Como fazer um Anjo de Natal - Decoração Natalina de Papel - Duration: 10:36.

Let's make a Christmas angel!

First of all, get these paper sizes

To begin with let's paste the strips on the top and base of the paper

You can cut the leftovers if necessary

With that side up, start folding in half

Now fold in 4

Having this ready, we need to divide into 8 (each space in the middle)

Now let's fold in 16 and close like a fan

Let's repeat the same thing with the other square. Having thus 2 equal parts

Now let's use the strip of paper left over to make the head

First of all. Pass glue on tip

Then circle the paper leaving the tip glued

Repeat this a few more times by varying the size and leave a piece left over

Cut the remaining piece

Fold the piece in half

Fold a little bit of each end outward

Pass glue on this part

Paste at base of circles

Fold approximately 1/3 of the first piece to the left

Repeat on second part using first as reference

Glue the folded part

Repeat on the other

After that, glue the top part of the first piece

Glue the head piece leaving outside only the circles

Pass glue all over this side

Glue the second piece and leave as acurate as possible

Open the fans and give the shape you want!

We have a beautiful paper angel!

Leave a Like and share the video!

Thank you so much for watching!

How To Make Chicken Fried Rice || Glen & Friends Cooking - Duration: 8:50.

Hi everyone, welcome back! Today I am making a chicken fried rice recipe.I have

done all of the mise en place, got everything cut up and laid out ahead of

time. If you're just starting out cooking, this is probably the most important

lesson you should learn: read the recipe, make sure you've got all of the

ingredients, and take a few moments before you start cooking to sort of lay

everything out in the order that they're going to be used. It'll save you a ton of

headache later. So first up with chicken fried rice is...

chicken. So I'm gonna put that into a bowl, and now we put in the rest of the

ingredients for the chicken marinade. I'm using our homemade teriyaki

sauce, and I will link to that above or below. Also some baking soda, some

cornstarch, and that's just going to be a little bit of a thickener, the baking

soda is a tenderizer. I hesitate to show you this, but that is msg. I love msg, I

put it in pretty much every time. You can leave it out if you have a problem with

it. And I will grate in some ginger. So I know that msg gets a really bad rap, but

I suffer no ill effects from it and I love the flavours that it brings out.

I know that a lot of people, a lot of people that are my friends, complain

about MSG in things. "oh I got an MSG headache!" surprisingly they don't get an MSG

headache when they're eating other snack foods that are filled, loaded with msg. So

I kind of kind of questioned whether they actually know what's giving them a

headache. Anyway, so we mix this all together, and if you need a little bit

more teriyaki sauce add a little bit more. You don't want to make it too wet

at this point, you just sort of want to flavour this chicken while we cook some

of the other ingredients. Great I've got a wok, this is a carbon steel wok,

untreated / uncoated. I'm just going to heat that up. In this bowl I've got a

couple of eggs. you just want to sort of fork those

together a little bit. This is grape seed oil, so we'll heat up a little grape

seed oil in the bottom of the pan. Smoking hot already, and in goes the egg.

I just I just fry that together essentially making scrambled eggs. Don't

overcook it! Take it off the heat before it gets too cooked, and just set that

aside in this bowl. Now back on the heat

a little more oil, and in goes the chicken.

Great so the chicken is done, and I'll just slide that into the bowl with the

egg. Then at this point you really should clean up the inside of your wok

so that the next things won't burn. One of the things you see in a Chinese

kitchen, in a Chinese restaurant kitchen, is in between each fry, the wok gets a

thorough cleaning, fresh oil, and then they throw the next thing in. So at home

if you want to replicate it, you should be doing the same thing. So there wasn't

really much left on the bottom after frying the egg, but after frying the

chicken there's quite a bit there. So I'm going to clean it up. And we're back with

a clean pan. So we'll just heat that up, induction cooktop it heats really

quickly. So in with a little bit of oil and we swirl that around. Already hot.

From this point forward it's just a build in the pan. So in goes some carrots, and

broccoli stems, and we'll just fry those around a little bit. How soft you

cook these is really up to you. How much crunch you want in the final

dish, I kind of like having carrots and broccoli stems with a little bit of

substance, a little bit of crack. But if you want them cooked to almost mush...

Then that's fine, it's gonna be your stir-fried rice. A little bit of char and

flavour, so in go the white parts of some green onions, the tops of broccoli, and

some peas. And we'll just stir that around to heat those through.

Now the chicken and the egg goes back in.

Just stir-fry that a little bit just to meld some of the flavours.

It's be great if I could flip this and move the pan at the same time, but not

on an induction cooktop. That's just not possible every time you lift the pan off,

the cooktop shuts off, and beats and says hey where'd the pan go? So once I got

that stirred in, I've got already cooked our rice I've used basmati rice and I

cooked that this morning in chicken stock.

Then just left it out on a sheet pan,

to dry out. Of course everyone tells you to use rice that was cooked yesterday or

the day before, and that probably is the best suggestion. But if you if you cook

the rice a little bit on the dry side and then put it out to dry on a sheet

pan, you're gonna achieve great same-day

results. A great video to watch on cooking rice is what's eating Dan on

American Test Kitchen. So at this point I'm looking at that and I say it needs a

little bit more flavour. So a little more teriyaki sauce, turn the heat down a

little bit at this point so the rice doesn't stick to the bottom. And and this

stuff, this is Togo Rishi it's a Japanese hot pepper spice. This isn't, this

definitely is not a Chinese fried rice. I like flavours that are a little bit more

on the Japanese side, and the beauty of a fried rice is you can make it any way

you want. So at this point I'd say we're ready to go to the table. Now you can

serve this any way you like. I'm gonna put this on the table tonight with a

bunch of other things, but often I'll just cook this up and have it all week

for my lunch. So I'm gonna save this for my lunch. I'm not even gonna put that on the table

for everybody. Sprinkle on some green onion and you've

got yourself an amazing side dish, main dish, midnight snack,

hangover food. There's nothing fried rice can't cure!

I should give it a taste. I encourage you to make this your own.

