys are based around the Surry Hills area

because I personally feel like this is one of the best areas to go to

if you're looking for bulk, vintage and thrift shops in Sydney.

It's also really close to the EF Language school, so you guys can just walk there.

You don't need a car or anything to get there.

There are so many little vintage and thrift shops all together, which is amazing.

Then, I'm also going to be heading over to one of my -

well, actually my favourite vintage shops over in Rozelle in Sydney.

So, I really hope you guys enjoy this video. Make sure you give it a thumbs-up if you do.

Let's go shopping.

Hey guys. It's Asha.

We're in Sydney and today I'm going to show you guys my top five favourite thrift stores in Sydney

and also give you guys some tips for thrift shopping along the way.

We're starting at Surry Hills.

This is a really good area if you guys are looking for vintage or thrift shops.

We're going to go to a few here and then move to a few different places around the city.

Our first stop is Miss Brown Vintage. It's just across the road

and they have really good vintage denim brands such as Lee and Levi's.

If you're looking for denim jackets, skirts and cool vintage jeans, then this is the perfect place.

So, first up is Miss Brown Vintage. Let's go!

I just left Miss Brown Vintage.

It's just over there and we walked down to C's Flashback.

You'll really love this store if you guys are looking for 80s or 90s accessories.

Let's go in!

On our next stop, we're going right across the road to the U-Turn in Surry Hills.

We're also going to be going to another one in Rozelle after this.

It's really good for vintage, so let's go!

Hi guys. We're at the Vinnies in Surry Hills now.

This one is really good if you guys are looking for knick-knacks and stuff.

You do kind of have to dig, but it's worth it to find some good stuff.

My next tip is to always look in the guy's section. You can find some really cool t-shirts.

For example, this one, you could roll up the sleeves and wear it with denim shorts.

So, always make sure you look in the guy's section.

We've just left Surry Hills and come over to Rozelle to come to the final stop of today's video.

This is my all-time favourite op shop in Sydney.

It's the U-Turn in Rozelle and it's absolutely amazing.

If there's one you guys are going to go to, I definitely recommend this one.

They have some really incredible pieces.

I would definitely recommend coming during the week instead of on the weekend

because they have new drops during the week and there are less people around. Let's go!

My next tip to you guys when you're shopping

is to always keep an open mind as to how you can style items at home.

This one, for example, you can pair with a belt, cut the sleeves off or cut it a bit shorter.

It's really cute!

My final tip for this video is to make sure you guys always look in the accessories section

because I feel like a lot of people forget to do this,

but you can find some amazing stuff.

For example, this U-Turn has really good belts and necklaces.

Guys, we just left U-Turn, which was our final op shop for the day.

I really hope you guys enjoyed this tour and the good tips I gave you,

and that you found them useful.

If you guys have any tips yourselves,

make sure you leave them in the comment section down below

as I'm sure that everyone would really appreciate it.

The tips that I gave you guys are definitely things I keep in mind whenever I'm op shopping

because they help me find really cool pieces I hope you guys enjoy this video.

If you guys want to check out my YouTube channel, it's just "Asha Tregear" on YouTube.

Hopefully, I'll see you guys soon. Bye!

How to calibrate Garmin Xero bow sight - Duration: 10:38.

Hi Youtubers

I will now show you how to adjust the Garmin Xero bow sight to your bow.

This process consists of three steps:

First: Mechanically zeroing in the primary pin at 15 meters

Secondly: Aligning the rangefinder, which you can see on the front of sight, with your

primary pin

And third: Shooting at various distances to learn the bowsight the ballistic of your bow

and arrow

Here you see the sight mounted on the bow.

It has just been mounted, has not yet been turned on, and is therefore at factory setting.

Let's start by turning on the sight.

When you turn on the sight for the first time, it will automatically start a guide, which

will help you through the setup process.

First you will be propted to select language.

I select English, but you can of course select any language you prefer.

Next I have to select units of distance measurement, available options are yards and meters.

I select meters.

Then I'm asked if I want to start pin calibration.

And that's exactly what I want, so I select Yes.

As this is the Xero A1i, the more expensive model, I get the option to select ranged pin

color.

I prefer the the ranged pin to be green, so that's what I'll select.

Now I get to option to select pin brightness.

Let's take a look at how that works.

Let me increase the brightness and then click OK.

Next I can adjust reticle brightness.

The reticle refers to the green circle and arrows you see around the red dot used when

measuring distance to the target.

