Youtube daily report Feb 21 2019

Eh...Slate!

Scene 3, frame 2, take 2.

Action!

Song:"Hasta diez" by Elena Olmos.

Oh! How are you?

I didn't know you were there!

Here we are drinking some coffee.

I was just thinking about all the fun we had last weekend.

With the girls from "Notas Aparte webserie".

Cheers to coffee and to "Notas Aparte"...

Doesn't make any sense...

(Laughs)

No, I'm joking.

Well...

I don't know...

I...

I had a great time, I was great with the other group.

I think...

Both of our teams knew how to work together.

On one hand...

Yaiza was in charge of the camera with some other people.

On the other hand, Alba gave us indications

so we could do it better, I think...

both of our teams took some part

of the job and they did it really well.

I don't know. It was a pleasure that they came here.

And they knew Café Sin Leche's set...

I don't know, they are really cool.

So, I don't know...

I said "So, I don't know" 14 times already.

So, I don't know...

So...

(Laughs)

I don't know if the girls were happy here, I think they were.

It was really interesting to see how each team works.

And then all of us working together.

And it was a very short time, really really quickly.

They were in Zaragoza...

24 hours.

So, I don't know.

I think it was really well.

It's been really cool.

Working with Notas Aparte's team and make a crossover.

Cause both of our teams...

are mostly composed by woman.

So get together and create some content it's a way

for us and...

for the public, to show that we can create something together.

No competing , specially in this kind of formats.

Knowing them It's been a great experience.

Well, we saw "Notas Aparte" before we even started "Café Sin Leche".

And when we ended our first season, we thought about contact them.

Right?

Yeah, make this tiny partnership.

And help each other.

At the end...

It turned out well.

Really well.

They came to our city and we are really happy about it.

Cause we shared and created together.

Both of us wrote the script.

We were in different cities so...

...Each one choose some scenes

wrote it

And then check to see

if both of us liked it.

So...

Well, a production like this it is always complicated.

Also, we don't have any budget so, even more complicated.

But...

There was...

It was easy to work together.

We choose a date in common, and then...

Just started to work. The difficult thing...

Picking a day I guess, but after that

We were great together, so it has been...

really easy.

Yes, we have to thank "Bocatart"

The place where we filmed this episode.

And "Modateca"

Cause she gave us the clothes.

Hey girls!

Hi!

We wanted to thank you for the experience in Zaragoza!

It was really funny.

I think this episode will be...

really special.

It was...

pretty cool. It was quick but really cool.

We had enough time to walk around...

Zaragoza, and it was nice, but really cold too...

Really windy.

Yes. Really windy.

So, we can't wait to watch this episode.

We hope you guys will like it too!

Kisses!

Bye!

Why do we suck so bad, Jaione?

We have to go somewhere to learn how to talk!

I know how to talk.

I think, If we are talking about teams composed by woman...

You should talk, not me!

Can you ask me again, please?

(Laughs)

Here, nothing weird.

Maybe you can't listen because of this.

You can't afford to miss Café Sin Leche's second season!

And the episode we are filming today.

Our crossover with Notas Aparte.

I don't know why I'm pointing to you.

Living David Villa. Episode 3. Together again - Duration: 6:03.

I've always said it.

He is the person that has made me the happiest on a soccer field scoring that goal in South

Africa at the end of the game, and the truth is that, today, you get emotional, you get

goose bumps…

Well, not only in South Africa, also at Wembley and all the things that we have achieved together.

I hope that we can also be successful here.

Well, Andrés, another battle together, more than one thousand, now here in Japan.

Let's see how it goes this year.

Yes, we are together again on a different team now, and let's see if everything goes

as well as we hope, we can enjoy this experience together and with the team.

Life is great there… and, well, let's enjoy, get great results, and have fun together.

Well, since you have been here several years, you have more experience, but I think everything

is going great, the training sessions, the games…

Yes, the tour is fantastic.

We are grateful to the people working here, many thanks to them because it's going perfect.

I have had many preseasons here, like you said, four preseasons.

It's hard because there aren't as many teams to play against like in Europe.

But the preparations are fantastic.

We are happy with the hotel, the training fields, and the games we have played so far.

All of that helps a lot.

For me, going to Japan has been, really, my first time living out of the country.

I went from Fuentealbilla to Barcelona and from Barcelona to Kobe.

You know that the thing that helps us decide what to do is soccer.

But, we have been able to enjoy soccer here, my family enjoyed their time.

We have learned about a new culture, and we lived in a great country like the United States

and in a great city like New York.

I'm a better person or a person with more knowledge after this experience.

This great experience that I had on the field as well as off the field, is one of the reasons

why I decided to accept the challenge to come to Japan, with a new culture, different on

the field as well as in life.

In the end, that's what matters in life, to have experiences, and I hope this one is

a great one, too.

You have been in Japan longer…

As I was telling you, in my personal experience, what I was looking for, and I have said it

since I arrived there, was the ideal place.

It's ideal because you can train comfortably, you can enjoy soccer, and also there are some

traditional Japanese cities nearby.

Osaka has different things, you have Hiroshima, Nagasaki with all their history.

It's a country you need to explore, and like you said, it's a different culture.

You always try to learn from the places you visit, and we are very happy here.

In terms of soccer, what surprised me the most is that they are very demanding.

You have to give 100% if you want to be at your best so that the rivals don't beat

you.

There are some differences that you can see from Europe.

But I always say that it's like they play with the same tempo all the time.

It's non-stop.

It doesn't matter if you are winning or losing, teams play you the same way.

Here in United States I don't know how they play, but I'm sure they have their differences.

Yes, I also had the opportunity to play four games in Australia before coming here.

Now I'm also watching how they play in Japan.

In the end, soccer is the same everywhere.

People think that after playing in the best league in the world, the Spanish league, the

rest is too easy.

But soccer is hard in any part of the world because there's competitiveness everywhere.

Adapting to a new league was the hardest change, the biggest change.

Hopefully in Japan we can enjoy an unique experience winning trophies together.

We must go. Our pizza is gonna be cold...

You have 3 minutes left.

Who are we going to cheat?

A healthy self-esteem does not have 6 benefits.

It has infinite benefits!

Self-esteem is what nourishes everything we do and get things that can

go well, go well.

But today I want to highlight 6 benefits that I think you're going to find them interesting.

I am Sandra Burgos.

Let's talk about self-esteem.

These 6 benefits of a healthy self-esteem Bernardo Stamateas highlights them in his book

"Toxic People." I'll leave the link to the book in the information box.

Stamateas recommends you always, always pursue your dreams.

That you train yourself in whatever is necessary to do it, but do not give up.

The first thing that will happen to you when you train to succeed, is that you will go from being a

productive person to be a person with self-esteem.

Then there will be remarkable changes in your life and in the organization of it.

There will be clear benefits of that increase in self esteem:

What did not work, will start to work.

You will not depend emotionally on anyone to reach your goal

You will begin to declare your dreams publicly and you will not be ashamed of them.

You will speak and act as if you were already a champion or champion.

It will not matter if you are at the beginning of the line, you will move as if you had already

reached the goal.

You will apply the principle of the association: the best will be added and will join your purpose,

and what does not work will be left in the way.

You will be a breeder: Everything that happens Your hands will be perfected and successful.

If you still do not have a healthy self-esteem, Maybe all this has overwhelmed you a little.

You may have even perceived it as little humble

But it is not about lack of humility.

As soon as your self-esteem increases, you realize that you can do great things, because

you check it

And that is a wonderful feeling.

Come by the comments section and tell me if you already see in you some of the benefits of

a healthy self-esteem that I just mentioned.

I will love to know at what point you are.

