the ability to play down both flanks and at the centre.

Costa could add that extra spark to Liverpool's attack and should be a perfect feeder for

the likes of Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino.

When deployed on the flanks, Costa tends to charge forward with good pace and has a lot

of tricks up his sleeve to beat the defenders.

Apart from his pace, flair, and vision, the Brazilian is also adept at taking accurate

long-range shots.

Danny Rose

Probably one of the best right-backs in the Premier League, Danny Rose has been a seasoned

campaigner for Tottenham Hotspur.

A versatile player, Rose has the ability to play as a left-back and a left-sided midfielder.

He has good pace and often tends to charge forward to join the attack.

He is quite composed at the back and times his tackles to perfection.

Trent Alexander-Arnold has been good for Liverpool but they must sign Rose as it would bring

some much-needed experience

to the backline.

How to Sit Comfortably during Meditation - Duration: 5:39.

Are you all fired up to start meditating

but you are really not sure how you

should sit and you're really worried

that if you don't sit properly your back

is going to ache

and nothing's going to go right?

You are not alone.

This video is for you.

I'm going to share five tips on how to sit comfortably for

meditation

I'm Shirley Archer

I'm a best-selling author of 15 books on

fitness and wellness

healthy happy energetic joyful life that

Meditation will be a great

contributor to enhancing your peace of

mind and focus to help you achieve your

health and life goals.

Let's get started- five tips on how to sit:

Number 1: Be comfortable!

There is no requirement that you sit on the floor it is absolutely

not necessary and if you want to do it

that is an option and I'm going to show

you some props but if that is not

comfortable for you, it is so okay to sit

in a chair.

Number one: be comfortable.

Number two: posture is critical.

I'm going to slide back so you can see.

You want to have a lengthened spine.

The importance is twofold:

1, you want to be able to breathe deeply and fully and

2, you want to avoid any stress or strain.

You want to have the head level,

the shoulders relaxed,

the natural curves of the spine this is actually the best alignment with

gravity.

It creates the least amount of

stress for your body

Number three it's very important that

your hips be slightly elevated so that

they are higher than your knees.

I like this crescent-shaped cushion but you can

simply use a rolled up blanket or towel

either anything works fine they're just

slightly elevate the hips.

Your knees should be above the ankles and

your feet should be flat on the floor so

everything is very nicely supported and

if you need cushions on your back if

you're if you're prone to slouching then

support your back with with some

blankets or pillows

You can place your hands at the junction of the hip and

thigh with either the palms up or the

palms down either is correct or you can

gently rest one hand in the other and

keep the shoulders relaxed

Alternatively, you can even roll up your shirt and rest

your hands in your shirt that provides a

little additional support

Or, you can place a pillow under your hands

all of these options are okay because the most

important thing is that you'd be

comfortable.

Number five: after you've

set up your position, lengthen spine

hands on the thigh or gently fold it

together feet on the floor head level,

Do a body scan and see if you feel

any tension or if you need any

additional support and if yes get

pillows get blankets find a different

chair whatever you need,

but make sure that you're comfortable

Here are some additional props

that I want to share with you so

as I showed you before I like this crescent-shaped cushion.

Another option is a bench, you can sit kneeling on a

bench

This is one of my favorites, if I'm on the floor.

This is great for storage because it has hinges

you can fold it up

Another feature of this

bench that I love,

is that it's rounded.

It actually rocks on the floor and you can find the exact angle that feels

very comfortable for you to kneel on.

Then, I put a blanket under my legs so

that the tops of my shin

don't hurt on the floor

The other option is a rounded cushion,

but this requires a little bit more hip

flexibility so before you advance to a

rounded cushion on the floor make sure

that your hips are stretched out enough

that that is a comfortable position for

you

I would love it if in tips below you

Being uncomfortable should not be a

barrier to your meditation practice.

It's worth taking a little extra time

and effort to figure out exactly how to

make your sitting posture comfortable.

You can also very I mix it up.