Let me increase the reticle brightness a little also.

Now I'm instructed to stand at the range, where I want to zero in the first, also referred

to as the primary, pin.

It has to be at least 15 meters from the target, which is what I recommend.

Let's press OK, go to the 15 meter mark and shoot an arrow.

I'm now standing 15 meters away from the target.

Now I press and hold the trigger.

The sight will now use the laser rangefinder to measure the distance to the target.

The 15 meters are now confirmed.

Now I release the trigger and I'm asked if I want to use the 15 meter range.

I confirm by clicking to OK button.

Now I zero in the first pin at 15 meters.

This is done by sliding the the sight on the straight rails.

Use this vertical and this horisontal rail to adjust the sight.

Please note that there are both straight and curved rails on the sight.

Make sure you only use the straight rails to zero in the primary pin.

For this you need a 7/64th inch hex key.

In order the keep weight down, the rails are made of aluminum, not steel.

Therefore the maximum torque is only 2.2 Nm, which is not very much.

If you don't have torque wrench available, you can turn the screw until it makes contact

and then it 1/4 turn.

You might damage the sight if you exceed the maximum torque, so make sure be be really

careful when you tighten the screws.

When you need to figure out which way to slide the sight, you can think of it this way:

Move the sight to where your arrows hit.

So for example: If you arrows hit to the left of where you aim, you need to move the sight

to left and so on.

Now I have mechanically zeroed in the first pin at 15 meters, using the straight rails

only.

During this process the display has shown this message: Set pin using vertical and horisontal

rails.

I now click OK to confirm that I have finished setting up the first pin.

Next step is to adjust the reticle for the laser range finder.

This is done by nocking an arrow, draw the bow and look through the peep sight.

The reticle must be adjusted so the red dot exactly fits in the green circle.

This example show a reticle, where the red dot needs to be adjusted up the right.

This adjustment ensures that the laser rangefinder measures the distance to where you aim the

red dot.

Use the horizontal and vertical curved rails to adjust the laser range finder reticle.

The curved rails are constructed so that adjustments on these only affects the laser rangefinder

reticle, it does not change where is arrow hit.

So make sure you don't use the straight rails while adjustning the laser rangefinder reticle.

Now I have adjusted the reticle, so the red dot fits in the green circle when I draw the

bow an look through the peep sight as I normally would when shooting.

Then I confirm the adjustment of the reticle by clicking ok.

Just to make sure that I did not change where the arrow hits, I'm now asked to shoot an

arrow 15 meters from the target and confirm that the primary pin still is accurate.

I now shot a couple of arrows to check that my primary pin is still accurate at 15 meters.

Since I did not touch the straight rails, it's still accurate and I confirm that it's

still accurate by clicking OK.

I'm now instructed to back up 10 meters, which means going back to 25 meters from the target

The display now instructs me to hold the trigger to measure the distance to the target.

The distance is measured and I release the trigger.

Now I'm prompted to confirm that I will use 25 meters as the next distance.

I confirm by clicking OK, and I'm now ready to shoot at 25 meters.

I now shot 3 arrows on target at 25 meters.

The display now asks me if the arrows hit bullseye.

Let's go the target and see.

This is the group of arrows shot from 25 meters.

As you can see, the group is 5 centimeters too high.

So now we need to go back to bow and enter a correction, to get accurate shots at 25 meters

Now I'm back with the bow, and I have to answer if the arrows hit bullseye.

They did not, as shots were 5 centimeters too high, so I select No and click OK.

Next question is if I missed too high or too low.

I select High and click OK again.

Now I have to enter how much too high, and I select 5 centimeters and click OK.

Now the sight adjusts the ranged pin, I have to shoot again at 25 meters the see if the

arrows are accurate now.

I now shot 3 arrows, and they were accurate.

So I confirm they hit bullseye by selecting yes and clicking ok.

Next step is to back up another 10 meters and repeat the same process I did at 25 meters.

I have now repeated the electronic calibration at 25, 35, 45 and 55 meters.

55 meters is the maximum distance I want to shoot, so when asked if I want to calibrate

more distances, I select no and click ok.

I'm now asked if I want to set fixed pins.

If fixed pins are set, I can always fall back to a traditional fixed pin sight.

This next step allows me to define the distances, for which I want fixed pins.

I select yes and click OK to begin setting fixed pins.

I select the first pin at 15 meters.

I want this pin to be green.