Bin Bot Pro ADX Robot In Action! $10,000 Trade Result! Live Trading - Duration: 12:45.

hey guys what's going on? FAYSAL here and welcome to our channel. so how are

you guys doing? long time no see it's because I have been busy with my business

both inbound and outbound, both online and offline and I was a bit sick because

my blood pressure and blood sugar level fell. so my doctor suggested

me to take rest for a while but I did not take rest! but I could not upload

anything to my channel for more than one month but finally I'm back and those who

have not yet subscribed to our Channel, please do so and show us your support!

there are many many updates are coming soon to you guys! I will upload

everything. we have joined many trading applications recently which I

have not yet told you or updated you. soon I will do that and I will be

constantly uploading trading and reviews from now on.

so today I am going to trade with Bin Bot Pro and Bin Bot Pro has been so

consistent for us. so let's just login to the platform. Bin Bot Pro has

added many new features recently and you can see my target has been achieved and

I have crossed 100 thousand mark yesterday. so I will soon withdraw

most of my balance from this platform.

you see crypto ADX 2.0 robot has been added and it's been fantastic.

we have used RSIMA cross and Xprofits before. crypto ADX 2.0

is amazing. so today I'll trade with crypto ADX 2.0 but it will be very

stressful session because you know Bin Bot Pro often places 5 to 10% of your

current balance and it is fully automated. we just need to run the robot

and robot will place trades and you will see the ongoing trades over here.

VIDEFOREX is our assigned broker as you already know. so let's run the robot

and as you know that I trade one and then I stop the robot from placing

more trades. so 1 trade in a day. so turn on the robot and the robot is

activated. This crypto ADX robot will find suitable opportunities and

will place the trade to the broker platform automatically. you cannot copy

any trading signals to any of your brokerage account because it is

fully automated. I don't like

automated trading but Bin Bot Pro is amazing and it is already placed

LTC/USD/ OK let's stop the robot. you see the robot is stopped.

so LTC means Litecoin and oh my god! you see the order size is

$10657. so let's go to the Litecoin chart. LTC okay here it is and you can

see that from this level the robot placed a good trade that means SELL trade and

it is trading cryptocurrency Litecoin. so this is the strike price. I think I

have gotten a good strike price. the robot placed it perfectly.

yeah you see the top portion! if I win this trade that payout will be

$18,000 and if I lose I will lose $10,657 and the expiration time is

as usual 7.5 minutes expiry. so we have to wait seven point five

minutes. so let's discuss about some features of BinBot Pro. we have joined

Bin Bot Pro trading application in 2017. probably in August 2017. so it is

nearly 2 years and it has been dominating the trading industry for a

long long time. Bin Bot Pro is the only trading application that allow

traders from worldwide that means if you are from USA or Canada or from any part

of Africa you can join this awesome trading application. that

is the facility of Bin Bot Pro 2019 and there are many robots.

you see the list and you can join according to your investment levels.

suppose you need to register with Boli band robot then the recommend balance is

$500. same investment for RVI robot. if you want to invest more like crypto ADX 2.0 then the

investment should be $2,000. This two thousand is not the software price, it

is your investment and it is your money. you don't need to spend

a dime to use this Bin Bot Pro review application because Bin Bot Pro

gets a commission from the brokers like VIDEFOREX, right? so

whenever some users join with VideForex broker they get a little

Commission. so this amount is yours. suppose if you register with ADX 2.0 and

your investment is two thousand that will be yours and you will see the

balance grows on your VIDEForex broker or any assigned broker like you may get

binary cent broker or any other broker. so that is your money and and there are

some disadvantages which people don't tell you. I will say disadvantage

because I am very much fond of manual trading

that means I copy signals and I place to my preferred broker

account as you see me trading with Maximus Cryptobot or the Calloway

software or any other software. I trade manually but Bin Bot Pro does not

have manual trading options. so you need to rely on the Bin Bot Pro

robot. you need to run the robot or stop the robot and the robot

will do everything for you. but the disadvantage is you cannot choose

any asset. which asset to invest which or you should not. suppose in this trade

it placed a Litecoin trade, right? but I don't like to trade litecoin. if

it was a manual trading application I would have never placed the Litecoin.

But the robot placed it and I have nothing to do but I guess it placed

a good opportunity trade because our trading is going fine. A few

minutes to go. a few minutes to go to expire this Litecoin trade. whenever you

trade big amount trade it puts pressure on your nerves.

that's what happens to me often when I trade with Bin Bot Pro. you

have seen me losing a $6000 trade with Bin Bot Pro

before and I was stressing so much. yeah! I have just won

the trade as you can see the result here. eighteen thousand one hundred and

seventeen dollar. the balance has been adjusted and

okay! here the balance has not yet adjusted so I need to refresh the

Bin Bot Pro platform to see the updated balance. yes so it is one hundred

and fourteen thousand balance. it's very good trading session. so I will

end my training session here with Bin Bot Pro because I trade one with

News24 - Man Utd have paid Sanchez £16,000 per minute in the league this season - Duration: 4:51.

Alexis Sanchez has 'earned' £16,000-per-minute of Premier League action this season for Manchester United, according to the Sportsman

The publication has compiled data from the start of the season (August 10) until February 11 to document how much each player at the Red Devils has earned in the Premier League for the 2018-19 campaign

To calculate the figures, as reported by the Sun, the Sportsman deducted wages from players for the weeks they have been out injured, then divided their collective earnings during the course of the campaign and divided it by the minutes played in the league

So in the case of Sanchez, who they report earns £505,000-a-week, he has been available for 19 of United's 26 matches

Those numbers multiplied equate to £9,595,000. If you divide £9,595,000 by 615 (the number of Premier League minutes he's played this season so far) then you get to £15,601 - his figure earned per minute

This figure is in stark contrast to in-form Marcus Rashford who has 'earned' £767-per-minute according to the Sportsman's data

They say the club's No 10 earns £45k-a-week and has played 1,525 minutes of top-flight football this season

United resume their Premier League campaign on Sunday with a mouthwatering clash against bitter rivals Liverpool at Old Trafford

And ahead of that match, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has insisted Fred can still be a success at United and likened his struggles to adapt to life in the Premier League to two of his former team-mates in Diego Forlan and Juan Sebastian Veron

HOW MUCH MANCHESTER UNITED PLAYERS HAVE BEEN PAID PER-MINUTE OF PREMIER LEAGUE ACTION THIS SEASON  Marcus Rashford - £767-per-minuteScott McTominay - £967Jesse Lingard - £1,238Diogo Dalot - £1,343Chris Smalling - £1,368Nemanja Matic - £1,531Victor Lindelof - £1,668Phil Jones - £1,881  Ashley Young - £1,883Luke Shaw - £1,936Anthony Martial - £2,150David de Gea - £2,222   Ander Herrera - £2,312Romelu Lukaku - £3,160Matteo Darmian - £3,241Andreas Pereira - £3,277Antonio Valencia - £3,400Eric Bailly - £3,748Paul Pogba - £3,903Juan Mata - £4,241Fred - £5,512Marcos Rojo - £7,692Alexis Sanchez - £15,601 The Brazilian midfielder joined United for a hefty £52million fee from Shakhtar Donetsk in the summer, but is yet to hit his stride and has remained on the peripheral for much of this season, featuring just 15 times in all competitions

Solskjaer has used him sparingly since taking over the reins from Jose Mourinho back in December but has spotted real potential in Fred and is backing him to eventually come good

We know there's a very, very good player there with Fred so hopefully he'll adjust to the English game because there's no doubt there's talent, absolutely no doubt,' Solskjaer told Manchester Evening News

'There's loads of players that have come in and found the first few months difficult

'One of the best players I've played with that struggled the most was Diego Forlan

Veron [is another] you know, they were two fantastic players and it took a bit of time

But when they settled they performed.'So I don't think he needs to worry too much

He'll get chances.'

Matt Landau's Sense of Place I Season 2 I Official Trailer - Duration: 2:18.

- Nice to meet you.

- Do you believe it or not?

- I don't believe it!

- Dude, I hope they don't stop the carnival for a few days.

(Crowd cheering)

- I think often what we like to do is,

go to a place where we know people already.

- I love you!

- I love you too! (laughter)

- You say hey, welcome, you're coming to

visit my vacation home, what can I do for you?

- I feel very special right now.

- As a chef, we do everything from heart.

And as you know, if you have to compromise something

that you've really done from the heart,

it hurts. And that's why chefs get

so upset about things.

- This is a polypore fungus.

- I thought it was a polypore!

- Oh ho ho, lobster exercise. Wah!