Sometimes I'm in a chair,

sometimes on a cushion

sometimes on the bench

just depends how my back, how my knees

how my hips are feeling.

practice that will give you the peaceful

calm and centering that you enjoy

  Mesut Ozil returned to the Arsenal starting line-up for their Premier League game at Cardiff on Sunday after reports he had fallen out with boss Unai Emery.

Ozil missed Arsenal's first win under Emery against West Ham last weekend amid claims the German midfielder had been involved in a training ground bust-up with his manager.

It was suggested Emery, in his first season after replacing Arsene Wenger, had told Ozil his place was in danger if he didn't try harder to adapt to the Spaniard's desire for a high-tempo pressing game.

Ozil had played poorly in Arsenal's defeats against Manchester City and Chelsea.

But Emery said Ozil was merely absent due to illness and the former Real Madrid star was at the Emirates Stadium to watch the 3-1 victory over the Hammers.

And, with Ozil apparently over his illness, he was back in the team at the Cardiff City Stadium.

Ozil's inclusion was one of two changes, with Alexandre Lacazette also included and Alex Iwobi and Henrikh Mkhitaryan dropping out.

Ryder Cup: Thomas Bjorn has 'one little doubt' with wildcard picks

Thomas Bjorn has admitted he is "pretty much there" with how his Ryder Cup team will shape up at Le Golf National, but hasn't fully decided on who will complete the European side.

Latest news ahead of the 42nd Ryder Cup at Le Golf National.

Thorbjorn Olesen secured the final automatic qualifying place on the team to face the United States, joining Francesco Molinari, Justin Rose, Tyrrell Hatton, Rory McIlroy, Tommy Fleetwood, Jon Rahm and Alex Noren in the European side.

Bjorn will name his four wildcard selections in a special announcement show on Wednesday at 2pm, live on Sky Sports, with the Dane having a good idea about who he will select.

"I'm pretty set on two or three names," Bjorn told Sky Sports.

"We've still got a bit of discussion to do and a bit of golf to watch in America over the next few days and then we'll see.

"I'm pretty much there in my head of how I see this team being and how I want to try and mix and match everyone, but there's still one little doubt in my head.

Europe are aiming to reclaim the trophy after a 17-11 defeat at Hazeltine in 2016, while Jim Furyk's USA side are searching for a first away victory in 25 years.

Five of Europe's eight automatic qualifiers will be making their maiden Ryder Cup appearance in France later this month, but Bjorn has brushed off any concern about the team's inexperience.

"When you start looking at those eight, it's a really strong team," Bjorn added.

"There are a few newcomers in there but lots of strong names and people I have a lot of trust in.

"It was nice to see Thorbjorn [Olesen] make the team in the end.

He has played some really good golf over the summer, he has been strong on the golf course, done all the right things and thoroughly deserves to be in this team.

"This is an exciting European team and I'm really looking forward to being with this group of players.

It's nice to see that it's coming around quick and I hope we can do Europe proud.".