The A1i model allows me the set the pin color for the fixed pins.

I want to set another pin, and this time I want to set it at 25 meters.

So I scroll down, select 25 and this time I want a red pin.

Now I want another pin at 35 meters and this time I want it green.

I configure another pin at 45 meters and I want it red.

Last pin I set at 55 meters, and I select this one to be green

Now I don't want anymore fixed pins.

The setup of the Garmin Xero is now complete, and I'm ready to shoot.

Thanks for watching.

Take my hand, stop. Put "Van the Man" on the jukebox. And then we start to dance

And now I'm singing like

Girl, you know I want your love Your love was handmade for somebody like me

Come on now, follow my lead I may be crazy, don't mind me

Say: "Boy, let's not talk too much Grab on my waist and put that body on me"

Come on now, follow my lead Come, come on now, follow my lead

I'm in love with the shape of you We push and pull like a magnet do

Although my heart is falling too

Last night you were in my room And now my bed sheets smell like you

Every day discovering something brand new

Oh, I'm in love with your body Oh-i-oh-i-oh-i-oh-i

Every day discovering something brand new

I'm in love with the shape of you

One week in we let the story begin We're going out on our first date

You and me are thrifty So go all-you-can-eat Fill up your bag, and I fill up a plate

We talk for hours and hours about the sweet and the sour And how your family is doing okay

And leave and get in a taxi, then kiss in the back seat Tell the driver make the radio play

And now I'm singing like

Girl, you know I want your love Your love was handmade for somebody like me

Come on now, follow my lead I may be crazy, don't mind me

The way people spend their Chuseok holidays is changing - Duration: 2:24.

Let's talk more about Korea's thanksgiving holiday of Chuseok... as today is the day,...

hence the reason I've swapped my typical suit for a hanbok.

The typical picture of Chuseok where the entire family gathers to perform ancestral rites

is changing.

More people are choosing to spend the holidays... taking a family trip or spending time with

friends.

Seo Eun-kyung reports.

The number of people traveling abroad during the Chuseok holiday season is likely to hit

an all-time high, with a projected 197 thousand passengers a

day expected to pass through Incheon International Airport during the holidays according to Incheon

International Airport Corporation.

That's a 46% increase compared to 2011.

"I plan to travel abroad with my parents.

I felt stressed out by the seemingly never ending preparations for Chuseok, but now Chuseok

becomes a real holiday for me."

"I will spend time with my parents and close friends instead of seeing relatives whom I

don't see very often."

And the changing composition of families has also affected how people see the traditional

Chuseok holiday rituals.

Families these days come in different sizes.

Some households are divorced or single.

As such, traditional family events such as ancestral rites have lost relevance during

holidays like Chuseok.

With this trend, an increasing number of people decide not to perform the ancestral rites.

Our family plans not to perform ancestral rites this year.

Instead, my son and daughter in law will travel during the holiday and visit us on the last

leg of their itinerary.

The expert says that even though modern Koreans spend less time with their families, that

doesn't mean they care less.

People now consider Chuseok to be more of a vacation rather than a time to follow traditions

and ancestral duties.

More people now spend the holidays strengthening emotional bonds between family members instead

of seeking to fulfill traditional responsibilities to their ancestors.

Seo Eunkyung, Arirang News.

Next photo please.

I played drums for the band.

Our band music is so loud so you don't have to listen to,

but I was ex musician. and after the band, I started my own company.

Please.

Yes, my company is founded 20 years ago by me

so this year my company is 20th anniversary, hoo!

(applause) Thank you.

and finally we started our private fasion label

that name is ZOZO, Z-O-Z-O

and the ZOZO slogan is "Be Unique, Be Equal."

We are all unique, at the same time, we are all equal

It's important for us.

yeah.

You can check our website "Z-O-Z-O.com" ZOZO.com, later

Thank you Okay, that's all about me.

So... let's move talking about the moon and this project, okay?

Yeah.

Now, onto the main topic of the day.

Many of you maybe wondering Why do I want to go to the moon?

What do I want to do there? and most of all,

why did I purchase the entire 'BFR'?

Entire BFR, very huge For me, this project is very meaningful

I thought long and hard about how valuable it would be become

the first private passenger to go to the moon

At the same time, I thought about

how I can give back to the world and how this can contribute to world peace

this is my life long dream.

Today- (applause)

Thank you, thank you.

Today, I'd like to tell you about my plans.