- Better joking than crying. - Amen!

- So I can eat the rooster testicals?

- Yeah.

- I can eat the rooster heart?

- Yeah.

- If you were kosher, you couldn't eat any of these.

- Not even catfish. - Is that right?

(Laughter)

- In my opinion, we're still very

traditional in terms of thinking.

(Orchestral folk music)

- You know, the skies the limit.

- Literally.

- Yeah, quite literally, yeah.

- It's pretty amazing what you can actually do

when you just set your mind to it right?

- I know everybody in town, and they know me,

and we get along, and we're friends.

So, that's my situation and I really like that.

It's a cold,cold world,

that we live in today

Everybody hurts,

each in their own different ways

So many things,

that tear you up inside

We all need a warm touch,

somewhere safe to hide

So I sit here by the fire and hold on to the night

And listen to the song that you sing in my life

I'll sit under the moon,I'll wait here for you

Wait for the night to turn blue

[ Music ]

I'll wait for the calm,

on the easy side of midnight

My heart will sing the song,

of the quiet endless starlight

And I'll forget about the pain,

that eats me up inside

Come on take my hand

and somewhere in the blues we'll hide

So I sit by the fire and hold on to the night

Listen to the song, that you sing in my life

I'll sit under the moon,

I'll wait here for you

I'll wait for the night to turn blue

Oh yeh,wait for the night

Wait for the night to turn blue..

Update - Duration: 8:21.

I'm sorry for not showing any signs of life since the last video.

I'm going to explain what I've been working on during this time.

The main thing I've been doing is a third making of video, this time centered around my favourite characters

in the five From Software games I've featured in this channel, from Demon's Souls to Dark Souls III.

I enjoyed doing the making of videos, back in 2017, since I like talking about

the process that goes on behind the scenes, and people seemed to find them interesting to watch.

I had more plans to do one for my favourite characters, and another one for my favourite boss fights,

but since I had done two in a row already, I chose to work on other projects instead.

Around early June 2018 I revisited the idea and I began writing a new script

after thinking about which characters I wanted to talk about.

It was a very simple script, much in the vein of the other two videos.

Once I had the first version complete I converted it to audio and began organising and reviewing

the footage I have of all the movie projects, which by this point is quite massive in terms of the amount of hours I have recorded.

I also wanted to show alternate shots that didn't make it into the final videos.

Then I started incorporating more outside elements like the lists I often make with things I have to record,

and storyboards or drawings related to the videos.

The project started getting bigger and bigger.

Soon I found I was at a place where I felt I wanted to talk more about what these characters mean to me,

instead of just a detached approach to showing how I make certain shots.

I wanted to share my opinion on the cast, the themes and the storytelling in each game,

including their respective DLCs, as well as the way I decided to structure the videos

or how I use music, and the state of mind I was during each project.

When I realised that I didn't have enough footage to properly illustrate all the words, I began recording new stuff.

The project turned into a much more personal one, which, in a way, mirrored other changes

that had been going on in my life at the time, and my growing desire to communicate personal things in a more open way.

Even though I like to think that the way I edit and make videos, and the images I create do reflect a bit of my personality

and who I am, in ways that words can't, the truth is that I rarely, if ever, talk directly about myself,

either in the videos themselves or when I used to participate more in the comments.

I started this video right after uploading the last one, and despite some periods where

making videos took a background focus for me, it has never left my mind for more than a week or two.

Regardless of that, unfortunately the process of making this video has been very, very slow and laborious.

I ended up in a cycle of putting images to the initial script, then changing or adding

new text because I realised I wanted to say something else, then recording new footage

when what I had wasn't appropiate, coming up with new stuff to record and going back to the script to make it fit, and so on.

The progress I make at any given time is rather small, and it is subject to change

if a couple of weeks later I feel I want to express something differently.

In terms of the size of the project file, and the amount of footage I'm managing, this is easily the largest one I've ever done,

and the one with the most substantial variety of shots, taken from a miriad of sources.

I also want to show some of the new shots I've finished,

in which I've began featuring video composition more heavily than before.

As I understand more and more how the new things I've learnt work, it helps me think in different ways than in the past,

regarding how I frame the shots, and the possibilities I have with them afterwards.

Before, whenever I wanted to incorporate several elements in the same image,

I had to think in rectangles or squares, and with the tools I had, mainly the feathered crop effect,

I was confined to work with these simple shapes, and nothing else.

This works well enough in places like the Abyss or the Untended Graves, which facilitate the isolation

of individual characters in a significant way, but it doesn't work in the same manner in other levels.

Now I can create very complex masks, as elaborate as I want to, and they can also be animated frame to frame.

I can isolate a single character even if the background isn't completely dark, and I can feature a large amount of layers,

with each one having one or more masks with unique animation assigned to them.

I've began using rotoscoping, motion tracking, and a bit of colour grading as well.

All of this makes it possible to realise ideas I couldn't pull off before, like showing

the Sun in the sky in Sif's death shot, for example, by tracking the movement of one of the trees

in the shot and applying it to a mask in a still frame of the sky.

I'm also experimenting more with the possible options in each Cheat Engine table.

For example, the vacuum script in Dark Souls III to show enemies walking back to their default positions.

I began recording these new shots in July with the characters from Bloodborne I wanted to feature,

once I realised that I didn't have enough footage to accurately match the script.

Using the face sliders datamined by ZullieTheWitch, and creating my own characters from scratch,

I ended up with a significant amount of new characters I could use, up to a total of ten for each PS4 user account.

As I created more and more I thought I could make a video showing certain parts of the story before the main character hunter arrives,

using the cut dialogues found within the game's files, and the compositing tools I had begun to use.

I got sidetracked quite heavily by this idea.

Creating the characters and getting them to the levels I wanted them to be, took a couple of months, on and off.

I did the same with Dark Souls once I found out that the debug menu within the game allows to create exact replicas of every NPC,

and with Dark Souls III using Zullie's sliders again.

I've also recorded a few new clips for Demon's Souls once I got it running at a higher resolution

with the RPCS3 emulator, since I lost the original PS3 videos.

I kept coming up with more and more shots I wanted to create, and this slowed the progress I was making with the video.

I also took the need to create new characters as an opportunity to revisit these stories as the videogames they are,

for the first time in many years, and I ended up having a deeper appreciation of the characters,

the game design, and the differences and evolution in each one.

I have finished editing all the characters I picked from Dark Souls and its first sequel,

and I'm currently rewriting the script for the third game, Demon's Souls and Bloodborne.

It seems unrealistic, but I'm going to try to finish it before Sekiro comes out next month.

It reminds me a lot of the time when I finished the last chapter of the Dark Souls movie just as the follow up was released, back in 2014.

The last two years were some kind of gap for FromSoftware in terms of releases, since the Dark Souls series has ended for the time being,

and the next projects they are doing would be new stories with new settings, including Déraciné and Sekiro.

So I felt it was an appropiate time to reflect on the games I've covered since I started six years ago.

I hope you will find this project interesting, after all this time.

The end result is going to be a very weird video, a mixture of making of footage, unused shots,

plus commentary on the characters and certain aspects of the games, personal stuff, and new content.

I look forward to finally uploading it and finding out what you think about it.

How do we learn to work with intelligent machines? | Matt Beane - Duration: 9:51.

It's 6:30 in the morning,

and Kristen is wheeling her prostate patient into the OR.

She's a resident, a surgeon in training.

It's her job to learn.

Today, she's really hoping to do some of the nerve-sparing,

extremely delicate dissection that can preserve erectile function.

That'll be up to the attending surgeon, though, but he's not there yet.

She and the team put the patient under,

and she leads the initial eight-inch incision in the lower abdomen.

Once she's got that clamped back, she tells the nurse to call the attending.

He arrives, gowns up,

And from there on in, their four hands are mostly in that patient --

with him guiding but Kristin leading the way.

When the prostates out (and, yes, he let Kristen do a little nerve sparing),

he rips off his scrubs.

He starts to do paperwork.

Kristen closes the patient by 8:15,

with a junior resident looking over her shoulder.

And she lets him do the final line of sutures.

Kristen feels great.