Play with the flavours don't feel that you have to follow one sort of flavour

profile. If you want to put in chili sauce, hot garlic sauce, any combination of

flavours this would be fantastic.

Because it is really fantastic! So give it a try.

Thank you stopping by see you again soon.

Колготки с рисунком - Duration: 3:21.

Another item on which artists can hone their skills with profit for themselves is tights. Several years ago, I wrote about an Israeli designer who first came to Etsy with original designer tights (his store is etsy.com/shop/tattoosocks). He was noticed very quickly (thanks to social networks). And today he successfully sells them (at etsy he has more than 24 thousand sales in 5 years). Many artists would like to take an example from him, but apparently, for such a painting of tights need serious technology. Manually such drawings do not. But I found an option for artists without high technology. I found a Bulgarian needlewoman, who paints tights by hand - and they also buy them pretty well (her etsy.com/shop/TattooTightsTATUL store and more than a thousand sales from her). She takes a standard tights with a density of 20 DEN and draws a pattern on them. Tights in the style of Harley Quinn, the heroine of the popular film "Suicide Squad". But they buy tights with other pictures (for $ 29). And tights with a different pattern from a needlewoman are buying for $ 46. What good tights as a product - they are very light, easy to fold and do not crumple. They are very easy and cheap to send abroad (bulky boxes and bubble films are not needed here, enough to put them in a regular envelope). Delivery of one pair of tights from Russia to any country of the world by air mail will cost a maximum of 350 rubles (and, possibly, even cheaper). So look for resistant non-toxic paints on tights, practice drawing with them and go to the cinema for new ideas.

Man United's Antonio Valencia West Ham transfer - Duration: 2:06.

Manchester United's long-serving star Antonio Valencia is reportedly looking closer to leaving the club when his contract expires in the summer

The Ecuadorian right-back has long been a key player for United, but looks to have fallen down the pecking order under Jose Mourinho in this difficult situation

MORE: Video: Chris Smalling takes dig at Unai Emery's Arsenal tactics after Manchester United comeback  According to the Sun, Valencia is now a target for West Ham, with manager Manuel Pellegrini said to be a big fan

The report also quotes a club source as stating the 33-year-old hasn't seen eye to eye with manager Mourinho this season, suggesting a new contract for the veteran looks uncertain at this stage

It seems like a good time for United to clear out some ageing players like Valencia after their poor form this season, with a major revamp of the squad looking necessary at Old Trafford

Sound Natural When You Speak English! Pronunciation Lesson - Duration: 17:23.

Well hey there! I'm Emma from mmmEnglish!

This lesson is all about the schwa.

Now it's just one of the many English sounds

but it's one of the most important ones

that you need to understand and use.

Particularly if you want to sound more natural

when you're speaking English. So stay tuned!

There are forty-four sounds in English.

Some say forty-five.

So you might be wondering why is this sound

in particular, the schwa, so important?

Well firstly it's the most common sound

in the English language by far.

It occurs the most frequently.

And that's why it's got its own special name, the schwa.

Another thing that's weird is that there is no

schwa sound in the name schwa

so it's not really helpful for remembering it.

But it's also one of the trickiest sounds to understand

because any vowel letter

or combination of vowel letters

could actually be pronounced as a schwa.

Because English is not a phonetic language right?

You can't see this sound written in English.

I mean we all know that English spelling is

rarely a good guide to improve your pronunciation, right?

But the schwa occurs so much in spoken English

and it looks completely different every time.

All of these words

include the schwa sound in them when they're spoken

and learning to use this sound correctly

is really important. It's going to help you

to sound more natural, relaxed and more fluent

when you speak English,

more like a native English speaker.

So if you're trying to reduce your accent

and to improve your pronunciation, then this sound

is a great place to start.

So what does it sound like?

The schwa sound is a lazy sound.

It's actually my favourite sound of all the English sounds

it's my Friday afternoon sound.

You know when you're winding down after a long week

and you're probably already thinking about the weekend

and you can't really be bothered doing much else?

So that's how the schwa sounds.

But how is it written?

What letters should you look for?

Well that's quite tricky because all of the vowel letters

can be pronounced as a schwa in spoken English.

All of these words have the schwa sound

but they're represented by a different vowel letter

each time.

For such a lazy sound, it sure does

show up in a lot of different places.

And since the schwa sound can be represented by

any of the vowel letters,

sometimes by consonant letters

and sometimes by no letter at all!

Being able to recognise the international phonetic

symbol for this sound will help you to see

when it occurs.

And that schwa symbol is this one.

Now the schwa sound is always unstressed.

It's the only vowel sound that is never stressed

so you need to just relax, just be like the schwa.

Relax and take it easy, it's Friday afternoon.

So to make this sound, first you need to relax everything

This is a really relaxed sound okay? Check your lips,

your jaw, your neck, everything needs to be relaxed.

Drop the jaw slightly and open your mouth.

But keep everything relaxed.

Remember, this is the lazy sound.

Keeping that in mind, let's try it together.

It's very, very relaxed.

Make sure that you're doing this with me

so if you need to find a place that's quiet on your own,

go for it.

It's a guttural sound so you should feel it coming from

a little deeper. And with all unstressed vowel sounds,

the sound is really fast

and it's also low in pitch, it's quite flat.

You should feel it here and it should be flat.

So why is the schwa sound so common in English?

Let's start from the basics. English has rhythm.

It's made up of stressed and unstressed sounds

and words.

The stress plays an important part in understanding

natural spoken English.

Without stress, you'd sound like an English robot

and it would be better if you were not a robot.

When words or syllables are unstressed in English,

the sound is reduced and the vowel letter is often

reduced to a schwa sound.

In English, words with more than one syllable

have one main stress

and other syllables are often unstressed

and they often reduce to the schwa sound.

Can you hear the schwa sound in the

unstressed syllable there?

Let's look at another example together.

Now some of those syllables were longer than others

weren't they?

And that's because the important words in the sentence

were stressed.

The less important words are unstressed and this helps

the brain to focus on the important ones, right?

The words that you need to understand to

to make sense of it.

But it's difficult to know when to use this sound

and if you're not really into the IPA script,

then you need to rely on your ears to identify it.