Okay?

Ever since, I was a kid I have loved the moon

Just staring the moon, filled my imagination It's always there

and has continued to inspire humanity That is why I could not pass up this opportunity

to see the moon up close and at the same time,

I did not want to have such a fantastic experience by myself

That would be a little lonely I don't like being alone

So I want to share these experiences and things with as many people as possible

So, that is why, I choose to go to the moon I choose to go to the moon

with artists With artists!

From now, I choose to invite artists from around the

world on my journey.

The first artist I thought of was...

Do you know Jean-Michel Basquiat?

(Do) you know?

As you can see, I am wearing a COMME des GARCONS T-shirt

featuring Jean-Michel Basquiat He already passed away

He is New York artist One day, when I was staring at his painting,

I thought 'what if Basquiat had gone to space and had seen the moon up close?

or saw the earth in full view?

What wonderful masterpiece would he have created?' just thinking about it

now gets my heart racing but once, I got started I could not stop thinking

about who else

'What if Picasso had gone to the moon? or Andy Warhol

or Michael Jackson or John Lennon

or Coco Chanel?'

These are all artists that I adore but sadly they are no longer with us

but this is when I thought there are so many artists with us

today.

(※with us todayのみ、私が動画の中で飛ばしています!!(*_*)) That I wish would create amazing works of

art for humankind for children

of the next generation and I wished very much that

such artists coould go to space see the moon up close

and the earth in full view and create works that reflect their experience

This is the project that I designed and named, #dearMoon

(applause) Yeah.

I'd like to introduce detail about #dearMoon.

In 2023, as the host, I'd like to invite 6 to 8 from around the

world to join me on this mission to the moon

These artists will be asked to create something After they return to Earth

and these masterpieces will inspire the dreamer within all of earth/us

(※前澤さんが意図されたものがearthかusか?

正しい単語が不明、只今調査中です)

Needless to say, we have always been inspired by the moon.

Take for example, Beethoven's 'Moonlight Sonata'

or Van Gogh's 'The Starry Night' and the Bieatles 'Mr.Moonlight'

There are countless numbers of works that have been inspired (by) the moon

all over the world.

Through the ages, the moon has filled our imagination

and with our most love and respect for the moon

our planet's constant partner I named this project

#dearMoon

At the moment, I have not decided

which artist I'd like to invite (※私が読み違えてinvited、になっていますがinviteが正解です)

but if possible, I'd like to reach out to top artists that

represent our planet from various fields including

painters, sculptors, photographers, musicians, film directors,

fashion designers, architects etc(et cetra)

Luckly, we still have some time before 2023

so I hope to work very closely with SpaceX team

and to recerch out to each artists personally.

By the way, if you should hear from me

please say 'YES!' and accept my invitaion.

Please don't say 'No' Okay?

In any case, there is a still a lot

that I cannot announce today, sorry

So I will continue to provide regular updates

We have also created a special website for #dearMoon

which will go live(×write) after the press conference

(writeのように私が発音してしまっていますがliveが正解です) so please take a look

Domain... Domain will be

dearmoon.earth dearmoon.earth

please check out

and I will also keep posting on my social media accounts

so please follow my accounts as well

Okay so what did you think about this project?

(applause)

Thank you Thank you

I was so nervous because I... my English is (×so)poor

(so、入れてしまってますが要らないです!) but I'm glad to get through it

Thank you. and I hope my English was

not too painful to you to listen to

Lastly, to give you a summery of what I just tried to describe about the

#dearMoon You can see the video from now

Q&A Ni Luh 15 months update - Duration: 26:46.

hi everyone welcome back to my channel I'm here today we are here this week to

do her 15 months today actually it's the first one we do for her so I'm gonna do

kind of like catch up of this for 15 months but we are here with me no N so

yeah right I want to do a quick like chat about the life of me Liam our life

together these 15 plans right yes mommy's getting emotional again no okay

sorry yes I have to say it's been a difficult 15 months but it's been the

happiest 15 months for me motherhood is not easy the first time is not easy but

when you really want something sorry I feel when you really want something and

when you really fight so hard for it and you get it you don't care of the rest of

the small themes like obviously you have these sleep deprivation obviously you

you you you don't feel yourself anymore in some moments and sometimes you feel

you can't do it anymore you wanna give up but then you look at them and you

said I can't give up things I love but at the end of the day at the end of this

journey I'm so happy to be I don't know why I get so much

um as I said I'm so happy of being needless mom and I'm so happy that sees

my daughter I could not imagine a better baby for me yeah you want to be my mommy