Patient's going to be fine,

and no doubt she's a better surgeon than she was at 6:30.

Now this is extreme work.

But Kristin's learning to do her job the way that most of us do:

watching an expert for a bit,

getting involved in easy, safe parts of the work

and progressing to riskier and harder tasks

as they guide and decide she's ready.

My whole life I've been fascinated by this kind of learning.

It feels elemental, part of what makes us human.

It has different names: apprenticeship, coaching, mentorship, on the job training.

In surgery, it's called "see one, do one, teach one."

But the process is the same,

and it's been the main path to skill around the globe for thousands of years.

Right now, we're handling AI in a way that blocks that path.

We're sacrificing learning in our quest for productivity.

I found this first in surgery while I was at MIT,

but now I've got evidence it's happening all over,

in very different industries and with very different kinds of AI.

If we do nothing, millions of us are going to hit a brick wall

as we try to learn to deal with AI.

Let's go back to surgery to see how.

Fast forward six months.

It's 6:30am again, and Kristen is wheeling another prostate patient in,

but this time to the robotic OR.

The attending leads attaching

a four-armed, thousand-pound robot to the patient.

They both rip off their scrubs,

head to control consoles 10 or 15 feet away,

and Kristen just watches.

The robot allows the attending to do the whole procedure himself,

so he basically does.

He knows she needs practice.

He wants to give her control.

But he also knows she'd be slower and make more mistakes,

and his patient comes first.

So Kristin has no hope of getting anywhere near those nerves during this rotation.

She'll be lucky if she operates more than 15 minutes during a four-hour procedure.

And she knows that when she slips up,

he'll tap a touch screen, and she'll be watching again,

feeling like a kid in the corner with a dunce cap.

Like all the studies of robots and work I've done in the last eight years,

I started this one with a big, open question:

How do we learn to work with intelligent machines?

To find out, I spent two and a half years observing dozens of residents and surgeons

doing traditional and robotic surgery, interviewing them

and in general hanging out with the residents as they tried to learn.

I covered 18 of the top US teaching hospitals,

and the story was the same.

Most residents were in Kristen's shoes.

They got to "see one" plenty,

but the "do one" was barely available.

So they couldn't struggle, and they weren't learning.

This was important news for surgeons, but I needed to know how widespread it was:

Where else was using AI blocking learning on the job?

To find out, I've connected with a small but growing group of young researchers

who've done boots-on-the-ground studies of work involving AI

in very diverse settings like start-ups, policing,

investment banking and online education.

Like me, they spent at least a year and many hundreds of hours observing,

interviewing and often working side-by-side with the people they studied.

We shared data, and I looked for patterns.

No matter the industry, the work, the AI, the story was the same.

Organizations were trying harder and harder to get results from AI,

and they were peeling learners away from expert work as they did it.

Start-up managers were outsourcing their customer contact.

Cops had to learn to deal with crime forecasts without experts support.

Junior bankers were getting cut out of complex analysis,

and professors had to build online courses without help.

And the effect of all of this was the same as in surgery.

Learning on the job was getting much harder.

This can't last.

McKinsey estimates that between half a billion and a billion of us

are going to have to adapt to AI in our daily work by 2030.

And we're assuming that on-the-job learning

will be there for us as we try.

Accenture's latest workers survey showed that most workers learned key skills

on the job, not in formal training.

So while we talk a lot about its potential future impact,

the aspect of AI that may matter most right now

is that we're handling it in a way that blocks learning on the job

just when we need it most.

Now across all our sites, a small minority found a way to learn.

They did it by breaking and bending rules.

Approved methods weren't working, so they bent and broke rules

to get hands-on practice with experts.

In my setting, residents got involved in robotic surgery in medical school

at the expense of their generalist education.

And they spent hundreds of extra hours with simulators and recordings of surgery,

when you were supposed to learn in the OR.

And maybe most importantly, they found ways to struggle

in live procedures with limited expert supervision.

I call all this "shadow learning," because it bends the rules

and learner's do it out of the limelight.

And everyone turns a blind eye because it gets results.

Remember, these are the star pupils of the bunch.

Now, obviously, this is not OK, and it's not sustainable.

No one should have to risk getting fired

to learn the skills they need to do their job.

But we do need to learn from these people.

They took serious risks to learn.

They understood they needed to protect struggle and challenge in their work

so that they could push themselves to tackle hard problems

right near the edge of their capacity.

They also made sure there was an expert nearby

to offer pointers and to backstop against catastrophe.

Let's build this combination of struggle and expert support

into each AI implementation.

Here's one clear example I could get of this on the ground.

Before robots,

if you were a bomb disposal technician, you dealt with an IED by walking up to it.

A junior officer was hundreds of feet away,

so could only watch and help if you decided it was safe

and invited them downrange.

Now you sit side-by-side in a bomb-proof truck.

You both watched the video feed.

They control a distant robot, and you guide the work out loud.

Trainees learn better than they did before robots.

We can scale this to surgery, start-ups, policing,

investment banking, online education and beyond.

The good news is we've got new tools to do it.

The internet and the cloud mean we don't always need one expert for every trainee,

for them to be physically near each other or even to be in the same organization.

And we can build AI to help:

to coach learners as they struggle, to coach experts as they coach

and to connect those two groups in smart ways.

There are people at work on systems like this,

but they've been mostly focused on formal training.

And the deeper crisis is in on-the-job learning.

We must do better.

Today's problems demand we do better

to create work that takes full advantage of AI's amazing capabilities

while enhancing our skills as we do it.

That's the kind of future I dreamed of as a kid.

And the time to create it is now.

Thank you.

(Applause)

Pilot Life: 3 Topics to Avoid on the Flight Deck - Duration: 5:48.

Pilot life is different than most jobs because you spend hours

together in a very small room and the last thing you want to do is get into a discussion with someone that makes you want

To say I feel like I'm taking crazy pills

So in this video, I'm gonna go over three topics. I try to avoid in the flight deck at all costs coming up

Hey 74 Crew welcome back if you don't know me, my name is Kelsey

I'm a 747 pilot my channel 74 Gear is all about aviation. So whether you're a pilot or an aviation enthusiast

Consider subscribing in this video. I'm going to go over the three topics I try to avoid on the flight deck at all costs

let's get into it. Think of the life of a pilot being something like going on a first date and

Hopefully you're more charismatic than me. And your first dates don't look something like this. So

do you like whether

We show up to the flight deck

the first thing you're gonna try to do is develop some

relationship or rapport with the other pilot or pilots that you're flying with and the reason that's important is for the next

several hours or several days

you're gonna be spending time working with that person and if it's going well and you're having a great time

You're getting paid a lot of money to push some buttons. Have a great time and fly planes, which you probably love doing

So if you develop that rapport early on it makes the rest of the trip go really really well on the other side of that

If you start getting in some of the topics

I'm going to talk about later in this video and you get into a very heated or unpleasant conversation with them

It's kind of like getting on a bad date and if you've ever been on a bad date

You know last for a couple hours and you walk away thinking man

I don't ever want to see that person again

Well imagine that except you're stuck with that person for the next two to four days sounds fun right? he said

sarcastically, so I'm gonna cover the three topics that I try to avoid anytime that I'm working with somebody and at the end I'm gonna

Tell you how I get off the subject if someone really wants to talk about it money

Especially if you go to Airlines you're going to know roughly how much the other pilot is making if you watch the video on

Pilot salary that I talked about how to calculate what the other pilot is making you're gonna know

More or less how much that pilot is making once you know how many years they've been at the airline

so there's really no reason to get into money talks because it can get very sensitive with the

The person if you're not making a lot of money or you're making a lot more than the other person it can make the other

Person uncomfortable. So there's really no reason to get into it now from time to time

You're gonna talk about a trip

You want to go on or a car or boat or something that you want to buy and that's gonna be just part of it

however

I try to avoid talking about money whenever possible because I don't like to create a situation where the other person is

Uncomfortable now money can be a harder topic to stay away from but the next two are no matter what I never bring them up

religion

Wars have been fought for hundreds of years over religions

So there's no reason bring that up on the flight deck and if you do get into an argument with somebody in the real world

About religion you're able to just walk away from them. That's not the case in the cockpit

You're stuck on that flight deck for hours or days

So don't ever bring that up because if you think you're gonna bring up religion and it's gonna end something like this

We really see eye to eye on a lot of stuff towing. Absolutely

I've never met anyone before who had the exact same idea as me about what to do with Palestine. It would work right?