Imitating a native speaker, copying their pronunciation

is a really great way to practise the schwa sound

correctly.

And actually, I've got an imitation lesson

that you can try right here.

In it, I'll train you to imitate me while I'm speaking.

So the lazy schwa sound, it's not too difficult

on its own, but recognising it in other English words is.

To help us practise today, you'll need to take out

a pen and some paper because I'm about to tell you

some of the many different places that you can

find the schwa sound.

Now you can often find the schwa sound in unstressed

structure words.

So structure words are grammatical words

in English sentences.

They make the sentence grammatically correct

but they don't really have much meaning.

Words like articles

and

or

Prepositions.

Conjunctions.

There's lots and lots of different words that are

structure words in English sentences.

Really common ones.

When these words are stressed, you'll hear a stronger

vowel sound.

But when these words are unstressed and spoken

naturally in a sentence,

they often reduce right down to the schwa sound.

Now there are tons of schwas hiding in those

unstressed structure words.

But also a couple of schwas in the

unstressed syllables as well.

Okay, so what's next?

We'll look at this list of words.

What do all of these words have in common?

Can you tell?

Apart from the fact that they all start with the letter A,

what else?

The first syllable is unstressed.

Now these words all start with the schwa sound.

This test is a little harder.

What about this group of words?

What do they have in common?

Make sure you're listening carefully.

Now the schwa sound is

somewhere in the middle of all of these words.

How about

Now there's no letter in there

that shows there should be a vowel sound

but we can hear it.

So if the schwa sound comes at the start of a word,

the middle of a word, well there must be

some words that end in a schwa, right?

Like

for example

but also

This is where it gets interesting!

Firstly, look at all of the different endings here.

They all make the same schwa sound

at the end of the word.

But the second reason why this is interesting is because

this right here is where American accents differ from

most Australian and British accents quite significantly.

Most of you already know that I'm Australian

and because of this, I use the schwa sound quite a bit

more than my American friends.

In Australian English pronunciation, usually the -ER

at the end of a word will be unstressed.

The sound is not pronounced at the end.

So in my accent, these words all end in a schwa sound

and there are many, many, many, many words

that are just like this. These are just a few.

They end in -ER but they also have these other endings.

So to pronounce them like me, you really need to

focus on relaxing that sound at the end,

that last syllable.

Okay here's a challenge.

Where are all of the schwas there?

You got it! Those are schwa sounds as well.

The schwa sound creates reduced forms

when English is spoken naturally

so 'going to' becomes 'gonna'

'want to' becomes 'wanna'

'got to' becomes 'gonna'

'should have' becomes 'shoulda'

So there are so many more examples for this. In fact,

I'm going to save them for another lesson

because I could go on forever

but yes the schwa sound is everywhere in English.

It's the sound that you need to know,

that you need to get comfortable with using.

So at the very least, you should be able to recognise

this symbol so that you can use unstressed syllables

and it will help you to pronounce words correctly

when you see them in the dictionary like these ones.

They all have the schwa sound in there

and you can see it.

Now time for the bonus section!

I'm glad you waited all the way until this point

in the lesson,

I promised you that if you stuck around

until the end of the lesson,

you'd get some extra pronunciation practice with me.

Are you ready?

Let's go!

Hi, Emma!

Hey!

Hey great lesson today with the schwa sound!

Thanks! Did you like it?

Yeah it was awesome.

Do you think you could give us a few more examples

to practise with?

Like maybe, what if you say a sentence

and we'll try and guess where the schwa sounds are.

Okay.

Are you feeling better today?

Am I feeling better today?

Hang on, is that one of the questions?

Yeah, are you feeling better today?

Yeah, actually can you put the words on the screen

so we can see them?

Okay. Here.

How many schwa sounds

can you hear in that sentence?

Say it with me, out loud.

There's quite a few.

Okay.

Got it!

Ready for another one?

Yeah.

Do you want a piece of banana cake?

Yes.

Good because that's what I'm making.

How many schwa sounds are there?

Nice one!

Okay are you ready for another?

Yep.

This knife... where's the knife that I'm looking for?

Where are the schwas?

Say it with me.

Alright, one more.

Okay I've got a tricky one for you!

Thanks!

There's quite a few schwas there.

Okay, is that enough?

Yeah that's enough, thanks.

That was great!

Okay good because I've got to get

this cake into the oven.

I'll leave that one there for you.

If you enjoyed that bonus practice session,

then let me know.

Why Should I Learn Agility With My Dog? - Duration: 5:53.

Liana: Hey, pet lovers, this is Liana with Wet Noses Pet Sitting and we are a pet sitting

and dog walking company in Northern Colorado, and as part of our Pet Care Tips series, I

am here today with Amy with Trust Your Dog Training, and thanks so much for being here.

Amy: Thanks for having me.

Liana: Absolutely!

So, do you want to tell us a little bit about you?

Amy: Sure.

Again, my name is Amy Creaven, I'm with Trust Your Dog Training.

I am a certified Karen Pryor Training Partner.

I'm a dog trainer up here in Fort Collins, Colorado.

I service Northern Colorado for behavioral problems, agility, and then in the summers,

I also run rattlesnake training for people who want to use positive reinforcement to

train their dogs to avoid rattlesnakes instead of the traditional rattlesnake training, but

currently, primarily focusing on in-home private behavior consultations and agility.

Liana: That's quite a slew of things.

Amy: I know, it's too much!

Liana: It's very unique – it's great!

So, for this series, we're asking everybody, what is the one thing that you believe all

pet lovers should know?

Amy: So, I believe all pet lovers should know that there are so many benefits to getting

out with your dogs and training with them – agility just being one of them.

I have so many people who show up to agility classes, and they're like, omigosh, my dog

would be so amazing at doing agility because they see them running in the backyard, and

they're joyful and they're rambunctious, and they jump over everything, and then they

get to class, and they're like, okay, let's do this stuff, and then they realize that

they need to build their relationship with their dogs.

You get them to follow them around the course, so we spend a lot of time in agility classes,

just focusing on building that relationship between owner and dogs so that the dogs will

do what the owner asks them to do when they ask them to do it.