three cars no first few months we're so difficult for me not for me for both

apart because it was my first baby like I didn't know what to do sometimes I

didn't know horse it is know me so I think for every first-time mom that's

the difficult thing for us was really difficult the breastfeeding that was the

hardest part for me yeah you're gonna make her cry right coming do it show it

to the people how Sofia

yes give her keys maybe similar stop crying boy she

stopped crying you're such a mean I asked on my social media to leave me few

questions that you would like me to answer about myself knee low and both of

us so that's what I'm going to reply now some of you ask me a lot about the press

thing because I mention it about in a lot of video the problem that Neil had

was she was suffering Tom time if you don't know what is that that means you

know the bit of skin we have under our tongue and we have here between our

comes and our late basically the one underneath me leo has hit from the back

straight to the front exactly of the tongue so she wasn't able to put her

tongue up and also she has him on the top what was the problem that she

couldn't like latch properly when they take Neil out for first time I don't

need no ad for first time I think when she was two days old

three days old three days old if you ask yourself horny Luis she's around on the

floor making a mess like normally so if you listen so much noise that's where

this guy another question was what was nearly weight and length she was two

point seven kilos and when she was 43 centimeters

she was so tight another question was when Mila start to crawl she start to

crawl exactly when she turned eight months I have to say since the beginning

I try to do a lot of these like tummy exercises but she used to love to sleep

in that position I never let her sleep like that during the night but during

the day because I was like every five minutes check

her and I was not sleeping I think he associated position with the sleeping so

every time we we're like in groups or playing here home and I used to put her

in that position she will cry because I think it was her

way to say I don't want to sleep we are playing but no more hair bun yeah yeah

yeah no more Sophia that's why I used to put these like pillows for her to make

her want it to be a little bit more like sit down and more interactive with her

friends I think that's why also when she was four months she could sit by herself

completely and being that position also helped her that type so much because she

wanted to play more and more and more which was so good next question was when

Mila start to walk so Neela start to walk exactly the first I could tell you

the big guy says she was 14 months okay what happens but I have to say walk by

herself seems so many months earlier I could tell you ten months nine months

something she could stand up and she loved to walk around like you know by

the side of the furniture or she used to use her Walker I have to say thanks to

that as well is that she learned how to walk by my opinion faster and to get

stronger because slowly slowly start to build up that confident she didn't want

to hold your hands she didn't want to you to like hold her with both hands at

the beginning it was only the Walker now that she was more courteous to properly

start to walk by herself is when she if when she start to ask you more like

give me your time so she could like live away from them

then when these 40 months was getting close by is when I feel that smells more

like asking to like hold my hand and seems more and more confident and

suddenly she asked for something and I kind of like hold it for her and she

stand up and there she walked to take it I was so surprised next question did

need to have any birth marks yes guys she has a lot of them she has one over

here don't know if you can see it she has another one here on her belly she

has another one under her thumb she has a part of her skin

but you can see it's a little bit darker the first time when she born I thought

was like okay so a newborn is just born it's been like with my station will

change things like that but no change is 50 months and that continue there I

really hope with the years when she grew

up oh it will disappear or it will be less

visible or at least it will be something that if she's wearing some like bikini

or some swimsuit is not going to be visible because obviously at the moment

we can see it only with the diaper so you know the diapers are quite tight so

obviously you can what is my new favorite food Nilo is a fussy eater

he turned 6 months so I start to give her like mush for like really soft food

I start to give her stick food she was doing amazing the problem was when we

travel to Bali for first time once I was there I didn't have the same control

like I'm happy in my heart it was kind of difficult even if

no Alex family was trying the best every time I asked I don't know if also

whether the country whatever but new latina wonder she was purely

breastfeeding but for me was really frustrated because for like let's say

previous mom she was eating so good and do it so good and I found myself coming

back home she didn't want to eat she just asked me

breastfeed breastfeed breastfeed and because she was getting older she fell

more hungry so I have to do more to pups that normally so now she needs to eat

what we eat I can't put a different plan in front of her because she'll say no no