Of course, it would work. It probably won't so keep that on your personal time

Politics in society right now things are getting very polarized on politics

So while you might see eye to eye with another flight deck member or another cabin crew member on something about politics you might agree

On 90% of everything but that last 10% might be something you

Really don't agree on and you can get very heated about so there's no reason to bring that subject up

Because all its gonna do is create tension

So while I'm at work

No matter what

I don't get into anything about religion or politics because what you can gain from it and what you can lose from it

There's just not a good enough ratio to make it worthwhile to bring it up

so no matter what those are two topics you want to stay away from at all cost now if I'm on the flight deck or

I'm talking with the flight attendants in the back between flights and they want to get into politics or any of the other things

I just talked about

usually what I do is I start with a

Mm-hmm

and then I go into a different topic and

that usually gets it off the subject if they want to keep pressing the issue and go back to politics or back to mining your

Back to religion or any of those things. Usually what I say is hey while I'm at work

I don't usually like to talk about these things. So can we just not talk about it? And

99% of the time people will go. Oh, yeah. Okay cool. No problem because they realize as well that that's a heated topic

So it's not worth having that conversation now, someone keeps pressing. You only have one choice and that's to fight them

I'm gonna scissor kick you in the back of the head. I'm gonna come at you like a spider monkey

No, I'm just kidding if somebody brings that up

You're just gonna say

Okay

and you might as well just be quiet at that point because obviously

They want to create tension or they want to create a situation. There's nothing positive from engaging in that type of a conversation

So if you're flying with someone and they insist on talking about one of those things

Usually I'm just quiet and if they're just talking out loud

And I'm not replying even if they're saying something I completely disagree with

It just makes it easier then if you get into that heated debate. Oh, well, I don't see it like that

that is gonna escalate your emotions and their emotions, so

Regardless of the situation I just defuse it by this letting them keep talking they're talking and I'm not responding eventually

They're just gonna stop talking about it

So that's how I back it down from there, but I never found it needed to go that far

So usually you're not gonna have that problem. All right crew. Those are the three topics

I try to avoid it all times while I'm on the flight deck or any time

I met work in the comments section below

Let me know how you would deal with somebody bringing up a topic that you really don't want to talk about

I look forward to hearing from you until then keep the blue side out

Incredible Habits Of Successful People Like Tony Robbins - Duration: 6:34.

Everyone loves a great 'started from the bottom now we're here' as the song by Drake goes.

Seeing successful people come from nothing to now having success can keep us motivated and push on to achieve

our own goals!

It makes us see possibilities, we once thought were unachievable, now achievable.

So what do these people do exactly to be successful?

Not in terms of jobs, in terms of habits.

What do successful people do every single day and what can we learn from them.

So in this video I'm going to be going over 6 Habits Of Incredibly Successful People.

Let's Begin.

With Habit number 1.

Productivity.

It doesn't matter where you meet a successful person.

Be it a kitchen, bathroom, office, restaurant or gym. 9 times out of 10, they will be making

an effort to be somewhat productive.

There is rarely a time in their lives when they are not seeking a way to achieve productivity.

They always aim to keep their mind at work, thinking about how to handle tasks and how

to handle things more efficiently.

They will always make use of the time they have.

Also quickly if you want to learn more about productivity wait until the end of this video

and click the link which will take you to another video I made about 6 Key Ways You

Can Be More Productive in life.

But now let's move on to Key Habit Number 2.

Take advantage of the Internet

Yes, it seems fun to just go on Instagram to see Ed Sheeran playing with his dog, or

watch a Pew die Pie vs T series Live subscriber count video.

But I'm sure you know there is a lot you could do with the internet that could really benefit

your life, and this is exactly what successful people do.

Instead of aimlessly browsing through Facebook successful people are actively searching for

new information or business ideas or taking courses to keep them ahead of the game.

Now I'm not saying you're not allowed to binge on Netflix or watch YouTube videos like this one but everything

has to be in moderation.

And let's be honest actually.. the fact you're watching this video about 6 Incredible Successful habits that

successful people have shows me that you have the motivation and drive to be

successful.

Habit number 3 If I can say the word. Philanthropy.

For anyone who doesn't know what Philanthropy means here is the definition.

Philanthropy means "The desire to promote the welfare of others expressed especially by the generous donation

of money to good causes."

A lot of successful people follow this habit however unfortunately, it's not a habit

of every successful person does.

An example of this is someone I've followed closely for the last 5 years and that's Tony

Robbins, you may be familiar with the name, he did a Netflix documentary called, I am

Not Your Guru, which I would highly highly recommend.

Back in 1991, Tony Robbins started the Tony Robbins Foundation.

The Foundation is committed to making a difference to the quality of life for youth, senior citizens,

the hungry, homeless and the imprisoned population.

The foundation aims to feed over a billion people within the next 5 years which is an

insane achievement.

Recently I listened to a podcast in which Tony Robbins was talking about the power of

giving and that you can give no matter what level you're at.

He said something which really widened by perspective on Philanthropy.

What he said was "I gave when I didn't have anything, and it became natural for me.

He also said "People say, 'When I'm rich, I'll give.'

They're lying.

If you won't give a dime out of a dollar, there's no way you're going to give a 100

million out of a billion.

But if you can do it today, the biggest thing that giving does is it teaches your brain

there is always more than enough."

If you want to learn more about Tony Robbins Im going to put a link in the description linking you through to the

Tony Robbins Foundation.

Moving on Habit number 4.

Keep and value relationships

The person who said no man is an island wasn't talking rubbish, they knew just exactly what

they were saying.

Successful people network and know other successful people, and they work hard to keep

these relationships in place because they add so much value to their lives.

Building a strong relationship with team members, partners and family and friends should be

valued at all times, no matter what wealth level or stage in life a persons at.

Messing up relationships will only limit your chances of becoming successful so stay positive

and surround yourself with the right people.

As Gary Vee says.

You're the average of your top 5 friends.

Next step is Habit Number 5 and were talking

Consistency: Consistency has been preached for a long long

time and it never never gets old.

Successful people stay consistent.

They stay focused and do not stop.

Someone once described Life as a block of clay to me.

They said it starts off hard, but the more you play with it the more it moves in different

directions and the easier it becomes to morph.

But you have to be consistent.

If you stopped playing with the clay for a few minutes it would soon become hard again.

And this is the exact same with life.

A lot of people give in right as the clay is becoming to get soft.

So stay consistent with your goals. And Lastly Habit Number 6 - Thinking Lucky

Successful people think they are lucky, so they are grateful for their successes, no

matter how small they are.

Another thing a lot of successful people will tell you is that luck is created.

You are in control of your life and you can create situations and opportunities for yourself.

Now ,don't get me wrong of course, some people are generally quite luckier than others.

But is it luck, or is it they tried and most likely failed at hundreds of different ways

to achieve their goals "luckily" stumbled across one that works.

We often look at successful people and just believe they have always been this way, therefore

they are lucky.

We don't see the hours and hours that theyve worked through

the nights and failures and amount of money they've lost.

In my opinion, the best way to become lucky is to create your own luck.

So there we have it.

6 Habits a lot of incredibly successful people.

Now obviously you don't have to adopt them all into your life, and a lot of them can be adopted

and built on overtime.

But do try and pick several out which you think you can handle at the current stage

in your life.

But remember do not overwhelm yourself.

Habits are things you do without evening thinking about them, so they take time to build.

So if you want to be successful, Begin thinking and acting this way.

I hope you have an amazing and positive day and I will see you in another video.

Cukier trzcinowy - czy jest zdrowy? Właściwości, wady i zalety - Duration: 4:07.