So, I think that if anybody could take one thing home from an agility class, it's love

your dog, build your relationship with them so that you can share this wonderful experience

with them, and just have fun.

Liana: That's awesome.

That's pretty great, and I imagine, there's all sorts of different types of dogs that

can do agility – I mean, pretty much any dog can get out here and have a good time.

Amy: Absolutely.

Liana: You don't have to have a crazy Border Collie who's like, sprinting over every

jump.

Amy: Nope.

I have Burmese Mound Dogs come to class, I've got Yorkshire Terriers come to class, and

then of course, the usual herding dogs like Shelties and Border Collies, and Australian

Shepherds, but we have such a wide variety of dogs that do agility, and it's so much

fun, and I have dogs that are old as ten do agility, and as young as two months old come

and do agility, and we make sure that it fits the class for everybody.

Liana: What are some of the other benefits that people get in addition to forming a better

bond with their dog?

So, benefits of agility.

Amy: So, other benefits of agility, and we focus on this in the introductory class or

introduce you to this in the introductory class, is building your dog's strength and

conditioning so that they can do this.

As we all know and see, if you ever watch any of the YouTube agility videos, you'll

see dogs running really, really fast and doing really hard things that take a lot of strength

to do: running up a dog walk and down the dog walk, and stopping on a dime, and turning

on a dime – it takes a lot out of the dogs.

So, we do introduce some strength and conditioning component to it so your dogs are stronger

and well-conditioned so that when they're doing agility, they don't hurt themselves,

which then expands into the rest of their life.

So, when you're out hiking with your dog and they go jump over a log, they don't

tear an ACL or something like that, Heaven forbid.

Liana: Yes, yeah, and things like the weave poles which seem like not that hard of a concept,

but when they're moving fast, it takes a lot of coordination, muscle.

Amy: Yeah, it's hard on their shoulders and on their hips, and it's really important

to build that stamina and strength so that they can do it when we're asking them to

do it at full speed.

Liana: That makes sense.

Well, those are great benefits.

Agility is fantastic.

I think everybody should try agility with their dog at some point.

Amy: Me too.

Liana: I mean, most dogs enjoy something about it, even if they never like, go on to be crazy

competitors or anything, they just enjoy the activity of getting out and spending time

with their people.

Amy: Absolutely, and that's a big thing about the classes that I run; it's not just

people who come here and they want to compete with their dogs.

It's somebody who wants to spend more time with their dog, and learn what their dog can

do, and it's kind of neat, especially with Christmas coming up, learning all of the tricks

that you can then show off at the parties and dinners.

Liana: That's true!

That's so true, absolutely!

There are so many cool things that they just learn how to do that are – there are neat

things in agility that you kind of teach as a side effect of needing to learn – it's

not just 'hop over something,' there are commands that go with that and things that

they have to learn that are great to be used at home.

Amy: Absolutely, absolutely.

Liana: It's awesome.

Well, thanks so much for being here, really appreciate it.

If people want to find out more about you, how can they get in contact with you?

Amy: You can find me at www.tydt.dog, or you can find me on Facebook at Trust Your Dog

Training, or on Instagram @trustyourdogtraining, thank you.

Liana: Awesome.

So, guys, thanks for watching.

The camper also has three 60- inch 3D television sets, a cinema room with a 100-inch screen,

several offices, $150,000 worth of medical equipment in case of emergency – the same

one found on board presidential Air Force One.

But that's not it – you know that Simon Cowell's camper also has to have a makeup

room where the reality show judge gets ready before his TV appearances.

The makeup room in Simon's camper features an illuminated $15,000 onyx makeup counter

and a huge vanity mirror surrounded by LED lights.

Will Smith's The Heat If you thought Simon Cowell's motorhome

was extravagant, wait till you see Will Smith's $2.5 million monster camper aptly nicknamed

The Heat.

The action star used to live in this luxurious two-story campervan while he was filming his

blockbuster movies "Men in Black 3," "Ali," and "The Pursuit of Happiness."

The Heat is a 1,200-square-foot camper with 22 wheels, 14 plasma TV screens, $30,000 worth

of leather upholstery, and $125,000 worth of cutting-edge technology.

The camper has a main lounge area large enough to fit Will's home family, a full kitchen

with granite countertops and modern equipment, a huge wardrobe area, and a $25,000 bathroom

with a steam shower and glass doors that turn opaque with the touch of a button.

A lighted staircase leads to the motor home's second level with a master bedroom and a screening

room for 30 people.

2.

Featherlite Vantare Platinum Plus Do you like luxurious campervans and you also

have a $2.5 million to spare?

Then you might be interested in checking out Featherlite Vantare Platinum Plus, the second

most expensive motorhome in the world.

In the summer of 2006, Iowa-based aluminum trailer manufacturer Featherlite introduced

its most expensive camper ever, which perfectly combines elegance and functionality in one.

The Featherlite Vantare Platinum Plus features a spacious salon area decorated with custom-made

Swarovski crystals sculptures, a staircase made out of rare Inca marble, and a ceiling

covered with the finest Italian leather.

The master bedroom has everything and more: a lavish king size bed, a state-of-the-art

plasma TV that lifts out of the floorboard, and a built-in treadmill, while the fully-stocked

kitchen features a built-in coffee center, a stainless steel dishwasher, high cabinets,

pull-out pantry, utility cabinet with vacuum, refrigerator, freezer, and an onyx dining

table.

1.

EleMMEnt Palazzo Superior Behold the most expensive and outrageously

luxurious campervan in the world: the EleMMEnt Palazzo Superior.

Manufactured by Marchi Mobile, an Austrian motorhome company, this 45 feet long show-stopping

camper comes at a dizzying price of $3 000,000.

According to the description on the Marchi Mobile website, this camper's design combines

features from the worlds of motor-sports, aviation and yachting to create the most luxurious

mobile home in the world.

The EleMMEnt Palazzo Superior has an enormous master bedroom with a king-size bed manufactured

by the same company that makes beds for the British royal family, an integrated bathroom,

a plush lounge area, and an ultramodern kitchen.