no and she would be pointing or now she will ask directly she want our food she

like really tasty food so she eats anything that I give for which I'm

really happy her favorite favorite things at the

moment eat spaghetti or noodles and grimace especially the creepies she will

see them and she'll just get crazy and she doesn't care to it and frozen or

cookie doesn't matter silly just ask you for that next questions how many teeth

Neal Haas at the moment she has should tell people give us mine mmm no nothing

like that yeah she has eight officially out but

she has four that they are on the way already so now we change to both of us

question number one what do we have in common so many people say I don't find

it that way that when she smiled they seemed funny I think something we have

more or less in common it's the hair color when she born she was having a

black hair like eyelids no I don't know if because of summer the Sun yeah

the supper outside I can't see her here is getting curly like I used to have one

as a baby and he's kidding me a lot more brilliant so that's something we can

have in common another thing we have in common as well

it's the strong personality strong character seems Neela was four months or

even earlier you could already see C's has a really strong personality and she

is really patient like me and she is really I remember when she was a baby I

used to be so much on top of her and I end up making her cry even more and I

didn't understand what was going on when I decide to say learn and pay attention

and listen to my baby even it is not saying words yet I found out that she's

like me like but for the rest of the things she is literally 100% like her

father next question is when did we trouble for first time and where first

time I took Neelu on a trip she was four months and he was to Spain for her

Spanish Christian and another question you may be the same one was the longest

trip so the longest trip it's been to Bali we did it when she was about to be

six months and that trip was 20 hours 18 20 hours there another question is what

language are we teaching to Neil this I've been asked so much Aled is from

Indonesia from Bali I am from Spain and we are new blood since before I was

pregnant in our mind was we want our kids to be able to express themselves

and understand their family I want Neelu to be able to

to Spain and be able either to understand her cousins and my parents

are my grandparents we want her to be able to go either to body or go to Spain

and know both of the languages so when she co there she can go to eyelids

family or to my family and be able to tell them like I want a drink I want to

eat I'm tired or I'm feeling sick either way we want her to understand if

they are asking to her and if we have the chance to teach all of these

languages but I will not have to spend money in the future for that languages

because I already did to her why not if you come to my house this is the

precious you will listen to me you say a few words in Spanish few words in

English few words in in the nation we speak each other's that way we mix three

of the languages we found out that nila is learning really really fast and that

she is catching the words really easily and she just said in the language is the

easiest for her which takes me to the next question which is which words Nehru

said nila at the moment say hola she says hi it's the same she says good

morning in English vampa which is data in donation system Amma abuela which

means grandma in Spanish she says Nina which means drama in the nation wah wah

which wah wah is a word we use in Spanish it has no meaning at all but

it's the way we say Tommy no she ended up calling every animal is awawa she

started to learn how to say Mia Mia which is for the car you know it is love

like breastfeed she know how to say to talk which means clothes mom which means

eat in the Benicia it's not mom like me like mother it's like mom is how I'm

pronounce it is the same way but if you listen it from a lead which is

or regional language you will see it sounds different

yeah which means bye goodbye in the nation see also know how to say bye baka

which is the worst word I could ever have teaching her

so I mean Spanish when for example the kids take something from the floor and

you don't want them to take it you would say no no it's caca like it's dirty it's

like rubbish don't take it the problem is that Nino has two that work as well

and turn it in her own way and now everything that she found on the

floor will be couple another word that is he knows is Teddy

cut the cord Sophia favorite Joel in other words you know how to say us well

in English is a shoe when she went to wet her shoe see what comes in yes a

mommy sure see also know how to say mine and another things you know how to say

it's Nona's simple dad in Indonesia and I have to say in Bali it's something I

really like it it's the way how they teach the kids to ask for the themes so

they will not come to you and grab it for you

they will ask you like can I have it please it's the way so that means

obviously only us we know I'm trying to explain that to my family so every time

you go to them and then do like that they will understand that is what she

wants or what she's asking for bless her we go to the park and things

like that and then she will ask the other kids that way and I always start

to pay attention so I will be who so I'm saying to the kids can she have it or

whatever but because they don't sign because they understand English and they

don't understand each other because they are babies I tried to also teach to nail