Cukier trzcinowy - właściwości, kalorie - Cukier trzcinowy to głównie (nawet do 99,9%) sacharoza – dwucukier zbudowany z cząsteczek glukozy i fruktozy. 100 g cukru trzcinowego dostarcza 387 kcal, a jedna łyżeczka o masie 4 g – 16 kcal.

Konsekwencjami nadkonsumpcji cukru mogą być: nadwaga i otyłość, próchnica zębów, ataki „wilczego głodu", problemy z koncentracją, zwiększone ryzyko depresji u dorosłych, nasilenie procesów zapalnych o niskim natężeniu.

What is a Disney Magic Band? Walt Disney World 2019 Tips! - Duration: 15:40.

hello everyone welcome back to Coral joy travel I'm so glad you're here in

today's video we're going to be talking about magic bands stay tuned so as you

can see I have some of my magic bands here like a little garland yeah

magic bands what are magic bands how do you use magic bands are they safe to use

these are questions I get asked frequently and I'm going to use this

video as a vessel to tell you everything you could ever want to know about

Disney's Magic fans in Walt Disney World if this is your first time finding my

channel hello my name is coral I own a travel agency coral joy travel and we do

specialize in all Disney destinations we love selling Disney vacations so if

you're interested in one I do have a link in my description box below that

you can fill out a form and one of the team members on our coral joy travel

team will help your family out so magic bands are pretty magical they do

basically everything but tell time and let me say I wish I do wish they told

time that would make it easier because often when I am down in Walt Disney

World wearing my magic band on my wrist I also have on my other wrist my watch

this is one of my most recent magic bands I am an annual pass holder and I

actually have a sticker on this band

it's like a sticker decal that goes all the way around it kind of looks like

spaceship earth so magic bands are powered by magic no they're not no magic

bands are powered by something called RFID technologies so that's Radio

Frequency Identification basically they use radio waves to send and receive

information and that's how they work so if you are staying

at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel you will be getting a Magic Band in the mail

and typically I tell my clients they arrive two to three weeks before your

vacation they're usually sent out about a month before your check-in date so

depending on where you live it'll take between you know two and three weeks

before your trip to actually receive it it'll come in a very plain rectangular

cardboard box not too big and it'll have all of the magic bands that you need for

everyone in your party guests staying at Walt Disney World property can customize

their magic bands to a different color and I believe they can have up to 10

characters as you know a name on the back of the magic band I'll show you

mine I will cover cover up my ID I don't know if you can see that it does say

coral joy hopefully you can see it you can customize the color and they're all

solid colors and you can customize the name on the back this is again on your

my Disney experience website on your very own account that you create that

you will have major fast passes on and you will have made your dining

reservations on because you know to do that and if you have a travel agent they

will do that for you and make sure you're all ready for that so you don't

have a travel agent please please make sure that all that set up in advance

every time you plan a trip to Walt Disney World that you are staying at a

Disney Resort Hotel you will get a new Magic Band so you can either get a new

Magic Band like you can tell I have many magic bands here right I usually get a

new Magic Band because I like it it makes me happy but you can also decline

the Magic Band and use one that you have used from past trips honestly I have

used this Magic Band a lot like I think this is the only one there's another one

that I used to but like it's the only one that I really have been using for

the past year so it's it's getting a lot of you

if you are flying down to MCO the Orlando International Airport make sure

you do not put your magic bands in your checked luggage it needs to be with you

on your carry-on so you can get to the magical express desk and pull out your

magic band or better yet even just wear it with you on the plane put it on your

wrist because that's where these guys go they go on your wrist so I want to keep

it on my wrist so yeah make sure you know keep it on your wrist with you when

you're flying or keep it in your you know your carry-on luggage so when you

get down to the magical express desk you can just scan in and the cast member

there will pull up your information and guide you to the correct line to wait

for your magical Express bus that is complimentary this is a huge perk to

guests staying on Disney Resort Hotel property huge perk they Disney will

drive you from the airport to your Disney Resort Hotel and then upon

departure pick you up at your Disney Resort Hotel and bring you back to MCO

Airport it's not fun going back we call that the tragical Express but on the way

to we call that the magical Express when you arrive at your Disney Resort Hotel

when you've been dropped off from magical Express you'll usually go to the

check-in I like to always confirm that everything is hooked up and ready to go

on my Magic Band I highly suggest that you make sure everything is on your

Magic Man that you need to find if you've pre-purchased memory maker make

sure it's attached if you pre purchased a Dining Plan make sure that pulls up

you know that sort of thing just make sure everything is on your magic band

that you have already paid for I like to also keep a like the confirmation that

Disney sends you in an email kind of handy just in case the cast member says

oh I don't see memory maker pre-purchased and you say yes I did

here's my confirmation and just make sure that everything is

the way it needs to be there have been some technical difficulties in the past

two six six months so I just tell you that to know in advance that everything

is where it needs to be when you check-in and and not have a surprise in

the middle of a trip when you realize something is not attached that should

have been attached before so when you arrive this is going to be your room key

there will not be a room key that you have to keep this isn't that great no

cards to hold on to it's just this if you want to use your magic band to

charge items when you are in the parks or you are at a resort hotel at a

restaurant that sort of thing just inform the cast member when you're

checking in that you want to add a credit card to your magic band that way

you can to do some charges now I want to say a lot of people are worried about

that safety god forbid you drop your magic band you

lose it someone else picks it up can they start going to retail shops and

charging away on your credit card no they can't because not only is a credit

card associated you know on your Magic Band for you there's also a four digit

PIN code that is unique to you so I would say don't make your PIN code

one-two-three-four don't make your PIN code 0 0 0 0 or 1 1

1 1 make it a little more difficult in case you do lose it someone might be

able to guess 1 2 3 4 do your anniversary do your birthday that sort

of thing the day your dog was born I don't know make it unique so you know we

can't figure it out it's important so the good thing to know is that magic

bands and having a credit card on it should you want to do that you don't

have to do that should you choose to put a credit card on your Magic Band it is

safe ok it is safe for you and you can create this pin code at check-in and you

will use this every single time that pin code every single time you make any

purchases whether it's like I said tail shop or if you are paying for

dinner or you are using the Dining Plan credits you will have to still put in

that pin code so choose one that you will remember but make sure it's unique

when you are ready to hit the theme parks this is also your ticket to get

into the theme parks this Magic Band you will scan the Mickey head on the top

here to a Mickey head at a kiosk when you walk into the parks and you will

also need to use a fingerprint so choose a finger that you will remember you use

every time whether it's your thumb or it's your first finger on your right or

left side just remember because you will scan the Mickey head and then scan a

finger or a thumb every single time you go into the theme parks if you're

working with a travel agent you will definitely have already done this before

your trip but make sure you have fast passes for your trip and so you know the

fast passes are going to be found using your magic ban so if you make advanced

Fastpass reservations 60 days before your check-in date if all of that

information is going to be held in this Magic Band again there will be a Mickey

head that you can and I'll leave a picture here but that you can zap I

always say is that zap it's not really a zap but you'll touch the Mickey heads

together and then walk into the Fastpass queue so this holds your Fastpass

information this is your room key this is your magical express ticket to get on

this is your theme park tickets it's like I said it does everything but

tell the time right it just needs to tell the time that's all we need dis

ting another thing that these magic bands will do for you is link all of

your photo pass pictures that you either get taken at one of the attractions some

of the some of the rides have either photos or videos that automatically

happen with the magic bands and it will be on this or if you go to one of the

photo paths photographers in any of the theme parks

and ask for pictures to be taken they will scan your

to pee on so all of those PhotoPass pictures will be found on your magic

band and then obviously linked to your my Disney experience account so you can

view them there after a fun day at the theme parks you're hot you're tired you

want to take a break so you decide to go to the pool take a dip in the pool at

your Disney hotel nothing better guess what you don't have to take off your

magic bands because they are waterproof now mine with the sticker decal maybe I

shouldn't wear in the water I don't think my stickers waterproof but the

magic bands that look just like a solid color like this they are waterproof so

you really don't have to take them off which is a good thing because again

don't forget this is your room key you know so you need to have you can't like

go to your hotel change into your swimsuit and leave your

magic band in your room that doesn't make any sense right because you need

you need your magic van to get back into the room so the nice thing is that these