All the floors inside the camper are heated to an ideal room temperature, while the retractable

roof transforms into a terrace at the push of a button.

Other features include a cocktail bar, BBQ grill, a wine cabinet, a spa area, light therapy,

mobile internet, a working fireplace, streaming video surveillance, and satellite television.

No wonder the manufacturer of this extravagant camper refers to it as a "mobile mansion"!

Which of these campers looks like it's worth the high price?

When Is The Best Time To Buy A House? - Duration: 2:39.

When is the best time to buy a house in Toronto?

Hi there I'm Nawar Naji a real estate broker in the city of Toronto. If this is your first time

visiting my YouTube channel make sure you click on subscribe and that bell

button to get notified of my weekly videos.

When is the best time to buy house in Toronto? There are two answers to this question.

The first answer is it depends on your situation.

It depends when you want to move you know if the kids have

to go to new school. Are you moving out of town or a different neighborhood?

So that depends on your circumstances. Now if you're buying an investment property

then it's you have a little bit more flexibility because you're not going to

live there so you can technically buy whatever is appropriate for you

The second answer is middle December and here's why.

Put yourself in the sellers shoes. If you're a seller you have to be highly

motivated for you to you know get your house ready clean staged and put on the

market in December. When people are thinking about you know the Christmas

holidays the, New Year's Eve parties and you know just finishing off work and

school. On the flip side from a buyer's perspective you know a lot of buyers are

sitting on the sidelines. They've shut it down till the new year is it again

they're thinking about the holidays and they're not looking in the marketplace.

So that time frame, the middle of December, is a great time from a buyer's

perspective because you have less competition from the buyer side and also

you're dealing with a highly motivated seller who wants to sell their house.

From a seller's perspective if they do not, if an offer is presented

it's a middle of December and they do not take it then realistically they're

gonna have to wait till middle of January because after that second week of

December things gonna just gonna cool off and shut down through the Christmas

break and then it takes about you know seven to ten days for the market to pick

up after the New Year's which puts that seller into the middle generally

time frame for them to entertain possible offers. So technically the sellers can

lose a month between the middle December to the middle of January

for them to possibly sell their house. Now I'm on a side note I personally

picked up two of my investment properties in December because there

were less buyers out there and the sellers were highly motivated to sell their homes.

I hope you've enjoyed this video please make sure you like comment

and subscribe and until next time happy home hunting.

Boost YouTube Views - YouTube Studio Beta Analytics explained - Video Content Marketing - Duration: 7:19.

welcome to video content marketing I am Michael Feyrer junior to the analytics and

the new YouTube beta studio seemed like a foreign language to you I can feel

your pain I'm going to show you how to interpret the new analytics and more

importantly use these to breathe life into older videos or potentially create

new content that's going to give you the best opportunity to get into YouTube

suggested lists the key is knowing what you're looking at so let's dive right in

now you're gonna want to stick around till the end of the video to discover a

huge hack that can really help you along the way but consider subscribing to the

channel to elevate your strategy so let's get right to it an impression at

the top here is when a video is listed for a second or more anywhere on YouTube

if the user can see it for more than a second that's an impression the most

important number for you is this percentage of how much YouTube suggests

your content getting this number higher is the key to focus on I know you want

to know how to increase this number and here's how you do it first you want to

make clickable titles spend some time on this ask your friends in fact at the end

of this video this hack I'm talking about it's gonna

help you make more clickable title second you want to make safe thumbnails

how are you gonna be sure your thumbnails are safe we are gonna use

Google vision it's the same program that they use to determine whether your

thumbnails are safe here's a look at the home page the link is going to be in the

description so you can use this as well now here is an image example it looks

pretty safe there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with this when you go

over here and you click on safe search this is what you get for some reason

this image comes up as possible spoof why is this I don't really know but we

make some small tweaks to this image to make sure that it is totally safe now

you want your safe to be at least unlikely in every category so here's

what we did this is the second image that is safe as you can see it's only

unlikely that it is a spoof now you want unlikely or very unlikely for every

category all we did here is wash out the background a little bit maybe it's

probably not quite as enticing an image as the original one but if you want

YouTube recommending your content you really want to verify your thumbnails

based on this safe search process now you understand how to make your

thumbnails safe for YouTube step 3 you want to make your thumbnails more

clickable you want to Theisen this is the advertisement for

your video your thumbnail has to say hey click me click me the hack at the end of

this video is going to help make your thumbnails more clickable as well these

three things when maximized will help increase your click-through rate this is

how you maximize those impressions and drive up that percentage of suggested

views forth it's really important to understand that

your click-through rate is your click-through rate and your buddy's

click-through rate may be completely different and this varies wildly from

the type of content you produce so just focus on your own click-through rate and

increasing that the best you can don't worry about your friend the fifth thing

is focus on your own click-through rate as I just mentioned you want to make

sure that you are maximizing your click-through rates so look at your

particular video find other videos in your catalog that are similar average

out the click-through rate and try to increase this I recommend setting a 5%

click-through rate increase goal and go through your old videos and just make

those thumbnails more clickable and see if you can increase your click rate by

5% on those video now this brings me around to a very important point your

click-through rate will go up when you are low on views but as your view count

Rises and as YouTube continues to share your content out to more and more

audiences eventually it's like a big onion and as your video grows and grows

and grows eventually it starts to reach audiences that just aren't interested

and then your click rate will start to decline so just be aware of this little

phenomenon it's perfectly normal ok this sounds a little crazy but do not

worry about the views section of the funnel why because if you take care of

all the stuff above that the views will take care of themselves they have to

instead I want you to focus on this average view duration now this

percentage tells you if the video is good or not no really it does most

importantly average view duration varies wildly depending upon the type of

content you are producing so don't worry about your

average view duration worry about your average view duration and also focus on

the percentage not the numbers keep in mind consistently getting in the 60%

range is good you will grow if you're in that range when you're analyzing a video

you want to pay special attention to average view duration for non

subscribers and this is really important because if your average view duration is