yes cool a lot of good memories some

some some sad memories as well kind of

you know not not great memories

I was kind of pinned down with like

where the chair sale was on the floor

and there was a chair on top of me so I

kind of couldn't get up one of the lads

was sat on the chair and they kind of

squirted a achieved with toothpaste like

down my mouth which you know I'm sure

was very funny for them but I was then

sick and kind of managed to turn into a

blind range from me which had never kind

of come out before which was enough to

get me kind of away from being under the

chair them away went in the bathroom

that's then I guess where I started to

kind of just feel really really down and

and the biggest thing for me was feeling

very isolated because I was away from

home I had you know my friends at school

but I didn't want to talk to them about

it can't really talk to the lads because

I was living with them and then I didn't

want to be the one who was being a baby

or now we're just messing around so you

have that feeling of isolation you

filled out you you start you start not

enjoying I don't want to sound too like

philosopher well you don't enjoy living

you know because you're so caught up in

everything that's kind of going on

around you and you're constantly

thinking what's it gonna be next or okay

if I go maybe if I go sit over here then

then it won't happen you just can't you

can't properly be yourself you've kind

of always living on the edge a little

bit so just be I loved what I was doing

I loved my school and I loved what it

was enabling me to do and I just thought

well you're just gonna have to grin and

bear it but there's only so much a

person can take and deal with before you

kind of say enough is enough and then it

was that point that I just thought I

didn't want to be in this house anymore

and I never had the confidence or felt I

had the person that I could call to say

I need your help

until one of my best friends at school

Jay and I remember I called him from the

bathroom and just said can I come stay

with you tomorrow night and he said yeah

sure you all right I was like not really

but don't really want to talk about on

the phone

and then yeah when it stayed with him

and them from there that was kind of my

road to starting to get it sorted and

speaking to someone and kind of getting

it out there sharing what you're going

through and unload into someone is more

is more difficult than dealing with the

bully and hiding it putting on these

fronts and just taking it because we can

do all that but to actually think now I

want to try and get this sorted that's

the hardest and biggest step to take I

totally get that and appreciate that and

I will tell you please do do it but I

know you have to get to that moment for

yourself you know it took me nearly a

year and a half before I found that

moment for me to go I need to tell

someone and even now we you know we look

back on it and even mom says I'll just

wish we should told us sooner difficult

conversation and it's that's the other

thing to remember I can't sit here and

tell you it is an easy road and an easy

process to get in so if it isn't boy I

could promise you when you come out the

other side you'll be so thankful that

you did an anti-bullying ambassador is

someone who is kind who is loving who is

compassionate and who cares for their

fellow pupils it's someone who is strong

it's courageous because they are

standing up for those who they think

need a voice they come in all shapes and

sizes and I've I've been so lucky over

the years to meet so many of you and you

really are all making a massive

difference because if I had one of you

guys in school or even with him a

boarding house probably more importantly

it would have made a massive difference

to me in the UK ten million children are

going back to school this September over

half of them will be affected by

bullying you can change that by helping

President Moon Jae-in announces five-member delegation that will visit N. Korea on Wednesday - Duration: 1:56.

In March, when South Korea's national security adviser Chung Eui-yong last went to Pyongyang,

it not only paved the way for the inter-Korean summit, it also kick-started the chain of

events that led to the Kim-Trump summit in June as well.

With recent negotiations between North Korea and the U.S. at a standstill, it's hoped that

Chung's visit will once again act as a catalyst to bring further progress toward the regime's

denuclearization and possible peace on the peninsula.

Cha Sang-mi has more on the delegation that was named on Sunday to travel to Pyongyang.

Seoul's top office on Sunday named the high-level officials who will be dispatched to Pyongyang

to work out the details for the third summit between President Moon Jae-in and North Korean

leader Kim Jong-un.

The five-member group traveling to Pyongyang will be headed by National Security Adviser

Chung Eui-yong as chief envoy.

The others are key officials in charge of inter-Korean affairs: the National Intelligence

Service chief ( ) Suh Hoon, vice minister of unification Chun Hae-Sung;...

NIS deputy chief Kim Sang-gyun, and Yun Kun-young, the presidential secretary for state affairs.

"The delegation will set off for North Korea on the fifth... via the direct route on the

western side of the Peninsula,... and they'll return to the South the same day.

In view of the importance of their visit, the delegates are the same as last time."

These five officials went to Pyongyang in March to arrange the historic Panmunjom summit.

Their main agenda, the spokesman said, is to discuss ways to develop inter-Korean ties

in a way that does not violate UN sanctions,... and to find a comprehensive way to implement

the April 27th Panmunjom Declaration -- namely, to officially end the war and denuclearize

the Korean Peninsula.

As for why the visit will only last a day, the Blue House said that, unlike their first

visit in March, the two Koreas have built trust since then, making a one-day visit possible.

The spokesman didn't say whether the team will be meeting with North Korean leader Kim

Jong-un.