can go on the pool you don't have to kind of hide them under a towel when you

are swimming that sort of thing I'm sure they can even go into the hot tubs

although I wouldn't really submerge it into the heat that's just me but it's

definitely fine in a pool so whether you have the water parks all day or you are

just swimming at the hotel pool you don't need to remove your magic bands

they are waterproof so the magic bands that come with a Disney Resort Hotel

package are plain colors these may not be all of the colors I think I'm missing

pink and I don't see a blue I see a yellow I think these are all the colors

except oh there's a blue right in front of my face I don't see the pink one this

one actually used to be pink but these are the colors they're you know they're

solid colors if you wanted to buy a magic band that has a character on it

because there's some really cool magic bands out there they do you know have an

extra cost in the theme parks or at some of the resort hotels and you can you can

or you can even buy them actually online before your trip on shop Disney's

website you can just link them up to your my Disney experience

count and use that special magic band as well so you don't have to use the one

that they give you for free but you know you can use one that you've already

purchased in advance all you have to do is link on the back of the fancy magic

band let's call them just link up the numbers and it will go to your my Disney

experience account and then it'll connect to your ticketed package so

that's that's good to know like I mentioned you can also get

sticker decals to go on your Magic Band this is the one that I I don't know I

love F Codd I love spaceship earth so this one is kind of my favorite one that

I have I purchased I think two from an Etsy shop called my fantasy bands and I

will if I remember I will leave a link to their their shop below but you know

there and I know there's plenty of other sticker decal accounts out there but you

know this is the one that I got and I know they have a lot more than when I

first started purchasing from them and they're very affordable I want to say

they were under five dollars per sticker I hope this Magic Band video was helpful

for you if it was please give it a thumbs up share it with your friends who

are taking a Walt Disney World trip especially if it's their first time and

they really don't know what the magic bands are or how to use them please feel

free to share this information with them and comment below if you have gone to

Walt Disney World and you have magic bands maybe even magic bands like I have

what do you do with them when you return home do you reuse them on your next

trips do you make a garland like apparently I do and put them on my

Disney Christmas tree that's what I do or do you just display them somewhere or

do you just keep them in a drawer I'm just curious what everybody else does

with them I'm sure there's something more useful that I can do besides making

a garland out of my magic bands or could be a boa let's just make it about what

that works alright guys have a great day if you are not yet subscribed to my

channel I do hope you consider subscribing today I will see you in my

next Disney world video, Coral Joy Travel a touch of magic sharing joy bye guys

Daniel Radcliffe opens up about using alcohol to cope with Harry Potter fame - Duration: 2:53.

Daniel Radcliffe has admitted he used to drink to avoid feeling he was "being watched" by Harry Potter fans

The actor, who starred in the eight Harry Potter movies, opened up about his difficult relationship with alcohol on The Off Camera Show saying he "really struggled when he was out in a pub or bar

Daniel Radcliffe said: "It could've largely been in my head, but [I] would feel watched when [I] went into a bar or into a pub

"In my case, the quickest way of forgetting about the fact that you were being watched was to get very drunk

And then as you get very drunk, you become aware that, 'Oh, people are watching more now because now I'm getting very drunk

"'So I should probably drink more to ignore that more.'" He admitted its why he spent time in New York as no one "gives up a s***" whereas in London they grab him and "have a sense of ownership"

He also admitted that "there is no blueprint" to coping with the pressures of "starting young" adding that it took "a few years and a couple of attempts" to quit alcohol

Radcliffe said he loves what he does, and he reminds himself of that when he had down moments and felt lucky that he had that

"I've been unbelievably lucky with the people that I've had around me at certain times in my life, and I met some really key people," he said that "gave me great advice"

In the end he woke up after a heavy night thinking "this s probably not good" and acknowledged the "chaos" he invited into his life

He reassured fans that he was "much happier now". He said even at his lowest point he loved his job

"There was never a point where I thought I wish I wasn't Harry Potter," he said

"I thought it would be sad to look back on this huge period of your life and not embrace it," he explained recently

"As much as I'm happy to be doing other films now, I'm always genuinely very honoured when someone comes up and says, 'You were a huge part of my childhood'

That is very, very far apart, worlds apart, from where I used to be.

You see, I grew up in an abusive household.

I was sexually abused from the age of 11 all the way through 21, and I know that sounds

really shocking to people, but that is what it is.

That's what it was.

As a result of being sexually abused, I was also bullied at school.

I was getting it from everywhere.

I didn't have anyone to go to.

School counselors were like- I don't know how they are today, but they weren't there

for me.

I had no brothers or sisters.

I didn't really have anywhere to turn.

I internalized all of it.

I really thought my self-worth was tied to whatever I could do for people, literally,

meaning I had to do whatever for you in all ways, shapes, and forms.

That's how my self-worth was defined, that I wasn't good enough just being me.

My point in sharing that part of my story isn't to be shocking, but to let you know

where I came from and where I'm at today and how I got there, because if I'm able to do

that and be sitting here today, speaking to you very comfortably, I know that you can

do it, 'cause I came from having nothing.

I felt like a fraud walking around.

I knew that in society and in order to get hired at a job or in order to have any friends

or a boyfriend, I had to fake some kind of confidence.

People on the outside weren't necessarily aware that I really felt like this 'cause

I had a good front, but it doesn't matter that I had the front.

It didn't feel good.

It wasn't authentic, it didn't feel good, I walked around- I knew that I had to sit

up really straight and speak a certain way and that's how confident people spoke, but

it didn't feel good.

I felt like a fraud and I kinda was.

I just didn't know how to get there.

Let me share with you how I got there and of course, this took a lot of time and hard

work, but at least you can get started and you have a chance to be able to set yourself

free and then amazing opportunities, people, and things will come in your life.

I promise, because what you embody and who you are is who you attract.

In that low-vibe state, we attract low-vibe people and situations.

I attracted low-vibe jobs, bosses, boyfriends, friends, situations, you name it, versus now

I attract amazing high-vibe business opportunities, people, friends, wonderful things in my life

because that's where I'm coming from.

It really does all start with us.

Here's what I'm going to share with you today, what I did.

That process is really assessing how I speak to myself.

I want you to really take a look at, over the next week or so, what is it you say to

yourself all the time?

It's helpful to write this down, even if you have to use the Notes app in your phone.

I said horrible things to myself.

"You're a piece of shit.

You're no good.

You're fat.

No one likes you.

No one cares.

Who do you think you are?"

I mean, I could go on and on and on.

I mean, I spoke to myself so harshly.

I would never speak to anyone that way.

I want you to constantly be putting these things in your Notes app in your phone, writing

them down in a journal, because we're not always aware of how many things or the crazy

things we say to ourselves because we've said them for so long that they just kind of get

filtered back in there.

I want you to keep a running list for at least a week.

Then you can see, "Oh my God, this is how I'm talking to myself.

I knew it wasn't great, but I didn't know it was this bad."

Then those common ones, we all have at least the top five that we constantly say.

One of mine was, "No one cares.

I'm not good enough."

Those were some of my common ones, or little forms of that that I repeated over and over

again.

You'll see what your common ones are.

Take your top five that you most commonly say to yourself and then I want you on one

side of the paper to have those written down, and on the other side, I want you to replace

that with something that sounds a hell of a lot better.

I'll help you out.

What would you say if you have a child, if your child said this to you or came home from

school and said this?

Or if you don't have a child, maybe it's a friend's child or a neighborhood kid or someone

you really cared about.

You guys were having a conversation and they said, "You know, I'm a piece of shit."

What would you say back?

I want you to write what would you say back on the other side and I want you to do that

for all of your top five.

Now you know the thought that's caring and healthy and loving of what you need to be

saying to yourself.

You're gonna have to keep this list front and center.

If you don't want anyone to see it, I understand.

Put it in your journal.

Put it in your phone.

Take a picture of it.

Whatever you have to do.

You're gonna need to keep repeating and repeating and repeating these thoughts 'cause you've

been so programmed to saying all these negative thoughts so long.

It just takes time and repetition to replace them.