significantly less for non subscribers than it is for subscribers it could mean

that your content might be a little too inside jokey and new folks that come to

your channel just don't get it it also means your channel will eventually die

due to attrition because you're not actually bringing in those new

subscribers do not worry about anything below this on the funnel if you take

care of the top of the funnel all this stuff will take care of itself you fix

your click-through rate in your average view duration and believe me you are

golden okay so I've been mentioning this hack since the beginning of the video

and here's where I want to invite you to get involved now a be testing can be

expensive you have to use outside of YouTube apps in order to do it but I'm

going to put together a focus group of like-minded youtubers who really want to

help each other create more clickable titles and more clickable thumbnails if

you are interested in participating in this group all you have to do is message

me on Twitter this is the handle right here is really that easy

if growing your channel finding like-minded creators to collaborate with

or earn a buck or two on YouTube is something you're into hey elevate your

strategy and subscribe to my channel and click that bell for notifications of

when you have a new opportunity to learn and grow until next time be good to each

other and lend a hand to your fellow creator it all comes back around in the

end market like a boss BCM out of here

you

Is Ronnie Fieg the man when it comes to sneaker collabs? | Inside The Box | Jacob Kjerulff - Duration: 22:43.

It's bought without the box, that one.

Is it Barbershop?

National Parks, I think.

Hello and welcome to Inside the Box.

We have made the trip to Ishøj, today.

Vi er are visiting Jacob Kjerulff

who undisputed must be one of Denmark's

greatest sneaker collectors - I think that's fair to say.

Here we have Jacob!

Jacob, thank you so much for having us.

Thank you for stopping by. I have been looking forward to

going through it all. Take a look

in here, at what might be

something that I personally

would like to have at home.

The treasure chamber.

Can you tell us

what's going on in here.

How would you define this room?

It's "The Grail Room"

or what do we call it?

This is were everything I collected came together.

I save everything here, which I

really value highly.

I'm running out of space.

It is

from the floor to the ceiling. Can you explain

when it all started?

When did you begin with sneakers?

Oh, I'm an OG type.

kind of like you, Mads.

My approach

to all this

with sneakers, is Hip-Hop.

The Hip-Hop culture

entered my life

in the beginning of the '90s

and everything sort of relates to Hip-Hop.

To basket. To shoes.

There is no doubt

that the biggest icon

was definitely Michael Jordan.

The Air Force

and stuff like that.

Looking back to your youth

and the '90s and music.

You played basketball yourself

-as a hobby.

How did all that turn into this?

It has been a long process.

It didn't happen overnight.

I remember

in the start '00s.

You don't know that

your'e a collector before you end up here.

Back then, you didn't know when

a shoe had release and stuff like that.

You walked into Foot Locker and looked around.

'Okay - they have the new Jordan'.

You think

Jordans are cool, but

as you can see behind you, Mads

I've ended up in runners

more recently.

From Asics to New Balance

Diadorra.

We will go through the best ones.

All this right here happened

pretty fast I must say.

Turing into something more serious

where this one wall is only runners.

But 10 years ago...

You've still been

ahead of many others.

I think we should start

where you started.

Let's take a look. Check out

this Jordan wall.

Before Jakob pulls the heat of the shelves,

check out these photos

on the boxes.

That is truly

attention to details.

I envy that.

Printed images

that have been cut out and glued on.

You will never

take out the wrong one. I have to

know what's inside the boxes.

They all look alike.

And if you don't want to read everytime.

I don't know the color codes by heart.

I took out this one - and I HAVE to.

I don't wear this everyday.

It is actually

Deadstock.

From 2011.

Because in 1996

when these released

I was not able to afford stuff like this.

And more than anything, I don't think

I would have known where to buy it.

You would see this

in Slam Magazine

-Source Magazine.

If you saw a Jordan ad on TV

I would have no idea where to buy it,

but I knew it was cool.

It was retroed again in

in '01 or something.

No money - no time.

Not on point.

But I remember in '11.

This created mayhem in The States.

It did and have done so every time.

I need to start wearing these instead of buying more.

Yes - they need some air.

The limo of Jordans.

Are they your favorite Jordans?

Probably something

more like this. Timeless.

These are easier for me to pull off

Than a Concord.

It was back again

last year. The

one we had before was

a 2009 version of a Countdown Pack.

I think the leather on it, is a little off.

It's very stiff. I think

it was bette for the '16 version.

I doesn't get any more classic than this

in my opinion.

There are many other 1s, but the 3

has a special place in my heart.

I believe

that this bad boy...

You have to store

them

somewhat

descent so they won't...

This 100%

a grail this one.

Nike Air Logo.

Check! You have them out for

a walk - the way it should be, man!

The most recent Jordan that I've bought

is a Shadow.

I have it down here.

That is from this year, right) Yes, and it's a 1.

So you still... I'm still there

but on a

minimal level. As I said, I'm not getting a

a Concord in December. Had you asked me

me 5 years ago.... Are you crazy...

What about OFF-White and

Travis Scott 4s.

The impossible items.

To be honest, that's just not me.

I would rather

wear something like this over an OFF-White

I don't really get it. I know that

you really like it, Mads.

Not 100% but

I thought it was fun

when he deconstructed

something so special.

But I think he has done well.

Travis Scott and

Levi's

and stuff like that. I get it, but I don't need to

have them. I like Levi's as well.

No doubt about it. I would like those.

And deconstruct

and sand a little bit.

But no, all that

OFF-White and stuff.

You will not find it in here.

We are dealing with

a sneaker fan

from a different generation.

Take notice as we walk through.

Let's move over here

in the Air department.

I love how neat it is.

So nice!

It is nice to be in this room.

Air Max! There is no doubt that

when we are discussing designers.

We talked

about this one. Tinker Hatfield.

Wow! He has

made the most aesthetics looking

shoe.

Air Max 1.

You have a great stock on those.

Anniversary. I had to.

This is

"Obsidian" but from an aesthetics point of view.

An Air Max 1 if I had to choose.

This is the honest truth.

One shoe

that is the most aesthetics looking. Be careful now...

Yes! But it is an Air Max 1.

Is there anything here

which is your favorit? Well...

some of the Air Max 1 collabs.

Unfortunately I don't have any.