you now whenever she takes something from someone else I would say ok me do

we need to give it back in 1 2 3 give it back and she will give it to me it's

something since the first time I tried she straight away giving she didn't cry

before maybe it was my mistake I just like they kicked away from her and

give it back to the other so I'm not in a bad way but I will take it away from

her she was just like why she never take things away from me and she's taking

this now anyway I'm learning and she's learning she know how to say see yes

it's the same and no she know how to say boo boo it's me sleep she know how to

say Monday which means see no dogs I want means water so next

question really quick this one cause sleeping or when Neelu porn we used to

do PO I used to sometimes let her sleep in the bed because when I was

breastfeeding I will fall asleep or whatever else now is fine it's true that

we don't understand whatever habits we give it to them is what they take

whatever is the easiest for them they will take it so obviously she preferred

to sleep without studying her god now she grow older and I can't keep her on

the cot not even to play like she hates her coat for some reason so much that I

will just put her there and she will stick sterically scream and cry so no

good cause sleep its link or bug I am 99.99 percent sleep I love it since I

tried the first time it's the best day easiest the fastest you can go anywhere

with your baby in the sling and it's perfect a question I've been asked so

much do I wanna have any kids since newborn we have never stopped try

because after all the problems I have for getting pregnant in our mentality

was what about if we weigh the specific time we went away to having the gobble

between the kids and when we tried it takes me in two years it's true I'm

breastfeeding it's true that when you are

breastfeeding especially like me on the month if you

are not ovulating in my case I didn't have my period until now two years after

I have there's like a really small percentage of chance to get pregnant

while you are persuading on Lamont in my case it didn't happen yet as I said I

wish it happens sooner because if he's hurting from now when the next baby come

Neela will be like like what between 24 to 27 let's say months and it's a

perfect age in between which is like two years two years and a half apart and I

think it's the best one we are just not trying to stop our life to give us what

we meant to ha and also you asked me how many kids do I

wanna have a little I we want to have four let's go quickly to my questions

which are where I'm from I'm from Spain from mitrik how old I am 28 years oh how

old I am I'm 167 what's my natural hair color my

hair color is dark brown how many siblings do I have I have one sister and

the last question today and it's the one that I've been asked so much for all of

these months is how can I find time to do YouTube and I also get so much passed

quietly in the starties area when I started let's say I think I started like

3-4 months before that I didn't have a laptop I didn't have all of these tools

that I have today I didn't have all of this knowledge and I also didn't feel as

confident and as good as I feel with myself know I even have to say when I

see my previous videos from only as I said three months ago I'm like oh I look

so bad but it was water how it was the best way I could

see me how I used to record it he was crazy and funny and just set up the

camera guys sometimes it took me two hours is it comes sounds crazy but it

did because of the quality of the camera because I need my phone as one at the

same time because of the lighting everything like no I have to be really

grateful to Allah that he been really supportive and he mean helping me about

that I mean what I normally to is like whenever I want to film something what

I'm going to do is when I wake up in the morning do my work out to my shower and

then quickly I will do my makeup nealy will continue sleeping and I

normally have my hair done which I wash my hair twice a week so I will have my

hair already done today I'm having the worst day ever like I wash my hair last

night for some reason I was kind of like you know as a mom you are always in the

shower trying to relax but you in your head you keep thinking you are listening

to your baby cry so I was all that I'm like open the court and get out of the

shower no she's livid go back the shower in all of that process I'm not even sure

guys I rinse the conditioner out of my hair that's why I think it looks so bad

and today is the only day I could film because we are going on holidays and I

want to have this video done before I go on holidays when I want to get ready

with like hair makeup and dressed up and come to sit that's the time that mean we

wake up we will have some breakfast and we will have some time to like as I

say give her five minutes to like relax and half her time when I speak she's

happy or whatever we will do it if she wake up in a really bad way no problem I

will way to her first up in the morning which will be after lunch so she will

wake up have lunch and then we will start filming that's how I do as you can

see you know my videos Neelu is always around always like I

don't have someone taking care of me while I'm filming sometimes I have a

leak home it's hard also to film honest because I have a really small house it's

so noisy everything you do so he has to be there he can't really play with me

look he can watch TV he can sometimes even speak because you will listen it's

so frustrating for him because sometimes that's why I have to put music when I'm

speaking in the background for try to hide that voices in the background that

is them that they are not screaming I just having a normal level of voice but

if it is so noisy so as I said so frustrated for me because after I'm not

happy with the video so I stop filming and he's home or when someone is home

it's just neither on me because I can manage the situation with nila like now

if you see my house right now my room where I am I have Bobby things

everywhere she took the Bobby box and she throw it

she has my iPad on hands and she's keeping like morning because

Cinderella's not in the screen because it's moving around and this is

motherhood this is half total her home and that's it I'm so grateful that this

channel as much as I can is going well I'm sure one day it will succeed and all

of you like it if you don't like it I'm so sorry I try my best right on so happy

like I'm so happy to be an accordion right now with Cinderella singing in the

background of my video thats everything guys

Crimea: "People dreamed to re-unify with Russia" (ENG SUBS) - Duration: 3:05.