When you catch yourself saying something like, "I'm a piece of shit," then you stop yourself

and you go, "No, I'm an amazing person.

I'm an incredible person and people are lucky to have me in their life."

It takes discipline because it's mental time, it's mental effort, but I'm telling you it

pays off much faster than you would ever imagine.

But it does take discipline and work, just like everything else, just like it does if

you're at the gym, with your diet, with your career, with learning a new sport.

It does take discipline, but this discipline will take you so far in your life.

I promise.

It's worth doing this exercise for yourself and also for everyone around you.

What I also noticed is when my own self-talk got so much better, I treated people around

me better because I was also in such a higher vibe space.

That would be the first place that I would want you guys to start in is, one, having

that awareness, like I said, writing that down, doing that seven days of an assessment

and then writing down the counter-thought to that on what you would say to a child or

what you would say to a loved on, and then going through the process of every time you

catch yourself.

If you have to start out by going to the list 'cause you don't remember what you wrote,

that's fine.

In a very short period of time, it'll come to you automatically and you'll be able to

remember it.

This is really the gift that keeps giving.

Over time, it's not like, I'm far from perfect, guys, new ones come up.

I'll have a new one coming up.

The other day I was like, "Oh my God, you're looking like you're getting a little fat."

That's what I said to myself.

I'm eating a lot of food this time of year, having extra cocktails.

That's not a really nice thing to say to myself and I know that and I recognize that.

What I did is I replaced it.

"You're beautiful just as you are and your size doesn't determine your worth."

It came to right away.

It came to me right away and I caught it right away because of all this work that I've been

doing and making it a pattern.

That's what I'm saying.

There's gonna be new new ones that come up.

It's just life.

We're human beings.

We're not gonna always be happy about every part of ourselves.

Society feeds us all sorts of crazy messages from social media to we overhear someone in

a parking lot and we have to have an ability to be able to reprogram and filter those out

in order to keep your self-worth intact.

This is your best, best asset, is your own self-worth.

I would take my self-worth as it is today over any of my net worth ever.

But luckily, you guys, we get to have both.

I hope sharing some of my personal journey and my personal healing process helped you

guys today.

I would love to hear more.

Feel free to comment.

You can DM me on Instagram @ProjectMeWithTiffany, message me at Facebook at Project Me With

Tiffany, and if you're struggling, you have a story, you wanna work things out with me,

I would love to help you.

Like I said, me healing and my healing is designed in order to help you guys heal.

Thanks for listening.

Utah UFO's SIZE Finally Calculated In Brilliant 3D Video Analysis (Reaction) - Duration: 4:28.

- Utah UFO's SIZE Finally Calculated In Brilliant 3D Video Analysis (Reaction Video) -

Heathcliff here

and in this Lions Ground episode

I react to a new video

about the UTAH UFO video

by yet another unknown

brand new YouTUbe channel

called Point Consciousness.

I will leave a link in the video description

To the original video.

The first claim he made at 4:10

Object goes behind the hill

so it is most likely not an optical illusion

This argument is false.

Here is the visual proof.

I have boost the details for you

so that you can see the line of the hill

by just applying simple curve.

I have linked the green moving line

to the edge of the hill

so that you can clearly see

the shape of the hill.

The claim the object

goes behind the hill is false.

The comparison with the

Tic-Tac UFO video.

That is wrong

the footage he shows

is about the GIMBAL Video

or U.S. Navy Jet Encounter

with Unknown Object video

and not the Nimitz or the Tic-Tac video.

This has been nicely debunked by

Mick West with help

of his members of Metabunk.

This is about the jet engines

of a jet fighter.

Not a UFO of extraterrestrial origin.

This person literally makes

the comparison between a drone footage

and a gimbal video

knowing that the situation is not

comparable

and you certainly can't compare

the GIMBAL camera

with the camera of a DJI drone.

he does.

The two arguments brought

by this person show false positives.

He diagnosed

and the conclusions indicate

that this would be the case

but in reality,

the case is not present.

As evident in this video.

This person starts his video with

3D tracking in order to map the scenario

better

You know, visually.

which is actually unnecessary.

It is remarkable that a person

who can determine the distance

with a handful of expensive words

will skip one crucial point.

The details behind the hill are not visible.

You do not see the trees

even the lines of the hills are almost

not captured by the camera.

You will not see trees or other details

in this area.

Due to the shadow, distance, and blur

there is not enough contrast available to

see objects

in that area at that distance.

The object becomes visible

in an area that is demonstrably

not possible.

I can prove this again.

I made a recording myself

the distance between me and the wall

on the other side

is much less

much better light conditions,

and camera conditions

for example the video is clean

from camera filters.

Because of the manual lens blur

you could not see the black car

that was driving along the wall.

You could not see the man

in the foreground

because of the lens blur.

And because of the lens blur

you were not able to see a flying gull.

While on the UTAH UFO video

the object could be seen in much worse

conditions in very far distance

The UTAH UFO video is very likely a hoax.

The selection of videos

the YouTube channel Brian Hanley

is sharing is biased.

He only shows videos of third parties

in favor of the creators of the video.

I have spoken to someone

who actually talked to him.

It is a UFO and nothing else.

He could conclude that

from the conversation.

Furthermore

the behavior is also presentable.

This video is milked so often

that the cow no longer has milk.

We're dealing with

a publisher and two movie makers.

Samsung Gear VR is alive and kicking, supporting the entire Galaxy S10 lineup - Duration: 1:51.

Samsung unveiled a lot of new hardware yesterday, including four "conventional" smartphones, a handset that can seamlessly transform into a small tablet, a reasonably priced smartwatch, a sleek pair of wireless earbuds, and an entry-level activity tracker

But one thing the company did not announce at its latest glamorous Unpacked event is an upgraded VR headset

Remember virtual reality? It was billed as the next big thing for both the mobile and computer industry just a few years ago, failing to take off as the content is simply not immersive or addictive enough, while high-end devices remain prohibitively priced and tied to similarly expensive PCs

Of course, the Gear VR is different, fetching a little over $100 in its most recent variant and requiring a Galaxy phone to transport you into a new dimension

Said variant was released back in 2017 with a bundled controller and compatibility for the Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S8, as well as older Samsung flagship phones

Prior to that, the Gear VR was either refreshed or upgraded every time a new Galaxy high-ender came out, but since then, Samsung stopped putting much effort into virtual reality

Nonetheless, The Verge and Road to VR are reporting the Galaxy S10, S10+, S10e, and S10 5G will all work with the latest Gear VR edition, requiring no workaround or special connecting accessory

All you need is an adapter that already ships with the affordable virtual reality headset as standard

That's different from the Galaxy Note 9 situation, mind you, as the S Pen-wielding handset required a special adapter that you could get free of charge

if you expressly asked for it by calling Samsung.Basically, it looks like the company isn't giving up on virtual reality altogether just yet, but it's certainly not doing much to advertise and help the technology evolve either

And to show solidarity her longtime best friend, showed up in a matching outfit

On Wednesday, February 20, Khloé attended the opening of Pretty Little Thing's new store in Los Angeles, which she co-hosted with model

Proving to be a true source of moral support, the reality star not only brought along her BFF Malika, but the two wore matching black ensembles complete with cropped Pretty Little Things sweaters and tight-fitting leather pants

Malika has been one of the more vocal members of the Kardashian inner clan in the whole Tristan- Jordyn fiasco

She first confirmed the news via social media on Tuesday, February 19, when Hollywood Unlocked Instagrammed a video explaining the incident

Underneath, Malika wrote, "STRONG FACTS."  Then she commented on a meme with a video of Stormi waving in a highchair that said, "Stormi in Calabasas waiting for Jordyn to pack up her shit and get out Kylie house like…" which she responded to with, "these hoes ain't loyal

"  According to AOL neither the Kardashian or Haqq spoke to press on Wednesday night

After posing for photo opps in their matching outfits, Khloe cut the opening ribbon

It came as no surprise to see Malika attend the opening in support. A source told Us that Haqq has no respect for Jordyn

"Khloé is so upset and hurt, and Malika is taking on the role of the angrier one," they said

Angry or not, these twinning shots of the two of them are show true BFF power.