The Pattas and stuff like that are

grails.

They cost...

I don't want to pay 2000 dollars

for a used shoe.

I liked when they

revived "Elephant"

from the archives.

For sure.

That made my heart happy!

They are cool, these.

I have the original

- and they haven't popped?

Yes so far they haven't.

At least I hope so. Maybe I need to check up on them!

Sean came with... I have it

over here. I might say that I don't

like hype and so on...

But this one!

It's crazy! Yeah, we have talked

a lot about this on in Rezet.

I mean, the entire

storytelling and him

as a person and the way it was lauched.

It has been a while

since we something THAT complete.

When people

from the culture are allowed to create

shoes - I'm down with that.

The man owns Round Two

and loves shoes and Nike.

It's totally Just Do

that he made this one.

I really hope that it will not be

bastardized and will be made

in other colorways and stuff.

I think somethings are to be left exclusive.

Listen, we are headed to the other side.

I mean this is... if it was up to me...

I would look at everything.

You have a lot of ASICS here.

That is a pretty new area for me.

It kinda

evovled. Philip, come over here for a minute...

fairly new stuff

but we're talking from floor to ceiling in ASICS.

At some point...

maybe 3-4 years ago.

Maybe 5.

I had become a little tired of Jordans.

Retros and the same things...

and so on... If you already have found your

"White Cement" 3s and stuff.

You have it with Nike Air on the heel.

I like it but

the new colorways they are trying out.

I don't know... It's not reallly...

I have classic colorways behind you.

As you can see.

I needed something new. A good friend

of mine, introduced me to

ASICS and I

was sold!

The shoe that had me

sold on runner in general

was Concepts

"Luxury Goods"

It's super nice.

The idea of having

a theme behind a shoe

was pretty new for me.

Hermes, if I pronounce it correctly.

The French luxury brand.

Everything is works.

The materials.

Something that Jordan

began neglecting.

The way they look on your feet.

We don't wear wide Levi's 501s anymore

Now er wear joggers and so on.

It looks so much better on the feet.

So that one, it very special for me.

It hasn't been more than

5-6 years ago.

I think 5.

We talk a lot about New Balance.

There is no doubt about their strong side; quality

materials and colors.

They are so good at colorways and we talked about

it before we started filming, that

even their in-line shoes

and their general releases are super cool as they are.

I mean, how is it...

how do you differentiate?

Do you buy general releases because you like them?

I do! I can pull a random style.

Like this! No hype.

No nothing - just a general

release. Part of a

"Connisure Pack"

I mean, come on! This is nice.

Really nice. We cannot get around

the man, who I rate

higher than other designers.

On this world. Ronnie Fieg.

I know he has

made stuff with Nike.

But his ASICS...

He made the "East Coast Project Pack".

If you know a little about

American football, this is

inspired by the Miami Dolphins.

I clearly remember

when these released. They are super hard.

With sock and everything.

and New York Knicks

All of The East Coast.

From Miami to New York.

Do you have storys connected to all these?

Who did you buy from - was most of it online?

No, I joined in so late,

that I have had to

get a hold of other collectors.

So it's good to know the right

buddies with the same shoe size.

Shout out! Shout out to...

Claus Nelson.

Respect!

He established something.

He was intern or something

with David Z.

I have a funny story

that I mention a lot because I bought shoes

from Ronnie Fieg when he was

on the floor in David Z.

Maybe that also lets you

for how many years I've been collecting.

I bought regular

New Balance Made in US

from Ronnie Fieg when he was on the floor in the store

and assisted. Exactly!

Now he has an empire.

I really have a deep respect for what he has done.

You don't see any adidas in here.

But...

It might be a little strange.

I hadn't even noticed.

I'm very brand loyal.

Nike-guy by heart.

Nobody queued up for adidas before

Kanye started.

I don't think so. We need to

have a look at these boxes

up here. Because

one is getting a lot of

limited shoes and things that have

online on the reseller market.

But if you get this type of boxes

with you, so you have

the limited boxes from in-store releases

around the World.

That just shows that you gave it an extra effort.

For sure. Let's take a look at some of them.

Concepts, who makes these boxes.

"Rat Pack"

You design a Diadora based on

a tuxedo.

an the real box

inside.

Piano laces and all.

We need to see this. The Money Box?

Drug boxen. Yes, Concepts

have a habit of

making a money or drug

theme. I'll show

one called C-Note after this one.

Stacks!

Money!

Check it out.

A shoe

inspired by coca leaves

and you probably know

what that turn into eventually.

The "Rivalry Pack".

They made a

From 'Boston to New York' Pack

with Baseball. This is

popcorn from the stadium here.

And and in-store banner.

This is so awesome. You mentioned

that you feel that

that Ronnie Fieg is the man of Asics and Concepts

means New Balance. Yes - If you have to

make out where they lean towards.

But inspired by the stadium

in Boston, which is beginning to fade a little bit.

The grey and the green

and the rusty color here.

Yeah, man!

There is a a story behind all shoes.

"The Boston Tea Party" is

historic event from

1500 or something.

In New England

I believe that

this box was inspired by something...

There's a small poster

which explains it all.

The shoe by itself is insane.

They have an anniversary in 2015.

Asics... on the Gel-Lyte III.

Where 12 stores

made a shoe each.

This was Concepts'

version. We know that

you take a lot of photos.

Another passion of yours.

A hobby

that has taken overhand.

Your take shoes

outside. It's

a good way to un-deadstock

your shoes... to put them on.

Get some nice shots.

I haven't been through all of them yet.

It has to be the right day and the right outfit.

There's enough to choose from. I've noticed...

Check out Jacob's instagram.

He makes an extra effort

and more than that.

It's really

sharp images - it's nice...

attention to details.

Which you can also tell from in here. A man that likes details.

So make sure to check it out.

His tag i right here.

It's... it's all

worth it. I find it very inspiring.

You spend time on all of this.

Do you feel, how it

creates a network of people, who writes to you?

Yeah, and many of those end up being the ones

you deal with, if you're the same size.

Or they know someone

who has a "Leatherback" for sale.

I HAVE to show you this one.