-Hello. -Hello.Can you tell where we are?

-We are in Russian Federation, the Republic of the Crimea,on the seashore of Black sea.

-Where are you from? -Moscow

-Is it your first time in the Crimea? -No,it isn't.

after the historical reunion in 2015 we try to come here every year.

-Is it any difference in the Crimea before the referendum and after?

-The Crimea before the referendum and after is not the thing to discuss

After the collapse of the Soviet Union in the 90s

people,families,cities were disintegrated geographically

therefore, those connections that were are not related to politics

friends, relatives, some events in memories attracted tourist to come here,

particularly to Yalta

the referendum was brewing for a long time

sad events that happened in Ukraine

were not basis for the referendum

People dreamed and lived to re-unify with Russia

it accelerated this process in 2014

but it wasn't a precursor

this decision had been festering

formally geography didn't match peoples' feellengs

-And if the foreigners will come here to have a rest?

-I think the foreigners as football fans

like after the World Championship that took place on the Russian Federation

holiday-markers do't have the nationality

will be received with the Crimean hospitality

and I think people who live in another cities including Europe

and will be very glad that have made their choice

I think it's better to come and see to believe

-Who are you by your profession?

-Marketing field

-What's your name? -Andrew

HOW TO GET YOUR PERFECT PULLUP - Duration: 2:57.

Hey how you doing Brian Cahill here aka FRANKFIT. This video is about how to get your

perfect pull-up. So when doing pulling exercises or your pull-up or your

chin-ups, you want to get the best out of it. You want to make sure you're doing it

right. You want to get maximum scapula activation, you want to get maximum

pulling power and maximum back muscle activation. There's different ways to

explain it and here's three points that have worked for me. So first up, and the

one that clicked most with me is just squeezing your armpits back, squeezing your

armpits together. That holds your lats back, your upper back muscles back, your scapula

goes tight, here we go and we don't want to have your shoulders up high, you want

them down. So think the Bruce Lee photo like thisss. The second way would be just put your

shoulders, back the chest will come through, your shoulders will go back and

it's the same movement. And the third one, imagine squeezing a pencil between

your shoulder blades, but again we don't want to squeeze them at the top of our

shoulder blades up here and back, we want to squeeze them at the bottom of our

shoulder blades okay, get that pencil in there and write a story. So I found

they're the three best ways that registers with me to get the most out of your

pull-up, to get the most muscle activation so you get the best gains.

So once at a high bar again squeeze your armpits back together

this will bring your chest through towards the ceiling and then pull up strong.

So again once you squeeze your armpits together or you squeeze your

shoulders back, your upper back should become flat, it should feel flat and this

will help you get really high on your pull-up.

So that's how to get the best out of your pull-up or your chin up or any pulling

exercise. I hope you enjoyed the video if you did please give me a comment below

Are You Telehealth Ready? - Duration: 2:08.

Hi everyone, how are you going? Karen Finnin here, Physiotherapist and Director of

Online.Physio. So I told you a little while back about the Telehealth Service

Viability Survey, and this was a quick survey that you can take to pressure

test your very initial telehealth idea to see if it might be a viable service

product down the track. Well once you've done that and put a lot of things in

place to get your telehealth service ready to go I wanted to now develop a

new checklist that will basically be your punch list to make sure you've done

all the right things to make your service launch ready. So it's called

Are You Telehealth Ready? and it's a series of questions with options but also

solutions for all the steps that you need to take to make sure that your

service is ready to launch. It covers everything from having

pressure tested your original idea, to have you got the legal considerations in

place, to have you made considerations around your technology, and what about

the clinical side of things as well. So if you're someone who's at that point

where you've put a number of things in place and you think you're ready to go

this is the perfect thing to do. Now when you complete the survey

it'll email through to you your answers and that will help you to very quickly

pick out the few things that you still may need to get in place to make sure

that your telehealth service will be set up safely and effectively. So the link is

available at karenfinnin.com, but I'll link to it in here as well. It's

called Are You Telehealth Ready? and it's the ultimate punch list to make sure that

you're ready to launch your telehealth service. I hope you find it helpful. As

always, I love your feedback and I'll see you next time. Bye