Bait

has a habbit of making

Cartoon-ish...

Collabs.

And here they made one based on He-Man.

He-Man "Skeletor".

I went home and found my figure.

Whaaat!

That I had as a kid.

To make a shoe based on it...

That's cool.

Shout out to those of you who were born in the '80s.

It's that real shit!

Cool!

I've never seen this one before.

They made the

Where's Wally and a...

i have The Shrek, if you want to see it?

There's a Shrek shoe!

Dope!

All this passed right by me.

This is so much fun.

Bait X Shrek

Yes! Cool.

Yo, Diadorra! Shout out!

So cool. Kilates in Barcelona.

X-Large is Japanese. Correct me

if I'm wrong... Yes a legendary

streetwear brand on the same level as Stüssy.

If you don't know X-Large.. Check it out

online.

They made this "Copito".

Which is an

albino gorilla, which was in

the Zoo

in Barcelona.

Horse hairs on it...

Insane! You might say

that for many of these collabs...

those who are involved in the design process

have been inspired by

what Ronnie Fieg introduced

and later what Concepts also made.

It's has been

not completely the same...

colorways, but very much in the same

pastel univers. And the use of

of different materials.

I think you can give a lot of credit

to Ronnie Fieg for this.

To think this way... Not a lot of people went this way

before he did it.

Let's look at the last one, Mads!

Yeah, let's do that. I have to

pull out this pink bad boy.

All Gone - please explain that.

Well,

All Gone is the book. The book

that document the culture we are in.

I mean...

and Michael La MJC

from Paris, started out...

I think they just had their 11th...

Yeah, I believe they have published 11 books.

And this one was in last years?

In '14? Okay, it

was a Friends & Family or?

No! It had a release?

It's only released

in the French store Club 75.

They only release

in-store there and this one

is inspired from a cover from '14.

It might be later actually.

But the cover that inspired this one

is from '14.

All Gone!

It it super nice, man.

A single color,

but...

They are all based on a cover

from the All Gone books.

Shit! There are a lot of them.

I wish there were my size.

My girlfriend would not.

Ronnie can actually make

Diadora's.

Of course!

Again, he utilizes

the legendary Salmon color.

An Intrepid model.

Expensive leather at the heel.

Holy shit!

So he got that down as well.

Wow! I must say.

So that had me sold. 100%.

Collabs and all that.

You get a little bit more from a collab.

Except from New Balance.

But I'm from a different era.

Kinda like you, Mads.

It wasn't

all this...

they don't fuck with what's real anymore.

They fuck with what's

hyped.

I'm more in it for the culture.

I really am.

Okay, Jacob said we

can't go before

we show this one.

It is a New Balance 997.5?

Exactly. A fusion

of a 997 and a 998 - the two best models.

And then the man, Ronnie Fieg

who adds his touch to it.

It's insane.

What was the story behind this?

He was on vacation in Greece.

There's a pack with 2 shoes.

You can see it

on the insoles.

Take a look!

Some resort he visited.

With...

beaches and...

Just Greece.

Again,

he adds some colors.

That's his thing.

He's a legend.

Cool.

Jacob, I wish

we could stay

an enitre weekend.

Filming all of it.

Go through all of the shoes.

But unfortunately we can't. We live in a time

where people have an attention span

of 0.3 seconds, but

I hope you've had as much

fun as I've had.

Holy shit, so many dope things.

And you can really tell that you

are dedicated and as mentioned

make sure to follow

Jacob's instagram.

All his pictures and all that stuff that he does.

I'm sure if you DM him,

and need some help with images in general...

Take a trip to Ishøj.

go through the school,

something might come your way.

Right? For sure!

Cool. Thank you so much.

Yor welcome, Mads! Cool.

A walk down memory lane.

Shit!

We're in heaven!

Hey! We were heading out!

But it turns out that there is one more room!

Check this out!

Jacob has another room with sneakers.

One thing that I've noticed is that

he - like all other collectors -

also collects more than sneakers.

We have an entire archive here.

Of NBA shirts!

Even NFL.

And soccer and baseball.

I mean, come on!

Philip, we have to

see these Bryant shirts.

What the hell, come on!

I could stay here forever!

But I think I'll get kicked out soon.

-Yet again. -Unbelievable.

You guys saw what happened at Congress?

-Come on, man. -What do you mean?

Didn't even know we still had a Congress.

That's so 2015.

-I just had a flashback. -What?

You wanna talk corruption in 2018?

There's this huge scandal, it went down yesterday!

There was also this Engenheiros do Hawaii concert yesterday

-and nobody cares about this shit. -But it's our money they're taking.

Jesus, put me in a coma, man. Stop.

Getting angry about corruption is like "Pokémon GO".

-It's old news. -It's done.

-Nobody's talking about it. -They're doing so in GloboNews!

GloboNews? That's so ancient, it's probably only reruns now.

He reminds me of my activist days.

-You were pissed! -But that was last year.

-How was it again? -How'd they call it?

-Oh, right! Boujee! -Boujee!

I used to be such a boujee.

Me, I was woke. Even had a union hat.

We'd fight all the time, remember?

-I think I even blocked you. -You totally did!

Guys, they just found out about the payoffs.

-Payoffs? -Yes, payoffs!

Dude, I wrote so much about that on Facebook.

-About "the payoffs"! -Such an old-fashioned word!

Like using 50's slang or something.

But we have to get angry about something!

Yeah, we should get angry.

And I'm angry about Noronha!

After Bruno Gagliasso opened a resort there,

-that place is swarming! -What a pain.

-Am I an actress? -No.

No?

-A politician? -Yeah.

-Yeah? -Yeah.

Have I been a president?

-Yep. -You have.

-A woman? -Yeah, a woman.

A female president...

-Temer? Temer. -No.

-Not Marcela Temer? -No, no.

-Wasn't it Marcela Temer? -Nope.

Lula? Ms. Lula? Wasn't it Luiza, or...

-Getting warmer. -Not yet.

-Is she a leftist? -Yeah.

Yeah, from the left.

Gleici, from Big Brother Brazil!

-Right? -No, no.

-Wow... -Friends with her, though.
